[0:05]
And then the stop recording, is that Karen?
[0:10]
This agenda that I had on here, we had changed a lot, so I'm just not going to need it. No, I don't know. Still, it's going on online.
[0:26]
What's it saying on the computer? It's going to turn it off. It's in the middle of updating Windows, so it will be a little quick. No, I don't think so. It's you could try to do a control all the week.
[0:42]
But you know, you should do the control all the week because I think it will just put it back to wear it once.
[0:55]
Everybody in all?
[0:57]
Yep.
[0:58]
All right, we'll call the meeting to order any conflicts of interest to the credit office.
[1:04]
Thank you, Michael.
[1:05]
Yes, so I want to talk to this one.
[1:09]
Okay.
[1:10]
Okay, that will be the, okay, the on the agenda payments.
[1:16]
There should have been an A in that the, that's what I forgot to let that there.
[1:20]
It's just, it's got the word at all.
[1:22]
It would be the oldest of this.
[1:24]
Okay, it's set up.
[1:25]
So on the all of this, the payments.
[1:28]
If he's got a conflict, I know it would be the room.
[1:30]
Yeah.
[1:33]
Anybody else?
[1:36]
So Mark here on.
[1:37]
How about Bruce's, Bruce?
[1:38]
Yeah.
[1:40]
Yeah.
[1:41]
What did you say?
[1:42]
Got.
[1:43]
I just wanted to make sure that our all our counselors on just want to talk to you have any
[1:48]
conflict or ventures?
[1:52]
Not that I noticed.
[1:56]
Yeah.
[1:57]
Yeah.
[1:58]
Neil, he would be that's from a little bit.
[2:01]
He's just in for meeting.
[2:04]
Yeah.
[2:06]
Anybody else in the lady from the Rondo?
[2:10]
That's strange.
[2:11]
to see somebody got to, I'm just gonna do this maybe call Bruce and ask if he
[2:17]
doesn't have the.
[2:19]
The.
[2:23]
The.
[2:24]
The.
[2:24]
The.
[2:25]
The.
[2:27]
The.
[2:28]
The.
[2:29]
The.
[2:31]
The.
[2:45]
Any of you have the information to get on the meeting?
[2:50]
Where's the information?
[2:55]
It's on the website.
[2:58]
It's on the website.
[2:59]
It's not on the website, you said.
[3:00]
Wonder how anybody else got in?
[3:03]
It's on there.
[3:05]
It's getting pretty fresh.
[3:07]
Yeah, so refresh.
[3:08]
So when you go on, it's just the main page of the website.
[3:12]
And then let's go that there's a meeting today.
[3:14]
If you click it, it should say this is Zoom invitation.
[3:20]
I
[3:26]
don't have it in front of me.
[3:28]
I've got the agenda.
[3:29]
Somebody got the main page of the website on.
[3:33]
I'm just gonna get the 10th, 10th, 10th, 10th, 10th.
[3:35]
Okay, we're in the at that, the 10th, 10th,
[3:39]
anybody now?
[3:41]
All right, thanks, right.
[3:46]
So that's not there.
[3:49]
Please just go down there.
[3:50]
Check.
[3:52]
One of them says,
[3:53]
All
[3:56]
right, let's move on to the agenda.
[3:59]
I've got some items that we may have to,
[4:02]
so did we add on to the,
[4:05]
we have to appoint you acting
[4:08]
and you're setting up sign inventory,
[4:10]
did we do that?
[4:11]
It was on the list here.
[4:16]
So we'll add that one.
[4:24]
And then we added the test control.
[4:28]
So we have to, there is, for pest control, we have to do a resolution to find the pest control officer. I know it is resume is on there, and then we have to do resolution to purchase the gold control products.
[4:45]
You're going to have to go
[4:54]
on there on your own.
[4:56]
Yeah.
[4:57]
You know, I think from hungry.
[4:59]
Yeah.
[5:00]
And you're going to have to.
[5:02]
Okay.
[5:02]
And then for some of the items,
[5:06]
we'll get to it.
[5:07]
Like I think there's two items to go in camera auditor information that we have to do.
[5:14]
There's a new document that came from the auditor that you guys probably didn't see because.
[5:20]
It was a lot, all the items were a lot.
[5:23]
We didn't want to focus on that.
[5:25]
I opened it before.
[5:26]
We didn't want the idea.
[5:27]
We didn't want to start a lot.
[5:28]
Okay.
[5:29]
All right.
[5:29]
Then it was there.
[5:32]
Do we need to do a motion to retender the more is each?
[5:37]
To remember that they didn't get through.
[5:39]
Yeah.
[5:41]
So that'll be, so this is.
[5:44]
You
[5:47]
want a resolution about the discretionary development.
[5:51]
that's Sunday off. This is my email. Right. That last week. So are we adding? Okay, we're
[5:58]
going to be adding via this thing. Yep. And this thing. Yeah. I think it is. I like it.
[6:06]
I know it's looking at the meeting last thing. And we need to add in a discussion with
[6:13]
I love you. Yeah. There's a lot of things. There's a lot of new business here. The very last item. Yeah.
[6:21]
then we have to explain to three of the organized helmets that it's getting
[6:31]
laid about having the meeting to go through their policies. I don't I think we
[6:37]
can just make that as a directive and we feel just have to get in touch with them.
[6:41]
I don't think we can leave the only first for when the administrator comes in
[6:47]
because they should get prepared for that.
[6:49]
I thought they just have to have their policies in before their first meeting.
[6:52]
No, there's way we're supposed to have our first meetings with all of them.
[6:57]
Every... Yeah, I don't know, but they don't have to have policies in until we have the first
[7:00]
AGM meeting. That's right, that's right.
[7:02]
The government regulations.
[7:04]
With everyone that we have the meetings that came with their policies.
[7:08]
But anyway, the policies can be very similar. They don't have nothing special to do.
[7:15]
But, okay,
[7:18]
the directive can be just a post made.
[7:21]
People don't know about the public members for committee meetings, and we haven't posted
[7:27]
online, including, and that includes Fox Point Committee, but that will be a directive.
[7:36]
Do we have anything to do yet on hiring the surveyor for that Lakeshore land?
[7:41]
I don't know, I've been done that yet, that's you don't?
[7:44]
Okay, so do you want to put it on today's meeting?
[7:46]
Well, I mean, it was already on the resolution,
[7:49]
we'll go on, so I should have been on Christmas,
[7:52]
it's calling in.
[7:55]
Hello,
[7:58]
okay, he's in there, thanks.
[8:00]
He's showing up this critical meeting.
[8:02]
Yes, no.
[8:02]
Yeah, thanks.
[8:06]
Um, yeah, everyone's excited, I'm just happy.
[8:10]
Oh, we can, yes, we should do resolution, well,
[8:13]
a meeting, a closed session on employees, everybody in my email? Anybody
[8:25]
else have any other items
[8:27]
that?
[8:30]
What they would fit into on Travis's report? Okay, let me bring it up. Now there is, we
[8:42]
have about
[8:42]
the request from Ray Harris. That's on the list right now. We'll have to probably go on camera on that
[8:47]
to get us a lot of information.
[8:52]
I think that we're good.
[8:56]
Everything else, when we
[8:57]
died, came in, we fixed up. I think there's all the rest of this, nothing else.
[9:01]
Okay. All right. So we need a motion now to approve all the amendments and to approve
[9:09]
the agenda. All right. Thanks. I worked all in favor. Yes. Very. Let's start it off and
[9:15]
last.
[9:15]
No, Bruce.
[9:17]
On his, you know, still.
[9:20]
He's been used to it.
[9:24]
He's been used to it.
[9:25]
You know, so.
[9:26]
Good.
[9:26]
Yeah, that's.
[9:27]
Can you hear us, Bruce?
[9:28]
Yes.
[9:29]
I can.
[9:29]
Can you hear me?
[9:30]
Yes.
[9:32]
Okay.
[9:33]
First item is reports of the administration staff.
[9:35]
Minis.
[9:35]
First one is public works report.
[9:39]
Going ahead.
[9:39]
That's me.
[9:40]
We're here.
[9:42]
Okay.
[9:42]
Okay, last three weeks, we need on gravel,
[9:46]
but anyway, some roads were required last night,
[9:50]
which is Friday, March 29th, and then 90% perhaps less than 80%.
[9:55]
There's no coming up by Sunday evening,
[9:58]
we may finish out first and evening morning.
[10:00]
We don't have a gravel haul.
[10:02]
No, it's not by one of us that I wanted to get home.
[10:06]
So that's good.
[10:07]
There's still a couple of hundred there,
[10:08]
but we haven't really had that.
[10:11]
that's really how fair the work and apply it, right?
[10:14]
Yes, the plan, right away.
[10:24]
Now I started back to the original skill
[10:26]
of creating a very good room in the work,
[10:28]
keeping concentrating on the individual
[10:30]
and switched to the access room.
[10:31]
And as the means are complete,
[10:33]
and then turn attention to its low-boiled modes,
[10:36]
and then I started back to work,
[10:38]
I put that on as I was doing here
[10:39]
so the work was, once there's a, must eat,
[10:43]
I'm going to go over to hiring two seasonal operators in the boat.
[10:48]
Placing the highway tractor.
[10:50]
Then we're going to trucks to place the probe star in currently using.
[10:54]
I think I got two that are picked up.
[10:56]
You can use pretty good.
[10:58]
What trucks of pre-mission units with fresh seat needs.
[11:01]
One carries a one month power train warranty.
[11:07]
What the one outside of bell carries looks really good.
[11:09]
and you have problems with the dread of the truck,
[11:11]
so you're too many.
[11:14]
And I got stuck in the middle of the air on.
[11:21]
We mentioned where the recent in-frame engine turbo
[11:25]
all sorts of systems in the truck
[11:27]
is going to take over the tubes.
[11:32]
And that price range?
[11:33]
Spot on?
[11:34]
Good.
[11:35]
And the other one is still going to look at it.
[11:39]
Supposedly to be coming out.
[11:41]
I have a look at it yet.
[11:42]
It's a date that it's actually of a truck
[11:44]
and all that's is running in.
[11:46]
Supposed to be here.
[11:47]
to speak to him, try to call him this morning. He hasn't got back to me then, but it looks
[11:52]
really good.
[11:57]
It didn't come from Rust Valley, didn't it? One hope not.
[12:01]
No, it looks good. They said it was one of our train lines on the trip and our safety
[12:07]
praise point is really good on it. But when I say one of the poetry that's happened to be electronics,
[12:13]
no, no, no, no. There's not luck, there's not luck, there's not luck, but you know,
[12:20]
Okay, yeah, there's a lot more chalk.
[12:22]
Okay, wait, hop on the button.
[12:24]
I just don't know.
[12:25]
The newest semi-trailer tracks that they're in.
[12:28]
Oh, okay, there were a lot of amount of transmissions
[12:30]
and stuff like that.
[12:31]
Not as the last track or not.
[12:33]
I don't know.
[12:34]
Check the track.
[12:34]
Check the track.
[12:38]
On Sunday, I'll fill the water.
[12:40]
Like, on Sunday, I'll want to give a first and second.
[12:43]
So, over the membranes.
[12:45]
That's a very great plan.
[12:47]
While this was taking place in it,
[12:49]
until we receive notifications
[12:50]
from the provincial laboratory.
[12:53]
So we have asked the veterinary tests
[12:55]
which have done quite a small amount of our plant.
[12:58]
This is done in,
[12:58]
that's a precautionary statement
[13:00]
in what this was project.
[13:02]
The project went well.
[13:03]
The plant is now producing more water
[13:05]
than it has in a long time.
[13:07]
With her recovery rate,
[13:08]
we're approximately 68%
[13:10]
this is giving us a new efficiency reduction
[13:11]
and amount of ethanol from Sunday else
[13:14]
in the municipality of Duluth.
[13:15]
That's great.
[13:16]
it's not how that comes. One really good one. Yeah. Worked over a lot. So I've caught some
[13:26]
recent rules. Did you get that issue resolved about the volume of water? No.
[13:36]
You have to break up some of that. Okay. All right. Yeah. Well, he has to go back to me.
[13:40]
Yeah. So yeah, I guess that's the thing. Right now, um, it seems that
[13:48]
that the aerosystem is going to be so good that we can feed it enough water and supply
[13:55]
it enough. Yeah, which is a split that it must look for, but whatever kind of feed it
[14:01]
is there, hopefully, the code or something. Is it smart enough to know? Yeah, that's the problem.
[14:09]
And is it shutting down? Yeah, that's what I'm thinking for me. Yeah, that's amazing. Yeah.
