[9:58] uh if we had one full-time person just

[10:02] for our jail,

[10:04] that amount would be somebody's salary

[10:07] and benefits.

[10:09] So currently all the counties are paying

[10:12] and there's they don't have enough money

[10:14] to have one person to travel.

[21:07] dispatch center MSP. We're going to go

[21:10] through that course with the new

[21:11] dispatch system that's going to be put

[21:20] Central and gives them some of that

[21:22] information when addresses change or

[21:24] patients, you know, change in their

[21:26] status. So, that's going to be pretty

[21:28] helpful. Uh we also last week deployed

[21:31] the new life pack 35 systems. We spent

[21:33] $7 million as a company to integrate the

[21:36] new uh cardiac monitors. It's the newest

[21:39] and greatest technology can communicate

[21:40] with all the hospitals detect STEM usies

[21:43] or heart attacks a lot better especially

[21:45] on longer transfers. Um it's just the

[21:48] greatest and newest thing. So these

[21:50] Crawford staff was the first ones to

[21:52] implement it throughout all 17 counties.

[21:54] So they're pretty excited about all

[21:56] that.

[21:58] um transfers and call volume. Uh last

[22:00] month we transported 119 patients out of

[22:04] hospital, 58 out of Oiggo, and then the

[22:06] Crawford units also helped with 16

[22:08] transfers out of Traverse City. Uh 43

[22:12] 911 calls and five of those are

[22:14] refusals. The rest resulted in

[22:16] transports.

[22:25] pretty good. We got some new EMT start

[22:26] as well.

[32:54] safety awards in the last year. Um,

[32:57] Goolang award and then workman's comp

[32:59] prevention award. Third quarter safety

[33:02] meeting had good energy and support for

[33:11] It's working on updating the strategic

[33:14] plan. Um NKA uh the school school

[33:17] success program which helps prevent

[33:22] absenteeism, tardiness among other

[33:24] things. um for the 2026 2027 school

[33:29] year, majority of the funds were

[33:31] diverted to another state program and

[33:35] um it's not been traceable. Um they're

[33:38] working with legislators to educate on

[33:40] the value of this program. Um the Pace

[33:43] Center in Alpena, which is the adult day

[33:45] program, has been success more

[33:48] successful than anticipated. Not only

[33:51] can adults u 55 or older come in for

[33:55] activities during the day, but um and

[33:59] medical appointments and prescriptions,

[34:01] they can also have services at their

[34:03] home for chores they can no longer do.

[34:06] Hot Lake is having a peace center built

[34:08] to serve a multi-county area and it'll

[34:11] be open by the end of this year. Um the

[34:14] best way for clients to learn about the

[34:16] service is by word of mouth. Um Jeff

[34:21] Meen the executive director of Alpena

[34:24] the model to come and present for us.
