[4:12] foot lots. They are completely unbuildable in a five acre minimum zoning. They have no sewer,

[4:19] no improved roads as you had mentioned and in appraisal was done, the county had an appraisal

[4:25] done and that's the value of the selling price. So the county is a purchaser and we mostly acquired

[4:34] these lots through tax sale foreclosure, what not. This is a first reading for this so it won't be open

[6:54] because we opened the building in phases

[6:57] that allowed them to start operating sooner,

[7:00] but clearly because they were operating

[7:02] at partial capacity because we opened in phases, they never met the projections. So the

[7:11] way the contract structure requires them to basically pay based on what the projections

[7:16] were. And then the following year you would have to reimburse them to difference or they

[7:21] would pay the difference if they overperformed their revenues. So basically they would have

[7:29] to pay us four times for us to then turn around and reimburse them and then the current

[7:32] so it made the billing really difficult to do. So this amendment is going to streamline

[7:40] the billing, make it based on actual revenues. We've agreed to a period of time where they

[7:50] would make those first year payments based on their actual revenues. If they don't make

[7:55] meet those payment requirements, interest gets billed back to the original due date,

[8:02] and then going forward, all of the payments will be based on actual revenues,

[8:07] which means we send out one bill versus five for one year period.

[8:15] So that's the purpose of the amendment, is to make things easier from the township to build this,

[8:22] And by doing that, they're going to be paying based on their actual revenues, not projections

[8:28] and then doing some reimbursement thing.

[13:45] This is a company that provides us the mounting brackets for the printers that the police use when they do violations.

[13:56] that are actually mounting apparatus for that.

[14:07] for their maintenance division.

[14:29] pantheizing it, the neighbors of the complaining of road and infestation around the area, squatters, we live it in there, there's a fire there, but one time it was probably, we approached the owner on several different cases to remedy it, and pretty much to no avail, so we're going to move forward with actually.

[14:49] That demolition of the house and for the neighbors of just up and arms about this.

[14:54] So there's obviously there's a legal process and he will just demo all this.

[15:00] As had a whole new roof from a fire for over 10 years, the water infiltration has rendered the house unusable and it can't be prepared. So our construction official testified to that. The solicitor ran this legal process and we've exhausted all measures. We did wait until November so that we can budget transfer money into this line.

[15:30] I believe $30,000 to tear this house down.

[15:33] There will be a exterminator that does work first.

[15:40] In case there's an infestation of rats or mice in the house

[15:43] so that when we tear it down, it does not affect the neighbors.

[15:47] At least to mitigate any of that from happening.

[15:51] This will tear the house down, remove all of the materials

[15:55] and render the property safe.

[15:56] Because right now it's an unsafe structure

[15:58] needs to be thrown down. We haven't done many of these in Galilee or the nine years I've been

[16:04] manager. We've started this legal process before and that legal process has caused the property

[16:12] owners for the previous properties that we've done to remedy the situation. Unfortunately this

[16:20] hasn't done that. Taxes are current. So the process will be after we award after we pass this

[16:28] resolution, we'll report a contract with the purchase order. They'll start doing the work,

[16:33] particularly the extermination work first. Once the work is complete, we pay the bill,

[16:38] we will leave the property. So we will attach that $30,000 bill to the property. If that does not

[16:44] get paid, then it will go to tax sale. Unfortunately because of advertising requirements,

[16:49] it will not go to tax sale this year, it will happen next year. Whether or not the property

[16:53] be honored besides the pay the bill or not? I don't know. We have been in contact with

[16:58] the property owner, but they, I'm not sure if the legal term is blew us off, but they've

[17:04] stopped communicating with us.

[17:07] I know that I've received numerous phone calls from the

[17:13] residents on the street, and they couldn't be happy that we're taking some action on this.

[17:18] It's unfortunate because people try to keep their houses nice and that's it. That's a nice

[17:21] neighborhood and there's a lot of you know single-family homes and there are

[17:24] families of kids and it's a shame that one houses a nice room so we're

[17:28] everybody that for that. So how long did they have to pay, how long do you do it?

[17:35] So we'll do a resolution after we pay, we'll attach the bills to the property they'll

[17:42] probably have 30 days and then interest will be in, interest will be calculated based on

[28:45] We have Wawa has donated quite a bit of sandwiches and whatever that we had today, which

[28:53] was a good thing.

[28:54] We had our Thanksgiving luncheon, which was catered by the Apsigaly, it was wonderful.