[14:18]
equipment. There's some prayers to keep in public, including an alternator for
[14:22]
creators, started on a truck, compressor, and my home froze there are three
[14:26]
balance, king panels on the tractor, and it's been brought to my attention that
[14:32]
we had so we created a first in 2020, one on the included the three years
[14:37]
$3,000 warranty, that warranty is currently expired, and we want to keep our
[14:41]
warranty who can send it for your $4,000 warranty for $189,000 or $5,000 warranty for $34,000, $34,000, $34,000, $199,000.
[14:53]
This seems like expensive warranty. However, this cover, everything on the machine, including
[14:59]
research.
[15:07]
We should go back to the document, because I remember that we were getting a longer warranty than three years from that one.
[15:13]
Well, that's true, I don't know.
[15:15]
I forgot all the low returns.
[15:19]
Yeah, I'm tempted.
[15:21]
So what do we want to do with that?
[15:23]
Oh, I had to say we buy warranty because we get some.
[15:27]
Before the five years of.
[15:29]
We're not trading data up.
[15:31]
What's the total 30.
[15:32]
34 or 30,000, but yeah, 30,500 plus tax.
[15:40]
Well, I don't see.
[15:41]
And that includes all electronic.
[15:43]
Yeah, that's the only thing because you heard those repurgeists, the percent of their work is like not
[15:50]
they're fighting around, so it's about 50 500 for you.
[15:59]
No, no, this is 2.5, 50 500, no, no, no, they're here.
[16:08]
in the morning.
[16:09]
You can already answer here.
[16:12]
Yeah.
[16:13]
15 round year.
[16:14]
But we have to do a more in our own transmission.
[16:16]
Oh yeah.
[16:17]
Or even for the product.
[16:18]
Sure.
[16:19]
Anything just to diagnose it.
[16:21]
You can be that much money.
[16:23]
So.
[16:24]
So we need a multi key.
[16:27]
Well, we'll just finish the report.
[16:29]
And then we'll do a business arising.
[16:31]
I got one day I'll ask you.
[16:33]
Is the gate of a new system working?
[16:36]
You know, what's the issue?
[16:38]
Like, the electrician just told me last week,
[16:43]
no two, so I was given that last week, but word,
[16:47]
it's, like, it's the access to thousands of problems.
[16:52]
And so on the, on the inside, do they actually get a keypad
[16:55]
to go out and it just had an E and a key to it?
[16:59]
Yeah.
[17:00]
So it was, it's lying your access keycats.
[17:04]
it is the key cuts. So, you know, that's where I was in the past, the bottom, I found a lot of all the places.
[17:13]
I found a lot of them there, and I think I grew up very early. There's been one of these 300-dollar donations
[17:20]
trying to get to group, trying to get the changes they may not share.
[17:24]
Which, whenever I called, I looked at her and said, I don't know what's going on.
[17:28]
He says, I don't know what to buy on Amazon map, but that's not very good.
[17:35]
Fix the sorts of stuff.
[17:37]
It's like he might be this electrical supplier.
[17:40]
Turns out those line grasses pass.
[17:43]
The ones that we have.
[17:45]
But then just continue to put some fun.
[17:48]
You can't get it anymore.
[17:49]
So it's a little light and I buy them on Amazon.
[17:52]
It's because that pretend you're a furnished model thing.
[17:55]
and that's why they do failing them.
[17:58]
Okay, I said, what do we do here?
[18:02]
Do parents set up a date in one or something
[18:05]
but are you
[18:10]
going to run well or send that down?
[18:11]
It's like they're going down,
[18:14]
but he says he has a solution now.
[18:16]
Okay, so he's working with it a little bit quick.
[18:18]
Is there a better solution
[18:20]
to just change the whole entire thing?
[18:24]
There it is, not to end, that's it.
[18:25]
Because I've had the main haulers and so they're asking that we ever going to give them keep keep off access.
[18:34]
The everything that is out these days can it can be either with a sticker that goes on the windshield.
[18:40]
There's all kinds of fancy things that you don't have to go up and keep at.
[18:45]
And I asked them and I said,
[18:46]
And with you, rather just have on the way out, just a button.
[18:51]
So what is the reason to key on the way out?
[18:53]
Is it so that if there's three guys in,
[18:56]
they know who's actually going out?
[19:00]
Well, yeah.
[19:01]
That's right.
[19:02]
It's an in and in no time.
[19:04]
And then tracks it and things.
[19:08]
Oh, come on, really sure with the status of that.
[19:10]
So the guy that you have working on,
[19:11]
is he doing the work here, do a repair on our existing thing
[19:15]
or a complete replacement of the actuator is being able to meet up with this work.
[19:20]
What do you guys think? I think that that that whole unit over the years has been the constant
[19:27]
fixer repair weekly. Yeah, it's been like that from day one. I remember when I got in,
[19:33]
it was like one month into, we didn't work. The most places are kept out in, go in, and then just
[19:42]
I asked around and that's the most, the most, the most, we're just going to have it here in the
[19:48]
space.
[19:50]
What was that, Bruce?
[19:52]
Nothing, it's just my wife.
[19:55]
Yeah, like it's, we're just not, we're coming back home on that, and we're just going home.
[19:59]
Yeah.
[20:00]
Which I'm in with.
[20:01]
Yeah.
[20:01]
But that's what I'm just wondering.
[20:03]
So this has done a lot of work trying to repair what we have, or is it better for us?
[20:10]
So because we have the understand what we've been collecting all our gate fees the only thing we can spend our gate fees is on maintenance and repair
[20:19]
this is
[20:21]
Like we're not changing the gate or we're changing it smart of the opener. There's money. Yes
[20:26]
And that's what I'm saying. Yeah, but we have to reinforce. I would do that because yeah when I get a whole system
[20:32]
We never like never didn't suggest that that and that might be the way to go
[20:36]
because we best money we have can only be so we do in a repair like do we have to change the
[20:44]
activator the whole everything involved or is it just no which should be neutral exactly and
[20:50]
that's what I'm saying that's so repair instead of a replacement so I think it would be in our best
[20:56]
interest because we did. I would like to see it working properly so it's replacing that that's what we
[21:04]
want to maybe tell them to provide options and
[21:08]
we'll need a price on it.
[21:09]
Yeah, I just want this thing operated.
[21:11]
Like you want a stator that goes in the windshield.
[21:14]
Well, I'm not sure.
[21:15]
Can they keep that going in?
[21:16]
And it could be an automatic access going on.
[21:18]
You don't need a monitor on coming back up.
[21:22]
Just about that there's just about an old electrify or
[21:25]
could be a revision going on.
[21:27]
But let's do an option with some else
[21:29]
because it's just about every gate access.
[21:32]
Now they don't use keep housing more than that.
[21:33]
Yeah, well, that is a little bit in price on it, before we do that, so we can make a motion on it, or that way.
[21:41]
Yeah, if it's sticker, you know, promise to the stickers of the two.
[21:45]
Clicker rocks, promise, clicker rocks.
[21:48]
Yeah, that kind of stuff.
[21:50]
Because that way we can make a decision.
[21:52]
When we started the deal.
[21:54]
Yeah, so I started saying.
[21:56]
We just need a data for a login for going in.
[21:58]
Right.
[21:59]
We're really careful to get access for coming back.
[22:01]
No.
[22:01]
Yeah, that's why I agree, not that, because it's easy,
[22:06]
I can give you a brief reason.
[22:07]
And we have to, so the logs that are submitted by the haulers,
[22:11]
they put the location, the date and time
[22:15]
that they do the pickup.
[22:16]
You can correlate that to them coming in,
[22:18]
because I believe that a lot of haulers,
[22:23]
and I can't name them yet, have not been,
[22:26]
so let me see that gate, they're in and out,
[22:29]
and we're not getting our revenue.
[22:30]
I check it over the camera. And that's what we have to check that camera and confirm because our revenue is over 50% down year to year.
[22:39]
Just over this with the gate thing open.
[22:43]
And we will probably have to have somebody in the office here going through those logs that are submitted about that and confirm because it could just go last years logs find all the locations and go home.
[22:53]
There's all these people are not being picked up anymore, you know, and that's how we we catch this because there should be no reason that we had such a drop in revenue.
[23:04]
Now, anyway, you do the camera.
[23:07]
Yeah.
[23:08]
Oh, it was so that's the game camera. Where are the pictures game stored?
[23:15]
Nobody's on to my phone.
[23:16]
It's all right.
[23:17]
I'm just going right now.
[23:18]
Is there like a log to home from the layout here yesterday?
[23:22]
Oh, they did.
[23:23]
That worked well.
[23:24]
It worked well.
[23:24]
When you go to the camera up till today.
[23:26]
Yeah.
[23:27]
There's a couple of whips in there.
[23:29]
I've asked you to code the system.
[23:32]
Okay.
[23:33]
And then the other system that we have sitting out there.
[23:38]
When Camilla was still here, she asked the company to disconnect them, so we're gonna have to
[23:47]
make some reuse of those cameras. Like they came in and actually took all the stuff out of
[23:53]
the basement here and we're out, so we don't have the connection for those other cameras. They actually
[23:58]
got back work and they were working for six months. Problem is nobody was looking at any of that data.
[24:05]
It's all turned off inside here, but it's stored on a hard disk.
[24:10]
Yeah.
[24:10]
So those other cameras right by the path and that we're all working.
[24:13]
But I did, I talked to the owner of the company and I said,
[24:17]
who told you to take it all out?
[24:20]
And while there's an administrator, Camille,
[24:24]
Oldman said, take it out.
[24:27]
Just connect it so we don't have it.
[24:30]
Anyway, that camera we have is just by the gate, right?
[24:32]
the real camera? Yeah. Oh, it's just at the pad. Yeah. Okay, well, and do they all use the same pad?
[24:44]
You know, there's deep pads. Yeah, that's why I thought that so. Oh, okay, if you can see both,
[24:56]
it's just as long as we're going to have one of our employees, and I don't think that the
[25:01]
the mulch and obviously detect some of them.
[25:04]
Yeah, that's good for day time to try to get it.
[25:09]
So you can see there.
[25:11]
Oh, yeah, okay, you can think of who they are, yeah.
[25:14]
That's perfect.
[25:15]
Very easily.
[25:16]
Usually you get two versions of every kind of construction.
[25:18]
So it's perfect.
[25:19]
And that's been running at least for since we delivered,
[25:24]
I think, for years to year.
[25:25]
Yeah, so we got, I'll go out this window.
[25:28]
All right. Okay. But anyway, we will do that. So did you have set an else before we start doing some of the motions here?
[25:38]
No, I'm not sure. We've set those reports. Okay.
[25:41]
We've heard a line that's written, but we put it in with reports and we have to we'll do now all the extras.
[25:48]
So let's vote on accepting the report. All the favor?
[25:56]
Mark, you guys will just have to say yes, okay, good thanks. Mark, do you say some business
[26:12]
arising out of this? We have the warranty, we have the gate, repairs and repairs.
[26:24]
We might
[26:25]
I spent a bit of time there, spending few days.
[26:29]
Yeah.
[26:29]
The first day went very well.
[26:32]
Everything came apart.
[26:34]
Came out and.
[26:36]
Looking to it.
[26:37]
There was some comments about aging of the equipment.
[26:42]
So the.
[26:46]
What the company.
[26:47]
You want to get us some prices on some.
[26:50]
We'll get out of the placement parts.
[26:51]
Okay.
[26:52]
Just a case.
[26:54]
That they become obsolete.
[26:57]
the gas and then it was filled up with plenty of water and that's the way.
[27:04]
The next day, that's worked out okay, it was trained, lushed, the new membrane could put in.
[27:13]
And that's when we started seeing some of our own ways.
[27:21]
We've got a smash and we're getting sick, we've got a man, so water coming out, but
[27:28]
weren't making the pressures want to work, and just like it was going to, whatever
[27:34]
pressure it was, not to provide that.
[27:36]
You're supposed to push him down when you're being on the results.
[27:40]
You know, and one of the problems is that there's a whole bunch of gauges there that are not accurate, they're not reading properly, maybe to be replaced.
[27:51]
It's pretty neat, but it needs to be changed, but that wasn't the problem.
[27:55]
Well, you know what it leads to, what my comments were to be, I went and pulled to the
[28:03]
beginning of the file, the files that were in, and started looking at the cut shoots.
[28:09]
And one of the problems, I know this is the cut shoots for the big pump, for the pressure
[28:14]
pump, is you can see the pump that's in there.
[28:17]
So, you look at pump curve and you see a certain thing, and you look at the pump that feeds
[28:23]
from the retreated water through the sand filter, through the carton filter, through
[28:28]
the, whatever, and it's sized appropriately to feed the pump, to overcome all those drops
[28:38]
to feed the pump.
[28:39]
It's un-catchy, not a pump that is, yeah, okay, okay.
[28:45]
But there is no, there is no suction pressure gauge that actually reads less than zero.
[28:57]
So I can't tell what the suction pressure is.
[29:03]
The pump is designed according to the cup sheet for the pump.
