[0:00] There we go. I think I'm going to say something, public code has changed on the state level as far as closed meetings. Other than character discussions that lists it, what can be discussed without recording. So, if we do have a closed meeting, there needs to be a recording of it, but it needs to be separate from what is posted online. So it's fully bold.
[0:30] but still it's good.
[0:32] So we probably should have two sets of things.
[0:35] I'm going to hold it close to me and we push it.
[0:37] I want that as or on the other one.
[0:40] I'm not going to give it to you.
[0:43] It looks like our guess might have just showed up there.
[0:48] Has everyone had a chance to review the minutes?
[0:51] If so, motion is in order.
[0:54] Oh, my God.
[0:55] Oh, good.
[0:56] I'll make a motion.
[0:57] We approve the minutes.
[0:58] Yes.
[0:59] Number one needs to be changed to June's to their name.
[1:02] Oh, good.
[1:08] Yeah.
[1:09] Put that aside.
[1:10] Second.
[1:13] Any other discussion?
[1:17] Did we have a second?
[1:19] No.
[1:19] Okay.
[1:21] Are you in favor down there?
[1:22] Yes.
[1:22] I'm in favor.
[1:23] Okay.
[1:24] Wait down here.
[1:24] Thank you.
[1:36] I think she's on her way in.
[1:40] Hello?
[1:41] Right.
[1:41] Right in time.
[1:42] We're number two right now.
[1:43] I was.
[1:50] So, you're Amanda, are you?
[1:52] Yes, I am.
[1:53] Okay, we'll turn the time over to you then.
[1:56] Okay.
[1:56] Okay.
[1:57] So, I submitted a request for a population for September to be named
[2:03] Suicide Prevention and Awareness Fund.
[2:05] In the state of Utah, Carping and Wringer and counties optically
[2:09] the state in suicide deaths.
[2:11] I can back up a little bit and introduce myself with qualities.
[2:15] I'm Amanda Rappettosche.
[2:16] I'm the specific origin leads on the full quarterly behavioral health.
[2:21] And so one of my jobs is to make sure that the cities and towns within R3 areas that we cover
[2:29] know that there are resources available for people who are experiencing them into health crisis.
[2:34] And oftentimes that lends us to utilizing 98, which is the national crisis, the blank line number, which actually goes to 100 crisis receiving some of our global crisis outreach team.
[2:49] And by proclaiming September suicide prevention awareness, it's an opportunity to talk about suicide in the open.
[2:58] and a lesson in the tabloom and the stigma that surrounds suicide and talking about
[3:03] her into health, it also promotes self-help seeking behaviors, while also recognizing
[3:10] that there are resources available over the door for education and for training opportunities
[3:16] for community members that would like more information.
[3:19] So with your consideration, with the confirmation, we also included some events that we have
[3:26] coming up in September to recognize the importance of suicide prevention in
[3:32] awareness month. The first one being a candlelight vigil being held at 10
[3:36] on each end at 7 o'clock on September 10. And that was a free event that we owe
[3:44] your hosting to invite members of the communities that have lost some of you to
[3:48] the side of our currently in a mental health struggle or has survived a
[3:52] society attempt to come out and just celebrate the lives that we've lost,
[3:57] say to their name, talking about who they were as a person and the impact that they
[4:01] made in our lives, all while remembering that even though they're not here with us
[4:06] they'll like to shine on. So we provide battery-operated candles and create a safe
[4:13] space for people to talk about their loved ones in a safe way and help us just be
[4:19] closer to our loved ones. We actually do that in a location in Carman and we end in
[4:25] ground so the end of location is at Huntington Park. And then also included in the
[4:31] Proclamation Request was the reminder of our upcoming suicide prevention walk.
[4:36] It is our 13th year. We hope that at the Christ Peace Gardens it too is a free event for
[4:41] community members to come out and just eat their survival family within a family
[4:46] within the community, and be indicted with love and acceptance and safe space, where their
[4:53] loved one is not, there's no guilt or shame with how we lose the lost our loved ones
[4:58] that they are. So remember, and that we can come together to be a stronger community and
[5:04] provide support in resources for others.
