All right, we are now reconvening in the open session. There is no reportable action from closed session. Is there a volunteer to review the elements of effective?
[0:19]
I'm sorry because we didn't do it. Yes. Claudia, pardon me. If you could introduce the Spanish translation.
[0:29]
Hola, buenas noches. En la parte de abajo de su pantalla van a ver un globito.
[0:34]
Por favor, si decían escuchar la interpretación de español de la reunión,
[0:45]
So, do we have, there's no reportable action from closed session, is there a balance here
[0:50]
to review the elements of effective governance?
[0:53]
Sure.
[1:02]
The Timopias Union High School District governing board identifies and commits to the following
[1:05]
ideals as the foundation of effective governance.
[1:09]
One, the board engages in open dialogue and discussion.
[1:11]
Two, board members are prepared and knowledgeable regarding the topic at hand.
[1:15]
Three, the board has a common purpose, common direction.
[1:18]
Four, the board is student-centered in all of the actions.
[1:21]
Five, the board listens to, listens to understand one another in their unique perspectives.
[1:26]
Six, board members' model professional, respectful, and critical behavior.
[1:30]
And seven, board members' support decisions made by the majority of the board.
[1:35]
Thank you. Is there a motion to approve the agenda?
[1:39]
So moved.
[1:40]
Second.
[1:42]
All those in favor, please say aye.
[1:43]
Aye.
[1:44]
Aye.
[1:44]
Any opposed?
[1:45]
Motion carries.
[1:46]
Are there any public comments on the consent agenda?
[1:51]
No.
[1:52]
Any public comments on the audience?
[1:54]
No.
[1:55]
All right.
[1:56]
So is there a motion to approve the consent agenda?
[1:58]
So moved.
[1:59]
Is there a second?
[2:00]
Yes.
[2:01]
All those in favor, please say aye.
[2:02]
Aye.
[2:03]
Any opposed?
[2:04]
Motion carries.
[2:07]
Now we are public comments for items not in the agenda.
[2:09]
The board recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and provides this time
[2:14]
for members of the audience to address the board on any school-related matter not on this agenda.
[2:18]
The board can take no action at this time, as this is the board's meeting held in public
[2:22]
to conduct district business.
[2:23]
The board limits public comments 20 minutes to ensure the board is able to address all matters
[2:28]
on the agenda in a timely manner.
[2:29]
Depending on the number of speakers, each speaker may be heard for up to three minutes.
[2:33]
If the number of speakers requested to be heard exceeds 20-minute time limit, speakers
[2:37]
may be a lot at less time to address the board as determined by the presiding officer.
[2:43]
In such cases, the entirety of the speaker's comments may be emailed to the board,
[2:46]
emailed comments that we receive and read by the board will be noted in the minutes of the meeting.
[2:50]
For public comment during the meeting on Zoom, please use the raised-your-hand featured indicate
[2:53]
you would like to make a comment. All speakers, both in public and via Zoom, are requested
[2:57]
to identify themselves prior to addressing the board. The board strongly denounces hate speech
[3:02]
and does not tolerate disruptive behavior in our meetings. The Tammel Pies Union High School District
[3:06]
provides itself on the rich diversity of our school community.
[3:09]
We are committed to creating a culture belonging where members of our community feel
[3:12]
included, safe and respected.
[3:13]
We ask for members of the public to refrain from making disrespectful and hateful comments.
[3:18]
Are there any public comments for items not on the agenda?
[3:22]
Do we get any slips now? No one online? No one in the audience?
[3:29]
All right. Now we may not answer the superintendent's report.
[3:33]
Thank you and welcome back everyone.
[3:36]
It's nice to see all of us together again after the entire month of July off.
[3:42]
After a lovely vacation with Joe, my wife in late June, early July, I've been back in
[3:48]
the office since about early July, preparing for the start of the year over the several
[3:55]
weeks since.
[3:56]
It's been nice welcoming various groups, various people back from their summer breaks as well.
[4:01]
And today, we officially welcomed more staff back, although they all returned last week.
[4:09]
Our principals, the system principals, directors and held our expanded leadership retreat
[4:15]
just today with that group of site and district leaders and cabinet members as well.
