[0:00]
Good going on this. Let's go ahead and go up to the bottom of the courts. It was the first time.
[0:16]
You got to collect this. Okay.
[0:19]
I'm going to start at the airport. I ran a fuel summary this afternoon. Since the first of July, up to currently today, we've had about $6,373 in the fuel sales, for a total of $1,125 gallons.
[0:37]
In terms of the airport, since we've met last, we're pretty busy at an airplane crash,
[0:44]
no fatality, not the point in through NTSB and FAA, it's looked over and shipped back
[0:52]
to Idaho.
[0:53]
So, that's off our plates.
[0:56]
We got it on 75% of the runway, so we're going to wait, we're going to try to get that down
[1:00]
the rest of the week.
[1:03]
Now we'll finish it up out there, fuel cells are not, especially under low levels, the
[1:10]
Bosch culture.
[1:12]
It's time to hear a lot of guys drop out of the sky by 200 and low less fuel.
[1:20]
So in the near quarter, back top rating is normal, so you can get a trash drop, the sanitation
[1:27]
in the nation's farm, which is quite along this line.
[1:29]
It's got a good weekend, no complaints.
[1:31]
Of course, you reach as far as you can
[1:33]
and then trash out of the field.
[1:37]
Street's department.
[1:39]
I have those guys busy in the front of the event.
[1:40]
So they got that demo done in three days
[1:44]
and we can get the concrete and then they're working
[1:45]
on that project.
[1:48]
It's going to be getting remote.
[1:50]
So I'm going to get the skills for you
[1:51]
and we're trying to get those knocked back
[1:53]
on the city properties.
[1:54]
We're going to cut the streets.
[1:55]
We're going to address this week.
[1:57]
It's kind of the future plan of it is, as we've done two CAPX projects.
[2:01]
Some of that projects will be working with video those countries.
[2:04]
So there's a big thing that we got enough and give him on his schedule,
[2:09]
I think, around the first of September.
[2:11]
We'll start those two CAPX projects.
[2:14]
Keep those guys pretty busy.
[2:16]
Try to get them done, at least, have them.
[2:19]
Hopefully, the first thing starts is my goal, but we'll see how that goes out.
[2:23]
and then try to get into this work action for a second.
[2:29]
That's all about when we got to go.
[2:33]
Questions?
[2:36]
We
[2:40]
want to repeat that chat.
[2:46]
All right.
[2:47]
All right.
[3:03]
Junior Ranger football.
[3:04]
Signups are still going on.
[3:06]
Girls volleyball.
[3:08]
Third and third and fifth grade.
[3:10]
And also if there's any sixth graders that want to play,
[3:13]
that don't want to play in those schools,
[3:15]
loving ball will sign them up as well.
[3:19]
Tomorrow night, Emerald Challenge,
[3:22]
they leave from the sunny lodge,
[3:23]
run up Emerald Street, come back down,
[3:26]
we'll see how many people makes.
[3:30]
Girls volleyball camp, start tonight.
[3:33]
There's 16 girls participating in them.
[3:37]
And starting August 12th,
[3:40]
we're going to have early morning,
[3:46]
So maybe some of the school teachers can come in.
[3:52]
And our lead is not doing that.
[3:54]
It's a new gentleman.
[3:55]
And he works out it.
[3:59]
That's
[4:02]
what we got going on.
[4:04]
Great.
[4:05]
Thank
[4:09]
you.
[4:27]
All right.
[4:28]
the coins. I'm not sure who they're for. I have to take a receipt from you.
[4:36]
Okay,
[4:39]
I just brought 50.
[4:52]
So last meeting, I had an email for to be read. So I just kind of,
[4:59]
I'm going to kind of recap what was missed last meeting and then updated this week. We're most excited
[5:06]
about the Wyoming Community Foundation grant,
[5:09]
around the 32,500 in the city's Kevx fund.
[5:14]
I'm starting, as you can see,
[5:16]
doing the concrete for the front nitrists of the events
[5:20]
that are big shout out to Chad,
[5:24]
I'm already glad for his staff for doing
[5:26]
the bulk of the demo, last Monday Tuesday,
[5:28]
and then Phil, the Vianna Sky's up and doing a great job.
[5:33]
So, supposed to be done on the first day.
[5:36]
The three events that were scheduled now last week,
[5:41]
pale financial was a free one to the public,
[5:44]
and I actually just secured another rental from them in September
[5:51]
to have them come back for another different kind of genre
[5:55]
niche, same financial, but not for Social Security,
[5:59]
with something else, financial, so had a good conversation with them to get them to
[6:04]
come back for that.
[6:06]
And then the golf advisory board did their fundraiser, called Termin on Saturday, raising almost
[6:12]
$4,000 for additional golf course improvements.
[6:17]
I started, I talked with even Arvid Osa from the National Park Services and came up with
[6:26]
a few ideas of, kind of, the other girls to reach out
[6:30]
for events, Helio Mendes, I'm sorry, you know, who they are,
[6:35]
but they do a conference and they go throughout the present.
[6:39]
Part of the country, you know, so reaching out to them,
[6:43]
they did one back to the early 2000s here.
[6:47]
Oh, it was a year.
[6:50]
I'll also start a book for Christmas parties, which by the way,
[6:53]
market calendar is a city Christmas party is scheduled for Tuesday, December 8th. Also the
[7:02]
employee appreciation technique will be September 7th. And then confirm to repeat Saturday
[7:09]
event through this fall or the Chamber of Commerce Gallup on September 19th. The Possible
[7:23]
Gocheek is November 7th and the Rocky Mount Mill Foundation is November 14th.
[7:29]
Another monitor calendar for JC Penney, Golden Rule Day and the community picnic is
[7:35]
Thursday, August 27th. The county has confirmed that they will come and
[7:43]
are paying perhaps the cost. So Diamondville, their clerk is going to put
[7:50]
in front of their council. Let's see if they're coming or think how they want to support
[7:55]
on Kyle last year's game to help serve. So, I don't mind you needing to. We'd like to, any
[8:02]
of you who would like to serve or help with that picnic please let me know, especially if you're
[8:07]
interested in grilling first or hot. You would like to-
[8:13]
to do. August 27th is a Thursday, the week after kick through 12 starts. So they'll
[8:21]
be Steve Strong, the alumni for Jay-Z Penny. He has a whole schedule and they're starting
[8:27]
at 10 in the morning with different tours. The Jay-Z Penny book off there will be here as
[8:33]
well. I have those more specific times here after I said I have that. I think it's here, but
[8:39]
But, um, awards will start at 5 and then dinner at 5.30, so it's clear we have everything set
[8:49]
up in the morning.
