[6:51] And what the bill does is because we're tying our definition now to state law, if there is ever a state law change.

[6:58] To either add something, take something away or clarify, we will always track with whatever state laws.

[9:15] and updates its list of election precincts, including the precincts that form the basis

[9:23] So periodically, the Election Department will combine precincts or create new precincts

[9:27] based on population changes.

[9:29] These changes won't necessarily affect each ward in every cycle.

[9:33] And they're not a change in the war boundaries, but are just a change in the way that precincts

[9:36] are described.
