[2:00] presentations and Andre Diaz, executive director of food for greater Elgen. The

[2:20] I brought some u hard copy handouts. Um, and I'm not going to read every word,

[2:25] just walk you through it. I'm the CEO of Food for Greater Elgen, as you can see

[2:30] on slide number one. That's a photo of a retired couple who help us, one of over

[2:36] 250 volunteers that we have. So, we were founded in 2011, just passed our 15th

[2:42] year. And our mission is to help individuals who cannot help themselves

[2:48] with food and also to provide community resources. We're by far the largest

[2:52] pantry in King County. We get food from a number of different places including

[2:58] grocery stores, you all know, Target, Walmart, um, etc. We're few

[3:04] full-time staff of 10, as I mentioned, well over 200 volunteers on a duplicated

[3:10] basis. So that means that for example um trustee charity you come to us as one

[3:16] individual but if we serve you four times in a month we come to you four

[3:19] times. So that's how we get 250,000 of that number approximately um 15% are

[3:26] residents in the Dundy Township and that's why I'm here. So we also ask our

[3:32] um guests or neighbors as we call them how we're doing and they tell us that

[3:36] choice is their number one priority. or a choice pantry. We have people come in

[3:42] and fill their grocery carts and that's about 100 pounds of food that they get

[3:46] to choose. And we also um have them tell us that over 99% say that we treat them

[3:53] with rest with respect and dignity. In FY27

[3:58] so far in June July compared with a year ago, we're looking at about a 12%

[4:03] increase in demand for food. So, we're asking the Dundee Township for $50,000.

[4:10] That's 25K for operating expenses to buy um food and milk and that basically is

[4:17] one month's worth of food and dairy and that means about 14,000 times that we

[4:22] can help people and 25,000 for what we call the big idea. So, the next slide is

[4:28] a heat map and the uh rectangle you see is the Dundee Township. So you can see

[4:35] that we are physically in your township and 15% as I said of your residents come

[4:42] to us for food and we get food to them a number of different ways.

[4:48] The next slide is a few data points because we want to let everybody know

[4:53] that people come to us when they need us. And for example, almost 50% of the

[5:00] individuals have come to us only twice in the last um 12 months and 70% have

[5:06] come to us fewer than six times in the last 12 months. So again, people come to

[5:11] us when they need us. The next slide shows a demographic

[5:15] breakout. Over 30% of the people come to us in whom we serve are kiddos. They're

[5:22] under the age of 18. The biggest increase we've seen in the last 12

[5:26] months are individuals over the age of 60, seniors like me. And these

[5:32] individuals are on a fixed income. And unfortunately, that segment for us is

[5:38] over 40% are on both SNAP and Medicaid. We've already seen the SNAP working

[5:44] requirements have an impact as I mentioned before June July about a 12%

[5:49] increase over a year before and we know that Medicaid is going to change um

[5:54] after the elections. The next slide is to say what kind of food we serve and no

[6:01] it's not mostly junk food over 30% of fruits and vegetables. We also make sure

[6:07] that uh we provide non uh protein meat. Again, we reflect the eating habits um

[6:14] of the country and we've also seen a big increase in dairy over the last 5 years.

[6:20] The next slide basically shows you who we are. So, first and foremost, we're a

[6:25] food pantry and on certainly on my watch as a retired corporate guy, I want us to

[6:31] make sure that we're the most efficient food pantry there is. And earlier this

[6:35] year, I had an intern and based on audited financial public information,

[6:41] we're twice as efficient as the other food pantry in Illinois. Period. And I

[6:48] say that because when you entrust your dollars to us, we make sure that we're

[6:52] very efficient in bringing in food. And right now, we're on a run rate of about

[6:57] 5 million pounds of food on an annual basis. and we see that increase again 10

[7:03] to 15% over the next year. We're also meaning food bank. We partner with not

[7:09] only U46 but D300. We deliver food to your schools. We just signed a

[7:15] partnership with Boys Girls Club, the new one. We're going to store food for

[7:20] them because they're not big enough to do that. And because we know a thing or

[7:24] two about the food pantry, we're also working with Amanda, their CEO, on uh

[7:30] best practices. The next slide is the big idea. So the big idea is this. If

[7:36] you were to come to our physical location, you would see that we have a

[7:39] bunch of small offices. It's not built for what we do. So the big idea is we're

[7:45] going to tear down as many walls as possible. Instead of squeezing in our

[7:50] guests and neighbors like sardines, we're going to be able to accommodate

[7:53] them in a dignified, respectful manner. And

[7:58] uh right now we're planning to launch that in early to midocctober and to have