[8:50]
John's guys will bring cables and all that stuff and if you're willing to grill, all right.
[8:57]
Brian told me he was a little nervous unless I was built tech or somebody who has done that
[9:04]
grill before.
[9:04]
or so maybe you need to do a test run, isn't why I'm saying.
[9:08]
If you want to do that, then you have to.
[9:09]
I'm so pleased, probably, but I can't, shouldn't you?
[9:12]
Okay.
[9:13]
I'd promise to maybe sit some green cues right about that date
[9:17]
and I don't have dates or that.
[9:18]
Oh, I'll also want to be responsible for the Negro law.
[9:21]
I don't want to be involved in the Negro law.
[9:22]
I don't know, how would be happy to agree on that?
[9:25]
Okay, thank you.
[9:26]
Totally good, totally good.
[9:28]
Yeah.
[9:29]
So, yeah, we just haven't, we haven't formed that food yet.
[9:32]
because I'm not sure about the girly yet so someone's willing and wanting to
[9:38]
Yes, I'm going to keep on going but I believe last year we got pre-cooked stuff
[9:44]
because of the grill. Is that right or wrong? I could have been part of the pre-cooked
[9:50]
I started right before the pic next so I don't know that it was already ordered
[9:55]
the whole pork is what we did last year, the whole pork in the pre-cooked
[10:00]
Yeah, I think the problem is we have two grills and they're both kind of temperamental.
[10:10]
That's why we need to give them a test drive, so they are a little temperamental, but they
[10:17]
work great and if we're just going to do a dry rubble, John, it would be helpful.
[10:24]
That would be great.
[10:25]
Yeah, I don't grill though.
[10:25]
Oh, you can do that. I'm more worried about the heat than the grill.
[10:32]
Okay, so we'll get that bigger out, but if you just quick hands if you can want to be there.
[10:43]
Thursday, August 27th, the last Thursday in August.
[10:50]
Thank you, Mayor. It is a fun problem.
[10:55]
I'm sorry, I don't know your name.
[10:59]
Oh, I should know your name.
[11:00]
Sorry, I know it.
[11:02]
I know it in paper, but didn't put the face.
[11:05]
I followed this.
[11:06]
I'm Caitlin.
[11:07]
I'm happy with it.
[11:11]
Questions for you.
[11:13]
Yes, Christmas party.
[11:16]
December 9th.
[11:17]
It has not started planning yet.
[11:19]
Eight.
[11:21]
What?
[11:21]
Yes, the date is the only thing that hasn't been planned yet. I just found out the budget this week.
[11:28]
We wanted to get an early start on the date before anybody else in any other organization, and we're in the community gets that date.
[11:36]
Would you like to cook again? Yes, I'm going to jump over down and scream all of that. That's not much of a choice.
[11:44]
We are.
[11:48]
We got we got we budgeted for the kind of thing we did last year. Yeah we
[11:53]
increase the budget and the kitchen has grow funds. I have one quote I need a
[12:00]
second quote for the double-eleven replacement so that should be the next
[12:04]
I just want to solve it in that replaced friend, Tritonium, and I'm going to pick up the date about the county contract.
[12:15]
I mean, the mayor already knows, but I just, we have that delivered.
[12:22]
The signed copies are delivered to the county.
[12:24]
I don't know if you have.
[12:26]
Okay.
[12:30]
Brian wanted me to share just some of the usage of the county what they use, so they
[12:37]
get a 100% discount because they have free uses in the contract.
[12:42]
So for the fiscal year 2526, Lincoln County used the commissioners used it twice, the
[12:51]
room rental equaling $300.
[12:54]
The extension office used it for one day,
[12:58]
and that equivalent would have been $800.
[13:02]
And the 4-H used it in 28 days.
[13:06]
And the room rental equivalent was $7,920.
[13:12]
So just the toll-free use of the county
[13:14]
had used this last fiscal year with $9,020.
[13:18]
dollars for your information. I have more data to if you are interested in that. Exxon
[13:28]
is by our base customer and the mine hill core, Pacific core and then a lot of those
[13:37]
repeat events that we have, those were in the top 10 revenue events.
[13:47]
Back to date, the fly-in car show is September 12th.
[13:54]
Rotary confirmed that they are doing the pancake breakfast.
[13:58]
I've got a couple of people contacting about entering the car show.
[14:02]
You can even email me at KWilliams, or if you want to do a partial entry, it's free.
[14:12]
We do three awards typically, or last year, we did three awards.
[14:17]
So it's just kind of a fun time to get together.
[14:20]
And kids 8 through 18, ages 8 through 18 can sign out to fly online with other pilots.
[14:29]
So part of my practice lived the name of their organization, Young Eagles, maybe.
[14:39]
You know, I remember what they said.
[14:41]
Yes.
[14:42]
Young Eagles.
[14:43]
Okay.
[14:44]
So they have pilots donate their time and then they get a grant and chat, fills their
[14:54]
playing with gas and, you know, a good time.
[14:59]
And there...
[15:00]
And then the coin update, the invoice was sent to Bob King at the county for 200 coins that they have. I have, well, now 51 coins at the event center. 27 and the golf clubhouse, we've sold 122 coins at $10.00, the profit is over $7.00. Brian was given 50 coins and I haven't, I don't know if I need to inventory that. Or you guys are good.
[15:29]
on. I don't know if I'm responsible. No, we're taking care of it in staff and in the
[15:35]
admin. So we still look like most of them. Okay, so whatever he's responsible.
[15:44]
We just
[15:45]
think about asking the chamber to sell coins to the cabin, but there's a little bit of a
[15:49]
setup for that because they would just add another kind of daily drop of money. We'd have
[15:57]
have to go down there every day because they would have to do cash.
[16:00]
So if you want me to do that, we can set that up.
[16:06]
But as we're now down to 75ish, I'm not sure that we need to take care of it.
[16:24]
So you get her supposed to be somebody of the junior, 20 hours a week.
[16:29]
There is.
[16:29]
Yeah, so they actually do eight hours, seven days a week in the summer.
[16:38]
Because you can just post them.
[16:40]
These are somebody who will be there.
[16:43]
You want to go ahead and tell me to go on.
[16:45]
We've got to go fast too.
[16:47]
Yeah, that's something we've also, I bought five over there.
[16:50]
Yeah, so we set them up.
[16:52]
So yeah, I mean, if it's as a possibility where again, it's just more about
[16:58]
a process we would have to put in place as far as if they sell a coin and they have to contact me and then I would go to the cabin and get the cash.
[17:07]
Just kind of that tracking inventory, which is really possible, but it is available.