[29:07]
It's supposed to be there and I probably assume that the pump can manage no matter where it
[29:13]
is.
[29:13]
But you can't tell what it is when it travels pressure out, which is really low.
[29:18]
But then that's because you're getting a lot of flow through the demand.
[29:23]
That's right.
[29:23]
Okay.
[29:25]
But it's not right in accordance to the narrative for that system.
[29:30]
Yeah.
[29:30]
And that line from the raw water tank is still just a fixed orange pipe, right?
[29:36]
Well, it's fixed, but it doesn't matter.
[29:39]
Yeah, because that pump isn't big enough to overcome all of the pressure draws through the system to feed what that pressure pump that the pressure pump needs, you know, according to the narrative.
[29:57]
So, not, but there's no cut sheep, so I have to hand it out.
[30:00]
I can't wait. Walk and see where it's sitting on the spur when stuff like that. So, they're, they, it's working. Like it's making water. Never really well. But it probably could do it a lot better. The right. Also. The, you know, if you want to see what the pressure drop is, because the, the, the, the, um, don't remember this thing. Said, you know, we might have been having some problems with sand filter being clogged and stuff like that.
[30:28]
But you can't trust the gauges because you should be able to look at it, look at the equipment and see what the pressure drop is after each.
[30:40]
Yeah, the sand filters, the carbon filters you get, but there's nothing going on either side of the EV.
[30:48]
be, we can use the ones coming up with the card number and that's the thing is that if you're
[30:56]
going to do tests in like that, you need to know. You've got test points in there and you use
[31:03]
a common gauge with that so you look at one side and it gives you a number and you turn it off,
[31:10]
look at the other side and it gives you a number. You're getting the same number. It doesn't matter.
[31:13]
or you can have two gauges that will be different.
[31:18]
Okay.
[31:18]
Okay.
[31:19]
This is the whole quote to get.
[31:21]
Slava solution for that.
[31:22]
We were going to bring in vital utilities
[31:24]
to see what they can offer us, what they need.
[31:28]
Let's bring them in, show them this,
[31:29]
and tell them how.
[31:30]
Well, this is a better solution,
[31:31]
but that's a different issue.
[31:32]
Yeah.
[31:33]
That I can't talk about.
[31:34]
Okay.
[31:35]
Anyway,
[31:38]
the,
[31:42]
so there's a real need throughout that whole system
[31:45]
to have the gauges and they're not expensive.
[31:48]
They're 15 years old.
[31:49]
We replace them.
[31:51]
One day.
[31:52]
Each one goes into a test at the same time
[31:54]
before you do it.
[31:56]
That's a given pressure to make sure
[31:57]
they're all reading the same, but I'm going to lay it.
[32:00]
The other one is that there are places
[32:01]
where we need to have different gauges.
[32:04]
When you start running the gauge and pinning that gauge,
[32:07]
it's hard on the bird object.
[32:08]
Not designed for that.
[32:09]
So it's really more than it's designed to read.
[32:13]
you got to get the age of roots higher, a lot of those ones that were reading well
[32:19]
beyond what the gauge says.
[32:26]
So yeah there's kind of a mismatch, but also not
[32:32]
convinced. There's so much difference in pressure draw across the new field, the
[32:40]
new membranes versus the old membranes are not convinced that they are at production identical
[32:48]
or very similar to identical members. I can't say that for sure. We need to get the information
[32:55]
from both filters and it'll identify what pressure drops, both across the filter out of certain
[33:01]
exactly. Pressure, new. And these were not. These are different membranes. They are different.
[33:07]
Yeah, we're in, when we have a meeting with Sundale, we have the original engineer.
[33:16]
He was trying to tell us, don't be calling that an RO system we ever, and that kind of thing.
[33:22]
So the membranes are different, and they are not as tight as the membranes for RO, right?
[33:28]
But yeah, that's correct. I mean, that's the only difference or just a little bit looser,
[33:32]
so that it lets a little bit of TDS through, not much a little bit, but I said I don't know
[33:40]
what the difference between them is, they were expecting when they turned this on to see
[33:45]
a lot higher pressures. They had to throw all the things way back, okay, okay. When I throw
[33:51]
all that in the suction, which is not something you should be doing, the pump can handle it for
[33:55]
a little bit. It took a lot to actually see the pressure come up on the suction side.
[34:02]
So we know that it's way more than what's being provided.
[34:06]
Okay.
[34:07]
So there's all those things in the system again.
[34:11]
Like you said, with the sand filter, the carbon filter kept focusing on the sand filter.
[34:15]
What could be the carbon filter chip?
[34:18]
So those are all the things that can be checked out and tested and.
[34:24]
The gas filter.
[34:26]
Pardon me?
[34:27]
The gas filter.
[34:28]
That's it.
[34:28]
at the, yeah. So the, um, I'm not, I'm pretty well prepared. He's never done. No,
[34:36]
let's say I have the most original sampling carbon filters. I'm not understanding that.
[34:41]
Now I asked the question both the seven carbon filters, both me and the local will be there,
[34:46]
and then I asked them then groups about the sand carbon filters. The somewhere I want to
[34:52]
and said, you've got change in sound cardinels.
[34:54]
I asked the question, why?
[34:56]
And Ben Blue said, you've built public changes
[35:00]
on cardinels, you've got to see, since you are,
[35:03]
they're really what they're supposed to do
[35:04]
while it's changing.
[35:05]
This is their bringing down their,
[35:09]
their bringing
[35:12]
down your turbidity.
[35:16]
This is that's like on a cheap diet.
[35:19]
You monitor that, and since you're getting your turbidity
[35:21]
down, just the most work has to be for small.
[35:23]
Well, mostly going through your set of carbon filters,
[35:26]
you're sure that if he's getting,
[35:28]
and also you flow in that,
[35:29]
you know, you need an auto system,
[35:31]
mine, because he says like that means the standards.
[35:34]
Mostly, he says it does slip out here and there,
[35:37]
but he said, just have a carbon filter,
[35:39]
he's doing a job, he's doing a change.
[35:41]
I asked guys at Delco, when he was there,
[35:44]
I asked him about the digital,
[35:46]
and then, what's he really,
[35:47]
what's he really, he said,
[35:48]
a 5.5 PSI drum across the sound filter.
[35:52]
So it's not a problem.
[35:55]
This is, I didn't expect to see this.
[35:56]
That's a lot of sense.
[35:57]
You push not one.
[35:58]
So I would expect to see five PSI from there.
[36:01]
And you know, five on your own.
[36:03]
For all in your card card.
[36:06]
And he said, yeah, that you eat.
[36:08]
She chose Max five PSI right now.
[36:10]
He said, you're leaving 50 PSI.
[36:13]
Like his perspective, I didn't think he was at all agreeable to.
[36:17]
Just start to keep his point in the finger at it.
[36:20]
But then once he said, not.
[36:21]
the computer, where it's like, I don't have to be talking with you, so that's what I'm doing.
[36:30]
I'm not sure that that's real, but that's the one that says, because I was thinking a little
[36:39]
week and what flow rates in PSI are we able to, are those sand and carbon filters who will
[36:48]
They got one.
[36:50]
There's a nice, you under count.
[36:52]
That minimum is it?
[36:53]
Yeah.
[36:56]
Hopefully we push it out for the PSI.
[36:59]
Yeah, and it's dropping way down.
[37:02]
And you're getting losses because what is it now?
[37:07]
You talk about, you know, the filter is it's working.
[37:10]
That's right.
[37:11]
Do you know when the filter is as most efficient when it came
[37:14]
with some old stuff up when it's all up?
[37:16]
That's right.
[37:17]
That's all of them.
[37:18]
Yeah, just before it's starting to shed, okay, so easily could be that problem.
[37:24]
My RO even at the home, the first problem, when I know this, so I'm having a problem with it,
[37:30]
or need to change the filters, is when my floor drops on, and it's a plug problem for me, okay.
[37:37]
So, you had a solution, should we be bringing in vital utilities?
[37:43]
Well, you don't have proper operators, they could do it.
[37:45]
I don't, but I think we have to bring them, we need a contractor that will come in and do it, because we won't get the other one back.
[37:56]
So we will, we should bring them in and see what they can offer us, see what their costs are, throw this situation we're in right now at MNC.
[38:06]
that they run all the way to the place there.
[38:10]
We don't know what that is.
[38:12]
Is everybody here?
[38:15]
We need to spare animals.
[38:17]
We need a booster pump.
[38:19]
You know, this is what was frustrating to me.
[38:22]
50 days and almost two days.
[38:24]
Stay in a half.
[38:26]
There's a way to do that.
[38:28]
It doesn't matter who it is.
[38:31]
But you need a full-time operator.
[38:33]
or somebody that knows what's happening,
[38:35]
somebody that understands pumping and get it done
[38:39]
where it is going to cost your whole pound of money
[38:41]
to bring a big contractor in to do all of that
[38:44]
and start doing all this stuff.
[38:47]
Well, I don't know why I have a bother hanging on.
[38:50]
I think we should pass these guys out.
[38:55]
We need somebody that will come in for big jobs.
[38:58]
No, you don't.
[38:59]
Not that kind of thing, really not.
[39:00]
No, well, you want an operator to know what they're doing?
[39:04]
We'll only call the clock operator discussion.
[39:06]
No, we'll do that.
[39:07]
OK.
[39:07]
A little bit later.
[39:10]
That's on my email that I had sent to you, Liana.
[39:13]
I said, did we ever back?
[39:16]
It was not almost two months that we were supposed to post
[39:20]
if anybody wanted to submit a.
[39:25]
And I'm sure it's gotten the signals.
[39:27]
If it was done, and nobody ever, OK?
[39:30]
It's on the books and nobody's ever applied. Nobody's ever told me that we have a person on
[39:35]
there to put other fun facts or if they had any information, you know, it would be on there.
[39:40]
Okay. I don't know. I think do I talk to them about what you've been on there because if you can't
[39:47]
just say send in your proposals because they wouldn't even know what they're proposing yet.
[39:59]
But
[40:00]
position into that. Go ahead, Travis, and you said you want to start what you want
[40:05]
in? Well, I'm sure. Yeah, I'd say so. Yeah, I'd say so. That would be it. Yes, it's a
[40:10]
fun thing. I've got my fingers just now open section in there. Now, we should be in
[40:30]
Yeah, and the strategic plan on the water treatment plan, okay? All in favor? Yes.
[40:40]
Yeah, there, Mark.
[40:42]
That would be a little sparse.
[40:46]
Sorry, I don't know why that happens. Yes.
[40:50]
Okay, so am I.
[40:52]
You could say it.
[40:58]
Yeah, so move everybody except the Bruce and Mark into the waiting room.
[41:04]
How many people are on right to them?
[41:07]
Good.
[41:09]
Yeah, one, two, three, four people have to move.
[41:13]
It looks like you
[41:19]
have a chance.
[41:20]
Well, there's nothing you can do.
[41:22]
This is just to take that long.
[41:25]
I've done it before and it takes like 10 minutes.
[41:28]
So was it ever stopped in the middle of an update?
[41:34]
You know, I was going to shut it up, and we did a stop.
[41:38]
We did it, and I did that.
[41:40]
So tight control.
[41:43]
All three together.
[41:45]
Let's just see what it will be going.
[41:50]
Yeah.
[41:52]
Actually, we found out that it didn't matter.
[41:54]
Yeah, it was on or off.
[41:56]
I think there's something.
[41:57]
We're going to have to have that company come in there.
[42:00]
That's something might be a problem.
[42:02]
Oh, I lost a new entrepreneur.
[42:03]
That's interesting.
[42:04]
But we found out one day that when it was red,
[42:07]
they could really consider it.
[42:08]
So that's what I think.
[42:10]
All right, we're back in session.
[42:12]
Sorry, it took a little longer than that we were anticipating.
[42:17]
But we're back.
[42:18]
We're going to have to move.
[42:20]
We have a, what is the item number?
[42:23]
Yeah, so we have a delegation that's
[42:25]
been sitting here since we scarlet the meaning point one.
[42:29]
So we're going to move 5.1 up to be the next item.
[42:33]
And it's a donation request from a thrift store.
[42:38]
The documents that are unlocked on there
[42:41]
are the documents that were handed out.
[42:44]
It's a big section of this.
[42:46]
Oh, is that a different one?
[42:48]
I'm going to see that one.
[42:50]
Yeah.
[42:50]
there. Oh, that's the one that was on the right to look like that same back. Oh, okay.
[43:01]
Yeah, anyway, so that's how you sound after you can do it.
[43:06]
Okay, so you're right.
[43:09]
Oh, the second, you see here, sugar.
[43:11]
Well, obviously the natural there.
[43:13]
Oh, okay. Well, there you go.
[43:21]
First of all, thank you for letting us come as a delegation.
[43:25]
You know that this kind of did my pet project when I was still on council, but I find that we've got an executive that are enthusiastic and that we're ready to go on.
