[2:34] And oftentimes that lends us to utilizing 98, which is the national crisis, the blank line number, which actually goes to 100 crisis receiving some of our global crisis outreach team.

[2:49] And by proclaiming September suicide prevention awareness, it's an opportunity to talk about suicide in the open.

[2:58] and a lesson in the tabloom and the stigma that surrounds suicide and talking about

[3:03] her into health, it also promotes self-help seeking behaviors, while also recognizing

[3:10] that there are resources available over the door for education and for training opportunities

[3:16] for community members that would like more information.

[3:19] So with your consideration, with the confirmation, we also included some events that we have

[3:26] coming up in September to recognize the importance of suicide prevention in

[3:32] awareness month. The first one being a candlelight vigil being held at 10

[3:36] on each end at 7 o'clock on September 10. And that was a free event that we owe

[3:44] your hosting to invite members of the communities that have lost some of you to

[3:48] the side of our currently in a mental health struggle or has survived a

[3:52] society attempt to come out and just celebrate the lives that we've lost,

[3:57] say to their name, talking about who they were as a person and the impact that they

[4:01] made in our lives, all while remembering that even though they're not here with us

[4:06] they'll like to shine on. So we provide battery-operated candles and create a safe

[4:13] space for people to talk about their loved ones in a safe way and help us just be

[4:19] closer to our loved ones. We actually do that in a location in Carman and we end in

[4:25] ground so the end of location is at Huntington Park. And then also included in the

[4:31] Proclamation Request was the reminder of our upcoming suicide prevention walk.

[4:36] It is our 13th year. We hope that at the Christ Peace Gardens it too is a free event for

[4:41] community members to come out and just eat their survival family within a family

[4:46] within the community, and be indicted with love and acceptance and safe space, where their

[4:53] loved one is not, there's no guilt or shame with how we lose the lost our loved ones

[4:58] that they are. So remember, and that we can come together to be a stronger community and

[5:04] provide support in resources for others.