[17:12]
Like you said, the golf doors here at City Hall and then at the event center also the same thing if they want to come get a coin there.
[17:21]
and we do have three spots already.
[17:24]
I just need to go forward with the change
[17:26]
for assembly and just because they have a process set up.
[17:29]
And so let's
[17:33]
do direct us as a council
[17:36]
then I will see what the new things for tonight.
[17:43]
We have a, it was actually, we've booked it last week
[17:46]
on Tuesday, tomorrow night, the emergency services
[17:51]
are just doing a community while our protection plan
[17:55]
and public meeting.
[17:59]
Obviously, open to public at 6.30 p.m. tomorrow at the event, which because
[18:05]
of our cement work in front, the south doors will be unlocked. So, I'm going to the lab
[18:11]
side and then go on that side. August 1st Saturday has two events. A new one, the Wyoming
[18:20]
and then a private party two weeks later and I'm stacked with the wedding and then the primary elections Tuesday, August 18th.
[18:32]
New event that is getting a little bit of power.
[18:35]
It will be in portraying on Wednesday the 19th.
[18:39]
And that weekend is the club championship at the golf course.
[18:42]
August 22nd, 23rd and then the next week is our last golf tournament with the
[18:49]
Calcutta on Friday night and the Betis Foundation Golf Tournament on August
[18:55]
29th. Next city council will have a new clubhouse software agreement also to
[19:00]
you guys to look over and improve but we'll say the city over $1,500 a year and
[19:08]
and the customers at the golf course almost 1% in credit card fees.
[19:15]
One last thing we do need nominations for the Golden Rule Awards that we do for the community picnic.
[19:23]
So I just posted that on our Facebook page.
[19:27]
I have hard copies here.
[19:29]
additional names. We ask you to do at least one navigation. As a council, we have a,
[19:38]
we'll put something to choose from. So, they can Facebook or email me and I can email
[19:45]
this information as well.
[19:51]
Any questions? That was a lot of information. Thank
[19:58]
you.
[20:10]
Sure, we have a officer Michael D. Cari is graduating Thursday, our new officer, our
[20:22]
new detective sergeant will be starting in just a few days, so that's good.
[20:28]
Worcester Ridge was pretty busy for us.
[20:30]
We had a, we had a tanny between most of your citations and being tested for us.
[20:37]
So we stayed busy, but on the trial itself, everyone was pretty good.
[20:42]
Those diverse stuff happened outside of the training also.
[20:45]
Other than that, business is usual.
[20:51]
My colleague, I'm
[20:56]
presenting itself.
[21:07]
Who's going to next?
[21:20]
Let's say, of course, Carter, Landon, Charles, they just do a great job every day out there.
[21:33]
We had a fundraiser and they raised $7,770 from the end of this year, so it was quite a successful day, great hope for them all, for everybody on that board and everybody who participated in it to help make that happen.
[21:52]
The clubhouse has run a fantastic just in her team.
[21:57]
You were great.
[22:00]
We had a great tournament weekend, parks, Mr. Hunsey, and Ms. Batista are nonstop from
[22:12]
the moment they show up, from mowing to fixing broken lines to spraying weeds.
[22:18]
They are nonstop from getting other shit to learn it.
[22:21]
So yeah, it pops to them.
[22:24]
Let's see.
[22:25]
I want to thank, oh, and setting up and break it down
[22:29]
for a voice to rinse.
[22:30]
They were very important.
[22:32]
I want to thank the street department for their health
[22:34]
and coming to help deliver the parts of the stays
[22:37]
that we needed to.
[22:40]
Lois and her crew at the Rec Center for Lois
[22:43]
was on vacation, but she was the go-between for any issues
[22:47]
that came up at the pool and letting me know.
[22:50]
So I'm thankful to her group maintenance Wayne is Wayne Daniel has come along
[22:57]
fantastically and they are doing their regular thing like all those toilets you
[23:02]
maybe it's stuff every day and I want to thank Ed Germit Sebalis he has begun
[23:11]
our Frisbee golf course at Archie Neal he was counting on some help not
[23:17]
of it showed up. He's got every hole himself. And Mr. Hansi went out and made sure he weren't
[23:23]
plus that there were any sprinkler lines. And yeah, it's on its way. So that's my report. I do have
[23:34]
an agenda item.
[23:37]
And I feel like I may have to change this. This is a voter of the city of
[23:46]
of the fishermen we have up here, but if you've been keeping up, yellow stones close,
[23:53]
three rivers, the fishing, several other rivers have voluntary fishing closures, the
[23:59]
water temperature is too high.
[24:01]
A fish that you catch, and it may swim out of your hand, it's going to belly up, down
[24:06]
the river.
[24:08]
You're not going to save anything, you're out there keeping which catch, that's different
[24:12]
as long as you're within your limit.
[24:13]
We put in lowest with some donated money, but quite a bit of fish into that pond this year,
[24:22]
and some of them are breeders.
[24:24]
We want them to live.
[24:26]
And I would like, and there's an attachment to this.
[24:31]
I would like to have permission to monitor that pond and close it,
[24:35]
if the temperature goes over 70 degrees.
[24:38]
If 70 degrees, you're not going to save the fish.
[24:40]
Every thing you hook is going to die.
[24:44]
Water temperature, right?
[24:45]
Water temperature, yeah, excuse me.
[24:47]
I'm sorry.
[24:48]
Water temperature.
[24:49]
That doesn't mean, you know, a complete closure.
[24:52]
If you look at the attachment, it goes over fish species.
[25:01]
We're looking at rainbow, broken comfort in our, in our pond.
[25:08]
48 to 59 degrees is optimal.
[25:10]
for them to be healthy. 54 to 68 can rainbows. When you get 70 to 72, if I'm reading today
[25:20]
for 74, lethal threshold, maternal, physiological stress, and high mortality. I would like to keep
[25:28]
them officially and actually producing. What gaming fish puts in, they're sterile. They don't
[25:35]
They don't reproduce, but what we put in this year does, and I would like to see those
[25:42]
fish survive.
[25:43]
And so I'm not asking for a permanent closure of it, but what I am asking is if I would
[25:51]
be allowed to monitor that pond, and if it does get over to those levels to be able to close
[25:56]
it.
[26:07]
How would you just have to post? It's a sign that yesterday, you know, is it the lock that
[26:13]
used more of the locking trail than anything so putting a chain to go off, I would consider
[26:19]
that just posting it. If you close it, would you put a reason why? I certainly can. I certainly
[26:29]
can and that would be difficult.
[26:34]
And I think I would ask that we would post that on Facebook also.
