[0:05] Okay, good morning. I've got 931. We have a little technical difficulty. We will start our Monday August 31st.
[0:16] First our coordination. I probably leave it to you to apply the United States of America.
[0:23] Thank you very much for your chance. One of the nation. I know you got it.
[0:27] into this world with a good idea of us strong.
[0:31] So our great state, honor of the fact that it's five,
[0:34] and I'm glad that we used to see the exactness,
[0:36] we want to say, I don't know why I'm going into this world.
[0:41] Laura, we just thank you, Father, for this day,
[0:43] which you have made, for what we created
[0:44] that you would guide us today as well.
[0:47] We thank you for the, just that we were born in America,
[0:50] and we could live here, and then we were in the state of Texas,
[0:54] great county, and great opportunity, county.
[0:55] I would just thank you to Team Guides, and as we improve voting locations today, Father, and
[1:01] improve attack rate for our county, Fatherland.
[1:04] We have wisdom that you guide us, and then follow you make good decisions for our county
[1:09] employees, our residents, and those surrounding communities, following me, thank you.
[1:16] We'll give you praise and ask these things in Jesus name.
[1:21] It's just a couple of comedy I have to do on that one side.
[1:24] I'm sorry.
[1:25] I was just a couple of comedy.
[1:27] I'm sorry.
[1:28] So here's the one, I'm 24-8, or I'm gonna sit in my room.
[1:33] But I'm ready.
[1:34] I'm going to sit in my room.
[1:37] Sure.
[1:38] Comments?
[1:38] Yeah.
[1:39] The first time I'm going to.
[1:43] What are you, where are you in the kitchen?
[1:46] I'm not showing you the reason, is that.
[1:50] I believe we have much more to the second for the consent.
[2:01] I'm voting for Texas 5.0 or 30.2.
[2:04] I'm 49 consideration for the Commission's Court of Proposal Taxories
[2:07] are part of us in the new two.
[2:09] I'm voting a tax rate of 0.3 to 4 to 0.6 hundred dollars of valuation,
[2:16] which is an empty revenue tax rate.
[2:19] So it's a way to go on.
[2:20] I think the
[2:26] motion of the second to propose that tax rate, which is not the adoption of the tax rate, which is supposed to give you the public opinion.
[2:32] It's up to the regime.
[2:34] So zero point, three, two, four, and zero six eight per minute.
[2:40] Thank you.
[2:46] That motion passes five to zero.
[2:48] Fifty purchasing considerations to award are a few twenty six batch one or five.
[2:52] Auditing is related services.
[3:03] This for our 261-5-logging, we think services work in August 6, 2016, and then we'll see
[3:11] what we'll see after a girl review of the values of the baby, until Brown and Bill, with being
[3:19] to have a n-population and preventive work work, because it makes sense of movement.
[3:25] It's your recommendation.
[3:27] It's your recommendation.
[3:28] I have a motion in a second to a group.
[3:30] I'm very good at the buttons.
[3:33] That push will pass to 5 to 0.
[3:36] Bring us to the right away.
[3:38] If you want to see public comments on the letter,
[3:40] if there's reply, open to public comment,
[3:42] you create a time 35.
[3:44] And you know, we should address commission support
[3:45] on the letter.
[3:46] If there's a group.
[3:48] If there's a public comment at 935,
[3:51] you can consideration that my initial group will
[3:53] So if you are a member of the group, we will have to take your group.
[3:57] Good morning, how we work with the unconditional group.
[4:00] Take your left and left, and then you will have to take your group.
[4:04] M second.
[4:06] Motion passes 5-0.
[4:08] So we will count to a break from the exact same mistake that the session takes at the
[4:15] in take-home and take-home meetings at KPCO.
[4:20] From 1951 to 1951, okay we're gonna take up
[4:22] a minute to know.
[4:23] We'll come back to the next discussion.
[4:23] We'll have any accounts listed in thepatient
[4:24] seat of number, or all our matters to do the education.
[4:27] Turning it to the counting of the taxes.
[4:28] For rules, we'll come back to the conversation.
[4:29] So today's our text is building in place
[4:31] for the means of actually with each of the polygons.
[4:34] The man received from April Wars,
[4:37] three, two, two, C.V.,
[4:38] zero, five, seven, our military,
[4:40] thinking that he and all the laws
[4:41] where is the scale of the county at all in the United States District Court?
[4:44] And that's another district that takes the scale of the division.
[4:48] Also, to take your session, take your time to go to six to five out of one out of seven.
[4:52] Four, personal matters.
[4:53] Four, one, three, three, three, seven.
[4:55] As a minute, I'm going to go to the media.
[4:56] After five, I want to take your time to go to the States District Court.
[4:58] We shall take five, five.
[5:00] 7.4. Other texts give you a good personal matter. It's an all right to put an employment evaluation research assignment to use this product as an assault upon the culture of boy, specifically chief financial officer, chief information officer, chief public defender county here. Director of facilities, Director of grants and administration, Director of Human Resources, Director of Social Services, Director of Personal Law, Collections, Director of a Road and Regions, Institute of Human Services.
[1:00:53] 现在, polit dopo 119, 708, nom comma, Ministry for
[1:01:10] transportation.
[1:01:10] A report with negotiation, the vaccination will be the only receiving, the occasion for migratory
[1:01:14] agencies that there will remain a bureaucratic reduction in theOW.
