[7:00] appearance at the Town Board meeting is to request public water supply from the

[7:05] Town of Lewiston. Tuscarora Nation is constructing a

[7:08] community water system on its territory to provide water to our residents.

[7:15] Tuscarora Nation shall own and operate its community water system.

[7:20] Tuscarora Nation requires a public water supply for its water system

[7:24] and requests the Town of Lewiston to provide the supply.

[7:29] Details of the proposed plan are stated in a memorandum of agreement prepared by

[7:34] the Tuscarora Nation and the Indian Health Service.

[7:38] Tuscarora Nation appreciates the opportunity to discuss its proposed MLA

[17:17] courts at the plateau. So, when we went to the Greenway Commission for approval,

[17:28] with the plateau at the west end. They didn't like the fact that they're

[17:32] going to be that close to the bird sanctuary, so they wanted us to move

[17:36] them east.

[17:38] The football players play up there. We've had two meetings with the football

[17:42] players' parents. And we had the definite uh voicing of

[17:46] concern about losing territory. We were going to clear some more area out on the

[17:52] north end of the plateau. This is a project with the

[17:55] village. And right now it just seems like with

[17:58] the new administration that we need to take a step back. Um

[18:03] and put it kind of on the back burner and

[18:07] maybe revisit the plateau at another time. However,

[18:11] we still want to move forward with pickleball. So, I'm going to make a

[18:14] motion that we change the location from the plateau to Fletcher Park with the

[18:19] pickleball courts. And where that's going to save us a little

[18:23] bit of money is there's a pavilion at Fletcher Park. It's already there, so

[18:27] this would not include a new pavilion. We would utilize the pavilion that's

[18:31] there. So, it would still be listening to Fire Hall, and then it would be

[18:36] Fletcher Park. So, I will make a motion to move the location of our proposed