[26:38]
And so you will have a, in the denim, so we'd like to put this as a new business item if we
[26:43]
could have this new business item D. That's okay. And then just to, I
[26:53]
think I would
[26:54]
on the action, the recommended action, I would make it so that under John's direction as the
[27:01]
the Gulf and parks, the parks and recreation and golf
[27:04]
direction.
[27:06]
He can either himself or designate someone to close the
[27:14]
fishing pond at any time that he needs necessary when
[27:19]
it drops or goes above until the water drops below 70
[27:25]
degrees.
[27:26]
It's over 70.
[27:27]
than 70 year-older, right? He wants to put the sign up and then until it goes below 70.
[27:37]
Yes, right. Is that a good synopsis?
[27:41]
Yes, I think what I like about this was that we could just, you know, pass this policy right
[27:50]
now for this next couple of weeks, and then our next meeting, we have a formalism resolution
[27:59]
authorizing the Parks and Rec Director to that order, there is a need to close the
[28:06]
pond as needed based on good weather conditions.
[28:11]
Whether it's frozen, you don't want to go out there because the ice is just barely freezing
[28:14]
or starting to come out.
[28:15]
You don't want to move on through.
[28:17]
On just the groundwater, any weather conditions, whether it's the slide closed?
[28:22]
Yes.
[28:22]
So we ran into earlier, and I appreciate that.
[28:25]
I will work better.
[28:28]
We ran into our vision, and then schools, out of town,
[28:33]
and school are showing up with vision that same day,
[28:37]
but that's one of the pretty nice things to close that
[28:40]
before our fishing journey, so our kids have fish.
[28:44]
And we had a chat this morning, and Scott,
[28:47]
my understanding that I do have the power to just go
[28:49]
have caused it to, as needed, but since we're going to make policy out of this, to give
[28:55]
you some latitude on when you want to do closures, as a policy, then the whole council should
[29:00]
weigh in. And it helps set that policy to the resolution. So, in the next week, they will
[29:05]
have a more formal resolution, putting a policy in place, giving you an hour to operate on
[29:13]
as needed.
[29:16]
Is there a big date right now?
[29:19]
Yeah, that's right.
[29:20]
Right.
[29:22]
And we're running into our hottest two months.
[29:28]
Yeah, so we need to be specific.
[29:30]
We need to be specific.
[29:31]
We need to be the rest of the year.
[29:32]
That's great.
[29:33]
We'll take care of everything else.
[29:34]
Okay.
[29:35]
Thanks.
[29:39]
And it's your own agenda.
[29:40]
I encourage you.
[29:42]
Could be meals.
[29:44]
No.
[29:44]
Oh, I'll do that.
[29:45]
Sure, go.
[29:47]
Good.
[29:51]
Well, I guess we're going to be able to talk.
[29:53]
Yes.
[29:54]
So, wait.
[29:55]
And the talk is out of the office today.
[29:56]
But Rachel's seven, substitute me for us.
[29:59]
And.
[30:00]
We're very busy in the office. We're advertising for a full-time position, still. And we're also on the
[30:12]
dock tonight is a part-time position. We're just getting more and more people coming to the
[30:18]
counter. It's just constant. It's bell ringing. It's not that the bells annoy us. It's just we're not
[30:25]
able to with all the interruptions is getting harder and harder for staff to get their projects
[30:30]
and their work done and take care of other things. So it's just the volume of our people
[30:37]
counter come people come to the counter calling on the phone as well as is increasing significantly
[30:42]
right now. So and it's not something we forecasted it was unanticipated so that's on the
[30:49]
docket tonight for a part-time position. You'll see that in there.
[30:55]
And also, yeah, a lot
[30:57]
of the we are getting a lot of public records requests. So that's keeping us busy. So anyway.
[31:04]
All right,
[31:06]
we have our audio recording going as well.
[31:11]
All right, any questions for next speaker?
[31:17]
In a filter bit, as we jump in, we get this thing,
[31:19]
and we'll have to get an issue
[31:20]
from what the Science-E, Fish and Hot Warrior do.
[31:25]
I hope for the day in the United,
[31:27]
you should go round to that.
[31:29]
All right, so we're just going to go over there.
[31:31]
Let's put it pretty plain and drop it up.
[31:33]
Let's get over the pills.
[31:35]
But so the thing is, time goes, there's no pills.
[31:39]
So any creations on the bits?
[33:04]
We can always find something that's referring to the pressure on that corrected.
[33:08]
So it goes to bills and the question is on the bills.
[33:19]
The city hall there is a asking for an open key to open key.
[33:26]
Sign, hold on.
[33:30]
Make sure.
[33:32]
What makes sense?
[33:44]
I think we
[33:48]
need to have a new tenant come in, yeah Rachel could probably remember that.
[33:55]
I don't recall the sweet numbers off the top of my hand but if you recall Nicole Anderson
[34:00]
may cater to her seats and we fill those with great intent and so they requested new
[34:07]
signage. That's something that we paid for and then we billed to that tenant.
[34:14]
I'm just going to just go ahead and we'll just choose what to do.
[34:28]
Do you have the frames on the bills?
[34:32]
No, I can't find it again. I have one. I can't find it again. It's the better that bill for
[34:39]
the outside pool of $280, $280, $480.
[34:43]
I did the whole thing.
[34:50]
Who is that?
[34:51]
Who is that?
[34:59]
The top page is on the table.
[35:03]
Okay.
[35:04]
That was for all the less.
[35:05]
You put a drop as a pool.
[35:08]
Okay.
[35:09]
What is the monthly bill?
[35:10]
No.
[35:11]
It was $150.
[35:14]
And then it was actually like two months,
[35:16]
or maybe three months will end up being three months of a monthly bill at like $95 and
[35:24]
then we'll shut it off next August and okay I was just wondering if that was a monthly
[35:30]
bill.
[35:31]
So that was, they put it in drop and it was a one-time fee so when we open the pool next year
[35:38]
then we don't have to pay that $150 we'll just have to pay the three month bill.
[35:45]
Okay. Thank you. Thank you.
[35:47]
Thank you.
[35:48]
Thank
[36:47]
you.
[36:48]
Good.
[37:11]
One thing that I'm saying in that pool,
[37:15]
we've got the water bill and the sewer bill.
[37:19]
And I don't.
[37:22]
It's an oddly nice sewer bill.
[37:24]
I think because you use this much of water and pool,
[37:27]
it doesn't answer on that sewer.
[37:29]
It
[37:31]
can be, you know, looked at, you see, just because you're both, because if they're
[37:38]
raiding it, whatever the water is, it's going, they were using, it's certainly that much
[37:44]
of a sewer because going into this water is not going down the sewer.
