[0:19] I pledge
[0:20] allegiance to the flag of the
[0:21] United States of
[0:22] America and to
[0:23] the republic for which it
[0:24] stands, one
[0:25] nation under God,
[0:26] indivisible, with
[0:27] liberty and
[0:28] justice for
[0:29] all.
[0:31] God, we thank You for
[0:32] salvation and ask You to
[0:33] grant us
[0:34] wisdom during
[0:35] today's
[0:35] meeting, we thank You for
[0:36] everything we have in our
[0:37] village. We pray that
[0:39] You will protect us and
[0:40] preserve
[0:40] everyone's health. In Your name,
[0:42] amen.
[0:42] Thank you, gentlemen.
[0:47] Okay, please
[0:48] conduct a roll call of the
[0:49] officials.
[0:50] Wall?
[0:50] Yes.
[0:51] Kennedy?
[0:52] Yes.
[0:52] Melchek? Yes.
[0:53] Sveg?
[0:54] Yes.
[0:54] Hawkins?
[0:55] Yes.
[0:56] For the record:
[0:58] Councilmember is present and
[0:59] Councilmember Kennedy
[1:00] will join shortly. He'll
[1:02] just be a little
[1:03] late. OK.
[1:09] I am putting to
[1:10] the vote
[1:11] a proposal
[1:11] to approve the minutes of
[1:13] the meeting of
[1:13] August 10.
[1:17] I propose
[1:18] to approve and
[1:19] attach to the file
[1:20] the minutes of the regular
[1:22] meeting of
[1:23] August 10, 2026. I
[1:24] support.
[1:26] Who is for it?
[1:27] By.
[1:28] Who is against? The decision
[1:30] has been made. Good. Uh,
[1:38] about the agenda.
[1:43] Oh, of course. You can. There
[1:44] will be minor
[1:46] changes here. We'll move on
[1:47] to item two:
[1:48] an update from DPW, which
[1:50] addresses the search for a
[1:51] DPW chief. We
[1:52] have a third
[1:53] candidate, so now there are
[1:55] three of them. This is the only
[1:57] change on the
[1:58] agenda for
[1:59] tonight.
[2:00] With that in mind,
[2:01] can I have a
[2:02] motion
[2:02] to approve
[2:03] today's agenda,
[2:04] please?
[2:05] I would like to make a
[2:06] motion
[2:06] to approve the
[2:07] agenda with amendments. I
[2:08] support. Everyone in favor
[2:11] , say "yes."
[2:12] Yes.
[2:13] Who is against? Good.
[2:16] Let's move on to the
[2:17] treasurer's report.
[2:38] I would like to make
[2:39] a motion
[2:40] to approve the Treasurer's report as
[2:41] presented
[2:42] . I
[2:43] support. And
[2:44] roll call,
[2:45] please.
[2:49] Enith?
[2:50] Yes.
[2:51] Melchek?
[2:51] Yes.
[2:52] Hawkins?
[2:53] Yes.
[2:53] Clark?
[2:54] Yes.
[2:56] Oh, I apologize. What kind
[3:00] of fool? Here. You know.
[3:06] I think you should
[3:07] return it.
[3:12] Regarding accounts
[3:13] payable,
[3:14] please.
[3:19] I would like to make
[3:20] a proposal to pay the
[3:23] accounts payable:
[3:24] general expenses—
[3:26] $10,696.40 cents,
[3:27] capital—$33,
[3:29] local—zero, and
[3:30] also zero for Menlo
[3:31] Park.
[3:32] I support.
[3:34] Can we have a
[3:35] roll call,
[3:36] please?
[3:36] Wall?
[3:37] Yes.
[3:37] Hawkins?
[3:38] Yes.
[3:38] Clark?
[3:39] Yes.
[3:39] Melchek?
[3:40] Yes.
[3:40] Enith?
[3:41] Yes. Are
[3:44] there any comments
[3:45] from the public at
[3:46] this point? Since there
[3:52] are no comments, we
[3:53] move on to new
[3:54] questions. Question one
[3:56] . We move on to the
[3:58] first item: a
[4:00] cause hearing
[4:02] regarding the unsafe
[4:03] building at
[4:05] 4285 North Street,
[4:07] cadastral number
[4:08] 05-10-434-002. The meeting
[4:10] is open. 19:00. I am
[4:16] opening a public
[4:17] hearing. The purpose of this
[4:21] hearing is to provide
[4:22] the owners listed
[4:23] in the property registry with a
[4:24] final
[4:25] opportunity to state
[4:26] reasons why they
[4:27] cannot comply with the
[4:29] officer's prior order, and to
[4:30] provide
[4:30] the village council with an opportunity to
[4:32] review,
[4:32] approve, or take
[4:33] action on the
[4:34] order.
[4:35] I now invite
[4:36] Village Attorney
[4:37] Comer to summarize the
[4:38] officer's findings
[4:40] and present
[4:41] formal evidence for the
[4:42] record.
[4:43] Good. Thank you,
[4:45] President Moore. Er,
[4:47] John Comer, er,
[4:48] township attorney. Uh,
[4:50] we're here at a hearing
[4:51] about a dangerous
[4:52] building. Uh, is
[4:54] there a
[4:55] representative from
[4:57] Kaja Holdings 2 here? Record
[5:00] in the minutes that no
[5:02] representative
[5:02] spoke on behalf of Kaja
[5:04] Holdings 2, the owner of the property
[5:05] listed in the register.
