[0:01] Well, now be recorded.
[0:49] to make to the agenda this evening.
[0:53] A. The general staff approved submitted.
[0:56] And you'll have a chance to read the minutes of March 10.
[0:59] We're last meeting.
[1:01] Any questions or corrections or changes?
[1:04] Okay. Those minutes will stand for you just submitted.
[1:09] Mayors report.
[1:15] Joe, Robin, Josh Piss and Scott Austin are planning director
[1:22] for our public works director and our bill in visual and I, met with Shannon, whether it was
[1:28] the school superintendent, and her brand new facilities manager, his name is John
[1:32] and he's been on the job for about three weeks. He's very enthusiastic, and so it was just
[1:39] kind of a get together meeting, and Joe and I have wanted to talk to Shannon about some
[1:43] safety issues around the school, and that's what she told me she had this new facilities
[1:47] manager, and he has a brilliant key position to the town because that's a person that needs
[1:52] to come and do pre-app applications and get permits
[1:55] and work with the term on any school projects.
[1:59] And congratulations to the school district.
[2:01] They got a 10 million dollar grant from the Department
[2:03] of Defense for noise mitigation.
[2:05] So they would be replacing all of the windows
[2:08] interwovers in a middle school and high school,
[2:10] replacing the sighting on one side of one of the buildings
[2:14] and putting a new age fax system.
[2:18] Yeah, big job, big job.
[2:22] So John had a lot of questions about permitting and stuff, so that was good.
[2:28] And he had questions on water meters, on signage, he just has been jumping into with both
[2:33] feet.
[2:34] And then so we got him on taking care of and then Joe and I talked to them about the safety,
[2:42] they had a safety concern and we had a safety concern.
[2:45] As you know, because we put in a budget this year, we wanted to make a better pathway
[2:49] and a secret crosswalk across theory,
[2:52] between all those all fields,
[2:54] the kids just like walk across,
[2:57] don't pay attention to the cars.
[2:58] And there isn't a crosswalk for them to walk across, right now.
[3:01] I don't think.
[3:03] We want to put a,
[3:05] so between the football practice field
[3:07] and the sample field right on one side of the road,
[3:09] and the other side of the road is the baseball field
[3:11] and the soccer practice field.
[3:15] And there's kids, you know, everywhere,
[3:17] just school walk and upon those areas.
[3:19] And there's also not a telecom on part of one side and nothing on the other side, so Joe wants to make the finished telepath so that it was all the way to the end of the girl's softball field, because that's almost a little bit past because that's right to the telepath.
[3:35] We want for raised crosswalk over the road that acts as a crosswalk and kind of way to speed up.
[3:41] because Terry is a room of people cut your charity to get to the fairy and get on the
[3:47] fairy instead coming up to the light. So Terry ends up having a lot of traffic on it. And so
[3:53] also flashing crossing, you know, crosswalk signs. We applied for the grandma's show we didn't get.
[4:01] And so they were all excited about that and they wanted to do something about the crosswalk over
[4:07] out main from the high school in the gym.
[4:12] But you guys have ever been there?
[4:14] It's 100 kids going like this, cross the road.
[4:18] So they don't look up, they don't look good.
[4:21] Do not look up when they cross the road.
[4:23] So I don't know what kind of things we can do there.
[4:27] We said, well, help, but we will look for something to do.
[4:31] Whether it's a flashing light or the traffic goes through there.
[4:35] because that's still traffic, very traffic.
[4:39] So we could also put a raised cross-plot there.
[4:42] We may help the cars and the kids put a light.
[4:45] I don't know if we're going to turn that out.
[4:47] And then the sad news is I can just
[4:50] see some of the, I just seen a notice
[4:53] where Department of Transportation's
[4:56] state routes to school grant.
[4:58] And so when we're talking about this,
[4:59] oh, I just saw that list, let's, let's apply for that together.
[5:02] So I found it.
[5:04] It's not due until April 13th, so that would be doable.
[5:08] If we just drop everything and got another information
[5:11] to be able to wipe it out, however, you cannot turn in an application,
[5:18] unless you have all of your tribal sign-offs with your application.
[5:22] And you have to give the tribes 30 days to sign-off,
[5:26] and you need the 30 days, because if they don't respond to you,
[5:29] you can't do anything until 30 days is passed.
[5:32] And most of the time, they don't respond to you.
[5:33] So, we would have had to have those tribal looses out by March 15th.
[5:39] So, it's just missing.
[5:41] Joe, there's a person, there's a person, there's a, there's a native liaison supposedly that works with
[5:49] John at what, you know, yeah, with permanent respiration.
[5:53] So, we're going to try to contact him and see if he has any ideas, but we may have to wait till next year to apply for that.
[6:00] For the whole thing, I mean, we could still work on the cherry road improvements that we had been talking about for a couple of years and we've been saving our money for that.
[6:10] So we probably would still go ahead with that with some of it.
[6:14] But it was good to be.
[6:17] And then speaking of grass, Joe and I put in a quick application to represent a horse and for some appropriation money.
[6:26] For the similar line of purple road to the town limits,
[6:32] I was going to call them today.
[6:33] I was going to call them today before this meeting.
[6:35] I talked about his aim.
[6:37] Because I know represented where some has announced a list of projects,
[6:45] but I'm not sure that I think we would be able to find for a different pot of money.
[6:51] And so we might still be in the running, I'll have to check and find that out.
[6:55] So we applied for that, and then we also, by the end of this month, we're applying for the county
[6:59] sense grant for the same project.
[7:02] So that's going to be, you know, to get the sort of language all in that way, we could talk
[7:06] about that, it's in the budget, not the whole amount.
[7:09] But we have enough to hopefully be a match for a grant.
