Palafus, you want to
[1:54]
» Yes, sir, we do.
>> The honors, [clears throat] one of my
[1:57]
favorite things, office of the mayor
proclamation. Whereas the American
[2:00]
Payroll Association and its more than
20,000 members have launched a
[2:04]
nationwide public awareness campaign
that pays tribute to the nearly 150
[2:09]
million people who work in the United
States and the payroll professionals who
[2:14]
support the American system by paying
wages, reporting worker earnings, and
[2:18]
withholding federal employment taxes.
And whereas payroll professionals in
[2:23]
Hopen Estates, Illinois, play a key role
in maintaining the economic health of
[2:27]
Hopen Estates, carrying out such diverse
tasks as paying into the unemployment
[2:31]
insurance system, providing information
for child support enforcement, and
[2:34]
carrying out tax withholding, reporting,
and depositing. And whereas payroll
[2:38]
departments collectively spend more than
2.4 trillion annually complying with the
[2:43]
myriad of federal and state wages and
tax laws. And whereas payroll
[2:47]
professionals play an increasingly
important role in ensuring the economic
[2:50]
security of American families by helping
to identify non-custodial parents and
[2:55]
making sure they comply with their child
support mandates.
[2:59]
And [clears throat] whereas payroll
professionals have become increasingly
[3:01]
proactive in educating both the business
community and the public at large about
[3:06]
the payroll tax withholding systems. And
whereas payroll professionals meet
[3:10]
regularly with federal and state tax
officials to discuss both improving
[3:13]
compliance with government procedures
and how compliance can be achieved at
[3:17]
less cost to both government and
business. Be it therefore resolved that
[3:21]
William D. Mloud acting under and by
virtue of the authority vested in him by
[3:24]
the constitution of the state of
Illinois and the laws of the village of
[3:26]
Hoffman Estates hereby proclaims
September 7th through 11th 2026 as
[3:32]
national payroll week in the village of
Hoffman Estates and urge all residents
[3:36]
and businesses of Hoffman Estates to
join in its observance. Chair will
[3:39]
accept a motion.
>> So moved.
[3:41]
» Second. We have a motion. We second. We
certainly do appreciate the payroll
[3:45]
professionals who uh make sure that
everybody gets paid. very important
[3:50]
people and they do a great job
throughout the entire country and we
[3:54]
particularly
are happy the high quality of our people
[3:58]
here. All those in favor say I.
>> I opposed. The eyes have a motion
[4:04]
carried. Uh [snorts]
finance director Musali, you want to
[4:08]
accept us?
>> Thank you for the job you do. Thank you.
[4:15]
» Okay.
[4:19]
Got a few things here to
report on. I got a couple of
[4:23]
resignations. Um Amy Decker from the
Sustainability Commission. Chair would
[4:28]
accept a motion.
>> So moved.
[4:31]
» Is there a second?
>> Second.
[4:34]
» Any questions? All in favor say I.
>> I.
[4:37]
» I.
>> Opposed. The I7. Motion carried. We
[4:41]
thank her for her service and
sustainability. And also Amy Decker for
[4:46]
for the Fourth of July commission. She's
moving out of town.
[4:50]
» So moved.
>> Second.
[4:51]
» We have a motion. We have a second. We
appreciate the great service she
[4:54]
provided on both these commissions. All
those in favor say I.
[4:58]
» I. I.
>> Opposed.