[1:01:18] Over 200 and 30, those same 40 rubber vehicles, and the health committees were
[1:01:22] patient. And in order to maximize the meal center to stage the seniors, they will have
[1:01:27] these young personnel and just like, show ourselves, for the year 116, and regarding these
[1:01:35] And
[1:01:41] we have, I am seven of me, that is for the County Church
[1:01:44] Elections.
[1:01:45] There is a request to increase in hourly rate from $12 to $14 per
[1:01:50] election workers and for the election judges from $12 to $16, that there
[1:01:55] were millions from the years of debt to due to the length of a
[1:01:59] donation funds that way they can maintain that is going by, which is about
[1:02:03] $250,000.
[1:02:06] And next, when we forward our reach number nine,
[1:02:08] that's a registration from our mechanic,
[1:02:11] to the board show of four-man.
[1:02:12] There's that feeling kind of about,
[1:02:14] about the seven thousand times you want to first have the right
[1:02:17] to use as well, and these are coming in to a four-man show up.
[1:02:21] And that thing, tend to 13 to 3-point each and all,
[1:02:24] the seven stations, the seven stations,
[1:02:27] those three stations are several support operations
[1:02:29] to do the same.
[1:02:31] For there is also an opportunity for students to receive
[1:02:33] So, grab any of those things, please tell me the point.
[1:02:36] Sure, it's only since we're in the bread and we don't have anyness
[1:02:39] ofalities and inappropriate areas where there's a taxing conversation,
[1:02:43] like emergency services, district to help them to work in a
[1:02:47] very, very short. Yes,
[1:02:48] instead of another way, we've been providing free dispensing services for
[1:02:51] tech taxing entities for years and years, according to
[1:02:54] what I was, is the share of problems with you. And I
[1:02:57] don't know if you have already arrived, I was told by the
[1:02:59] But the county has been doing this batch per over 13 different taxing entities around the county for years.
[1:03:09] And he is identified as churches on staffing and that.
[1:03:14] And he tells her, you see, not over five years.
[1:03:17] And he's going out and working with these entities.
[1:03:24] That they're all in our role for them to reimburse us for their first order.
[1:03:28] So, with that said, again, this is jurisdictions that are under municipality for under tax and jurisdiction from emergency services like ESP1 and 2, and it's not for my discretion to share.
[1:03:40] It's not to include biodiversity.
[1:03:42] All of California is right in the corporate account that have no special tax whatsoever.
[1:03:47] So, for example, on the ESP, no municipality that would not be subject to having to put money into or paying for these calls for services.
[1:03:57] We're
[1:04:04] going to have to keep the state, all of this part of the vehicle, we've written that we're going to have a real high gate.
[1:04:11] We have a new one in my computer information and the information and all of that we want to call it.
[1:04:17] I didn't want into my life.
[1:04:19] So, genius at work, part of this collection of these things.
[1:04:24] I don't know where these are these things.
[1:04:32] There we go.
[1:04:32] The vehicle, presser, presser.
[1:04:34] I'll give it a go.
[1:04:35] We're going to be able and we're going to be able to work on the surface of vehicles.
[1:04:40] We're going to be able to provide information on the situation of the administration.
[1:04:47] We're thinking...
[1:04:47] That's a little bit just wrong.
[1:04:49] It's a kind of negotiation, right?
[1:04:51] Yeah, I think the expert will be able and we'll be reasonably interested in you.
[1:04:54] I'm sorry.
[1:04:54] We're going to have the architecture in the back.
[1:04:56] It's okay.
[1:04:57] Take the arm.
[1:04:59] The radiation office.
[1:05:33] 1, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 2, 3, and so on.
[1:05:47] So they're using their forces to buy those vehicles, but they are buying vehicles that we already make think, right?
[1:05:53] So they're here to be buying vehicles and retrofitting them.
[1:05:58] But based on the usage that they shared with us, I think these vehicles will have a little extended by the time
[1:06:03] in the average of the year, one of the counties
[1:06:05] started out thinking it needs to be on the same
[1:06:07] county, wheat, a gram per patient from four years,
[1:06:10] or as soon as they were top, sorry.
[1:06:11] I don't have to have something different
[1:06:14] than what we had with it.
[1:06:15] We're about different oil filters of different oil filters.
[1:06:17] We don't have them in the same.
[1:06:18] So we will be agreement-wise, to a local policy
[1:06:21] to the core of the chat they use,
[1:06:23] therefore, which applies to the purchase of the vehicle.
[1:06:26] Right, you're good to be a girl with whatever
[1:06:28] special point to see, we will put down the county's maintenance
[1:06:31] system with the bridge fleet to the oil changes. Any major issues that come to the
[1:06:37] egg whites say they damage it and it's total, they will have to find two per place in the
[1:06:42] county, but I'll be replacing it with tax dollars.
[1:06:46] I mean, we know Lymein, we think the recommendation for the four-day other, okay?
[1:06:51] It's that we're treating, it's that we're treating for sheriff's office 70. It was they
[1:06:55] acquired us, we do redeem events which we can do, which is a cost that's already
[1:06:59] and talk about it in theoretically, but any major issues they have to find the funding to make your repair of a waste of time.
[1:07:08] I can question on number one.