[5:07] Okay. We do have the proclamation here, but anybody would like to read it or motion is
[5:14] older as well.
[5:17] Yeah, I'd make the motion that we name September suicide prevention
[5:23] and wear this month. I think it's something that affects everybody's family and we
[5:31] Okay, I agree.
[5:35] Okay.
[5:36] Okay.
[5:37] If you have any questions, my information, I'll send the email to your reporter.
[5:44] So, if you have any questions or if any of you would like to have training at your place
[5:50] of work or even your family that I know I'm more than being able to come to that for you all.
[5:58] All right, well, appreciate it, thank you.
[6:00] Thank you.
[6:01] Yes, as you can find it, awesome.
[6:03] And I don't know if you need a copy of it for your reference before I take it.
[6:08] Why not have a copy of it?
[6:09] I would say, but I actually have to be at Casabell.
[6:14] It's at seven for there.
[6:15] They're in Casabell, so thank you again and I appreciate they can all look at how important this is.
[6:20] Okay, appreciate it. Thank you.
[6:21] And thank you for waiting for me because you come in.
[6:29] Okay, yeah, that'll be good.
[6:31] Okay, the description of potential of 2710 projects,
[6:35] the service district has requested that,
[6:38] so I got meeting next week with them,
[6:41] who's going to be supposed to hand in our listed projects
[6:44] that we'd like to see him do next year.
[6:47] I know we've talked about the road out there,
[6:50] and we could put that on the agenda probably,
[6:53] we probably wouldn't be doing any curb,
[6:55] but going quite a ways on our herd now. So I have that on on their the streets, but
[7:02] I
[7:12] wonder will they do our roads like pay for our roads again. You mean the chipped
[7:17] silt her yeah yeah I think next year they'll come and chip silt ours I think they do like one town
[7:29] year and I think we'll close and get split with somebody so they will they get
[7:36] dev chips so like every couple of years well more like over five years so they
[7:44] come in one year and they'll do the crack sill and I did we do the crack
[7:48] sill this year yeah so they've done the crack sill issue now next year they'll
[7:53] come and do the chip.
[7:55] And the chips.
[7:57] Fun.
[8:01] And then they'll, you know, they should automatically do it.
[8:04] I always put down the pave roads out
[8:06] to where they put the curb in the shore.
[8:09] So they usually automatically do that,
[8:11] but that'll be one project.
[8:16] What do you think to do with water, roads, sewer?
[8:28] Yeah, last time I talked to them, they talked like they could just do that on their own,
[8:32] but then it never happened, so I looked for them.
[8:36] I drink, they're the radicals, but the one is down on the hill, but if they could put a fire
[8:43] at the top of the hill. And then the building here, this is the one. And where's this?
[8:49] Cross the bench, at the end. Okay.
[8:54] Yeah, I put that on there rear too.
[9:00] Okay.
[9:01] And then it's turning the channel on.
[9:05] When the process being filled a little bit out of the hill.
[9:10] Not happening now.
[9:12] Oh God.
[9:14] Does anybody else have any projects?
[9:21] Do we want to start putting sidewalk in or do we want to continue with curtain gutter?
[9:26] They don't do sidewalks, but we can use some town use of BNC rope funds for sidewalks, but...
[9:35] or do you want to use that money to pay, try that chip, chip, oil, paint, where there's that kind of road that's not doing it.
[9:48] And I think it'd be nice to have some out there for sure.
[9:52] Yeah.
[9:55] It's the only way.
[9:56] That's not on our side.
[9:57] Because that's something the service district would go in with that song, if we...
[10:02] And what they will do is they will instead of just doing a curb and that, they give all the towns that I'm not sure how they decide we get some
[10:12] part of the money but everybody gets a portion of it. And so with the project that big we probably wouldn't get any curb
[10:18] enough like that would probably still get our pavement out to the curb they've done this year. Then I think the special certificate number one they're the ones that
[10:28] does roads outside of town boundaries. And so I think if I go to them, I'm hoping maybe
[10:33] they will kick in some money.
