At a foot notice was posted on the talented website and published in the Burlington County Times and Recurrier Post on January 11th, 2026. Mr. Fraginara.

[0:57]
Mr.
[1:04]
Fraginara.
[1:05]
Okay, okay. Yeah, Kristen. Yeah, he introduced himself. So whoever. Please come to the mic and make the presentation. Thank you.
[1:15]
just to make the city.
[1:32]
We are ideally with a
[1:46]
place of
[1:46]
all
[1:51]
information.
[1:57]
1991, I was a junior in high school.
[2:08]
Yes, thank you. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome, Paul. Thank you.
[2:12]
Thanks a lot, Mr. Milo.
[2:14]
So, yeah, I just want to give you folks an opportunity to
[2:21]
know
[2:21]
some of the things we think about of a strong,
[2:23]
I'm enjoying the fact that there are others out there.
[2:26]
It's one of the sure that their financial installs
[2:28]
and financial statements that they have
[2:32]
with the surplus conditioning that can't flow
[2:35]
and that there is no dividends to their members
[2:37]
as opposed to creating supplemental assessments
[2:40]
where they need to be determined to do that.
[2:42]
So we have to come back for more money
[2:44]
because we have to be claimed.
[2:46]
We also want to make sure that the program
[2:48]
you belong to has happened, safety programs,
[2:51]
relevant risk management programs
[2:52]
and other specialized programs I'll tell you about in it,
[2:56]
also that there are claims found to be strong
[2:58]
and they can already access the funds professionals.
[3:01]
And I think this is the most important part
[3:03]
of member engagement and follow-up part of it,
[3:06]
just out there.
[3:07]
There's selling point is, oh, you don't have to do anything.
[3:09]
You don't have to protect it.
[3:14]
You wonder, oh, where is that to it insurance?
[3:16]
What's going over time?
[3:18]
So if you look at the next page, I pointed out
[3:19]
that there's no insurance hook that exists here, Derby.
[3:23]
and ITDC from their latest financial statements they are.
[3:28]
They're not doing real well, as a matter of fact,
[3:30]
if you look at their underrated surplus or deficit over time,
[3:35]
that's about $5.50 in the whole.
[3:38]
This is why that ship has
[3:42]
additional money
[3:42]
that won't be put in the budget.
[3:46]
The next page is the other joint shirt done as well.
[3:52]
They charged lower free weeks coming in,
[3:55]
hoping to attract consumers.
[3:56]
And if you look at the bottom right hand side of the gallery, see
[4:03]
the additional premiums from their members, they had to invent that before the end
[4:39]
of, you know, once they go up, they don't shut down.
[4:42]
We did a study here in Berlin, the county, and we said, you know, let's look at your insurance information and
[4:55]
study.
[4:58]
I'm sorry, I was right.
[5:05]
and we've been actually strong over $14 million cash on hand, over $15 million dollars
[5:11]
we did it,
[5:15]
sending us $6.3 million dollars a certain surplus to make sure that we end
[5:22]
an underrated surplus of over $17 million.
[5:26]
Our reserves, everything is held as exactly it should be for the end of the administrative
[5:31]
part
[5:35]
of the other short-term.
[5:40]
So looking at the next page, I think the safety programs are so very, very important.
[5:47]
other challenges like the
[5:57]
advantages to property that entries to residents in town from your sidewalks
[6:02]
and your playgrounds,
[6:09]
patrol surveys. We should policy procedures guidelines to help
[6:13]
the
[6:16]
job. Supervisor, take some time. Let's look at this. Let's see what happens.
[6:53]
We also
[6:54]
discuss
[7:02]
as well as the right to know if that's a driving fine space ladder safety.
[7:14]
We have
[7:22]
Next year,
[7:37]
take a total of that risk management.
[7:39]
That's the step beyond safety.
[7:41]
So, we'll talk about the certificate of insurance guidelines.
[7:44]
Basically, it's on the agenda to work up the care of the township.
[7:47]
We want to make sure that the issue is taken.
[7:50]
Ensuring the shows that they can't add the coverage.
[7:53]
We have a
[8:25]
great program to root size.
