[11:10] going to have freezing weather and get it going. So, uh, we did get the liner

[11:17] ordered on Friday. It really worked out well. The city paid for it. Um, it's

[11:23] it's almost 500 bucks just for the liner, but it's 60 something by 120 or

[11:30] » I think it was $52 or something, >> something like that. Um, so it worked

[11:36] out really well. was over $200 have shipped and Ryan Faber happened to be

[11:41] taking the kid up that way for hockey on Friday. So, he was able to stop and pick

[11:46] it up for us, save us on shipping. Uh I met with those guys uh like a week and a

[11:52] half ago to see if there was anything else needed for this year and they

[11:56] assured me that there wasn't. And so over the last week, uh, the guys got all

[12:03] the stuff from last year, the boards and everything else down to the park for

[12:07] them. And after going through it, um, Tim Coop sent me a list of things that

[12:13] they need last night. It's about $800 worth of stuff. So, um, I want you guys

[12:21] to be aware of that and be know if you're okay with that.

[12:31] they they got to replace some of the boards. Uh there was boards and uh they

[12:36] need more uh stakes put in the ground to hold the boards and uh they need clamps

[12:44] to hold the liner in place mounted to them.

[12:49] And I mean the boards were the expensive part and making 500 bucks worth 2 by

[12:54] 12s.

[12:58] Um it sounds like next year we have

[13:02] somebody that's going to donate a warming house for us. Uh Buffalo Ridge

[13:06] concrete. They have a couple of office mobile office building. They're on

[13:12] skids. Um they're like 10 by 20 total. And uh they've said that once they're

[13:19] they're doing a bunch of construction offers using them. When they're done

[13:22] with them probably uh they'll donate them. The the idea

[13:27] being that when we get those in place, then all of the stuff that we take it

[13:32] down when, you know, when we're done with the rank can go in them, store

[13:36] inside them so not to take up space in the shop, that kind of thing. But it's

[13:42] growing. So, um, like I said, I was hopeful that we were going to get get

[13:46] off without too big of a bill for ice rink this year, but again, it's

[13:53] they he actually Tim actually started stuff together today for it. So, um it

[13:59] would actually the actual approval by us would come at

[14:04] the next meeting through claims. But I just like I said, I you know, we

[14:09] kind of I don't want to say we we half passed it last year, but it just kind of

[14:14] happened last year and and Butch and I kind of made some agreements with them

[14:18] and got it done. Um, so I just wanted to make sure you guys were aware of it and

[14:23] if there's any problem with it, now's the time to say. So,

[14:58] did ask Chad to go look again and they didn't find anymore. So,

[15:26] real good job. I said, "Let's look for people to donate and we got that warming

[15:31] house for next year, which is a big plus." The other thing I like is we got

[15:38] volunteers that are doing something. They're not just out in the audience

[15:42] saying we need this and have Chad do this. Chad just went over and dropped

[15:47] the supplies off with the forks and the loader and they're it's actually pretty

[15:53] much up. So, you know, for the it got it was busy last year and for

[16:02] $1,500 uh this year, last year was two

[16:07] whatever. There's a lot of people that use it. It

[16:11] It's a heck of a good uh deal. I think the biggest thing is let's remind

[16:18] ourselves to put that in the park budget for next year.

[17:55] first and actually helped get him out. Um, so that was on Friday night. He

[18:00] passed away Tuesday, but they lifted him up. But the

[18:05] cities, >> he had a lot of other health problems.

[18:13] but Nevertheless, uh, you know, we it's it's almost funny anymore to call it the

[18:18] fire department because we don't get to we don't get to put out any fires, but

[19:24] like I said, the inside is is toast. So, I know the insurance company They've

[19:29] been there already. Uh I spoke with them two weeks ago already. Um they actually

[19:37] found one of our flashlights inside and got it back to me. So um yeah, I I mean

[19:42] as far as what becomes of it, I mean you remember how long it took from that

[19:48] explosion? >> On that explosion, it took takes a long

[19:51] time to go through channels. And I'm not nothing bad about Kelly, but I don't

[19:57] think she probably can deal

[20:02] with all that. I hope she can, but uh you know, it's Anyway, Randy was a good

[20:16] I I'll just bring up, uh, I don't think there's going to be a pray that people

[20:38] wagons and not that they wouldn't come, but in talking to them on a personal

[20:45] basis, they liked it when we went through town through the neighborhoods.

[20:50] They said it's an awful lot of work for us to come to a town and just do a short

[20:58] parade. So, this is just food for thought. And so,

[21:04] uh, you know, the, uh, whoever it is from

[21:08] COT sent me an email and had all these rules, uh, about guards and

[21:14] intersections and all this stuff that we've never done

[21:18] before, but and they even indicated there was a lot of close calls in the

[21:24] parades we had when we went through the neighborhoods. I I said I'm not aware

[21:28] that there were any, but I just want you to know that uh they're going to have

[21:34] Santa day, but there's probably not going to be afraid of lights.

[21:39] And uh it's too bad, but uh something we can gear up for next year. I think with

[21:47] uh probably Janna moving, she was the kind of the

[21:53] one that made the group get things done. And uh so uh I feel bad, but next year

[22:08] I'm going to get more involved and get uh I just

[22:13] I thought was great that we went through the neighborhood. People had bonfires in

[22:17] their driveway and we're sitting around watching. I just never heard that we had