[10:42] And I met with Justin for the road department. He said that they could like donate the chips
[10:49] if we could like do the asphalt or the oil. So that'd be a big thing. He figured he could
[10:55] do it for like a hundred thousand dollars. But then if I get the service district number
[10:58] one, they go on with us, too, they don't have it.
[11:01] Good job, man.
[11:17] I'll get hold of them and see what they can do.
[11:25] I know I've taught trained, but it's been
[11:26] a while, so.
[11:32] And you might have pulled with the service district number one.
[11:36] Even if they chipped away a little bit, they were about a year ago.
[11:46] I would kind of wonder how it's going to hold up on that wire plant, but now it's been there
[11:50] like over a year, so it's actually a little bit really good.
[11:53] What was that?
[11:54] They just put the oil down and they put a double layer of chips.
[11:59] So, I've been quite impressed with it.
[12:01] So anybody else have any other project for me?
[12:07] I wonder about a drainage where they're doing them.
[12:11] These new carbon gathers, is it drainage?
[12:15] Like what is it drainage to?
[12:17] Like this is the system you don't have?
[12:20] Yeah, where they doing it.
[12:21] Right now we got drainage there.
[12:24] So from the dairies, there's that cement pipe that goes all the way there.
[12:28] So we go into there.
[12:29] The one thing we ran into there was when the kid bought the story units there, see
[12:35] actually if you came down that first east road, that door was actually designed to
[12:40] go all the way through to the north and making on the block and come up and
[12:43] right next to Dallas-Hamons House, that's actually supposed to be a city block
[12:46] there. But when the hands of the kid bought the place, he ran the fence, clear up to
[12:52] Derry's property line, he never allowed for the street to go through there. So he's
[12:58] way of it now we went and he managed that both says if dairy ever wants to put a
[13:03] house or something down that road or anybody else develops that then these
[13:07] fences can have to come out so when they came out and started looking at it
[13:11] they were doing some wasn't quite lined up with the next block up there so we
[13:16] was gonna go ahead and wrap it the curb around for the road you know what was
[13:21] out of it then they didn't want to come back in future and tear it all back out
[13:26] so you're gonna end that project right at the property line where the road is
[13:30] supposed to be so they'll put a collection box right there you can see they've got
[13:34] a whole lot better now so we've got collection box there have been a future
[13:38] date now if we ever want to extend that road out and we'll have to go there and
[13:43] just remove that fence and remove that fence to develop that road across
[13:48] there so and then the one by Ronnie's there's already a drainage line down
[13:54] through there too. And so we're digging down to that. Now we had to move
[13:59] Ronnie's secondary because it was out in the road too far. So they had to get
[14:04] up and move it back. So I think they've poured some curve there today or yesterday.
[14:08] So part of it, so you've probably seen it. But the drainage we would have would run
[14:14] into. I've been thinking about as if we ever do. We're here and by no one
[14:18] treases. That drainage there, I'm not sure if they would want to do drainage or
[14:23] for what they would do there if they would want to just you think they want to do
[14:30] drainage but I don't think they're going to want to tear up any world asphalt in
[14:33] all. So I'm still wondering I need to have a look at that but like this usually
[14:38] problem I worry about it but so drainage is good to go all the way down and run
[14:42] out through the wash or it can go down by no one treats us and end up out
[14:47] there somewhere and then I've talked to him about this drain from here to the
[14:53] we too, but they ask about why we want that very nice little.
[15:00] This way we'll run our road out to this side, you know, be nice to have a curb and everything right there and have that pipe. And so right now, it's not really on the priority list. I've put on their last year, but they scratched it off. So any
[15:21] other ideas or questions or that
[15:26] wouldn't get the body here, grandpa, grandma's house, that homes. I can't remember his last name. But he told me yesterday he says, I'm actually really surprised what class and
[15:36] does for town this side you know he says he says yes I'm amazing you know
[15:43] since all my kids they come down to Salt Lake and when he tells them where they're
[15:47] right you know a little little town of Clawson down there and they said probably
[15:50] still grab a road in early down there he says and he says no no it's a cut
[15:54] paved roads and we had a curb and this is where I'm not shout it gets down so he's
[16:03] You've got quite a personal appeal.