[4:21]
To ground ourselves really in the important work ahead for this coming school year, I shared
[4:27]
with the group, my three priorities are focus areas for the year, maintain the district short-term
[4:35]
and long-term financial well-being, create opportunities for more meaningful community engagement
[4:42]
with significant cider district going is on, and then to strengthen our focus and intention
[4:48]
on improving students' academic experience and outcomes. As that last priority is really our main
[4:55]
responsibility as an academic institution, the entirety of the day really revolved around
[5:01]
that theme. I'd like to thank Kelly, Paula, Jeanine, LaSandra for working together on the
[5:08]
content of that day for those assembled leaders. And would really like to thank Aaron, Robert,
[5:15]
Amarol, last skill for transforming the room in extremely short order from a presentation,
[5:23]
professional development day to a board meeting day. So thank you for making all of that happen.
[5:29]
I am eagerly looking forward to and preparing for our teachers, counselors, and other staff to
[5:34]
return on Monday, August 17th. The full day kickoff event will begin 830 in the gym at Redwood,
[5:42]
830. The gym in Redwood, I would invite all of you to attend. If you're able and welcome,
[5:47]
please just shoot me a note so we can save you a spot and I can be sure to introduce you.
[5:53]
But really looking forward to celebrating our accomplishments from last school year and looking ahead to the new school year with all of those folks when they're back on the 17th while many of us were away enjoying the summer.
[6:06]
There were countless individuals or teams divisions that were here carrying out the important work of the district.
[6:11]
I know our business services team probably arguably one of their busiest times of the year were here closing out the books.
[6:18]
Our custodial teams deep cleaned all classrooms, moved all furniture in and out of rooms, touched every surface in all of our schools to prepare for our kids return shortly.
[6:31]
IT department less updated, re-imaged every single Chromebook in the district, ready for our students return, wired our new adult ed classrooms,
[6:45]
further upgrades to the next work, the District Firewall, installed a cell booster at Archie,
[6:53]
countless others doing countless other tasks to prepare for the new year.
[6:57]
I do want to personally acknowledge and recognize a few individuals who really went above and beyond.
[7:04]
Vicki at the RS, Lisa Callahan, Marla Murphy, have been in working extra hours,
[7:09]
First, removing thousands of obsolete textbooks
[7:12]
and inventorying thousands of new replacements.
[7:16]
They's also tagged and inventoryed,
[7:18]
all of our new case lockable devices
[7:21]
in preparation for our phone free school initiative.
[7:25]
So a big thank you to Vicki Lisa and Marla
[7:27]
for their good work.
[7:29]
And then I would be remiss in not recognizing
[7:32]
David O'Connor, Robert Amoral and Kim Stiffler,
[7:36]
they have moved mountains.
[7:38]
to ready San Andreas for the co-location of our two all ed schools, big kudos to all three of them for their work and making that happen.
[7:47]
While also gearing up for the start of the new school year, we are also busy with summer school.
[7:52]
Big thank you to Songzhargarh leading summer school and with our teachers, counselors and support staff.
[8:01]
They supported over 200 students to get back on track for graduation and or A to G completion.
[8:08]
We'll share more. Kelly will share more about summer school at our next meeting in August.
[8:14]
As always, our students continue to do amazing things in the community even while they're away for.
[8:21]
The summer, our latest example comes from Redwood student Joel Kertzmann.
[8:25]
and his mother is a teacher at Tamascale,
[8:29]
and Joel submitted his artwork in the 2026
[8:33]
Congressional Art Competition.
[8:35]
His stunning photo, the Golden Hour Fog,
[8:38]
which you can see in the Marin IJ,
[8:40]
was the winning entry for California's second
[8:43]
Congressional District,
[8:45]
and his artwork's gonna hang in the US Capitol
[8:47]
for a year.
[8:49]
Big congratulations to Joel.
[8:52]
And then sticking with that previous theme
[8:54]
of our students doing amazing things, CASP results, parents likely have their students'
[9:00]
individual score reports now or very shortly in the near future. There will be a preview
[9:05]
to LEA school districts in mid-September. CDE will release comprehensive data and results
[9:12]
October 15th. I'm looking forward to sharing with the board and community what I believe will
[9:18]
be positive results in that arena.
[9:22]
And then I will close out with three board seats coming up for election in November in
[9:28]
the filing deadline closing soon.
[9:31]
Cabinet members and I have secured a date to host a candidate forum where we can share
[9:35]
in-depth ins and outs of the district operations as we've already had a candidate or two reach
[9:42]
out wanting to set up individual meetings with us.