[1:07:11] See, Dwight Wright there.
[1:07:13] Is this given to the vehicle that I think is going to work for?
[1:07:16] So, these four need a transfer of a game home.
[1:07:20] We're going to need for the election presentation.
[1:07:23] You need to know we look for some kind of a vehicle on the heat.
[1:07:31] We discuss a maybe first thing for all of them.
[1:07:35] One of them is a dedicated account, which is based on it.
[1:07:39] Yes, based on the missionaries, number 30, number 30, number 20.
[1:07:42] The board is going to be able to get to the point after the end of the situation.
[1:07:47] Do we need to request that?
[1:07:48] Is there something like that?
[1:07:50] I get to know what I mean.
[1:07:51] I get to know what I mean.
[1:07:52] That's their point.
[1:07:53] So that is the question.
[1:08:01] I couldn't really hear which question was better.
[1:08:04] I'm sorry.
[1:08:04] I just was wondering if this was going to be the people
[1:08:06] that you are requesting.
[1:08:09] United discussed using your dedicated funds for.
[1:08:13] Absolutely so.
[1:08:14] So I think the question is, am I, okay,
[1:08:17] putting the request in the dedicated funds?
[1:08:20] Is that right?
[1:08:21] Trust me?
[1:08:22] I guess I can see now.
[1:08:24] This is a recommendation.
[1:08:25] I'm going to repeat.
[1:08:27] We feel here.
[1:08:28] It's a pay for the general fund.
[1:08:29] It's a recommendation now.
[1:08:31] The question why do you use your dedicated election
[1:08:33] fund the day for their vehicles?
[1:08:35] except for the first one, which is a time for you to talk.
[1:08:39] Okay, absolutely. I'm okay with using the dedicated funds with that,
[1:08:42] but that's not a lot of experience.
[1:08:44] Because you can't shift that in less than two of the...
[1:08:47] That's okay.
[1:08:48] There's also a recommendation point in here, by the status of the Bendingham
[1:08:51] but the utilization, maybe you can speak to it,
[1:08:55] recommended that, maybe you also utilizing a rental agreement,
[1:08:58] to rent them as you know, without being less.
[1:09:00] But you have been honest, correct.
[1:09:01] We have been actually a couple of years back.
[1:09:06] We request their budget and then to reimburse us a box store.
[1:09:11] We didn't have that approved by the commissioners.
[1:09:14] We did not purchase a box store so we didn't have to utilize it.
[1:09:17] I'd like to agree with you.
[1:09:18] But substantial discount for either a budget or a box store.
[1:09:22] Now, being able to consider different use for that.
[1:09:26] If you want to hear why, I can explain that.
[1:09:28] That's a totally different use.
[1:09:29] The box store is the move the election machines around.
[1:09:35] We just went for a week at a time, got a ball, I'll take the truck back.
[1:09:40] The other is the substantial savings.
[1:09:42] Maybe not over time, but at the meantime, we're seeing the substantial savings.
[1:09:47] It's a budget, we don't mind just working with them on.
[1:09:50] If it's either dedicated to funds, I'm supportive, but I'd like to see you get what you need.
[1:10:00] If I can't, I didn't hear something in the back, briefly about the request to have the poll workers, the judges, please, work, or anything, yes.
[1:10:10] I appreciate that. I hope, point out though, I didn't hear what you all said back.
[1:10:16] Sorry, but I didn't hear that. We came to the general fund, or I'll be focusing something to do with your discretionary funds.
[1:10:24] But that's a little gray area, so it's just a discretionary month, according to chapter 31,
[1:10:29] and under it, states that the county commission cannot utilize, which is just a piece of
[1:10:36] base of law, also a regular budget.
[1:10:40] So we have take custody.
[1:10:42] There are recommendations that he's going to be able to ignore, because they can't even have
[1:10:45] a set of those cloths. I mean, there is a point to under, by nine of them, of course,
[1:10:50] is it a help that has to be utilized for that?
[1:10:53] So, we can definitely, we're going to re-use you.
[1:10:56] Okay.
[1:10:56] But if you have a little problem with that,
[1:10:58] I know what they're going to do to you.
[1:11:00] So my understanding is...
[1:11:03] I mean, you do have a budget of 700,000,
[1:11:08] where it should expand to every twice a month,
[1:11:11] 1,500,000 degrees to be in order to observe things,
[1:11:15] which we eventually can access things at this point.
[1:11:20] So, yet, right here, right here, where you're saying based on the statute that the court
[1:11:24] did not recommend or correct, you can find us the heat, you've spent it out of that,
[1:11:30] you know, that account, that has to come in your direction.
[1:11:32] So, I think what the budget office here that is recommending is from the general fund that the
[1:11:38] court denied over the rest, and you can see what happens.
[1:11:41] So, are we paying the $12 an hour currently out of general funds?
[1:11:46] So if we wanted to do the 16 important $10 an hour, we cannot do it through our budget currently just the way
[1:11:54] how much revenue, especially if the clerk was wanting to do that, you can do this when it's fun.
[1:12:01] Now we have to do this.
[1:12:01] In this area, I would like to work with you on that, and I have any discussions about this person.
[1:12:07] I understand.
[1:12:09] And I know it's hard to do that to the workers, so what does that think of all of that?