[16:04] You go through other little towns this side
[16:06] and it's kind of unheard of.
[16:08] You don't have many bros and curbs
[16:10] together in the town side of the classroom,
[16:12] but some of you have, if we are,
[16:15] we're doing it pretty good and some.
[16:19] Okay, well, turn in please.
[16:23] So I take it, if I fill the classroom bench
[16:27] would be top priority then.
[16:30] You feel?
[16:33] Okay, I know the bus has been slid off the road there before
[16:36] I've pulled a few people up the hill there before in the winter time, so.
[16:40] Something we've run into the last week,
[16:44] like the modern vehicles,
[16:46] they have some sensitive armor
[16:48] that the mud is causing conflict with the traction controls.
[16:55] And someone that won't be the issue with buses too.
[17:00] And I imagine the service district could probably ride a letter too, you know,
[17:03] for us other.
[17:03] I think that's the only road in the Emory County that's a bus route that hasn't been paid yet.
[17:10] Yeah.
[17:12] Yeah, that's something we've run into when we check.
[17:16] Oh really?
[17:17] We're in the mud all the time.
[17:19] But the road doesn't help that.
[17:22] Yeah.
[17:23] So I'm not doing buses.
[17:24] We're going to see if you need to get coded with that mud underneath.
[17:42] Okay, update on annexations. I just can tell you over the last few weeks, but I did
[17:48] get some information from the settlers that Gavla named Tom Thorn. I got his number
[17:54] in here that he said he could actually help through the annexation steps and I did
[17:59] reach out to, well I tried to call you top part of the night to see if they would go along
[18:05] with Annex and the enough ground to get paid in the city boundaries but she has never responded
[18:11] back my call and I've tried to call the Harrison Sisters on the property east of Browne and
[18:21] I'm wondering if we ought to go ahead with Little Joe's annexation until that happens so
[18:29] he can... he calls me quite regular death to see how we're doing.
[18:33] I tell him we're working out as a slow process.
[18:37] But I'll give you that, guys.
[18:39] She said, yeah, he could walk us through it.
[18:42] Guess that's part of his duties with Serda.
[18:44] So, if you don't see his memory come through, remember, but I'll try to get to it for a friendly person.
[18:52] Do you got any other annexation?
[18:55] No.
[18:56] Okay.
[19:00] I was wondering, speaking of a little joke, did he ever come in and pay for the rest of his what he owed?
[19:08] Did he do that night?
[19:09] That's what I was trying to remember, okay.
[19:17] I'm not paid for that because I'm already connected.
[19:23] So he said that, I don't know, I know they called me it's been three weeks ago or something,
[19:39] but at that time he hadn't paid yet, or we hadn't paid them yet, so that's why they
[19:44] wasn't doing anything.
[19:45] So he was a question of all end, but it's not ready to go in, so...
[19:50] Yeah, I think...
[19:52] I see him down there measuring the other day, and I think they're pretty well ready.
[19:55] Now, but I can talk to them next week and see if...
[19:57] I just need to know...
[19:59] Okay.
[20:00] So I just need to tell them when they're ready to let us know so we can pay that.
[20:04] I guess that's what we need to do.
[20:07] Okay.
[20:10] Well, I have this little meeting with Serta, and all of them they brought up about...
[20:15] the Utah Vegas cities and towns membership, and so they asked why we wasn't a member
[20:20] and I told them that the town this size but we still pay the same amount of dues
[20:25] as the bigger cities and we never did really use, it benefits that much, but then they said
[20:32] there's benefits they figured that we don't know about, so anyway they what they're going
[20:37] to do is they're going to pay our membership for this year and then they got a grant also
[20:43] to send a couple of us to training so and we that's just to make you aware that they are going to
[20:49] they're hoping if they pay our dues and they will we will see the benefits and we'll want to
[20:54] pay it from now on. So it's on our reimbursement so we have to cut a check and then send them a copy
[21:07] And they wanted the mayor and the office, the clerk for the recorder, to attend that meeting.