[8:27]
Well, with the managerial and supervisory training,
[8:31]
we could have every other deer at least respect
[8:33]
and train the officer to
[8:42]
the risk management program.
[8:44]
The late
[9:13]
next day, some of the other specialized
[9:15]
like a professional
[9:24]
safety butter
[9:31]
risk management program,
[9:32]
the internal external penetration testing
[9:35]
that we do with that as a matter of fact,
[9:36]
some of the programs are so important.
[9:50]
It's a very Catholic, I guess it's going to look,
[9:52]
but you got to get one, okay.
[9:54]
And so you know, you click on the link
[9:56]
which you shouldn't have,
[10:00]
so sure enough,
[10:01]
they tell you books, that the amazing
[10:08]
ability
[10:09]
must be committed
[10:14]
to it,
[10:18]
and we send X% right away,
[10:21]
they take control of the situation,
[10:23]
they contact the federal,
[10:24]
and state officials that
[10:30]
there was a breach there.
[10:42]
The tool of the Gaffer Guard program,
[10:43]
somebody who wants to come in and use your facility,
[10:46]
let's make sure they have adequate insurance.
[10:48]
They don't want lines,
[10:51]
website.
[11:10]
You're a bombing program.
[11:11]
That's a
[12:01]
also a final look,
[12:02]
but I
[12:19]
can't present every plane.
[12:20]
So the price, that's why they're pulled back to them.
[12:22]
You have excellent planes.
[12:23]
That's a tool, title 509,
[12:26]
and you can see that right away,
[12:29]
they say they can't sue city wall,
[12:30]
that will change the
[12:38]
sovereignty that those families have in the time. Title 59 says, yeah, I think we can see this will cover a bit, but you got to do it this particular way.
[12:47]
We make sure that everyone of our members has adopted the short claim notice. We have copies of that in our office so that if somebody wants to take on Florence Township file suit.
[12:57]
They had to jump through these circumstances and a lot of times they're trying to go say,
[13:02]
well, I think we're going to claim for the sport.
[13:04]
But we'll say, what we guys do is adopt it by resolution.
[13:07]
We're going to challenge it.
[13:08]
If you don't, then you're going to have an effect that you're claiming.
[13:11]
So you have great defense.
[13:13]
Towns with the locator.
[13:14]
You're in South Jersey.
[13:15]
Very aggressive in defending their claims.
[13:18]
And they're very strong.
[13:19]
We're in.
[13:20]
It's a matter of the process.
[13:22]
On the other side of the house, for workers' compensation,
[13:24]
We have the 800 claims reporting them.
[13:27]
Excellent.
[13:28]
Nursities managers to make sure
[13:30]
that any of your employees are getting
[13:31]
proper medical care.
[13:33]
A great preferred designer organization
[13:36]
to its physician to dedicate it towards occupational health.
[13:40]
They can ensure that we're repriced to those bills
[13:42]
after getting this price for those procedures
[13:46]
we're necessary.
[13:47]
And most importantly, the transitional duty program.
[13:49]
That's where a doctor says,
[13:51]
you know, built into that to work.
[13:53]
that's not seen in three ways, but at any time,
[13:56]
let's just ease them back in,
[13:57]
those would think over 25 pounds,
[13:59]
but we should get back in here
[14:01]
and think that that we can do that
[14:03]
in three different ways, right?
[14:05]
And then just talking about the fact
[14:09]
that we are a little short in the patient,
[14:11]
you know, our actuary, the ministry to solve this
[14:14]
are a law firm that has to regard administrative counsel,
[14:18]
or all of her claims administration,
[14:19]
education, all of these, you're right there in September, as a matter of fact, our technology
[14:25]
and the services director is open citizens, and I know that he comes out, words to be
[14:29]
folks, and make sure that your system's guard, airtight, and not as easy to the penetrate.
[14:39]
Member involvement, why is this so very, very important?
[14:44]
Well, you want to make sure that we're spending your money appropriately.
[14:49]
So we have a strong supplement structure, members of the joint insurance
[14:56]
one for the third time, so they will surge on the findings.
[15:00]
They review the money. They review the teams that are being made within. You have it, they love these buildings.
