We are at a crossroads here in Cooper City and I think that we finally realize that the passes behind us and the future is all we hold and we have to mold that future to make sure that we as the board of directors for the municipal corporation take care of our shareholders and that's you folks and our local business owners, we've got to make you successful and I will continue to do everything I can to make that happen.

We've got to continue to look for ways to reduce expenditures, reduce taxes, without sacrificing quality of service.

We know that everybody wants to live in Cooper City because we have the best quality schools,

we have the best services, we have the best local government in the county, and we are someplace special.

We can make this more than just someplace special with your help, we will continue to do that with an honest, open, transparent government.

And I look at it quite frankly as we're the business of Cooper City.

We're here to solve your problems and we can't solve your problems unless we know what they are.

So we ask you to communicate with us.

We have our city manager here who's been very open to resolving issues and

I support him for that and commend him and staff for their efforts.