[43:38]
So we are coming here for some funding and we've got on the back page our expenses.
[43:46]
and asking for some financial support,
[43:48]
the community can be a non-profit,
[43:53]
incorporated community, fifth story.
[43:54]
Is it, have you had the non-profit incorporated already?
[43:58]
No, we've got our night name from the corporation,
[44:04]
but we'll do that in the next,
[44:05]
we have to help you meet.
[44:07]
So we're going to do that probably in the next week or so,
[44:10]
that will become incorporated.
[44:11]
And as you can see that we're going to take behalf space, we've made an agreement to play
[44:19]
corner of the building.
[44:20]
It'll be on 136th.
[44:22]
I'm sorry, but if you saw Mr. Sub was on the opposite side, there's a vacant space, so he's
[44:27]
being too productive to work.
[44:31]
We're counting on donations from everybody in the community.
[44:36]
Our community, we will say exists of the town of Strasbourg.
[44:40]
the bill, it's just not all they are in.
[44:45]
How have already been further?
[44:46]
Well, we've been all in.
[44:47]
You've sent the programs and letters to go open a new ball and
[44:51]
stillton and all the small amounts that they can donate
[44:56]
articles.
[44:57]
So the premise is that it'll bring business
[45:00]
I thank to the town. So the brings business to the town is good for everybody. Everybody, you've been from that. We'll take off holding shoes, jewelry, books, puzzles, small things. We don't have to space for furniture at this point of time. And the name has been registered. We haven't agreed much with the owner of the building. We've got a bank account. We've got an email now.
[45:28]
We have our, you know, women are global on Facebook, we have a contract that's donating
[45:38]
some time for a contract to run that to help us to get that energy.
[45:44]
So we don't have much energy for shouting and all that stuff yet for that.
[45:50]
I think we've handed a business barrier here to Bill and we've got right now, I think 22 volunteers.
[45:57]
So we'll all be run by volunteers managed by a board. We have a board of five and I guess that's basically basically you want to keep items out of the landfill.
[46:09]
We want to keep that's kind of the objective and a lot of people at this point in their lives want to get rid of stuff.
[46:16]
That's right. So right now, everybody's thinking the stuff to the city.
[46:18]
So my objective, our objective is why should it go to the city, the money should stay within the community.
[46:26]
And when they have a process, they will be giving donations to whatever.
[46:30]
It'll be things that probably will help anybody in the community, like the fire, the ambulance.
[46:39]
I know that the ambulance is private, but they also need equipment to school.
[46:42]
school, any children's organization, all the programs that they have so that and if there's
[46:49]
a maybe family or something happens that people need to be funding and we have the money.
[46:55]
Yes.
[46:56]
Oh, it's a good purpose.
[46:58]
So that was the objective of this thing, but we are non-profits, so we have to hear
[47:04]
a lot.
[47:05]
Now, I should tell you, because in the events, we could add a delegation and we brought to
[47:10]
tell, they were very generous with us, but we probably need more.
[47:15]
Okay, very registered as a charity.
[47:19]
No, we're going to be a non-profit.
[47:21]
In the charity tax, we have to be rich as a charity tax receipt.
[47:26]
Yeah, that's why I asked.
[47:27]
We can eventually, but they suggest you should have a non-profit for first of all,
[47:33]
because in your charity, you have to designate your donations every year,
[47:37]
And we can't really designate because we don't much money, but we can make money.
[47:43]
Well, there, but this is just great.
[47:44]
I wanted to click on this and look at you both first.
[47:48]
But when I looked at money, it was fine.
[47:51]
So we have had our first executive meeting, which the minutes are here.
[47:58]
And we have a, I think it tells you there who our executive is.
[48:03]
We've got an exact one, Andrew from town, and panelists, and I and you, if I right now, I'm hoping that there has to be a story that's going to come on board and volunteer, and I think they have to see that it's a reality before anybody wants to back you.
[48:26]
I mean, I finished council.
[48:28]
Well, I'm going to embarrass everybody.
[48:29]
I'll give you $500.
[48:32]
Okay.
[48:33]
Yeah.
[48:33]
I can't give you the seat.
[48:35]
No, that's fine.
[48:36]
That's fine.
[48:37]
And there's people in the line.
[48:38]
I'm not sure.
[48:40]
I've got a whole bunch of good quality.
[48:42]
Good looking shelving.
[48:44]
Okay.
[48:46]
We hope on May the second part.
[48:49]
We'll be able to be on Facebook that will be able to open.
[48:54]
space two donations. Our plan is so
[48:59]
many that's 15. We're going to be up
[49:02]
four days a week, 11 to 5.
[49:05]
Nancy, there's the guidance habit.
[49:08]
I want to help you volunteer.
[49:10]
Do you have a location like a warehouse?
[49:13]
Well, you know the secret.
[49:14]
About a surprise.
[49:15]
Yes.
[49:16]
Let me look at the space.
[49:18]
We thought it was just his favorite one,
[49:19]
but there was some doors.
[49:21]
We didn't go behind the doors.
[49:22]
but when we went behind the doors, there's big storage here. So now we have to clean it out. So
[49:28]
Friday is our clean up day. Gary's gonna bring us trailer and there's so much stuff in there
[49:34]
and he said, you can use whatever you can, so the rest don't. Okay, so there are new things,
[49:41]
you're missing here, you're having a problem with clothing. No, we're taking clothing,
[49:55]
There's a lot of people that maybe later on, and I know people are ready that said, Oh, I can give her that.
[50:02]
Well, we probably would be looking for bigger cities.
[50:05]
And I guess the good thing is that option.
[50:08]
have a bigger space but right now we're small space so we can't take anything
[50:13]
we can't look, spuzzles, games, the small appliances, dishes,
[50:22]
dining, house, anything that's smaller.
[50:26]
Very much so we took up the all-terror.
[50:30]
Yeah.
[50:30]
Yeah, you're looking for hangers and things like that.
[50:33]
Oh, we're looking for hangers and things like that.
[50:35]
We've been throwing hot, we've got too many in the league,
[50:38]
and it's fun, but hey, you're good.
[50:40]
One of the pretty mind-burner of that one.
[50:44]
If you do get into bigger stuff,
[50:46]
fun would really appreciate it, if you do not keep.
[50:51]
We appreciate it, there's more than 10 years old,
[50:53]
because they're a formerly energy efficient.
[50:56]
We probably.
[50:57]
Inefficient, yeah.
[50:58]
Yeah, yeah.
[50:58]
At this point, there's a lot of stuff.
[51:00]
Anyway, I think it's a good thing for the community.
[51:04]
It's good thing for the Latino.
[51:04]
How do you feel? It's a good thing for the people and I'm surprised how many people like your thing.
[51:10]
Yeah. Yeah.
[51:13]
So anyway, we went to the town and they gave us some adonation and malware comes.
[51:20]
The RM versionation because it is a community project and that's where we're at.
[51:24]
So if you have any questions, we have an email that's rattle.
[51:28]
that will actually be out there.
[51:31]
But we do have a, what's your ask Maryland?
[51:34]
2500.
[51:37]
Thank you.
[51:39]
Yeah, so we do have a community grant policy.
[51:43]
It's actually on the website there.
[51:47]
It's actually on the meeting agenda for our counselors.
[51:51]
Under the eligibility criteria, it fits up.
[51:54]
There's some disqualifying criteria
[51:56]
that if it's not a conflict, yeah. Now there's a matter of the amount of money that we did
[52:03]
set aside for this was not in a huge amount. You're talking about the community grant policy.
[52:28]
So we do have a vast available as other than that, we don't actually have anything in
[52:46]
for $24. And there is $25. This is because it's in the beginning and it's in your time.
[52:53]
Well,
[52:54]
what?
[52:56]
Healthy now.
[52:58]
Oh.
[52:59]
Thank you.
[53:01]
All right. Well, thanks for coming out.
[53:03]
Yeah, very questions.
[53:04]
No, I think you answered everything and it's a good cause.
[53:08]
We're definitely going to do something.
[53:10]
We have to decide on.
[53:12]
We really have had no requests for the community grant.
[53:17]
And we'll be happy with whatever we get.
[53:21]
And
[53:24]
I think once you get by, people donate, you know, shouting and things.
[53:29]
So we'll be on Facebook in the next while when we're,
[53:33]
we're opening on the 15th and not see in the town has their big garage sales on the 18th.
[53:40]
So we want it to be open so we gather all.
[53:42]
So that's the key.
[53:44]
It's okay.
[53:45]
You guys need to put it on the website too.
[53:51]
All right.
[53:51]
So anyway, thank you for the opportunity to comment.
[53:55]
We'll see you all soon.
[53:57]
Good.
[53:58]
Thank you.
[53:59]
Thanks.
[54:00]
Thank you.
[54:09]
All right.
[54:09]
Let's go back to our mission.
[54:12]
Please take it.
[54:12]
Please stop it on the favor.
[54:15]
Carried.
[54:16]
We're
[54:43]
back in session.
[54:46]
We need a motion to move.
[54:48]
but after I know for Travis here,
[54:50]
and it's the best control.
[54:53]
Oh yeah.
[54:54]
What was 10 to 1?
[54:56]
10 to 1 to 1 to move it up.
[54:58]
Oh, like a motion to move it up.
[55:00]
Okay, thanks.
[55:01]
It's all on the saver, right?
[55:02]
Yes.
[55:03]
Here you go.
[55:04]
Okay.
[55:04]
So we're going down.
[55:06]
Yes, he got to go to where he's at.
[55:08]
Okay.
[55:09]
Well, I got to go to site.
[55:11]
So I'd prefer to stay in the meeting with camera up
[55:15]
and mute on.
[55:17]
It's fine.
[55:17]
Okay, all right, so we have a resume in for pest control.
[55:23]
So he has previous pest control experience.
[55:28]
I pulled the previous submitted documents.
[55:34]
The last time we submitted was in 2022.
[55:35]
We actually never submitted last year.
[55:38]
And so I saw that I actually have caught these of it from law and white.
[55:45]
He is 246 sites that year, and he also does a bunch of urban, about 8 to 10 other urban.
[55:56]
He goes around to all the lab hills that are everybody's and to like I don't know, there's
[56:04]
no real grain or you start on that grain storage places in here, but he had a fully
[56:10]
a grain storage from the old. Now is that an elevator that he's made? Okay so there's a bunch of
[56:15]
that. I mean some of the town did rolls are being. Now do we want to pay for that? It probably
[56:22]
doesn't hurt to have our guy go and check it. Yeah I think we should do it. So it'll be over 250.
[56:29]
Lauren was charging $32 per visit. So first of all let's deal with our pest control officer that
[56:38]
for the application. He's looking for $40 per visit, if I may have such a $40 much.
[56:46]
Yeah, and he's got experience. We need a licensed person so that we can buy all of the product.
[56:54]
At this point, I know this person's father. I don't know him specifically.
[57:02]
I call. Yeah.
[57:04]
Good.
[57:05]
He was somebody else.
[57:07]
290.
[57:08]
290.
[57:09]
Yeah.
[57:09]
So he's got experience time.
[57:11]
Yeah.
[57:11]
Yeah.
[57:14]
Oh, he got it.
[57:15]
And besides now, we had somebody else.
[57:17]
Nobody.
[57:17]
So the last time, like I said, we submitted was in 2022.
[57:22]
The right says go up.
[57:23]
You know, it's a cost of driving around.
[57:26]
And so I'll make a motion.
[57:28]
which that is proposal at $40.00.
[57:31]
And we could probably give them
[57:34]
a hands-on control.
[57:35]
And we could probably give them
[57:36]
the old PCO submission.
[57:38]
So he knows all the locations.
[57:40]
So he doesn't have to chase the balance out.
[57:43]
And we got a motion.
[57:46]
All in favor?
[57:47]
Yes.
[57:49]
All right.
[57:49]
It's carried.
[57:50]
Now, the next thing business arising out of this,
[57:54]
we need to order
[57:56]
or our Goldford Chemical All product.
[58:00]
There's a number of people that I guess have been
[58:02]
in the market for, you know, we talked about it
[58:05]
and we talked about what it is.
[58:07]
And some people were coming in
[58:08]
and we were handing out the little bags
[58:10]
below the low resolve, which is not the...
[58:12]
That would get 50% back on this one.
[58:14]
So we got, so we got 50% back even on the pest controls fee.
[58:20]
So you submit it, you can actually submit the products
[58:23]
that you purchase, the fees, everything, and it's 50% of the total. So it's the last one that
[58:30]
was submitted by a Lauren was about 8,500 or 9,000, so that cost us 45. So when we're
[58:38]
higher in this, that's from 40, it's 20 dollars. So we need to purchase some of that stuff.
