[12:34] And so I do want to make a comment. We did get a decision on an arbitration

[12:38] from the Freeport Teachers Association from last June.

[12:42] So the district received a decision from the arbiter, and he found that the

[12:45] district did not violate the collective bargaining agreement,

[12:49] and the grievance was denied.

[12:52] So I do want to publicly state that, and we are still waiting for a few, but

[12:56] that was on the advice of counsel that I read that properly.

[13:00] So Scott, I would like to just thank you for all your service

[13:04] here. And do we have any--
