[47:57] And the reason with the lasers, the lasers were going to be about 8,500 this year, which is still a very affordable price.

[48:11] which is a very, very good pricing and made a lot of connections with different caterer

[48:17] vendors and other entertainment options, which was very productive conference in addition

[48:22] to some discussions about the amendment 3, which was interesting.

[48:27] and then going back to the staff report, member Nichols had introduced us to coach, is it coach Bert?

[49:30] So our city administration has come up with giving each of the commissioners a banner, so that would be five of the 16.

[49:40] One banner to be displayed at City Hall, one banner for a time capsule that the communications department is working on.

[49:49] One banner to the VF-1 would VF-W, and then the remaining 8, 250 banners would be a lottery system of giving out to people interested in receiving a 250 banner.

[50:06] So there's 16 total, five would each commissioner receive one banner, so that's total of five.