[58:46]
It's getting late, the grass is starting to turn green, but you can use this all year and it's
[58:53]
a pretty good shelf life. There is how much we need. Well, this is it. So we have to buy
[59:01]
from this vice-roy distributor. I found three distributors. The best deal for the product was
[59:11]
from
[59:14]
$125 for 20 kg bags of it, for Saras is it, they're at the wrong one, for Saras.
[59:24]
This rap also said that he had previously purchased chemical and so we actually have an idea.
[59:33]
So what does everybody think about how much we need?
[59:39]
Well, you will have to store it as much as you don't, so it does have a shop like, but
[59:43]
But I have a bag that's four years old and it's just starting putting it out and
[59:48]
getting instantly out of this stuff, so we have to, so all of it's so much, how does
[59:56]
you supply it or what?
[59:57]
So in quantities of
[1:00:04]
So, the way he explained it to me is if we order it enough, then we don't get charged any shipping
[1:00:12]
costs. We'll have to store it at the, at your site, the shop, right? If you have a spot that
[1:00:19]
you can tell it, okay, because it shouldn't be going in here. And I mean, we couldn't convert
[1:00:24]
something and put it into that garage over there. If we looked at it, but I'm not sure.
[1:00:31]
So people are coming here, so we'd have to arrange for some to be brought over or pick up, say,
[1:00:38]
yeah, how was it registered? How was it registered from a game that is substance?
[1:00:46]
It is like all the other products. Now the only thing that we have to get our pest control
[1:00:53]
officers license. Although this guy told us that we were ready to provide a license to
[1:00:59]
the Sarah's and so it will still sell it to it. But we don't need any sped-up hand. No, it's all
[1:01:08]
and if you go on the bag, it's basically using gloves, masks, because you don't want to breathe
[1:01:13]
this stuff in. But it's old bait. So it's chemical corollum boats and you put
[1:01:20]
student full style or you put them in bait boxes and that's I mean we've been we've
[1:01:25]
we've started to see gopers um let last week I haven't found that and we put six
[1:01:31]
both that are bait boxes oh they're all gone so we saw us uh for our novice and what do we
[1:01:36]
charge for who we saw we we we we we the charge like we're not gonna mark it up it's a hundred
[1:01:41]
or forty five dollars a bag if we buy he said at least twenty five hundred dollars of it
[1:01:47]
Let me give that. So we bought 18 bags of that base for our shipping. We could buy 20. I think
[1:01:57]
about 20. I tell you how much they can ship on a pallet is like 45 bags, but we don't want to buy
[1:02:04]
too much. But there was somebody that came in and you're looking to bake 28 by 24 or
[1:02:11]
sections. But I don't think you got to hear it. Backly, did you get the name of the person that wanted all of that go for big poison?
[1:02:22]
I'm going to have to pay for that.
[1:02:22]
You know, maybe a bit.
[1:02:24]
Um, specs.
[1:02:26]
He's the soul of someone.
[1:02:29]
I can't give you 100.
[1:02:30]
How much big?
[1:02:32]
145.
[1:02:32]
And that's for how many people?
[1:02:34]
20.
[1:02:35]
20.
[1:02:35]
Age is yes.
[1:02:36]
Okay.
[1:02:37]
40.
[1:02:37]
Now.
[1:02:38]
Some people like.
[1:02:39]
For who has problems.
[1:02:42]
Are we prepared to re package a different smaller amounts for.
[1:02:47]
I only think.
[1:02:53]
Yeah, so people in Hamlet will need to place this stuff properly like you don't want to put it in a pan and put it on the ground.
[1:03:05]
No, it's good. Go to the hole because you will get all the
[1:03:09]
original everything you want it. It's so it has to either go in a
[1:03:12]
bait box. You can make bait boxes with the whole chemical
[1:03:15]
jugs. You put two orange holes and you put a
[1:03:18]
stone in and you put the product. They'll go in there and take
[1:03:21]
them. Dogs and stuff. But you don't want
[1:03:24]
where dogs and cats and anything. You put it down the hole.
[1:03:29]
You don't really need just the small like a large spoon
[1:03:32]
That much or same with the old skirt time the week straight time week
[1:03:36]
We used to get like at the RMO. Yeah, and this this does not have secondary kill
[1:03:41]
It's a zinc phosphide
[1:03:44]
Product that when it mixes with the stomach acid creates a phosphine gas
[1:03:49]
Basically kill some within a short time
[1:03:52]
Then the gas this paints out of the body and so you know
[1:03:56]
Like they say to go around and we'd grab the dead
[1:04:02]
smaller. No, no, this is everybody Johnson, brain limited everybody was at the 20 kgs. Everybody's
[1:04:13]
exact because it's actually a product that is some of it comes out of the US. This particular
[1:04:19]
one is coming out of Canada by the GM. Well, what I suggest was that I guess she would want some
[1:04:26]
or going with what I'm calling with goodbye bag. That's what the image had. It saved two
[1:04:32]
handle. It's just that you don't you gotta be smart with it. You know, do not leave it out,
[1:04:37]
so other animals can get it. You don't take and smell it. You know, you should, like, I put it
[1:04:44]
out, my wife puts it out. We don't, I'm not even wearing a mask, but I know not to put it in.
[1:04:49]
You have some kind of letter. So putting it down, though, putting it down the holes is okay.
[1:04:55]
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Look, it's no different than any of the stuff that you can buy. Yeah.
[1:05:00]
the Canadian plan, okay?
[1:05:02]
Or are you going to go on?
[1:05:03]
On it are the instructions, yeah.
[1:05:08]
The Bay comes on the whole thing,
[1:05:10]
shows all the instructions, all the safety measures.
[1:05:14]
It's all in there.
[1:05:15]
Yeah, they'll do that for the wrong, on the sheet.
[1:05:17]
But, I have the all the nice tablets, I agree.
[1:05:20]
I mean, the organized tablets can buy
[1:05:21]
another very talented account,
[1:05:23]
and they can distribute it, right?
[1:05:25]
But what about the unorganized tablets?
[1:05:27]
Well, when they get available to them
[1:05:28]
the officer.
[1:05:32]
You should be able to, when we have the, we've got to be able to pick up some
[1:05:37]
questions. Well, we'll have to make our arrangements.
[1:05:43]
Well, we've had, we've had go for poison and
[1:05:47]
also poison all over the place, but it's not should not be in here. Now, this is also unlabeled for rats
[1:05:52]
and mice. So if you want to get rid of rats and mice, this stuff won't. It does the same thing.
[1:05:58]
And it's the one that the province with sourced with Alberta egg, which is determined, is the best product you're doing.
[1:06:05]
Yeah, please, because you aren't used to sell strict documents. I'm not saying we should. I'm just saying what they used to do.
[1:06:11]
of the office. They also, when they moved from Stric 9 to
[1:06:16]
any quagulins, brosols, whatever, they just had a bag and
[1:06:21]
well, they shall look some and we have a pale of that and
[1:06:25]
that's what he was handing out in bags and little zip lock bags.
[1:06:29]
But this stuff is not like that. You need, it's an amount, it's
[1:06:34]
volts. So you want one large spoonful down the hole and another. You can't get damp because
[1:06:43]
we'll start to mold. This stuff, I've seen it even in the bait boxes, sometimes the rain,
[1:06:50]
what we're being into, it really, they still eat it up. No, I understand that, but you can get wet
[1:06:57]
Well, in a package, in a package that starts mobile, so what I do is I take this bag and I poured in the five gallon
[1:07:04]
Pail with a lid and put it on. You don't have no problem, but I would not list on the ground in the barn.
[1:07:10]
Yeah, I'm just thinking about it.
[1:07:12]
But you all make a motion, we've got a 20-page.
[1:07:15]
Yes, it's just through Universal.
[1:07:19]
And I have the guy's name and he said that we have purchased in the past chemical.
[1:07:25]
Jason.
[1:07:26]
Yeah.
[1:07:28]
Well, how much is on the pallet?
[1:07:29]
About 40.
[1:07:30]
40.
[1:07:31]
Yeah.
[1:07:31]
Yeah.
[1:07:34]
Pretty much.
[1:07:35]
We're going to get a pallet.
[1:07:36]
Okay.
[1:07:37]
We can order one pallet.
[1:07:38]
I'll change my motion to a pallet.
[1:07:40]
Okay.
[1:07:40]
This is something that does have a shelf like if it's kept in.
[1:07:45]
So it's not left outside the bags.
[1:07:47]
On a pallet.
[1:07:48]
It'll be good.
[1:07:48]
Do you remember that?
[1:07:49]
Okay.
[1:07:50]
One pallet.
[1:07:51]
What is the pallet?
[1:07:53]
40.
[1:07:53]
40, 40 bags, how much of it?
[1:07:58]
145, yeah,
[1:08:05]
and it's called ZPO page.
[1:08:11]
There's the only two.
[1:08:12]
There's Borough, Oak Bay, and ZP, but we're ordering the ZP.
[1:08:16]
And this is actually that product we use for the tests.
[1:08:19]
Yeah, perfect.
[1:08:22]
It's amazing that what it does, like we
[1:08:24]
We had an infestation in the ACL that kept on bringing gold presented to our fans in their
[1:08:32]
fans.
[1:08:33]
We had gold for our voters.
[1:08:36]
Last fall, we didn't see anything and some of them started coming out.
[1:08:41]
We did them and it's pretty quick.
[1:08:45]
It's okay.
[1:08:46]
I got a motion to move.
[1:08:48]
All right.
[1:08:48]
All in favor?
[1:08:50]
Yes.
[1:08:51]
There he is.
[1:08:52]
So now we have to notify Tom Smith and we'll need his license because we have to fill out the documents for that's exactly end of the season, but we just need to get that information.
[1:09:10]
something. And we have to also tell him that he can come with me out of this because
[1:09:16]
press control officers take product out. So we have some rat plays in right now. I mean,
[1:09:22]
really, this stuff should be used for rat and lace as well. When Lauren was doing it, he always
[1:09:30]
took a selection. And he'd say, on the sheet, how much she left with everybody. It's actually,
[1:09:35]
they have to part of the reason for them doing the bail
[1:09:39]
to specify the amount of stuff they take on.
[1:09:43]
And it's registered.
[1:09:45]
And registered, and then there's a special thing
[1:09:47]
that right in it.
[1:09:49]
Who wants to, do you want to call Tom?
[1:09:52]
Tom, yep.
[1:09:53]
And then just get his pest control license.
[1:09:55]
It's a five-digit license.
[1:09:58]
Tell him we will print out this last report that went in.
[1:10:02]
It has all the land locations that Lauren needs to work with.
[1:10:06]
The names he had beside is funny because some of the names of those people
[1:10:10]
haven't been around for 20 years.
[1:10:12]
But the land acoustics are in here.
[1:10:14]
So Lauren, we should have done something for him.
[1:10:17]
That was his 25th year of being the pest control officer for Lauren,
[1:10:22]
but he's not with us at all.
[1:10:25]
I didn't even notice that when she didn't go there.
[1:10:29]
So while we're touching a little pet control,
[1:10:32]
add a call from a fella and some set resort.
[1:10:36]
Is that the figure seven deeper in there,
[1:10:40]
and they're just clearing bush and whatever.
[1:10:44]
They're clearing, they're going down the lake,
[1:10:46]
right down there in the stream on the river.
[1:10:49]
So that, like we give that to Tom,
[1:10:52]
or we give that to Ron, that's what I don't think.
[1:10:56]
Yeah, because Ron can actually try to try.
[1:10:58]
Yeah, so Rod will either get rid of them or trap them, so we should, and then you can sort of
[1:11:07]
Just Tom want to have anybody helping him already. It's just ready to do it. So no, when I told him on phone
[1:11:13]
And he said he doesn't have anything later in the year
[1:11:20]
Well,
[1:11:23]
tell him we got it was good
[1:11:28]
or earlier, or just to move back in, I guess I don't know how to make money in the place.
[1:11:35]
So, we're going to call for an inverter in my month to get that up.
[1:11:40]
Yeah, now that I'm particularly there, in this situation, there are some people at Sunset Resort
[1:11:46]
that are totally against shooting animals.
[1:11:50]
So, well, I mean, I talk to them how they get rid of them.
[1:11:57]
Yeah, it's a good thing to note that, but the fact that here's residents there.
[1:12:02]
Well, those guys here are careful.
[1:12:03]
I know what you're doing.
[1:12:04]
Ron is sort of experienced.
[1:12:06]
Yes.
[1:12:07]
So he drops, but I know he took three or four out of there two years ago.
[1:12:11]
Yeah, they're the same fun.
[1:12:13]
And he knows where it's way to shoot.
[1:12:15]
And he knows to not shoot in the air.
[1:12:18]
He's here.
[1:12:19]
He teaches that.
[1:12:21]
So what do you be shooting or what do you be crafting?
[1:12:24]
Shooting them.
[1:12:25]
Well, we'll just have a little bit of time.
