[4:30] review of the pictures of the property

[4:32] submitted with the application to com

[4:34] complete their assessment and inform

[4:36] their opinion.

[5:39] township. As such, planning staff

[5:41] recommend approval of this application

[5:44] per the details and conditions enclosed
