[0:00]
The June 8th, town board meeting minutes.
[0:03]
I'll make a motion.
[0:05]
I'll make a motion.
[0:07]
Okay. I'll have a favor.
[0:09]
Aye. Opposed. Motion carried.
[0:14]
Next on the agenda is early pervice of the floor.
[0:18]
Mr. Hall, a grant-writer that's done work force, contacted me and could not make it, so there will be no
[0:24]
early privilege of the floor, we can go right into new business,
[0:36]
bear with new
[0:39]
people's.
[0:44]
Okay.
[0:44]
First resolution is resolution 38,026, its large data facilities, 12 month moratorium.
[0:56]
We had public hearing of 16, Mr. Fusko had some comments other than that.
[1:02]
public aid none. So the moratorium is attached with somebody like the
[1:08]
entertain a motion for the 12 months moratorium.
[1:16]
All in favor? Opposed? Motion carry.
[1:21]
Next is resolution 39, 2026. It's the schedule of public hearing for local law
[1:29]
number five. The 2026 rules and regulations of the
[1:34]
field town parks. This would be updated from, I believe, 2004. So, during the month, Bill
[1:44]
will review the proposed changes and we'll have a public hearing next month and consider
[1:52]
it for approval. If somebody liked to make a motion on resolution 39,000, 20,600.
[2:06]
next is resolution 40-2026 excuse me it's for the ice barrier over the air
[2:17]
condition we can condense the unit behind the seniors room the previous one
[2:24]
destroyed by falling ice. There's been a new one installed and Sam and Mr. Rivera from the home
[2:34]
services. The guy that did the sighting work for us. We got together and
[2:44]
proposed to build
[2:45]
a six foot wide, six foot out from underneath the eve way up by the roof on a 45 degree angle.
[2:53]
So the snow and ice can slide off safely and not hit anything.
[3:00]
On the next page is the material bliss.
[3:04]
It's all treated lumber, and instead of burying the four by fours,
[3:09]
they make deck blocks with a sleeve in them,
[3:12]
the four by four sits in for stability,
[3:15]
and same wine us to do that.
[3:18]
So if it had to be moved at any time it could be.
[3:21]
So, it's all treated lumber should last a long, long time.
[3:26]
The total cost, materials and labor, $960 and $42.
[3:32]
It'll have a metal roof on top of the treated lumber.
[3:35]
That's no charge because we had a bunch left over from yesterday.
[3:39]
Sam's going to cut the six by six section we need.
[3:44]
So, that'll be a thing that needs to get done before the fall.
[3:48]
So, if anybody's got any questions, go ahead if not, can I give a motion?
[3:55]
I'm excited.
[3:57]
On favor?
[3:58]
Aye.
[3:59]
Thank you all.
[4:01]
Motion here.
[4:02]
Okay.
[4:03]
So, we'll get that done.
[4:04]
And then, uh,
[4:09]
deciding part is 99% done.
[4:12]
I couldn't find the rate catch anywhere.
[4:14]
I found an amount of metal roof place on Stubborn Street.
[4:17]
So I never knew was there. I got it Saturday morning.
[4:20]
So Mr. Varyl come back and make a couple repairs.
[4:24]
And the temporary railings, we put a new railing
[4:27]
on the second one in from the seniors.
[4:31]
But the inside ones were the ice falls.
[4:34]
I got the wrong screws, so they're all ready to go in.
[4:38]
And we can take them out in the fall, so nothing gets damaged.
[4:44]
And then, see, I need some pain done down at the highway garage, and day in, I think, will be involved in some insulation work.
[4:54]
At least over the rooms and the north side of the building.
[4:58]
And then a file also, we'll try to space it out by the month.
[5:02]
Get everything done before it snows.
[5:05]
Okay, thank you. Next is resolution 40.
[5:08]
We have to hold on.
[5:09]
Oh, what's made of it?
[5:11]
Oh, we did.
[5:12]
I'm sorry.
[5:15]
Should I?
[5:16]
I'm a patient.
[5:17]
I'm sorry.
[5:17]
Scott, I'm sorry.
[5:18]
I can't get to meet you.
[5:19]
Scott, I'm sorry.
[5:22]
Next is resolution 41, 2021, 26.
[5:26]
It's a highway department, 20-ton trailer.
[5:30]
Sam went out and got cold.
[5:32]
So if you follow that resolution,
[5:35]
there's three competitive bids for a 20-ton trailer
[5:39]
with they I believe the Rams are hydraulics on nobody hurts their band pick it
[5:44]
them up and down and the low quote with a trade-in the trialaries trading in he
[5:51]
got the same price for us it was brand new in 2004 it was an amazing talk about
[6:03]
So the low quote was Tracy Rowan equipment with the trade-in of a interstate 24 DTA trailer
[6:14]
it cost the town of 29,896 dollars and 93 cents actually would have been 12,000 more
[6:22]
of them, and like I said, Tracy was low-quality, got three quotes in the big difference, the
[6:29]
quotes were similar, but the trade-in from Tracy was enormous compared to the competitors.
[6:35]
And we've got to do what we've got to do to save all of the channels.
[6:39]
If nobody has any questions, I'd like to entertain a motion, a resolution for them.
[6:44]
Yes, the question goes to them out there with it. Is there anything that the towns that cannot be trailers now with that trailer?
[6:53]
Are you able to test everything?
[6:54]
I'm over.
[6:57]
They have to be all over for that.
[6:59]
They have to be all over.
[7:00]
How do you transport them?
[7:02]
They have to be all over here.
[7:03]
If we do we drive them, or I have a calling move, or they're all away?
[7:08]
Or a voice sound?
[7:10]
What was it with there all the way?
[7:12]
Okay, thank you.
[7:13]
How's that?
[7:14]
Mm-hmm.
[7:15]
So, it's something like the entertainment motion on resolution 41-2026.
[7:20]
Oh, I'm sorry.
[7:22]
I'm sorry.
[7:23]
Call him favor.
[7:25]
Aye.
[7:27]
I'm sorry.
[7:28]
Motion carried.
[7:30]
Okay, sorry. Next, this resolution, 42,000, 26, youth program, appointments,
[7:39]
Channel reporter and her report on the unbelievable outpouring of children in the youth program this year.
[7:47]
But anyway, be it resolves at the town board of the town of the airfield, the survivor proved the appointments of Erica,
[7:54]
L. S. D. A. L. He as you floated to replace Jodie Card,
[7:58]
Novo residing before the program started due to personal reasons.
[8:03]
Into a point where Marina Lavity,
[8:08]
Oh, wonderful.
[8:09]
Brenner Lavity due to the nark large number of youth
[8:13]
Attending for added supervision.
[8:16]
So like I said, Carol report, but...
[8:20]
Like, have someone entertained a motion or have comment on resolution 42,000, 246?
[8:28]
Oh, I'll say it.
[8:30]
Paul and favor?
[8:32]
Aye.
[8:33]
Opposed?
[8:34]
Motion hearing?
[8:36]
Okay.
[8:37]
So, let's see.
[8:40]
I don't usually sit here, people, I'm just telling them, let me figure this out.
[8:47]
I even studied, okay, now we're going to official reports, I will start on our left tonight, Mr.
[8:54]
Fisco.
[8:58]
Yeah, just
[9:02]
to report, I got an notice from a resident and my own road regarding the name of
[9:11]
who is composting.
[9:13]
Now, it's an interesting thing, this was forwarded to the codes in actual, but it's interesting
[9:19]
because, you know, composting is encouraged, but in this case it's attracting
[9:23]
rodents and scums and it's become a nuisance, and just look at Jen's report and
[9:29]
I don't see that he reported anything on that yet, so I will follow up and
[9:32]
come on.
[9:33]
Oh, good.