[8:04] that finished roughly 3 months later. And that's it. So high level overview

[8:13] and I'm happy to answer any questions. >> So Mr. as you've been here two times. I

[8:58] And I uh my I'm a managing director for the company who's involved in energy

[9:03] consulting and advisory services. And the item on the agenda tonight is is one

[9:10] in which it uh asks the county board to approve a renewal of the MC squared

[9:18] electric aggregation program. And to give you some history about this

[9:22] program, this is something that that the township started 10 years ago. And so

[9:27] we've been involved in in various programs and renewals for uh throughout

[9:33] the this 10-year period. Since about 2021, we went to a program that MC

[9:40] Squared offered which is called the comment match. And this is a program

[9:44] that they devised. this unique family square served in and this program has

[9:49] been um has been uh very well um received by about 60 other towns,

[9:56] townships, villages, cities, counties through Northern Illinois. So, it's a

[10:02] program in which Squared is able to look at the the town

[10:07] in whole. They're able to look at each account within the town and determine if

[10:13] they can serve it or not, allowing everyone still to get the same comment

[10:18] match price. And I know um some have asked, well, what's the advantage of

[10:23] this if everyone is getting the comment match? And the benefit comes out in

[10:28] which MC squared is able to derive a civic contribution for each one of the

[10:34] respective communities. And in this case with Dundy Township, we're able to with

[10:40] a with a renewal signing, we're able to provide the township with an additional

[10:45] $6,000 of civic contribution, which is up to their discretion to decide how to

[10:51] use. So, um, that is in a nutshell the summary of the program. Uh the renewal

[10:59] amendment agreement is virtually identical to the one that we signed in

[11:04] 2024 since it still is a carryover of the the same 24-month term with $6,000

[11:11] of of civic contributions coming to it. And and I want to note is is that the

[11:18] program is extremely flexible that there is no one that is obligated to stay in

[11:25] the program that they can exit the program for any reason at any time

[11:30] without penalty. Conversely, they're able to enter the program and have MC

[11:34] Square determine if if where they should be served, whether it's through com or

[11:40] through MC Square. Once the amendment is signed, we'll

[11:44] start a process of giving every eligible account within the township a letter. A

[11:51] letter should go out about midepptember outlining the different u options that a

[11:57] customer has, whether to stay in the program, whether to exit the program,

[12:02] and they'll have, I think, approximately 21 days to decide that. But again, even

[12:07] if they miss that window, the the the accountant can can leave the program at

[12:13] any time for any reason. So it it seems there is no downside from the standpoint

[12:19] of the obligation that the township would put on an individual account. So

[12:25] um with that, I'm I'm happy to answer any additional questions that that the

[12:29] board may have, but that's uh in a nutshell, that's about it.

[12:34] So, is it $6,000 per year? >> It's $6,000 for the 24-month term or or

[12:40] $3,000 per year. >> Okay.

[12:43] » And what was the last last round? >> What was the last round? Do you recall

[12:49] » the last round for the last >> before? Yeah.

[12:52] » What's was the same? It was $3,000 a year.

[13:30] the the concept is everyone gets the same price come match comment match

[13:35] however there are some accounts within the township in in every municipality

[13:40] some that are favorable to be served directly by MC Squared and others that

[13:45] are not they're not economical to be served by MC Squ.

[13:51] » Well, this affect people who are on some of the plans that say, "Hey, I want most

[13:56] of my electricity to count from nuclear or wind like I know there's some

[14:01] programs that >> if they're on a third party supply that

[14:06] that they will not be affected." >> Okay. So it doesn't affect anyone who's

[14:11] on third party supply, anyone who's on what's called hourly energy pricing or

[14:17] anyone that I believe is on has a solar system that has uh signed up for net

[14:22] metering. So there will be no changes to to

[14:26] anyone's desires. is only uh MC squared will go through uh the the the account

[14:33] list provided by commed which then outlines what are what are the right

[14:38] class what is the classification of service for each one of those accounts

[14:42] to make sure that that there's no disruption of service

[14:47] » and then um so that's basically for those who would you think would be

[14:52] better served by MC squed that's an opt out thing it just automatically

[14:58] It would be if if for whatever reason they they did not want to be served,

[15:02] they could be they would opt out. They would be served directly by by comment

[15:06] or a supplier third party supplier of their choice.

