They're developing, including environmental features such as size from great-quality, nays, steep slopes, wetlands, design requirements, such as v. entrance facing, etc., the county did not, we did not evaluate these sites for their development suitability or development potential that responsibility would fall in the property owner and or the purchase purchaser of that property who wanted to use it as commercial.
[0:27]
The reason for this reasoning is indicated before it was, um, it was a comprehensive reasoning
[0:33]
initiative, uh, put forth by this commission to help me economic development objectives,
[0:38]
such as job creation and increased tax revenue, in addition to promoting a vibrant and growing
[0:43]
economy that will support, um, our, our, um, tax base. And having a slide already zoomed
[0:51]
be to, makes it more attractive to your prospective commercial user because it removes that uncertainty
[0:56]
with getting a property resumed in that process that is involved. The properties of
[1:03]
resumed would be shared with the economic development authority for their development of a
[1:08]
comprehensive marketing list of properties within the corridor. As designated in our conference
[1:14]
plan. This is a court or business section of the county. This land use category provides for
[1:23]
business development on major transportation corridors such as Route 360. Typical land
[1:29]
uses may include grocery stores, lodging, convenience, and gas stations, professional offices,
[1:35]
restaurants, and other similar commercial uses that can be accommodated adjacent to primary
[1:39]
highways, this category would also include a big or could also include a big box store with
[1:45]
special provisions for site development. Signage access and building features. I'm sorry,
[1:52]
yes. The board or business area would focus on landscape corridors and entrances managed site
[2:00]
development, access building features and pedestrian circulation with connections to existing
[2:06]
and prepares residential development in that corridor as well.
[2:09]
The business management area,
[2:12]
I'm trying to tell a point between the take-out
[2:16]
and the cleaning tuition and take-out.
[2:19]
The business management area doesn't include the first 700 feet
[2:23]
back from price 360 or the entire depth of the property,
[2:27]
whichever is greater.
[2:28]
The business management area was established.
[2:31]
It previously was a transportation corridor overlay district.
[2:35]
You may remember the business management area
[2:38]
was established to help enhance the appearance
[2:40]
and natural environment of the main borders
[2:42]
to make them more inviting to tourists, visitors,
[2:45]
and the general public, five promoting
[2:47]
a mix of land uses with adequate buffering,
[2:50]
screening, and landscaping that helps
[2:52]
reduce the individual impacts of development in the area.
[2:57]
I'll ask you.
[2:59]
You said it had at 750 feet or whichever was quite.
[3:03]
700 feet from the road to the, into the property or if the property's only 700 feet deep, it's the entire property.
[3:14]
So I have popped up to 7, I didn't know.
[3:16]
When you said we demo was greater.
[3:18]
Sorry, yes, you're right.
[3:19]
You're right.
[3:20]
I didn't speak there.
[3:21]
Sorry.
[3:23]
Okay.
[3:24]
So we can go into the map showing the individual parcels that are part of the rezoning.
[3:29]
The first.
[3:30]
And I have to rub people on the floor.
[3:32]
Yes, sure.
[3:32]
So I have to publish it.
[3:34]
I understand.
[3:35]
But I'm Mr. Chairman at this time.
[3:36]
I'm going to refuse myself.
[3:39]
For the record.
[3:42]
I did have some properties that I wanted to consider for this.
[3:45]
But I withdrew my properties from being considered for this.
[3:48]
So I would just like that put into the record.
[3:51]
There is a property on here that I do have a vested interest in.
[3:55]
So I just want to make that very clear.
[4:04]
The first property that is on the list is tax map 33-14. This is right as you enter King William from Hanover County. This is the Kirby property and the Kirby's are here this evening as well.
[4:18]
They are looking to reason in the front corner that's approximately three acres, not the entire parcel.
[4:25]
This is the only one that would not be the entire parcel.
[4:28]
They're looking to eventually do a retail farm produce standing store type of establishment there.
[4:40]
And the entire surrounding corridor on the other three quadrants is already zoned.
[4:47]
business in that area or do you want to move to the next one please? And this is our future
[4:53]
land use map. This is the only one that was not designated in our future land use plan map as
[4:59]
commercial but given the other four other three quadrants are already commercial and this is the main
[5:05]
entrance of the of the county it seemed logical to make this part of the overall pace. I think one
[5:12]
reasons why it's because the the actual parts of it is. Yes, it is. Right. So it's not including the entire parcel in the future.
[5:21]
Ladies and gentlemen, what was that? Anchorage of the entire post. What did you say? Thank you.
[5:29]
And so it would only include that front corner, which is approximately three acres.
[5:34]
The next property is tax not 28-43. This is on the left side of 360 as you're coming as you're going east. And it is Jason to the neighborhood on Choctaw Ridge there and it is across from Sharon Road and some of the resources that are on Sharon Road.
[5:58]
Well, that one's on the showing wasn't it?
[6:00]
No, it's a cross from all the businesses.
[6:03]
It's on the left side.
[6:04]
And that one is going to get the acre just.
[6:07]
That one is the largest one and the resounding of 4.2 acres.
[6:14]
And it is currently zoned R1.
[6:17]
As you can see on the right side of the slide there in the next slide please.
[6:24]
But on our future land use plan map, it is designated for commercial use.
[6:31]
The next property is tax not 28-43A directly across from the one that we just looked at.
[6:39]
This one does have double-frontage on 360 and Sharon Road.
[6:43]
And I believe due to the features of that, it would be more easily accessible from Sharon Road, but it does have frontage.
[6:50]
This one is 0.73. This is the smallest of the parcels that we're looking at.
[6:58]
And it is currently zone R1 as well. Next slide, please.
[7:02]
But it is designated on our future land use plan map as commercial.
[7:07]
And that's go ahead.
[7:09]
That's 251.
[7:11]
That's adjacent to it. The next property that we're going to look at is actually addressed.
[7:15]
So the next one is property number four is tax not 28-44A, immediately adjacent to the one that we just looked at, and it has an address of 351 Sharon Road. It is 1.01 acres, and it also has the double-frontage feature.
[7:36]
And the paper work I got to got 0.5 to 8.
[7:44]
I'm looking at the.
[7:46]
I'm just looking at what you've seen us.
[7:48]
It should be just a blinker.
[7:51]
And the report.
[7:53]
That's what I think I have a difference of what's on the paper.
[7:56]
What's okay.
[7:57]
Okay.
[7:58]
Okay.
[7:59]
Okay.
[8:00]
It is 1.01 to my knowledge.
[8:03]
Then the next one.