[9:34]
But it's an interesting thing.
[9:35]
I don't know if this may be something related to that, as an ordinance, you know,
[9:42]
what happens when California's going on with this thing, it's just kind of a good thing.
[9:46]
I thought that that was interesting on the front of the subject, Jim.
[9:53]
Phil, I believe you were involved on the vacant property on state rally that were
[10:00]
squires attempted to, with Mr. Booth.
[10:04]
He's been keeping the price of that too.
[10:08]
The land owner has agreed to clean up what nothing has commenced thus far.
[10:14]
Do you know anything about that?
[10:16]
I talked to Mr. Max.
[10:18]
Well, he said they started to clean up and mole.
[10:22]
And I talked to Mr. Booth and he also said
[10:25]
that they were making progress.
[10:26]
But that's been a couple of weeks.
[10:28]
Yeah, I talked to him.
[10:29]
So I don't think then that Jim gave them an order to remedy.
[10:34]
That would be the next step if they didn't voluntarily
[10:37]
start to clean up.
[10:39]
We have what they call order to remedies.
[10:41]
And if you don't follow them, then eventually
[10:43]
and up to where I left in the court, which has a big crowd tonight.
[10:48]
Okay, I'll follow up.
[10:49]
Yeah, he might be able to tell you more.
[10:51]
The grass-looker was done by the squider who claimed
[10:55]
to have locked property to that taxes,
[10:58]
and it was totally fabrication.
[11:01]
The driver's and everything is still there.
[11:02]
So once again, I'll follow up.
[11:03]
Yeah, he'll have to give him an order to remedy.
[11:08]
Because Mr. Booth was very nice about that.
[11:10]
I mean, he's friends with the owners.
[11:12]
He's been very patient for years now, so it's good that we move somewhat forward, but we'll continue on for that one.
[11:25]
Once again, all these things are good at exercise and our ability to force codes and ornaments, and so my follow up was key.
[11:35]
Okay, so I asked Mr. Schmidt about their field of code of ethics and his response was my third year experience.
[11:47]
I won't take anything.
[11:51]
So I said, so as I said, as such I am not aware of any code of ethics formally adapted by the top of the board.
[12:03]
So I asked Ms. Karen, and she came up with a code of ethics that based back to 1971.
[12:11]
Now, a code of history, codes of ethics are, I don't know if the word mandate is too strong,
[12:18]
but it's required by the article 18 of Ms. Bologna, Section A, or Section A, or Section A, or Section A, or Section A, or Section A, or Section A.
[12:26]
So, I think it would be proof that Tom, if we review the existing code of ethics, you
[12:34]
can pair to state models that they provide.
[12:39]
And I'll be happy to do that.
[12:40]
I just got our copy a couple hours ago.
[12:43]
So, between now and next month, I will compare this to the state models.
[12:51]
This is Schmidt, kind of dead heat, and the way sound, he went to the county and said,
[12:58]
what can we just end up years? And you know, ours, they don't even have one.
[13:04]
So the county does have a point about that.
[13:07]
They don't have a port about that. A port about that.
[13:09]
Yes, they do have a triangulation support, because it's all very similar between ours and theirs.
[13:14]
It's mostly geared towards not accepting money.
[13:19]
That is the main thing, but there are things that are actually important.
[13:22]
So yeah, we can discuss it, but let me finish with my important.
[13:25]
Thank you.
[13:27]
So I won't compare this apples wrap as well as the state miles.
[13:32]
And I believe something that then we can discuss and see what we need to do.
[13:39]
I've been carrying that very good point today that 1971.
[13:44]
I don't think we had anything that I think was called Intranet.
[13:47]
Some of these people weren't even born here.
[13:49]
Yeah.
[13:49]
And there's another tag.
[13:51]
A tag.
[13:52]
So it's a piece of shit.
[13:55]
I'm just certainly, that was a fight part of this area.
[14:00]
It's something we should certainly look at.
[14:03]
And I will support Square on that.
[14:06]
OK.
[14:06]
Could I make a recommendation?
[14:08]
Yes.
[14:09]
Maybe you'd like to contact some of the budding talents
[14:12]
to see how current theirs are, if it's something that we should.
[14:16]
I mean, that might save you a lot of light work
[14:18]
instead of going to the state.
[14:20]
Well, the state is mild.
[14:22]
Oh, it's pretty easy.
[14:23]
You just print off the PDF and you just go out and that.
[14:25]
If you weren't milders, our up to date to 20, 20 seconds.
[14:30]
So, but I think the time range should be good.
[14:32]
Yeah.
[14:33]
And you could also, and then I think you'd add to the things that the quarantine, public meetings,
[14:39]
and so on and so on.
[14:40]
So, we could really, I think we had a lot of time docked.
[14:43]
And that is a big chore, a code of time docked.
[14:46]
Yeah.
[14:47]
I made my kind of sound in the data centers and like I said, I just had a wonderful opportunity
[14:53]
on the state where I was doing business to communicate with the town that's built.
[15:01]
In the way they're doing it, they're so intelligent, so below the narrative that they had a sound nurse and you put a lot of water, you require a lot of electricity, because they're forcing this company to produce raw electricity.
[15:15]
We're sending it have to produce transmission lines within, in terms of low utility.
[15:20]
Because you're telling great players don't have to build out for the transmission line.
[15:24]
So it's just, it went done right and it's just fantastic.
[15:27]
And also they are cold water.
[15:30]
So there's a false narrative I appreciate it as,
[15:32]
then all you ask about from the environment,
[15:34]
so let's look at it.
[15:36]
So we have a year of his body and a year.
[15:38]
Let's look at that in the tournament exactly,
[15:40]
because they have increased their tax base by 45 million dollars.
[15:44]
Now I don't think we have the land for these anyway,
[15:48]
but my point is, once again, let's look at
[15:52]
bringing coordinates to deal with this.
[15:54]
Because without that first, there's nothing we can't do with that.
[15:58]
So we have a year now to do that.
[15:59]
I'm hired to see this and we do that.
[16:01]
Whatever the message is, whether it's your committee or what.
[16:05]
I got a message, I don't know if anybody else
[16:07]
did on the speed limit, I don't know where they're all.
[16:10]
Do you care in a new building?
[16:11]
I know, I know, years, goals reduce.
[16:13]
Do you know what I think about that?
[16:14]
First, I heard it.
[16:15]
All right, I'll look deeper into that.
[16:18]
I had them up through it, but I think they don't have it.
[16:21]
I think Dan, if it's not posted, it's 55.
[16:25]
Shooting post, it's 35.
[16:26]
Oh, it was changed years ago, right?
[16:32]
It went from a 35 to a 35.
[16:34]
I'm doing a little bit of an idea.
[16:35]
I don't know if I sound like I think we did a
[16:37]
evening work down there, which was a number of years ago.
[16:39]
We posted all of them signing a summer, getting paid to leave your place now.
[16:43]
That's all marked 35 miles long.
[16:45]
OK, you're right.
[16:46]
So I think maybe the inquiry was enforcing this.
[16:52]
So maybe before we call the Sheriffs and we could look at the signs and maybe just make it clear.
[16:58]
Okay, all right, good.
[16:59]
Yeah, that point is going to be a good one.
[17:03]
Walk the road ditch around the bend.
[17:05]
You're still road.
[17:06]
I've been talking in May, but for a couple of years and they just did.
[17:09]
They did a beautiful job.
[17:10]
You see that?
[17:11]
So most houses are going to flood.
[17:13]
It's a panel.
[17:14]
It's a panel.
[17:15]
It's a basement.
[17:16]
It's there.
[17:16]
So that was clean.
[17:18]
Clear out.
[17:18]
I'm really good, I haven't been down on this range because it hasn't, right?
