City of Crestview, Kentucky. Ordinance number 2026-03. An ordinance establishing a fee for trash collection within the city limits. This ordinance. Ordinance establishes the fee for trash collection in the city of Crestview at $300 per household, which fee is due and payable at the time. That ad valorem tax within the city of Crestview are payable, and which fees are the same penalties and interests as said ad valorem taxes.