[7:13] To get the sewer line all the way up to the end of the challenge, so that will be very environmentally
[7:18] friendly and helpful that we can think up to that we get up zone up there, and it would
[7:24] why the things can happen. But if we get one and not the other, this is a child that we've
[7:30] So very easily phase, doing phases. So we might, you know, just as you know, we did the phase from, we're at end and basically from my house up to Morris Road. That was a phase and we did that in house.
[7:45] Now the next part is we up hill.
[7:49] Why do you have to wait deeper Joe said he's not doing that with his guys, he needs to contract going out. So we'll have to wait and see if we can get any of that.
[7:57] I like my second private meeting, it was the third meeting for the group, my second meeting, because I'm just one.
[8:03] It's a really great group of people of stakeholders, and they're really on the ball, and they're all jumping in and volunteering to do stuff.
[8:10] And so I didn't know this was going to be here.
[8:13] My report says, I think I might buy a lot of that of that meeting, because it seems to be well in hand.
[8:21] And just making on attend all the readings,
[8:24] but just let that group know that the town is here,
[8:27] to support that have been in any way that we can.
[8:31] So it's looking good, that's getting well organized.
[8:37] You may have seen it in the paper.
[8:39] I've been trying to say that we they had asked for
[8:42] a second meeting on the jail,
[8:44] and the commissioners are doing a second meeting in group bill
[8:48] to talk about the different locations for our new jail.
[8:51] Remember they had one in could feel it was the morning it was on the morning of muscle
[8:56] first and so it was a good I mean the room was fall you said but I just have a feeling
[9:02] there's more people that would want to care about that and get input so there might not
[9:07] be any it's on Monday April 6 from 6 to 730 at any evening in this room so that's nice
[9:15] And then the maps that haven't showed us,
[9:18] remember?
[9:19] I know you were great, so I must go.
[9:20] But since that's seen them,
[9:22] they're on the Allen kind of website.
[9:24] So if you go to the other part of the Allen kind of website,
[9:26] then the action on the tab that says Correction
[9:29] and Rehabilitation Center Project,
[9:32] if you go on there, it shows all the shows
[9:34] the three maps, it tells you about the meetings, everything.
[9:38] So next week, the usually things are going out,
[9:41] and the year going newsletter for the channel is going out,
[9:43] This will be the first building cycle for our Natility Clerk Robin Sutton, so go Robin.
[9:52] Before our next meeting, we will be holding the annual challenge strength cleanup
[9:55] on Saturday, April 11, from 9 to noon. We're just been very helpful getting line
[10:01] soletures. We need volunteers of that event to help people unload their cars.
[10:05] Usually there's so many people there, you need to get them unloaded quickly and keep the line moving.
[10:11] Yes, I'm sorry, what was the title set?
[10:14] On those for granted, nine to two.
[10:18] And so we always ask the name for volunteers and we always get them, but they don't let me know they're coming.
[10:24] So it's always just, you know, all right, I'm going to show up.
[10:27] They do, but it's always, you know, it's always a big mystery that we're in.
[10:30] But we usually get four, five or six tablespoon of them.
[10:34] And then we get the kids to the lines and waste why it helps us organize it.
[10:37] and jouers for the highest disposal to get the dumpsters, so that would be taking place on that Saturday.
[10:44] It's only for people that live within the town limits, not for your group bill, and that is because it is paid with for by could build taxpayer money.
[10:53] So we have to keep it within the town limits.
[10:55] That was an important thing.
[10:57] People coming through one have to have to come in with a utility bill that shows their address and I do.
[11:06] And they do, I mean that's how we've been doing it for, I don't know how long we've been doing this.
[11:11] It's changed one of the years, I'm not sure.
[11:13] And people are used to do it, used to bring that idea with them.
[11:18] And the last thing is, is just to remind you that it will be three weeks until our next meeting, which will be on April 14.
[11:24] There are any questions or comments on your question?
[11:28] Ready?
[11:31] All right.
[11:31] The presentation is evening.
[11:33] Just a few of us, who is the Executive Director of the Criminal Historic Water Fund Association,
[11:38] is here to make her annual Save the Water Fund report.
[11:43] Thank you.
[11:44] I see that she's got some staff as the Board member.
[11:48] Yes.
[11:49] Is that turned on, Jess?
[11:51] Yes.
[11:52] Oh, yeah.
[11:52] First of all.
[11:58] Okay.
[11:59] Okay.
[12:00] Okay.
[12:00] We have our four presidents, Ms. Swasin Shembrook and our four professors this evening.
[12:10] Thank you for being here.
[12:12] Thank you.
[12:22] I appreciate the opportunity to speak with you all this evening.
[12:29] I would like to send you some last year to review that.
[12:34] So early in the coming council members.
[12:39] Yes, here's my email.
[12:42] I'm going to add to the Director of the Philistria Waterfront
[12:45] Association.
[12:47] And here's my slide please.
[12:51] I'm a little bit about my professional background.
[12:55] I've received a master's degree in 2007 from the University of
[13:00] working with creative people in public space.
[13:06] We're going to be used to making spaces.
[13:09] And I've been doing this sort of efforts.
[13:11] So I think we had about 10 years ago
[13:13] and my first consulting project was community center,
[13:19] software community center.
[13:20] There was the old middle school in the high school,
[13:23] and now it's community center.
[13:25] To try to try to help transform that human public spaces
[13:29] and to be more of a public welcoming space.
[13:33] And so I was recruited from there to here
[13:36] from the board, 12, or at a time in 2022.
[13:41] And it makes so much sense to be looking at things in hindsight.
[13:47] Why am I here?
[13:49] Why is that here?
[13:50] Because the Washington mainstream program is place making.
[13:56] So I'm not going to turn place making.