[17:22]
But I was really happy to see that I sent me, but I thank you.
[17:26]
Yeah, it looks good.
[17:27]
And he applied that.
[17:28]
The only thing they didn't do is when I met with the cover, the cover.
[17:33]
You know, we're going to work on that one too.
[17:35]
Yeah, that was supposed to be part of it.
[17:36]
Yeah, I think they just didn't get to it, but yeah,
[17:39]
I'm sorry.
[17:39]
Bring that.
[17:40]
So now it's going to move more water than you have to do with the cover of the cover.
[17:44]
So there are water.
[17:46]
All right.
[17:46]
So that's good.
[17:51]
Mr. Estito, Senator, I think we're all always
[17:54]
seed out of your bearing parks, maintenance.
[17:58]
And I think it's mostly to the wilderness park.
[18:01]
But I brought up a while about the greasy park
[18:04]
from Santa Reg, greasy, greasy.
[18:05]
Brasio.
[18:08]
So, where do we have it at?
[18:10]
I mean, it's in the air, repair it.
[18:14]
I mean, to the point of your life.
[18:15]
Look at the bed, I'm not part of it.
[18:16]
I like that price for me, but here's what they said.
[18:20]
Oh, look at it, you said it.
[18:21]
It doesn't look at it.
[18:23]
So where are we at?
[18:24]
Can't find it.
[18:25]
Our parks can be, I don't know.
[18:28]
So I don't know.
[18:29]
I mean, we have to come to the board.
[18:31]
We have to come to the board.
[18:32]
The board's got to tell me what they want to do.
[18:36]
Okay, so what's the session we're going to take to do that?
[18:40]
I think identifying the things that need to be attempted to.
[18:44]
And if we can do it in house talk to Sam,
[18:49]
and you know, these are maintenance guy.
[18:50]
If we can't do it in house, we're kind of,
[18:53]
I don't know, living.
[18:53]
So we need to engage parks in parks, in parks,
[18:56]
in parks, in parks.
[18:57]
Yeah, it should start there.
[18:59]
And then, these kind of are part of the board.
[19:01]
And then, the board's kind of common to say,
[19:03]
well, we kind of do this or this, or a retired hour.
[19:07]
I mean, some of the funny things down there
[19:09]
are that playground equipment that you'd be able to repair it.
[19:12]
So a lot of my estimations needs to be a place where it changes.
[19:16]
That was my private time, you know, I wouldn't put up a post-inside time to change this.
[19:20]
So anyway, okay, I will engage the parts to get you on that and get to the many correct
[19:25]
recommendations to the board.
[19:26]
If you want to keep that in mind.
[19:29]
On the last day of the whole, one of the things we're going to talk to, we're going to
[19:34]
regard it to the work we're doing.
[19:35]
I asked him about the, what are the big issues according to our coals, the part of the
[19:41]
installation is, the code is, it has to be our 49th.
[19:44]
Yes. So the big question is, are we our 49th?
[19:48]
And I don't think we are, I know some of these, we are not.
[19:51]
So when we go forward with this, how do we bring it to our 49th,
[19:55]
we have to propose a move on everything in there,
[19:57]
start in fresh, hatching, whatever.
[20:00]
So that's something we need to do.
[20:02]
Have you discussed it with Mike?
[20:03]
I talked to him the other day, and I said,
[20:06]
you haven't looked up through, you don't have to look up through.
[20:08]
Right, we, like I said, we're trying to divide it out.
[20:11]
When the time comes, I think the right approach would be to measure what's there,
[20:16]
convert it to whatever art is, and add to make our fortified.
[20:20]
And have the areas that have been, yeah, this place, yeah, so he knows about it, Dan,
[20:26]
and we'll keep putting you in the loop, and, you know, like I said, there was four things.
[20:32]
We want to try to get him done, but we'll let, you know.
[20:36]
So that's the thing, where he's a worker, he knows that he's the skinny guy, he can get up there, I can see that he's in the face.
[20:45]
Oh, fall through.
[20:49]
One last thing, and this would be a question for the website.
[20:55]
How hard is it?
[20:56]
Can people have a bathroom about us?
[20:59]
How hard is it to get email addresses with tonometer for that gush suffix
[21:08]
time? So, like, clear, at tonometer for that gush. It will be so easy for people
[21:13]
and people that ask me, and how come you guys don't need that?
[21:17]
Because our email is through the bus revolver that are emails through digital towpaths
[21:21]
so until when I know if we change it to both, we can't ask the web developer
[21:25]
to do something that they're not actively doing right now.
[21:27]
So, can we ask you because of that?
[21:30]
That's a great question.
[21:32]
That's whether he wants to transfer everything.
[21:34]
I mean, the first step was getting the NYG.gov website
[21:38]
which we've done.
[21:39]
And then from there, whether we keep digital tow path
[21:43]
as our email, but I mean, the big question was transferring
[21:47]
it all over to Quatsimia, or we're going to lose archive emails
[21:50]
because there are a lot of very important emails
[21:52]
that Karen has, and everybody has.
[21:54]
So that is up to Greg.
[21:59]
You shouldn't, but I don't know.
[22:01]
That's a question.
[22:02]
So would you ask Greg that question?
[22:05]
Because I've never seen a website that didn't offer.
[22:08]
They do offer it.
[22:09]
But there's a way to understand that.
[22:11]
We need it quite simply at the time.
[22:13]
Because we're very strapped.
[22:15]
Digital talk had to update it anything.
[22:17]
We needed to fight information.
[22:18]
And this is factoring solar.
[22:20]
So we have a lot of information that can get out immediately.
[22:22]
This is why we switched to parts of the world.
[22:25]
Okay, and this is your top ad.
[22:27]
Uh-huh.
[22:27]
Okay, I really am suggesting.
[22:32]
That's not for me to decide. That's a board decision. But I understand you're responsible for the website you...
[22:38]
I update the website. I'm responsible for the website.
[22:41]
Quarter to grab anywhere other than contact person. Can you please bring that decision?
[22:46]
There's something we should take care of really good things. Okay? You could do that?
[22:51]
Yes, I am able to do that.
[22:52]
Yeah.
[22:53]
You're great.
[22:54]
You're great.
[22:55]
You're absolutely a my kid.
[22:57]
I can't.
[22:57]
You didn't have to be my bull.
[22:59]
I'm going to be a my boss.
[23:02]
I'm going to be a my boss.
[23:06]
I think that's all I have.
[23:09]
Okay, thank you.
[23:10]
Thank you.
[23:10]
What are these going to end?
[23:13]
I've overworked the county legislature today in the 10th.
[23:17]
No, I don't think so.
[23:19]
I don't understand.
[23:20]
Okay.
[23:20]
Next would be councilperson day of the challenge.
[23:24]
Ready.
[23:25]
Website.
[23:27]
I just wanted everybody to know that the reason the animal control information was in
[23:30]
on-air, so there have been inquiries about it.
[23:33]
Over the past month there have been a lot of active pieces.
[23:36]
The reason that information wasn't on there and it was transferred to Karen was because we had
[23:41]
a lot of that threats, not too long ago.
[23:45]
So all of that information was removed.
[23:48]
I have asked animal control as they are okay with their information going back on and they are, so it is on there now, but during all of that craziness, everything was to be referred to care, and then she could refer to animal control.
[24:07]
Also, for an update, I did talk to Parks Committee Chair Doug Burke, since she's not here,
[24:12]
she just wanted to make sure that some information got out in regards to the time-wide survey.
[24:20]
This is for the comprehensive master plan, advisory committee updates.