[1:12:12] Opposed to the Fed and then something like that?
[1:12:13] Okay.
[1:12:20] We would like to discuss moving the topic of the open record on properties that here is a world's list discussion.
[1:12:27] We can definitely have the discussion. I know that that's being already a little bit of a question.
[1:12:31] We can think about the institution as the private requirement.
[1:13:00] So, yes, we are going to look at plumbing and cleaning with other non-part profits to see
[1:13:07] about cleaning the concrete, if they don't brand, to the non-profit.
[1:13:12] Okay.
[1:13:14] I wasn't aware of the only county in the state view, does it the way we do it?
[1:13:17] So, we want it to be either until.
[1:13:20] So is there anyone who refuses the idea of sending this program to the non-Public?
[1:13:25] No, tell them.
[1:13:26] I'm just thinking with the committee that you're gonna do just locate multiple nonprofits,
[1:13:32] to where we can spread it out to the county.
[1:13:34] Basically, or one that takes care of everybody, you know, man.
[1:13:38] My request is just to be maximized the service to the senior.
[1:13:42] So, you know, wherever the customer overhead and provide more fuel to the services and that's,
[1:13:49] I think is a win-win.
[1:13:51] Yeah, then just like in our social services,
[1:13:53] I'm all for doing it all the way.
[1:13:55] We're basically saying, we don't give any of it
[1:13:56] to give it all the nonprofit.
[1:13:58] Don't tell me better job than all of it.
[1:14:01] I'm going to start with your point.
[1:14:03] We need work to personalize.
[1:14:04] So we can maximize the number of meals
[1:14:06] that we can serve to the seniors.
[1:14:07] So that was a different degree.
[1:14:10] But you know, another thing about if we're losing
[1:14:13] some of our employees because of the way we're doing things,
[1:14:16] HR is more than happy to work with everybody to locate a job.
[1:14:23] Somebody can really do the chat totally.
[1:14:26] I think I don't want to take advantage of going to the maximum of it.
[1:14:30] It's just what I think that this gives us an opportunity to do that.
[1:14:36] I think that's the budget.
[1:14:38] All right.
[1:14:39] We'll move to the next item.
[1:14:40] The discussion is quarter two.
[1:14:41] I'm going to turn the plant up there to send my nephews and my body free.
[1:15:12] What a point.
[1:15:15] As a future wiser, thank you.
[1:15:20] Okay. Go.
[1:15:22] What up, thank you all for this time. This morning, I'll take a very brief. Just a couple of administrative items.
[1:15:27] We have our first term of our contract. We have the expiry, and in this year, we are working with HR and purchasing to commit to those contract applications.
[1:15:37] We're going to be issuing kind of a bit of an RFP, so we'll take some more updates around that.
[1:15:41] I do want to provide some highlights for around the well-inspired managed one of the program
[1:15:47] where we'll be one size in 15 and 16 for those in person.
[1:15:52] The second is employees.
[1:15:53] There is a move in the full report and see when you start it.
[1:15:57] So that's available for employees.
[1:15:58] If you want to take a look at that.
[1:16:00] We also have our plan, Dr. Henry statement, as part of the legislation in your regulations.
[1:16:06] As part of secure RAP, secure RAP 2.0 and the CARES Act.
[1:16:09] who got to go through that, and I'm playing Dr. Inherstatement again, working with HR to get that updated in process and time and fashion.
[1:16:18] Do we want to have a couple of items, as it relates to our public sector retirement views,
[1:16:22] most specifically highlighting why it's important for employees to know if they can, say, in the plan, post-return.
[1:16:29] There's no compelling reason to take the money and roll it outside in the counties.
[1:16:33] retirement plan, you all have worked so hard to provide a low-cost official retirement plan to do the best in class investments, that's a great option for the mistake of year, and they still get access to Voila and the wealths of fire financial loss team.
[1:16:47] Also, considerations before you retire, this will be part of the talking points as part of financial knowledge program.
[1:16:53] You're deciding that to come strategy before you go into retirement, consider pension, your outside savings, your personalization, and social care replacement plan.
[1:17:04] Also, waiting for evaluating that health care insurance needs.
[1:17:07] I'm just highly thinking that you may have other importance with your spouse or beneficiaries or attendance, as you get ready for that.
[1:17:14] And then, of course, if you're finding your retirement lifestyle, you're with that website, and then of course you're budgeting for what those specific items will look like.
[1:17:22] So getting right into the complete market update, they want to highlight the largest
[1:17:28] piece of view that we get from committees as well as councils around why they work
[1:17:33] continues to move higher and higher in the face of all.
[1:17:36] And head language, inflation, rent on to et cetera.
[1:17:40] And it's really driven by that strong earnings background.
[1:17:42] You can see, for the last year, there was 30% order performance in those earnings.
[1:17:48] So the fundamentals are provided for where the value equations are.
[1:17:52] Even though they do this, you can see that 30% growth that you're over here for Q1, and it doesn't look the stop at any time as soon as you look up to Q2, Q3, Q4, the rest of this year, coming into reporting historic earnings in probability and revenue, and the four projections are looking very positive.
[1:18:10] We're also right inside this economic city surprise index in essence. You get a number of conversations together, and it's about the projections in regards to what your economy is going to do here.