[13:58] And this is my attempt to summarize into a short definition
[14:03] for you all when I see my thinking to be.
[14:07] So it's a integration of the arts and sciences,
[14:10] technology, tradition, and culture
[14:12] through diverse partnerships, to teach,
[14:15] to shape the physical and social character of a place,
[14:19] which should stand well, bring the conclusion,
[14:22] improve physical environment, and hence,
[14:25] family of life residents and visitors.
[14:29] So, next slide, please.
[14:32] So, the Washington B.A.C. program, the Google Center for
[14:36] different decisions being not perfect in 2008.
[14:42] People stopped an interest in after that if
[14:44] happened in the Credit McNChrist record.
[14:47] And I've seen this little gift for Google and
[14:50] many of the other 41 B.A.C.
[14:53] us to see that it's been accredited. It operates. The Washington means true program operates under
[15:00] And if Washington trusts for the historic situation, which operates many of what is called the shortboard
[15:07] gap in the Department of Archaeology and the historic preservation.
[15:13] Thank you.
[15:14] So, the director of that, she turns along our leadership conferences, we have four of your
[15:20] conferences a year in the different streets across the state to say a private debate.
[15:26] There's something else inside it that we said,
[15:29] why isn't this public participation
[15:31] and identifying evaluating and preserving
[15:34] cultural resources will help build and maintain
[15:38] thriving communities?
[15:40] And Alice also exists in economic,
[15:43] is this historic preservation,
[15:45] peoples, and mentality.
[15:48] This sort of preservation isn't just for museums
[15:50] and peace with glass, but around them.
[15:53] It's for Washington main streets, it's to preserve these historic buildings and public spaces within.
[16:02] Chris Moore is a second director of the Washington Trust. He also attends leadership conferences
[16:10] and he will see the trust toward ISIS, namely the January leadership conference in the Indian Health
[16:18] And it's in front of legislative lobby for Washington State Street, the Washington Trust
[16:24] in Daap.
[16:25] And so, here's me with Representative Clyde Shivers, the director of the Mount Vernon
[16:30] Main Street and the director of the Main Street on the South Park, Ireland.
[16:39] So, two things that the Main Street program is, which is like a very quickly, you know,
[16:44] over two big pieces of help in front of Washington Main Street program if you are a
[16:50] ready-to-date Main Street, one is the tax credit program. So anywhere, if you're a business
[16:55] anywhere in Washington State, you can pay the taxes. You can choose to have your
[17:02] unit taxes go to any of the 41 accredited Main Street instead of the General Fund in
[17:09] So, last year we had 33 entities, we decided to do that, and that came to a total of $159,000.
[17:19] This is close to 50 percent of 12 operating budget comes from this program and signals means units across the state or fairly similar.
[17:30] And so, the time of the couple fulfilled this pledge for 30,000 and 20,000 lives, so thank
[17:36] you all very much for that.
[17:39] And then we can see the cap, which you can see in the states name and the 20,000 sets for
[17:44] how much each of these three can raise through this program.
[17:51] The other large piece that names three gives is the structure of the original piece.
[17:56] So, most 41 main streets in the state have these titles for their communities, and the structure is a non-profit as tribe is with the board volunteers, and these four committees support.
[18:14] It's also volunteers come up with a committee and help support that action of trial in these four areas of design and economic development, outreach and provision.
[18:27] This is an attempt to summarize mission for each one of those committees and I can answer more questions of that.
[18:36] Next slide.
[18:39] So here's a short list of things that Coupville has done now the poop town over the last year and most years.
[18:49] Definitely since I've been here and before there was used to be called the facade grants.
[18:54] Now it's called the exterior enhancement grants because some building and business owners are using that to improve their way of seeing
[19:02] and the attached structures and grounds to their buildings.
[19:08] So 20,000 was given to your projects
[19:11] to help improve the buildings and the grounds
[19:14] and the downtown district.
[19:17] You can see one of the flower baskets there
[19:19] that are going to grow up, springs, fur,
[19:22] which is seasonal separation changes.
[19:25] And there's a list of annual events
[19:28] programly, many of you are familiar, Christian, back with us. And to see, for
[19:35] red cigarettes, what do they have? Thank you, Christian. We also run over the
[19:42] capital creative district for the free outdoor concert in town for a
[19:47] last year, at the head of the Waterfront and State-Lust Chris series, one more
[19:52] side. And then we worked with the Island County Historical in New
[19:57] your last year in this year to produce a public space
[20:01] in front of the project which I will get to.
[20:05] Thank you.
[20:06] Here's a list of the grants that have gone out in the last year
[20:10] through this year and what they went to.
[20:20] Here is a list of projects that organizations
[20:27] and to these that draw a sponsor and partner
[20:31] with over the last year.
[20:34] What do you use to do so?
[20:40] Part of being a credit pit as a Washington mainstream organization said you must file an annual report each year with the state.
[20:48] And so, they are very friendly and quarterly reports throughout the year.
[20:53] And when we have total of 225,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,
[20:59] while it's here hours through the year.
[21:06] So, every update on, let's see a 2025 and muscle fast 2026, kind of, to be an effective
[21:18] non-profit and capitalist and talent is helping the businesses in the district and
[21:27] on the right, it's like called a glow, you know, because it's sent all the way from
[21:32] who filled down the island.
[21:34] Many people to support and to shoulder seasons
[21:38] when it's dark around here, and the days are short.
[21:43] So we're seeing it as one of those events
[21:44] that helps to really bring people in there
[21:48] because they are getting great tickets for shopping
[21:51] and November and December.
[21:53] And they possibly wouldn't have been the lot of that
[21:56] in front of the museum.
[21:59] So that is, we counted out how they tickets were
[22:02] the spinner and to equal that amount of collective sales to the muscle test is the same way.
