[38:23] If we get a huge development that comes in, that's where you would see the 4-inch, 6-inch

[38:38] does jump up quite a bit for some of the other much larger ones, but if you're saying that
[38:42] the new development comes in a negative 6-inch meter that feeds the development, each individual
[38:48] house to that department is going to pray the six-inch price. I don't know if that's
[38:53] worried very well but I remind you of what you're asking is if a development comes in there's
[39:02] multiple houses each individual house will get their own meter and it will be a probably three-quarter
[39:10] by five-eighths that's typical for single-family residential. If there's a duplex or a multiplex which
[39:17] which might be at four plots.
[39:19] Those typically are about one inch meter.
[39:22] Sometimes those are also three-quartered by five-eighths.
[39:25] So the only time that a major development
[39:28] that would occur would be a specific very high user.
[39:33] For example, a tanning facility.
[39:36] And by tanning, I don't mean where you get your skin tan.

[41:03] So that's the main part, the other part is that internally use, there are currently opportunities
[41:09] out there through the state and through the county where people can get rebates and we include
[41:15] that in this ordinance so that if people do want to make a conservation indoors, make
[41:21] changes, if it's restricting flows and showers or something like that, reduce flow toilets,
[41:27] etc.
[41:28] There are opportunities for rebates from the state.
[41:32] So that is in this ordinance.