[15:10] And then just curious um since the customer information would be provided

[15:16] um what uh I guess I'd be concerned like um

[15:22] I'm pretty good with the security of that that personal information

[15:27] like you like um um guaranteed that it's safe. The state of

[15:35] Illinois has some some very specific regulations

[15:40] regarding the confidentiality of the uh utility data and it could be only used

[15:46] for the specific purposes outlined in the law that that allows this to the

[15:53] municipal aggregation to move forward. >> Okay, cool. Thank you.

[16:09] from uh Mr. Mr. Tracy of Selden Fox PC here to present on fiscal year 2025 and

[16:17] 2026 audit results. Mr. Tracy. >> Hi. Thank you for having me here this

[16:21] evening. Um yeah, here present uh the audit man statements. Um our audit is

[16:27] intended to give reasonable but not absolute assurance that the financial

[16:30] statements are fairly presented. Um for all for our audits before we do we take

[16:35] a look at the at your internal financials look identify what's

[16:38] significant and focus our procedures on those significant areas to make sure uh

[16:44] all things are presented fairly and without um and according principles. We

[16:49] do take a look at internal controls as well. an audit, the pending statement

[16:53] audit doesn't give an opinion on internal controls, but we do perform

[16:57] walkthroughs to see if those controls are operating effectively and operating

[17:00] as as designed. Um, we don't rely on the internal controls when we do our audit

[17:05] because that would it's more efficient, excuse [clears throat] me, to perform

[17:09] extended substantive procedures on the balance sheet and the income statement

[17:12] and not rely on the internal controls. Um these substantive procedures that we

[17:16] do include reconciling balance sheet accounts to subsidiary detail ledgers,

[17:20] third party reports, uh comparing revenues, expenses to budget, budget

[17:26] expectations and prior year results and investigating any any unexpected or

[17:30] unusual variances and vouching certificate transactions to supporting

[17:34] documentation. Um you report your uh your internal

[17:40] records on on a fund basis. So it what's good what's what's called a modified

[17:44] approval basis. It's more of a current focus. Um and so we take those fund

[17:49] financial statements include those within our audit identif and and those

[17:53] are segregated by major funds. And so the major funds for the township are the

[17:58] general town fund the road the road and bridge general fund cemetery fund and

[18:02] the mental health core funds. Those are considered major funds based on the

[18:07] dollar value of assets liabilities struggling.

[18:10] uh and then we look at the other funds in in an aggregated presentation. In

[18:14] addition to those fund financial statements, the audit report also has a

[18:17] second set of financial statements called the governmentwide financial

[18:20] statements. And those take more of a long-term focus um report long-term

[18:24] assets, long-term liabilities that you typically will not see in your internal

[18:28] financial records. Um as I mentioned, uh the major funds,

[18:33] I'll just kind of give you some highlights, financial highlights for the

[18:36] year. Um the general town fund reported a positive bottom line of 75,476

[18:42] before making a transfer to the capital reserve fund. Um its ending fund balance

[18:48] in the general town fund was just under 900,000 at the end of the year which is

[18:52] about 55% of your annual expenses which is really good spot to be. Um the other

[18:57] major uh I'm sorry the revenues were up about 4% over the prior year and we're

[19:02] right on line with budget and the expenses were under budget by about 2%.

[19:06] Um the Roadbridgeidge general fund had a positive bottom line of just under

[19:10] 300,000 which exceeded the budget expectations

[19:14] by about 300,000. Um revenues were over budget by 2 and a half% expenditures

[19:20] under budget by nearly 25%. And the cemetery fund had a positive

[19:25] change in fund balance for the year of 514,000

[19:28] um compared to a budget expectations of 346,000

[19:32] um primarily due to revenues exceeding budget by nearly 1080,000 is current

[19:36] revenues and and sales and imperial charges exceeded budget by 106,000 and

[19:42] 81,000 respectively. So all major funds uh reported positive bottom lines for

[19:47] the year prior to any transfers being made out um in all instances

[19:52] expenditures were under under budget and um just a generally positive year

[19:58] overall for the township. As far as the audit itself, we just made a few

[20:01] adjustments very minor in in scope in nature. Um the books and records are in

[20:06] really good shape. We certainly appreciate that. I did mention, you

[20:09] know, they have a second set of financial statements, the governmentwide

[20:11] finish statements. So we do make adjustments to convert your books and

[20:14] records to those statements and those are all included um in in the letters

[20:18] that we submit with the audit report as exhibits that show those adjustments.