[5:09] Uh, for the record:
[5:10] the findings and
[5:11] orders
[5:13] issued by Cosmo
[5:14] Lombardo,
[5:17] Hazardous Buildings Officer
[5:19] , dated
[5:21] February 11, 2026,
[5:22] found that the property
[5:24] at 42854,
[5:25] cadastral number
[5:27] 05-10-434-002, and the
[5:28] building or structure referred to above,
[5:30] is a
[5:31] hazardous building
[5:33] as defined in
[5:34] Section 12.3,
[5:35] Subdivision B1, of the Leonard
[5:37] Township Code of Ordinances
[5:38] . The condition of building
[5:42] ee is currently
[5:43] unsafe and cannot
[5:44] be brought to a
[5:45] safe condition, and
[5:47] the building or
[5:47] structure itself is not
[5:49] properly maintained and
[5:50] cannot be properly
[5:51] maintained. It
[5:53] was therefore ordered
[5:54] that building ee be
[5:55] demolished by the
[5:57] property owner, with a final
[5:58] date for completion
[5:59] set for
[6:00] June 11, 2026. Uh, that
[6:02] date has already passed. Uh,
[6:06] notice was
[6:07] served both on the
[6:09] property owners listed in
[6:10] the registry and on other
[6:11] interested
[6:12] parties, such as
[6:13] representatives in
[6:14] bankruptcy or
[6:15] reorganization cases, at several
[6:17] addresses. I am attaching
[6:21] to the record proof of
[6:23] service, including
[6:24] certificates of
[6:26] mailing
[6:27] to these addresses, for both
[6:29] this hearing and the
[6:32] unsafe
[6:33] building hearing on February 9,
[6:34] 2026, as well as the
[6:35] preliminary
[6:36] hearing on July 22,
[6:38] 2024. I will note for
[6:41] the record that at
[6:42] the hearing on July 22,
[6:43] 2024, Mr. Lombardo
[6:44] reached the same
[6:46] conclusions: the building was
[6:47] unsafe, not
[6:48] repairable
[6:50] , and was
[6:51] ordered demolished at that time as well.
[6:52] However, after that
[6:53] hearing, it was
[6:54] determined that the estate
[6:55] had entered
[6:56] bankruptcy proceedings and a receiver had been
[6:57] appointed
[6:59] , so the village
[7:00] stayed those
[7:00] proceedings to
[7:01] attempt to
[7:03] cooperate in good faith with the
[7:04] receiver in the
[7:05] bankruptcy case to
[7:06] ensure that
[7:07] proper notice was
[7:08] received and they were
[7:09] involved in the
[7:09] process. They were
[7:11] notified both
[7:12] constructively and
[7:13] legally. We
[7:16] have communicated with
[7:17] Kaja
[7:18] Holdings 2 representatives in this capacity and have
[7:19] not
[7:20] received any action
[7:22] or compliance
[7:23] regarding this property to date.
[7:28] I will also attach to
[7:30] the record the findings
[7:31] and orders, as well
[7:32] as additional
[7:33] photographs and
[7:34] prior
[7:35] communications
[7:36] sent by Kaja Holdings 2 in
[7:37] the course of these
[7:38] proceedings. If
[7:40] anyone has any questions, I'll be
[7:42] happy to
[7:43] answer them. I will note for
[7:44] the record that Tim
[7:45] Hollis, the
[7:46] building inspector, is
[7:47] absent, so I
[7:48] cannot provide a
[7:49] professional assessment
[7:50] of the structure itself.
[7:51] But the reports we have
[7:52] filed,
[7:54] copies of which you can
[7:55] review if
[7:56] necessary, will also
[7:57] be able to answer
[7:58] these questions.
[8:03] It's done. That's all,
[8:05] John.
[8:06] Yes, from my side, if there are
[8:07] no questions. There are
[8:10] no questions at this time. Good.
[8:12] Wait, I'm sorry.
[8:15] What will happen next? Are
[8:17] you going to
[8:18] continue this?
[8:20] Yes, I apologize. It
[8:22] was more of a
[8:23] question to the
[8:24] village council about
[8:25] whether they had any
[8:26] questions for me. This
[8:27] was not right. No, everything is
[8:29] fine. It's my
[8:30] fault. I cannot
[8:31] hold a public
[8:32] hearing, but
[8:33] the solution
[8:34] the council will consider
[8:35] will be to
[8:36] allow
[8:37] village staff and
[8:38] our office to take the
[8:39] next steps to
[8:41] enforce the
[8:42] demolition order. So you
[8:44] may hear more
[8:45] details when
[8:46] the proposal is made.
[8:49] Any more questions?
[8:51] No questions. Is
[8:54] there a
[8:56] property owner representative or
[8:57] legal counsel on
[8:58] behalf of Tiger Holdings 2 who
[8:59] wishes to address the
[9:00] board? Record in
[9:07] the minutes that a
[9:08] registered
[9:09] notice was served, but
[9:10] no representative of Tiger
[9:12] Holdings 2 appeared. Do you
[9:27] want to talk to
[9:28] Tyler?
[9:29] Right. Well, that's if the
[9:35] representative showed up.
[9:36] You're going to
[9:37] skip just You're
[9:38] going to go
[9:39] to number four.
[9:39] So, skip to
[9:42] Number Four. I now
[9:44] invite any
[9:46] members of the
[9:46] public or
[9:47] residents of neighboring
[9:48] properties who wish to
[9:50] speak specifically
[9:51] regarding this property to
[9:52] come forward, state
[9:53] their name and address, and
[9:54] speak for
[9:55] three minutes. Good.
[9:59] Congratulations. My name is
[10:04] Pamela Scott, and I live right next door to
[10:05] this
[10:06] house in the village. This
[10:13] place is visible from a very
[10:14] long distance.
[10:18] The weeds are taller than me.
[10:23] Raccoons are constantly
[10:24] climbing on and off the roof
[10:25] . There's a
[10:32] 5-by-7-foot hole
[10:33] that's about to
[10:34] collapse on the
[10:35] south side of
[10:36] the roof. We spent our
[10:46] own money to
[10:47] get rid of the pests
[10:48] that had moved in from
[10:49] that house. We
[11:01] also spent our
[11:02] own money
[11:03] hiring a company
[11:04] to remove a tree
[11:06] that fell on our
[11:07] property from that
[11:08] area back in 2020
[11:09] . It cost
[11:20] us $2,500
[11:21] to cut up a tree in
[11:22] our yard,
[11:23] turn it into
[11:24] mulch, and haul it away. We
[11:36] spent about
[11:37] $1,000 of our own
[11:38] money on
[11:40] pest control to
[11:41] set up traps
[11:42] for raccoons, possums,
[11:43] squirrels, and other animals
[11:45] that run around
[11:46] . The back of that
[11:56] property faces
[11:57] west. The window had been
[12:00] open for
[12:01] several months. People were
[12:04] constantly coming in and
[12:05] out through the
[12:06] back yard of that
[12:07] lot. We heard them at
[12:09] night. In the morning you could
[12:12] see their
[12:13] tracks. There and back, with
[12:15] flashlights. We
[12:19] live next to this
[12:20] horror. The whole village
[12:24] sees this. People
[12:25] passing through
[12:27] our village to the north
[12:28] look at this
[12:29] ugliness. I do
[12:31] n't even need
[12:32] to explain where I live.
[12:34] I just say, "I live
[12:35] by the dump, right
[12:37] next to the dump."