[15:08]
Everything's above school. You want to make sure that the members of the cell are involved in that process. It's not being done by outside insurance people. And I think that's very important. That's where a lot of things that are true. So we've got trouble in the years. So to make really safe finance.
[15:27]
it's a teacher's plan there, that's just so very important.
[15:32]
And then the monthly executive committee meetings,
[15:35]
we review financials, reports from professionals
[15:37]
and sub-committees, and we also vote
[15:40]
to approve claims, statements operating expenses
[15:42]
and public policies.
[15:44]
And just by example, my office, the administrator,
[15:48]
we have a one-year contract.
[15:50]
That's it, we're a perennial, every single year
[15:53]
with the joint insurance fund,
[15:55]
so we're all the other professionals.
[15:56]
so I know it's got a job for life. I like to think that we've done a good enough job that
[16:00]
we've kept us around all this time, but the fact of the matter is we're accountable.
[16:08]
So again, you'll know Thomas and Paul, he's chair of our Strategic Plan Committee,
[16:13]
to excellent attendance that are on the committee.
[16:18]
Just to break their serves as your safety coordinator,
[16:22]
to chairs and his safety committee, she serves as a liaison with the Safety Directors Office when
[16:28]
when they come in and put their surveys,
[16:30]
where they do the information.
[16:32]
The family's key, she reports all of your complaints,
[16:36]
she's the trained and claims handling,
[16:37]
somebody gets in her own job
[16:40]
and you know, we do the very important,
[16:42]
make sure they're getting the medical attention
[16:44]
through the claims people.
[16:46]
She stays in touch with them and takes care of that.
[16:50]
Jessica Branzas, she takes care of your wellness program.
[16:54]
We'll be learning about this study about 10 years ago,
[16:56]
of healthy employees get injured with all of them,
[16:59]
and they need a hard work quickly.
[17:01]
That's so very important.
[17:02]
We have a very strong wellness work here in Jessica.
[17:06]
And then again, Chris Powell probably
[17:10]
one of the most professional insurance organizations
[17:12]
that are having a hard work insurance.
[17:16]
Really, as we see the people,
[17:18]
they actually get my personal insurance.
[17:20]
I know that you're very good at cancer,
[17:24]
Jennifer and Chris.
[17:25]
I know Tom, they worked really closely with your staff as well.
[17:29]
So that's the bottom line.
[17:31]
You know, you're going to be trying to make sure it's on your client's insurance program.
[17:36]
You can never eat your insurance.
[17:38]
But if that's the purpose of the management.
[17:41]
You see a conversation having access to all our training programs.
[17:45]
There's management programs.
[17:47]
That is just a little bit of professional.
[17:49]
I understand.
[17:50]
So I'm going to start sharing.
[17:51]
I think you're finding that your.
[17:59]
So much to
[18:04]
council doesn't have any questions. I just want to make a note that the first meeting in August will have a resolution reauthorizing authorizing the renewal with the broken joint insurance fund.
[18:15]
And authorizes the mayor and other staff to execute documents necessary and we'll send that all to the agenda.
[18:22]
So we'll continue to reap benefits that we have since early 90s.
[18:27]
Looks like you have everything together and I know over the years you've done a great job here at
[18:32]
organization and we appreciate that thank you for presenting tonight.
[18:39]
At this time I don't see
[18:44]
any approval minutes no minutes financial correspondence we have the township's clerk monthly report
[18:51]
for June 2026. Tax collectors monthly tax report June 2026. The motion to approve the financial
[18:58]
correspondence. Motion by Councilwoman Lawton. Second by Councilman Gabriel, all in favor,
[19:07]
indicate by saying aye. Aye. Ayes have it. Treasurer's billless for approval. We all have a copy of
[19:14]
the billless. Is the motion to approve the billless? Make a motion. Motion made by Councilman
[19:21]
second by council in the law often roll call, please.
[19:26]
Mr. Fratton or yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
[19:33]
So moved.
[19:34]
We have a couple regular correspondence or texts monthly summary for June 20th, 26th and
[19:41]
the clerk's office activity report for June 20th, 26th kind of a motion to receive and file
[19:48]
well, cars, bond, its, and bane,
[19:51]
motion made by councilman,
[19:52]
Lt. Norte.