[9:46]
And we're electing to follow best practices, and instead of doing individual one-off meetings rather holding a singular candidate forum, that way we can ensure that all the candidates here, the exact same information and the same length of time allows us to then better utilize our time as well.
[10:05]
So we will hold that candidate form on Thursday, September 17th, from 6 to 730 here at CREFs.
[10:14]
I'll reach out to all those that file paperwork individually to announce that date.
[10:19]
I know that the Marin County Office of Education is also working to put together
[10:26]
what I think are the series of video trainings that they have amassed over the years that they'll
[10:32]
share with candidates all throughout the county as well.
[10:35]
But with that, I'll end my superintendents report. Welcome back.
[10:39]
Thank you.
[10:41]
Questions on the superintendents report?
[10:45]
Yep. Okay.
[10:46]
All right. So, now moving on to action items, item 12a.
[10:52]
Take action to approve TAM High Foundation's donation to TUHSD,
[10:56]
an amount of $21,200 for a library specialist.
[11:00]
This was continued from the June meeting.
[11:03]
I'll motion to approve.
[11:05]
Okay.
[11:06]
I'll wait.
[11:08]
I've asked for public comments first.
[11:09]
Are there any public comments on item 12A?
[11:12]
No.
[11:13]
Any of the audience?
[11:14]
No.
[11:14]
Okay.
[11:15]
So we have a motion to approve.
[11:18]
Is there a motion to approve TAM Highs Foundation donation to HSD,
[11:22]
the amount of $21,200 for library specialists moved by Trustee Green.
[11:27]
Is there a second?
[11:28]
Second.
[11:29]
All those in favor, please say aye.
[11:30]
Aye. Aye. Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Moving on to item 12b, take action to approve
[11:37]
the Tam High Foundation's donation to UHSD in the amount of $23,700 for a wellness specialist.
[11:44]
Are there any public comments on 12b? No? Any in the audience? No. Is there a motion to approve?
[11:54]
Okay. All right. Second. All those in favor? Please say aye. Yes. Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries.
[12:03]
And then I just had a question clarification on because these were three items that there were three
[12:09]
items on the June agenda that we had said we needed to hold off on because of trustee
[12:18]
Horns, now new position, right, starting in January. And so the third item was, it was,
[12:26]
how was it phrased, a $750,000 loan to the Tam High Foundation. And so can you update us on that?
[12:35]
Yes. So I really appreciate Michele Coons, the Tam High Foundation president, Esther Chang,
[12:42]
the the treasurer who I think was here and spoke at that last meeting they went
[12:47]
back and did some internal workings and we have an agreement that they will
[12:52]
front load the district funds just like the other foundations do and then
[12:59]
true up periodically throughout the year to continually ensure that the
[13:04]
Tam High Foundation maintains a positive balance with the district so just
[13:09]
to get us out of that situation that was unique for TAMI,
[13:13]
the different from the others, they're back in line essentially
[13:16]
as the other foundations operating like the other foundations are.
[13:20]
I think that's best for both of us, and I really appreciate Michelle and Esther working with us to make that happen.
[13:26]
Great.
[13:27]
Thank you.
[13:28]
Moving on to item 12c to discuss and approve amended classified salary schedules for
[13:34]
20, 23, 24, 20, 24, 25, 20, 25, 26, and 20, 26, 27.
[13:40]
Mr. Ells.
[13:42]
Good evening, everyone.
[13:44]
A little bit of context.
[13:45]
There's zero financial implications of this,
[13:47]
is simply to update the salary schedules
[13:50]
to comply with updated CalPERS retirement requirements,
[13:56]
their criteria.
[13:57]
This is to protect past employees so that when they retire
[14:01]
The CalPERS will audit everything and make sure it's up to snuff, and they want to make
[14:06]
sure that there's some items here that they want to make sure there's some words and
[14:10]
some references that are on the up and up.
[14:13]
The reason this has brought back twice in so many months is we've heard from different
[14:19]
opinions from different CalPERS represents.
[14:21]
So this is where we are today.
[14:24]
There's a very good decent chance with CalPERS or CalSTRS because they are all making sure
[14:30]
other requirements are tight as they should be to make sure that the retirement systems are there
[14:35]
for future educators that we may be bringing these back in the future. Not saying that we will,
[14:41]
but I wouldn't be surprised if we are, but there's zero financial implications simply to comply with
[14:46]
CalPERS. I happen to walk them if you want, but that is all I have to share.
[14:54]
Does anyone have any questions?
