[1:44] believe says that a duplex is limited in size of what they can build as compared

[1:51] to a standalone home. And at the last planning meeting that I attended, I

[1:57] believe the ordinance recommendation by the planning committee was to change it.

[2:03] So, duplexes basically were considered the same as a standalone home. And

[2:09] correct me if I'm wrong, mayor. Um I I think that's what they had recommended.

[2:14] And so I'm just here tonight to see if the common council as a whole was going

[2:18] to vote on approving that um recommendation from the planning

[2:23] committee. So I believe uh so yeah, that is on our uh

[2:29] on our agenda on Thursday. uh for for that to uh for the plan commission to

[2:36] approve or approve the ordinance to go to public hearing which would be 30 days

[2:41] afterwards and then that will come to uh come on two days early you are

[8:12] whatever um in the um at the end of the agreement or you can see what their

[8:17] current billing rates are uh for those most in general most task orders cuz

[8:23] they're smaller kind of material basis so
