[3:34] our root cause analysis was and so we got down to the root cause of what we're really looking at

[3:41] in terms of why we are NCSI. And then we looked at both the West Shorty campus and the South

[3:50] Jordan campus. To accomplish that, we decided that we should probably keep this partnership going

[3:59] So that we're not faltering and falling on a face in terms of what we can actually accomplish on our own, we felt like the partnership with the you was actually very good.

[4:10] It's also interesting to note that Utah State Board of Education is also going to be partnering with the same group to help other schools who are in this situation.

[4:20] So I think that that's actually a good recommendation for us that the U Policy Center is a good avenue.

[4:31] When we're looking at pre the last year, they were not. It cost us about $69,000 in the last year to go through this process.

[4:41] And they wrote the report to the state, the state approved the report and everything went through that way.

[4:53] with the state. Then we have professional developments for administration, for teachers,

[5:21] campus is a bit higher than the South Jordan

[5:24] campus because we have the two schools of West. But the reason

[5:27] that I want to do this at the South campus also is I do feel like

[5:32] the South campus is on the cusp of potentially going into TSI

[5:36] because of the ESL population. So here it's because of our

[5:42] special ed population over there is just a different look. Nevertheless it's

[5:48] still the same issue with the TSI CSI.
