[27:56] just talking about the ownership of of the property that they were trying to take

[28:10] transparency, I'm going to ask that regarding dishonesty,

[32:43] and give commissioners and citizens a meaningful way to evaluate our progress.

[32:48] Second, you heard prioritize the comprehensive land use plan.

[32:53] It's important to know what the vision of our land looks like.

[32:57] That informs the rest of our strategy.

[33:00] And third, I would ask you to establish a North Star for farmland preservation.

[37:02] They left out about 3 o'clock Sunday morning to drive just west of Fort Worth.

[37:07] They're at the Ross Fire. It's a little over 90,000 acres right now.

[37:13] Last count was 157 structures that were damaged or destroyed by the fire,

[37:17] and our team is there supporting them.