[21:17] But I mean, if anybody wanted to go on, I'm sure it'll be good, but we do cost some money if we did.
[21:24] But they will send two of us to that training.
[21:50] so if anybody got any questions or comments about I know years ago they had a
[21:56] Turn out he's still they're not David Church and that's who I used to call him
[22:00] sometimes for legal counsel, but I haven't.
[22:05] So this is probably a good thing for this year, because they are the ones helping us with this grant.
[22:13] I spent an hour on a phone with a guy that's going to help get the environmental assessment finish,
[22:20] and he just clearly asked me if this is out of your comfort zone, and I said,
[22:25] absolutely. And he said, give me this, this, this, and I will start a process. So, so I got
[22:33] in the city of Lincoln County, that's where that's, and I think it's kind of benefits.
[22:40] They're job, that's a job to help you, but they also can recognize a townness. I say they
[22:46] have hired environmental aid in or cultural research. I'm familiar with that for my other
[22:55] step but. And you think where the land's already been all disturbed, you know, I thought
[23:00] if they'd just come in and see. We're good. Yeah, we've got parked out already and this
[23:04] is already been all tore up down here, so. So he's asked for pictures. Oh yeah, I was going
[23:09] We do that for you.
[23:09] I never did.
[23:10] It's a draw on the map where the back stuff is and then a plan, just a word of entry,
[23:18] plan on the changes of the civilian and the structures that we want to put in.
[23:24] So that's what he's asked for.
[23:26] I'm going to have to have that up for another day.
[23:29] Okay.
[23:30] I can remember the pictures to you or something.
[23:34] I forgot about it too, just in a way, to that.
[23:36] So many pictures of the sites that you can get.
[23:39] You said that we didn't think those
[23:40] far as aerial pictures from a drone.
[23:43] So I have the ability to get that done,
[23:46] but you said it's not necessarily for this stuff.
[23:49] So that I told him, especially where I've
[23:52] found a historical Google Earth image that shows the baseball
[23:57] field diamond to actually bear, where they engraved it,
[24:02] and you can actually see it.
[24:03] So that made it easier to draw a square around it.
[24:11] So you still need to map her thing?
[24:13] Yeah, but I don't have to.
[24:14] I made that map and then I'll have to draw on that map, but if we do a motion, I don't
[24:21] know what your ideas are out there, exactly.
[24:25] So we draw just a reminder, you said you didn't just want to participate with draw of the
[24:30] do you want to make? Okay. Do you want to see any disturbance of ground or
[24:37] footers that have to be put in and born?
[24:41] Yeah I'm not sure. I think we need to.
[24:44] I think you put around on the concrete. That's what I think. You don't think I've
[24:48] been wondering about as like the smoke from a barbecue because it'll be
[24:52] underneath how to get rid of that. Then I thought about the best of goals that
[24:56] in and put the bar of cue down on that end or no.
[25:00] I just think it may be the other way so, so the bar of cue is closer to the water if you
[25:05] have put a hydrant out by next to it coming from the out, I'll say bathrooms and then
[25:12] close in that end and that's where your wind comes from.
[25:16] So if you close in the back end and then maybe more feet or even to the first post so kind of
[25:26] And that's what I was hoping to put on this north side, you know.
[25:30] The water that I don't know, do we want the barbecue on that, or do we want it like
[25:34] over on the other side, or I'm not sure what would be best, man.
[25:40] Yeah.
[25:46] Yeah.
[26:02] Okay.
[26:06] Any questions or concerns about the Utah League of Cities and towns?
[26:16] Six ratification prior council vote approving the court for the town hall window tinting.
[26:23] I did not even realize or a closet for the tables and chairs had to win a win on it.
[26:38] I guess the blinds, I probably always notice the blinds, but I didn't even realize it.
[26:46] 1967 total, where was that?
[26:48] And you
[26:53] just need a motion to approve that function.
[26:58] Do we have a motion?
[27:00] I'll make a motion to pay for the one that can take.
[27:05] Okay.
