I have one quick question, and that is, why is there a USR for car washes in commercial high intensity?

Yes, that's a great question. So our code states that this type of use, if the site is over the size of one acre, which the site is 1.42, then it triggers a USR.

It's just a site of the size, correct. Yeah. Yeah. Because otherwise these are very routine in the commercial district. Yeah, it has to deal with the side of the lot. Yep. All right, thank you.

As planning commissioners, you can sign up early bird registration ends July 31st. That's $350, after which the price would increase to $400.
