[3:55] cable that we have, you know, is on the telephone poles.

[3:59] It's going to be real transparent with regard to we're

[4:04] going to you're going to have a choice. >> A lot of people may stick with what we

[4:08] have and then move to others will get something new.

[4:12] It's going to be an exciting time for us because we so used to uh a particular

[4:18] service and it's it's going to be new. >> Um and then the the other bit of

[4:26] information would be the the planning board that the mayor and I are on and

[4:29] Mr. Chrisculo, I beg you pardon, is on. Um I think in our next meeting we're

[4:35] finally going to see some some plans for the mall. I'm real excited about that

[4:41] because no matter where I go now, it seems as if people are asking me about

[4:46] that and I don't know what to respond with and I want to know what to respond

[5:16] and the East Brunswick rules of council, the council asks the public to limit

[5:21] their comments to 5 minutes or less. At the conclusion of the statements or

[5:27] questions from a member of the public, the council president at her discretion

[5:32] may choose to respond or not respond. Thank you. Does anybody from the public

[5:44] » Absolutely.

[5:48] » Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Good evening, President Zimbeck. My name is

[5:53] Ning Shu. I live in one civic center drive, East Brunswick. I injured my leg

[5:58] at work this past February and have had to spend the time since then recovering.

[6:04] A few months ago, I spoke to you here about persecution attacks and slandered

[6:09] against the practice of falling go that have been taking place in mainland China

[6:13] for decades starting 1999 and continuing to this day. When I was in China, the

[6:20] Communist Party sent me to a forced labor camp for three years and prison

[6:24] for four years simply because I persisted in practice falling. In the

[6:30] forced labor camp, I was forbidden to speak of truthfulness, compassion, and

[6:34] forbearance or to practice meditation and exercises. To enforce this, they

[6:40] specifically assigned two imits to sedo to shadow me constantly. If I was caught

[6:46] doing so, I would be subjected to torture. They forced me to watch videos

[6:51] and wheel newspaper materials that slandered falling. When I refused, they

[6:55] subjected me to torture. I was once surrounded and beaten by 11 people. A

[7:01] beating that lasted three days and three nights until my head was deformed

[7:06] looking like an aliens. I couldn't open my eyes at all and was unable to stand.

[7:12] They locked me in solitary confinement where I was denied sleep and forbidden

[7:18] to sit or rest for 30 days straight. I had to remain standing the entire time

[7:24] and was not allowed to wash or use the toilet. Even when I lost consciousness,

[7:28] they still wouldn't let me sleep. Eventually, my legs became severely

[7:33] swollen and deformed, as thick as an elephant's legs, making it impossible to

[7:38] wear shoes or walk normally. 30 days later they continued to brutally shock

[7:44] me with high bodies electric batons forcing me to give up practicing. Later

[7:49] on whenever they saw me practicing the exercises in the morning they would

[7:53] order other image to tide my limbs and waist using four ropes to the four

[7:58] corners of the bunk beds where the prisoners slept with an additional rope

[8:04] securing my waist in the middle. As soon as the execu executioner pulled the

[8:10] central rope, my entire body was yanked up or by forces pulling in five

[8:16] different directions. This form of torture is known as dememberment by five

[8:22] horses. This type of torture leaves people

[8:26] mammed or dead. To resist persecution, I was compelled to go on a handless

[8:31] strike. This went on for for 11 months causing my weight to drop to just 55

[8:37] pounds. They sent me to the hospital and the doctors there also cooperated with

[8:42] communist party. While I was practicing exercises in the hospital, a male guard

[8:48] wielding a 3 m long steel whip savagely beat me about the head and body until I

[8:54] collapsed. Even more cruel is the fact that the wife of a friend of mine was

[8:59] subject to torture and persecution and then have her organs forcibly harvested

[9:05] while she was still alive. But they deceived her husband telling him she was