[8:05]
are the next slide we'll show that this property is also zoned for commercial on our future land use map.
[8:14]
And the fifth property is at a cross from Nell Red, cross from the past office on also on very 60 obviously.
[8:23]
This was shown on our tax parcel map as two separate parcels that they were combined.
[8:28]
And there are total of 3.761 acres.
[8:30]
It is currently zone agricultural and surrounded by business B2 uses or B2 zoning and on the next slide you can see that it is in the area that's completely designated for commercial.
[8:46]
And then the last one on our list tonight is 21 dash 65B, which is shown as zone to currently zone agricultural.
[8:57]
It is exactly one acre, according to our records, and the next slide, it's a gem, sorry, give
[9:03]
that please, and it's very actually. It is adjacent to property at the corner of their
[9:07]
eventor and 360 that is already zoned for business. And then on the future land use plan math,
[9:16]
it's entirely that that whole corner is as shown as commercial, future commercial.
[9:27]
The property owners on all agreed to voluntary
[9:30]
proffers that would run with the land.
[9:33]
They are as follows at the time of redevelopment of the property.
[9:37]
That is whenever they have a commercial user or they decide to
[9:40]
develop the property on their own.
[9:43]
The owner record shall submit for review and approval by this commission.
[9:47]
A concept planned for the redevelopment including the
[9:50]
locations, footprints, configurations, size, elevations, and details of the building
[9:54]
drives, parking areas, entrances, utilities, somewhere management, and any other
[9:59]
planned improvements. The reason for this process is that under a traditional zoning process,
[10:06]
you would get the option to, or you would have the ability to approve a conceptual plan with
[10:12]
the rezoning. Tonight, you're proving the rezoning with, as a speculative rezoning
[10:16]
without or considering, I'm sorry, you're considering this rezoning as a speculative rezoning
[10:22]
without the ability to approve a conceptual plan because we don't know what might go there.
[10:27]
So in the future, you're going to want to retain the ability to look at a conceptual plan
[10:32]
at the time of redevelopment and have input then, as you would during a traditionalism
[10:37]
anything process makes sense.
[10:40]
So with that much, I said, with the building permit.
[10:42]
Whenever they come in for a site plan, they would have to go through a conceptual plan process first through the planning commission.
[10:50]
Whenever they identify a user or identify what they want the property to be as a commercial use,
[10:56]
they would have to come to the first step would be to come to the commission with a conceptual plan that shows all of this detail for you to approve.
[11:03]
To review the question that we had there similar to that. Yes, yes.
[11:09]
So at that time, they won't have to pay our act of permitting feed for the conceptual play.
[11:15]
It would be an administrative process, and there is no, there's no fee attached to that.
[11:20]
I'm sure we didn't end up.
[11:21]
No, no, no, no.
[11:22]
Just got moved down the way.
[11:23]
The only cost would be to have, well, it wouldn't be, it wouldn't.
[11:27]
It would be a public hearing still because it is a conceptual play and approval process.
[11:30]
So we would have to pay to advertise it, but that's not on the opposite.
[11:34]
That would be on us to do.
[11:42]
I'm just going by that one that just went in by like they went by and nobody was
[11:47]
no the part. That was a sub-solution. That was a preliminary plot approval for a subdivision.
[11:52]
This is a conceptual plan approval for a rezoning. So there are a bit different when it comes to
[11:58]
approvals. I know, doesn't they? Probably doesn't make perfect sense. The other
[12:04]
The proper that was submitted was that all B2 general business district uses would be allowed subject to the specific requirements in our zoning ordinance, except for the following,
[12:16]
a commercial indoor amusement, commercial indoor entertainment, a creamatory halfway house or parking facility.
[12:23]
Those are some of the uses that we discussed, offering out for these property properties.
[12:31]
And of course, that's a time that we would approve the conceptual plan, we'll see what that actually used would be. Yes, yes, and it would have to conform with the remaining be to me to uses that are allowed.
[12:47]
The reasoning of these properties would adhere to the principles and guidance contained in our conference a plan for the county and would permit the economic development opportunities opportunities within the Route 360 corridor and as such staff does recommend approval of the rezoning of all six parcels to be to general business district.
[13:08]
loved it to the proffers that were submitted by the property owners. Now we do have
[13:13]
and your packet this evening, there was one letter of opposition that was submitted and
[13:20]
I believe in the skull put that in your packet and I will read it. I don't believe in
[13:27]
this came from Miss Joanne Fredley. She said to the King William Planning Commission,
[13:32]
And her request for rezoning Z-125 of six properties on Route 360 currently zoned R-1 to B-2 business district.
[13:43]
I and my sister are the owners of the property tax amount of 2844.
[13:47]
He could get them.
[13:57]
There you go.
[13:58]
So they are the owners.
[13:59]
They are the owners of this parcel.
[14:02]
A little Jason, two, two, three, four.
[14:05]
Okay.
[14:06]
That was a pretty good portion.
[14:08]
is.
[14:11]
And Mr. Edley says, I, my sister, the owner of the property tax map 28 dash 44 on
[14:16]
Route 360 and have a family home in King and Queen County. I'm responding to the notice to
[14:21]
adjacent property owners that received current concerning properties, 2843, 2843A and 2844A.
[14:28]
I believe that the B2 reasoning for property 2843A and 44A, which are the ones across the street
[14:35]
across 360 is acceptable as there is already a significant amount of commercial business on that
[14:42]
east side of Route 360 and the land is flat and suited to commerce. However, I would like to
[14:58]
established residential area.
[15:00]
Long talk to our ridge, and Clarks Lane. My reasoning is as follows. The central garage area is developing
[15:07]
nicely and there is an opportunity for the planning commission to consider aesthetics along the highway
[15:12]
in its future development, striking the balance between residential and commercial areas along this
[15:18]
more rural part of the 360 corridor. The business district development on route 360 towards mechanics
[15:24]
bill is, I'm sorry to say, particularly unappealing and can be avoided with a more balanced
[15:29]
zoning, mixing continuous residential and commercial areas. She also says that the lot tax
[15:36]
not 23 is perched on a hill. Approximately 15 to 20 feet above Route 360 on the west side,
[15:44]
making any entry from Route 360 hazardous and is, in my opinion, is more suited to a residential
[15:50]
area contiguous to Chantara Rich and Clarkson.
[16:02]
That's a lot.
[16:06]
That one's the largest 4.2 acres.
[16:10]
I'm going to check that the exact depth.
[16:17]
Is it your green thing that actual size of the lot according to where the house is all?