[5:00]
I have a motion carried. Couple of
announcements we want to make. Uh the
[5:05]
Hoffen Estates Veterans Memorial
Commission invites the community to
[5:09]
gather in reflection unity on the 25th
anniversary of the September 11th, 2001
[5:15]
terrorist attacks in New York City,
Washington DC and Shanksville,
[5:19]
Pennsylvania. The commission's [snorts]
annual September 11th remembrance
[5:23]
ceremony will take place this Friday,
September 11th, at 11:00 a.m. the
[5:28]
village hall here, 1900 Hassel Road. All
are welcome to attend the ceremony. Hard
[5:34]
to believe it's 25 years already. The
village's 20th annual Plats concert,
[5:39]
German Fest, returns September 11th,
12th, and 13th with 3 days of authentic
[5:44]
German music, food, and beer. This

5510 Prairie Stone Parkway. Enjoy
[5:55]

more throughout the weekend. Starting
[6:00]
this Friday, September 11th from 5 to
11:00 p.m. Saturday, September 12th from

[6:20]
True to the plus concert name, a full
lineup of music is planned over the
[6:23]
3-day fest. The on-site hideaway brew
garden will feature a selection of
[6:28]
German craft beer and food options and
commemorative mugs. Contests will place
[6:33]
take place throughout the weekend,
including the beerstein carry stein
[6:37]
hosting, costume contests on Saturday,
and the very popular doc races on
[6:43]
Sunday. More information, visit the
village website. Do you have anything
[6:47]
you want to add, Trusty Palavis?
>> We might add a tug-of-war race.
[6:53]
» We have the drone show. You mentioned
that already. Yes. And then,
[6:57]
[clears throat] um, there's some other
games we've added as well. Uh, the
[7:02]
barrel racing and some other fun stuff.
No,
[7:04]
» you did mention the drone show.
>> Yeah.
[7:06]
» That was cancelled the 4th of July. So,
the Plats concert's going to do it. So,
[7:10]
» Yeah. Yeah. So, we're excited about all
of it.
[7:12]
» Great. Uh I am receipt of a uh missa
from someone who lives uh up in the
[7:19]
north side. I just wanted to say how
impressed I was with the village this
[7:23]
week. I sent in a report on Friday about
a very very large beehive that has
[7:28]
formed on the tree in the corner of
Castaway in Dukesbury.
[7:32]
My daughter is pretty scared of bees and
was avoiding the area. They called me
[7:35]
first thing Monday and said they found
it. Reached out to a contractor to have
[7:39]
it removed. then emailed me this morning
to make sure I saw they were taking care
[7:44]
of it. Also, um I was in receipt of a
great phone call from Mayor Michelle
[7:51]
Nelson of Flashmore.
Our public works department came out to
[7:55]
help them after a bad storm that they
had for several days and she was very
[7:59]
very grateful. I know Mr. Palm also uh
received a uh letter from her. And we
[8:08]
got another one. Public works. Again,
I think I get tired of being you guys
[8:14]
being praised in public works. I guess
you never do though. And it's well
[8:18]
earned. Dear Bill, on behalf of the
village of Streamwood and our affected
[8:22]
residents, I want to thank you and your
community for assisting our public works
[8:26]
department with the June branch pickup
after highintensity storm event on June
[8:30]
24th. Office public works director, Mr.
Joseph Neville offered to help us with
[8:36]
staff and equipment and your
municipality provided essential manpower
[8:40]
and resources to assist our crews. With
your help, we were able to clean up an
[8:44]
opposing amount of hazardous branches
and trees for our residents. We are
[8:49]
thankful to know that we have good
neighbors and municipal government who
[8:51]
are willing to assist in these
extraordinary events at a moment's
[8:55]
notice. Our village is grateful of the
assistance rendered. The village of
[8:59]
Streamwood stands ready to return the
favor when needed. Thank you again for
[9:03]
your community's timely and appreciated
support in our time of need. U public
[9:09]
works does mutual aid just like the
police and fire do. So that's a great
[9:14]
program and kudos to all you guys and
please pass on that praise.
[9:19]
Um we haven't met in a while. So going
back a little bit, uh we swore in a fire
[9:25]
captain, Craig Olsen on August 19th and
we swore in three firefighters that day.
[9:30]
Also
on Wednesday, Wednesday, August 19th, I
[9:34]
attended a pay suburban bus board
meeting and thanks for everybody for
[9:39]
cover the senior lunchon attended US
conference of Mayor's climate mayor's
[9:44]
webinar
and um on that evening we had wine
[9:48]
Wednesday which is very well attended.