[24:26]
So the first thing that's happening is this Friday, a flyer's going to be sent out,
[24:30]
mask canvas just alerting everybody that there's going to be a survey. The survey is going to be sent
[24:37]
like a week or two after that. But there's also going to be a link in QR code once that once the
[24:45]
flag gets sent and then once followed with the survey I'll put the survey and the QR code onto the website
[24:52]
just so everybody knows the QR code was done for no cost of the town. It is someone
[25:00]
that helps job with the flyers that she makes for the snow-showing the blingwoods so this
[25:08]
guy is able to get the QR code price for free so that's nice and then
[25:21]
you have nothing
[25:22]
much there and then the final roll for assessment is off so that's on the website you can find
[25:29]
on the home page, I believe, and also on the assessors page updated some of his hours on
[25:36]
their two in the contact information, but other than that, that is all that I have.
[25:42]
Thank you. And just a little addition, the CMP card should be in the house of July 17th
[25:49]
Yeah. Yeah. I don't even know who that's yet. By Friday. Okay, good. Thank you, thank you.
[25:58]
Oh, that leaves the substitute supervisor next. Okay, that's me.
[26:04]
I'm going to read my whole report.
[26:06]
We talked about a lot of it, but I'll read it anyway.
[26:10]
I had two quotes, calls both, I caused me in a road.
[26:13]
I contacted Mr. Maxwell on both cases.
[26:16]
One of them will probably end up in court because it's multiple orders of, to remedy, have not been followed.
[26:25]
He's working on both of them said he'd get back to me.
[26:29]
Just a little update.
[26:31]
There's no new information from A, R, C, N, the property owners on a racial street,
[26:37]
since resolution 34, 2020, six was passed.
[26:42]
The county of the night ahead of meeting here at the Municipal Building and July 1st to
[26:49]
do a power point on Cosby Manor Road Stormwater drainage study.
[26:54]
The study was done by BCA Architects of Engineers.
[26:58]
The area was covered from the intersection of Walker Road and Cosby Manor to the Skyler
[27:03]
Town Line 2.3 miles.
[27:05]
They instructed 21 areas and rated them on their conditions, more to follow.
[27:12]
It was well-attended by the Cosmene and the Road Residence.
[27:17]
There was a lot of questions that was a couple hours long,
[27:25]
same was here, myself and Gregory.
[27:27]
It went pretty well.
[27:29]
The only thing is, I mean, it's preliminary,
[27:34]
and we hope it happens, what they call
[27:36]
capital project and the problem I used to be on the capital projects committee when I was a county
[27:44]
legislator. You get like 70 million in requests and you can award like 20 because they don't
[27:50]
like to create more debt than they can sell off. So it's still a step in the right direction but it
[27:58]
takes time and I hope it happens because it was pretty informative.
[28:04]
Anyway okay oh this is the best
[28:07]
one. The state is that one week when O Bell Hill has been solved. I hugged the guy, I took them up
[28:15]
and shook them today.
[28:19]
The property has been sold. It is in the process of closing. He was here
[28:24]
tonight, Karen gave him some tax information. It will be all remediated and cleared and become
[28:31]
they can build a lot.
[28:34]
Yeah, after 14 months, process server, certified mail,
[28:39]
I was even a postman in California, okay.
[28:42]
But I didn't know what they usually don't work out there
[28:46]
while I worked out well, so I'm looking forward to that.
[28:50]
Next, the Capota building,
[28:54]
the building,
[28:56]
should be here around the middle of the next month.
[28:59]
tentatively I check in on it's progress I'm the where we are in the waiting list we're doing well and
[29:06]
I
[29:08]
The garage doors had to be ordered a month in advance, so I ordered them officially this morning and
[29:15]
Hopefully in the workout really well
[29:18]
Okay, and this is a little redundant, but I go over the sightings been installed 144 feet
[29:25]
The facial repair
[29:28]
Thank you
[29:30]
Oh boy. The facial repaired. The one six-foot section of railing on the seniors has been replaced.
[29:37]
The temporary ones will be. I got the wrong screws. And I found a drip-red Saturday, so Mr.
[29:43]
Varrow would be back to finish up a few things there. And then the last thing was Dan and
[29:48]
myself talked about was the Rudy House with Mr. Booth. So that's been vetted. That's it for me.
[29:57]
uh... between sneezes, turn the-
[30:01]
Okay.
[30:03]
There won't be a summer news letter this year because none of the town committees or departments turned in any information except for the codes at the very last minute.
[30:17]
So our next newsletter will go out early September if we're lucky,
[30:26]
but I'm a woman person off as I can't chase everybody down, I gave them a schedule, and I remind them via email once, so we won't have them.
[30:40]
the prices of stamps have gone up as of today I believe.
[30:45]
I just want to keep it in mind when the board gets together to talk about the budget.
[30:56]
I met with Lauren Media, I'm not sure who knows, but our IT guy resigned about a month and a half ago.
[31:09]
And we were connected with town resident Laura Lauren Madia and she was seeking us a new IT company after the resignation of Mike Long.
[31:25]
She also took a great deal of information on places like Digital Topia, which we pay in our money's worth.
[31:38]
She was going to seek out other companies that could do similar things that we already enlist at better prices.
[31:46]
I have never backed from her yet.
[31:50]
I did do all the appointments for the youth program last month and they've all then approved by the county and so we're all set with that to want me to do you allergic to me.
[32:10]
It's not going to be honest.
[32:13]
You have been into youth program.
[32:16]
After the meetings over you can do it on board.
[32:19]
Okay, so I'm also going to do the youth program as I'm the director as well.
[32:25]
Sunday, I'm sorry, Monday to lie,
[32:28]
6 started the first day of our 6 weeks summer part program.
[32:33]
We're obviously got out at what a great program we have because this year we had on our first day of a hundred and eight children signed up.
[32:45]
We have never had that number before. Last year we were averaging 70 a day.
[32:53]
So, as you can see, I did need to hire two more as this meeting to help with that.
[33:01]
We do have approximately, well, not counting today, approximately 12 non-resident families who
[33:09]
are bringing their children in.
[33:11]
They pay us a non-resident fee of $250 to help to pray, busing costs, supplies, arts and crafts
[33:21]
and sports equipment,
[33:25]
let's see, our staff is working very hard. They throughout the day to keep
[33:32]
all of these children safe and entertained. It was a good feeling this week when I went over there.
[33:44]
Usually, I'll go and there'll be some kids under the pavilion, I'll do an arts and crafts or
[33:50]
little group of kids and there might be a kickball game going out on out here and then
[33:59]
that group might move and then move to the basketball court and play basketball. When I was
[34:05]
there on Monday we had a soccer game going basketball going volleyball going on a pile of kids
[34:15]
on the playground, and the pavilion still was filled with children doing arts and crafts and
[34:23]
such. So it worked out and they were given along.
[34:29]
Yes, they were. They were. We do have a good group of kids.
[34:37]
I do have a completed calendar of
[34:39]
activities. And I believe it is next week we're doing a patriotism week. So all our arts
[34:48]
and crafts will be in red, white and blue, year towards the flag.
[34:55]
And at the end of the week,
[34:57]
Notre Dame's ROTC will be coming by, they will do a flag demonstration and talk to the kids
[35:07]
about how to fold this leg, how to care for a flag, all of the important things that
[35:14]
unfortunately they're not taught on a regular basis. And I guess that's it.
[35:20]
We will be going to the Boonville Fair again this year. This is our third year going.
[35:26]
It's put out by a night of county for age and Cornell extension as well as the Boonville Fair.
[35:35]
committee, they cover the cost of the bossing to get us there, they cover the admission,
[35:44]
they cover, they give each student and my staff a $20 food voucher for carable food and
[35:53]
they all get wristbands to ride the rides.
[35:57]
So that is an unbelievable, I mean that's, if I had to pay for the bosses and all of
[36:03]
that stuff we're probably looking at $6,000.