[16:24]
I'm sorry, what do you think?
[16:26]
Your green square veil.
[16:28]
Yes.
[16:28]
a lot only goes back past those what we have or it looks like for a lot Steve. Yes, on talk that the for a lot of fun talk.
[16:43]
I'm familiar with the entrance and how it's up to right there, I'm just not familiar with the terrain after that whether it's relatively flat or
[16:55]
And the back three quarters is
[16:59]
Yeah, you're really worried
[17:00]
Yeah, let me know
[17:08]
And she included, I think you have it in your pack of tissue included a picture showing where the zoning sign was to kind of indicate and there's the real estate sign up so she kind of indicated and with what the.
[17:23]
The steam flow was there in the picture.
[17:27]
But as zoning doesn't have to deal with infant type of V dot as it is absolutely correct.
[17:34]
Again, we did not, we did not, we did not, we did not investigate suitability of any of these.
[17:43]
That would be up to the individual owner and their potential.
[17:48]
So there is no incentive to be that infant already in it.
[17:51]
I do not, I don't, I don't know.
[17:55]
But they would have to go through a site plan process to get approval for an entrance.
[18:02]
And grading and erosion and sediment control and stormwater management and the whole
[18:09]
process.
[18:13]
But this one was included because it was designated on the future land use map as commercial.
[18:20]
So if you can we don't get that if the future may not be snapped or a neighbor it's not correct.
[18:30]
I think it's not.
[18:34]
It's interesting since it's fake.
[18:37]
I guess.
[18:45]
So yes, you're right.
[18:47]
There's one here and one here and there's everything else around it.
[18:58]
So I had to do that one bit of a lot, get zoned, but then everything around.
[19:03]
Well, it's not zoned differently.
[19:05]
It's a future land use map designation, which means that when the comprehensive plan was done in this area was reviewed, it was thought that the commercial potential was on that.
[19:18]
I had one little spy who tells us all that and said, well, I think that's the spot we need to propose to be future of business.
[19:29]
And so this one, that was on that internally.
[19:34]
And that is our incentive to.
[19:37]
So that's, you know, that I'm not sure why it's built.
[19:54]
That piece is vacant, yes, the first one is the farm, but the front corner is vacant.
[20:04]
So that's vacant.
[20:06]
The second one is vacant.
[20:08]
Yes.
[20:09]
The third one is vacant.
[20:12]
Third one has a house.
[20:12]
It doesn't have a house.
[20:16]
On Sharon.
[20:17]
Okay, 28, 44 in.
[20:20]
Yes.
[20:21]
Yes.
[20:21]
Okay.
[20:23]
What about 20 to 20 roll?
[20:26]
Is that?
[20:26]
We went out to that, yeah.
[20:28]
22, 28 does have a house, right?
[20:32]
And 21, 65 also has a house.
[20:36]
And when we spoke to, when we spoke about this earlier,
[20:39]
about the folks that are currently using the property
[20:41]
as something other than business, Ms. Funkhouser
[20:45]
indicated that until the use changed, the rezoning
[20:49]
would not affect the tax assessment,
[20:52]
but they could continue to live
[20:53]
and use these as residential homes
[20:56]
until the business use moved in.
[21:00]
That's me.
[21:01]
You received these six applications.
[21:04]
How many additional, I guess, requested information?
[21:08]
I mean, how much interest did you have?
[21:11]
From the ad, when we posted the ad,
[21:13]
we had the one, we had the one call
[21:15]
and the one, the letter that I was afraid to.
[21:18]
and did you get any other calls that is the one that is the one that is the one.
[21:21]
Yeah. And I did have one owner who said that they were be
[21:26]
interested if we did a phase two. Okay. They were one of the 58 that were
[21:31]
I thought I was going to leave. Yeah. And one of the reasons that that we're doing
[21:35]
this is of course is came a lot. A lot of the push for those came out of the
[21:39]
November was November. The Jordan Wooden workshop. Yes. November 6th. And it was
[21:46]
recommend an experts there, correct that this would be beneficial to development of some business.
[21:55]
That's right, ready.
[21:56]
And here we are.
[21:56]
We really started this push in January and guess it was and here we are in June.
[22:02]
Yes.
[22:02]
That's a six month process and you can imagine if there's, if somebody was to just come out and say,
[22:08]
I want to purchase this property and reason, that's a long process.
[22:13]
And so now, you know, doing something like this really does cut down that time frame for somebody.
[22:22]
You can't give it so, like, ready?
[22:24]
Yeah.
[22:24]
Yeah.
[22:25]
This does take a lot of that, like, work out a little bit.
[22:27]
And the uncertainty that is involved sometimes when folks come into a county that they're not familiar with and want to go through the reasoning process, we're kind of taking that guess work out of it for them.
[22:41]
We do have several of the applicants here to see there are a couple of the applicants here to see them
[22:45]
if you would like to ask them any questions on this royal from one of the curbies are cured.
[22:52]
Today we kind of think they like to add to our,
[22:56]
how we going to help our guys.
[22:58]
I have
[23:03]
either of you had interest from any commercial development people,
[23:13]
And of course,
[23:37]
part of that's to us also to give some of them to the EVA that we could help market some of these.
[23:44]
We could add them to our website as, you know, potentially ready.
[23:51]
Except for the elements.
[23:52]
I don't know.
[23:52]
Separately.
[23:54]
I would imagine the face to could.
[23:56]
Yes.
[23:57]
I mean, there's some other, there's some other vacant lots that I noticed that are in
[24:02]
in the vicinity of these that if they see that one sure. And with, you know, with a track record
[24:10]
behind us, it may make it more attractive. And I mean, we've had a lot of discussion on the commission
[24:19]
and walks the ADA in the board as well.
[24:22]
We just have that joint workshop a few weeks ago.
[24:26]
And we talked about responsible development
[24:30]
within the county, the business development,
[24:32]
and keeping in along that 360 corridor.
[24:36]
And keeping that from sprawling out into the world areas.
[24:41]
And lessons will those ways of the perspective companies
[24:45]
interested in coming to the county.
[24:47]
we'd like to keep them in that area of passing the site. Any other questions?
[25:01]
Oh yeah, we need to, oh no, we'll come up with gamut, we got it.
[25:05]
Yeah.
[25:05]
Can we have anybody signed up?
[25:07]
Yeah.
[25:08]
But this time we'll go ahead and open up the public comment period.
[25:13]
If you're not signed up, I wish to speak.
[25:15]
You're welcome to come forward, anybody?
[25:18]
Captain, Robert, Lisa.