[29:02] They had everything from soup to nuts and the people, it was packed and the people really

[29:08] really enjoyed the lunch. They made so much food that we were able to tell people to have

[29:14] containers, Mackenzie Ford, little containers for them to fill up and they could take food

[29:20] home. And it was really, really good. I went on a bus trip about a week or so ago up to

[29:28] Bergenhand, up in Lancaster up there. And I'm going to tell you, the chirping that they

[29:34] did the kids from Amsterdam was far better than what I got up there. I was

[29:41] really disappointed in that lunch. I thought oh boy burn my hand I'm going to get

[29:46] chicken pot eye and their famous pot roast. No. I was at the turkey was shredded

[29:56] and we picked it up for charms.

[30:00] Here, the term people, they sliced that turkey to precision. The men's potatoes were so creamy, all made with butter. And it was, they did phenomenal job. Those kids are really, they're really good. And they're all new crew, crew, because the ones that used to come prior to that have all graduated. And they were really nice kids. They were so happy to be there. We were happy to meet them. And the launching was a really big success.

[30:28] which I'm glad because as I told you many times before a lot of times what they

[30:35] get at the center is their only meal. And no one thing. Galloway Township, the

[30:44] senior center, does not turn anybody away. Even if they come and we and we're

[30:50] maxed out, we will always make sure that they get something to eat. And that

[30:55] happen to us about a year ago maybe a little bit more we had a couple of homeless

[31:01] people living in the car that came in eight lunch with us on a kind of regular

[31:08] basis and we never told them no they went into the bathroom washed up we had a

[31:14] table for them you know we got to know after a while you know that they were

[31:20] coming and they were so grateful for this little lunch and that we had and

[31:25] Well, we shared what we had.

[31:27] So there's people out there and they come in

[31:30] and we don't ask questions, we say nothing.

[31:35] Can you, do you have any extra food?

[31:37] Of course, go wash up and sit down.

[31:40] We'll make sure that you have a hot meal.

[31:42] So go away, we don't do that, just so you know.

[31:48] And we had a game that we played this week.

[31:54] guess the price. We put McKenzie put out a box of cereal, eggs, loaf of breaded, oranges,

[32:08] things of that milk. She put it out there. You had a guess the price that it was in the late 50s,

[32:17] early 60s to what it is today. We were amazed at the prices then to what it is now.

[32:28] Quadruple the amount we are paying now than what we paid in the late 50s or early 60s

[32:34] and quite a few people remembering so they won quite a few gift cards but it was it was good.

[32:42] coming up we're gonna be making candles for the holidays and we're gonna have

[32:51] our more our Christmas more where we're gonna have different booths and

[32:57] different tables and people will come in and be able to do crafts and take some

[33:02] of the food that we have and it's free anybody could come in and do that our

[33:08] Well, choice for Todd's box is pretty much full.

[33:13] We already did it, and we've had a lot of success with it.

[33:17] They bought quite a few things in.

[33:19] And we're going to set up a box for the veterans.

[33:23] I think we're going to send it to the veterans home

[33:26] in violent.

[33:28] And we will be collecting different items

[33:31] for the veterans.

[33:33] And we will get them out before Christmas.

[33:37] so we will be doing something like that.

[33:40] As I told you before, I want them to be active.

[33:44] I want them to do things that matter

[33:47] to make them feel good, that they're doing something productive.

[33:52] Not just sit and play bingo, but by the way,

[34:40] it was. And Donnie got up to speak and they kind of didn't like what he had to say. And

[34:49] they told him your five minutes a rub now go sit down. Now this is the mayor of Galloway

[34:55] They were rude.

[34:57] Mrs. Jay, that's a very big area of a regional school board.

[35:01] Whatever it was.

[35:02] This is a interpretation place.

[35:04] But these things happen at school board meetings.

[35:08] Whatever school it is.

[35:11] And I have gone to meetings here.

[35:15] And you do suggestions to know of that.

[35:19] And I think it's because they are governed by the state.

[35:24] And you really don't have anything to say and it's a shame that they be the school and

[35:36] the people are not coagulated and need something we really need to be on a better level.

[35:48] And, you know, when we come up there with a problem or with something that we want done,

[35:55] we want to be heard.

[35:57] And we don't like being treated rudely.

[36:00] And that happens a lot.

[36:03] And that's why a lot of people don't go to the school board meetings.

[36:08] Because, because of that, I mean, you know,

[36:12] and I will say that some people get up there and read and read,

[36:15] then that's not a good thing either. It's not all the schools. We have to calm ourselves down.

[36:21] But come on now. We're all adults. You're going there with a question. Get in the answer.

[36:29] I mean, many times I thought, well, we'll consider it. Well, we'll think about it.

[36:33] And nothing ever got done. So just so much, you know, you know, these things happen and unfortunately,

[36:40] This is life in the big city.

[36:47] Just one final comment, then tree lighting is December 6th.

[36:52] We will have, no, we won't have the meeting before that.

[36:55] No, December 6th is a tree lighting.

[36:59] And then we have the celebration of lights, which is the memorial