[14:57]
on this? No? Okay, are there any public comments on that at the top?
[15:00]
See? Any public comments on the audience? No. Is there a motion to approve the amended classified
[15:06]
salary schedules for 23, 24, 24, 25, 25, 26, 26, 26, 27?
[15:12]
So, we...
[15:13]
Sorry, a second?
[15:13]
Second.
[15:14]
All those in favor, please say aye.
[15:16]
Aye.
[15:16]
Aye.
[15:17]
Any opposed? Motion carries. Now, thank you. Now moving on to 12D, introducing new administrators
[15:24]
for the 20, 26, 27 school year.
[15:30]
I am happy to introduce to the
[15:34]
government board the public two
[15:35]
new cited administrators for the
[15:37]
scum in school year both will be at redwood high.
[15:41]
Although I really should clarify that one of them is not a new administrator just in a new
[15:46]
role.
[15:47]
And that is Lisa Kemp.
[15:49]
Lisa has been a long time and well respected district employee.
[15:53]
first she was an English social science teacher and team leader at Redwood for a
[15:57]
number of years. Transitioned into the role of a system principal I believe
[16:02]
five years ago. And when Dr. Payne stepped away from the district late in the
[16:08]
year, Lisa was the natural choice to step into the role as the interim
[16:12]
principal for this year. She's earned the respect and the trust of her fellow
[16:17]
administrators, teachers, and staff. There was a campaign from some staff members,
[16:24]
Camp 2026. I know she will do in the new role, build that same level of trust
[16:32]
respect with parents and the broader community as well as the governing board
[16:36]
as you see her leadership. So, at least I don't know if you want to say a few words.
[16:40]
Yeah, just a few.
[16:43]
It's like a whole book.
[16:46]
Don't, don't.
[16:49]
Thank you for giving me this chance.
[16:51]
It's nice to see you all.
[16:53]
I'm humbled by this opportunity and feel empowered by the people I'm surrounded by.
[16:59]
That's one of the great things out working this district.
[17:01]
We work with a bunch of professionals that are just amazing.
[17:04]
I felt that for sure I was here as a teacher.
[17:06]
and I continue to feel that way today's retreat was just a minor, I'm sorry, reinforcement.
[17:13]
It's just fun. Thank you.
[17:16]
I don't have to start over, do I?
[17:21]
But the thing I'm most excited about is walking back our students and working together with
[17:26]
everybody to increase the performance and achievement of all of our students and guarantee a viable
[17:34]
and applicable curriculum for everybody.
[17:39]
Thanks.
[17:40]
Thanks, Jim.
[17:43]
Thank you, Lisa.
[17:45]
Another new administrator is Jessica Screz, who is also here.
[17:50]
For the past several years, Jessica skillfully serves as the district's lead instructional coach.
[17:56]
You rewind the tape back to our meeting in June.
[17:58]
This is the same Jessica Screz, who was honored with the Chris Anderson Instructional Leadership Award.
[18:05]
As the transition was happening, Redwood would lease a stepping into the interim principal
[18:09]
role and a natural fit that that was, Jessica too, was the natural fit to step in as the
[18:15]
temporary assistant principal for the school year.
[18:19]
Jessica's rightfully earned the respect of teachers and teacher leaders, who she's led through
[18:24]
important PD.
[18:25]
I'm really excited to see her take her strong instructional skills, knowledge and wisdom
[18:31]
to one of our sites that are directly in a bed and a fit are kids, teachers and staff so Jessica, welcome.
[18:38]
Just to thank you, really. To you all, to the District Administration, to Redwood, I am very excited
[18:44]
to be back at Redwood, where I was prior to being here at the district and to work with all of my dear colleagues
[18:50]
and the incredible and amazing students, families and community just looking forward to a really great year.
[18:57]
So thank you.
[18:57]
So can I just say thank you ladies for stepping up to take on this task.
[19:05]
You know I think it's a good thing that you're test driving it so you can see if you like
[19:10]
it or not because who knows in 27 you might be like yeah I'm good or you might be like
[19:19]
yeah let's go.
[19:21]
So thank you so much for stepping up.
[19:24]
Thank you.
[19:26]
Congratulations, and good luck.
[19:30]
All right, so now moving on to item 12E.
[19:35]
Oh, actually, were there any public comments
[19:37]
on the new administrators?
[19:40]
No, not in the audience.