[1:18:21] public, based on inflation, Federal Reserve, and Superspending, et cetera, and since July
[1:18:27] 2025, it's been tremendous surprise to the public side, so all of them were very good.
[1:18:33] The macro background, very positive, as is the more impact on them.
[1:18:38] One of the briefings I like, the oil prices, and inflation expectations here today, really
[1:18:44] just wanted to know in the bottom right-hand corner, as we have the new Federal Reserve
[1:18:48] share with him a horse and the expectation that we'll have the fed raised rates at least once
[1:18:54] to end in the year. You are seeing a difference between oil and inflation. And the big
[1:18:59] breakdown here, of course, is where the Federal Reserve expects an equation to go and where
[1:19:04] we're seeing oil prices go. Of course, the last night, notwithstanding, we have some oil come off
[1:19:09] significant into the size of the first quarter, where there was a hundred and fifty dollars to
[1:19:13] barrel, now we're right around 90 dollars per barrel.
[1:19:17] Do you want to highlight briefly the acid plastered shirts you have all used positive
[1:19:21] here that we cross the board for fixing it on the left hand side and that dark blue in
[1:19:27] the center of U.S. equities as well as international and emerging techniques all positive
[1:19:31] across the board.
[1:19:33] You know the sector that was down to the quarter in that circle, of course, its commodities
[1:19:37] with oil and gas coming down to the second quarter since the first quarter you also had
[1:19:41] Freshers Vennel specifically gold and silver coming 12 out of their highs after the first of the year.
[1:19:49] When they had to want to highlight this of concern is the U.S. criteria you'll hear.
[1:19:54] We've talked the last few quarters around the higher for longer environment in which the market is pricing in.
[1:20:00] In fact, hearing or meeting in a higher industry environment, that's what the government has been telling us. You see that top line versus 4.4, that's what the rates were for the 10-year treasury as of June 30. This morning, they jumped into 4.76. That's kind of the concerning line that's in, is at 5%. If and when, the 10-year treasury jumps into that 5% number, you do tend to see equity investors who go up at least in over the existing home, that fixed income at 5%.
[1:20:27] and for the US Treasury, this was considered a risk-free return.
[1:20:30] So a specialist in, find that pretty appealing if that rate jumps up there.
[1:20:35] On the right hand side, corporate credits for this, just the takeaway here is that we are
[1:20:40] at this sort of a lows, as it relates to corporate credits for this, and I mentioned earlier
[1:20:44] that the macro backdrop looks very good, the fundamentals of the market backdrop look
[1:20:49] really good.
[1:20:50] But the corporate credits for this tend to be a great machine indicator as to the risk of being
[1:20:54] to the global market. And as such, we don't currently see much risk crisis at all, as
[1:21:00] we'll use to this for preference. So, if we start to see those numbers, like we did during
[1:21:04] that round of conflicts, earlier this year, or back during the terrorist that we had at
[1:21:09] between five, the bear market between two or four scoded, and those would be items in the
[1:21:14] start to keep an eye out for. And then last but not least, under the next week of date,
[1:21:20] And just embracing a convertation out of a large cap growth into small pack growth, you can see for you a second least small grab small cap has not performed by pretty wide margin, but across the international emerging markets, large pack growth has not performed pretty angling.
[1:21:35] I did not highlight on the far right hand side of South Korea at up 87.6% that is not a type of network that is heavily concentrated in the memory market.
[1:21:44] to think of S.K. Hinex, more than 10,000 for my problem.
[1:21:47] Those things were up, 500, 600,000, or even 1,000 percent
[1:21:51] for the last year, that's really what's been perpetuating
[1:21:53] that sounds very hard for Hinex.
[1:21:55] Are you kidding me?
[1:21:56] Yes, they're great.
[1:21:57] They've decided to be at the end of the day, actually.
[1:22:02] Getting ready to be in investment lineup.
[1:22:04] All things look really good.
[1:22:06] I do want to highlight, just briefly, a couple of takeaways
[1:22:08] that we will discuss in part of that upcoming RFP.
[1:22:12] One of the years that we'll consider as part of the issue
[1:22:13] is the updated investment lineup.
[1:22:16] We're currently in that retirement track
[1:22:18] conservative target A series that we'll be
[1:22:19] with considerably the default when somebody
[1:22:21] rolls in the fourth or seventh E-plant.
[1:22:23] That's based on their need of birth,
[1:22:26] and projected retirement age of 65.
[1:22:28] That will be the one that we look at
[1:22:30] for placing if you decide
[1:22:32] to change record papers.
[1:22:34] The rest of the lineup does look really good.
[1:22:36] I don't know if you've been reading
[1:22:37] in terms of commentaries, but your employees
[1:22:40] do have access to what I would consider
[1:22:42] the best of both forms. They have a stable value fund. So for anyone that is risk-averse,
[1:22:47] they have a stable value fund, which will pay you right at 3.5%. That's another
[1:22:51] high-end consideration that's part of the RFP. The current rate for stable value funds is pushing
[1:22:56] around 4%. So that would be the goal was to push that rate higher if and when we do that contract
[1:23:02] with the district deeper. You've also have the money market account available to employees
[1:23:07] Well, and that's that Vanguard or half-reserved federal money market, the current set of day as you see yield on that is 3.16.
[1:23:15] So employees really do have the best of both worlds if they want to be prescribed.