[9:09] died. However, when family members arrived at the hospital, they felt the

[9:14] patient was not yet dead and strongly insisted that the doctors perform the

[9:18] ECG. At a last resort, the doctor performed an examination and the result

[9:24] result revealed according to the ECG that the heart was still beating. Yet in

[9:29] a panic, they tore up the ECG stripe. They did not allow family members to

[9:34] visit again until the person had died. Is there anything in this world more

[9:39] evil or more cruel than this? Moreover, the C the Chinese Comm's party had

[9:44] extended its persecution overseas. They bribed the medium on officials and

[9:49] exploited America's freedom of the press to slander and vilify falling. They have

[9:55] bri thugs to issue personal threats against and inflict physical harm upon

[10:00] members of overseas medium outlets and performing arts groups that expose the

[10:06] communist party persecution of fallen. They also explored the US legal system

[10:12] to file frivolous lawsuits aimed at damaging fing's

[10:17] reputation. Even well known from the outset that these suits would fail due

[10:22] to time constraint. I'm handing over the relevant evidentiary materials for your

[10:28] review. Please help the kind and good people in China who are suffering from

[10:33] evil persecution and uphold the universal values bestowed upon humanity

[10:38] by the divine truthfulness, compassion and forbearance. My hope is that you

[10:43] will earth senators Corey Booker and Andy Kim to co-sponsor S4009

[10:50] falling and victims of force organ harvesting protection act a bipartisan

[10:55] bill introduced by Senator Cruz and Senator Mkeley. Thank you all.

[11:27] just wanted to start off by first saying, um, I like the, um, I was able

[11:32] to visit the East Brunswick Ice Rink recently and so that was really nice. I

[11:35] thought it was very well done and, um, I do think it's going to be a good

[11:38] addition to the town and for our kids. Um, so hopefully it's going to be a

[11:42] success and, um, we've been enjoying taking partaking in the classes and

[11:46] things like that. So, um, thank you to everybody involved with that. And then

[11:50] um also wanted to thank the police department for their help with um in our

[11:55] in the uh ICB in the mosque over there on New Brunswick Avenue. So they've been

[12:00] really helpful with um we had Eid Eidala prayers and they were very very helpful

[12:04] in you know making sure that our community is always feeling safe and

[12:07] secure and I think they've been very responsive with the masjid. So I think

[12:11] um we we thank them for that. Um just just mostly I just wanted to say that um

[12:16] really amazed and shocked and um and joyful and grateful about the election

[12:21] results that we had here in CD12. Um and I think like you know having time to

[12:26] reflect on on what happened here because it was such a you know I think there

[12:30] were 13 candidates for the spot um the Democratic primary um and our you know

[12:35] incumbent mayor here. Um so just to have Dr. Adam Hamawi win the election. I was

[12:41] I was actually shocked that that happened and then I I went through a

[12:44] whole slew of emotions, but I think really just um feeling so humbled and

[12:48] grateful knowing that I think I think the voters have spoken very loud and

[12:51] clear here um that they are not New Jersey and CD12, we do not stand for

[12:58] genocide and we're never going to stand for that. Um, and I think that was very

[13:03] clear in the loss of Camala Harris. And when they've done the dissection now,

[13:08] um, they found that that was the reason, the resounding reason among voters why

[13:12] Camala Harris lost was because of the genocide. So, um, I think we're seeing

[13:17] that here. I think Dr. Hamawi is a true leader and a hero. Um, we're we're just

[13:21] we're we're we're absolutely joyful and excited about the change

[13:28] that's going to come for our district. Um, and I'm just I'm happy to know that

[13:32] what we've been seeing on our phones for the last 3 years and it still continues

[13:36] to this day. Um, all of those horrors, everybody's seeing that and we all as

[13:41] human beings feel the same way about that and we do have that same red line.