[1:12:26]
I know, but I mean to initially get them forward, you say he'll decide which way to use it.
[1:12:31]
Okay. That's okay, I think that's it.
[1:12:34]
He's an in-depth, but is it that you want that?
[1:12:36]
Yes, it's a long time.
[1:12:37]
Oh, so I have to carry something.
[1:12:39]
It was just trying to help the dog run to this.
[1:12:41]
He had to last, he had to crash.
[1:12:43]
I'm not going to see the dog.
[1:12:44]
He was trying to run away.
[1:12:45]
You'll find it out for him.
[1:12:47]
I'm going to move on.
[1:12:49]
It's a little bit too long.
[1:12:55]
Yeah, I mean, you can't miss their post if it's, yeah, and they're, they're going out onto the lake or either the ice is pulled back and they don't, I found two trees on the shore of the day that they should off the shore, but that's what they use that some viewers are so.
[1:13:13]
Okay, so we will move on.
[1:13:15]
No, I've got, okay, just a couple of years for travel.
[1:13:18]
So I'll just go here.
[1:13:20]
The, how do you receive any interest in it?
[1:13:25]
Um, there was going to come in and I thought that you know,
[1:13:27]
so you can get the audit for the, uh,
[1:13:29]
so I have to, no, I'll take the,
[1:13:30]
grab, I've got something.
[1:13:32]
No, no, no, no, no, no.
[1:13:38]
And with that, you know, as walked around it, we have a report on the garage that's in
[1:13:46]
our network for them.
[1:13:49]
The only thing that came out of the house, I mean the house in sort, was that a little bit
[1:13:53]
of a specialist or underground.
[1:13:56]
is.
[1:13:56]
I have a little annoying assessment.
[1:13:58]
Not only in T associatops.
[1:14:00]
white, there's no, with no oil tank or anything that is contaminated, any part of it,
[1:14:08]
like in the basement or the ground.
[1:14:10]
Okay.
[1:14:14]
Yeah.
[1:14:14]
So I'd say, we give some if somebody is interested, with a gold otherwise, we need work
[1:14:22]
at coming up with a plant to move House.
[1:14:24]
This is grad.
[1:14:25]
I mean, it's not a lot to say that we could use it as a storage yet.
[1:14:30]
I, you know, after that, we had the role, you know, I looked at it again.
[1:14:34]
And I went, yeah, I can see because we've got that storage compound that sundale.
[1:14:41]
So that might be like, but is it going to cost more to move?
[1:14:44]
But that's a big crash.
[1:14:46]
Yeah.
[1:14:47]
You know, we have to cut it out, but then we'll be able to embrace those and get them.
[1:14:51]
I don't know if I understand how to erase it off the laptop.
[1:14:54]
I moved in a 40 by 40 steel gunning into my property and get something.
[1:15:00]
Power lines move, but that one would have to do power lines. It's not done very, and again, no, I just, I'm with you. If I didn't, if it could be used, I want to do it, but I'm looking at, and it's my labor, you know, we, we treat our own labor when we're doing what we're going to stop. It's for very, very good. It's just, it's not a very useful building. Still, we've got the movement cost of it. So they're for 20 foot gone. Yeah.
[1:15:30]
I would see it. It's not dilapidated sitting over there. We can leave it and keep it as a storage building until we make a decision what we're doing.
[1:15:39]
But how is that when we ask for it?
[1:15:42]
And this would be another thing that we could store the coins in there. You could bring a truck load and put it on a pallet when people come to pick it up.
[1:15:53]
We go in there and take it because I think we'll get a, where the hell is the shop kind of in response and then we'll get, don't look at you.
[1:16:01]
Yeah, and then you don't, your shop's falling off.
[1:16:06]
It's the other lock of the music.
[1:16:08]
And this is a lot more damage.
[1:16:10]
That's not what it's not like.
[1:16:12]
But there's a lot on the door.
[1:16:14]
I don't know.
[1:16:15]
We don't have resistance to change a lot.
[1:16:16]
Yeah, the other question I have was on the on the house, you brought up at the last meeting that the town wants or village wants a thousand dollar to pop up.
[1:16:34]
We're asking for $3,500 or what was it for?
[1:16:41]
It's right on the sheet outside.
[1:16:44]
That's just so that we know that they will take everything out of there.
[1:16:47]
I understand that.
[1:16:48]
But so if there's somebody's got to come up with $4,500.
[1:16:56]
Okay.
[1:16:56]
Well, I'd say we'd better be open to whatever people want.
[1:17:01]
I'm just thinking about this.
[1:17:03]
We want to get rid of it.
[1:17:05]
You know, you get that money back on our card.
[1:17:07]
Yeah, but you know, you know,
[1:17:09]
people that are coming to sell just don't have $500 in their jeans.
[1:17:13]
Well, you know, we didn't see the line up in this institution.
[1:17:18]
So we have to see.
[1:17:19]
Yeah, that's the big and then they knock out.
[1:17:22]
So I understand. So if there's some, if somebody comes in and the person is known, and that's when we have some, that's going over here.
[1:17:35]
Oh, no, but we have some discretion, you know, the persons.
[1:17:38]
We have some discretion already.
[1:17:41]
And then would we pay for the evolution permit?
[1:17:45]
somebody should review that if that's also just the fee that was some what we
[1:17:51]
turned to. They sent an email and saw on Camille's email. You're talking about
[1:17:59]
what they sent. Yeah, I read that. And is it partially returned? That $1,000 or so?
[1:18:05]
I'll go back and take a look. Yeah. Those are just things because I want to get rid of it and you're
[1:18:11]
or even a way for free, we don't want to put a roadblock.
[1:18:14]
That's right, that's all we're dealing with.
[1:18:16]
So they just don't understand, we pay the fully $1,000.
[1:18:19]
The people that come in for that pay $3,000, I think.
[1:18:23]
It's not where we're building that $1,000 back
[1:18:25]
to the person that paid for.
[1:18:26]
Well, find out what that $1,000 is.
[1:18:28]
We're all going to take the current out.
[1:18:30]
Take the current out.
[1:18:31]
Yes, exactly.
[1:18:32]
And they're the ones that we've been talking about.
[1:18:34]
Right, that's it.
[1:18:35]
Yes, and we would definitely have a chat with them.
[1:18:38]
that this was all done in good faith, right?
[1:18:42]
Previous Council, now I feel so much better.
[1:18:44]
We have another issue about using the role itself.
[1:18:48]
Because I said to my wife, yes, last night, you know,
[1:18:51]
I said, you know, I kind of like to take that
[1:18:55]
and she said, right there, you got enough work to do.
[1:19:00]
So, okay, I think you should take it out of it.
[1:19:03]
It's a good salvage number.
[1:19:05]
Yeah, well, no, I know, but the insight is nice.
[1:19:07]
That's a good time to move a dozen goldwater damage or a lot of it's been a lot of damage.
[1:19:12]
You better jive it on the walls.
[1:19:14]
Yeah.
[1:19:14]
And I know it's blackwood walls.
[1:19:16]
No, no.
[1:19:17]
I think there's a hundred of them on the wall.
[1:19:19]
Yeah, I can't remember.
[1:19:21]
I mean, there is good material.
[1:19:23]
Somebody must spend on and have some time to solve it.
[1:19:26]
When I was a kid, younger, I spoke.
[1:19:28]
I would have been in there with the literature.
[1:19:30]
Okay.
[1:19:31]
Those are the only things that I would have been here.
[1:19:34]
You're going to go.
[1:19:35]
Thanks for coming.
[1:19:38]
Okay, next we're going to be rolling through this stuff pretty quick.
[1:19:43]
Let's go back up to where we are going to run out of water.
[1:19:47]
Okay, so we have administration report we don't have one.
[1:19:50]
So that water and sewer report is not a water and sewer report.
[1:19:54]
It was a report of an expenses since 2019 and as Oh Travis, we're going to you're going
[1:20:05]
to sit with someone with an angle through all of it.
[1:20:08]
We're gonna update, so you move the actual allocations
[1:20:10]
around, right?
[1:20:11]
Okay.
[1:20:12]
So, this report is not overlooking for.
[1:20:16]
This is, the sewer and water is the report
[1:20:18]
of how many gallons of water remain and out
[1:20:21]
and what the usage is in some field.
[1:20:23]
Well, the other thing to make sure everybody understands
[1:20:25]
this report that you're seeing here isn't completely.
[1:20:28]
It's not.
[1:20:29]
These are the ones that are showing is.
[1:20:31]
The numbers aren't right on.
[1:20:32]
That's right.
[1:20:32]
That's what Travis had given me the commitment that he's going to sit down this moment and identify all the invoices because they were charged to our public works.
[1:20:44]
They have to be moved and charged to the Sunday afternoon, so we will not have a surplus amount on any year because that's the issue that we have.
[1:20:52]
and moving forward. The water reports all should be done on the spreadsheet. I don't know how they're
[1:21:01]
done now. They're spreadsheet. Yeah. You can be done in the plant and then sent you. That's
[1:21:07]
that way. Is that you guys will have the meter reads right there? Yeah. And that's the other thing
[1:21:15]
goes me your reads. I can't remember did we buy really cheap neither. No, one's that don't
[1:21:23]
have any communication ability. I have to remind manually. Yeah, I'm getting by the way we can get
[1:21:31]
these are just things down the way. Change the heads and stuff like that exactly.
[1:21:37]
Okay, here's their just put a little head on top. So at this time, water and silver part will
[1:21:42]
We're going to need a three month update on the one answer because we didn't do it last time either so the financial reports are there the bank reconciliation documents are the correct ones they are the the R.M.
[1:21:58]
Account that we use for operations and that is sitting at $149,124.
[1:22:07]
There are some items that are outstanding payments, but that is good, the amount is good.
[1:22:15]
The second one is the bank reconciliation for the reserve accounts.
[1:22:19]
You'll see nothing is different on that.
[1:22:21]
We haven't taken or moved any money.
[1:22:25]
So we need a motion to accept the bank reconciliation.
[1:22:30]
Okay, thanks, Howard.
[1:22:31]
All in favor?
[1:22:33]
Yeah.
[1:22:33]
Gary.
[1:22:33]
Next is the staff and council remuneration.
[1:22:37]
It is the pain for the employees and remuneration for last month.
[1:22:44]
So we don't have loop, mark, and how we're in, and the amounts, I think for Gary, we're
[1:22:53]
for two months, right?
[1:22:54]
You got that to do that.
[1:22:55]
And then there was the sign convention and other, all the other meetings.
[1:23:01]
So that's the amounts that are there.
[1:23:03]
We need a motion to accept these.
[1:23:08]
I'll put that motion forward.
[1:23:11]
Thanks Bruce, all in favor?
[1:23:13]
Yeah, carried.
[1:23:15]
Next, we have the financial statement.
[1:23:17]
And if you click it's called March FS, but it's the.
[1:23:22]
It's the statement of financial activities.
[1:23:25]
And it's the detail of this that we usually get.
[1:23:28]
Unfortunately, we don't know.
[1:23:30]
our budget amount in yet because we haven't set our budgets but as you see
[1:23:35]
for instance for tax revenue we haven't had any tax revenue so it'll be a
[1:23:39]
blank but I looked through it I didn't find like anything that was out of the
[1:23:44]
ordinary like there's no huge amounts that were missed or added so I at this
[1:23:52]
point when we get our new administrator we will be setting our budget we
[1:23:59]
will be doing the update on this and getting it all back in line but it's not long it's keeping track
[1:24:05]
of all the money that's pretty good notes. There again, we need a motion to accept. I don't think
[1:24:10]
the motion. Thanks Luke, all in favor? Yes. Okay, Carrie. And you're not here anymore, right? Mark.
[1:24:20]
Okay,
[1:24:23]
so next we already went to 5.1 the elevation requests, so we're going to go down to
[1:24:29]
adopting the minutes. Now the problem there is the minutes have not been finalized for the March
[1:24:36]
19th or the April 1st meeting. Last week we didn't have anybody, we had one person in for the whole week
[1:24:46]
every day and that would be now that she had to catch up from being away with the week. So it was her
[1:24:52]
job and she was doing everything so we didn't have the minutes done so that was just up to the
[1:24:56]
always outstanding. And we'll get a motion just to carry them over to the net. We just defer it.
[1:25:02]
We defer it. We defer it. We defer it to the next week. All right. All in favor?
[1:25:08]
Yes. Both 6.1 and 6.2 as well.
[1:25:14]
Next we're going to count payable.
[1:25:17]
7.1 are the online payments. These are the ones that a small one has set up and paid for online.
[1:25:28]
So I look through them again, like it's all the normal items.
[1:25:32]
There's nothing in here that I saw that was on our place.
[1:25:38]
So we need a more than a little shine, thanks to all the
[1:25:41]
bunch of things that accept them and improve these.
[1:25:46]
All right, all in favor?
