[37:16] Martin University Properties

[37:17] Rock Impact. Llc wants to

[37:19] continue that rocket

[37:22] initiative. Jack objective,

[37:22] rather, too build affordable

[37:26] housing on these 2 parcels. We

[37:29] believe that the up to one

[37:30] zoning designation consistent

[37:33] in connection with Martin

[37:37] University and by rezoning the

[37:37] property for the 5. It would

[37:39] be consistent with the

[37:40] neighborhood with the

[37:42] residential parcels on the

[37:45] North side of 22nd Street and

[37:46] with the institutional use on

[37:48] the south side of that, the

[37:52] street kind of thank you for