[22:14] It's a shoulder-season event. We're just coming out of hibernation when it happens.
[22:22] So, a lot of business owners have given testimonials about how helpful this is when there's
[22:30] We're coming out of the dark cold season before we get to somewhere when it's happened, downtown.
[22:39] And so I can see this year, so I have all the ticket events, which is not happened since I've been here anyway.
[22:48] And since 2022, a lot of both deers of both tours
[22:53] as an happens.
[22:54] We've got a both deers of childcare stand,
[22:58] and it's gonna have before,
[22:59] and then had two mingle nights in those both sold out to you.
[23:04] So, muscle tests and I don't mean any of the reports.
[23:07] This year, I'll probably bring it about the state
[23:09] of what it brought in last year,
[23:12] 30,000 or something.
[23:14] It's close to second to the mainstream tax credit
[23:16] programs to help talk to anyone, and it also has the added benefit of helping all the businesses
[23:25] in the district and in the globe through the islands to hopefully do better. So,
[23:32] it will be said they have their best muscle tests ever this year, to the most sales they've ever
[23:37] on the history.
[23:39] They leave doing the same thing and
[23:42] frustrating girl had their best year ever.
[23:47] So, Muscle Fest and then the October events,
[23:51] and then went to get Chihuahua season.
[23:53] This is very strong support for everyone in the ecosystem.
[24:01] Oh, and I should also stay for the first year ever.
[24:04] Henko Shelfish, this is a big secret, which some of you may or may not have been working
[24:09] about it as they were purchased by the big secret. We really read this here. I mean harder
[24:17] than they ever had, we shared 10 with them. We, you know, they're very committed to having
[24:24] some of the profits from the sales at Russell Fesco to the STEM program and big brother's big sisters
[24:34] and then a parking going to the Kufil High School students.
[24:39] And having this, again, my participation
[24:43] with the entire community trying to help the whole ecosystem
[24:48] is going really well with this through which is never
[24:53] been as close to before for all of the infrastructure programming,
[25:00] the whole thing.
[25:01] and they were really happy about it.
[25:03] And so I'm just thrilled today.
[25:05] They brought all their staff.
[25:07] They brought some of the executives from the Symic Seafood.
[25:11] It is after all, and then a few of them
[25:14] honoring their products.
[25:16] So it's so awesome to see that the way this is on there,
[25:20] and they understand and really appreciate
[25:23] could fill and muscle fast, and that this happens every year.
[25:28] And then also, thank you to the talent.
[25:31] I gave it to person and we had two muscle-fest marketing and we used that money to do routes
[25:38] on the WPC tax shuttles with the town logo on them driving around before the event
[25:47] so how stand marketing all over the place to. And I want to thank you for each one of you every
[25:56] year and hour doing a contest with artists, local artists, to where the booster design, which
[26:02] So as I went to all of the merch, all of the merch came.
[26:07] And so this year, it was the young woman in Cassie Martin,
[26:10] who is a local working woman,
[26:12] and has wanted to be on the poster and on the merch.
[26:16] And she wanted.
[26:17] So I brought you all a brochure with your post-connet
[26:20] and a glass.
[26:22] We heard how to pipe glass off for the four of it.
[26:25] Five of the owners of lavender wings
[26:28] engraved glasses for us for this year.
[26:30] I'm just going to pause for it.
[26:52] And if you need to contact me, my card is in there.
[27:10] So I can show if you don't want to be here,
[27:12] you're a sail, you're a sail.
[27:14] You can't.
[27:16] That new merch.
[27:19] Congratulations.
[27:20] Thank you, Daniel.
[27:22] And Jackie, 11, and this.
[27:30] Do you want me to be here?
[27:31] I'll be here with you.
[27:34] I'll be here with you.
[27:34] I'll be here with you.
[27:39] Thank you.
[27:39] I'll be here with you.
[27:40] I'll be here with you.
[27:41] I'll be here with you.
[27:45] I'll be here with you.
[27:46] back to where I wanted to say about the hiring County Historic Museum Project that was
[27:53] been working with them on.
[27:55] Here's some upcoming dates.
[27:57] We have a former College District Headeral Community Gathering Woodford to Recall.
[28:02] It's there to be catering, catering, so please stay in the date for December, which is the
[28:09] and say for five, three, seven, three,
[28:12] the order candidates will do a short program
[28:16] with none of the residents and none of the residents.
[28:22] And then, in order for us to give us
[28:25] a few years of coming up,
[28:27] if you know any decisions, we have a card in glass,
[28:31] we have to put up local decisions.
[28:33] This has some of the health of our high school students,
[28:35] participating in our school for them to get
[28:38] Some public retirement from the people.
[28:42] Is everyone staying?
[28:44] Do you guys write all this for 3630?
[28:48] downtown, on-front street?
[28:50] As you may have.
[28:51] From there to the campus,
[28:54] I'm in K&A,
[28:55] together with several different organizations
[28:57] including the chamber, the town,
[28:59] the house,
[29:02] the house events
[29:04] that are going to celebrate in our community
[29:08] We also have a fire safety event last year that really well with the real world public fire drill that happened with the staff, the volunteer firefighters and the truck.
[29:21] come as you can see from that picture and we have already
[29:24] booked an October 1st with them.
[29:27] Which I say in my last thing, we received notice today
[29:32] from Representative Clyde Sheavers, that our application
[29:36] to work on a public space and project on the museum grounds
[29:42] which would entail opening up a bigger community
[29:45] gallery space in the middle for anyone who wants to use it.
[29:50] working with the Citigrate Institute in the Indian Native Island
[29:54] Priests, and I want to move to the surrounding area
[29:57] and tell you the story of the Priests.