[12:39] I have lived there for over 45
[12:41] years. 45 years old. And
[12:46] the situation is only getting
[12:47] worse. It used to be
[12:50] bad because the owners
[12:52] who lived there didn't take care
[12:53] of the property. They
[12:56] lost their house, and
[12:57] now everything is a
[12:59] complete mess. There
[13:01] is a full basement.
[13:04] I was told there was
[13:06] black
[13:07] mold in that basement. I don't know, I don't
[13:08] go there. But
[13:10] I was told that there
[13:11] was black mold in that basement
[13:12] . There was trash on the
[13:16] front lawn for months
[13:17] . What
[13:21] the village had to clean up. This
[13:23] attracted rats
[13:25] and mice. And we could
[13:27] smell this stench.
[13:29] Something needs to be done about this
[13:30] . And do it
[13:34] quickly, because the
[13:35] house
[13:35] will continue to
[13:36] collapse. So we
[13:41] would be very grateful for
[13:42] any help we
[13:43] and our village can get to
[13:44] clean up this
[13:45] mess. Thank you.
[13:49] ma'am.
[13:52] Thank you.
[13:53] Anyone else want
[13:54] to speak? Are there any more
[13:55] comments? Yes, Mike.
[13:59] McConnell, 50
[14:00] Morning Starwood. I
[14:06] have
[14:07] dealt with this facility in various roles
[14:09] and can confirm
[14:10] what Mr. and
[14:11] Mrs. Scott have reported. That's
[14:17] the hardest part of the
[14:19] case—trying
[14:20] to solve it. And as
[14:24] our attorney John pointed out
[14:26] , we thought that
[14:27] when a new bankruptcy
[14:28] or holding
[14:29] company took
[14:30] on the case, they were
[14:31] serious
[14:32] . Two of their
[14:36] representatives
[14:37] spoke to
[14:39] me personally at the facility and
[14:40] assured me that
[14:40] they would get to work.
[14:46] Of course, that never
[14:47] happened, and we are here
[14:48] today, and I
[14:49] urge the council
[14:50] to move forward and
[14:51] pursue this to the
[14:52] fullest extent to
[14:53] resolve, clean up, and
[14:54] clear this issue.
[14:58] Thank you.
[15:01] Continue.
[15:03] Yes.
[15:03] Thank you. Okay, are there
[15:06] any other comments on
[15:07] this? As
[15:13] there are no further comments, I will declare the
[15:14] public hearing
[15:15] closed at 7:15. We
[15:23] return to the
[15:24] next
[15:25] council meeting. This issue is
[15:27] now under consideration by the
[15:28] council. I ask the
[15:29] village lawyer
[15:30] to submit
[15:31] a resolution authorizing the
[15:32] commencement of the
[15:33] trial. A
[15:41] draft
[15:42] resolution was previously provided to the council so that the council
[15:43] could act, if it so
[15:44] desires, on the
[15:45] recommendation of our
[15:47] office, namely:
[15:48] to accept and approve
[15:49] the recommendation and
[15:50] order of the
[15:51] officer regarding the
[15:52] unsafe building,
[15:53] and to authorize
[15:55] our office to file a lawsuit
[15:56] in the
[15:57] Oakland County Circuit Court to
[15:58] demolish the unsafe
[15:59] building and to take
[16:00] other necessary
[16:01] steps in conjunction with the
[16:03] village staff and
[16:04] our office to
[16:05] fully implement
[16:06] this order.
[16:18] As I have already noted,
[16:19] notice was
[16:21] given both in respect of the
[16:21] original hearing
[16:23] on the dangerous
[16:24] building to the owner of
[16:25] record, Project Holdings 2, and
[16:26] re-served
[16:28] prior to the hearing on February 9,
[16:29] when the proceedings were resumed
[16:30] , and also
[16:31] today for the
[16:32] current hearing; There
[16:38] has been no response in writing or calls to my office or the village offices, and no
[16:39] representative has
[16:40] shown up today. The owner,
[16:48] as stated in
[16:49] the resolution, did not
[16:50] demolish the structure and
[16:52] did not take any action
[16:53] to facilitate
[16:54] the dismantling. They were
[16:57] given ample
[16:58] time under
[16:59] Mr.
[17:00] Lombardo's order to
[17:01] do so. The hearings
[17:05] were in February, it is now
[17:06] September, and no
[17:07] action has been taken.
[17:13] The Code of Regulations and
[17:14] state law
[17:15] provide 60 days
[17:16] after these hearings as an
[17:17] additional period
[17:18] to comply with the requirements.
[17:23] During this time,
[17:24] if
[17:25] authorized today, our
[17:26] office will begin
[17:27] preparing court
[17:28] documents to
[17:29] file immediately
[17:30] if
[17:32] no action is taken by this deadline
[17:33] . So, if
[17:36] this resolution were
[17:38] passed, we would
[17:39] expect a
[17:40] lawsuit to be filed in 2026 and,
[17:42] hopefully, a demolition
[17:43] order
[17:44] in early
[17:46] 2027, assuming the
[17:47] litigation goes
[17:49] according to plan. Does
[17:52] anyone have any questions
[17:53] about the resolution
[17:54] before you today? Is
[18:02] there any further
[18:03] discussion from the
[18:04] trustee at
[18:05] this time? I am
[18:09] prepared to consider the
[18:10] motion to
[18:11] adopt a resolution
[18:12] presented by our
[18:13] village attorney
[18:15] authorizing him to file a
[18:16] complaint with the
[18:17] district court for an
[18:19] order to
[18:20] demolish the dangerous
[18:21] building at:
[18:22] 4285 Forest Street,
[18:24] Lot Identification Number
[18:25] 5-10-4-3-4-0-0-2. Secretary,
[18:28] please conduct a
[18:29] roll call vote
[18:30] I support this
[18:31] proposal.
[18:32] In a second.
[18:33] Everything is ready. It's okay
[18:35] I would like to propose that
[18:37] the resolution be adopted as
[18:39] presented by the President
[18:42] Do we need to
[18:43] read this
[18:44] motion or this
[18:45] resolution for the
[18:46] record?
[18:46] No. No, just the one who
[18:48] makes the motion, and
[18:49] provided you
[18:51] have all considered it, it is
[18:51] sufficient to simply
[18:52] move that
[18:53] the resolution
[18:54] presented by the
[18:55] village lawyer be adopted.