On the 22nd of August, the village had
[9:55]
their annual recycling event at the
public works building and we had a block
[9:59]
party on Britany Lane up on the north
side and I attended uh to read a
[10:05]
proclamation the 50th anniversary party
for Lynn and Benjamin Bran. Both worked
[10:11]
uh many years for Shamre District 54
and they're a great couple and it was a
[10:18]
pleasure to to do that. On Sunday the
23rd, I attended a engagement party for
[10:25]
[clears throat] Harry Gman's son. He's
the owner of the Chicago Marriott
[10:30]
Northwest and that was a great party.
Got to sat next to a member of
[10:35]
parliament from Canada. There are people
from all over the the world at this
[10:40]
event. It was spectacular. On Monday the
24th, I attended the North National
[10:46]
League Cities Transportation
Infrastructure Services Committee
[10:49]
meeting. On the 25th, uh Franny and Dan,
Franny's the dog that you who runs to
[10:59]
meet the mailman Dan every day. She's
been doing it for a thousand runs. So,
[11:05]
this was the thousandth run
on Wednesday the 26th. Um we swore in
[11:13]
some police officers also
and then civilist went over and met with
[11:18]
uh Ralph Zucker from Bill Works talked
about what was going on with Bill Works.
[11:24]
And on that evening the 26th I attended
the Hello Hoffman summer hang in South
[11:30]
Ridge Park. Bill Green always does such
a great job on that. He's he's an
[11:34]
amazing
amazing guy. And on th Thursday the 27th
[11:40]
I attended a couple of CMAT meetings, a
committee meeting, two of them. And um
[11:46]
on the 28th um George and I met with
Arun Roy and Betty Carile from
[11:55]
Vistex over at their cafeteria they have
over there. It's a great restaurant.
[12:00]
It's open to the public, too. Saturday
the 29th, we attend a block party on
[12:04]
Newcastle Lane.
And uh on the first I had a mayor for
[12:10]
Dave, Bob Gravin, was a longtime uh
resident Shamburgg and now lives in
[12:16]
Hoffman Estates and was very happy here.
So we did the usual mayor for the day
[12:20]
stuff. He attended meetings and met with
the various departments and went through
[12:25]
their buildings.
And on the 2nd of September, we had the
[12:29]
Northwest Municipal Cars Executive Board
meeting and attend the Economic
[12:33]
Development Commission of the village
that afternoon.
[12:37]
And then September 3rd, um we met with
a group that's doing a um
[12:45]
girls school in the old WT building.
And I guess their permits are now ready,
[12:51]
so they can pick them up and uh get
finished working on that building. and
[12:56]
they wanted to start and oh this one is
a little bit delayed but uh and on the
[13:02]
4th I attended a uh climate mayor's
meeting conference this the north the US
[13:08]
conference of mayors rather on the 6th
Saturday the 6th we attended a block
[13:14]
party at Hudson
and the 7th we had the September fest
[13:19]
parade
and today we had the county update with
[13:23]
the president prickwickle's office in
emergency management and response. And
[13:28]
we had a welcome lunch for the new
doctoral students for health and human
[13:31]
services.
And um we had a meeting of the uh
[13:37]
foundation focusing on next year's uh
golf outing for the benefit of health
[13:43]
and human services.
And that's all I have for now. Um Trusty
[13:48]
Mills, trusty comments.
>> Boy, I don't have anything like that on
[13:52]
my list. I don't
>> you got a busy schedule.
[13:55]
» Sounded like Canane, didn't I?
>> Yeah. [laughter]
[13:58]
» I didn't want to say that, but
>> all I can say is I hope everybody's had
[14:03]
a great Labor Day weekend, and now we're
going back to our regular schedule. Um,
[14:09]
personally, we had a great family
reunion up in Wisconsin over the past
[14:13]
weekend, and uh it was always fun to be
with relatives and celebrate a weekend.
[14:18]
That's all I've got.