[27:07] Okay.
[27:07] You like it?
[27:08] Okay, thank you.
[27:09] You look like they've done a good job.
[27:11] I was here that day.
[27:12] Oh.
[27:15] Okay.
[27:15] I don't know.
[27:16] Okay.
[27:18] Item 7 is the cemetery flag, pole and flag.
[27:21] I know Casey sent us a price after a meeting last month.
[27:27] And then I looked on Colonial Flag.
[27:34] Somebody and they do like the high quality stuff
[27:39] for buildings and stuff like that.
[27:43] And it was
[27:48] two flags, two folds, two likes.
[27:51] It was like
[27:56] $1,182, but there's a coupon I can get it when we first turn it up.
[28:01] So it comes to $15.99.
[28:04] And it's like really heavy duty good stuff that will last a long time.
[28:10] Do we need two figs or just one here?
[28:13] Or two poles?
[28:17] We do have the one on the bark pavilion there, but the light is burned out on it.
[28:22] and it's kind of behind the pine tree, but I'm not sure if the rope I can't
[28:31] remember we did something with that I didn't take the rope or something here
[28:35] like a couple weeks ago and I can't remember so I think it's all still there
[28:41] because I entangled it from around the for this in here and and the light I was
[28:54] I mean, I have to buy everything separate, so.
[28:58] But if you come to two poles and two flags on,
[29:01] oh don't, okay.
[29:03] We
[29:09] can figure out what we need,
[29:10] but I can, if that's where you want to get it from.
[29:13] How big is the flag?
[29:15] You know how many?
[29:17] I don't know,
[29:22] I don't know, I don't know.
[29:25] It has to be fairly good-sized flag,
[29:27] but I don't know what it is.
[29:32] Thank you, flag.
[29:34] How do you tear it?
[29:37] think
[29:43] that's why I know that there's a lot of stuff right here, but for that it's all good.
[29:59] Love you.
[30:00] And that we could now help churches reach out.
[30:07] We do have the bills that need to be paid for the suffice, and repair it on the AIDS vaccine system, and then our insurance payment. Let's do this month. Let's see if we can last them. So I hope the payment from the savings account, or the insurance
[30:34] and that left $1600 in the savings, so I want to adjust that payment. I have a listed here still as the, I don't know, $680, so we'll put down $400 and they said $1,000, but I'll adjust that next month when I pay for $4,000 or $6,000, so that's going to put down.
[31:04] So we don't hold too much in the entrance, so you can't hide your mouth patting me up here
[31:12] for August.
[31:13] You said that you should be done at the end of August.
[31:16] Yeah.
[31:17] And then...
[31:18] I know we used to go longer than that, but with a drought and the way everything is.
[31:25] The
[31:29] snow was hitting an air repair with 1175 and then the window covers.
[31:35] and I'll hold that funding from the town hall savings account or I already have to hold that money from the town hall savings account.
[31:43] So it would have been $10,000 included but it would have continued to make sure you have $150,000 into that account in the money so that we can have money through repairs and stuff.
[31:56] Other than that, the only thing that's not listed that I got to build today was for poor us, our software company.
[32:02] and somewhere in the transition of Sodom,
[32:05] Sean and me, we missed first quarter of the payment.
[32:08] So they add in the $12 payment for us
[32:11] is $600 and a quarter.
[32:13] So this quarter I'm asked.
[32:15] So that's not listed there.
[32:17] So we don't need to pay the bill as well.
[32:21] Any questions?
[32:24] Anybody?
[32:31] Oh, my co-motion, we pay the Treasury report
[32:34] or the bills, except the Treasury report.
[32:47] Okay, Rob, your in favor?
[32:49] Okay, thank you.
[32:50] Okay, granted you to find the flag.
[32:53] 4 by 6.
[32:56] 4 by 6.
[32:58] Is that big enough for you?
[33:01] That's what I was looking at.
[33:03] That's what I was
[33:07] looking at.
[33:08] Is
[33:11] that big enough for you?
[33:13] Up there?
[33:13] Yeah.
[33:14] So you go with another taller pole maybe, you put it up by a cube.