[18:58] Then I support it.
[19:00] Okay, can we have a
[19:01] roll call vote
[19:02] , please?
[19:08] Kennedy?
[19:09] Yes.
[19:09] Salazar?
[19:10] Yes.
[19:10] Swain?
[19:11] Yes.
[19:11] Hawkins?
[19:12] Yes.
[19:12] Warren?
[19:13] Yes.
[19:14] The proposal was accepted,
[19:15] the resolution
[19:16] was approved.
[19:17] Let's move on to the
[19:18] new agenda
[19:22] Really, where we're going with
[19:23] this
[19:24] agenda, and that's it
[19:25] for this part of the
[19:26] meeting. Item
[19:35] number two, the hearing in the
[19:37] CPA case was supposed to
[19:37] take place tonight
[19:39] . We were
[19:41] forced to postpone
[19:42] it for a month
[19:43] because the people who
[19:44] requested the hearing had
[19:46] not yet provided the proper
[19:47] documents. They
[19:52] were asked about this several
[19:53] times. They still
[19:54] gave us some
[19:55] materials, but it's not
[19:57] quite what's
[19:57] needed to
[19:58] figure out the mechanics of
[19:59] what's going on this property. So
[20:05] this is just for your information. Hmm
[20:07] . Bill and Trail Branson
[20:10] with Lena Branson,
[20:11] item three, Luna
[20:12] is going to do some
[20:14] volunteer work for us
[20:15] in search of
[20:15] funding. We
[20:16] need to move on to a
[20:17] new round of
[20:18] funding for the
[20:19] Department of
[20:20] Resources. And she's
[20:22] going to do
[20:23] some work for us,
[20:24] maybe at the same time.
[20:26] What kind of job? What
[20:28] kind of job?
[20:29] This is financing.
[20:30] Oh, I understand.
[20:31] She is going to
[20:32] find more
[20:33] funding for us
[20:34] so we can
[20:35] use it in
[20:35] Mill Park.
[20:38] Sorry to interrupt
[20:39] . Is there any chance you
[20:40] could make a
[20:41] motion to move
[20:43] this ZBA meeting to
[20:44] October? Do
[20:44] you want this?
[20:46] Good.
[20:46] I just, even though the file is
[20:47] incomplete, feel like
[20:48] she can handle it and I
[20:49] don't want us to have
[20:50] anything on the
[20:51] record.
[20:52] Good.
[20:52] This changes the matter, and it
[20:53] will be postponed to a
[20:54] later date.
[20:55] OK. We'll
[20:56] go back to
[20:57] point number two for a second, and I'll
[20:58] ask for a
[20:59] suggestion.
[21:00] Postpone this
[21:01] hearing to October.
[21:03] I want to make
[21:04] a motion to postpone the
[21:06] ZBA consideration
[21:08] of 4571 Rosie Drive until the
[21:09] September
[21:10] meeting.
[21:12] This is a boy.
[21:13] Sorry.
[21:15] I support.
[21:17] John supports.
[21:18] Yes.
[21:19] I support.
[21:21] Thank you.
[21:25] Okay, are there any
[21:26] questions about
[21:28] how
[21:28] Lauren
[21:29] Morash can help us? Okay, we
[21:30] need all the funds
[21:31] we can
[21:32] get from the grant.
[21:33] Spend money on the
[21:34] territory.
[21:35] Check everything and
[21:36] make it accessible
[21:37] for people with
[21:38] disabilities so
[21:39] they can
[21:40] move around there. So,
[21:41] we need to do
[21:42] some work there. Hmm
[21:45] , okay. Clinton River
[21:47] number four, I'm talking about
[21:48] number four, the
[21:50] Clinton River spillway assessment is
[21:52] $1,213.20 for five
[21:54] years. This is an assessment. We do
[21:55] n't really
[21:56] need to do anything. This
[21:57] information means
[21:58] you guys will have to
[21:59] pay for it.
[22:00] You have no other
[22:01] choice. At a rate of
[22:02] $242.64 cents per year.
[22:07] Do we need to
[22:08] vote for this or
[22:09] not?
[22:11] I think.
[22:13] To me, it's like a
[22:14] tax. I
[22:15] mean, we can't
[22:16] say no. We
[22:17] can say "no" and
[22:18] fight in court, but we will
[22:19] still pay.
[22:20] This is an assessment from them, which
[22:21] we already paid.
[22:23] Where are you going to
[22:24] get the money from? Well
[22:25] , I don't hear that.
[22:26] I think we need a
[22:28] proposal to allocate
[22:29] them from the general
[22:30] fund.
[22:31] I wish to make
[22:32] a motion to pay the
[22:35] Clinton River Spillway Assessment
[22:36] for the next 5
[22:38] years in the amount of
[22:39] $1,213.20. I
[22:42] support.
[22:45] I ask that a roll call vote be held
[22:53] Harkins?
[22:54] Yes.
[22:54] Clark?
[22:55] Yes.
[22:55] Palazzolo?
[22:56] Yes. Mor?
[22:57] Yes.
[22:58] Patio?
[22:58] Yes.
[23:02] Let's move on to number
[23:04] five. Jerry
[23:05] Rutkowski was in the office
[23:06] . They are
[23:07] working at the fire
[23:08] station. They don't have
[23:09] enough room
[23:10] to turn
[23:11] the truck around in the
[23:11] back
[23:12] parking
[23:12] lot. They
[23:13] conduct
[23:14] training there.
[23:15] Weed suppression and stuff—they
[23:16] just can't
[23:17] do it if they
[23:18] put
[23:19] trucks there. They have
[23:20] a lot of trouble
[23:21] moving
[23:21] the truck behind the
[23:22] building. So they
[23:24] widen
[23:25] the end of the road a little with
[23:26] gravel and
[23:27] add cement so
[23:28] they have more room
[23:29] to turn around. They
[23:32] are going to do
[23:33] it themselves. They do not
[23:36] involve an
[23:37] outside
[23:38] contractor. This
[23:41] won't really
[23:42] change anything. Drainage and everything else
[23:44] will remain the same
[23:45] . We do not
[23:46] change the direction of
[23:47] water flow from this
[23:49] point. What is your
[23:52] connection to this? do?
[23:54] Well, we're going to,
[23:55] we need to We need to
[23:56] , we need to
[23:57] cancel those three hundred
[23:58] dollars, cancel the
[23:59] fees. We need
[24:03] a proposal to
[24:04] waive the fee for
[24:05] the permit they
[24:06] applied for to
[24:07] do work at the
[24:08] fire station.