[25:23]
All right.
[25:24]
Seeing as there is no one, we'll close the conference here.
[25:28]
And further discussion and initials underway.
[25:34]
Good job.
[25:37]
It bothers me to see all that.
[25:40]
I can show off if they were that interested in this app.
[25:43]
We did hear from one applicant,
[25:45]
and we said she was unwell and could have had this galaxy under 2165.
[25:58]
And the other ones are all under the same ownership.
[26:01]
So what is that?
[26:03]
Right.
[26:04]
All right.
[26:07]
I'd like to discuss that with the one particular,
[26:13]
that Ms. Fredley said the email about,
[26:17]
What we're all stars with that, I mean, that is saying what's right there in the
[26:23]
middle of the residential area, a lot of great things looking has been being
[26:30]
in access to the 360, my thought is, and you know, like I said, different from discussion,
[26:40]
B2 is pretty broad, zoning, there's a lot of uses under that, there could very well
[26:47]
also would be a huge sport that fits that properly well, even, even notes, you know, adjacent to residential.
[26:59]
The, uh, the fact that we would have the ability to still approve that site and the site's
[27:06]
development plan on it. I think, uh, at least gives a little bit of power and what goes in
[27:12]
sort of, and in any stipulations that you would have the ability to, um, to look at
[27:18]
at buffering and sort of thing, um, against that residential area.
[27:24]
Uh, and of course, be not, uh, Mr. Williams,
[27:28]
who went into the data. It's going to, you know, they're going to weigh in.
[27:31]
Um, but it's a pretty large partial and it, and it does have some depth to it,
[27:38]
that I think it's large enough that there could be some bad
[27:44]
but much and there obviously I don't think we're looking
[27:47]
at something that would be a hot traffic use for it.
[27:51]
But like I said, there's potentially
[27:53]
an impression here, too, the issue is that
[27:55]
that we're not going to look at the end of the end.
[27:58]
But let me be available if I have a kid that will be left in.
[28:02]
OK, we do this.
[28:04]
It's already done.
[28:07]
I know a dollar general won't build two of that cause, but the opposition we had to a dollar general.
[28:14]
It's something similar to that once to come in there.
[28:16]
All of a sudden the neighbors will ask that white to say what goes beside them.
[28:23]
That would be zone B2 and all of the uses except for the ones that were offered out there.
[28:28]
It would be like the dollar general.
[28:30]
When the low end of the county, it was already zone BAM.
[28:34]
They came in.
[28:34]
The neighbors didn't get anything to complain about,
[28:42]
you know, so we've ran one out on
[28:44]
one end of the county because of the neighbors, and in the other part, we're not going
[28:49]
to give them an option to you know what I'm saying, have us to feel white to open something
[28:57]
that well.
[28:58]
I mean, if you kind of know what people are doing with it, you know, like you got one
[29:02]
and he says, it won't feel a vegetable sand.
[29:05]
It's a form in the area of vegetable sand.
[29:07]
That sounds great.
[29:11]
Here you go.
[29:11]
You got somebody next to a residential,
[29:14]
you go to a business day up,
[29:17]
and had it at one of the spot get picked,
[29:19]
the big business for a residential all the way around.
[29:27]
That's just a good and my opinion.
[29:30]
I'm not saying it won't work or it's not feasible.
[29:33]
It's just the way it pops out.
[29:36]
not like the avapossils in this place.
[29:41]
You know, you've got one that's always business like beside it.
[29:44]
And they go add one add another business,
[29:46]
just to extend the narrative.
[29:47]
For the others to connect two business areas.
[29:50]
But then you have that one there that's agricultural.
[29:56]
We have to round three sides up.
[30:02]
And that may not be, did not clear all the rest of them look.
[30:06]
Like people trying to just expand a business, sorry, it's all a business.
[30:12]
Do we have the ability to upper down or maybe when the use of a little type of business that would go in there or is it just operating or?
[30:23]
I think if you, I think if you, and we have to get Mr. Flings input on this, but I think if you wanted to table this particular one.
[30:33]
And when you could approach the applicant,
[30:36]
put it into a sleep proforing,
[30:39]
acceptable basis.
[30:42]
Instead of just dropping out the unacceptable ones,
[30:44]
maybe proforing,
[30:46]
some acceptable basis that might be more compatible
[30:48]
with the adjacent residential area.
[30:51]
So I can start with Mr. One,
[30:54]
but if you wanted to table the one property
[30:56]
and take it up at another meeting,
[30:59]
and we can talk to the applicant about that.
[31:02]
That's a, it's a sizable parcel and, and the, the Jason one, the one that, um,
[31:09]
this friendly, um, comes on, that's a, that could be an attractive, um, you know,
[31:17]
that was, that was my body.
[31:19]
I'm not sure why it was not.
[31:21]
Yeah.
[31:21]
And I don't think I could think of this because it's a flag lot.
[31:23]
So if one were to be zen, then, then, then not the other, I don't
[31:32]
Um, I don't know if this further has any interest in that or not, but it is big.
[31:38]
But yeah, so, um, yeah, I don't bet, um, something to combine with, would be obviously more attractive,
[31:48]
but, um, and it would fight right up against the existing business settings.
[31:54]
So that would provide some continuity in that area right there.
[32:00]
But I mean, I think if you use example on, for example, a dollar general or, I guess, a gas station could go there, correct or, okay, that's, be one of the uses of.
[32:13]
So, yeah, that's, given some protection to the residents nearby, would be, you know,
[32:22]
But I don't know if that wouldn't be that idea that they can advocate here and where they can
[32:28]
we can have a discussion and take what it's a little bit more on being a dog.
[32:33]
We're going to be able to take what we can see if we can get Mr. Adams input on what his thoughts
[32:40]
are. I think I might have something to mind already. That's the second word. So that's what we're
[32:47]
in the program and speak a little sound.
[32:50]
Do you want to go to the program?
[32:53]
So, answer a couple questions.
[32:54]
I can speak for that piece of property.
[32:56]
Just go ahead and scratch that piece of property from the list.
[32:59]
Let's make this easy.
[33:00]
Tant your question.
[33:01]
Yes, there is a V.com permit for that entrance.
[33:03]
It's a residential lot.
[33:05]
There is a V.com permit.
[33:06]
On record, Ms. Fredley has a very narrow piece of land,
[33:10]
but a JSON of that is the old map of the floor.
[33:14]
So, you're in a situation where you have a residential on one side and commercial on the other.
[33:20]
We're going to run into that more and more as time goes on one.