[20:22] But again those adjustments are pretty uh

[20:26] any adjustments to my financial statements are very minor in general and

[20:30] and the adjustments to convert those to governmentwide statements were what I

[20:34] would call routine and what we typically find in our audits.

[20:39] So overall, I thought it was a very positive year for the township

[20:42] financially and and very positive about audit in terms of being able to come in

[20:47] and do our work and and get the assistance we needed. So certainly

[20:51] appreciated that.

[20:56] » I have just one question. >> Uh and it's on this first page, exhibit

[21:01] one if >> and it's uh it's the open space bond

[21:04] escrow fund balance. It says it's uh about a quarter of a million 256,000

[21:10] $257,000. I thought we'd zeroed out the bond fund.

[21:19] circled it. I thought we had zeroed out that escrow

[21:23] bond fund because the bonds are paid off and have been for several years now.

[21:28] » I will take a look at that, but I think maybe

[23:45] Good evening, trustees. You know, it's been about 18 months

[23:51] since we've had an election. I [clears throat] think one of the

[23:55] principal reasons this group was elected is because the citizens of our community

[24:02] wanted more progress

[24:06] in supporting our citizens with respect to the mental health.

[24:12] That was one of the two outstanding issues.

[24:18] The people of our community, some of them are hurting.

[24:25] They look to you. They're really hurting.

[24:31] And I ask you to remember why it was that

[24:37] you were elected.

[24:42] previous board and the mental health board. Some was

[24:48] nonpartisan and some was bipartisan, but the mental health board was not

[24:54] functional. That's why you were elected.

[25:00] We're not asking for a partisan bipartisan board. We're asking for a

[25:07] functioning mental health, one that could meet the

[25:11] needs of the citizens of the community. I ask you all

[25:20] to work to honor those votes, those people who came out and voted for

[25:27] you and the reason they voted for you. And I ask you to do the right thing.

[25:36] I ask you to work together. I ask you to coordinate with anybody in the community

[25:44] volunteers to help. But please remember our community is hurting. It is unlike

[25:52] other townships that have mental health boards. Ours is not functioning.

[25:59] And that is counter to the results I normally believe

[26:29] uh not here to talk about the mental health board which I have done many

[26:32] times. I think I've pretty much said all I have to say on the topic. I see it's

[26:36] on the agenda again tonight and I do hope there is some kind of resolution on

[26:39] that issue. Um but the reason I'm here uh tonight is to talk about some of the

[26:43] other things that came to light during my experience of helping to defend the

[26:48] mental health board which was functioning by the way up until uh

[26:52] earlier u last year or actually earlier this year. Um

[26:58] because of these this information that has come to light, a lot of the

[27:01] accusations and allegations that are corroborated corroborated by multiple

[27:05] witnesses, myself included. I'm calling for you, Supervisor Shaw, to resign. Um

[27:11] not immediately you have a meeting to run, but as soon as possible. I don't

[27:15] say this lightly. This is a very serious matter. I've been involved in local

[27:18] government for about 10 years. I've seen a lot. I've seen how things can really

[27:24] go downhill pretty quickly um given certain circumstances. Currently, there

[27:28] is an investigation by the Illinois Department of Human Rights uh based on

[27:33] allegations made by a former employee. These allegations again have been

[27:37] witnessed by multiple employees. I've talked to almost all of them except

[27:42] for one and heard the same stories and they all claimed that you supervisor Sha

[27:48] have engaged in discrimination of gender and race,

[27:52] sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

[27:57] Uh some of these allegations that were that are again being investigated is

[28:04] that you stated Mexicans are stupid for not doing immigration the way that

[28:08] Indians do. that elected officials are playing into

[28:13] the hands of illegal immigrants when they oppose these strong-handed

[28:17] authoritarian tactics of ICE agents. You called a Mexican employee a

[28:23] Mongolian in Gangghaskhan which made him very uncomfortable and

[28:27] upset.

[28:31] not letting employees at the Mexican Independent Day Parade, Elgrito and

[28:35] Partnersville, display Mexican flags, stating that we're in America.

[28:41] Uh discussing private sexual encounters with staff, employees, and speaking

[28:48] ludely about other elected officials. And outside of this investigation is one

[28:52] of my favorites as you instructed cemetery staff member to take a picture

[28:57] of myself and the former township supervisor having breakfast

[29:01] after she was already out of office. And I wore the shirt as a commemoration um

[29:06] of that $4,000 picture is all legal fees that were spent when we went after that

[29:12] picture. Uh because of these things and more, there is a loss of confidence in

[29:17] you by your board and by the general public.