[1:25:48]
Yes.
[1:25:50]
Very.
[1:25:51]
Next is our cost payable.
[1:25:53]
and so we have, this is broken down, no.
[1:25:58]
So instead of an A and a B, we have different lists.
[1:26:01]
So we have the accounts payable invoices for the RM,
[1:26:06]
and then we have the accounts payable invoices
[1:26:08]
for alt-vista, we'll do them separately.
[1:26:11]
So for accounts payable, again, I looked through the list,
[1:26:16]
I didn't see anything that I was questioning
[1:26:20]
that I would question is the the expenses that we've been entering from work
[1:26:29]
here. Anybody else have any if there's any specific questions that they want
[1:26:34]
to bring out from that list? I I guess that I didn't see something and there if
[1:26:44]
If you guys, we were discussing the amount that is charged by our level 2 water, we got
[1:26:54]
it.
[1:26:54]
It comes in and that's the testing and review is the logs.
[1:26:58]
You'll see it's 125 per week.
[1:27:01]
This one is about six weeks on the build.
[1:27:05]
Well, you build, because you did one big for Travis.
[1:27:08]
That's right.
[1:27:08]
Well, that was another thing.
[1:27:09]
So Travis, last weekend when you have to run the greater on the weekend, he asked this guy to come in and do a water test part.
[1:27:18]
And this guy is open to doing that.
[1:27:20]
If there's ever an emergency that somebody can't do it, he's willing to seize some of your retired I understand.
[1:27:27]
All right, so we need a motion to approve this list of accounts.
[1:27:33]
So, it's not a, it's accounts payable invoices, that's the list of RM invoices.
[1:27:40]
So, this may want to make that motion too.
[1:27:42]
Oh, they did.
[1:27:43]
Sorry.
[1:27:44]
Thanks, Gary.
[1:27:45]
All in favor?
[1:27:47]
Yes.
[1:27:49]
Gary.
[1:27:49]
This next one is just an all-pervista, so we'll have to have Don step out.
[1:27:55]
Okay.
[1:27:56]
Go ahead.
[1:27:57]
Go ahead.
[1:27:58]
Go ahead.
[1:27:59]
Go ahead.
[1:27:59]
He's walking into the front there.
[1:28:02]
Okay.
[1:28:02]
Okay, so what this is, it's the anyways from cobert electric footer, the whirlwinds that will snow removal two hours, and this is a normal bill, since they've been doing it for a while.
[1:28:13]
So we need a motion to approve this.
[1:28:15]
Oh, no, we'll come again. All right, thanks, Jerry. All in favor?
[1:28:19]
Yes.
[1:28:21]
Jerry.
[1:28:23]
The next dawn, you can come down around.
[1:28:28]
Next is the visa payment.
[1:28:31]
This is the RM credit card that's been used by two employees.
[1:28:44]
Again, this one I just saw them as being some of the regular payments.
[1:28:49]
So anybody have any request?
[1:28:56]
Sorry, all right.
[1:28:58]
All in favor?
[1:29:02]
Yes.
[1:29:03]
All right.
[1:29:06]
Now, now we have some items that we're going to have to go in camera for.
[1:29:15]
How many items did we have to go in camera?
[1:29:18]
I remember the end, it was on three.
[1:29:21]
So the Public Committee member requests for reimbursement
[1:29:25]
because it's private information on it.
[1:29:30]
And all of their requests for information,
[1:29:33]
that's another thing that's a strategic matter.
[1:29:38]
And what was the third thing we need to do?
[1:29:39]
Well, there was a lawyer at the bottom,
[1:29:41]
but we must go and do these,
[1:29:42]
and we'll come back home, we'll come back in for a while here.
[1:29:44]
There was, there was a third.
[1:29:45]
No, no, there's a right.
[1:29:46]
You'll remember what the very line was that we were going to go on and on and on and on.
[1:29:50]
So we'll do that separately or in a second.
[1:29:52]
We need a motion on this correspondence to, oh my God, we should be doing it together.
[1:30:00]
for the deal with us, uh, us, these car, um, sports, ones for the, all right, we're going to be fine. So I have to, um, see, on favor in that motion here, area. Thanks. Sorry, guys, we'll be quick. It's not only
[1:30:42]
So that's the end of the event. So you should ask the move. So all the person that should still be eating the Bruce move because I'm Mark.
[1:30:51]
I guess he said.
[1:30:55]
Yeah.
[1:30:56]
Yes.
[1:31:14]
We're going to be going.
[1:31:16]
session. So we have one of the first one is a motion on the request for reimbursement.
[1:31:24]
We need a motion. I'll make that motion that in accordance with the resolution passed
[1:31:32]
this table. A while ago, the policy, the policy is that we would reimburse anybody their
[1:31:46]
cost at our standard rate from their place of residence in the R.M. to the office and back.
[1:31:58]
We'll just encourage them that they don't wait for three years to do three years.
[1:32:02]
Yeah, we've had them but should be right so that the end of every year.
[1:32:05]
Yes. At minimum.
[1:32:07]
Yes.
[1:32:08]
Yes.
[1:32:08]
All right.
[1:32:09]
So forward to the American tell us.
[1:32:12]
Okay. Okay. All in favor?
[1:32:16]
Carry. Um, now there we need a portion of on the information requests.
[1:32:22]
The information requests will be handled by, uh...
[1:32:26]
Well, I'll let you know that the motion will be, uh, supply information acquired in the office.
[1:32:32]
They can come in and pick up the information as required.
[1:32:34]
So it will do that they have the requirement as a service tracker request and the reply will be to them to how it's
[1:32:44]
If you were going to be off, that's right, we'll be moving from the off.
[1:32:46]
Exactly.
[1:32:46]
Okay.
[1:32:47]
Then it will be good.
[1:32:49]
That way, then you will have some time then, because that will be unannounced.
[1:32:54]
People can come in and say, I want to see it.
[1:32:56]
So if they do the service tracker, it would work.
[1:32:59]
If you want to mend out to your or in that.
[1:33:02]
Thanks.
[1:33:02]
All in favor?
[1:33:04]
Yes Gary okay moving on now this is an odd thing that came it came by an email just the other day from
[1:33:18]
2016 something that it says they are under RM
[1:33:29]
220 submitting resolution so
[1:33:33]
So that's the resolution that you can still be on and stay on as you after you run it.
[1:33:41]
So 16, does that, is that what I'm seeing, it's from the year 2016?
[1:33:45]
No, I think it was, this was a 16, that was a red, that's from the resolution.
[1:33:49]
How came up with it?
[1:33:50]
It was a shrunk invention.
[1:33:52]
Yeah, but it was from 2016 and it's resolution 21a, so how would it do?
[1:33:57]
No.
[1:33:57]
That's what that means.
[1:33:59]
I didn't get through any of it.
[1:34:00]
Yeah.
[1:34:01]
But if you know what we do, you know, on the words of
[1:34:02]
leadership government, government relations response,
[1:34:05]
was on February 24th.
[1:34:06]
And that's what I was just saying, look at how long
[1:34:08]
it never worked with.
[1:34:11]
2014, 2014.
[1:34:13]
So why did it take so long?
[1:34:15]
And, you know, we had a couple of resolutions where we went in
[1:34:18]
with a few RMs.
[1:34:22]
I just don't recall.
[1:34:23]
I don't recall this one.
[1:34:24]
But if it was 2016,
[1:34:27]
that would have been, Gary, do you remember that overall?
[1:34:30]
because I was finished at the end of 2016, yeah, but it went in in 2016, there was the convention
[1:34:38]
that would have been well that was it was brought up and voted down into convention but
[1:34:44]
and then the games they still had that but all they're basically saying here because what used to
[1:34:50]
happened before, if you got elected, you were allowed to come to the meeting. We allowed
[1:35:01]
people to come to the meeting because they were officially elected. But the administrators
[1:35:09]
the one that calls the first meeting after no luck, but that's her job. And actually the people
[1:35:17]
where we were allowed to come in,
[1:35:18]
but sometimes it never happened,
[1:35:19]
and there was a meeting prior to that.
[1:35:22]
But, to me, it wasn't just like a tip.
[1:35:25]
Once you're elected, you're elected.
[1:35:27]
The person that has that job is un-elected.
[1:35:30]
They're done because they got voted up.
[1:35:34]
And this is what it's saying right here,
[1:35:36]
this is what happens.
[1:35:37]
Once you're elected, you take office,
[1:35:39]
the other person leaves the office here.
[1:35:41]
But this was the one that is,
[1:35:43]
is by app permission, so if it don't run,
[1:35:48]
same as any other election.
[1:35:50]
You're just continuing, because you're
[1:35:54]
acclaimed as being elected in other words,
[1:35:57]
you have an election day, right?
[1:36:00]
So things don't change, that's what you're saying.
[1:36:02]
Yeah, the other thing is, I came in with your duties.
[1:36:05]
I understand why they're saying,
[1:36:07]
I can just set the background to 220 submitted resolution.
[1:36:11]
that was discussed at a council meeting at a result of a recent as the result of a recent
[1:36:19]
general election then they go on to say that it wasn't as a combined resolution because
[1:36:26]
they're saying it was for us and the minister does not support the resolution talking about
[1:36:32]
this all as we did this I just don't recall I don't remember any of this you know in
[1:36:41]
So it could have come into the very well, it could have been 2016, and nobody tells the minister
[1:36:49]
help ask that. And the fact is, when did Sarm take it there? Exactly. Okay, so there's all these
[1:36:56]
things. But at least, let's assume that it went from the RM, we have a response.
[1:37:04]
All right, well, we accept and file resolution, and I will, I'll check the sign to see the dates when this came into so we know for our own.
[1:37:16]
Yeah, that's all.
[1:37:17]
Let's get into that.
[1:37:18]
Yeah.
[1:37:19]
I'm going to allow us to answer more questions with the takes eight years.
[1:37:22]
You know, one of them gets done through.
[1:37:40]
Okay, so next is under old business we have there's two bylaws that are on there it was a bylaw that
[1:37:51]
4.43, 20.24 is the established fees from provision of notary public and
[1:38:00]
commissionables. This is something we have proved at the
[1:38:03]
presentation. Yeah, and this is the copy of the bylaw. And then there's the
[1:38:07]
repeal bylaw, 4.2, 20.24. And I think if I look back, we did the three meetings
[1:38:16]
and approved it, but the actual copy of the by-law is not on that meeting, so that would
[1:38:23]
inadvertently list. There's the copy of the by-law. Both of these by-laws will be moved
[1:38:28]
onto the website as well. Next, we're going to new business. We did already do the motion
[1:38:36]
for the testing week control in 20. We did order, we did the motion to the order of the product.
[1:38:44]
All right, we'll move to crime watch.
[1:38:47]
I think that broke crime watch was a poll, I don't know.
[1:38:50]
We discussed that at last minute.
[1:38:54]
So this is 10.2, this already has been handled.
[1:39:00]
Cool, has it been handled?
[1:39:02]
Have we set off the payment?
[1:39:05]
Yeah, there was payment, you know, I mean, we bought a $50,
[1:39:08]
$50 to pay that payment.
[1:39:14]
But has that $50 been sent in with the application or not?
[1:39:19]
I have no idea.
[1:39:20]
I'll check with Simone.
[1:39:23]
Thank you.
[1:39:26]
All right.
[1:39:27]
The PBI certificate of appointment.
[1:39:30]
There's new.
[1:39:33]
Two new people, right?
[1:39:35]
One of the entire designation.
[1:39:37]
Oh, okay.
[1:39:38]
So two people.
[1:39:39]
So we need a motion to approve and accept this.
[1:39:43]
I'll make the motion.
[1:39:44]
Sorry, thanks.
[1:39:45]
Gary, all in favor?
[1:39:46]
Yes.
[1:39:48]
Gary.
[1:39:50]
OK.
[1:39:51]
This is the next item that we have to move in camera
[1:39:55]
to review these.
[1:39:57]
Another thing came from the auditor, just the other day.
[1:40:02]
I did the updates to the questionnaires.
[1:40:05]
So we have to review and accept those.
[1:40:07]
and then there was this new one.
[1:40:10]
So, okay, so I'll make a motion.
[1:40:12]
We've more in cover to deal with these auditors.
[1:40:14]
Question?
[1:40:15]
All in favor?
[1:40:16]
Yes?
[1:40:18]
Very.
[1:40:25]
There's everybody back in the rating room.
[1:40:29]
Okay.
[1:40:30]
All right.
[1:40:31]
We're returning here to regular session.
[1:40:34]
We have a few resolutions that we have to move.
[1:40:39]
What was the first item to be?
[1:40:41]
I'll make my resolution is to submit the questionnaires back to the order that was the
[1:40:49]
information required.
[1:40:50]
Yes.
[1:40:52]
As they were written,
[1:40:57]
then I will do that one confirmation on that one lot, but seeing
[1:41:02]
the little excess of it might be perfect.