[24:11] I am making a motion to
[24:12] repeal the
[24:13] site plan fee for the
[24:15] Addison Township Fire Department. I
[24:19] support.
[24:21] I ask that a roll call vote be held
[24:28] Kennedy?
[24:29] Yes.
[24:29] Wall?
[24:30] Yes.
[24:30] Palazzolo?
[24:31] Yes.
[24:31] Swayze?
[24:32] Yes.
[24:33] Palazzolo?
[24:33] Yes.
[24:37] Greetings. We will consider points
[24:40] six and seven
[24:41] together
[24:42] . Points six and seven
[24:43] are new questions.
[24:47] Last summer, our
[24:48] office air conditioner
[24:50] for the top
[24:50] floor of this building broke down
[24:52] . I
[24:56] called the handymen
[24:57] last Friday to have a
[24:59] look. He
[25:02] said, "Well, if
[25:03] the capacitor is
[25:03] faulty, he would
[25:05] replace it if
[25:06] he could find a new one." "But
[25:08] that device is already
[25:09] quite old." He
[25:10] said, "You were
[25:10] lucky last
[25:12] year." He said, "You
[25:13] couldn't find
[25:13] another one." He said, "Well
[25:15] , you got lucky
[25:15] last year." He
[25:16] said, "
[25:17] You're out of luck this year."
[25:18] So, we have a situation
[25:19] where the condenser
[25:21] up there has failed,
[25:22] or rather the compressor,
[25:23] sorry. We don't know
[25:25] the condition of the coil
[25:25] inside the building
[25:27] because it needs to be
[25:28] pressure tested
[25:29] to see if
[25:30] it's working. So we
[25:32] have to replace the
[25:33] current air conditioner
[25:34] . If you look at
[25:37] the estimate, there is 3950 for
[25:39] installing a new
[25:40] air conditioner on the roof.
[25:44] But related to this is the
[25:46] type B ventilation pipe. The
[25:47] type B ventilation system, it's a
[25:48] pipe within a pipe, it's
[25:49] quite expensive. This is not
[25:51] included in 3950 because we
[25:52] don't know what we will have to
[25:55] deal with. I don't know if we'll just
[25:56] stick with the
[25:57] back
[25:58] room where the stove is, or if we'll
[26:00] have to replace
[26:01] everything from top to bottom, because it's
[26:02] so rusty
[26:03] I can't even take it
[26:04] apart.
[26:05] So, type
[26:07] B ventilation is now available. It's just that
[26:08] part of it
[26:08] has rusted.
[26:10] Yes, part of it
[26:11] rusted through
[26:12] and fell into a bucket
[26:13] standing on the sink.
[26:14] I did something.
[26:16] Yes, she's down there.
[26:17] This is just the bottom. Everything is
[26:18] fine.
[26:19] Yes, yes. Okay, so
[26:24] I need, I
[26:25] need...
[26:26] What rooms does
[26:27] this
[26:28] HVAC system serve? Just
[26:29] the office?
[26:31] Well, that whole area upstairs
[26:33] . Yes. But mostly
[26:34] it's an office.
[26:35] Only the office.
[26:36] And then, will
[26:37] we get price quotes
[26:38] for this?
[26:40] We have one
[26:41] suggestion.
[26:42] This is one offer from the
[26:43] warehouse. This is what you
[26:44] got from the guys
[26:46] who service our
[26:47] air conditioning and
[26:48] heating department.
[26:49] Does it make sense to look for a
[26:50] few more, or not?
[26:51] I don't think you...this one
[26:53] fits the
[26:54] mounting adapter.
[26:57] OK.
[26:57] It's the same size
[26:58] as the one we have now
[27:00] OK.
[27:01] I can ask him
[27:02] to look for it and he will
[27:03] probably
[27:03] come back with the same
[27:04] price.
[27:04] So, is this actually a
[27:05] new device?
[27:06] Yes.
[27:07] OK.
[27:07] You can't, you can't
[27:08] stay
[27:10] here.
[27:10] No, everything is fine. Did
[27:11] he inspect
[27:12] the furnace at all, or was he
[27:14] only concerned with the air?
[27:15] We are going to
[27:15] service the furnace
[27:16] after we
[27:17] are done with the
[27:18] air conditioner while
[27:19] it is still here. Are
[27:22] we expecting
[27:23] hot days this
[27:25] year when it will be
[27:25] needed? Or
[27:27] can we save a little
[27:28] and do
[27:29] it next year?
[27:32] I...I don't know if
[27:33] we should
[27:34] save anything.
[27:35] Okay, I think
[27:36] we're done with the air conditioner
[27:37] . No, I...
[27:38] need
[27:39] air conditioning for this
[27:40] year.
[27:40] I mean, it's not
[27:41] necessarily about
[27:42] saving anything. That is, so that
[27:43] we don't...
[27:44] Put this against the
[27:45] wall.
[27:46] wasting extra
[27:46] money when it would
[27:47] just stand
[27:48] idle.
[27:49] Well, it's still
[27:50] pretty stuffy there.
[27:51] If the temperature
[27:52] reaches the mid-
[27:53] 20s, it's quite
[27:54] stuffy there. Air is not
[27:55] circulating. Without it, we do
[27:57] n't have...we
[27:57] open the windows and
[27:58] turn on the fan.
[27:59] Uh, that's really what
[28:01] we do. Is
[28:01] that enough
[28:02] for...I don't work there,
[28:03] so I have to ask
[28:04] if that's enough
[28:05] for air. You
[28:06] should feel
[28:07] comfortable throughout the
[28:08] day.
[28:08] When I came in this morning,
[28:10] I saw
[28:10] the thermostat shining
[28:12] in my face, and I
[28:13] looked at it and
[28:14] said, "Oh, how did someone
[28:15] get in here?" She
[28:17] said, “I don’t know. "I
[28:18] turned on the air." And
[28:19] I asked: "Who is
[28:20] blowing it?" But that's all
[28:22] he did.
[28:23] It doesn't cool. He's
[28:24] just chasing air.
[28:25] That's all he does.
[28:27] OK.
[28:27] Although I feel like
[28:28] just because of the way
[28:30] everything is written, we
[28:31] really should
[28:32] consider this under
[28:33] our rules.
[28:35] First, find three
[28:36] options, and this is expensive.
[28:38] So, that means
[28:39] we don't...