[19:41]
Okay. All right, so moving on to 12E,
[19:44]
take action on the job scripts for the CTE health care pathways teacher
[19:48]
for adult Ed, who's going to take this lead.
[19:52]
I can introduce it. Yeah, so this is a CTE health CTE Health Care Pathways job description that would operate at our tam adult school and this would be a grant funded temporary position for this school year.
[20:12]
That's wonderful.
[20:16]
Do you like grants funded?
[20:17]
Yeah.
[20:20]
All right.
[20:21]
Any questions?
[20:23]
No ma'am.
[20:24]
Yeah.
[20:25]
And this is the very successful program that we heard about last year and was put up for kind
[20:34]
of an outstanding program in the county.
[20:37]
Take the broader state.
[20:39]
Throughout the state.
[20:40]
Yeah, but it was recognized both levels at the county and at the state.
[20:43]
This is that job.
[20:45]
Okay. Great. All right. Are there any public comments on item 12E and the audience? Okay.
[20:54]
Is there a motion to approve the job description for the CTE health care pathways teachers for adult ed?
[20:59]
So a second.
[21:02]
All those in favor, please say aye.
[21:03]
Aye.
[21:03]
Aye. Any opposed? Motion carries.
[21:07]
And now moving on to 12F to discuss board priorities for the 2026-27 school year.
[21:14]
And I'm going to ask whether people want to start the discussion now or if we want to
[21:21]
wait until the 25th and then carry that into the September meeting based on availability
[21:27]
for people's meeting.
[21:29]
What do we think?
[21:34]
Okay.
[21:35]
Do people agree to continue this item to the 25th?
[21:39]
Given I will not be here.
[21:41]
Okay.
[21:41]
We have a majority.
[21:44]
I mean, we can continue it to the September meeting.
[21:49]
Or I was wondering, could I chime in now with your thoughts?
[21:53]
Do you have thoughts now?
[21:55]
I have many thoughts.
[21:58]
That's like rally and priority.
[22:00]
Yes.
[22:04]
In terms of the priorities for the district, you know, I really feel confident.
[22:12]
that the district is still targeting the things that what we're here for, right, and that's educating students, right?
[22:24]
And really closing the achievement gap, because we still have one, folks, you know, let's not be remiss of that because we do.
[22:33]
and when you're looking at student bodies on each of our comprehensive campuses,
[22:39]
we know where the differences lie.
[22:42]
And so I'm really excited about the work that Ms. Kelly Laura does,
[22:48]
you know, because it begins to be laser focus in that department, right?
[22:52]
Because then they know where those shortfalls are.
[22:55]
And then they depend on ladies like the two of you, right?
[22:59]
To carry it out, like Dr. Graham back there.
[23:02]
Hey Doc, so chair lady, I don't want us to lose a focus on the fact that we want people
[23:15]
to send their kids here.
[23:16]
We want people to send their kids to this district because we are savvy in the sense that
[23:23]
we have lots of offerings.
[23:25]
We have to be tight with our money.
[23:28]
Corbord already knows, we have to keep things cost, things cost, and I think
[23:38]
charity, you say this a lot, in terms of fiduciary responsibility, we have
[23:44]
to be mindful of that. If it was up to me, it's an open checkbook, we'd be broke,
[23:50]
okay, no kidding. But at any rate, so those things, academic focus,
[23:56]
is, um, you know, fiduciary responsibility. Um, and then the other thing for me, I would
[24:04]
hope as we are taking a show on the road, I would love to see that the show on the road,
[24:08]
right, where we're having some conversations where we're doing more town hall meetings,
[24:14]
where we are open, um, literally, um, and when all five trustees are in a room, it's a meeting.
[24:23]
we have to call it a meeting, but we can have more listening sessions than expressing our thoughts
[24:31]
and our feelings. I'm not exactly sure how that happens, but I would love to see more interactions
[24:38]
with our communities at large.
[24:44]
Just the different spaces within our peripheral. Let's get
[24:53]
out to fair facts. Let's get over to Mill Valley. Let's get down to Sausalito. I'm not. So for me,
[24:59]
those are the priorities. Okay. And we'll come back to those on the 25th and then probably on the
[25:08]
4th. Yes. Whenever first meeting in September. I cannot talk my head. Okay.
[25:15]
And then three members here. But one of the things that we had talked about was perhaps
[25:21]
doing a was doing a board survey, right, review, right, a board self-review and use the CSBA.