[30:00] It's been signed as sure because an outdoor classroom in the space you can use for basic dinner, the bus riskaries, or whatever.
[30:10] Sorry, how do you feel right for it? It was just easy, but it's time to go.
[30:15] The representative question was called today.
[30:17] The key has to be to have a navigation for this project of a museum where I was through the House of Representatives.
[30:24] And through this format, he's got an approval for this project for $200,000, with $1
[30:33] ,000.
[30:34] You all are the first ones to know the sense of the last year.
[30:38] Oh, I don't know what to look like.
[30:40] I know it's really insane.
[30:42] So now that he's in the director,
[30:44] and I look forward to getting together and figure out the timeline
[30:48] how we're going to do this with all of the different partners
[30:53] between the tribes and the immigrants to the garden club, the community volunteers,
[31:00] tribe, and the museum, and we will give you a step on how all that develops.
[31:08] At this moment, we were just going to abstract it.
[31:16] I helped from the state.
[31:18] Just a few days ago, I was like really great.
[31:20] I did the museum where I needed to make a combine.
[31:22] It was a combined grant, and we wrote a memorandum of understanding about how to produce this project together, which
[31:30] works before we got this news.
[31:36] These years, we're meeting as the mayor knows, and strategizing how to do this, since we had
[31:42] a consultant come in and do walkabouts with us downtown to see what some of the projects the shareholders wanted to see.
[31:50] And we kept coming back to this one and further on the museum grounds of that in the
[31:55] first street, you know, why being that community space, so this is at the end of years of
[32:09] there.
[32:09] Okay, thank you.
[32:10] I think that is, there we go.
[32:13] There's a little bit of a period where my private coffee in the ten number ten building.
[32:17] If you ever want to come visit, we have most Tuesdays through Saturdays, Sunday and Monday
[32:22] we can, this office view in town.
[32:26] I'm going to turn off his view.
[32:28] The other must take, he's just taking up those air.
[32:34] He's going to be a coffee, he's a different greener.
[32:37] Sarah, every day with a greater sun, a, it's an actual animal that just right there.
[32:48] So there's a way to want to be involved in the board and all four trees are all in here.
[32:55] May I apologize to some of our academic vitality committee and this is how 12 runs and who run in the other way besides the entire organizational structure that has from here all the way to Washington.
[33:16] Excuse me?
[33:21] What are the geographic problems?
[33:26] Well, wow, you just went right to a hot spot.
[33:29] Very well done.
[33:34] Let's say the Washington, I'm where we're at the board and I'm working with Washington State to get an official map to many of it.
[33:46] Roughly, Forestry, Alexandria, South Caribbean, and Copeland, up to Bay Bridge and on one side,
[33:56] up to the Kubeville and on the other side, but there is talk of, you know, are the businesses,
[34:05] there are other communities where the district goes all the way down the history.
[34:09] And there's some people who have approached me and made the case that the prairie center also sits in a historic commercial area, and to connect that to the downtown waterfront would be their preference.
[34:26] In the meantime, the sixth and the below of things, because there's so much all the way
[34:33] up and down the industry, our muscle test stops, our reticist stops, we have Canadian board members
[34:40] coming from business this is all the way down the industry.
[34:44] So it is to consider a hotly-denated and multiple, I mean, as, and we'll see what happens right
[34:52] And we're at a virtual rectangle downtown.
[35:04] Just a lot of questions.
[35:06] I didn't understand this unless you just spoke.
[35:09] You said that in her service,
[35:12] they might have supported every year with funding.
[35:15] You said the big road is big sisters.
[35:17] Is that right?
[35:18] I thought they did both in girls thought that's right.
[35:20] I didn't miss this week.
[35:22] Boys and girls are left correct.
[35:24] Okay.
[35:24] Yeah, can be ugly.
[35:25] Okay, and then the 30,000 that you've made on the muscle test, is that your neck,
[35:29] proper to record a number.
[35:31] Uh, I still don't have receipts.
[35:33] I guess I don't have receipts rolling into these, so I'm just going to say 30,
[35:37] roughly, but I don't have a little less than that.
[35:39] Oh, good. Yeah.
[35:41] I don't have receipts.
[35:42] I don't have receipts.
[35:43] I don't have receipts.
[35:45] I don't have receipts.
[35:46] I don't have receipts.
[35:48] I don't have receipts.
[35:53] I don't have receipts.
[35:58] One is a really nice presentation then.
[36:01] Well, thank you so much for having me.
[36:03] I like these other moments.
[36:04] I'm going to be happy to.
[36:06] You guys get a lot done.
[36:07] It's fun to see if it's fun to see it all in one place, you know?
[36:11] It's like a big book.
[36:13] OK, thank you.
[36:22] We're at Moyniates from the Capeau Festival Association
[36:26] for the flower baskets.
[36:29] No, for the weeds this past year, and the grant
[36:34] the reason why they take care of the reason.
[36:37] He's only like that.
[36:38] We should be there.
[36:41] Is that what you meant by working with them?
[36:45] Okay.
[36:45] I think well.
[36:45] Can we go?
[36:47] Yeah.
[36:49] We're pushed out.
[36:51] First, we're going to have a hospital that has to be installed.
[36:53] That's the best.
[36:54] You know, I'm sure a volunteer is.
[36:56] They actually got their own faculty degree.
[37:01] Confirm to have someone who runs the arts and crafts.
[37:09] Thank you.
[37:10] Thank you.
[37:11] No, no,
[37:14] no, no, no.
[37:14] We're really the last part.
[37:18] Please support members in front of our students.
[37:20] Do you want this?
[37:20] So would you like to have it digitally?
[37:23] Would you like to give it to me?
[37:25] I want them.
[37:27] And I can scan them to any of you that want to do it.
[37:30] The officials are here.