[28:39] I wouldn't know where
[28:40] to look for three options.
[28:41] I would have to
[28:42] ask my friends and
[28:43] figure this out.
[28:44] Find someone. If, you want me to do it
[28:47] , I won't
[28:48] mind.
[28:49] I would just, just
[28:50] follow the rules,
[28:51] because we really
[28:52] shouldn't do this
[28:53] unless we can
[28:54] get another price
[28:55] quote. We shouldn't just
[28:57] submit one
[28:57] proposal.
[28:58] Well, that's good. Do
[28:59] you agree with this?
[29:00] I agree with that. Well,
[29:01] I'll have to, I'll
[29:02] just have to
[29:03] call someone, and I'm
[29:04] spending
[29:04] extra time on it.
[29:05] Click on this.
[29:06] If anyone has any
[29:07] questions about the bolts
[29:08] for the frame
[29:08] posts, because we won't
[29:09] be
[29:10] using them.
[29:11] Another thing: whoever
[29:12] submits the bid
[29:14] for the HVAC system, I want
[29:15] them to be
[29:16] the general contractor for the
[29:17] frame. I don't care
[29:20] if it's more expensive, but
[29:22] if there
[29:23] 's a delay on their part, I don't
[29:24] want to pay for the extra
[29:25] hours the crane is running
[29:27] because they charge
[29:27] by the hour. I, I
[29:30] apologize.
[29:32] But we have three
[29:33] suggestions for
[29:34] cranes.
[29:34] This should be done by the
[29:35] two of them.
[29:36] charge
[29:37] hourly rates,
[29:38] one for every 15
[29:39] minutes.
[29:42] But I hope
[29:43] my point is clear:
[29:44] if there is
[29:45] a delay on the part of the
[29:46] HVAC contractor, it is
[29:48] their problem, not
[29:49] ours.
[29:50] But they have to be the
[29:52] ones they come into
[29:52] contact with.
[29:53] You should agree on
[29:54] this schedule.
[29:55] Yes, I agree.
[29:56] Well, the smallest minimum
[29:58] we have is 3
[29:59] hours. It's good that the
[30:01] crane is here.
[30:03] But with the guys from the DEC,
[30:04] sometimes someone
[30:06] says, "I'll be there at 2:00."
[30:08] And the previous work
[30:09] got a little complicated,
[30:10] a little crazy, and
[30:11] we didn't have all the
[30:12] details, so now
[30:13] we're here at 4:00. So, we
[30:14] lost 2 hours that
[30:15] we would have paid for.
[30:17] So he simply says:
[30:18] bring the crane operator and the
[30:19] HVAC installer together so
[30:20] they can
[30:21] agree and
[30:21] set their time.
[30:22] I don't care what time
[30:23] you get there
[30:24] . You will
[30:25] figure it out yourself.
[30:26] Do you understand what I mean?
[30:28] I, I don't know.
[30:29] not to be an intermediary
[30:30] contractor.
[30:31] Yes.
[30:31] Oh no.
[30:32] The general contractor
[30:32] should not be the "
[30:33] villain" on the site.
[30:34] And I still had to
[30:36] call the fire
[30:36] department again to borrow
[30:37] their ladder. And this
[30:38] time they stayed
[30:39] with us, so I was very
[30:41] grateful to the firefighters
[30:42] for that. So, it
[30:43] took us a little
[30:44] while to realize
[30:45] that the device wasn't working
[30:46] . So, is this something you
[30:48] want me to put off
[30:49] until
[30:49] next year? I
[30:50] just want to
[30:51] make sure.
[30:52] Well, we're getting
[30:53] to that time of year
[30:54] where they
[30:55] won't even be able to
[30:56] test their
[30:57] work because of the cold.
[30:57] Well, here's what happens if
[30:59] I don't close this by
[31:00] October 5th. We still
[31:01] need to work
[31:02] on Saturdays. We need to
[31:04] get carbon
[31:05] dioxide out of the system. Well,
[31:07] then can we
[31:08] invite specialists
[31:09] to inspect this stove so that
[31:10] we understand what actions are
[31:12] needed before the
[31:13] heating season begins
[31:16] I have a question for
[31:17] you, Mark.
[31:18] Good. OK.
[31:23] Technically, you
[31:23] need to get
[31:25] three
[31:25] bids.
[31:26] Yes, I know.
[31:27] Mark, write down who
[31:29] you asked for
[31:30] suggestions from. If you
[31:32] only get two, you
[31:34] can present
[31:35] one to the council to
[31:36] show that
[31:37] you tried to meet the
[31:38] tender requirements that
[31:39] Laurie is talking about. And then
[31:44] you can move on
[31:45] . Um, you
[31:49] can also, the board
[31:50] can also consider
[31:51] setting a
[31:52] spending limit. Um, maybe
[31:58] they don't have
[31:59] enough money or a
[32:00] certain amount right now that they
[32:02] can say, "Okay
[32:03] , up to $5,000 at the
[32:04] lowest price." But
[32:10] I'm not trying to
[32:11] interfere. I'm just
[32:12] trying to find a
[32:13] better way for this to
[32:16] work.
[32:18] I have a local
[32:19] contact if
[32:20] you need it.
[32:22] Good.
[32:22] How about a split system? Is it
[32:24] possible to install a
[32:25] split system and
[32:26] possibly do without a
[32:27] faucet?
[32:28] Uh, a split system?
[32:30] What are
[32:31] wall-mounted split
[32:32] systems called?
[32:32] Yes.
[32:33] And then a mini-split.
[32:34] Yes. This can be a
[32:35] huge savings
[32:36] . So, we can
[32:37] make a
[32:38] hole in the wall, but on the
[32:39] wall.
[32:39] I'm just working with
[32:40] Xander. I, I, I
[32:42] It's like a small
[32:42] hole going
[32:43] through the wall. It is
[32:44] small.
[32:44] Oh, it's not too
[32:45] big.
[32:46] You know, we can
[32:46] discuss this
[32:47] later. Do you have anything else
[32:48] to add?
[32:49] I'm
[32:50] happy to help in any case.