[33:20] Yeah.
[33:22] Bigger pole, bigger flag.
[33:24] How tall are you?
[33:25] How tall are you money?
[33:31] The peak of my red bar is 20 feet.
[33:37] Great.
[33:43] I can go.
[33:45] This one's probably a 20 foot, ain't it?
[33:48] I'll bet.
[33:48] I'm pretty close.
[33:49] Nothing's pretty.
[33:51] Is a telescopic?
[33:54] Or do you know?
[33:54] I don't know.
[33:54] Can you tell you?
[33:58] Yeah.
[33:59] The only thing guys, what are the...
[34:02] I think I was wondering, but I have some of these poles, you just put them in the ground
[34:05] but then it's got the like little poles on there but then if the rope gets broke or something
[34:11] then just out of your reef will thread it on unless you work, but they have some of this
[34:17] tail scoffing that you can just,
[34:21] and some of them are like 40 foot tall, I think, you
[34:24] know.
[34:26] But I know I mean the taller you get the more big around.
[34:29] Where
[34:32] the bread comes out?
[34:34] Yeah.
[34:35] But will.
[34:37] If that's the treasure I'm much more than we get for a flag too.
[34:40] Stuff.
[34:43] It's not money.
[34:44] It's a matter of whether it's getting better or better.
[34:47] It's going to be bigger and better.
[34:51] I have to go back.
[34:53] I have to go back.
[35:03] So the better for you stay with the cheaper flag.
[35:17] And I think it even approved like $2,000 to buy two flags in the repair kit for this one
[35:24] that I'm going to hold in there, and we'll be given all of that.
[35:28] Okay.
[35:32] We have to move on.
[35:33] I'm just
[35:38] going to hold it.
[35:39] Set up.
[35:46] I'd make a motion in that we set a cap at 2000 to put a flag pole in and repair our flag pole.
[35:55] So that's cool.
[35:58] Sounds good.
[36:00] That will have to be anew.
[36:02] How
[36:06] can you do the external cleats?
[36:08] Oh, like the road will be just on the outside of the pole, and you can get the internal one.
[36:14] But I just have that external one.
[36:17] So probably in motion, in case the second is to calculate
[36:21] $2,000 for a new black hole.
[36:25] And I'll break it for the other one.
[36:27] And the black hole.
[36:28] Okay, I'll do that one more.
[36:32] New black hole.
[36:37] And the repair kit.
[36:40] We're out there.
[36:42] And then new black.
[36:45] Good.
[36:55] It's a rough day, I actually had to work today.
[36:58] And we already discussed the bill to be paid.
[37:07] We already had our guest business.
[37:13] Okay.
[37:14] Oh, you guys should have put her down there.
[37:16] You're right.
[37:18] You're right.
[37:18] Get out of here now.
[37:35] I just sent a list of stuff by the stop signs, so we've got a little amount of order.
[37:51] We have to get
[37:52] All my car ready to go
[38:18] and we are done.
[38:22] I know, it is flat out, right now, it is going.
[38:27] So you harder those in.
[38:28] I am just going to back pass your passport.
[38:35] Everything so we'll try.
[38:37] OK.
[38:38] And our solar, so.
[38:41] OK, sounds good.
[38:43] No, I don't know if I'm on over here, the speed signs are here.
[38:51] Okay, anything else?
[38:54] Okay, thank you.
[38:55] Casey?
[38:56] Nothing.
[38:58] Rob?
[38:58] Nothing here either.
[39:00] Okay, and I think I just wanted to
[39:07] get a hold of Becky Wright on the trailer down there
[39:15] the burdened up. Anyway, in Trinity, I guess she ran into Laura right over the stalker or something,
[39:25] and said to go through her buttons. Legally, I don't think we can, we really can't go through,
[39:32] because she's not even associated with the problem. So I tried to send Becky text and add to say,
[39:37] how you come, last time I talked to her, she said it was still going through probate, but now it's been
[39:42] over a year and so. So Trinity says they're supposed to go through Laura where that's not
[39:46] pretty good so I'm going to send her a text but she's not responding to my text so I didn't
[39:51] know if I wanted to.