[37:33] Yeah, so we have to be patient.
[37:35] Yeah, fine.
[37:37] We want to feel that.
[37:39] Oh, we have to have a different understanding of the side of the committee.
[37:41] So this is just the usual report.
[37:44] Yeah, here's the object, thanks.
[37:46] So we have a question.
[37:48] Thank you.
[37:49] We need to.
[37:50] We have to go to the court.
[37:51] We have to go to the court.
[37:53] First, it's office.
[37:54] I don't know.
[37:56] I don't know.
[37:56] But I think it's just the right office.
[37:59] I think it's a good one.
[38:11] Thank you all very much.
[38:18] Thank you all very much.
[38:20] So the next item on our agenda is audience input.
[38:24] If anybody in the audience will start in the room,
[38:26] if anybody has anything to address the council,
[38:29] if
[38:32] anybody online,
[38:34] if you would like to talk to the council, please unmute yourself.
[38:39] And go ahead
[38:42] and don't see anybody joining that.
[38:45] So we'll still remain don't.
[38:48] OK, so we'll go to new business.
[38:52] And the first thing we'll honor new business is
[38:55] to approve agenda number two for the Blue Coast
[38:59] for Blue Coast Contact, which is our GIS mapping contract.
[39:03] Then we would like to extend since we've been working
[39:05] with them for two years.
[39:07] We want to keep continuing working with them
[39:08] and not start with another person.
[39:11] We have a small amount of money, $25,000
[39:13] that we probably will have budgeted for these folks for a few years as a complete thereafter later after layer of the GIS mapping.
[39:22] But first up, putting all the baking on the utility lines and then they do the fire hydrants and then they do the manual covers and they do every utility meter.
[39:30] And they're well under way to getting a lot of those layers done right now.
[39:36] And there's other things I can't think of a lot of things or tons of things.
[39:41] So, does anybody have any questions about that, contract or I'm going to apologize for the mayor's
[39:46] science level now and we've been number two with Blue Coast engineering for GIS mapping service?
[39:52] Moving by Jenny, Jenny, is your picture back home?
[39:56] Okay.
[39:57] Moving by Jenny, seconded by Rick, to approve a general number two to the Blue Coast contract.
[40:03] Any other questions or comments?
[40:05] All of the viewers say aye.
[40:07] All right.
[40:09] opposed, no passing unanimously. Thank you.
[40:14] The next item is to approve the Pride Special Events,
[40:19] Street closures, Christy, everything.
[40:22] Would you like to tell the council about this?
[40:24] I'm glad I need you to add me on what I've been impacted
[40:27] and I forgot to bring it off.
[40:29] To be a cool detail of this person.
[40:31] I totally am prepared.
[40:34] I can't even remember the date.
[40:36] I'm like gosh, I'm just a general lab and a teacher.
[40:41] I'm just a teacher.
[40:43] Okay, teacher team.
[40:46] Well, the creative districts,
[40:48] share heads this project and it will be a small festival
[40:53] of tech, taking the current site with the farmers market
[40:56] and then a new community walking for the town
[41:00] and creating down front street, back up, hopefully.
[41:06] Same, same run that we've had for the first few years.
[41:10] The time has come.
[41:13] Let's look at this.
[41:14] Let's look at my work.
[41:17] Oh, it's up for the last year.
[41:20] The ballers weren't all installed yet.
[41:22] But I do believe the plan is this year that where there are ballers.
[41:31] Yes.
[41:32] And two answer to any question.
[41:34] Yes.
[41:35] Of course there will be cake.
[41:36] So for you to know that during Pride,
[41:40] and sometimes there's something else to do.
[41:42] for real, so maybe it's just where everything's throughout here.
[41:45] The child's also sets up a boat at the farmers market,
[41:49] and we do it for pride.
[41:50] And we buy a big giant, we're just a private take,
[41:53] and we're what makes us one of the most popular boats
[41:55] at the farmers market, because we pass up
[41:57] to everybody and they love it, they do.
[41:59] And everybody's in a great mood,
[42:01] and it's a fun needle, just a work shift,
[42:04] and it's a talk to the community,
[42:06] and it's a talk to everybody, and it's really close.
[42:08] Refugee comes and helps us to make clean up
[42:10] You know, I have to move up at the end, and if you go stronger, people could feel free to do that too.
[42:17] Thanks for saying it's strong.
[42:19] Take the second share.
[42:22] I guess a lot of fun.
[42:23] And then we can, you know, we can hold us the boot down for a second if you want to walk in a parade too.
[42:31] Can't make sure we know in advance who's going to be there.
[42:35] So we can notice if there's going to be more to be.
[42:44] Okay.
[42:45] Does anybody have any questions for Chris about the special advantage of the controllers?
[42:51] Lisa's here to give himself.
[42:54] Lisa's here.
[42:54] Lisa is on the board or the president, or whatever, where are you, the president of the
[43:00] Green District and Minister of the Green District and Minister of the Green District?
[43:05] So was the one, one of the, one of the handful of people that you guys know, spirit
[43:08] has in that.
[43:09] I think they'll be coming to Green District and they've been very community forward
[43:14] or in their new creative district by, you know,
[43:17] umbrella providing their nonprofit umbrella
[43:20] and helping bring some new events to the town.
[43:25] Like the art show was awesome.
[43:27] They're gonna do that again this year.
[43:29] Concerts, free conscious and a part of them.
[43:32] So they're trying to shake it up and get a lot of different parts
[43:35] involved in the town.
[43:38] And so they do, she's got a good group of people
[43:40] that work together and they come up with some really good.
[43:42] I think this is on that meeting also.
[43:46] I would move to a group of the stakeholders associated with
[43:49] especially that program number SCP-264-010266-6.
