[3:45] and talked to them, uh, for the Cincinnati Youth, uh, summit, which was

[3:49] nice. I appreciate this Forest Park showed up in a very, very meaningful

[3:59] » Uh, thank you, Madam Chair. Um, I just like to echo what Council Member Clark

[4:02] said. um herself and I were at the Cincinnati Youth Conference this past

[4:06] Saturday at the University of Cincinnati's College of Medicine. Um

[4:09] herself, me and uh other elected officials from the city and other

[4:12] surrounding cities just had a chance to interact and engage with the youth. And

[4:16] I want to thank the city of Forest Park for being the sponsor uh of the of the

[4:20] conference as well attended. Um at the end of the conference, um several young

[4:24] people got some really nice gifts. Um, some got computers, iPads, VD, uh, was

[4:30] it VR drones, VR goggles and whatnot. So, it was a really well attended

[4:35] conference. Um, uh, the presenters, you know, taught really nice life skills to

[4:41] these students, right? And he had students from all over the city um,

[4:44] attend this. So, once again, thank you very much. Um, uh, just as a reminder to

[4:49] our residents, once again, if you want to uh, join a border commission, make

[4:52] sure you get your applications in to us. Um the HR committee will be meeting on

[4:56] the 17th of um March to discuss um or look at some new uh applications and

[5:02] whatnot and get some residents on these boards and councils. And that's all I

[5:17] Dr. Moore, her husband, the superintendent, his wife, we attended

[5:20] the Boys and Girls Club Gala It was very well attended. It was really really a

[5:27] great u presentation that they did. It was just it was awesome.

[5:34] And that would conclude my report. But I do want to uh have a discussion again

[5:40] about those trucks that are parked in Kroger's parking lot. It's a not a truck

[5:46] stop, but that's what it's being treated as a truck stop and they're there the

[5:51] whole weekend. And we've been going over that, discussing it over and over and

[5:56] over again. And it's time something be done about it.

[6:00] » And we did bring this I'm sorry, we did bring that up at staff today to the

[6:03] police chief. So he he's should be taking care of that. But yes, we'll put

[6:32] concerns or or any follow-ups that any of our residents like to to come and and

[6:39] uh speak on uh we'll be meeting this Wednesday.

[6:55] report. Um good evening everyone. Um, first I want to start out with um

[7:01] March is um black um women's month and so for the 2026 the national women's

[7:10] health alliance proudly presents our theme leading the change women shaping a

[7:15] sustainable future. It recognized the powerful leadership of women in creating

[7:21] future that is rooted in equity, justice, opportunity for all. From

[7:26] environmental advocacy to financial reform, from community organizing

[7:31] policies and innovation, women are the forefront of the driving

[7:37] holistic change. So, um, for our women in our communities, our women across the

[7:44] globe, um, happy, um, women's month.

[7:49] Also, it was my pleasure meeting the local authors at authors at the Forest

[7:54] Park Library. They had an opportunity um, to showcase their books. Um, and so

[8:01] we even had some youth here in the city of Forest Park who are publishers. And

[8:05] so I enjoyed hearing from everyone's story and learning about their journeys

[8:10] as they become published authors. And so it was truly inspiring to hear um all of

[8:17] their stories. Also, it was a truly it was truly a

[8:21] pleasure and support um of the Boys and Girls Club of Hamilton County, their

[8:26] hearts of angels gayla alongside with the Woodenwood City School District. we

[8:31] had in um we were incredibly proud of the Whitenwoods youth who did a amazing

[8:37] performance at the event and so um we just want to thank um the Boys and Girls

[8:42] Club of Hamilton County for um investing in our community. And that completes my

[8:46] report. Next report is our assistant city

[8:59] register for April through I think September. Um, so you can start

[9:14] March 28th is breakfast with the Easter Bunny. It's going to be at the Hamilton

[9:17] Avenue Freshes. Uh then we have the this Thursday is popup is the produce popup

[9:23] and it's every th every first Thursday of the month. Um So that's at Quinn

[9:27] Chapel. And then the last thing really is tax

[9:31] season is basically here is right around the corner. I mean it's started. Um the

[9:35] earlier you file the better. Um they will have extended hours beginning

[9:40] Saturday, April 4th. They'll be open 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day and then on

[9:44] the 11th the same. Then Mondays and Thursdays starting the first uh Monday

[9:50] in April will be 8:30 to 6, same thing as Monday and Thursday. And then April

[9:55] 15th, the final day, they'll be up till 7 p.m. that day. And that concludes my

[12:24] establishing a tax increment equivalent fund and declaring an emergency.

[13:07] the value added by improvements for 30 years with any non-ablated taxes

[13:13] collected as payments in lie of taxes for public infrastructure.

[13:19] over 30 years is expected to generate about 12.5 million for project related

[13:26] infrastructure with school districts fully compensated for any redirected

[14:50] 715,000 square foot facility, securing over 500 jobs, 58 million in annual

[14:55] payroll, and 68 million in capital investment for Forest Park. And with

[18:26] our zoning code groups them all into the same category. So these data centers

[18:30] tend to be few um they tend to have very few employees, they generate a lot of

[18:36] waste and we believe that it's in the public's best interest. Uh the residents

[18:40] of Forest Park's best interest that we have a 18day moratorum on on uh on these

[18:46] data processing centers. And so I would urge a p adoption of this or passage of