[1:23:19] Otherwise, they have a number of really good investment options across the board.
[1:23:23] And that's a great plan.
[1:23:24] We do have two phones on the watch list.
[1:23:27] There was part of our investment policy statement that we outlined.
[1:23:30] We do review these funds.
[1:23:32] These two are above for removal.
[1:23:33] and as part of the RFP, you would designate two replacement funds to replace those two
[1:23:39] buttons from the consideration.
[1:23:40] So, we only have to provide our employees with the best investment and the most efficient
[1:23:44] price.
[1:23:45] And those two are currently on watch list and are not being the standards that we expect as
[1:23:49] part of the investment policy.
[1:23:56] So, that's all I'm going to do about it in terms of the update unless you want any specific
[1:24:00] questions.
[1:24:00] What will the citizens be made about those two that are on the watch list?
[1:24:04] Now, I'm going to have a discussion of being the following this meeting, and so, we'll
[1:24:07] to run those two phones.
[1:24:10] What we're looking for, the RFP,
[1:24:12] these and their charging officers.
[1:24:14] It's got the combination of these in the level of service.
[1:24:18] I think we're back in the show more details regarding
[1:24:20] the level of service that she's receiving versus the level of
[1:24:24] service that we expect based on the contract and the plan
[1:24:27] service guarantees that are outlining your current agreement.
[1:24:30] We would expect Toyota or the potential record keeper
[1:24:33] to be on-site in person at least once per month.
[1:24:36] They also respond to county staff within 24 to 40 hours, whether it's a phone call or an email, otherwise that's our expectation of their response.
[1:24:45] At any time in fashion to the administration, same thing for participants, it works as big calls in, and they respond in 30 seconds.
[1:24:54] So service to choose.
[1:24:55] Yes sir.
[1:24:56] But we're looking at what one year, three years back.
[1:25:00] One of your 10 year old, what's the contract, the length for you?
[1:25:03] It's typically a five year round contract, is the recommendation with two and one year renewals.
[1:25:09] I didn't prepare for this, but can you give us a general feedback that you give them employees with respect to their satisfaction with our retirement program?
[1:25:17] We've had general satisfaction since we've changed plans.
[1:25:20] We've changed as hard when we first moved into the change.
[1:25:23] It was a lot of conservative employees that I think now that they see that return on their investments in their money,
[1:25:29] We get very little feedback positive or negative speaking with Matt and our customer services
[1:25:35] they've lined over the last years, some of them is taking two weeks but then to answer
[1:25:39] general questions that are coming in, I've called Matt and he's worked with them on the level of customer
[1:25:47] service I think that maybe they have more work loaded on the customer service that we have
[1:25:52] that she can handle if they need to hire someone to make sure what would fix that when
[1:25:57] this issues we're having.
[1:26:03] Very good?
[1:26:04] Thank you.
[1:26:04] Thank you.
[1:26:07] I'm very proud of that.
[1:26:08] I just guess that's a boy that
[1:26:08] has a little patience.
[1:26:09] 20 points on the plan.
[1:26:11] Here's the question.
[1:26:30] I'm going to be a little bit nervous.
[1:26:30] I'm going to be a little bit nervous.
[1:26:30] Just a little
[1:26:38] bit.
[1:26:38] That's the thing.
[1:26:40] I'm going to be a little bit nervous.
[1:26:48] All right.
[1:26:48] Good morning.
[1:26:48] I'm going to be sitting around.
[1:26:49] I'm going to be talking with a line.
[1:26:50] Here's a little bit of a little bit.
[1:26:52] And I feel a little bit of a presentation.
[1:26:55] I think I'm going to be around a little bit.
[1:26:56] You kind of the highly, but of course, I think,
[1:26:59] and I'm going to be playing just a little bit.
[1:27:00] And so overall the health and performance, your date is expected and we'll tell you
[1:27:07] the later in the presentation to expect what this year about 3.8% up year over here.
[1:27:12] And I think what we want to drive on in this particular slide is that the budget has not been
[1:27:17] questions every year.
[1:27:18] So the boss ratio that you're seeing while it looks like it's water dripped 100%.
[1:27:23] Plus, there's your being the amount of your budget against how much you pay out.
[1:27:26] on the county side, has been at over 100% as big as historically it has not moved, but of course
[1:27:33] it's been inflation in the health and pharmacy space.
[1:27:36] And so as a result, we wanted to discuss, you know, moving the budget up into an area where
[1:27:41] it is actually more realistic with a couple of things, and recalls are coming in.
[1:27:46] One of the main reasons to do that is when somebody leaves the county, whether they're turning
[1:27:52] or leave on their own.
[1:27:54] There's something called co-word that they're all word
[1:27:56] and that rate is much, much lower
[1:27:59] than what you should expect actually out.
[1:28:01] So that's one of the primary reasons
[1:28:03] that you've blended itself is far below
[1:28:05] where you have to work with the form.
[1:28:07] Not necessarily saying the helpment itself
[1:28:10] is performing poorly.
[1:28:13] One of the main things from a law structure
[1:28:15] perspective is you are seeing that climate on 20.5.
[1:28:18] I literally hired large claims that we're seeing those guys
[1:28:22] to put down in the 26th and so one of the things that we've got in it is considering
[1:28:29] increasing the budget into an area that's just more realistic or worth the plan, that's
[1:28:33] just more important.