>> Excellent. Trusty Null.
[14:22]
» Okay. Mine's not as long as yours,
mayor, but uh attended some of the
[14:26]
things that you did. Um on the 20th, uh
the village green concert.
[14:32]
Uh on the 22nd, uh volunteered for the
recycle event. Um also the block party
[14:38]
on Britany. On the 26th, uh attended the
Java meeting. On the 29th, the Newcastle
[14:46]
block party. And on uh September 6th,
the block party on Hudson. And then of
[14:51]
course uh yesterday the uh September
Fest parade and that's all I got.
[14:57]
» Okay. Thank you, Trusty Puffus.
[clears throat]
[15:01]
Sam, my list isn't as sprawling as
yours, but the September Fest parade was
[15:06]
amazing and fun as always. Uh after
doing that for about 19 years, it's like
[15:10]
a big reunion of seeing all the people
out there that we walk with that are in
[15:14]
the parade. Um, I also attended the
Hudson Drive uh block party with many of
[15:19]
you, which uh was fun and very festive.
Uh, they had a lot of things happening
[15:24]
out there and a lot of people attending
and the kids and water balloons and all
[15:28]
kinds of stuff. Um, [clears throat] last
Wednesday I played the in the charity
[15:32]
golf outing for special uh leisure
services foundation uh which was very
[15:37]
warm but great weather and uh it's
always fun to support that charity for
[15:42]
Northwest Suburban Recreation
Association uh and just Special Olympics
[15:48]
in general and then plots concert's
here. Uh so after many meetings to plan
[15:53]
the event we were looking forward to a
great event. I also wanted to let you
[15:57]
know that um we've joined up with the
truck convoy uh which happened Saturday
[16:01]
morning. I don't uh I don't want that to
be left unsaid because that thing's
[16:07]
pretty awesome. And they're going to do
some kind of driveby. I don't know where
[16:11]
and on what roads, but um
[clears throat]
[16:13]
» well, they go through they go through
the business park anyway, so that makes
[16:16]
sense.
>> But I know Ben and John Bending have it
[16:19]
all figured out. So, uh, so that's going
to be in addition to, uh, all the other
[16:24]
festivities out there. That's it for me.
>> Okay. Thank you, Trusty Canain.
[16:30]
» Thank you, Mayor. Um, ever since being
appointed earlier this year as the
[16:34]
deputy grand knight of the Knights of
Columbus, my night schedule has, uh,
[16:38]
gotten a lot busier. Um, on August 20th,
I attended a Knights of Columbus Knights
[16:44]
of the Sword meeting. On uh September
1st, I attended Knights of Columbus ID
[16:51]
uh drive meeting. Our ID drive is our uh
annual Tootsie Roll drive for persons
[16:56]
with intellectual disabilities. This
year will be happening on September 18th
[17:01]
and 19th. So if you see our people out
there, uh please uh give generously. All
[17:06]
of the money we collect goes right back
to those programs. Uh on the September
[17:10]
3rd, I attended a Knights of Columbus
planning meeting. Um, over this past
[17:15]
weekend, I volunteered uh to assist the
Lions with their bingo tent uh at
[17:20]
September Fest. It's their largest uh
fundraiser uh during the year. Uh and I
[17:26]
also uh walked the parade with Trustee
Palafus. We had a lot of fun on
[17:31]
September Fest and a lot of clowning
around between the two of us, but it was
[17:35]
a great event. So, that's all I have,
Mayor.
[17:37]
» Okay. Thank you, Trusty Arnett.
>> Okay. I'm going to echo Trusty New a
[17:41]
little bit. Exception of the Jawa
meeting. I didn't attend that. Um the
[17:45]
22nd public works recycling event.
Another great event. Director Neville,
[17:49]
do you guys do you have a count by
chance of
[17:55]
Okay,
not bad. Thank you. Um also attended the
[18:00]
block party on Britney Lane and the
black party on the 29th in Newcastle.