[37:51]
And the swimming pool is not tied into the sewer.
[37:55]
So, I just kind of, I believe I might have an answer to that.
[37:58]
I'm not sure. So we had lost some seals in our pump and so the water level had dropped.
[38:05]
We had to repot a prime that filled. I don't know, but maybe six inches, eight inches, but that may be,
[38:13]
I don't know when we dumped that water out of there. We're looking at 80,000 gallons. So maybe 10,000,
[38:21]
5,000? I don't know. Would it take bringing it back up to the level? That might be what you're seeing.
[38:28]
I'm not sure.
[38:30]
I understand the water.
[38:33]
When you dump the water out of there, how do you dump it?
[38:39]
We don't dump it until the end of the year.
[38:41]
That's the only reason.
[38:43]
That's where I get that reference from, how much water it holds.
[38:49]
I don't know where the water went that we bring our level down.
[38:54]
six, eight inches. We showed up the following day, almost the prime seals have gone in it,
[39:00]
they've brought it on, so we have a new seal kit, but that's the only thing that I can take
[39:05]
out of them. But I don't know where they're going to go. Yeah, it's kind of curious on that field,
[39:12]
because just because it's building the pool, it's not going to be discovered down there. Right,
[39:18]
and then very close to one where none of them were there was anything in this situation,
[39:21]
Looks like $80 doesn't think a lot of sands, but
[39:28]
And there's not a there's no
[39:30]
Peter nothing on that silver. We don't never know of like
[39:34]
I'm just a school of a very animal
[39:39]
But yet we can use a lot of water when you have to put
[39:44]
I just kind of hear this on that it is
[39:48]
And let's
[39:49]
a little bit
[39:57]
So, maybe we'll have a stand on the go-shake those rates with the drive-tower because
[40:01]
there's a normal household, they'll have a ratio of work used as much water as we're
[40:04]
slowing down sewer.
[40:06]
Whereas, we don't have that built-in, that model, right, so I'm a few, and then we look a lot
[40:12]
to how the drive-tower is about to go through that to the ratio for an outdoor pool.
[40:17]
I mean, because they do, average has started this summertime because we use a lot more water,
[40:25]
but a lot of it's going on the lawn, so they have an average system that they use for that.
[40:32]
We can talk to Brent, but maybe maybe something there, because they was a little bit of mine.
[40:38]
That's a good suggestion.
[40:41]
Thank you.
[40:42]
Thanks, John.
[40:50]
Okay,
[40:53]
we have questions on those.
[40:57]
We still have about 15 minutes, so we could get through this pretty quick, so we'll just
[41:03]
go right down the mid and right down the line there.
[41:06]
Where's the instant management payment voucher?
[41:10]
That's pretty easy.
[41:11]
What are the questions on them?
[41:14]
Maybe the instant management grant agreement and the question is there.
[41:22]
All right.
[41:27]
Page 41. Well, this is their rating.
[41:29]
It is 368 years from happy to show by to show.
[41:32]
So the box came property is available for use for workforce housing.
[41:39]
If that comes to fruition, any questions on third reading?
[41:42]
No changes from previous weeks.
[41:47]
All right.
[42:08]
This allows patients of a liquor catering permit to any person holding a retail or resort
[42:15]
for the license for off-premises sale of both alcoholic and malt beverages for sales
[42:22]
that meetings, conventions, private parties, and dinners, or other similar gatherings,
[42:27]
not capable of being held within the license premises.
[42:32]
And this is for Eagle Bar, for a wedding that's going to be held.
[42:37]
I think you can't really refer to that, right?
[42:39]
Yes, that's the event for August 15th.
[42:43]
So it's a specific day, one, and it's the town.
[42:49]
and also the Tammett-Lavarch has been written a hurdle for this as well. This
[42:55]
needle bar is out of the barge, so we're recommending that we pass this.
[43:05]
I'm all for this now, but in the form it's a frequent breakdown by
[43:10]
sending to a different town. It is the legality there and the
[43:16]
coefficient is fine with that.
[43:20]
It is. It is. Okay, you have to push it a little bit.
[43:28]
It was going to be the next one. It was the speed. So I just said with some more things.
[43:34]
Similar license and this one's for Rosie's bar, which is actually out of town as well. It's
[43:40]
in a different town, and we've done this frequently for them.
[43:45]
And this is for a Kinssen era at the Southlake and Training
[43:51]
Event Center on Saturday August 1st.
[43:54]
And it's required to have the town a bit of sin
[43:57]
give the written approval, and that has been done so by the town
[44:00]
of time ago.
[44:04]
Questions on this?
[44:08]
OK, so my next one is business seats.
[44:11]
a part-time inventory in front of this position in front?
[44:15]
I'm experiencing it all ready a little bit, but basically,
[44:20]
it's really a better customer service to have somebody at that front desk as well.
[44:26]
In addition to what I've written in my packet here, but we're looking at a,
[44:33]
a depending on experience, a part-time position, and it's working anywhere from 20 to 29 hours a week
[44:39]
at the rate of $18 an hour to $21 an hour to pay an experience, which is not in the fiscal year 2026, 2027 budget.
[44:50]
Again, we did not anticipate the amount of traffic.
[44:53]
We are getting people doing things with their property over and over and over again.
[44:57]
and more.
[45:00]
It's more variance requests, more building permits. And it's just all of the interruptions is makes it so that staff, a lot of our admins have, we can't, we keep getting interrupted. And so it's, so it's going to be more efficiency gain as well. But so the last time we actually had some an advertising desk was when we were also doing the joint powers board.
[45:31]
utility billing and it's getting to the level. It seems like that it was then right now in the summer just so we're asking for that so.
[45:44]
And also with the full-time position of a grant,
[45:47]
we have to advertise for once that person comes in.
[45:50]
If you know those things, it'll be just a lot of training times,
[45:53]
which will keep them from the trial counter as well.
[45:55]
So just a little, but you know, put a buffer there
[45:58]
so they can properly train the key person.
[46:01]
All right.
[46:02]
Yeah.
[46:03]
Good.
[46:06]
I really like this idea here.
[46:08]
Yeah, we are also looking for a full-time person.
[46:12]
person also. We are only interested. That's great because I hate to see any
[46:17]
alert apartments for sure it's active and causes problems. Yeah it's getting
[46:21]
very difficult to take vacation for all of us for it. Sometimes we all get sick
[46:27]
you never know. It's just we're we're stretched pretty pretty thin with again we
[46:34]
thought you know a one full-time person was going to do it but the more that we
[46:39]
think about it and experience the kind of traffic we get, the kind of questions we get.