[29:22] And I do fear that the results of this investigation and whatever other reports

[29:27] may be forthcoming are going to cost the taxpayers a lot of money. And so for

[29:31] that, I ask you to please resign.

[32:11] we did not discuss the um the stein that was mentioned last month. So, I'm

[35:12] there are three people that are that are have been proposed. One of them her name

[35:16] is Tara McShane. She's um a new candidate and I interviewed her by phone

[35:21] earlier today. She seems like a a really excellent pick. Um I am very excited

[35:28] hopefully to be able to work with her. Uh she was not able to be here tonight.

[35:33] We asked her to come for an interview during the executive session, but it was

[35:37] somewhat last minute and so she has child care responsibilities that she was

[35:41] not able to um to um give to someone else. So, uh, she also will probably not

[35:47] be able to come tomorrow night, but because there are either work issues or

[35:51] childcare issues, she will be able to attend remotely if she chooses to do

[35:55] that. And of course, we will make those accommodations, you know, absolutely if

[36:00] if if they're requested. So, um, if we, uh, do not get, uh, board appointments

[36:07] tonight, our next, well, our next meeting is still tomorrow night, but we

[36:11] will not be able to conduct business because I suspect again we will not have

[37:18] report. Um this monthly period uh we total the graves sold for 38 um 38

[37:25] graves. Uh total income is um 46.4K. [snorts] Uh operations and maintenance

[37:32] uh for cemetery staff continues to make steady progress on several small

[37:37] improvements and uh and maintenance of projects throughout the summer. Um as

[37:42] well by trying to maintain uh with regular operations. Um most um most

[37:48] landscapers around the region had um had a surge with the uh recent weather and

[37:54] the extreme humidity that you guys had from a couple past couple weeks still

[37:58] trying to catch up with that. So the sections that have been mowed literally

[38:02] the day after two days can already be mowed as if they weren't touched. Um

[38:08] staff um staff repainted an existing Westside Cemetery entrance sign to

[38:11] improve its appearance and visibility. um refurbished there um resurfaced and

[38:16] then repainted um as well as a sign that you see up front across plaque that was

[38:21] installed in front on the brick pillar at the entrance.

[38:25] And then um at the Westside Cemetery, a a leaning um pine tree that was a hazard

[38:31] was removed. Um and then uh two maples uh two blazing maples, native blazing

[38:37] maples were were planted at the uh at the east side cemetery.

[38:44] Um, East Side Cemetery continues to address

[38:48] water leaks issues at the at the East Side Cemetery. Staff obtained two

[38:52] separate um quotes for repair. Uh, there's currently a um um we went with

[38:58] the lesser quote. Um after excavation um we we found that the 1 and 12 in copper

[39:04] line a tease is damaged um as well as a shut off and a yard hydrant that

[39:10] supplies water to residents there in section uh visitors and residents in

[39:14] section 17. Um so that's going to get prepared in u the next couple weeks. Um

[39:20] and um summary for uh staff continues to uh focus on maintenance grounds,

[39:27] addressing maintenance concerns. Um and staff will continue to work on projects

[39:31] that we can while still maintaining um regular operations and uh and uh

[39:38] maintenance operations going. Um a brief update that I wanted to uh give for uh

[39:43] our burn project that we have going on at the uh east side cemetery. currently

[39:48] meeting with General um Elheind and Associates in engineering and land land

[39:53] development services um at the end of this month to review plans for

[39:57] implementation of a gravel road um and a uh and um implementation for our natural

[40:03] soil burn there as well located at the north rear side of our property. Um,

[40:08] we're also in talks with King County uh resources to review the proposed

[40:12] location, drain, discuss uh drainage, water flow, any any other concerns that

[40:18] we may have that may have arised. That's pretty much it.

[40:47] The reporting time is from July 16 to August 19. During this period township

[40:53] received by total 15 assistant cases consisting of seven uh seven general

[40:58] assist and eight emergency assist. So internal assist uh total seven cases. So

[41:05] one case was approved and the client is currently receiving the benefits and the

[41:09] three cases are currently in progress and undergoing the review and three

[41:13] cases were determined to require to move to emergency assist programs

[41:19] and in emergency assist we received total eight cases. So three cases are

[41:25] currently in progress and five cases were declined. Three were declined due

[41:30] to the income existing the application program limit. One was declined because

[41:34] the applicant didn't submit uh the required documents and one case was

[41:40] declined because of the assets exceeded the application limit. The cases were

[41:45] reviewed and proceeded based on their programs digibility requirements and the

[41:49] following reports for the this following reports for the

[41:55] July 16 to August 19th and moving to the presentation.