[18:06]
um September 6th, the block party on
Hudson and then also participating in
[18:10]
throwing candy at the kids and adults on
the Shaburgg September Fest parade.
[18:14]
That's all I have.
>> Okay, Trusty Stanton.
[18:18]
[cough]
>> On the 19th of August, I was able to
[18:21]
attend the senior citizens commission
lunchon and uh read a mayoral
[18:25]
proclamation at that time. On the uh
20th, I and my wife attended the uh
[18:32]
[clears throat] Summer Sounds on the
Green and listened to the Eagles tribute
[18:36]
band, which was great. On the uh 26th of
August, I attended the swearing in of
[18:42]
three new police officers. Also, on that
day, the mayor and I and Jennifer
[18:47]
Georgovic met with Ralph Zucker and a
few of his staff at Bell Works. Also
[18:53]
later on the 26th I stopped at the South
Ridge Park for the Hello Hoffman summer
[18:59]
hang. On the 29th of August I stopped by
for the block party at 1315 Newcastle
[19:05]
Lane. Then on the 2nd of September I
attended and uh chaired the economic
[19:10]
development commission meeting and on
the 7th yesterday we attended the
[19:15]
Shamberg September Fest parade. And
that's it.
[19:19]
» Okay. Thank you very much. Move on to
5C, village manager report.
[19:25]
» Thank you. No report. [clears throat]
>> Thank you. 5D, village course report.
[19:31]
» Okay. During the month of August, it was
pretty busy for passports. We processed
[19:35]
37 passports this month and 320 foyer
requests were responded to.
[19:42]
» Wow.
That's a great service you folks do with
[19:46]
the passports.
>> We'll move on to committee reports.
[19:50]
Planning, Building, and Zoning. It's
Trusty Stanton.
[19:53]
» Thank you. On September 14th of 2026,
we'll meet here in the council chambers.
[19:59]
Look for a call to uh roll call for a
call to order. And then uh after that is
[20:04]
established a quorum. We'll go for
approval of the minutes. We have two
[20:08]
sets of minutes. First is the planning,
building, and zoning committee minutes
[20:12]
for 72026, which was a special meeting.
[gasps] and then the planning, building,
[20:17]
and zoning committee meetings for August
3rd of 2026. Then we'll have public
[20:22]
comment. After that, we have nothing in
old business, but new business, we have
[20:27]
two items. First is approval of Lakewood
Center TIFF reimbursement request number
[20:31]
five and the amount of 67,65,274.54.
[20:40]
Second is courtesy review of a proposed
car wash by L car wash for the
[20:45]
[clears throat] property located at 2575
West Higgins Road which I think is
[20:49]
probably the old uh bowling alley.
And then we move into reports. We have
[20:56]
three planning division monthly report,
code enforcement division monthly report
[21:01]
and the economic development and tourism
monthly report. The president will then
[21:05]
have a chance to speak with his
president's report and we have nothing
[21:09]
in review or other. So then we will have
a motion to adjourn.
[21:15]
» Thank you. Move on to the transportation
road improvement. Trusty Arnette.
[21:20]
» Thank you. Um immediately following the
planning, zoning or the general
[21:24]
administration, whichever one comes
first, um we will call to order to make
[21:28]
sure we have quorum followed by the
approval of minutes for the
[21:32]
transportation and road improvement
committee for August 3rd, 2026.
[21:36]
If anyone uh wishes to make a public
comment for this committee, we can
[21:40]
address it. Um then if there's anything
in old business or new business followed
[21:45]
by the reports transportation division
monthly report then the president's
[21:50]
report there's anything items from
review or other then we'll call for an
[21:53]
adjournment.
>> Thank you trusty arette
[21:57]
general administration and personnel
trusty canine.
[21:59]
» Thank you mayor. Um we will call to
order the uh uh got to flip the page
[22:05]
here.
General Administration and Personnel
[22:09]
Committee meeting. Uh first item on the
agenda will be a call to order roll call
[22:14]
to determine if we have a quorum. Item
two is approval of the minutes for the
[22:18]
general administration and personnel
committee meeting for August 3rd, 2026.