[46:43]
We're thinking it's going to be much more efficient to have someone that can kind of take care
[46:48]
of things before it comes to the internal admin staffs. So we understand what we're doing.
[46:55]
Yes, please do so. Thank you. And that goes with every department on the deal.
[47:00]
That's a bad day when you win a shorthand. So that's a good idea. Thank you.
[47:09]
Thank you.
[47:11]
I'mustry on the agenda which is in the fish pond is close with the
[47:15]
time. So there's any other question on that?
[47:19]
Okay.
[47:20]
You guys are coming up.
[47:22]
Okay.
[47:23]
We also have a position on where we are supposed to run the city
[47:28]
website.
[47:29]
Yeah, we can do the site.
[47:30]
We just have the fish pond page.
[47:33]
We put out a
[47:35]
seasonal patient, and we're like yeah,
[47:38]
that will make sure the information is out.
[47:57]
We're in recess, but yeah, it is recording, sorry.
[49:23]
the last year.
[49:27]
So that's a really good, perfect analysis.
[49:34]
I know what that's going to be.
[49:42]
I mean, I'd say pretty.
[49:45]
I don't like.
[49:48]
That's a white.
[49:56]
It's not.
[51:53]
I'm curious about when people use online do they see his gifts over here too and on the email
[53:48]
to succeed.
[53:50]
Thank you.
[54:02]
Very nice to meet you.
[54:04]
You look very young now.
[54:07]
I'm going to go to the studios and then
[54:08]
we'll go to
[54:13]
the studios.
[54:14]
And
[54:19]
that's as we show.
[54:22]
So, I'm going to go to the studios and
[54:24]
see what we're doing.
[54:25]
Yeah, so we want to see what we're doing.
[54:38]
So,
[54:38]
okay, yeah, whatever.
[54:41]
Yeah, good by.
[54:42]
I love it.
[56:01]
Good to see you.
[56:03]
You don't want to see him.
[56:04]
No.
[56:04]
That's your good haircut.
[56:08]
I'm glad you're here.
[56:17]
I had lots of ideas for him lately.
[56:24]
Yeah, and I mean, really, the
[56:30]
first two have been...
[56:38]
I'm very sorry, I'm so sorry.
[56:40]
I'm so sorry.
[56:40]
I'm so sorry.
[56:41]
I'm so sorry.
[56:41]
I'm so sorry.
[56:41]
I'm so sorry.
[56:42]
I'm so sorry.
[56:42]
I want to see him.
[56:43]
I'm so sorry.
[56:47]
I can talk to Hansi.
[56:49]
I think he did bring more because it's enough to get out of here.
[56:57]
It's probably, I mean, in a way, it's just an offer to call the gatekeeper.
[57:01]
I just want to say what he says.
[57:07]
I don't know.
[57:10]
You guys know somebody recorded, right?
[57:13]
Did you hear that?
[57:16]
Everything's being recorded.
[57:20]
your voice.
[57:24]
They're getting the video. The audio is everybody here.
[57:30]
So they hit an incident.
[57:34]
Oh, the dog hit on you.
[57:44]
We need to talk about
[57:49]
We need to talk about it.
[57:49]
We need to talk about it.
[57:52]
So I'm sorry.
[57:53]
Okay.
[57:55]
I'll
[57:59]
see it.
[58:07]
I'll see it out.
[58:56]
All right, I got called beating for Monday, July 27th, the 26th of order, everybody please
[59:03]
and the pledge winners.
[59:11]
So, I'll
[59:14]
go for two seconds.
[59:16]
One, two, three, four, five.
[59:18]
And then, again, thank
[59:26]
you.
[59:27]
Thank you.
[59:27]
Great to be able to finish calling the federal.
[59:29]
Yes, some crowd good in an order that's unusual to you.
[59:33]
Mayor Bowen.
[59:34]
Here again.
[59:34]
Councilman De Deedstek.
[59:35]
Here again.
[59:36]
Councilman Ella.
[59:37]
You know some folks, that's right.
[59:38]
You know more councilman Ella.
[59:41]
Councilman McCawke.
[59:42]
Here.
[59:42]
Councilman Prite.
[59:43]
Here.
[59:44]
Councilman Spears.
[59:46]
Here, Councilman Batcher.
[59:47]
Here.
[59:47]
There is a quorum present.
[59:52]
All right.
[59:53]
Can I get approval for the agenda?
[59:54]
And I have another addition.
[59:55]
So I'll just give you what I need.
[59:57]
So can I get approval to?
[1:00:00]
Our motion to approve the agenda for July 27, 2026 with the addition of new business, the addition
[1:00:08]
upon closure and new business E updating city attorney appointment to start 729.26 or as needed.
[1:00:16]
So moved.
[1:00:17]
Second.
[1:00:19]
Okay, motion a second. All in favor say aye.
[1:00:24]
Okay. So, presentations, we have a presentation. Our first one, Mr. Scott Myers, 2025,
[1:00:32]
assistant of the year. I'd like to give you a close on this.
[1:00:37]
Let's stop and come up.
[1:00:44]
I'm going to have a microphone filter down here.
[1:00:47]
It should be.
[1:00:53]
Just come up here. So, you're on the phone.
[1:01:04]
So it's my pleasure to announce this year's, well, last year, 2025,
[1:01:09]
Kimberly's Department of Justice in a year award.
[1:01:12]
Scott Myers is a recipient of a good annual Kimberly's Department of Justice in a year award.
[1:01:17]
Scott has been recognized for this year's award.
[1:01:20]
The recognition of his dedication is a leader in my community.
[1:01:24]
Scott has been instrumental in working alongside the police department over the years.
[1:01:28]
Scott is a terrific leader.
[1:01:31]
He's the first to say thank you to all my office roommates.
[1:01:35]
He shows compassion and dedication to his patients.
[1:01:39]
Scott works very hard to be progressive in the MS field.
[1:01:42]
He works diligently to get used involved in a medical field and I have personally witnessed
[1:01:48]
the success of that program time and time again.
[1:01:51]
Scott has a fantastic ability to see in others what they don't see in themselves.
[1:01:56]
Scott has dedicated his career to being the first responder.
[1:02:00]
I've met Lucky to work the alongside him.
[1:02:03]
19 years ago as a police officer, he's still at the date.
[1:02:08]
And, yeah, so things have got to go.
[1:02:11]
Okay,
[1:02:27]
have to do this, it'll turn.
[1:02:40]
Yes, thank you.
[1:02:45]
was a success because of all the loves around me.
[1:02:50]
And I do appreciate everyone that I get to work with.