[44:01] I'm going to get from you, Deb.
[44:03] I moved by Jackie Sector.
[44:05] If I have in two of the probes, the probes,
[44:08] especially the street closures.
[44:09] All those of you who say aye.
[44:11] Anybody opposed?
[44:12] I was as unanimously. I had a question.
[44:15] Oh, good question. It's not going to start.
[44:17] The next one may have a last question.
[44:18] It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not.
[44:23] So last year, there were issues within the visual.
[44:28] She wanted to participate in the parade,
[44:32] with horses and other things.
[44:34] So if there's something that's published about who and when and who can participate,
[44:39] so that we can sort of overcome any disappointment.
[44:42] This year for people that want to have, I don't have anything published.
[44:49] We've never published that one person won't be disappointed again.
[44:53] Okay.
[44:55] I just want to enter everybody and be hand in hand and I don't want it to be anything.
[45:00] And they are in our personal participating in the memorial day and the excellent Christmas parade, because that's yeah.
[45:09] No, it's kind of just been a mom, kind of just say, show up.
[45:13] Okay, but we do have that rule of no vehicles and somehow that's got down there. How is that out there?
[45:19] Maybe we should do it in private public, private voters, but we don't put that information on it.
[45:24] We have a social media page, and we can put that on Facebook page.
[45:29] We have the trolley for older folks.
[45:32] We have books of disability.
[45:33] I don't want it.
[45:34] It's not really beautiful.
[45:35] So we can add the resources.
[45:37] Thank you.
[45:39] I don't want people to write.
[45:45] First thing is our annual volunteer appreciation.
[45:50] This is April is the National Volunteer Appreciation Month.
[45:54] And every year, it comes to the jobs of workers.
[46:00] I think that is a bit of a job.
[46:02] It comes in a proper way for entrepreneurship.
[46:04] And then I send it out to some groups and individual people.
[46:13] And then also in the April newsletter, which is this week.
[46:18] I usually I realized that for the last four years,
[46:22] I have spotlighted a non-profit group.
[46:27] I've done the chamber,
[46:30] criminal ions,
[46:34] the people, the guard above.
[46:37] And I think the criminal festival association,
[46:39] I wrote it, I wrote it down.
[46:41] So this year I was thinking about doing a food bag,
[46:44] but you know, if you could be seeing
[46:45] as a compliment for some, what do you guys think about that?
[46:48] You have another group that you think is,
[46:51] I mean, it kind of like you started
[46:53] the groups have been around forever. And all of those groups that I just mentioned have been around
[46:58] for 30, 40 years.
[47:02] The three bankers. Yeah, that is 22 years old, because you are a part of it, and then we will
[47:15] have no two of them. Okay, so that sounds like you write a little something about them on
[47:21] and so if you have two of you guys, if you have a group or a person that you would like
[47:27] I mean the mayor just sent this book wish to give me
[47:30] a call and I will do that.
[47:32] Okay, okay, so I take a motion.
[47:36] Motion to authorize the mayor to sign a
[47:39] population declaring April 2026 Volunteer Appreciation.
[47:46] My crystal is that everybody, Jackie,
[47:48] to approve our Volunteer Appreciation Proclamation.
[47:52] Any questions or on this?
[47:56] If you want to take it out of the paper, you may post, okay, as soon as you know it's free.
[48:02] Data is our second opportunity Friday. Simple. We have lost all of our audience in the room.
[48:08] So the second chance for anybody online, if they would like to address the council, the day and through with anything.
[48:15] Go ahead and unmute yourself.
[48:20] It doesn't look like that's happening. So we're going to move on.
[48:24] So there's a lot easier than input.
[48:27] I can't wait for it, Jackie, do you have anything?
[48:29] Well, I don't think anything about tourism,
[48:32] I just have a couple of things.
[48:33] One is not to be a good force,
[48:36] but a 90-month ADRP, and the recent news letter,
[48:41] there was a huge large section
[48:44] on how scammers are now using AI.
[48:50] Very, very, it's really the scariest area.
[48:54] What is work in this illusion?
[48:56] It's a ARP, you know, a sociational return.
[48:59] Yeah.
[49:00] Yeah.
[49:00] And I don't know if, again, every, I know we talked about kind of doing something
[49:06] not to people.
[49:07] But if, and I can't even tell you the ways they were doing it.
[49:11] Because there was so many ways that the scammers are using an ARP to,
[49:16] whatever, whatever I remember was they were able to do voices of people
[49:24] like, did you read a article or you read a few credits that I've
[49:28] been drawing.
[49:29] I was like, yeah, like a, you know, how some will call and say,
[49:33] do your grandson, or just in prison in Mexico,
[49:37] or they're able to just, maybe whatever the grants and the boys.
[49:42] And that kind of stuff.
[49:44] Anyway, there was a rule all.
[49:46] It was like, I don't know, eight hundred pages.
[49:48] This is what I heard about how scammers are using
[49:59] and he had some other things to go ahead and write up, and I put it in the news, I don't think there's room, and this time, you wrote up an article on Scams for Jersey,
[50:11] so I bring it, I'll honestly tell you, I haven't read where you wrote yet, but I was not sure exactly.
[50:17] I just got one yesterday about, you know, if my family had to play gay, some ticket that I knew was a bad man, it sounds awesome.
[50:28] Anyway, the other, yes,
[50:31] I don't have an anatomy for the meeting, and I'd call it, except it's a Broadway band.
[50:35] So I'm from South Dakota, originally, and a little tiny town in there, and I want to, I get stuff from the town website.
[50:43] And they recently said other letters to all of their citizens come up, not being wild
[50:49] turkeys, but they didn't make it to the top of the planet.
[50:53] And so it's just pretty funny, anyway, as I told my way, it's like Google has its dear
[50:58] problem.
