[10:58] so I'll just give you kind of a brief update on where things are at

[11:04] so the the federal government's been changing things quite rapidly so then

[11:12] the state is actually working with the federal and then we're working with our

[11:15] local jurisdictions to work with the state one thing is really good about

[11:22] Brad level took office as governor he directed for us to have liaisons and

[11:31] it's been really good it's working really well when we when we talk to

[11:36] those folks we know that those messages are getting into the governor and that

[11:40] that's been very helpful especially in a kind of like this so Bobby do anyone on

[11:46] the exact same one that we speak to the most and she's very impressive I'm happy

[11:52] that we got her to be with us so anyway so it has been a little bit of a

[11:57] different thing so when we have the most of the emergencies that we have so when

[12:02] we have all the snow and we need to do some things there we work with so this

[12:09] the state was the Idaho Office of Emergency Management and then we work

[12:13] directly with ADA City County Emergency Management and that's how we process

[12:18] ting requests and needs in this case this is a health emergency so Idaho

[12:26] Office of Emergency Management native city county emergency management event

[12:30] are part of the process

[12:36] however it however it is going through the Health Department Central District

[12:44] Health is our local and then the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare so

[12:48] we're still working with all the same agencies it's just that we're going a

[12:53] different route to get where we need to be as of now our Public Works Department

[12:58] is good on PP&E say they think this bug reported this morning they actually had

[13:05] a good supply of that before all this happened so they were they were prepared

[13:11] for whatever as the need arises we we can get some more on that they've

[13:16] ordered some more hand sanitizer and things like that but really nothing

[13:21] extraordinary we're working here in City Hall making some changes so that

[13:27] applications can be made by email they can send those to for building permits

[13:36] for example to the building department they can we have a printer coming in the

[13:41] next few days that will allow them to print out the big plans on the big paper

[13:45] and that'll work the same for playing and zoning so they can utilize the same

[13:50] equipment so working under the way we change things we're working to change

[13:56] things when we do things here but we're still in that process so fairly close

[14:03] into this so I think they're doing a pretty good job with keeping things

[14:06] caught up in that I will be on a call with the governor on Thursday and we'll

[14:12] see where he's out and good news is is in Ada County the the whole point here

[14:21] is to slow the curve and the curve actually is the number of cases reported

[14:28] it's actually going down the number of cases per day rather than increasing so

[14:34] that's a good thing it means that the social distancing is

[14:40] working even though it may be at times appearing like it's it seems that all

[14:50] the efforts that are being taken in the stores or at least helpful we heard a

[14:56] few cases here in there but I think I think everybody's doing a pretty good

[14:59] job with that all of that will be played into a decision over what the governor

[15:05] decides he's going to do for the difference right now is that there's

[15:10] only a few days left on the governor's order and the president is the 30 days

[15:16] and they've left that up kind of state-by-state because we all know that

[15:21] Kuna is about New York City so those type it seems the coastal states are the

[15:27] ones that were coming at the hardest with some of this we'll see how that

[15:31] plays out I don't know if my Thursday don't make a determination what the

[15:36] states and then I'll give you an update so that's kind of where we are with

[15:45] things here today everything's going pretty well the we have the two people

[15:52] and Public Works that are home because they may have had contact but they're

[16:00] not showing any symptoms and we do have one

[16:04] that didn't have contact and is showing a minor symptoms so those people were

[16:11] just kind of keeping away from the rest and all that seems to be working and

[16:15] we're in good shape here so the city continues to run and your toilets will

[16:20] still fly any any questions on any of that from counsel if there's anything

[16:27] that you have that you want to talk to two different departments about

[16:32] certainly please feel free to contact any of our directors or you can contact

[16:36] me or I don't want Chief John who are you on okay would you want to give the

[16:48] council an update on what's going on as far as law enforcement goes I know that

[16:53] there's been a limited number of people that have called with issues but I think

[16:59] that our citizens are doing pretty well with that so I don't know if there's

[17:03] anything you would have to add or not

[17:21] keep them away from the family we did have a contamination and so

[17:29] almost indication efforts so far are working great

[17:32] it's part of the calls for service you know we got a lot of different way since

[17:36] the governor's order came out people you know frankly there was a little bit of a

[17:41] learning curve to you like the best level of human education enforcement and

[17:48] even interstates and I think you know that state day that that worker came

[17:51] down I think the governor got has a bunch of questions by one of our local

[17:54] reporters and there were several that he did not answer at that time because we

[17:58] were kind of looking to bigotry signals office to give us

[18:03] as the days went on we got better at you know where we should educate and and

[18:11] what to leave all alone I think the good example was even you know sitting in the

[18:15] pond I think the first couple days we we have did the and that's my fault for not

[18:23] reading the whole thing completely interpreted fishing for example to be

[18:29] not one of the exception you know I appreciate I appreciate the heads-up on

[18:41] that you know everybody that it's kind of a work in progress as far as making

[18:50] sure that we are still able to have that community support that we're able

[18:55] together and we want that goodwill will the community that we work so every

[19:01] every day you know the Japanese report that all our businesses have cooperated

[19:10] and we leave community that just you know that I think we're in this together

[19:16] and I think for the most part you know we do know with view that we're happy

[19:20] like we're having on your juvenile issues as the days go on and other than

[19:32] the occasional sad call I think I'm really really happy

[19:37] with how that you just kind of come together in and voluntarily comply with

[19:43] regulation good thank you chief did any of the council have anything they wanted

[19:54] to say you're at or asked okay well not hearing anything like I said it if

[20:04] there's ever any questions that come up please don't hesitate

[20:07] ask we just want to make sure that everybody knows that we're in good shape

[20:12] there's no need for anybody want anything so we'll just keep moving