[33:24]
So, I think we at least need to be thinking about that and how we're going to handle that.
[33:31]
The entrance goes up. The piece of land is perfectly flat.
[33:34]
the four acres, the Fredley piece is not that's rough topography as anybody's maps will show,
[33:42]
but just for an effort to help move this thing along to distracts that piece off the list and
[33:46]
vote on the elements. Fair enough?
[33:52]
So are you speaking from Mr Adams? I am.
[33:59]
And just in full
[34:03]
Mr Adams now, all of this is my father's and other stuff, so that's why I've appeased myself
[34:09]
in the background of the politics.
[34:12]
I think that's how I can speak on this path.
[34:17]
To answer this range, you got another question.
[34:20]
How did that piece get?
[34:22]
It's because, for instance,
[34:23]
it used to be on share and rather,
[34:27]
and then they moved, for instance,
[34:29]
they'd cut that piece about being packed.
[34:31]
But what's happened when, for instance,
[34:34]
on one side of the group,
[34:35]
they'd cut up on the other,
[34:36]
and for instance, people share and other
[34:38]
that was all,
[34:42]
so that's how they did.
[34:45]
And that was before you were born.
[34:48]
All right.
[34:49]
Well, this is another way.
[34:56]
So, um,
[35:00]
2048,
[35:08]
2858 is
[35:10]
is a cross on street.
[35:11]
That's which is.
[35:12]
And the flick.
[35:17]
Those, those research final of 360
[35:19]
and Jason the solid state is the boss.
[35:22]
They will be as fast and they'll
[35:27]
I
[35:30]
kind of feel like we had a certain level of comfort with the, uh, with the other
[35:36]
partials on the list and moving those forward. Um, so, correct, they all bring them in.
[35:48]
They're pretty good about it. He wants to make that mission.
[35:56]
We'd like to go into this.
[35:58]
to approve, rezoning of all the parcels on this list with the exception of 2008-1.
[36:05]
All right, Missions of the name, I want to make sure that we capture everything.
[36:17]
That is, Missions of the need to approve these, that is with the conditions that,
[36:20]
I'll straighten the administration as so the proper is that we're the population they are in the elimination of this portal.
[36:29]
Okay, all right, measures been made and we have a second this morning.
[36:34]
Yes.
[36:35]
Okay.
[36:35]
Mission made and second.
[36:38]
We need to go call it.
[36:40]
Mr. Williams.
[36:43]
Mr. Edwards.
[36:47]
Chair Slur.
[36:48]
I, mission, that's the best one I've known in the world.
[36:57]
Jim McGear.
[37:02]
Next item, one of the last citizens comment,
[37:04]
period.
[37:06]
And we have anybody signed up for.
[37:09]
And we will still open this up, in case the language comes forward.
[37:15]
I think
[37:19]
we know that's in the vegetable fans fund.
[37:26]
I agree.
[37:31]
from.
[37:34]
I
[37:38]
started to use that as an example in this pop of the railway line.
[37:44]
The last I heard, it's a land waste. It's a ground waste, it's a arrangement between the developer and wallaw.
[37:56]
And so they finally worked out all of the details on the developers that has been finished
[38:01]
society.
[38:03]
They've got the ground lease finalized two weeks ago, was heading to the attorneys,
[38:08]
and the developer indicated it could be a month.
[38:11]
And that was the end of this month for start.
[38:18]
So it was, it was still, it's always been in the works.
[38:21]
But now I think it's an incentive to the attorneys and so end of this month to start.
[38:31]
It seems odd they would spend a million dollars in psych work and not have their lease in place.
[38:36]
Thank you.
[38:37]
Well, I mean, it's maybe maybe it was the turnover process of the ground lease.
[38:42]
You know, how about the dollar per day?
[38:43]
The generous of a million dollars.
[38:44]
They spent a whole lot of that.
[38:46]
They had to check all the boxes to satisfy the requirements and the ground lease for turn over to begin the construction.
[38:53]
You want good entertainment.
[38:54]
And before you go to bed, and I just turn on social media and see them see all the
[39:00]
inquiries in the world.
[39:02]
Yeah.
[39:02]
Yeah.
[39:03]
Yeah.
[39:05]
That's all.
[39:05]
Right.
[39:06]
And the 45 mile hours feeds on.
[39:08]
Yeah.
[39:09]
Right.
[39:10]
And you know, it's they got all of their permits in July last year.
[39:14]
So, and there has been a code update since then.
[39:17]
So, our building officials going to have to review all of their permits to make sure that
[39:21]
and any changes that affect their permits that they got less summer, but.
[39:28]
All the members from the adults, like.
[39:32]
It only always will be relevant.
[39:35]
That was so much.
[39:37]
How much do you have to move during.
[39:42]
I don't know.
[39:43]
Is going to be a major issue.
[39:48]
So I can keep your, if you're a servant full on me,
[39:52]
I think you're in a certain area.
[39:54]
Did you entrance on?
[39:57]
No.
[39:58]
Yeah.
[39:58]
Yeah.
[39:59]
You're going to be fine.
[40:03]
Yeah.
[40:03]
Any two five hurdles to cover?
[40:05]
Anything less than an acre, it does not have to go to DEQ
[40:08]
and I'm run through that whole game to stop.
[40:11]
You just make your building less than 43,560 square feet.
[40:17]
And park it.
[40:17]
There you go.
[40:19]
Thank you.
[40:19]
I have a call.
[40:22]
All right.
[40:22]
I'm curious.
[40:23]
Paying the bill.
[40:24]
I don't believe we have pushed me close to the current person.
[40:28]
So we'll be back.
[40:31]
When finished business, we've already covered the law.
[40:36]
Anything else you can tell?
[40:38]
Of course.
[40:39]
I can't think of anything right now.
[40:41]
I'm asked when I did go to Charlottesville yesterday to take some exams.
[40:44]
So, around meeting those results, and I did get the exam to become the, you know, program
[40:54]
administrator.
[40:55]
So, that's from Barbacate, that
[41:00]
happens in part of the plane.
[41:03]
I know that after the, the most recent workshop there was talk of, yes, we are looking
[41:08]
at, I don't have an update on course land out of a time, but we, we have Mr. David getting
[41:16]
approval from the Cooper of Science to engage with us in a discussion of our ordinance amendments
[41:23]
that we've been that we've had the accessory structures seeing on a subdivision ordinance and
[41:29]
sign words that are all still kind of hanging out there that we want to get to work on
[41:34]
we're waiting a cost and a time frame for that. He said today this afternoon he's very close
[41:39]
and he understands that we're very anxious.