[39:52] Could Becky turn it over to me?
[39:54] What did you tell her somehow?
[39:55] She did a couple things.
[39:57] I don't know because it's not even and it's really not Becky's. I don't like Becky can
[40:03] even make any decisions. I don't know if we got it. I don't know if we do have an address
[40:11] Best for Becky, right?
[40:13] Did we pay bills or anything?
[40:14] She don't pay any water, go to another one.
[40:16] I didn't know if she ever...
[40:18] They made a
[40:24] bet he stoddered my stuff out of her.
[40:27] Are they?
[40:27] Oh.
[40:29] Can you keep your money in your house?
[40:30] Can you send a letter of in bed?
[40:33] You'll not be able to solve that, right?
[40:35] I mean, we told her when the first part downed,
[40:38] yeah, we were just to clean up even if we had that.
[40:41] Pay for it ourselves, you know?
[40:43] And so it's not like we're trying to.
[40:46] be mean or nothing just that but I know in the letter if it has say you know you
[40:50] could be legally yeah you just have to send a letter with 10 first and then go legally
[40:56] with it because you've had it open for it. Yeah I think we can plan it out but I
[41:02] can't get her permission first and let her know what we're doing. Yeah. Yeah let's begin.
[41:08] Because I know it's a lot of the stuff is bloated, we're on the worst yard stuff
[41:13] you know, and it's another winter's coming on and it's slowly.
[41:19] Yeah.
[41:19] Only you have no idea what's left over and what's left over there. You know, I mean,
[41:24] he was kind of a hoarder and he kind of kept himself. And that's what I worry about is,
[41:31] like, I don't know if there's stuff in there, you know, bullets and stuff.
[41:35] I think everything for you will burnt it within there, I think it's gone.
[41:44] And when I ripped down the horses, tried to throw the surprise up.
[41:50] I was able to fit it all in one dumpster.
[41:52] When I was singing, this is half gone.
[41:55] I can only saw my head just one dumpster in a little mini-ex, probably.
[41:58] That's what I used on hers.
[42:01] And then the other.
[42:03] Okay, thank you.
[42:05] Then the other right in my head is until I told somebody about this.
[42:08] Maybe Julie about when Zach turned in his water share, I was put in the safe and I went through there and
[42:15] Mike had now had turned in a water share
[42:18] But she never signed it
[42:21] So I'm not sure I had missed you. I guess miss you to work for her side
[42:25] Missed if she could reach out to Mike and see if she could get her to sign it and she says she was on the occasion
[42:30] She says when I get back all run over to sign it so we told her what they ran it was in but
[42:38] So she literally showed, so I sent her a messenger on Facebook, found her on there, but
[42:43] then she never responded by a messenger, so
[42:51] yeah, I called a canal company and told
[42:54] them, so this is actually our water share, so put us down as I went using it, because
[43:00] right, the water's even in, so she's been paying the water lease every year, I mean, not
[43:06] the water lease, but the taxes she's been paying the taxes on, but she also has been getting
[43:11] that you talk about a light check ever. So she's back, she's been making not much money on it.
[43:17] So I didn't know if she would sign it over, but if it's a money thing, I didn't know if it would
[43:22] one offer a couple hundred bucks for just to come and sign it, or I don't know, whatever.
[43:33] For I know if she knows it's not her.
[43:45] price and I've got her and I have
[43:55] address in my phone you know so okay so uh you we'll try to find an address in
[44:08] for her, for her many years.
[44:18] But if you can get on the right, that's the right phone.
[44:23] You're running the rest of the room.
[44:29] Okay, and other than that, I'd get to get rid of anything else.
[44:40] I need you to certify that's what the final report I've been about, last month, or
[44:48] And this is the father's success.
[44:54] So you sign there.
[44:55] And they ran right there.
[44:57] OK.
[45:15] Okay, anybody else have anything? If not, we just need one more motion. I'll make a motion to adjourn. Okay. Thank you all.
[45:30] The only month that Larry hasn't said that.
