[7:47] This change order is to re-engineer mostly to re-engineer the microwave path

[7:51] now that we have finally gotten through the phase of determining exactly where

[7:55] all the towers are going to be which allows us to move forward with

[7:58] installing radio system. Uh this will result in another change order once we

[8:03] determine what hardware changes are necessary from this reinary but this is

[8:07] the first piece. This is going to come out of the contingency that we budgeted

[8:12] for the radio system. I'll move that we approve this change

[8:46] start with uh got two items related to renovations here at the treehouse. The

[8:52] first being for uh not the phase we're in right now in phase one, but for the

[8:57] following phases. Um recommending the hiring of a construction management

[9:02] firm. Uh this firm comes at the recommendation of Beers Hoffman, our

[9:06] architect. Um the first phase that we're in right now is in the newest part of

[9:10] the building and wasn't too complicated for construction, but I think as

[9:14] everyone knows we get into the uh existing building part or the older part

[9:18] of the building, it will be and probably dealing with more subs potentially more

[9:23] contractors and all along we had hoped we would be able to get someone on board

[9:27] to uh conduct the orchestra so to speak. Uh the recommendation is with Pedabia um

[9:33] of lit. They are a well-known firm. They again come recommended by Beers Hoffman

[9:38] in the packet that was provided to you. Um there are a number of references and

[9:45] so on but they've done a number of projects in Lebanon County including

[9:49] Lebanon school district formal Lebanon school district uh South Leendary

[9:53] Township, North Leon school district etc. So their proposal for the uh

[10:00] term of the renovations would be uh for an hourly

[10:05] hourly rates as they included in their uh proposal are listed however not to

[10:10] exceed $83,000. So they'll bill by the hour but not to exceed

[10:15] I'd like to ask for your approval on that.

[11:14] as they took it apart and as they're going to replace the whole ceiling um

[11:19] additional fire rating is needed for what they're going to put back. So, this

[11:22] wall had to be built for the length of that uh hallway and the uh the cost of

[11:27] that is $18,644.95.

[11:58] currently in place. This is the simply the renewal of both of those. Uh same

[12:03] price, same terms. Uh the first being with Buzz and Davis Law Offices for four

[12:08] criminal appointments per month at $4,000 per month and then with Jacobson

[12:14] Julius and Harshburgger Law Offices for seven appointments per month at $7,000

[12:20] per month. Um I'm not I don't have data on the the second one, but with Buzzing

[12:24] Davis, we contracted for 48 four per month. We did 48 and they uh that turned

[12:30] out to be a pretty good estimate. They did 46 in 2024 2025, sorry.

[12:35] » And their fee again was >> $4,000.

[12:41] » Now, the 4,000 per month is whether they get the per month or not.

[12:45] » Well, they get the 4,000 per month, but it it it

[13:53] funds depending on how much they allocate. It could be a dollar to a

[13:56] dollar. could be up to $6 for a dollar. Um, but uh they won't know that until

[14:01] they see what each county certifies and and and can work with the total. Um so

[14:08] this year 2026 the certification of funds available would be for $385,16

[14:16] and that includes allocations from various match funds and county revenues

[14:21] uh interest on clean and green as um as well as roll back tax penalties. Well

[14:28] same thing I'm sorry in the clean and green. So the 275,785

[14:33] total from revenues 109,321 from clean and green. So a total of

[14:39] 385,106.