[1:02:54]
Thank you.
[1:03:11]
The MS Hospital.
[1:03:14]
Do you want to just yell?
[1:03:15]
I can't do that.
[1:03:16]
I'll get one with the mayor there.
[1:03:18]
Okay.
[1:03:20]
Okay.
[1:03:24]
I'm going to cancel.
[1:03:26]
I'm going to go up in the tree.
[1:03:32]
Alright.
[1:03:37]
We need to go ahead.
[1:03:40]
I don't know.
[1:03:40]
There's a
[1:03:45]
silence.
[1:03:47]
Okay.
[1:03:53]
The council's scr inches in like this.
[1:03:54]
I'll have to mess with that again.
[1:03:56]
No, no, no.
[1:03:57]
Okay.
[1:03:57]
No, no, no, no.
[1:03:58]
I'm just going to
[1:04:02]
go ahead.
[1:04:03]
Okay.
[1:04:05]
the address.
[1:04:17]
Our presentation, see or present the audience.
[1:04:22]
So, we're here for the call.
[1:04:27]
No, I'm just asking the, let me throw a bow.
[1:04:31]
Okay, so we'll skip our next presentation then.
[1:04:34]
And let's go to the comments and petitions as we have it in the comments.
[1:04:38]
For any of us,
[1:04:44]
Dave and Andrews, please fill out the target.
[1:04:46]
One group of the OEDG's are in,
[1:04:50]
I'll let it be on the right hand side.
[1:04:52]
We're going to help with your data.
[1:04:53]
We need my folks,
[1:04:55]
such as on one of them.
[1:04:59]
Please start on the blue side.
[1:05:02]
Hi, one group.
[1:05:04]
I live in 0309 in the hands of our circle.
[1:05:07]
Last, two goals meeting, I believe
[1:05:10]
that you guys amended the hourly range
[1:05:14]
for telecritic access.
[1:05:17]
I just had a couple of questions about one.
[1:05:20]
Does that have to go through three readings or is it just moving in?
[1:05:22]
It's just one and up.
[1:05:24]
Okay.
[1:05:25]
Then the only thing ahead is that ask that we put more attention on that.
[1:05:30]
Maybe bump up the first hour is free.
[1:05:34]
I just love him.
[1:05:35]
My manager and he said on the old rate, but still.
[1:05:40]
So we almost actually passed a take-level for electronic copies of things that open this
[1:05:47]
global municipalities can't charge, and I didn't really go out of that, but I didn't
[1:05:53]
do it.
[1:05:54]
Paying attention, I don't know if it's okay, it's not really, it's not really bad, it's just
[1:06:00]
sweet.
[1:06:01]
Because I know it's, you know, that's what things are doing, but as it continues, you are more
[1:06:06]
expensive.
[1:06:06]
And especially if you're able to pay 18 lawyers fee to review, that can add up quickly.
[1:06:12]
And it starts to look at some of the preaches.
[1:06:14]
So just would like to ask that you guys think if they're making the first hour of free
[1:06:21]
for a smaller group.
[1:06:22]
Thank you.
[1:06:25]
Thank you.
[1:06:25]
Anybody else?
[1:06:29]
Good.
[1:06:30]
We don't work on it.
[1:06:31]
We want the consent agenda.
[1:06:33]
Negative motion to approve consent agenda.
[1:06:35]
So good.
[1:06:36]
So I was like.
[1:06:38]
Okay, is there a question?
[1:06:39]
Okay, one second.
[1:06:40]
One second, I'll take that.
[1:06:42]
Alright.
[1:06:43]
Here we go.
[1:06:43]
A.
[1:06:45]
Okay, the old business A.
[1:06:47]
Sir, I'm asking for the doctor for reading board.
[1:06:49]
It was 6.908, you mentioned there was only pension, M168.
[1:06:53]
A nine term resultant head of the industrialized people like the short high one.
[1:06:57]
Right?
[1:06:59]
Yes.
[1:07:00]
Is it the final decision, file reading, if you pass it, and it becomes adopted and permanent,
[1:07:06]
currently in men's, or as a city zoning map to change 60 acres, currently zoned heavy
[1:07:15]
industrial I-3 property from heavy to light industrial. The intent of this is the property
[1:07:27]
owner would like to potentially put in a future temporary workforce of on this property
[1:07:36]
and has bidders that have bid on the backtell RFP
[1:07:40]
that are hoping to be chosen.
[1:07:43]
And so this is what it would, this prepares for that.
[1:07:48]
That would not happen until a conditional use application
[1:07:54]
would be brought before the zoning board
[1:07:56]
and they could put whatever conditions that they want
[1:07:59]
before it goes in that property.
[1:08:01]
I mean, so we are recommending passing, approving, and adopting this on third reading.
[1:08:07]
This is owned by King Fox LLC, it's parcel number 2116, it's a 68 per parcel, 274-00000-1600.
[1:08:21]
It's west and adjacent to US Highway 189 and south of US Highway 30.
[1:08:29]
and people were invited to the, to the zoning boards public hearing on this to comment and there were no comments over the statements at that.
[1:08:42]
So we recommend pass improvement adopt on third reading ordinance 2026-908, amending the city of camera zoning map changing 60 acres of land currently zone heavy industrial I three to I one,
[1:08:57]
which is light industrial, lying west in adjacent to U.S. Highway 189 in south of U.S.
[1:09:03]
30, in accordance with the League of Descriptions, there's two exhibits in there, there's
[1:09:09]
Exhibit 8, and there's also a map description as well as the exhibit B that would be part of
[1:09:14]
the ordinance.
[1:09:19]
Okay, there's been no changes throughout the entirety of the screening so far, the motion
[1:09:28]
Okay, so there's no questions, and I just need a portion of that number to help on 3rd grade or to set the points for 6 points.
[1:09:34]
So what?
[1:09:34]
5 seconds.
[1:09:36]
So again, here's what you're saying.
[1:09:38]
I'll bring you to the next slide.
[1:09:39]
Okay, here's what you're saying.
[1:09:40]
You close.
[1:09:42]
Okay, really not.
[1:09:43]
You've business paid.
[1:09:45]
You've been paying permits to go bar for weddings.
[1:09:48]
I want to trade events in page 25.
[1:09:51]
So.
[1:09:56]
Yeah, this is a request from Judy Dennison who's doing business as Eagle Bar LLC out of the barge.
[1:10:04]
They're going to wanting to use their lick of likes to cater a wedding at our South American training event center on August 15th.
[1:10:12]
It's a one time thing and it is required by state regulations.
[1:10:17]
relations, the town of LaVarge has given their written approval for this as well.