[41:42]
And I'd like just like to edit that.
[41:44]
I'm going to stress it again for the record being important.
[41:48]
Air ordinances, several of them.
[41:50]
But most importantly, the cluster ordinance, the way it's written,
[41:56]
it's just, it's not good for us, the way it's written.
[42:01]
And we need to sit down.
[42:05]
It's probably four or five things we really need to look at that we feel like
[42:09]
be done in a half a day if we just focus on those four five things, change some
[42:15]
garbage, change some language. Now to the one that did get approved by the Planning Commission.
[42:22]
That's what I was going to talk to about. I knew it was some issues there with the water.
[42:26]
Yes, so, and I thank you for reminding me that it's one update that you have. I've been in discussions
[42:31]
with the developer on that parcel and Mr. Flynn to get some guidance on our ordinance. The
[42:38]
cluster ordinance the way it was written is it says that the the subdivider can put in may use a central system or individual systems. However, our major subdivision ordinance, which is also required to be followed if it's a cluster says that anything of a 25 lots has to have a central wire system.
[42:59]
And so, and Mr. Flynn did say that that one would be enforced, yes, would supersede.
[43:06]
So I relayed that to the developer and I don't know that may be a deal breaker.
[43:12]
So we're waiting to say, with fire hydrants.
[43:17]
Yes, that may be a deal breaker for them.
[43:21]
And Mr. Williams indicated that the land up there is not great anyway.
[43:26]
I'm not a development, it's a struggle to hold up, you know.
[43:32]
I think that's all that.
[43:34]
It broke a deal on the last big development up that I never could get.
[43:39]
But to my point to not only the planning commission staff already knows this, but to the board members.
[43:48]
The urgency in these ordinances, I cannot stress that enough.
[43:53]
And I mean staff, no, it's what I'm talking about, but there's we had 66 we switched to 86, there's some differences between some things that should have come over from 66 did come over and some, you know, it just vice versa and it's it's just that the whole ordinance probably needs to be read and gone through, but there's four or five the cluster being one of them the accessory dwelling units.
[44:24]
the allowing or not allowing of commercial uses or on private residences, that's that has come up a lot.
[44:33]
I think there's a couple cases in front of you right now.
[44:36]
Again, someone wants to have an accounting service or or a hair shop.
[44:44]
My wife's a hairdresser, let me say that.
[44:46]
But do we want to allow things like that?
[44:51]
but do we not want to allow, you know, more, you know, yes.
[44:55]
So, I mean, and we've got a lot of people coming in asking for...
[45:00]
Stop like that. So it's here, it's hitting us into face and these guys are having a deal with it on a daily basis. So the sooner we can sit down and figure out, tell them what, you know, as Joyce always reminds me, you know, she doesn't make policies, she enforces policy, but it's very difficult to enforce when you read as you did, the water system, one place says one thing in another place that says something else and it makes their life extremely difficult.
[45:29]
And at the end of the day, Mr. Wage to your point, that whole cluster thing, the people up in that area really didn't have an opportunity to weigh in.
[45:42]
And the process the way it is now, it went to the Planning Commission, that was it, it didn't even go up to the board from there.
[45:48]
So it was kind of a one-shot deal.
[45:50]
And I think once people realize that they weren't happy with how, you know, at Ornith's
[45:57]
reads, staff, or can did everything they should have done, they followed the Ornith's
[46:01]
sort of team, you know, which was one of the reasons that I voted, because we said in
[46:07]
Ornith's that this is what we want, they did it, how we said we wanted this stuff.
[46:11]
So we want to stop stuff like that.
[46:13]
We've got to revamp that Ornith's those, and again, it's four or five, I mean, the workshop
[46:20]
we all sit down and spend half a day and, you know, a degree or a degree to disagree,
[46:25]
and this is going to be the order to this is how we're going to move forward.
[46:30]
After concealing of the name, when I come in, what rules there, especially by Bob,
[46:38]
with that application, and if they don't know how to navigate that, and then staff has a difficult time
[46:48]
helping them get it because of conflicting or unclear instructions.
[46:55]
You know, one instance that are in there that doesn't help us become a
[47:00]
business friend. They're easier to do business.
[47:04]
And what they're faced with and again, I see it on a daily basis.
[47:09]
If it says one place, yes, and one place, no.
[47:14]
staff, staff, they try to say, well, no, because it says no, here in the applicant says, well, it says yes, here.
[47:20]
I mean, that that puts everybody in a awkward position because you should staff,
[47:25]
nor the planning commission or the board should be working against a tax payer.
[47:30]
You know, in any way, if you mean it, it just creates a real conundrum.
[47:35]
We do try to find ways that we can grant our request within the scope of the ordinance.
[47:46]
Like if there's the ability to get a commission, even though that's not ideal, it is a way to move it forward.
[47:54]
We do like that. That's cool. But again, it's not a question. We could clarify and remove some of the consultation requirements on them, some of the great.
[48:10]
Because I got cool about people, you turn down the business to tell you, except to the subdivision, and we didn't even get you about that at all.
[48:18]
Well, in the to further that, you know, to use example, I just use, um, I've got a client who wants to build a detached garage with a hair shop and an 80.
[48:30]
Right.
[48:31]
And that, but that's some great area there when the size, what they can do, what they can't do.
[48:39]
But someone, uh, I'll use myself someone like, you know, who has an excavator business, you can park your equipment in the yard.
[48:47]
You know, so that's a nice seat, right?
[48:51]
I mean, so somebody can run by the gang of that going on.
[48:54]
Then be somebody can run their tree company,
[48:57]
they're excavating business, they're whatever.
[49:01]
But we're going to tell someone.
[49:02]
Please, that would not be allowed in a day when they're very few business uses that are allowed in the agricultural district kind.
[49:10]
But what I'm saying to his point, there's a whole lot.
[49:13]
There are many that are who have equipment myself included and been doing it for years and years and years and years and years.
[49:21]
You know, which, which, again, I'm in favor for, but I'm also in favor for, you know, the person who wants to have their their hair shop at their property.
[49:29]
I mean, you know, it's a couple people and couple people and now.
[49:33]
But when you get to someone who might want to have and not pick them on anybody, so let's just say business that creates a lot of noise.
[49:40]
we've got to be conscious of that, what it would do to the neighbors.
[49:46]
But again, I think as a commission, as a board, as staff,
[49:51]
we could sit down and hash that out probably an hour,
[49:55]
and then go to the next thing, and we could get the four or five things
[49:58]
that are really causing you guys some grief,
[50:00]
and the applicant slash taxpayers some grief.