[42:02] So today I'm pleased to present a partnership opportunity between Dundy

[42:07] Township and Goodspring Streets designed to provide safe temporary housing

[42:12] support to eligible residents facing an in an housing emergency.

[42:20] So in the first slide where we can see that like this partnership can give

[42:25] residents a safe place to stay while they can work towards the permanent

[42:30] housing solution in the emergency situation.

[42:34] And in the second slide, so like the partnership summary. So

[42:41] springring suites can become an additional resources for the residents

[42:46] receiving an assist throughout the GA and EA program when temporary lodging is

[42:52] needed. And the goal is to help families stay safe and suitable during the

[42:58] difficult situation uh instead of being left without a

[43:03] shelter. Moving to the third slide,

[43:08] what spring suites can offer us? So for spring suites can provide flexibility

[43:15] weekly and monthly lodging options along with the fixed rate that can help the

[43:20] township plan assistance for more efficiency and the washers

[43:27] and the approval of lodging arrangement would be a given residents under the

[43:33] guidelines of the Egs

[43:37] the slide four. So in this one helping residents facing

[43:43] evictions. So like for the residents who have already been evicted and are at the

[43:48] intermediate risk of losing their housing, temporary lodging can be

[43:53] provided by the Woodrreen suites

[43:57] and prevent and can prevent them from becoming homeless. And this gives

[44:03] individuals a family a valuable time to find a permanent housing while reducing

[44:09] the stress of the emergency. Moving to the next slide. Emergency

[44:15] utility situation. So where a resident is facing an urgent utility shut off. So

[44:22] in that case we can give a temporary lodging may provide a safe alternative

[44:27] while the situation is being addressed and any assist will be reviewed and

[44:33] provide according to the applicable GNA program guidelines

[44:39] in the next slide. So benefits for the Denting Township. So this partnerships

[44:45] would be given to the township and another resources to response quickly

[44:51] and where the residents can have an emergency housing assist

[44:57] and most importantly it would be a stud to our aability to support families and

[45:02] help residents to move from an emergency situation to a specific need. The next

[45:08] slide. So partnership can work like if

[45:13] temporary lodging is appropriate and approved, Dundy Township can coordinate

[45:18] with the wood spring suites so the residents receive the authorized lodging

[45:23] uh or a washer under the GA guidelines. Moving to the next slide, working

[45:30] together for our community. So by working together township and the wood

[45:35] spring suites can build a strong community support system and help family

[45:40] moving towards the permanent housing. And moving to the conclusion so this

[45:45] partnership uh together Dundee Township and Woodr Suites can make a meaningful

[45:51] difference for the residents when they need the support the most. Thank you.

[47:24] occurred yet. Um things like that. all of our big drivers, salaries, things

[47:27] like that. We're on track being a little bit lower than we expect to be by a

[47:30] couple points. Uh so currently with uh with that being said, with getting the

[47:34] taxes in already, uh and then um those those big drivers being a little bit

[47:38] lower, we're sitting at a surplus so far at $886,211.

[51:10] trustee Fiximer to serve as mental health board's township board leaison

[51:15] through May 2029 subject to advice and consent of the township board at that

[51:26] understanding, I am appointing the following three individuals to the Dundy

[54:31] choice of our search committee and again we had the contract teed up last

[54:35] December ready to roll and finalized and then here we are for eight months

[54:40] without without a director or administrator and it is extremely hard

[54:44] for us to function without an administrator. So, those two items are

[54:48] on the agenda for um for tomorrow night and I have spoken to or will speak to

[54:55] the trust to the members the new members of the board who have uh not had a

[54:59] chance to look at that yet. Uh both Ken and Amber have been at these meetings

[55:04] and they are aware. Um Miss McCain has not. I've spoken to her already. But

[55:10] again, the ask that I would make of everyone that night is we desperately

[55:14] need to get this show on the road and I would ask that everyone trust that the

[55:20] process did a good job up to last January and that we can move forward.

[55:26] The budget is a different item and that indeed is something that we need to look

[55:30] at in J in um September. There's disagreement on our board on on our 708

[55:36] board about what the budget should include. and or or what the amount of

[55:40] the budget is and that's something that we will have to as a board to sort

[55:44] through and that will give us those several weeks will give us each member a

[55:49] time to look forward. So, but I will definitely bring your recommendation to

[55:53] the board as a recommendation from you and the board will make that decision.
