[0:01] The Board of License Commissioners is the licensing authority for the City of Framingham. They have statutory and regulatory licensing authority unless assigned to another municipal office by general law. The board may issue licenses for Innholders, common victualers or the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages. The board consists of five residents appointed by the mayor. Each member serves a three year term. The city clerk, building inspector, director of Public Health, fire and Police chief all serve in an advisory role to the License Commissioners. Uh, first I want to go through and make sure all of our other members are here and present and can, um, can participate. So members, when I call your name, please respond in the affirmative. [3:54] Sure. So, um, I'm currently listed already on the license as the assistant manager. Um, I'm being moved to manager. The person that was originally listed for that is no longer at our location. She's in a different role within the company.

[4:18] Um, I believe there's also the change of a treasurer, um, to replace somebody that's no longer at the corporate office.

Uh, Mr. Hanley, I'm going over the file, and I know you're the previous assistant manager, and you said you're the you're going to you're also going to move up to be the current. The will be the proposed manager, I mean. But I didn't see. Do you have a current Framingham ID liquor ID?

[5:01] All right. All right. Because I didn't see that in the file. It was just a question I have. And but I also notice that miss I zacchello is that how you pronounce it?

[5:16] Yeah. You're you're Framingham liquor ID is expired. You plan on getting another one instead of 2025?

So you're going to have to speak to the police department and get that taken care of before the license is issued. Okay.

[13:03] Absolutely. Uh, again here on behalf of BJ's. Oh, there's Sean. Uh, we're just here for a change of manager, uh, record. Uh, Sean here is a US citizen. He's a Massachusetts resident. He's familiar with the rules and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol. Uh, he has experience in the industry. He has received his Framingham Police alcohol management ID card. Uh, he's recertified with, with tips. Uh, and I believe he has actually served as manager of record, uh, previously. Uh, but Sean, can you actually just share a little bit in your own words now, um, what your experience in the industry has been?

[13:44] Yeah. So, um, uh, I've been with BJ's for about a year and seven months. Uh, previous I was with Roach Brothers supermarkets, um, for 30 years and I was a manager on record, uh, for alcohol in West Roxbury, Sudbury and Wellesley.

I plan to schedule an email when I leave on the 30th to make sure those go out on the first, since they need to. Since the alcohol, the A, B, C, C like renewal forms need to be signed on the first. So I want to make sure those get out on the first. Um, and I plan on sending everything else out. Uh, somewhere between October 12th and October 23rd. I know that's a two week time frame, but my goal is somewhere in those two weeks. So middle of October.
