[5:14] me because he's prejudiced against me. When I picked up the police report from

[5:19] Jasper City Hall, Mayor Turner beat on the window and apparent uncontrolled

[5:26] threatening anger and screamed at me. Crystal in circuit court said the strain

[5:32] told her he will not prosecute so she cannot issue criminal summons. Once

[5:38] again, I felt the a strain was unwilling to serve him because he prejudiced

[5:43] against me. I returned to city hall and asked to use the restroom. Then the

[5:48] mason denied me access saying the restroom without order. I felt like a

[5:54] black man in the old south. He refused permission to use the restroom city

[5:59] hall. >> I understood how felt.

[6:04] I >> bet you do.

[6:08] has convinced Mayor Turner Hall to spend my tax to harm me by trying to revoke my

[6:15] expungement and apparent act of retaliation.

[6:18] City council also seek to ban me from entering my city hall

[6:25] which make it impossible for me to live normally in my hometown. Several

[6:30] attorneys have refused to represent me against attorney Ring fear they will

[6:36] have future cases in judge range court and I want to lose cases and money to

[6:43] say it's all about the money. This goes back to my original complaint that Mark

[6:47] Bra should not serve simultaneously at Jasper City Attorney Cast General

[6:53] Sessions Court judge because it destroys the integrity of our court and Jasper

[6:59] city hall. It violates the judicial code of conduct creatantly

[7:06] wrong even if attorney Reigns argues it's legal. Is this a policeman?

[7:12] » Special Agent Earl was sent to intimidate me at my home.

[7:16] » Rather than be intimidated, I offered my friendship to agent Earl. I listened to

[7:22] his story of challenger police corruption against his wife. I told him

[7:27] about Jasper and Mar County officers arresting me on false charges coming

[7:33] into my home without a warrant, taking eyes off me to see my wife getting out

[7:38] of the shower and terrorize her. I felt they wanted me to fight her flight in

[7:44] case they could shoot and kill. All right, that's three minutes. Mr. Chris,

[8:28] your story was false. It proves that you're lying. Uh and then uh you come

[8:34] you come down here and you say so listen to this. So this is an email that you

[8:38] sent Chief Mason. It says, "Dear Chief Mason, after

[8:42] picking up my police report to city hall today, I walked outside, turned toward

[8:45] the Redorn restaurant to walk to the justice center. As I walked past the

[8:49] city hall window, I heard a loud banging that startled me. I looked up at the

[8:52] window of city hall and the verb mayor turner inside banging on the glass

[8:56] violently with his hands screaming I want to talk to you. Nobody wants to

[9:00] talk to you trust me. Uh in a threatening violent voice. I thought it

[9:05] was best to distance myself from him because I felt I would become uh he

[9:09] would become physically violent towards me. I want to file a police report

[9:13] against Mayor Turner's aggressive violent behavior toward me. After I

[9:16] conducted my business in the justice center, I walked back to my vehicle and

[9:20] went into city hall and asked Lyndon Mason if I could use the restroom. If

[9:23] you were so threatened, why would you come back to use the restroom? That just

[9:26] makes no sense to me at all. Uh, Miss Mason told me the restroom was out of

[9:30] order. Uh, so I left. Had to walk back to the justice center to use the

[9:34] restroom before driving home. Please tell me if the restroom was out of

[9:37] order, blah blah blah. I called Mar County Dispatch to ask to speak to you,

[9:40] but uh, we did not connect before I had to leave at 3:45. So it looks to me like

[9:45] you must have sat in the parking lot at 3:45. Um

[9:49] I mean you're you're notorious for report after report after report. Then

[9:54] then you post this email uh because guys I'll talk about homeland security here

[9:58] in a minute because they made some they made some security suggestions that we

[10:02] need to do to the building. So y'all see that stuff coming soon. Um, so you send

[10:07] this email out that says to 144 people to the good old uh the good old boys

[10:12] sent Marian County investigator Beth Rosston and Tennessee officer of

[10:15] homeland security special agent uh Darren Earl to my home today to

[10:19] investigate if I'm a threat to anyone because I speak at Jasper City Mar

[10:23] County Commission meeting. I respect both investigator Rost and Special Agent

[10:28] Earl. I feel I am on good terms with both. However, this is a dangerous act

[10:32] by the good old boys in power to target me for false suspicion.

[10:36] My neighbors tell me if you stir things up, this that retaliator hurts you. The

[10:41] news article brings to light the danger of local politics in Marian County.

[10:45] You're nuts. Uh not only that, you you you say somebody tried to hit you on a

[10:52] Squatchy Mountain Road. So you call the county, you get a report for Squatchy

[10:55] Mountain Road, a forestry truck, you say, try to run you over. So then a few

[10:59] days later, the same truck comes down the road. You stop them. They stop. You

[11:03] get your tag number and and I think if they were going to hit you, they

[11:08] wouldn't stop and give you a tag number. Uh but then you meet with Miss Roston

[11:12] and you say, "Myself along with the Jack Fire Department has partnered up with

[11:16] the forestry to try to have you killed." I mean, I apologize to everybody in the

[11:21] crowd, but what we call that in the south is batshit crazy. That's what I'm

[11:24] calling. Uh it's just it's it's outrageous that

[11:29] you're sending these emails to our staff down here when you send one very badly.

[11:33] Your kind voice always makes you feel good when I call. I mean, that's not the

[11:36] kind of thing you email to a person that works for customer service.

[15:22] and Jambbury coming up on October 25th from 4 to 8 and the haunted trail will

[15:26] be on October 28th and 29th and Miss Amy I seen her in here and her group will be

[15:31] helping out the interact club and it'll be a great fundraisers for them. Really

[15:35] looking forward to both activities. Then uh I really want to get on our

[15:40] numbers and fall signups ended on Saturday and uh this year I won't read

[15:45] all the totals but 680 kids are signed up in fall sports. So, kind of 680 I

[15:51] think it's almost double what we had in the spring