[36:07]
So it is a huge benefit and Mr. Bach,
[36:12]
I would have told him to take it back to the county
[36:14]
that we really, really appreciate it.
[36:18]
And as usual, we're always welcoming donations.
[36:23]
Icepops, candy, and goodies are always great.
[36:28]
Arts and crafts, old things that you have laying around
[36:31]
that you don't think, or worth anything, these kids can make something out of anything.
[36:38]
And sports equipment, we do have quite a bit, but they never make it through the whole summer.
[36:45]
So, if anybody has a thing that they want to donate, we highly welcome it.
[36:52]
And that's it.
[36:53]
Thank you, Karen.
[36:54]
Next time we should pretend that Sam Archer Jr.
[36:57]
If you think the question to put up a lot to the international or whatever you'd like to buy a last one has been sold.
[37:05]
We have three pieces, they're all sold.
[37:07]
Two have been picked up one as a match.
[37:12]
Hopefully they'll be out on the recent pieces of other.
[37:16]
Three ways to rely is complete.
[37:21]
We're working on Pauline Amp right now, which is about my schedule for three years.
[37:27]
We're finally getting the drainage work done, which is...
[37:30]
The major paving out in the streets, we've gone into asphalt as the three inch lift in the inch and half of it.
[37:39]
Anybody's been buying the highway drives, late DLC, is building on site, which is the here, built stone trails, building the house, their groomers.
[37:49]
You talk about that, probably five, six months ago, only right now.
[37:53]
The building is out, it's not completed yet, we've got doors and things like that.
[37:58]
But they have this, if you see a new building, that is that sport.
[38:08]
Anyone in their house, the road bridge.
[38:10]
I just don't know who the goal is.
[38:19]
These factory road.
[38:21]
We're still trying to get our engineering.
[38:25]
There's, there's a boat on engineering.
[38:29]
I gave the information in my degree to sign it.
[38:31]
I'm fortunate it was about four of the places that need to be signed and not in it.
[38:36]
So I've got back us.
[38:37]
And the factory is back in the office.
[38:38]
have to sign in and get it. There's a no or has a no or has a no or has a one spot. So, let's
[38:45]
say this box. I'll give you the right of them. We're still looking at the trees. I have
[38:51]
two third coat. Those trees are our property and we drive. I've got two now. I've got to
[38:57]
get to third. Oh, yeah, which is right. School hours grow. I think I can talk about that
[39:05]
on a sink hole in the road, the way the school got out, to do anything that they announced
[39:12]
schools out, probably going to look at it because we're so shorting it out, I'm going
[39:18]
to try to get a mess from the contractor to see if I can get it done in a reasonable amount
[39:26]
of time to minimize. I'm going to talk a couple of kind of tractor and a super extra new man.
[39:31]
most of the light up the period of the number of students.
[39:37]
Thank you, sir.
[39:38]
Can I ask you a question, sir?
[39:40]
Sir?
[39:40]
I call it a day from Shane Bay this way.
[39:45]
And we're just looking for a couple of answers to the webinar.
[39:49]
Is there going to be any question best in the issue on that?
[39:52]
Can I ask you the question?
[39:56]
I can't answer that if I don't know that.
[39:58]
How can one gauge is that at least report or that I am not a tool, I don't, I talk with the government, I don't know what they do.
[40:10]
I can't.
[40:11]
Can I ask and find out that?
[40:13]
And then they'll call me or they'll just show up and they're going to investigate.
[40:17]
They don't have to do this.
[40:18]
I don't have no prior warning.
[40:23]
I can just be something to tell you.
[40:54]
I mean, he'll struggle not on my door or no one's information and that's why he's in a quick and still sit there hasn't been functions a day to put there
[41:04]
Yeah, okay, that's the way and anticipation that somebody might show
[41:10]
Okay, that's not
[41:13]
Next Jim Maxwell he's reports on the desk in the back is met flu security assessor
[41:19]
No.
[41:21]
There.
[41:21]
No net booster.
[41:24]
Patty Goldsmith could not make it.
[41:26]
Her reports also back around the desk in the story in John Focci.
[41:33]
No.
[41:33]
No.
[41:34]
Parks committee.
[41:36]
Debbie Burke, absent.
[41:37]
Uh-oh.
[41:38]
That leaves.
[41:40]
I want to thank you.
[41:43]
Okay.
[41:44]
I'll just get it going forward.
[41:47]
We have three public hearings last month.
[41:53]
The last one, one was the U.S.
[41:56]
variants, which are extremely hard to get up and it was demise.
[42:00]
The other two were approved, they were the larger buildings,
[42:06]
one of the last what was the first person to cut down the size of the building he wanted.
[42:14]
And there was a little friction between the neighbors, but what they started talking to each other
[42:21]
and using how to put together.
[42:23]
That's good.
[42:24]
That's very good.
[42:26]
I did receive one packet from Mr. Max from about someone who may be doing a variance, and
[42:34]
that will be as soon as I get money crossing my palm made out of the town.
[42:41]
Okay.
[42:41]
look at that.
[42:45]
As far as I see in your scholar, you're very happy that you didn't have
[42:49]
the air conditioning working. And if you want to get here, just put this switch up and make
[42:55]
sure that it says, cool, not off or cold. You know why it's working? I know when pizza
[43:03]
The end, the end, is called.
[43:06]
You haven't spoken so much.
[43:10]
So the third thing.
[43:11]
But Mrs. Huff, for our first part of your life,
[43:15]
celebration, we had hot dogs, which is normal for us.
[43:18]
And we had some good, good soundlets come in.
[43:23]
And August, with, and July, we're gonna be,
[43:27]
when I was taking her screen.
[43:30]
3rd sleep.
[43:32]
And then we'll have pizza again.
[43:34]
The last verse to you is going to be our ice cream sundae, and we do have one trip coming in
[43:43]
office to go to the rev in Auburn, the old carousel, one of the carousel theater, and it's
[43:52]
to take carousel.
[43:53]
I don't want to hear something right now, but that's it, that's it, that's it, that's
[44:03]
it, that's it.
[44:04]
Thank you, Laura, let's see, hope right here, last is, but definitely not least, as our
[44:13]
town attorney Bill Schwitz, what a report I like, okay, okay, let's see, anybody here from the
[44:24]
video. Yes, sir. Hi. Hi. I'm Thomas. I'm just pouring on the data centers. I was just
[44:32]
told to come here today. Oh, okay. Well, thanks for coming. Where are you from?
[44:37]
I'm the data center. Oh, okay. Thanks for coming. Thanks for coming. I didn't know you were
[44:43]
here. Do you have anything you want to add or do you just keep? No, okay. Okay.
[44:53]
I'm
[44:53]
I prefer food to the floor.
[44:56]
Yes sir.
[44:57]
Yes.
[44:57]
So I sent a letter to...
[45:01]
Yes.
[45:04]
First of all, no one responded. Second of all, I appreciate so he's cooperating enough. Third, he thoughts. I'm kind of confused.
[45:17]
First of all, Mr. Cito, a bunch of us couldn't download it. I don't know what happened. Karen was able to download it. I couldn't.
[45:26]
I don't know, it's because of, but yeah,
[45:32]
I guess, I mean, I mean, I don't know a whole lot
[45:36]
of about the park's problems, but that speaks for itself.
[45:41]
The motor vehicle thing with motorcycles or four wheelers, that's strictly a law enforcement
[45:47]
issue, because they have to catch them right then, and they're not allowed to chase them.
[45:56]
The only thing that we're talking about putting things in the back one is that stand.
[46:01]
That's so Mr. Cole is handling that and he's not here tonight.
[46:08]
Yeah, the thing is with the ATVs and they have to be local.