[22:23]
Uh item three will be uh public comment.
Item four will be any old business. Item
[22:29]
five will be any new business. And then
we'll have the reports. Uh item A, the
[22:34]
cable TV monthly report, the human
resources management monthly report and
[22:39]
the legislative operations and outreach
monthly report. Next will be the
[22:43]
president's report if he has anything to
offer and uh items in review other and
[22:49]
then we'll finally ask for an
adjournment. Thank you.
[22:52]
» Thank you. Moved on item six of plan
commission recommendations. Chairperson
[22:57]
Bowski, what have you got for us?
[23:02]
» Mayor ies. Uh, the plan commission
recommends approval of an ordinance
[23:07]
granting a variation for a fence height
for property at 4285 North Sturbridge
[23:12]
Drive.
>> Motion approve.
[23:15]
» Motion to approve.
>> Second.
[23:17]
» We have a motion and a second for
approval. Does anyone have any
[23:20]
questions?
>> I do.
[23:23]
» Yes. Trusty Stanton. Was there ever any
mention? I mean, this fence was approved
[23:29]
for six foot and uh a 10-ft section was
put in and then a 6ft section after
[23:35]
that. Is there any discussion about a
fine for doing that?
[23:41]
» Not from the plan commission. No.
>> Did anybody from the plan division uh
[23:49]
think about doing something like that or
recommending that to the board?
[23:56]
Can't hear you. Can't hear you.
>> Jenny, if you would please. Thank you.
[24:05]
» Certainly, we could go through the code
enforcement process. Typically, um we
[24:09]
give the option of um going through the
variation process or removing the fence.
[24:14]
Um if they were unsuccessful in getting
the variation, they would be required to
[24:19]
remove the fence. Um, and then certainly
if they don't remove the fence, we could
[24:23]
go through the the code enforcement
process at that time. Um, and go to
[24:27]
adjudication.
>> I mean, it upsets me that someone gets
[24:31]
approval to put up a fence. They're told
it's only supposed to be 6T and they go
[24:35]
ahead and put up a 10-ft fence and then
they come back here and ask for approval
[24:40]
after the fact.
Didn't we used to uh assess a fine like
[24:46]
double the uh permit fee if um we quit
doing that?
[24:52]
» I think it's mostly on a case- by case
basis. We can certainly look into if
[24:56]
there are some available fines in our um
resolution that we have right now. Um if
[25:02]
you'd like us to take a look at that, we
can do that.
[25:06]
» I certainly would appreciate it.
>> Is the petitioner here?
[25:12]
Yes, sir.
>> Did you want to say a few words, sir? Or
[25:15]
just identify yourself for the record?
>> Um,
[25:22]
» yeah.
>> Uh, Brad Ankler, 4285 Disturbidge Drive.
[25:31]
» You don't have to say anything. It's up
to you.
[25:34]
» Okay. Um,
well, I'm here
[25:41]
trying to finalize the permit, I guess
you could say.
[25:44]
» Why was the one section 10 ft?
>> Why?
[25:48]
» Yeah,
>> we're built on a hill and many years ago
[25:54]
we moved in, we we flattened out the
land and so I could put a pole in and um
[26:00]
over the years the stuff rots away, you
know, and changes. So, but uh this time
[26:06]
the fence um
[26:11]
if I don't know if you saw pictures of
it, but it it
[26:15]
» it's a pretty good incline. And if we
put the 6T fence up with the deck that
[26:21]
we have in there for the pool, the
you have to have a fence per code on the
[26:28]
deck. So we would had a fence at six
foot and then inside that it would have
[26:33]
been
a railing you might say around it. So
[26:39]
thought it would I thought it would look
a lot neater and better that if we just
[26:43]
made the fence you know incorporated
both in the same time it would just be a
[26:48]
cleaner look for us and for the
neighborhood.