[1:28:34] Either way, the county has been coming out of the pocket for those expenses, so it's just
[1:28:38] better putting it in the front line budget, and right there is a co-operate where the rate
[1:28:43] that employees seem looking to lead is more of a pleasure that we have in common.
[1:28:49] I'll jump to kind of where clients are here over a year, so I'm per head, respect to RPCP and PMS,
[1:28:55] that's our way of saying per head from all.
[1:28:58] If you're thinking about it, people were saying you're over a year.
[1:29:01] We're always 12, which means that you compare to most recent 12 months to prior to 12 months.
[1:29:06] But actually, we think that 2026, which is 20.5, the willingness to end up taking about 3.8 percent, which is a positive outcome.
[1:29:13] We're also doing things aggressively to manage those costs, like for in the middle of the RFP right now, which will be coming back to you in the results of what we're aggressively pushing down the vendor costs, as well as value and make sure to look correct that according to the RFP.
[1:29:30] The top category for seeing the 2021 Vibis All Large of Uptake and the Ovalesum
[1:29:35] to Cancer Clamens, we're showing you seeing that come down and comes up to the larger expenses
[1:29:40] and also the number for the result, we're no longer on the plan.
[1:29:44] We are seeing uptake and circulation circulatory, which is more of a metabolic health and diabetes.
[1:29:49] There is an expense increase in that.
[1:29:51] A lot of that is tied to other sub-initiated medications that are commonly called combat those
[1:29:56] And the G.O.P.1 category was the kind of thing.
[1:30:00] Generally speaking, the police get access to it. So we think over time, that we're really making a big difference. But in front of you, you have to kind of invest those costs, we're going to put in that case, we're just seeing a long-term impact. But we've heard some great stories coming back from that earlier.
[1:30:16] And then, you know, finally, you want to invest in multiple skills, all those are the orthopedics, so the people have been back these years. We are seeing a rise across the country and that expense. So that is not the big issue over here.
[1:30:28] In terms of high cost appointments, we are, we can see an uptake of the most recent 12 months
[1:30:33] first of prior 12 months, but we actually have seen improvement in there since most recent
[1:30:37] playing here.
[1:30:38] So if you just think of the 2020-26-20 here, we are seeing a lower number of large laments and
[1:30:43] some really large large laments that were from the 2025, we actually have Resolve, which is
[1:30:48] positive out of the process.
[1:30:49] So,
[1:30:52] top drug is on the plan, we mentioned the GOP ones, that's the one, Joe, or Mongero,
[1:30:58] you know, Zephick. Those are the top, those are two larger ones. The other ones,
[1:31:02] on here, care received calls, if you might have, from both CV and utilize two, three,
[1:31:07] flexorizes, but those are high-cost medications, and we see those across our entire work,
[1:31:12] business, and those are top medications I've received.
[1:31:18] We always have to call out,
[1:31:20] you cover the type of hybrid coverage of 360-by,
[1:31:23] so if you make a careful ability,
[1:31:25] you're typically always going to see
[1:31:26] a much higher cost for those who know
[1:31:28] where the first ones are active and they're going to be
[1:31:29] a bit younger, that reflects in this day that, as well,
[1:31:33] you're seeing that $1,000 or $1 additional cost
[1:31:35] for those 360-by retirees that you cover on on the flight.
[1:31:39] So that's not unusual for what we want to see
[1:31:41] in other counties to work with, for what is palliative,
[1:31:43] but it's just a common thing that, you know,
[1:31:46] those 360-by retirees that drive
[1:31:47] and work with a higher cost than the active.
[1:31:52] They represent about 14% of the level of the total is really about the points of that.
[1:31:57] I don't know.
[1:31:59] Getting into that healthcare protection.
[1:32:01] So this is where you set the budget.
[1:32:03] Go over here and simply what we wanted to talk a bit more about.
[1:32:06] As I mentioned, we think we're going to see your 3.8% in actual year over your real specific counties.
[1:32:12] But you'll see that the funding there at that archer shape hasn't really been adjusted.
[1:32:16] So one of the proposals to move that into a world where we think the plan will actually perform.
[1:32:21] Medical trend this year is right at 10% threshold when you combine medical and pharmacy expenses.
[1:32:29] So the expectation is that should perform in that average trend category.
[1:32:34] The consideration, you know, is whether or not you've moved that budget enough into an area where we anticipate you will.
[1:32:40] So we can provide the analysis and that would be a worse decision for you.
[1:32:46] But the projection is a 10% increase of 2027, which is on par with Marching.
[1:32:58] Again, these are more detailed that they can dive into the actual increase you need.
[1:33:04] So just to go back briefly, the budget will feel like we need to increase the expansion
[1:33:08] with the cost of the county election not.
[1:33:10] So in other words, you have a budget set right now.
[1:33:13] But you're actually paying that overyear and haven't been.
[1:33:16] But the proposal is just that you put that in the hands of a whole bunch of budgets for taking it out of a traditional platform.
[1:33:25] And one of the key things that we do think will help you to begin with this is during the process of the RPE.
[1:33:31] We just finished our best in the final round, so we are getting a positive result from that.
[1:33:36] We look at what we do that.
[1:33:38] We've got the best deals with different health care providers, the patents, and the results that you're playing.
