[2:56] the. Right. And water and sewer. Yeah. And it's been terrible ever since they first got down

[3:03] and it hasn't gotten any better with age. So don't they don't they have a bond and

[3:09] place that, just for that purpose in case it does settle?

[3:13] There is, but as Brandon indicated there, the plan is, and it's not too far out, I'm not

[3:32] to be some road improvements down there, turning lanes, and so a whole section will be redone.

[4:04] then the taxpayers get stuck foot in the build to fix it.

[4:39] of Wi-Fi cow internet and we have an idea that we'd like to propose to

[4:48] COVID city. We've been kicking around this idea for a couple of years about putting

[4:54] in an electronic sign. We really have felt like the need is great and there

[5:10] But what caused us to think about this was when we started taking our business up into

[5:15] Evanston and they have a couple small signs but they are really small.

[5:23] The graphics are not very good and I was working with the, what do we call that, a small

[5:33] business organization and they're charging people to put a small ad on there and then

[5:40] when you pull up in the intersection to see your ad, you can barely see it.

[5:45] So our thoughts were, you know, I remember a sandwich shop over here that got closed down

[5:52] because when you open a small business, you don't have any way to say we want to run

[5:59] a special for homecoming week or we want to do you know free ice cream cones for everybody

[6:09] that comes in next Saturday or you know you don't have any way to do that. In fact I don't know

[6:17] what happened to the Summit County B but I advertised in that 14 years ago when we started our business

[6:27] and I don't think anyone ever saw the ad. It is our feeling that it's greatly needed

[6:36] in the North Summit area specific just to North Summit. Not to Park City or to

[6:44] Camus. It's not a county thing. It really I think would help all the small

[6:52] businesses, not to mention the obvious thing, which would be for the city, the county,

[7:00] the school, and whatever services wanted to advertise.

[7:06] So what we were thinking about, I'll give you a brief rundown of what we've thought,

[7:11] and this is kind of high level.

[7:14] We don't have any fine details worked out, but after I run through this, feel free to ask

[7:19] many questions and anything I can't answer will ask Wade because he's the

[7:24] tenee.

[7:27] We thought we were thinking about location right at the top of the

[7:32] tee. We don't know who owns the property. We don't know if there's city property

[7:40] there where we can put it but it seems to be best location for visibility and

[7:45] And notifying everyone in a great place as you come into the city, you know, to see

[7:51] welcome to Colville.

[7:55] We, I did mention a little bit about the size that we were talking about, and we've

[8:00] looked into the pricing of those sizes.

[8:03] If you are to purchase one pre-made, say you can get it on Amazon, can you not get everything

[8:10] on Amazon?

[8:11] on, you can purchase one on Amazon for, what did you say, weight 20k, 20 to 50k?

[8:24] The ones on Amazon are just pre-built that are low quality graphics, but not only that

[8:31] the maximum that they go a 64 inches wide by 30 something tall, but you really need something

[8:38] bigger than that.

[8:39] And higher quality.

[8:40] so you can see it and read it and if we built our own we could do it for a fraction of that

[8:48] and we could run video on their like you know football games you know we could do some really

[8:57] nice things on there and it would just be specific to our to our community you know like our own

[9:04] home football games or whatever. So the cost that we were thinking, we thought it would

[9:12] probably come out about $4,000 plus labor. What we thought we would do is partner with

[9:23] with Colville City, we would provide the labor, if Colville City could provide, it would

[9:32] require the cement base, the materials, and then we would provide non-stop internet

[9:44] to the sign and manage the security and the ads.

[9:50] Did I miss anything?

[9:55] Yeah, so there would also need to be a power meter.

[9:58] And so we could come up with some of the component prices in that $4,000.

[10:04] And what this is, it's kind of like a Lego system building.

[10:07] I don't obviously know when they did a big screen for the rodeo.

[10:14] But their components, you put together to fit the size that you need.

[10:18] And that requires a certain amount of power to run.

[10:23] throughout the day when you're actually displaying.

[10:27] So the cost per day, we think it would be around $65 a month,

[10:33] which is not too bad.

[10:37] We also looked into some of the concerns.

[10:39] I don't know if this will become a concern, but we know that

[10:44] some at county has ordinances for light pollution.

[10:56] And so if we wanted to turn it down,

[10:58] we would have total control of that.

[11:00] As well as turn it off for eight hours at night,

[11:06] we would have 100% control.

[11:08] And as far as, you know, why have I counted our nets concerned,

[11:12] We don't have any preferences that way, but as a small business, and as people that have lived that we've lived in this community for 30 years, good grief.

[11:27] I look at Morgan's sign that they just put in. I don't know if you've seen it. It's beautiful.

[11:33] And they're able to run video on it. I think there's this four by eight.

[11:38] Oh, it's smaller than that, and this is actually a higher quality video than it might be.

[11:52] It's not quite as big as we, our harder desire is to put something in that people can actually

[12:01] see a high quality if you wanted to show a highlight of something or information for emergency

[12:16] All that has the ability to do high quality.

[12:20] And that's why we're kind of pushing for this P4 quality.

[13:43] forward that it would pay for itself and it would allow the city to put in their announcements

[13:52] if you will and then that would, the power and stuff would be paid for by us going out and soliciting people at a reasonable price to put their stuff on there.

[14:11] So ideally we wouldn't want to get it in before winter, you know, not have to dig, be nice

[14:21] to have it in before Colville City lights festival. So these are some of the things that we've

[14:28] been thinking about.
