[17:56] And the process is that the person wanting to acquire it gets the goes to the internet

[18:03] finds the quoted price for that vendor, prints it out, dates it, or saves it onto

[18:09] the computer.

[18:10] And that way when the purchase order is submitted, he has to have at least two of those or

[18:15] she.