[50:03]
We could iron that out.
[50:06]
But just like we started this six months ago and here we are.
[50:10]
We can't afford for this to drag out for six months, it needs to happen quickly, or we're going to get more of the things that we really don't
[50:17]
I
[50:21]
will get everyone up to eight as soon as we get the comparison from the start of David.
[50:29]
Hey, you know, you know, doesn't
[50:34]
it's the doughnut shop doing okay.
[50:37]
Duncan.
[50:38]
Yes, they're moving along.
[50:39]
So they fixed that stone drainage bubble.
[50:41]
Yes.
[50:42]
they found they're actually at Barney, put in the water for wine and
[50:47]
they're set nuts and they don't have to use water off the fire hydrants so
[50:50]
down there and in the lawn. Speaking of water, the water towers come along.
[50:57]
Yeah, you know, they don't have a pattern on each other.
[51:01]
The last one I got was a couple weeks ago.
[51:05]
They should be raising the tower.
[51:09]
I thought it was, I thought it was, I thought it was, I think it was the internal, the painting there we're doing.
[51:14]
I think the way he's the glass, they had jacks.
[51:18]
That was a great way.
[51:21]
So it's, it's going to be done.
[51:26]
And that will tie into the existing system to make them.
[51:30]
And then once that's, oh, no, it's all right.
[51:33]
They're going to do.
[51:34]
Thank you.
[51:34]
Thank you.
[51:35]
Thank you.
[51:35]
I
[51:38]
think what I heard you to say, what I understand once that was up and running because it's all tied together, that will allow them to take the other one down and do the much needed maintenance on it.
[51:51]
Yes.
[51:56]
Anything you want to wish for.
[52:00]
Thanks.
[52:00]
that we are, I've been in discussions with some of the largest property under in the back.
[52:08]
Main concerns are trying to get some sort of development on that private road.
[52:14]
I can find out evidence that the private road ever was sold to anyone.
[52:20]
It would still be in the ownership of the original developer for that entity,
[52:24]
whichever entity to vote for a natural gentleman passed away, and so that road is not the
[52:31]
back road is owned by the folks in the back. The front road comes through six to end to roughly
[52:37]
the worst section to the starts of commerce particles, not by any of those properties. And no one
[52:43]
is being eaten. There was never a property in association formed in that I can find that would have
[53:01]
So the bigger sticky situation was the landowner in the very back and part about being up to go out the rear.
[53:10]
Yes, and there is on the recorded subdivision platform.
[53:13]
There was an additional page added that shows a no-ingress egress strip, 10-foot strip all the way along the back of the air.
[53:22]
That was not part of the bridge resounding.
[53:24]
The rezoning said that only truck traffic could not be a good not useful.
[53:28]
We could have told.
[53:30]
But I guess when the subdivision came through,
[53:33]
that there was a 10-foot no-ingress egress e-spin-foot cross there.
[53:38]
So there is no even the even the stubborn road that was shown in section two out to old new castle with not being loud
[53:45]
It would be maybe be an emergency exit
[53:51]
So so we thought at one point maybe we could get them cycling approval
[53:55]
Once they were found on the back of the last five possible lives
[54:00]
It was important on the subway
[54:03]
Mr. Williams, not both were at that meeting that was not before I was going
[54:07]
and I'm not busy with that.
[54:09]
And, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and I talked about it, I mean, that it was a big deal about that all year entrance only being used for emergency vehicles.
[54:19]
And there is a stuff to need left as well about the taste of property that's shown on the surface of the flat.
[54:28]
But, um, so short of.
[54:31]
money falling from the sky that we have continues and
[54:36]
that looks situation. And it would take a public private public
[54:39]
private furniture, which I think is pointy there. And then I'll think
[54:44]
that's the outside for that right now. Now the case that came
[54:48]
before us in there, they got to set up to the board that passed.
[54:52]
Is it? Is it? They were there on the existing part of the road that
[54:55]
It's completed, however it is not being paid any standard except for what means to be done in a guess.
[55:05]
So it's not in the begot system and it's not there's no maintenance agreement to take care of that.
[55:13]
And I know at last joint meeting there was some discussion.
[55:17]
I guess since that meeting, we're at last planning commission meeting, have there been any commercial activity, anyone coming into your office inquiring about, bringing a business here, but the ones that weren't there was a big discussion about how the EDA was going to handle that.
[55:36]
Once it came to staff, how it got handed off to the EDA and how all that was handled, is there any one that you can say it's been doing any, any tire kicking?
[55:44]
We do, we do have one essential owner who is looking at the area at the back diagonal from the Kirby's in front of the parcel that's in front of 360 alert where they are.
[55:56]
potential business. That's already zoned. So we talk about the whole
[56:02]
ball. What's that? It's the in front of 360 hardware on that side of the
[56:07]
right dad. He's been on 360 that. So you're talking about at the dentist's house.
[56:11]
Yeah, the other corner of the open parcel in front of 360 hardware. There's an open parcel.
[56:16]
There's one little teeny corner. It's actually a couple of three acres.
[56:22]
Okay, they kind of use it for parking so it looks like it's part of the hardware.
[56:25]
Yeah, that's whether they can't were supposed to win when they win three did that.
[56:32]
Um, so, uh, potentially use their, um, we don't, yeah, we haven't gotten a lot of the reasons.
[56:38]
Most of them, as, as Mr. Calon alluded to, are both at one of the start businesses that
[56:44]
were found.
[56:44]
We do a ton of the occupation permits, uh, time.
[56:49]
So, um, well, small businesses, the backbone of the
[56:54]
community. Yes, we have a few big ones, but if you look at it, as small businesses,
[57:01]
it's getting more and more.
[57:06]
The other side is that if we have a use matrix and we say this is what we allow and they
[57:12]
get a business license, you know, then it's a legit business that we can track and that pay
[57:18]
if they share versus the hundreds of businesses, we know already in out there.
[57:24]
And that's the process that's followed.
[57:26]
They go to the commission revenues office to get a business license and they send them directly across the whole task.
[57:31]
If it's in their home.
[57:33]
And then we look at them on occupation and the week we're in that location.
[57:38]
Based on what they're done.
[57:40]
Yeah, there's one Zech grotto and throw out of there.
[57:44]
I'm going to relocate into the VMA.
[57:49]
Right, that's it.
[57:52]
All right.
[57:53]
Any.
[57:55]
Any.
[57:56]
Many reports.