[46:14]
They can't be good for it.
[46:15]
Listen, I can tell you we're in the company.
[46:17]
But it doesn't seem to be very helpful to the sheriff's department.
[46:22]
They don't really seem to care because they're in the company.
[46:25]
I mean, again, there's no accountability, I don't see the town going here to say to these folks that they need to do something.
[46:36]
There are kids who don't want to listen, they just had the little three times just before the meeting.
[46:41]
They have little machines going up and down and walking around.
[46:44]
I mean, I don't know what the parents is, but any kids do it.
[46:48]
The first people say, let the kids be kids, but wait until there's a problem and a car hits
[46:54]
when it's 55 out of your folks.
[46:56]
And if those kids get in, they get in a point and it's good to be the person driving the car.
[47:02]
It's the best I can come to not care.
[47:05]
And I understand that's the only part of the issue is the ATBs and the third place that are
[47:12]
big enough to trail back here.
[47:15]
You know, I appreciate the sand's got the guys that cut the wood, they cut the grass.
[47:19]
I appreciate it.
[47:20]
Definitely.
[47:21]
I'm more in line, forgive me for being selfish, but I tend to think that my part is here
[47:29]
for me, and that I'm going to be able to use it.
[47:34]
We originally put this one and a half mile metal loop they call it now.
[47:38]
That's not originally put down with stone.
[47:40]
and compact it down. I remember Sam was putting a, like, a grass killer around because a grass was growing up through.
[47:49]
Which is okay. The problem is after after this, I'm going to call it years of neglect because that was really done anything.
[47:56]
Other than sand going down, he's put some drainage down through.
[48:00]
If this is a quarter of a world where the trail, and I'm not looking for a tart surface or a painting surface or anything like that,
[48:09]
But what's there is not acceptable, I've seen other folks, unfortunately, who are older, I like to walk.
[48:18]
It's a perfect one and a half mile from me around that window back to my house.
[48:26]
You can't cut the grass too low because you're going to break your machine or blades by having the deck too low.
[48:32]
All right, because the rocks that are coming up from the bottom are going to trip it.
[48:36]
So now you're hiding the rocks, you're hiding the, the, the divots, if you will, there's,
[48:43]
down, I'm, I'm the backside of the hill going down before you make the sharp turn.
[48:47]
There's roots that come up, there's a lot of, phone size and little bigger sticks that are laying
[48:53]
across a York rake could clean that up, but if you dug out the stone that are popping
[48:59]
up through when you were able to get the grass, I don't know if you could even miss some
[49:02]
of the divas.
[49:03]
It's like if this one would be in two things.
[49:06]
Again, I've fallen three times.
[49:09]
I fell less weak.
[49:12]
I was just really upset, so I can play.
[49:15]
I'm sorry, Karen.
[49:18]
But I don't understand the difficulty of having a your break go down through and having
[49:25]
a machine just go get rid of the rocks and fill it in with some gravel.
[49:30]
something that you can get a fairly decent surface. Well, no, I mean if there are spots that some soil or something can be put into help
[49:39]
believe it, the problem is it's exactly what it's called, the woven Australia, it's not going to be like the paint.
[49:46]
Why did we put the stone down and begin with? Well, why did we maintain it for a bunch of years after? And now all of a sudden for the best, I don't know, a bunch of years.
[49:58]
I'm not going to say that.
[49:59]
Well, that's actually about it.
[50:00]
Now we're in the colony.
[50:01]
We're in a slow challenge.
[50:02]
The first thing that was here for Parks Committee, see if they can identify some of this.
[50:08]
But I've done that.
[50:08]
Oh, wait a minute.
[50:09]
Then maybe a maintenance schedule.
[50:12]
And it's all dependent on it.
[50:13]
I'm trying to send him here.
[50:16]
The Parks Committee.
[50:17]
So I was part of the Parks Committee.
[50:20]
He had one meeting last year in September.
[50:24]
It was quiet all winter long.
[50:26]
So we kind of been doing meetings, setting goals, getting quotes,
[50:31]
doing whatever needed to be done.
[50:33]
There was absolutely nothing going on.
[50:36]
Well, I reached out a couple.
[50:37]
So this is the boat that you created.
[50:40]
I've heard that I've heard that in the past
[50:42]
that we're going to maybe think about restructuring
[50:45]
this park's quote-unquote committee or program.
[50:50]
I mean, right now, what you got is a work in film.
[50:53]
Plain and simple.
[50:54]
Like I said, I'm not a big, big, big, large-leaf valve in the parks and shoes, but
[51:00]
Well, I think it's got a house of person, maybe you need to be involved in the parks?
[51:05]
I see a question. I like to, I understand, personally, you're proud, I'm so far as you're
[51:11]
asking that, but I like to get to this notion. I'm sort of a lot to come on with that nonsense.
[51:17]
So, I heard two complaints. One is the misuse of the trial by the public vehicles.
[51:24]
Correct? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
[51:26]
Is that cause and part of the second problem, anything?
[51:29]
I could think it does.
[51:30]
But I'm not.
[51:31]
So are they creating? I mean, I'm not necessarily heavy talk to the Shares program about
[51:37]
providing the VNL surveillance.
[51:40]
So you both, with a video call, can they work with that on?
[51:45]
No, I don't.
[51:46]
Okay. So then maybe a solution might be or an attempt at a solution
[51:52]
It would be to put a notice in a very prominent notice in the newsletter, say, guys, we got a problem, and it's causing safety issues.
[52:01]
And then you say, if it's a violation,
[52:06]
I think it was going to be a little bit of a subject to these penalties, do a real obvious notice.
[52:15]
That's a good point.
[52:16]
It's because the chances are that they're talented residents, correct me.
[52:21]
Maybe a warning to say, you don't want to jam anybody.
[52:25]
Just say, listen, it's going to be monitored.
[52:28]
Please refrain.
[52:42]
The other part of that would be the condition of the trail itself. Now, I would ask Sam, is there, and I think, Greg, I feel just, you alluded to this, is there a maintenance schedule at the time of the day?
[53:00]
that you mentioned in your break.
[53:01]
Maybe that's the best way we hear there's another way.
[53:03]
But can that be put on a schedule
[53:05]
where somebody runs down up with you,
[53:07]
or every quote, or you are a break,
[53:10]
or every spring, is that something that can be done?
[53:14]
Instead of going to the more and more,
[53:15]
just to do that, I don't know their interaction.
[53:18]
Yeah, but if you're asking your expertise,
[53:20]
that would definitely affect it,
[53:22]
then can they keep trying to say,
[53:25]
you don't know your current?
[53:26]
I mean, you know, is there, like I, I look at part, make this as kind of a specialty or a site.
[53:35]
I mean, is that what you do to a trail that has previously had a gravel lay down on it,
[53:41]
is you are breaking even out and smooth it out? Is that something that's effective?
[53:46]
Wait, I don't know what to say.
[53:47]
We've never had a complaint, this is really, I've never had a complaint about it for a year.
[53:54]
I've heard others with John's been, I'm sorry, and this really had a small difference on this and two of them.
[54:02]
They had, they never come to me with an actual, they do that one.
[54:05]
Yeah, but that doesn't mean that Mr. Seedless complains.
[54:09]
I'm not, I'm not, I'm not, I don't know.
[54:12]
What inside?
[54:14]
No, I've never told him that what he should do, I've come to you guys because I know that he takes direction
[54:23]
section for you guys.
[54:26]
Well, when we're trying to prevent this action, I think it's supposed to be how they
[54:30]
come to me to ask me to do it.
[54:32]
So here, I want to know when they're going to watch.
[54:35]
So the first part of the media is noticing and the news out.