[1:33:43] But also how do we stay in front of this escalating quantity?
[1:33:46] So, we're looking at the rest of the way of different pharmacy vet managers and the lower
[1:33:51] specialty costs.
[1:33:52] As well as a provider of pharmacy rebates back to the count which at the end of the day,
[1:33:57] just the lower-it-end cost.
[1:33:59] So, if you go on out to the market, you've got a really strong response.
[1:34:02] So, you'll see there's six different vendors on your act.
[1:34:04] We try to wear business and we plan to bring those results back to the future.
[1:34:09] We'll be found by the losing care of the tax.
[1:34:12] Is that not the health district program that we're setting out for the specialty drug?
[1:34:18] That's at 3.4 dB.
[1:34:20] Our specialty pharmacy program, that's separate from this.
[1:34:25] We are finding challenges finding a pharmacy vendor that is willing to honor that agreement
[1:34:30] that we have at this 3.4 dB program, but clients are working through those.
[1:34:36] Part of our analysis, we'll be looking at the savings that you've achieved through the program compared to a more extended approach and what you'll make the decision of if that additional program still drives the level of savings and value that you want to do.
[1:34:51] If it hasn't, we can pivot, but if it hasn't, we can help them out.
[1:34:58] And then we always like to show.
[1:35:00] Especially in the height of the local category, it's a really competitive plan, especially when it was a way to charge our family coverage, so we'd like to see that against your peer groups, you also have a nice mix of plan options, you have a two pp options, and the one height of the local option.
[1:35:14] really awesome, all the generation workforce have choice whenever they look at which all the land they want.
[1:35:20] So, we were just continuing to look at that to each year,
[1:35:24] a whole bunch of micro plants against your peers there.
[1:35:27] Can you go back to the benefits pool, what is that?
[1:35:31] So, some of them just work with, you know, like a TML has a benefits pool,
[1:35:36] that's, for example, league cities in that.
[1:35:38] So, they're getting a program like that, we just call that out,
[1:35:41] you all, you know, you're directly from the vendor. So, just like you should call that out
[1:35:46] whenever that's the best in case. And as you can see, the city, the only one that I should
[1:35:52] just pay to the event, just go all out there, just go straight to the event that they're like me.
[1:36:01] And just in terms of plan mix, you know, three plans is a nice mix. We see that trouble with this
[1:36:07] welfare. The same or less, but in general, at the end of the day, we've seen your cost right at
[1:36:12] or a group, so when you look at all the plants, which is a bit of a busy slide, but it's got all the plants right next to each other.
[1:36:20] You'll see that overall you have a competitive benefit on purpose, which will be heard from the HR team as well.
[1:36:26] We always want to make sure we're staying at or involved in front of the kind of way you're here.
[1:36:30] I will
[1:36:35] say, General, it's been a really challenging one for a year, for what we've seen in our
[1:36:38] other business.
[1:36:40] So the 10% increase, you know, year or even cost is actually repetitive for only seeing
[1:36:45] some other specific right now with House.
[1:36:47] You know, we see a lot of escalation and medical expenses and I don't know why on the same side.
[1:36:54] That's good.
[1:36:55] I think we'll try to find out.
[1:36:56] Okay.
[1:36:56] I'm just going to see if that's the same thing.
[1:36:58] We're just supposed to lower the total of 70 million dollars.
[1:37:02] Lower cost and so on.
[1:37:04] go through that system to the home and try to save them so we can change it.
[1:37:08] Yeah, we definitely value it a lot of the direct consumer type options.
[1:37:11] Like the Traumars, you can't have options.
[1:37:13] You have people over there that want to keep things
[1:37:15] cause plus as well. We're constantly figuring out how does that cost
[1:37:19] to actually stack up to what you're getting through your whole plan.
[1:37:23] I think the one thing that the miss that there is one in that program is
[1:37:26] to say it does it in the end right with that whole plan.
[1:37:29] So if I did like how to plot it maximum already or it doesn't go towards that.
[1:37:33] So if I pay $200, I get directly through a Trump discount,
[1:37:37] it doesn't count towards my own pocket on the health plan.
[1:37:41] And that's where a member of the level still has it quite good
[1:37:44] and has to press them.
[1:37:45] Now, anything that we can get a deeper discount
[1:37:48] and maybe that whole plan does cover,
[1:37:49] or is that we're definitely making sure we make members
[1:37:51] of where those extra resources.
[1:37:55] The GOP1 coverage that you all do, it's a really nice benefit.
[1:37:59] That's probably where we've seen most groups
[1:38:01] to take advantage of it, and you all are, you know,
[1:38:04] private coverage for that, which is a little too much better for me.
[1:38:08] Once we have results from the RPE, the best and final offer of all
[1:38:11] perspectives, you guys, like, you look at those, and make decisions
[1:38:15] on the point of 20 seconds.
[1:38:17] We'll say this is it right here, if you're doing an RRP, though,
[1:38:20] which is because costs have escalated so much that if you
[1:38:22] have the opportunity, you'll look at your contract,
[1:38:24] and you can appreciate it, which is, you know,
[1:38:26] of course, good.
[1:38:33] Thank you.
[1:38:34] I don't know where the legislation is.
[1:38:37] All right.
[1:38:38] All right.