[26:53]
Um, so it's
>> I can't say that it doesn't look okay
[26:59]
and I won't say that I won't approve it,
but I just don't approve of the method
[27:02]
of how you did it.
>> Yeah, been preferable to ask to try to
[27:07]
get a variation on it to talk to the
code people.
[27:13]
» Yeah, and I can speak during the
meeting. Of course, we did bring that
[27:16]
up. Um again if you look at the finding
effects um you know we put in there
[27:20]
definitely where it is higher uh there
is a grading different differential and
[27:25]
uh obviously the deck played a big
factor in that because even if it was 6
[27:29]
foot the deck would have been another 4t
the part of that portion. So you know
[27:34]
you can see some of the old pictures. So
we did review that as a committee and uh
[27:38]
again one of the recommending conditions
is this is only one section that can be
[27:42]
at that 10 ft not the entire 6 ft. So
there is some uh extra you know bullet
[27:48]
points within that variation too and I
believe correct there's a cost to the
[27:52]
even the uh putting in a a variation.
Correct.
[27:56]
» Yeah there is an application fee.
>> SD
[28:00]
um I drove by it and it looks like only
three of the panels are 10 ft. Uh and it
[28:05]
looks good. Two of the three are I'm not
discrediting how you feel about the
[28:11]
process by the way. I agree. But it
looks nice and the evergreen trees. I
[28:16]
don't know how they got it in there
without killing those trees, but it it
[28:18]
looks really nice. And uh I've never
seen that style of fence before, but um
[28:23]
and the yard does slope to where it
gives it a natural good look in terms
[28:28]
of,
you know, the way it's installed.
[28:32]
» It's a good reason to do it. And I think
would have been approved as you did it
[28:38]
ultimately, but it would have been
better to have uh asked for the approval
[28:43]
of it first.
>> Anyone else have anything else?
[28:47]
» I think Karen doesn't have something
too. [clears throat]
[28:50]
» How long has the fence been up?
>> This particular fence,
[28:57]
» this section that's 10 ft. Yeah,
>> they finished it, I think, last
[29:01]
November. So, it's been within the past
year.
[29:04]
» Yeah.
>> Okay. And did we spot it? Is that how it
[29:08]
came to be?
>> During the inspections. During the
[29:12]
inspections.
>> Okay.
[29:14]
» But it was applied to be a six-foot
fence.
[29:16]
» Correct. It was approved as a sixft
fence.
[29:18]
» Okay. Thank you.
>> One thing that I have is uh Jen, we used
[29:25]
to get in the minutes from the plan
commission those people who voted. Uh, I
[29:31]
mean, we have seven A's and zero NAS,
two absent. I used to like to find out
[29:36]
who was here, who wasn't here, right?
>> We put that back on.
[29:41]
» Sure. Yeah, we can.
>> Thank you.
[29:44]
» All righty. Any other questions from
anybody?
[29:47]
Seeing none, uh, we have a motion
second. Can you call the role, Madam
[29:50]
Clerk?
>> Trusty Mills.
[29:53]
» I.
>> Trusty null.
[29:55]
» I.
>> Trusty Palafis.
[29:57]
» I.
>> Trusty Stanton.
[29:59]
» I. Trusty Arnet. Hi,
>> Trusty Canain.
[30:02]
» Hi,
>> Mayor Mloud.
[30:03]
» Hi. Motion carried.
>> Approved.
[30:08]
» I'll next move on. There's any
additional business. Uh, manager P.
[30:13]
» None.
>> Okay.
[30:15]
» Manager.
>> Public comment. Anybody sign up?
[30:18]
» No sir.
>> Does anybody here wants to make a public
[30:21]
comment?
>> I guess not. Okay, that's the case.
[30:26]
Chair accept a motion to adjurnn. So
moved. Second.
[30:29]
» We have a motion. We have a second. Any
discussion? Seeing none, all in favor
[30:33]
say I. I.
>> Opposed. The eyes have it. We are
[30:36]
adjourned.