[32:51] Good. We will postpone
[32:53] this issue. And there's no
[32:54] point in collecting any more
[32:55] offers
[32:56] today. Apparently. And uh-
[33:08] So, we had, let's
[33:09] move on to point
[33:11] one. The transfer of funds
[33:16] for the
[33:17] liquidity investment pool
[33:18] is complete with
[33:19] gallery
[33:20] four open. We are investing about
[33:25] half of the trust
[33:26] fund
[33:28] this year. This is
[33:32] for information only. Um
[33:36] Department of
[33:36] Public Works, I
[33:38] ordered this and
[33:39] scattered it at first. They haven't
[33:40] arrived yet. I just
[33:41] need to find someone to
[33:42] help. Yes, it is
[33:45] possible. That guy
[33:46] who came was 75
[33:48] pounds, 137. It was in
[33:50] the back of his pickup truck.
[33:51] God, I tried to
[33:52] pick him up and said,
[33:53] "Wow, how are we
[33:54] going to get him out of here?" He
[33:55] replied, "I don't know."
[33:57] Well, we managed to
[33:58] force
[33:59] him out of there. We'll
[34:01] have to
[34:01] use a tractor
[34:02] to move it
[34:04] off the lawn. So, they're
[34:06] just waiting for me to
[34:07] find the time to
[34:08] hire someone to
[34:09] start working. This...
[34:10] is a pretty simple
[34:11] assembly process.
[34:12] There are no
[34:13] complicated details or
[34:14] anything to
[34:15] worry about. Uh, these are
[34:16] hydraulic
[34:17] connections. These are
[34:18] standard mounts
[34:19] . This shouldn't be a
[34:20] problem.
[34:21] I might have to
[34:22] order something,
[34:23] like marine
[34:24] lubricant. I have no idea
[34:25] how much it
[34:26] costs. But that's exactly what's
[34:28] used there. You
[34:29] can't
[34:29] use
[34:30] regular grease there
[34:31] because of the weather conditions.
[34:32] Logically.
[34:35] So, they are already here.
[34:36] They are standing in
[34:37] the annex. And as soon as
[34:38] I find the time, I'll
[34:40] get to it right away
[34:41] . Oh, the search for the EPW leader
[34:47] . I mentioned that we
[34:48] now have three candidates
[34:49] for interview. I
[34:51] need your
[34:52] help with some
[34:53] DWBW stuff. This cannot
[34:55] continue. It's
[34:57] simple...and summer
[34:58] has taken up almost all of
[34:59] my time. So
[35:02] let's move on to the
[35:03] president's report, the
[35:05] news commission. In fact,
[35:08] there were
[35:09] six requests to them this month,
[35:11] almost all of them
[35:12] related to
[35:13] garbage collection, and
[35:14] 4,285 others. Enforcement of
[35:19] regulations comes second
[35:20] . When we
[35:24] got rid of the blue
[35:26] van that had been
[35:27] sitting on the side of the road for years, it
[35:28] opened up
[35:29] Sam's shop, and now everyone
[35:30] can see what's
[35:31] going on behind it.
[35:36] The store did
[35:37] n't look its best,
[35:38] so we started
[35:39] getting complaints about the
[35:40] back of it. We
[35:41] sent him a letter
[35:42] asking him to clean up
[35:43] there. I came and
[35:44] talked to him.
[35:45] I showed him what
[35:46] our resolution was. There's
[35:47] a lot of construction
[35:48] equipment there, and I said, "
[35:49] Bill, I had a
[35:50] contractor who could
[35:51] handle that." I
[35:52] said, "Quickly." "
[35:53] Quickly." Just
[35:54] deal with it so you don't have to
[35:56] worry later. Well, he didn't
[35:57] do anything. And it
[35:58] actually looks like
[36:00] someone
[36:01] threw a brick over it, so it's
[36:02] even worse now
[36:03] than it was. We
[36:07] sent him
[36:08] another letter and gave him
[36:09] until September 5th to
[36:10] clean up the
[36:12] area.
[36:16] So he probably already
[36:17] regrets not having that
[36:18] blue van.
[36:20] This eyesore
[36:21] prevented everyone from
[36:22] looking behind the building. That's where
[36:25] we
[36:26] stopped. So
[36:27] the fine is
[36:28] $75 per day, so
[36:29] we have to
[36:30] add it up. He still hasn't
[36:31] done it. Ahem.
[36:35] No, it's just
[36:36] I actually talked
[36:37] about it with John.
[36:38] Would you like to briefly talk about it
[36:39] , or would you
[36:40] prefer...
[36:41] Of course, yes. So, my
[36:42] recommendation is
[36:43] to move forward and
[36:44] file
[36:45] subpoenas. And I
[36:48] was just talking to Lauren a
[36:52] minute ago,
[36:53] before our
[36:54] meeting. So I can
[36:55] explain to you
[36:56] the procedure for
[36:57] issuing these
[36:58] summonses. Since
[37:01] the violation has been going on for a
[37:02] long time, I
[37:03] recommend daily
[37:04] fines. The ordinance
[37:06] provides that each
[37:07] day of continued
[37:08] violation constitutes a separate
[37:09] offense. And
[37:11] sometimes just getting
[37:12] these repeated
[37:13] summonses is the only thing
[37:14] that makes people
[37:15] react. So we
[37:17] can walk
[37:18] you through this process in a
[37:20] plan...
[37:20] We'll have to
[37:21] sign them day
[37:22] by day.
[37:23] And him, and...
[37:24] Can we
[37:25] go back to
[37:26] September 2018? Should
[37:28] we say
[37:29] that since we didn't
[37:30] do it by that
[37:31] deadline, we should
[37:31] start now?
[37:32] Yes. Regarding legal
[37:33] validity, we
[37:35] can discuss
[37:36] the details of the evidence.
[37:37] Of course, you want
[37:38] to be sure that you
[37:40] have recorded the fact of the
[37:41] violation on a specific
[37:42] day without any disputes. So the best
[37:44] practice is
[37:45] to record
[37:46] the violation and
[37:46] issue a fine. Although
[37:48] they don't have to
[37:49] be delivered on the same
[37:50] day, they don't
[37:50] have to be delivered
[37:52] at the same time. But the fact of
[37:53] the violation must be
[37:54] recorded at the very
[37:55] time when the
[37:55] fine is issued.
[37:57] So good.
[37:58] But if you see that the
[37:59] bricks are in exactly the
[38:00] same order and haven't
[38:02] changed from
[38:02] Monday to Wednesday,
[38:04] well, if you took
[38:05] pictures on both days and
[38:06] they haven't moved
[38:07] , it's fair
[38:08] to assume that the
[38:09] disturbance was there on
[38:10] Tuesday too, if that makes
[38:11] sense.