[25:29]
But then we had talked about perhaps doing a workshop around it and given the fact that we have three seats up for election in December
[25:38]
to work in a workshop with a governance expert probably made sense to do that in January with the new board.
[25:46]
So do people want to take the survey this fall or think yes?
[25:55]
Okay.
[25:56]
Well, no, we could do it and it would we could have discussions.
[25:59]
We review it in, you know, we can review the results and.
[26:05]
Before the summer.
[26:06]
Yeah, and it would it would underpin our work or, you know,
[26:11]
things that we need to work on as a board in the next three months.
[26:15]
But as far as the governance workshop, I think it might make sense for a governance
[26:21]
expert to come in and work with a new board.
[26:24]
I agree.
[26:25]
Okay.
[26:26]
All right.
[26:26]
Then I'll have the CSBA pull together the survey and send that out before the 25th meeting.
[26:33]
Okay.
[26:34]
Are you going to say something, Courtney?
[26:35]
Sorry.
[26:35]
I was just going to clarify to say that if we do take it now, it doesn't preclude us from
[26:42]
I'm taking it again with a new board
[26:45]
because there will be at least one new board member.
[26:48]
But I can work with Aaron to get the self-evaluation
[26:52]
and get the link out.
[26:55]
All right.
[27:01]
And then moving on to trust you reports.
[27:04]
I'm excited for school to start.
[27:09]
I'm excited for school to start.
[27:11]
My son is not.
[27:11]
I think I'm excited for schools to start in Elimita.
[27:22]
I did want to say I was out at Stinson this past week and if you have a chance to go out
[27:28]
there, there's a new restaurant called Salt Bloom Kitchen out there and it's where lunch
[27:35]
Fox was near the post office, and there's a Tam connection because I think it's Rachel
[27:42]
DiPalo, is the woman who runs it.
[27:47]
She grew up in Stinson Beach.
[27:49]
She lives in Saucerito.
[27:50]
I believe both her kids go to Tam, and she has an extensive background in cooking and catering,
[27:56]
and I think owns the catering company out there as well.
[27:59]
started this pop-up lunch stand that's Thursday through Sunday and I believe
[28:06]
hires just Tam students to work it and she takes them through the entire kind
[28:12]
of restaurant process so from budgeting ideas there's a special that changes
[28:18]
every couple of weeks that the kids put on the menu they learn how to fill a fish
[28:22]
the fish are caught locally all of it and the food is outstanding so
[28:28]
Congratulations to Rachel DiPallo. I hope I'm getting her name right. I don't know if her
[28:33]
daughter served me, but it was great. So, if you have the chance, and it really is experiential
[28:40]
learning, right? These kids are, and it's, hopefully, it's doing well, so.
[28:44]
Well, the first son's, or the Earth, who's what you're doing, exactly what you said.
[28:48]
Yeah, yeah. So, it's exciting. All right. So, any requests for future agenda items?
[28:55]
I think, Trustee Holden, you would ask about.
[29:00]
I think, correct me if I'm wrong.
[29:02]
Was I talking about the prop?
[29:04]
Yes, 28.
[29:05]
Yeah, just maybe, hearing what?
[29:08]
Because I know, like, haven't, there've been, like,
[29:10]
not changes the clarification.
[29:13]
Hasn't there been some clarification?
[29:15]
There's a bill to provide clarification.
[29:18]
Hasn't been...
[29:18]
Oh, okay.
[29:19]
So we can, okay, so we'll get an update later.
[29:21]
So maybe just add that to the...
[29:23]
the Prop 20 Funding. Any other agenda, I mean we'll get the cast. When can you give us,
[29:32]
can you give us like hints on the, when you get when the leader, why do we wait till October 15th
[29:37]
for the finalized? Yeah, I want to take some more time to look into that and I don't want to
[29:42]
to get too far out in front of my skis. But let me evaluate some more and see when we,
[29:49]
If we can go ahead of the 15th since we're going to know some things in September, but let me know I'm not saying now, but like when the, when the, when the.
[30:00]
I.E.A.S. Get. When the LEA is get the draft. Yes. Yes. Especially because the new sounds like it's promising. I'm not. You're not promising that it's promising. One basket or what is it? You know? I mean the carp for the horse, I think is the one you want to. Yeah. All right. So any other requests at this time? Motion.
[30:29]
to a jar. Okay. All right. The next meeting is August 25th and
[30:38]
Be sure.
