[1:29] to suicide in 2025.

[1:31] live, exceeding the national rate and 71 county lives lost to suicide in 2025.

[1:37] And whereas North Range Behavioral Health, suicide education and support services, imagine

[1:42] zero of well-counting and other community partners work to increase access to prevention,

[1:47] intervention, crisis response, education and support services for residents and families

[1:51] affected by suicide.

[1:53] And whereas September is recognized as suicide awareness month and prevention month.

[1:58] providing an opportunity to raise awareness to support those affected by suicide and to promote the message that recovery hope and help are all available.

[2:06] And whereas every resident can play a role in suicide prevention by learning the warning signs of suicide, talking openly about mental health, checking in on family members, friends, neighbors and co-workers, and becoming familiar with resources full statewide and local.