[54:41]
And then another thing is to say, maybe you can make the right
[54:43]
recommendation to board, then what can be done periodically when you
[54:48]
and fall or spring with a summer and a spring with something that would alleviate
[54:53]
some of these problems, and then we can say, well, it's a wilderness trail, we did what
[54:59]
we can do.
[55:00]
Then we have an argument there, but right now, that's what's done for a couple of years,
[55:04]
we didn't have an horizon.
[55:05]
What can we do?
[55:07]
What can we do?
[55:07]
So, can you make a recommendation to the board?
[55:10]
It's to what can you do to smooth it out and make it safe?
[55:14]
We're going to try and operate in a first.
[55:17]
Okay.
[55:18]
Okay.
[55:19]
Okay.
[55:19]
Okay.
[55:19]
Let's move on.
[55:21]
Let's move on.
[55:22]
Let's move on.
[55:22]
I'll talk to Sam about it.
[55:23]
Sir, anybody else would like to wait for which?
[55:25]
Is there a sign for no ATVs?
[55:30]
And we also have a lot.
[55:35]
Okay.
[55:36]
There you go.
[55:36]
Okay.
[55:38]
Oh, yes, ma'am.
[55:39]
I know I see this on James Maxwell's paper here.
[55:43]
Yes.
[55:43]
We weren't here much, but I do have concerns about the spread and road
[55:49]
property with the trust that are constantly on the spread and road.
[55:56]
Why have they been treated in?
[55:57]
There should be, in the past week, we had the sheriff said the firehouse.
[56:03]
They're not supposed to use in.
[56:04]
It's a thorough share unless it's a delivery.
[56:07]
But thank you.
[56:08]
Yes, they get off the two way instead of going over it.
[56:11]
And I'm talking about the house.
[56:13]
It's at 57, and I'm trying to grow a problem.
[56:16]
OK, if he has commercial vehicles on the road,
[56:19]
24,000, there's a big school of value there.
[56:22]
There's been there for days.
[56:25]
And the three cars in the park on their line
[56:28]
was no place on the road.
[56:30]
Do you see a way out there, too?
[56:31]
Who's he?
[56:32]
Mr. Grant's well.
[56:33]
It says right here, it says 10,000, 10,000.
[56:35]
Oh, I see.
[56:36]
That doesn't have possible business in Amazon.
[56:38]
Oh, so he's working.
[56:39]
Yeah, he's working.
[56:41]
people. Yeah, they deserve some of that and I'll be very good because it's coming out of our
[56:45]
development. When you pull out and develop it, you may not see past those vehicles that are
[56:51]
on the road, the traffic is going down and down and down. And most people can, you know,
[56:59]
you know, are trying to pull out and you can't see fast enough, you know, I was getting hit,
[57:05]
you know. Well, he's probably looking into what he'll have to issue an order to run
[57:09]
And if they don't comply, the time it takes to get into court, you know, eventually get there.
[57:19]
Yes.
[57:20]
So in addition to that, this period is a common half.
[57:24]
Some kind of organs or policy with what they can be.
[57:27]
On their property.
[57:29]
Yes.
[57:29]
Everyone will be first when we did it.
[57:31]
There were certain restrictions on their deed.
[57:32]
If you couldn't have a big trailer, you could have a boat story there.
[57:35]
at him. These things all off your property to maintain the integrity of the
[57:40]
neighborhood. So when you try to live there and you see these big
[57:43]
community utility and bucket trucks and then you start seeing the stuff that
[57:46]
there's no less than that. You're looking there back there.
[57:50]
Yeah, you look at their backyard and they have things more back there. Three cars and
[57:56]
they have looks like five of the houses or even maintenance behind the boxes or
[58:01]
something. And it's very easy to overcome and it doesn't
[58:05]
I'm just curious, what does the audience call you in?
[58:12]
What does the audience call you in?
[58:13]
What does the audience call you in?
[58:14]
Oh, there's a property maintenance ordinance.
[58:17]
Where he has to, they have to comply with the ordinance,
[58:21]
or they have to go to court eventually.
[58:25]
Mr. Maxwell issues those.
[58:31]
It doesn't happen overnight, but we've had some good success.
[58:36]
No, I think if you guys were aware of it.
[58:39]
Yes, yes.
[58:39]
I think I saw the one point that that was in the last two times.
[58:43]
I was going to ask if you know on our actually resides there.
[58:47]
Do you want to break another thing?
[58:48]
No.
[58:48]
Okay.
[58:50]
So, yes sir.
[58:53]
I want to just comment, is that someone who doesn't always come back and comes in more
[58:57]
regularities needs and is someone who has built many businesses in the area from nothing.
[59:03]
What I have to hear is a lot of excuse me.
[59:06]
I hate to say that because I'll tell you, I know you're charging very hard.
[59:09]
So let me just practice what I don't want to say by it.
[59:12]
Because I've also churn another fucking committee.
[59:15]
You can do everything right and still be there.
[59:17]
So I'm not perfect at what I've seen in these days.
[59:19]
I'm not thinking anyone, they can't remember.
[59:22]
And I don't know if this gentleman's over here at all.
[59:24]
But as I said, if you're meeting and listening to everybody talking,
[59:27]
I don't think it's time to have it.
[59:29]
And what it is is, and please don't get mad at me at all.
[59:33]
But excuse me, all right.
[59:36]
When you come to companies, you never know how they love you.
[59:38]
Because you're called bad luck.
[59:40]
When you want to committees, like three or four people,
[59:43]
and they're talking to you.
[59:44]
You have some communities on it, but the parts you make that meet, meet regularly, get accountability and as they capture something.
[59:53]
The excuse that it's used to pass the book and so many things.
[59:57]
I'm someone who can vary as you are in it because my company is.
[1:00:00]
I had never yet gotten an 19-knowless from our computer system instead of paying the barbers meeting. I've gone to open the meeting. Now what's the thing is I'm hearing, because I have a 19-day friend who I call newspaper here, is borderline, I have two requirements used to the why we know the functional 19-year website could go to the way it should. It's not about the security website, it's not much of a meaning to me. Not about four or eight email address, it could be done any more time. What I hear here about fortunately, I don't want you to have a name or what I keep hearing, is every time something just doesn't
[1:00:31]
There's an excuse by him, he can't fix it.
[1:00:33]
Let's go to his idea over here.
[1:00:36]
But I'm not going to wrap it down by the channel.
[1:00:39]
They had every terror left in a world of walking through it,
[1:00:41]
instead of going in a fight with it.
[1:00:43]
Somehow we need to create a way to create the incentive
[1:00:45]
for them not to do it anymore.
[1:00:47]
A very simple suggestion.
[1:00:49]
Hold it down in a trail camera.
[1:00:51]
This has to be a video game in your ears.
[1:00:53]
You know what happens?
[1:00:54]
Local people stop.
[1:00:55]
All these terror looks to come through.
[1:00:57]
You'll see nine people in your struggle away.
[1:00:59]
It's simply by taking a 50-dollar camera and we get some people to do all kinds of things
[1:01:03]
that move up there. That's wonderful. We can't see the sets,
[1:01:07]
and put it up a nice big sign that we do. It says,
[1:01:10]
only stay up comes here or you'll be videotaped or a lot of people will get you.
[1:01:14]
Most of the time, that's all you need to change your nature.
[1:01:18]
It's just accountability. But that's the same damn thing about the board.
[1:01:22]
They don't have a cure.
[1:01:24]
The accountability staff will do, guys. Like he says,
[1:01:27]
He doesn't know what to say in the talk.
[1:01:30]
Although, by saying, we talked in the 50, it was not about the whole time.
[1:01:33]
Because I had a call request that's made in my mind to fix it with it.
[1:01:36]
We don't do that.
[1:01:37]
If you tell it, let's call the management works.