[19:53]
Second, Second by councilman,
[19:55]
Gabrielle.
[19:56]
All in favor indicate by
[19:57]
saying aye.
[19:58]
Aye.
[19:58]
I's, have it.
[19:59]
So move.
[20:00]
We do have an application for
[20:03]
a transit merchant license for
[20:05]
Riverdogs LLC.
[20:09]
Looking for a motion from council.
[20:12]
Big emotion.
[20:14]
And we discuss this.
[20:15]
I'm going to, I'm going to
[20:16]
own the question.
[20:18]
Motion made by councilman,
[20:20]
and Gabrielle. Second. Second by Councilman Fratt Nardo on the question. It has been brought
[20:28]
to our attention, though, that we are, we are going to, Council will move to give the
[20:34]
license. However, no private institution can set up a business on a public or council
[20:43]
of own site. Therefore, you can imagine what that might lead to if you let anybody do that.
[20:51]
There has been discussions with our administrator, Tom, do you want to fill in on that a little bit,
[20:57]
so people get a better understanding?
[21:00]
Let me give you a, for instance, what
[21:03]
Council President for Polo is describing is that we've had some issues which a lot of people
[21:08]
in the public know with regard to the boat ramp area and the parking and the boat ramp facility.
[21:14]
And so as to allow something like this to occur, the amount of traffic that it could generate
[21:18]
potentially, that would be pretty disruptive to the activities that already take place for
[21:23]
people that are wanting and use the boat ramp facility to pay for that, that luxury.
[21:29]
So we wanted to make sure that it was stated tonight that if this motion were to go and
[21:34]
Council were to authorize that there would be the stipulation that, as you stated,
[21:41]
that it wouldn't be permitted on municipal properties. Absent those occasions when the
[21:45]
municipality invites certain things, for instance, the carnival allows for activities to take place
[21:51]
and vendors to come to the carnival, or the patriotic day when there'll be vendors out back here,
[21:56]
and the harvest festival, or the spring or the fall festival. So there are those one-off occasions
[22:01]
when they will be an invited guest to participate on public properties, but not so as to establish
[22:07]
their business presence on municipal parks or property.
[22:10]
As a township event, and the other piece of that, too, is that if they are going to set up
[22:15]
within the community, it needs to be on commercial property that you can't just set it out in front of
[22:19]
your house. And that is another good point to have be articulated in the letter of authorizing this
[22:24]
project. Does council follow what we're discussing here? So are we going to hold off on the application
[22:30]
until we send the letter or are we going to approve and then send him the letter?
[22:35]
So I think as Nancy, we had a quick conversation. I think that with with these
[22:39]
understanding of Council's in agreement and you would you would authorize the
[22:43]
application and then it would be explained back to them with the authorization
[22:47]
explanation as to what they can and cannot do. Chair recommends that we authorize and then move in there.
[22:56]
with the stipulation, yes. I make that motion made by Councilman Bratt-Narno to approve the license with the stipulations included that we discussed here. Second to that.
[23:08]
Second by Councilman Gabriel.
[23:13]
Roll call, vote, please. Mr. Bratt-Narno. Yes. Mr. Gabriel. Yes. Ms. Lawson. Yes. Ms. Sullivan. Yes. Mr. Purple. Yes.
[23:22]
Okay. We do have a little bit more business.
[23:29]
For those of you who are coming in tonight, we do
[23:31]
have some public comment portions of our meeting. One coming up now, one coming up at the end.
[23:36]
We also have them in our second meeting at seven o'clock. This meeting is to take care of general
[23:42]
business. So if you're here for any business other than talking about our juvenile situation,
[23:50]
our youth situation. You can you bring up a public comment now or if you come to the microphone
[23:57]
and bring up another quarter of business. The rest of it is going to be done in the seven o'clock
[24:02]
meeting on. I might understand that. I'm like making myself clear. So we're in public comment right
[24:09]
now. First session. Motion to open. Motion to open. Motion made by Councilman Fratt Nordow,
[24:15]
seconded that second by councilwoman Solven on favor indicate by saying aye
[24:23]
aye is have it anyone wishes to speak please come to the microphone state your
[24:27]
name and address and speak to mayor and council seeing none I make a motion
[24:32]
to close motion made to close the first public comment second of that second
[24:36]
by councilman Frattonardo motion made by councilwoman Lawton all in favor
[24:42]
were indicate by saying aye.
