[5:04] how we do the financing behind the projects we want to do and different

[5:08] facilitating things to town if we give tax cuts to companies to come to town or

[5:13] they don't have to pay taxes on their land for so long and where we help out

[5:17] with Tiff's and that kind of thing who are them - did you say that we're doing

[5:21] that olga and white so I talked to Mary the finance officer in white their

[5:26] current finance plan is from 2013 to 18 so they're right now currently working

[5:31] with first District on their next five-year plan and Mulga just did theirs

[5:37] in 2017 and it goes till 2022 there's just really awesome if you want to look

[5:44] at one online you just go to the city of all God and there's this you have to

[5:47] download it but this is very impressive

[5:55] they were both in I was in the deal with them

[6:01] we got together with mayors and so they have the city administrator it's James

[6:08] Bharath they're Jameson baron and he's willing to work with us on stuff they

[6:12] can give us talks ideas back and forth then that was actually when we talked

[6:16] with David from the chamber in Brookings that was our next step with panelist to

[6:22] team up with other towns to see how we can facilitate each other network

[6:36] so another thing I asked them - it kind of goes along with that I guess is what

[6:40] they have for economic development voilá and Oracle's have very active

[6:45] groups that meet monthly and are doing lots of things white does not develop in

[6:56] a group and everything but I'm just kind of interesting to see that aspect of how

[7:01] they facilitate each other and the economic development works with their

[7:04] council and it's very active and what they do more than they do they should

[7:24] bring people here to help elevate and just like one of us members not the

[7:30] mayor can be involved too but one of those members should be you that

[7:32] cohesion right yes when we did this before I used to be the one for the

[7:39] council that used to go to the elephant anomaly being with them and then the

[7:45] mayor went and so I mean they're hard to get pushed we do have a new president

[7:57] he's been in there a year that's Chuck Raymond I've got a talk with him again I

[8:04] talked to him about two weeks ago I said you know we need that Daniel root annual

[8:08] meeting usually should at that in January February at the latest but we

[8:13] haven't had it yet so they need to have that because they have to have that to

[8:19] be their nonprofit to meet their nonprofit status

[8:30] and then they usually do that at that meeting

[10:47] video but it's the same process of what I do with my PC so I take my phone home

[11:01] I plug it into my computer upload the file put it into a program splice

[11:09] send it to her which that brings us to our next thing sorry I did some research

[11:16] this last two weeks so the City of Aurora doesn't video their meetings but

[11:21] they currently audio and save them all and Shannon said that it's really great

[11:25] if they need to go back and check facts and that gonna say it's more detailed

[11:28] than minutes would be which is nice but they save all the Bears on an external

[11:32] hard drive which got Susan and I talking that none of our files are backed up

[11:36] here which is dangerous as well and they are like I know just the jump drive you

[11:41] know so I mean if if the building would burn down we have none of our files

[11:44] external hard drive is a little bit better but I mean I don't know it just

[11:51] makes sense to have backup of what does have a copy disk and put them in the

[11:56] same same thing that's what that does but jump drive for files is fine

[12:03] external hard drive is gonna be able to hold warm for if you want to hang on to

[12:07] those videos yeah the video is a lot bigger so and then it's just what unit

[12:13] you can figure out why you don't have to certainly how the video you just have to

[12:18] talking to I mean you know we'd have to buy an audio recording device because

[12:24] that I can't split audio off the video we have one and but that means buying

[12:28] tapes as well which we did years ago with when Dave cooler was here and

[12:32] that's I'm going to hang on to all those days any voice recorder now you can do

[12:38] with digital I mean I'm just saying because then you can then you always

[12:47] have you can go back you can listen to it I mean I like the aspect of our

[12:54] citizens being able to watch the language ITC and I'm not an ITC customer

[12:58] so I can't see what we're uploading so we're not hitting everybody so doing it

[13:02] on our website they're doing it on YouTube and just having a link from our

[13:05] website then anybody can see it which i think is important because that makes us

[13:34] like the inbound or homebound people that you said that I don't know who they

[14:44] necessarily want to come so if the four o'clock in the morning they've realized

[14:49] that they can catch up on three or four different meetings and then come to the

[14:54] next meeting then that would make it better for them

[21:01] doesn't matter but I mean we did kind of thing with him or whatever so they know

[21:11] they know they just come pick it up and then they know I meant the other people

[21:15] that they take your stuff people is just somebody like him that eats junk yeah

[21:27] whatever in these two guys look at all the stuff up well then we notice that it

[24:01] moving to one location and some people don't have that ability to move right

[25:43] with me and we make deliveries and they helped in everything but it gives the

[25:53] talked all about that and and when we went around to deliver and stuff you

[25:57] know some of them answered the door and they're like all so grateful and give

[26:00] them a hug and I just don't know if people realize how they pull people out