[13:45] Um, and we all need to protect our children u the children of of the world

[13:50] and that's really what this comes down to. So, um, just really I just elated

[13:56] about it. And I think I think in thinking about how to kind of interpret

[14:00] it and go forward in the future, um, I think it's a it's the voters are

[14:05] speaking right now. We don't want Apac. We don't want our money going towards

[14:09] bombs and war and genocide and we want to divest. We should divest this

[14:15] township from that genocidal [clears throat] regime.

[14:19] um we don't want any leaders who are going to be representing that and

[14:23] supporting that financially and otherwise. So, we've spoken very clearly

[14:27] and I'm I'm just I'm just I'm proud and I think everybody needs to keep speaking

[14:31] up. We need to just everybody it's going to take all of us to free Palestine and

[14:36] um and and this is not going to end until that happens. So, that's that's

[14:40] like the utmost important thing I think for most people on this planet right

[14:44] now. Um, and I'm glad that that's that's being represented now by Dr. Hamawi. So,

[14:50] um, really really excited. Um, and change is coming. That old old stuff is

[14:55] not going to work anymore. And, um, looking forward to the change here in

[15:00] East Brunswick as well. Thank you so much.

[15:20] so let's say 200 RS Lane in East Brunswick. Um, I'm here to represent the

[15:24] East Brunswick Education Foundation. Our Bearcrawl 5K is on the agenda for

[15:28] tonight for the permit to get approved. So, I just wanted to speak a little bit

[15:31] about that. Uh, this will be our fourth year running this in November. Uh, it's

[15:35] a 5K uh for people to run our walk as a fundraiser for the East Brunswick

[15:39] Education Foundation. We also have kids races um starting at age two and going

[15:44] up to sixth grade. Uh this will be our fourth year running it. It's a great

[15:48] event that combines us local businesses, community members, uh EBA, EBEF, uh the

[15:55] board of ed, and anyone that would like to join us. Uh yeah, last year it was

[15:59] very windy, so hopefully we don't have that again this year. Um so if anyone

[16:03] would like to join us and support EBF and everything that it does for East

[16:07] Brunswick public schools, thank you. Have a nice night.

[16:26] » Mr. Mayor, Mr. President, town council, I just I'm very mad about what this

[16:32] governor is doing with that Delaney detention center. She's going to put $20

[16:39] million to help them fund with lawyers and everything else. There are taxpayers

[16:46] dollars. It's not right. They're in there for a reason. And these protests

[16:52] have got to stop also. They shouldn't be allowed to they could hurt the the

[16:57] police, the ICE. It's just something that's it's wrong what she's doing. I

[17:02] mean, she's turning down reducing the gas tax. That's okay because people

[17:08] don't drive. It's not fair to them either. But the $20 million affects

[17:12] every one of us here. And then she's looking to uh cut down on the stay in

[17:16] New Jersey from 6,000 to 4,000 and from 500,000 to $250,000 salary. I mean,

[17:25] she's just looking to save money and put it other places where it shouldn't be.

[17:30] And I I have to voice my opinion. That's how I feel right now about it. Okay.

[19:21] there's a 9-day period of time that um the uh leader is going to be giving

[19:27] these lectures or sermons and um because there's so few locations in the states

[19:34] um they're being broadcast in about nine locations throughout the country and the

[19:40] entire region for New Jersey and New York is being held at um our Mazjid on

[19:48] Dunham's Corner Road. Okay. >> So, the attempt here is to figure out

[19:52] parking. >> Uh because as big as their parking lot

[19:56] is, it's not going to fit the number of cars that are going to be here. So,

[20:00] there's a piece of property on um uh Fresh Ponds Road next to Giamarice Farm.

[20:07] It's a horse farm and they've got 50 acres in the back that they're allowing

[20:12] to be used for parking. So the to shut they'll have shuttle buses that will be

[20:17] taking people from that parking location to the mosque and um so that's what the

[20:24] uh request is for tonight including um approving the number of officers and

[20:29] security that they're going to need um for handling uh all of that. That's what
