[5:17] construction and dedication of St.

[5:18] Michael's Greek Catholic Church, a place

[5:20] of worship established to serve the

[5:22] spiritual needs of generations of

[5:23] faithful parishioners. And whereas for

[5:26] 86 years from 1926 to n to 2012, St.

[5:30] Michael's Church stood as a cornerstone

[5:32] of faith, fellowship, culture, and

[5:33] community life um enriching the village

[5:36] and preserving the traditions of his

[5:38] congregation. Whereas the following

[5:41] as sorry whereas following the closure

[5:43] of St. Michael's Church in 2012. The

[5:45] church building remained vacant until

[5:47] 2016 when it was purchased and renovated

[5:49] by the Steringer family whose dedication

[5:52] preserved this landmark for future

[5:54] generations. Whereas in 2016 the

[5:56] building entered a new chapter as the

[5:58] Hilder Garden Retreat Center providing a

[6:01] welcoming space for spiritual renewal,

[6:03] reflection, hospitality, and community

[6:05] gathering. And whereas in 2018 the

[6:07] retreat center was transformed into

[6:09] Hildergard House, becoming home of the

[6:11] community of St. Hildergard, an

[6:13] independent Christian community rooted

[6:15] in Catholic tradition and composed of

[6:16] worshipers both local and afar. And

[6:20] whereas in 2021, the community of St.

[6:22] Hildgard entered into a contract to deed

[6:25] agreement to purchase the building,

[6:26] thereby securing the property's future

[6:28] as a place of worship and faithful

[6:30] service in the village of Fairport

[6:31] Harbor. And whereas Hillgard House

[6:33] stands as a shrine dedicated to St.

[6:35] Hilaring

[6:37] uh the renowned 12th century German

[6:39] visionary, composer, theologian,

[6:41] herbalist and doctor of the church whose

[6:43] legacy inspires a holistic appreciation

[6:46] of faith, creation, healing, art and

[8:42] Enbridge has already started their gas

[9:39] 2009 to get to get on that list. Uh and

[9:51] informed by ODNR that we have received a

[9:55] 30 a $30,000 grant for geotechnical work

[10:00] at the Prospect Street Hillside. That's

[10:02] the 600 block of Prospect Street. Uh,

[10:05] this is the CMAG grant that appears in

[10:08] your packet. Uh, as of right now, we

[10:10] don't have a grant agreement or anything

[10:12] more from ODNR. uh just that letter

[10:15] notifying us that we have been awarded

[10:17] this grant. Um this is also the grant

[10:19] that West Creek Consery has committed to