[1:41:06]
Okay.
[1:41:07]
Now we're going back to SMITEMS, so let's go to the agenda.
[1:41:10]
So all in favor?
[1:41:11]
Do I ask motion?
[1:41:12]
Yes.
[1:41:13]
Yes.
[1:41:13]
Great.
[1:41:14]
Terry,
[1:41:20]
we're going to make them the right way for a crazy person.
[1:41:24]
Okay.
[1:41:25]
What's the next one?
[1:41:26]
A whole motion for signing authority and acting CAO for recommendation that Vienna be appointed
[1:41:43]
as office manager.
[1:41:45]
That would be, we'll have to give that to the NECAO,
[1:41:48]
but it's something that's normal in an office
[1:41:52]
since you are experiencing all of the items
[1:41:55]
that will come into this office.
[1:42:04]
Okay, on favor?
[1:42:06]
Yes?
[1:42:07]
Very.
[1:42:08]
So now we're actually gonna have to do,
[1:42:11]
change the sign abilities, I think, and do that.
[1:42:14]
Okay, take that to the bank.
[1:42:15]
Yes, exactly.
[1:42:16]
Exactly, look for it.
[1:42:18]
You've always been in the last one that we,
[1:42:24]
Yeah, so yes, I mean emotion. I'll make a motion that we allow Travis to see if you can
[1:42:32]
locate an entire two seasonal and 12 weeks in one moment. That's right. The team plays the
[1:42:39]
air. Well, it's losing all of us. And as Luke mentioned, we've got to use more of what
[1:42:46]
website, you know, we got to get it in and deed and places that everybody is looking
[1:42:51]
at us, the last jobs as MGMs, yeah, it was pretty, it was supposed to be, yeah,
[1:43:00]
it really should be fine, here's a list of them. All right, yeah, then mean this at the RMA or the
[1:43:10]
So we have that motion, two seasonal one full time, all in favor.
[1:43:17]
Yes.
[1:43:19]
Next, I know we need a motion to...
[1:43:22]
I'm not sure.
[1:43:23]
We need somebody to make the motion too, that we hired and we appointed the CAO starting
[1:43:29]
May 1st at a salary of one third.
[1:43:32]
I'll make that motion.
[1:43:34]
Thanks, Bruce.
[1:43:35]
and his name is Landon Chambers, and it's already on our website.
[1:43:42]
If you want to work there, note it in and say that because somebody's going to say,
[1:43:47]
you already said you're pointing at them to know that.
[1:43:50]
But no signs of leak that it's authorized to negotiate and hire someone.
[1:43:56]
This is just one conclusion, confirmation of an informalization of it.
[1:44:03]
I have a question we're showing that we're spending
[1:44:06]
bread money. Yes, yes, hopefully because somebody's going to say, well, you've already
[1:44:09]
sent your hire to never keep kept. Well, no, it did come to council and we gave
[1:44:13]
that permission to group up the council. It was in between meetings, right?
[1:44:18]
Now, that's a new bet. The authorization was there.
[1:44:24]
This formalized again. Yeah. Okay, all in favor?
[1:44:29]
Yes, Gary.
[1:44:32]
And is there any more?
[1:44:34]
Yeah, I'm going to have to.
[1:44:37]
I'll have to.
[1:44:38]
I'll have to.
[1:44:39]
I'll have to.
[1:44:39]
I'll have to.
[1:44:43]
I'll have to.
[1:44:45]
Sure.
[1:44:46]
Oh, yeah.
[1:44:48]
So do you want to do more?
[1:44:50]
First one.
[1:44:50]
Well, I'll.
[1:44:52]
I'll.
[1:44:52]
I'll do the discussion.
[1:44:53]
But yeah, go ahead.
[1:44:54]
So we.
[1:44:55]
We were close.
[1:44:56]
final view. They sent a letter to you.
[1:44:58]
RM requesting a bomb.
[1:45:00]
Re-changed to start with, for property that they own, that the boundary that we're showing is, it's on the inside of their property instead of on the outside. So last remaining portion of the quarter section, yeah, that island views on, and they are owners and they're paying us taxes, they want to change their, their boundary to income, this all that land in that quarter section, this, this actually was actually family property. And they're using it as their garbage dump and facility.
[1:45:29]
to store and variety things. It's all there. It's on I
[1:45:38]
have the ISC map that's 37.58 or
[1:45:55]
the race line up there. 37.5 acres, you know. And how much do we receive in order to
[1:46:01]
cost them on that? It will be, it's an eggland and there's to be very room level. Oh,
[1:46:07]
under, not even a hundred, it would be, well, a quarter section gives us about
[1:46:13]
seven or eight hundred. Yeah, if it's, if it's cropland, this would have been just
[1:46:17]
range, range, land, faster. Yeah, so we're not asking, but we're not going to ask anything for
[1:46:22]
it wasn't. No, this is a good, good will, good will. Okay, yes. And that's the first thing.
[1:46:30]
The second thing they've asked for is the discussion to decide on the road. It comes out from
[1:46:37]
my old view to the faraway stop. We've been in the gochis of them to have a maintenance room with them,
[1:46:45]
And they've approached us about them taking over the road and maintaining it themselves.
[1:46:53]
And you know, they'll come in, they'll come back through us to hire us to do the maintenance
[1:46:57]
on it.
[1:46:58]
So the negotiations will be going the opposite direction.
[1:47:01]
Yeah.
[1:47:01]
So the ownership is still the crown, the crown, the king, and we are noted right now as
[1:47:13]
being in control and care of that land.
[1:47:16]
They want to know, be in that.
[1:47:19]
So there will be, it's a public road.
[1:47:22]
All the public can still use it.
[1:47:24]
It's just a matter that they are in care and control
[1:47:26]
and they will pay for all the work that's not on the state.
[1:47:30]
But we still want it.
[1:47:31]
And then it's still a provincial road, all the other things.
[1:47:35]
There's no ownership.
[1:47:36]
The ownership is in the crown.
[1:47:38]
But I mean, it could be incorporated into their billage.
[1:47:41]
Yeah, they love it.
[1:47:42]
Yeah.
[1:47:42]
it's going to be in their boundary. Just like that, the road from Island View to the late,
[1:47:51]
they said is in their control right now. So part of that road is already in on their side.
[1:47:55]
I understand, but we call these roads ours, even though they're correct.
[1:47:59]
That's right. So I'm just kind of okay.
[1:48:01]
Yeah. It means we're responsible. Now they're going to be responsible.
[1:48:04]
It's all okay now.
[1:48:05]
I don't think we can add to what they'll need the one.
[1:48:07]
Yeah, and well, it's like if they're going to change the boundaries of the village, that's better
[1:48:13]
It has to, they have to submit a change of the size and everything.
[1:48:20]
It's all a big outweigh provider.
[1:48:22]
I talked about this too as well.
[1:48:25]
And it's kind of only wins its wish for us because it's the only money right now for doing the maintenance on it.
[1:48:31]
And this way they'll be doing the maintenance on and maintaining it.
[1:48:34]
That's right.
[1:48:34]
If they've also we also need sure that they're not going to change the egg land that much up to it
[1:48:41]
Those egg producers will still be in the access to land. Yeah, they will not take those as the access. Yeah, they'll approach us
[1:48:48]
They will leave them and they're they're fine with anybody using it and they actually have confirmed that the park
[1:48:57]
Change where the rental places are not going to use that as their access
[1:49:02]
They're going to go through the pockets.
[1:49:04]
They're going through the pocket.
[1:49:05]
Yeah, so that will be used in the country.
[1:49:07]
But that's rollout so they can be actually stocked
[1:49:10]
and approaching on target.
[1:49:13]
No, they can't.
[1:49:14]
They said, if you want to show another opportunity,
[1:49:17]
now you have to contact them and send them.
[1:49:19]
Right.
[1:49:20]
So they're going to have no problem.
[1:49:22]
They are looking for the owner of that land right beside
[1:49:26]
I would be to clean it up because they said it's
[1:49:28]
so impested.
[1:49:29]
They're going to send the letter.
[1:49:30]
But they have to send it to the registered owner of the earth.
[1:49:33]
Well, okay.
[1:49:35]
So there we have it.
[1:49:36]
There was this change in the boundary.
[1:49:38]
We had talked about that.
[1:49:40]
It would just be a dollar.
[1:49:42]
If we put a lot of that monitoring,
[1:49:44]
you know, on that.
[1:49:45]
That's probably some kind of monitoring.
[1:49:47]
Yeah.
[1:49:50]
So I guess we just make resolution.
[1:49:53]
Yeah.
[1:49:53]
And you make them a lot.
[1:49:55]
I'll make a motion that we.
[1:49:56]
We support support the boundary change.
[1:50:02]
and support the load change having them maintain the load.
[1:50:07]
Yeah, they're in control.
[1:50:11]
Good idea.
[1:50:11]
Very deal.
[1:50:13]
Compacted.
[1:50:14]
Oh, no.
[1:50:15]
That all that all works way through.
[1:50:18]
Eventually.
[1:50:19]
Yeah.
[1:50:20]
We have to talk to our repo driver on this.
[1:50:23]
No.
[1:50:24]
No, this is it'll go through the boundary change process.
[1:50:27]
and then the law that will be changed,
[1:50:30]
they're involved in a huge group of requirements
[1:50:32]
received, so we would still send them a letter,
[1:50:35]
talk by a letter saying that we support this.
[1:50:38]
And they do send that letter.
[1:50:39]
The documents, they're going to prepare the boundary change.
[1:50:42]
They send it to us.
[1:50:43]
We put in that we support it.
[1:50:45]
It's actually an annex issue.
[1:50:47]
Yes, that's right.
[1:50:48]
That was on the channel.
[1:50:50]
That's right.
[1:50:51]
That's right.
[1:50:52]
All right, so all in favor?
[1:50:55]
Yes.
[1:50:55]
Yes.
[1:50:56]
Here you go.
[1:50:57]
I like this.
[1:50:58]
It's going to be here.
[1:51:00]
I'm holding that here.
[1:51:02]
Yeah.
[1:51:02]
Okay.
[1:51:03]
What's this?
[1:51:04]
Well, it's on that side.
[1:51:06]
That was it.
[1:51:07]
So it was on my stock.
[1:51:09]
There's all this service.
[1:51:11]
All those service.
[1:51:12]
Yeah.
[1:51:13]
I'll make the option.
[1:51:14]
Do they want any?
[1:51:16]
Do you open that?
[1:51:18]
Yeah.
[1:51:19]
They can only open that.
[1:51:20]
They're waiting there.
[1:51:21]
That we can be done service of a survey or two service.
[1:51:26]
survey that used to land if an altivist of it has been identified as lake, which is actually dry land.
[1:51:36]
Yes.
[1:51:38]
And that we have an upset personal memory, you know, your $5,000.
[1:51:46]
Yeah, that's what we have the maximum battery.
[1:51:50]
Yeah, standing on it.
[1:51:50]
But we can see what they get the number in that we would be interested to go exactly.
[1:51:57]
All right, all in favor?
[1:52:00]
Yes.
[1:52:01]
Gary.
[1:52:02]
Good.
[1:52:03]
I think that has re-completed the agenda.
[1:52:07]
All right.
[1:52:09]
We're open for them.
[1:52:10]
If there's anybody that has any questions they want to ask,
[1:52:13]
or if they want to make any statements,
[1:52:17]
we're open right now.
[1:52:19]
So it's just not a snow and we'll get to you
[1:52:22]
we end to basically allow them to speak.
[1:52:38]
No one might have seen anything.
[1:52:40]
I leave a message.
[1:52:41]
I just got a lot there.
[1:52:43]
Oh, I need to reach around to one minute.
[1:52:48]
Let's see.
[1:52:49]
No.
[1:52:53]
Excuse me.
[1:52:54]
What?
[1:52:55]
What?
[1:52:56]
We have not.
[1:52:57]
Anyway, second, this is the last chance.
[1:53:00]
Anybody that wants to provide any information
[1:53:02]
to ask any questions, so let us know.
[1:53:13]
Okay, we need a motion to adjourn them.
[1:53:16]
How old are the counselors?
[1:53:20]
You can do it, yeah?
[1:53:21]
Oh, no, I'm just asking you at all.
[1:53:23]
I don't have any control.
[1:53:24]
I have nothing to tell you.
[1:53:25]
I have nothing to tell you.
[1:53:26]
Anybody else?
[1:53:27]
No.
[1:53:28]
Okay.
[1:53:28]
Not nothing.
[1:53:30]
Motion to adjourn them is what we need.
[1:53:33]
Thanks, Howard.
[1:53:34]
And we're adjourned.
[1:53:36]
Congratulations.
[1:53:37]
Your time to reach.
[1:53:38]
Yeah.
[1:53:39]
Thank you.