[24:43]
Aye.
[24:45]
Close.
[24:46]
We have two resolutions.
[24:48]
One authorize the filing of a municipal alliance grant,
[24:53]
2026-148, and 2026-149 awards a contract for safe streets
[25:00]
to transit sidewalk improvements to near New Jersey
[25:03]
Transit 409 bus stop, and the welding light rail section
[25:08]
can have a motion to approve resolutions 2026 148 2026 149 motion to approve motion made by councilman
[25:17]
Fratt and Ardo second by council law often anything on the question I'm sorry anything on the question
[25:27]
hearing none roll call vote please Mr. Fratt and Ardo yes Mr. Gabriel yes yes so move we have no
[25:36]
warns is tonight are there any reports of any of the committees hearing
[25:46]
none
[25:46]
let's move down to unfinished business we just oh I'm okay okay I'm sorry
[25:52]
I'm you know yeah I know I don't want to do that so if mayor has a report
[25:58]
I just only have one just to remind everyone that next Tuesday July 14th is the
[26:04]
meeting over at Penn's very high school in Falls Township, Pennsylvania, regarding the
[26:10]
data center that they're planning on building, I shouldn't say planning, that they are
[26:15]
building because it's in the middle of construction at the old Fairless Hills steel site.
[26:23]
So that is at 6 p.m. over in Falls Township.
[26:29]
And like I said, it's at the Penn's very high school.
[26:31]
So, the more residents that we have that attend, certainly the better.
[26:35]
I know that Amazon will be there, the DEP, Pennsylvania DEP will be there, all of the
[26:42]
stakeholders that are involved in this project are supposed to be there and apparently they're
[26:46]
also going to be giving information to everyone and then they'll have time for public comment.
[26:55]
So you can get public comment to them sooner than that so that if you have questions and I've already formulated some that I've sent over
[27:05]
to make sure your voice is heard. The last thing we want to do is have them talk forever and not give the residents an opportunity to speak.
[27:13]
So if you need that information, you can certainly reach out and I can get you the email address that you can write to if you have questions or concerns.
[27:22]
Just to clarify on that point, the presentation from Amazon and DEP is at 4 o'clock, 4 p.m.
[27:30]
And it goes to 5.45.
[27:32]
So if you want to see the full presentation that they're going to be given with the gas,
[27:37]
term pines and the diesel for the backup generators, then you want to get there before 6
[27:42]
and then the open public comment starts at 6.
[27:46]
So just clarification.
[27:47]
Thank you.
[27:50]
Mayor.
[27:52]
Okay.
[27:53]
Anything else?
[27:54]
Under committees, administration, division of law, division of engineering, we have the inspection
[28:00]
status report of engineering, dated July 2026,
[28:06]
moves us to unfinished business.
[28:09]
I want to read a statement and it has to do with an issue we discussed at our last meeting
[28:14]
a sidewalk waiver request.
[28:20]
At the last meeting, brother Renee Nadu came before the council
[28:24]
to request a waiver from installing a sidewalk on the east side of summer street, so it's
[28:29]
not to completely eradicate mature trees. Brother Renee also pointed out that one side of
[28:34]
summer street has sidewalks, and to install sidewalks on his side of the street would be pointless
[28:39]
since they would be simply a dead end to the river where there is private property. Brother
[28:45]
brother Renee indicated a willingness to install sidewalk in an ADA
[28:48]
app at the front street portion of the property as that area does make sense in
[28:53]
the continuation of usable infrastructure. At the time of the meeting last
[28:57]
week the council was in agreement with a waiver and so the chair is now seeking a
[29:02]
motion to permit a waiver for the installation of sidewalk on
[29:05]
summer street in favor of installing the sidewalk on the front street
[29:09]
portion of the property. Looking for a motion.
[29:15]
I make the motion. Councilwoman Lawton, seconded
[29:18]
at. Seconded by Councilman Fratt-Nardo. Anything on the question? Hearing none, roll call vote, please.