[50:59] The line of these up to the corner has its one to one to one to one to one to one to one.
[51:03] Yeah.
[51:03] Yeah, I think there's been actually evidence that we're pretty good in the year, but I don't
[51:07] think so, because the letter talked about how when they get upset, they will go after
[51:12] There are artists.
[51:23] Do they send me an excited sent me a picture
[51:25] that's been able to try and they were walking
[51:27] on Parker Moon, the picture of two giant gears
[51:30] in my driveway, just like turn stuff
[51:32] in the center of Arizona, talk about.
[51:35] And my friends said, I said, I was going to stop
[51:37] and say hi to your guard animals.
[51:39] I'm going to go a little scare.
[51:40] I'm going to go a little scare.
[51:43] Yep, they're going to go a little scare.
[51:46] Do you have a report for anything?
[51:47] Not any official report one thing.
[51:58] And they mentioned
[52:07] I understand what just happened.
[52:08] Can we get a repart?
[52:09] Get a repart?
[52:14] It's hard for me because that's what I said.
[52:18] thought it was interesting.
[52:26] I thought I'm going to start your mission.
[52:27] No, if it was a repart?
[52:28] No.
[52:29] No, it was a repart.
[52:34] The person with the same background meeting?
[52:37] No, the person with the same background meeting.
[52:37] I don't know, certainly, there was a part in rescue,
[52:40] people had said that they would like any improvements to look at, I don't know, for the use.
[52:46] To fit our environment, meetings they didn't want primary color plastic,
[52:51] but they didn't go, but
[52:56] they didn't.
[52:57] We're still trying to measure the system.
[52:58] Okay,
[53:01] Chris, have you got a meeting?
[53:02] No. Mr. bed?
[53:04] Yes. You believe it.
[53:06] It's good.
[53:06] In each of the advisory committee, we have a committee map on the 9th floor.
[53:10] Can you hear that first?
[53:12] Yes.
[53:13] This is a report plan in the recording a little closer to the 9th floor.
[53:19] You tell a big advisory committee map on the
[53:26] 9th floor.
[53:27] In the 9th floor, we select a company called Calon.
[53:30] Company has the vendor for the water,
[53:35] but in place.
[53:37] And hopefully, we're going to be able to select a list.
[53:45] Also, we need a 6th floor infrastructure replacement for water, sewer and storm water.
[53:55] And that's just a section of the
[54:00] city.
[54:00] Well, it's pretty close. It's like from the lines part of the circuits. Yeah, so the majority of them. Yeah, it's going to be called almost all the way up. Yeah. Yeah.
[54:13] Also, telemetry is ongoing for our legislation. We have two sites that have been completed.
[54:31] Yeah.
[54:32] tell the third, however, I just wanted to mention that the new service schedule changes going
[54:38] to a fact on March 20, so all of the changes for the different routes are online and all
[54:45] of the new rules around onto the end or there and then there's an impact, so they go to the end
[54:55] March 29th. March 29th.
[54:57] March 29th.
[54:57] March 29th.
[54:58] March 29th.
[54:59] March 29th.
[54:59] It was right.
[55:01] Yeah.
[55:03] All in the man's own six-sounds.
[55:05] It's proud.
[55:06] On the man's maple air station.
[55:07] It would be his health.
[55:08] It's proud.
[55:09] It's out of the frame 58.
[55:10] We may not have enough.
[55:12] And then there's other things.
[55:13] But that's a picture.
[55:17] Melinda has asked to come to speak to the council.
[55:20] So this is probably going to happen in the end of April.
[55:24] Because we have no presentation for the first meeting in April.
[55:26] and she
[55:30] won't
[55:40] show any opportunity.
[55:42] Well, if it's up to
[55:55] Kevin and Chris,
[55:56] so got an attention to where the motor plan is.
[55:59] There we
[56:10] go, so glad he's brilliant.
[56:22] Have you mentioned the motor to a plan?
[56:28] What do you say, Joe?
[56:31] Yep.
[56:33] I would welcome anybody to need a Friday's or best,
[56:37] But I'll make my schedule around yours, so you'd like to.
[56:41] So,
[56:47] I've got to mention that I've got to mention that I have one of the new water leak.
[56:54] The country thinks it's all on my water meter.
[56:58] And when it shows new employees that you have did it, there's a really high sky now.
[57:02] I can't think of this thing.
[57:03] Center grade.
[57:06] Center grade.
[57:07] If they're here, it was her answer.
[57:10] They have put that in, but no problem at all.
[57:13] So that would be nice to know that.
[57:14] I don't have any links.
[57:15] What is each other about a new meter?
[57:17] You got a new meter, Jeff?
[57:18] Just a test.
[57:20] Oh, yes.
[57:22] We put an AMI meter on Rick's and Jeff's service.
[57:31] It doesn't get any big to see how the software works for them.
[57:39] Correct.
[57:40] I haven't given you access yet, but yes, I will give you access as soon as it's held in the
[57:44] world of software.
[57:46] Can't.
[57:47] So Rick and Jeff Tassel are going to test these new meters that we're installing replacing everything
[57:53] with.
[57:54] Give the user.
[57:55] If we choose to give the user, we can give them the ability to look up their own accounts and
[57:59] what their usage is, see everything that's happening.
[58:05] And so, you know, they asked me if I wanted that in suppression, I'm going to go look at it.
[58:11] But Jesse, Jesse's going to go and tell me if I have a link because it will go,
[58:14] you'll all learn about the town, at the town level.
[58:18] But Jeff, Jeff and Rick are going to play around with him.
[58:31] Does anybody guys?
[58:33] Yes.
[58:34] Okay, I'm going to turn to me.
[58:35] Thank you for coming.