[38:12] So do you want me to
[38:13] take pictures every day
[38:14] or only when nothing is
[38:16] done?
[38:17] You don't have to.
[38:19] Understanding that this is a
[38:20] subpoena, it is
[38:21] helpful to have
[38:22] documentary evidence
[38:23] to present to
[38:24] the judge. But these are details
[38:27] we can
[38:28] discuss after
[38:29] the meeting regarding
[38:30] what may be needed
[38:31] for
[38:32] prosecution.
[38:34] OK. Thank you, John.
[38:36] Yes, of course.
[38:38] Okay, moving on to
[38:39] committee reports,
[38:40] cable commission.
[38:42] John?
[38:42] We didn't meet
[38:43] last month, so we
[38:44] should meet
[38:45] this month.
[38:46] OK.
[38:48] Decoration committee?
[38:50] Yes, I would like to
[38:51] request funds for
[38:52] fall and Christmas
[38:53] decorations, $350.
[38:58] Max?
[38:58] How many?
[38:59] 350.
[39:00] dollars?
[39:02] Ugh.
[39:02] I make a motion
[39:03] to approve up to
[39:04] $350 for the decorating committee for
[39:06] fall and Christmas
[39:08] decorations. I
[39:08] support.
[39:10] I ask that a roll call vote be held
[39:15] Hopkins?
[39:16] Yes.
[39:16] Thank you.
[39:17] Yes.
[39:17] Thank you.
[39:18] Yes.
[39:19] Thank you.
[39:22] The proposal is accepted.
[39:25] Okay, you want
[39:26] to open a transportation
[39:27] department, uh, the
[39:28] last meeting was
[39:29] short. Uh,
[39:31] construction is
[39:32] progressing very
[39:33] successfully. So, the new
[39:36] office complex should be
[39:38] operational, I think, in about
[39:39] 3 months or
[39:40] less. Somewhere within
[39:43] this timeframe.
[39:44] This is until,
[39:45] hopefully, the end of
[39:46] November. We will be
[39:48] there.
[39:51] This is, uh, pretty much what
[39:53] I was planning. Uh,
[39:55] planning commission master plans,
[39:57] site plans. Do you
[39:58] want to speak up?
[39:59] Actually, Jennifer is our
[40:00] coordinator.
[40:01] Do you want to say something about
[40:02] this?
[40:03] Uh, we haven't had a
[40:04] meeting about this yet
[40:05] , so...
[40:05] should we discuss
[40:06] it before we
[40:07] talk about it?
[40:08] Uh, I actually
[40:08] sent packages of
[40:09] documents to your
[40:10] email addresses.
[40:11] Yes.
[40:12] Uh, explaining that a little
[40:13] . Uh, we can
[40:15] walk around the facility
[40:16] if you want.
[40:17] Yes.
[40:18] We just need to be
[40:19] careful where we
[40:20] meet so we don't
[40:21] discuss anything
[40:22] other than that.
[40:23] Good. Can we
[40:24] set a date for
[40:25] this or
[40:27] OK? We are finished.
[40:30] It's pretty simple.
[40:31] I think it would be
[40:32] helpful to do that and
[40:33] we can keep
[40:34] all the comments to
[40:35] ourselves to
[40:35] make sure we
[40:36] literally don't
[40:37] talk while we're
[40:38] there but it would be
[40:39] helpful to see the
[40:40] same thing
[40:40] Yes, definitely. Uh, I'll be
[40:41] in touch within
[40:43] the week so we can pick a
[40:44] date. Good. So, uh,
[40:45] but regarding the
[40:46] email,
[40:47] if for some reason it didn't
[40:48] get through, I'll resend it.
[40:50] No. And we will have a
[40:52] planning commission meeting this
[40:53] month.
[40:54] We will have
[40:55] Faith. Good. So,
[40:56] October, I don't remember
[40:58] . I think it's Thursday. The
[41:01] 17th? Oh, yes, it's
[41:03] September 17th, right? At 7
[41:07] o'clock in this
[41:08] building.
[41:10] This month?
[41:11] 17th, 7:00 PM
[41:13] , roll call
[41:14] vote. Tomorrow? The
[41:19] 15th.
[41:23] Good.
[41:28] So, in terms of the
[41:30] Multifaceted
[41:31] Facilities Management Board, a couple of
[41:32] weeks ago, 4 weeks
[41:33] ago, we spent the
[41:34] weekend and worked
[41:35] on a trail near the
[41:36] parking lot. There is a new
[41:38] fence made of chopped
[41:39] rails. We put
[41:43] new curbs there,
[41:44] painted around the
[41:45] restroom and up to the bridge
[41:46] and uh it was, uh
[41:52] even the work we
[41:54] did was so crappy
[41:55] . She walked away,
[41:56] bandaged from head to
[41:57] toe. So she's very, grateful for the work
[42:01] we helped her
[42:03] do. Doug and Linda
[42:05] were there, clearing
[42:06] weeds and stuff, and
[42:07] they're
[42:08] going to
[42:09] paint the bridge soon. Don't
[42:12] forget
[42:13] to track your
[42:14] time, it's valuable to us
[42:15] and helps us
[42:16] keep up with our
[42:17] colleagues in everything that's
[42:19] happening. Plus
[42:21] , we have a
[42:22] free service
[42:23] that she agreed to
[42:24] provide, which we already
[42:25] talked about. So,
[42:27] Billy's park took a
[42:28] back seat as I
[42:30] started working on the air
[42:31] conditioning system to get
[42:33] it running.
[42:35] Spent the whole
[42:36] weekend getting
[42:37] all these bolts together. So I
[42:41] worked with the
[42:41] African
[42:42] Alliance, having
[42:44] qualified back in 2009
[42:45] . It's Sunday evening
[42:47] , so
[42:49] I had a good laugh on Sunday evening.
[42:50] It's not in vain, we
[42:51] will help you with this
[42:52] . Good luck to you.
[42:54] Yes, okay. That's where
[42:56] we stopped.
[43:01] That's all we have for
[43:03] today. I'm going to
[43:04] close this meeting, I have
[43:06] 7:43. Can I
[43:07] ask for a suggestion
[43:08] and support,
[43:09] please?
[43:10] I would like to
[43:10] propose that the
[43:11] meeting be closed at
[43:12] 7:40. I
[43:13] support.
[43:17] Oh, I'm sorry. Who is for
[43:20] By. By.
[43:21] The meeting is closed.