[29:24]
Mr. Fratt-Nardo? Yes. Mr. Gabriel? Yes. Ms. Lawton? Yes. Ms. Sullivan? Yes. Mr. Football.
[29:32]
Yes, they'll move anything under new business
[29:36]
Board of Health
[29:39]
miscellaneous for those who have just arrived
[29:42]
This is a business part of our we had an earlier meeting tonight
[29:48]
To get through business. We do have a public comment our second one of the evening coming up right now
[29:53]
If you have business that's related to Township other other than to be here for the
[30:00]
Second meeting, which will start around seven o'clock or so, reference to the juvenile issue in the community. You can please come to the microphone, state your business. There will be a public comment in the second port. Also, anyone wishing to speak, please come to the microphone. Oh, I'm making motion open. Oh, I'm sorry, make a motion to open second on favor, indicate by saying aye, I have it.
[30:41]
Apparently some,
[30:50]
I recognize that because I've experienced that, I don't know,
[30:55]
I've experienced
[30:56]
how holes last year, we were all asked to remove the ruby equals from the neighborhood street
[31:02]
and we all did and they came in and did a very small portion and it's back right before they
[31:06]
got to my house.
[31:07]
The pop holes outside my driveway are extremely large and I have to score measurements so
[31:13]
I don't really like the risk.
[31:14]
That's not only my house, it's the rest of the houses around the development and the reason
[31:19]
we were given is because we're going to be putting services in there. But it's been a whole year,
[31:24]
and so it's coming, it's coming, it's coming. It doesn't serve us very well. So I just wanted
[31:30]
to put that out. The second thing is, in respect to
[31:37]
tree branches, we've got a lot of messages
[31:40]
in our neighborhood, and I know several people are trying to navigate that through the system,
[31:47]
and give advice to people in the neighborhood.
[31:51]
Only recently, we were suggested that we should email,
[31:54]
so I emailed that I was following you to call.
[31:57]
We've never had to call until this year.
[32:00]
In past years, it was a routine
[32:02]
that at least once a month would count to eight,
[32:04]
or whatever was on the street, that picked up.
[32:06]
As long as there's not the rules,
[32:08]
they were picking up leads, it was branches, etc.
[32:10]
But we didn't have to call
[32:11]
because it was a regular cleanup.
[32:14]
We living in the world area and the storms
[32:20]
So it's a lot of work. I happen to have free time now, so I notice it. And I have the ability to call it, but it's really hard for people to be able to call during working hours and, you know, say, can you come pick up my branches?
[32:34]
And I'll come in and pick up the branches that I call for, and I call for myself for my neighbor, because we can be a pilot to try to help that. But I can't call it for everybody around the curve, but you drive around the curve anyway.
[32:47]
I want to speak to that through Ms. Brott.
[32:53]
No, no, no, no, come on.
[32:54]
Tom, our administrator will speak to both of those issues.
[32:58]
Let me first touch on the utility infrastructure that's going to be installed in Tall Timber and Tall Pine's development.
[33:05]
It has been, as you said, it has been planned for a year.
[33:08]
It had to go through engineering design.
[33:11]
That was then sent to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection so that we can get that designed approved and authorized which took greater than six months.
[33:18]
I don't know if you ever dealt with the DEP and New Jersey, but they're notoriously slow and then they asked for another extension.
[33:24]
We finally did get that approval in the late fall.
[33:28]
Now that we are to the point where we have their approval, the design is approved and authorized.
[33:34]
The township is preparing to bid the actual materials.
[33:37]
Yeah, the actual materials, it's okay and so once once the materials are bid and they'll be acquired internal staff is going to be making this installation, which is going to be a massive savings that's going to allow the municipality to make this infrastructure improvement without having to do what we call a special assessment against your home, if you're one of the people that will be benefited from the utility infrastructure once that is done, then the roadway will be repaired with the trench was installed and then the town will start to die.
[34:07]
the concept of possibly milling and paving the balance of the development, depending on how much that would cost and the indebtedness that the township would have to take on.
[34:16]
So that project is ongoing. If there's any particular holes that need to be addressed, we'd be happy to know exactly where they are, if they're greater than some.