[1:01:40]
And so, when he's asking for problems to be solved, I'm afraid.
[1:01:43]
That's something you should have come back to in the chain and then solve.
[1:01:46]
Here's the problem, I see his picture.
[1:01:48]
Good problem.
[1:01:49]
Why don't you watch over one of those problems?
[1:01:51]
There's a few more trace over it.
[1:01:53]
And he falls down and hurts his back.
[1:01:54]
in the middle of the loss in the time because we didn't even make this out of it.
[1:01:57]
And when we had to equip into Godowns' work, that's it because our part of the
[1:02:01]
Department didn't even say he's saying we've put down a bunch of Godowns' works for us.
[1:02:05]
There are solutions for us that are very simple.
[1:02:07]
Never come to my company and you're in a problem with it.
[1:02:09]
I never hear some of the solutions in my life.
[1:02:13]
After all, I hear side conversations over here where I came here said the times.
[1:02:19]
The nest is respectful and there's meaning is funny, but the snack is disrespectful.
[1:02:22]
But the fact is we're looking for some kind of solutions, and I don't think it's unreasonable
[1:02:29]
for people to give a talk to guys who are now, and they say, can we concentrate more
[1:02:33]
as solutions?
[1:02:35]
If we know that the part of this part of this solution, we can't be forced to fight the party
[1:02:39]
to meet next week and come up with something they're both specified, or anything like, if
[1:02:45]
you can't do that, then the part of the party doesn't work for you, you work for them.
[1:02:52]
Thank you.
[1:02:53]
Thank you.
[1:02:54]
Thank you.
[1:02:54]
That's all.
[1:02:54]
Thank you.
[1:02:55]
No, it's all right.
[1:02:57]
And that's, you know, like, we don't come to that.
[1:02:59]
I mean, I've come to a couple of different things before, but my husband was about
[1:03:03]
there.
[1:03:03]
I think he's sort of the fact that, like, the positive part of this, the buildings, the
[1:03:08]
couple of guys not here, it's like, so you guys want to come to the meetings.
[1:03:12]
But I'm sure this is why you don't get a lot of other people coming.
[1:03:15]
Because they get the same thing.
[1:03:16]
So I'm going to be not here to address their problems.
[1:03:18]
I mean, I have to say, you know, that the thing is complaints and as far as I know is what part of time, but, you know,
[1:03:30]
what's under your website?
[1:03:31]
Every moment here that can answer these questions.
[1:03:33]
The website behavior was capable of letting every single individual who was in a no,
[1:03:38]
when is any kind of media and any kind of committee at any time of day.
[1:03:41]
You have to keep a note.
[1:03:43]
We've had it in the website for how many years now.
[1:03:45]
You know, we still came to be getting our emails from chasing each other.
[1:03:50]
Now, now that that's not what you want.
[1:03:53]
Anything else, man?
[1:03:56]
No, I just wish that there was people here.
[1:03:57]
No more.
[1:03:58]
We're going to be caught back in my hair.
[1:04:01]
I just want to say that.
[1:04:05]
I'm personally, I'm under tiredness.
[1:04:09]
So I'm willing to help any council person or a supervisor with any meaning
[1:04:15]
the only task that way, if legally acceptable for me to help out with, that's why I became involved
[1:04:23]
with the Parks Committee to begin with, but nothing was getting done.
[1:04:27]
I offered by St. Mike, he skills to the top of the fruit to help you with that transition.
[1:04:32]
I did not attempt anything that I worked.
[1:04:33]
I'm gonna have to admit, again, that I ran a successful IT business for 17 years.
[1:04:41]
I'm happy to be a consultant, I guess, or the time I was very young, looking for something.
[1:04:48]
I'm more ready and willing and able to help my town because I care.
[1:04:54]
I feel as though what I may ask you to work is not in the park.
[1:04:59]
And something is a work that I can't afford to leave her.
[1:05:04]
And you need to have peaceful employees that are going to help make changes so that it's a positive change during our trip.
[1:05:12]
Again, there's no accountability.
[1:05:13]
And I don't know the fellow over here.
[1:05:16]
But I agree with the accountability and the excuses.
[1:05:20]
And I'm hearing the same thing about Cameron since last summer, I think it was that I first started hearing about it.
[1:05:28]
I'm shocked, I mean, I don't govern it as slow, but if we do things for month to month,
[1:05:35]
you know, what's wrong with having me talk to them?
[1:05:39]
If, if we had a parts committee, the first thing I would do is ask the time, what would they like?
[1:05:44]
You get a plan, there's no plan, there's no plan.
[1:05:47]
And then I look that line, I'm you old.
[1:05:49]
Well, we got a new plan, John, I mean,
[1:05:51]
I don't, you don't want to go out here.
[1:05:53]
We have no plan.
[1:05:53]
I don't care of Bill. I have everywhere to stay here speaking.
[1:05:57]
A five minutes, you have five minutes and we went ways this.
[1:06:02]
No, no, because that's not what it's about, John.
[1:06:07]
It's about courtesy and I extended it to you as well.
[1:06:11]
Let's try and not join your power, John.
[1:06:14]
Oh, come on.
[1:06:16]
John, let's just hold on to you.
[1:06:17]
Please, I did make a recommendation, you know it,
[1:06:21]
of strength to re-structure the parks committee and I'm still working on it even though I was
[1:06:26]
met with a lot of opposition from a person in the park. But I went over her head and up.
[1:06:33]
I'm not going to let that go. We're going to still do that. We're going to still do that. And once
[1:06:37]
it's structured, then we actually have a parks committee. We're now going to have one person pretty much.
[1:06:44]
You try to balance your other people trying to balance it. So thank you very much for your comment.
[1:06:48]
I'm going to continue to push that to the rest of that and create action a legal part of the board that we need to know that and I'm fine.
[1:06:58]
So thank you. It does get heated, but you have to take the breath and just come back next month. So I appreciate everybody's input. Thank you.
[1:07:08]
All right, thanks.
[1:07:10]
That's okay.
[1:07:11]
That's okay.
[1:07:12]
Can we get trail cams on the back of the room?
[1:07:15]
I don't know, you'd have to talk to... I'm not a...
[1:07:18]
I mean, I mean, you could be kidding.
[1:07:20]
I don't know what is, you know, being all the stuff there.
[1:07:22]
You could use these kids on the trail camps, get the film, show us the shirt,
[1:07:27]
but he's not gonna do anything anyways, because they go down.
[1:07:30]
And we follow them and you know, we'll sign it. The shift is a policy, but we'll get them a phone.
[1:07:38]
Make it a little scared of them.
[1:07:41]
Okay. Okay. Moving on, we've got motion to pay bills.
[1:07:45]
What, she's, I'm sorry, go ahead.
[1:07:47]
Yeah, I was buying, boys were not perfect.
[1:07:51]
And I was looking for, you know what I'm gonna say?
[1:07:54]
The police did come close by now.
[1:07:56]
I was just trying to shake away my husband's license
[1:07:59]
because they were on dirt bikes, on a road in the town.
[1:08:04]
I don't think we have as good coverage by our sheriff
[1:08:08]
or New York state, not like the old past 40 years.
[1:08:14]
And then they were the parents who said,
[1:08:16]
oh, my son, we have a, but he and when we tell.
[1:08:28]
Okay, next is the motion to pay bills, and there with me, General Fund, Bill Number 202, the 249, I like the motion that I made.
[1:08:44]
All in favor?
[1:08:47]
Opposed?
[1:08:47]
Hi, we're talking about 18 to 1.36, like a motion on there.
[1:09:01]

[1:09:02]

[1:09:03]

[1:09:04]

[1:09:07]

[1:09:18]

[1:09:23]

[1:09:28]