[57:57]
We're.
[57:58]
We're.
[57:58]
So I think.
[58:00]
We've got to the.
[58:02]
Staff.
[58:02]
I was short.
[58:05]
Um.
[58:05]
As part of the planning commission.
[58:06]
I know I've been here here in.
[58:08]
and I want to, well, actually this came from the Board of Supervisors, we wanted to present
[58:15]
you with the, um, appreciating things, I don't know. I was going to really, I was going to
[58:22]
tell them that. Oh, oh, no. Thank you, I appreciate that. Yeah, we're, we're going to miss you.
[58:29]
Shouldn't have been waiting to the minutes. It should, well, yes, it should, let's, let me get it,
[58:42]
This is the Board of Supervisors of the County of King William, Virginia, expresses a appreciation of service to King William County, as a member of the Planning Commission, where as Matthew Sluter is served on the Planning Commission,
[58:56]
Kingling Planning Commission for four full years representing the fourth district with great
[59:00]
character and distinctions since June of 2021, and whereas Matthew Slater has given
[59:05]
selflessly of his time talent and wisdom to serve his fellow district citizens in all
[59:10]
citizens of Kinglingham County, and whereas Matthew Slater has provided its exceptionally
[59:15]
leadership to Kinglingham County serving both his chair and vice chair of the Planning Commission
[59:19]
and whereas Matthew Slater served with dedication and wisdom as a representative on the Kinglingham
[59:25]
County Planning Commission, always investing the time and diligence to make informed and
[59:29]
wise decisions.
[59:31]
And whereas Matthew Slater took an active role in helping to develop the county zoning
[59:35]
ordinance and comprehensive plan for a blue print 2041, now therefore be it resolved that
[59:40]
the King William County Board of Supervisors with much respect and gratitude extends its appreciation
[59:45]
and recognition to Matthew Slater for the years of leadership dedication service he
[59:49]
has given the King William County.
[59:51]
And me, at further result, a copy of this resolution expressing the appreciation and respect of this Board of Supervisors on this matter shall be conveyed to Matthews.
[1:00:00]
Senator and Shelby spread upon the meeting minutes that said Board of Supervisors, done this 10th day of June 2025.
[1:00:07]
Thank you. Thank you.
[1:00:17]
We did have an appointment that was approved by the Board or Mr. Mark Townsend was approved to join the Commission as of July, as of year July meeting.
[1:00:29]
And so, at that July meeting, we will have a reorganization vote, so you all can select Chair and Vice Chair.
[1:00:41]
All right.
[1:00:44]
Last time, Commissioner Quest comments, Williams.
[1:00:50]
Thank you everybody for coming out.
[1:00:53]
I'd like to stay up for trying to get this organized.
[1:01:00]
We'll miss working with you in a little.
[1:01:05]
I'll see you in the next month.
[1:01:09]
So,
[1:01:11]
it's nice to see people coming out of.
[1:01:14]
I'm really excited about what the curve is over there doing.
[1:01:19]
You've basically won't stand on whatever.
[1:01:25]
Not a whole lot to say.
[1:01:27]
We've got a small participation tonight.
[1:01:29]
There are a bunch of them where they were in the A, so he's part of the staff.
[1:01:35]
The things to actually, you know, it's something you do.
[1:01:39]
Thank you.
[1:01:39]
Thank you.
[1:01:42]
That's the one way to get out to you.
[1:01:44]
Every meeting.
[1:01:45]
Every single day or before every meeting.
[1:01:48]
I sent my set up to Acti and they verified that it was okay earlier today.
[1:01:55]
Thanks.
[1:01:56]
I don't say sun spots.
[1:01:57]
So let's put it in the matrix, yeah.
[1:02:03]
All right, well, the resolution took my speech, but let's get it's about closure.
[1:02:10]
We will miss you and hope you show it again somewhere.
[1:02:13]
I'll be around.
[1:02:14]
Yeah, you can go on set in the gallery and complain that.
[1:02:18]
Now I can come up in comment.
[1:02:21]
But you really feel and utilize a three minutes to the full six day.
[1:02:28]
that I appreciate all that from you all and, you know, we've had some pretty
[1:02:36]
content that's on this commission over the years and we've kind of, it's
[1:02:41]
all there were time people coming on and here we are, the four of us tonight, but
[1:02:47]
you know, Greg included as well, we, I feel like the last year or two, we've really
[1:02:54]
a good job of coming together, even through our disagreements to try to move things forward and I
[1:03:01]
know that there's always some decisions in there, some votes that we maybe wish you could have
[1:03:09]
gone back and down a little more research or ask a few more questions and maybe maybe 30 to
[1:03:16]
way, but, you know, you learn for each and every one of those moments, but I must say, I'm
[1:03:24]
truly enjoyed the, you know, the teamwork that we put forward and I am proud of that.
[1:03:33]
And to see, as we continue for this, you know, push for a lower business development in the
[1:03:42]
that we see, so some really good opportunities from some high-end businesses that bring some jobs here,
[1:03:54]
that are hot-paying and keep people in the county. We do have quite a large portion of our working
[1:04:07]
class citizens that commute outside of the county for work, and that's even with a couple
[1:04:14]
of pretty large, large employers, even those employers bring in a lot of people from outside
[1:04:19]
the county. And keeping high school positions inside the county, it would always be a great
[1:04:27]
benefit. I'm going to see that in the years ahead. But thank you for the people that are always
[1:04:34]
familiar faces, Lisa and Robert and the others that came tonight, of course, as well.
[1:04:42]
We've talked about having input from citizens over and over and over again, and things
[1:04:49]
that we decide on here ordinances, comprehensive plans,
[1:04:56]
those items are the roadmap for the
[1:05:01]
And it's shocking to me that not more people are involved in that process, but I think that that changes over time as well.
[1:05:12]
Yeah, it's, I mean everybody was busy last, but but I've enjoyed my time.
[1:05:31]
But I surely appreciate the effort that you all have put into our meetings and, and of course,
[1:05:41]
Stacy, the long hours you put in this one or the machine and I'll see you all around for sure.
[1:05:49]
But at this time, will it entertain a mission to adjourn?
[1:05:53]
Oh, so moved.
[1:05:57]
Double arm.
[1:05:58]
So that's been properly.
[1:06:00]
So.
[1:06:02]
And we got properly seconded as well.
[1:06:06]
Oh, favorite shit.
[1:06:10]
I don't know if I like to quit in town.
[1:06:11]
More than make.
[1:06:12]
I don't know if I like to quit in town.