[34:25]
And we will, that's
[34:29]
why you need to be up here.
[34:30]
So we'll do what we continue to do with regard to maintaining the roadway infrastructure as best we can with regard to the process that we follow on picking up branches and mixed materials.
[34:40]
The township has changed the process slightly with the reduction in the staff.
[34:45]
The township is reactionary to the request of the resident.
[34:48]
They're not as proactive as they once were as far as just driving around aimlessly and trying to find branches.
[34:53]
I understand your point that it is periodic that you'll see a truck drive past a pile to grab another pile.
[35:00]
The last thing you need is to be where five of your neighbors who were not on the list were picked up
[35:05]
and they had to bypass you because you were on the list.
[35:08]
So the town goes and hits the first list.
[35:11]
The first priority is being the list first and then they will go back and they'll try to get the rest of the branches.
[35:15]
So it is a process. It's something that the township has always done. They'll continue to do the best they can with the staffing that we have, but we appreciate when you contact the town and you share your address and what you have out there.
[35:29]
We get you on the list and I know that the staff does a very good job picking up the list.
[35:34]
I hope I've answered your questions.
[35:36]
Thank you.
[35:39]
I just have a follow-up. So is there a date expected that we can give the residents in
[35:45]
tall timber that they can expect to have their roads completed? Because I think to the end, I think
[35:53]
that's where the frustration is. No, actually, no, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you.
[35:57]
No, I just, I feel like they want resolution. I can't give them that date certain because that's
[36:03]
going to come down the council having to digest what the cost is going to be and whether
[36:07]
or not you'll be able to bond for it because you don't have enough money in your capital
[36:11]
improvement fund to be able to pay for a project like that. It's going to be an excess of
[36:15]
a million dollars to pay that development. Can temporary repairs be made? We certainly will
[36:20]
be. Yes. Okay. As a matter of fact, when we're mobilized on the utility infrastructure, we're
[36:25]
going to have an asphalt contractor working with us so we'll be hitting some of those areas
[36:28]
in particular. Okay. And then my follow up question for the branches. I feel like the branches
[36:33]
are like a repeated theme. Is there a easier way to make a request for pickup? Like, is there
[36:43]
an automated system? We can, we'll take voicemails. People can leave a voicemail 24-7. They've
[36:49]
done that. It's routine. They could send e-mail to information at Florence.nj.gov. People have done that.
[36:56]
Any of those mechanisms, they don't have to make physical contact with a person or, you know,
[37:00]
phone contact with an individual. Okay and then is there like a protocol for branches pick up
[37:07]
after a storm? Like if we know that there's been a major storm and we know where there are older
[37:12]
trees is there any protocol that would indicate that we just take a ride and development? That's a
[37:17]
good question. So they do that. They do especially to make sure that the near edge of the road and the
[37:23]
sidewalks are clear and that we've removed any of those hazards. But that is something that happens
[37:29]
after a storm. So it's not unusual.
[37:33]
I was just to share that I didn't know.
[37:37]
I got not even a full sentence response.
[37:40]
I said call to the board. I'm not too far too far to get on the list.
[37:45]
No, thank you very much. Hello.
[37:48]
No, it was.
[37:49]
I'm not trying to.
[37:50]
We were told they would not put me on the list for my email.
[37:53]
I have a call.
[37:57]
If it was an individual, then that would be different than what I just explained.
[38:05]
Yeah, it's definitely information at Florence-NJ.gov is the contact information for making a request for service.
[38:13]
Well, I think it says it on our website.
[38:15]
Yeah.
[38:16]
All right.
[38:18]
But I'll make sure I speak to Mr. Roger and make sure that's taken care of.
[38:22]
anything else under public other than the next meeting we're going to have them
[38:26]
we're running over right now with this meeting. Motion made to close, seconded
[38:32]
that. All in favor indicate by saying aye. Public comment close. Motion to adjourn.
[38:39]
This meeting is made by Councilwoman Lawton. Seconded by Councilwoman Sullivan. All
[38:45]
they were indicate by saying I, I's have it. At this time, those of you who had just joined
[38:54]
us, I appreciate people coming out.