[1:10:22]
Are
[1:10:25]
there any questions?
[1:10:29]
If there's no questions, then I just need a motion to show this to you.
[1:10:36]
So the motion should authorize me to sign a litigating permit.
[1:10:38]
I do that pretty bad.
[1:10:40]
Someone.
[1:10:41]
Second.
[1:10:42]
Second.
[1:10:43]
Okay, motion, second.
[1:10:43]
I'll take a second.
[1:10:44]
All right.
[1:10:45]
Here goes.
[1:10:46]
Here goes.
[1:10:53]
Yes, it's the same as we just talked about, except that it's a different party.
[1:10:57]
It's Rosie's Pizza Rea Sports Bar for a Keen's in Yara.
[1:11:02]
It's going to be held at the same place, South Lincoln Training and Event Center, this
[1:11:05]
time on August 1st.
[1:11:07]
And it's the town of Diamondville that it has to give the permission which they have done.
[1:11:11]
And so we recommend doing so for this event.
[1:11:20]
Okay, can I get an emotional friend being signed, the voter can't incur that for us then?
[1:11:25]
No, no.
[1:11:26]
So that's like, take motion a second.
[1:11:29]
I'll favor say aye.
[1:11:30]
No.
[1:11:31]
There was aye.
[1:11:31]
Any post?
[1:11:32]
Okay.
[1:11:33]
You business.
[1:11:35]
But for our time in the district, in front of this position, right?
[1:11:39]
Well, the significant increase that is continues to increase in the intensity, yeah.
[1:11:44]
The number of calls and also front office requests for customer services is increasing significantly,
[1:11:54]
and we feel that to better serve and also create more efficiency in our office,
[1:12:01]
that we need to, we waited a long time for a front desk perceptionist since we last had one,
[1:12:08]
which was when we used to do the utility building for joint power sport,
[1:12:11]
But it's really it's also a better customer service to be able to greet people at the front desk and they'll create a
[1:12:19]
They'll complete a variety of office duties also and while they're up there supporting administration and getting things down we continue to get increases in people asking about building, planning, zoning and other permits.
[1:12:31]
general questions about zoning, our services, et cetera, and having this
[1:12:36]
position will lessen the interruptions so that administrative staff can
[1:12:40]
actually be more efficient and effective and not get interrupted with their
[1:12:44]
tasks and projects and getting them completed. And so we did not anticipate this in
[1:12:51]
our budget. Obviously the workforce that's come here and also the investment in
[1:12:58]
the community is driving a lot of this with people doing things with their yards, with
[1:13:04]
their homes, with their fences, everything, it just seems to be on the increase.
[1:13:08]
And so we're asking for a part-time employee to work from 20 to 29 hours per week at
[1:13:16]
the rate of $18 from $18 per hour to $21 per hour depending on their experience level.
[1:13:25]
and that would make it at the high end a $30,000, $16,000, $69,000 amendment to our budget for the remainder of the fiscal year.
[1:13:37]
Any questions on that?
[1:13:40]
No, just as I stated earlier, I'm all in for all departments to focus staff, so please let's do this.
[1:13:50]
Do you have any questions, comments?
[1:13:52]
I see one on one. I've been meeting you up for two years.
[1:13:55]
I'll give you that.
[1:13:56]
Thank you.
[1:13:58]
Thanks for being me up.
[1:14:02]
Welcome.
[1:14:03]
There's a, I guess I just got one.
[1:14:05]
One question or quite like the.
[1:14:08]
So we're doing a budget amendment.
[1:14:12]
So we have to have a public hearing to do all that for a budget amendment.
[1:14:17]
Seems like that's what we've done.
[1:14:19]
As we've always had the public hearing to do a budget amendment to.
[1:14:24]
I can't remember if we do a public hearing on that or not.
[1:14:27]
But we might, I think we might do it a whole bunch of them at once if we need them.
[1:14:32]
We try to keep them to the minimum, of course, but that's a question I'd have to look
[1:14:37]
up.
[1:14:38]
Okay.
[1:14:38]
Well, yeah, it turns out we need it, which is, you know, good then to just learn.
[1:14:44]
So all right.
[1:14:45]
And then we'll go to that as this.
[1:14:46]
So can I get a motion to it?
[1:14:48]
You can see your total of my $6.7, $1.7, about $30, $16, and $69, about a part-time front
[1:14:55]
physical position.
[1:14:56]
Sound over.
[1:14:57]
Where is anything?
[1:14:58]
Sound over.
[1:14:59]
Okay.
[1:15:00]
motion, second, on their say aye, aye, no, aye, nay, abstain, quorum, agenda item, motion,
[1:15:19]
We got a bunch of new viewers that weren't here for the workshops, so just a quick read
[1:15:22]
hash for those.
[1:15:23]
Sure.
[1:15:25]
Yeah, so what I'm requesting is the ability to close the kids' vision front down due
[1:15:31]
to extreme temperatures.
[1:15:37]
What we're having in our pond is rainbows and cockroaches.
[1:15:43]
Optimal temperatures are at the top end, 59 to 68.
[1:15:48]
We're hitting temperatures of 74.
[1:15:51]
It's a legal threshold for terminal physiological stress
[1:15:55]
and high mortality occur.
[1:15:58]
I'm an avid fisherman.
[1:16:00]
I myself have seen plenty of fish released out of my own hands.
[1:16:05]
Swim off and belly up, you know, 15 yards downriver.
[1:16:10]
Lots of yellowstone has closed three of their rivers.
[1:16:14]
Green River has a voluntary closure, another one I get I cannot remember, but we've invested
[1:16:23]
some money and got some donations that's putting breeders in the pond and I would like
[1:16:28]
to see them live and make some more fish for us so I think to do so my request is that and
[1:16:37]
I will monitor the pond and they can have permanent closure but as long as that pond is over
[1:16:43]
for 70 degrees, I would like to have permission to pose with a description of an explanation
[1:16:51]
that the pause is closed.
[1:16:55]
Any more questions or comments?
[1:16:58]
No, but I just like thank you, John, for recognizing this.
[1:17:02]
You're certainly making action towards this.
[1:17:04]
I don't think many of us really think about that.
[1:17:07]
I don't think so.
[1:17:09]
That's not enough for our guests.
[1:17:10]
Well, I think that's very nice.
[1:17:12]
Thank you.
[1:17:14]
I'm going to change the word in the introduction a little bit, so can I get a motion authorizing
[1:17:23]
our personal director, Robert Edd, where does that take to close the take on as needed
[1:17:33]
and close the side appropriately.
[1:17:37]
Just
[1:17:40]
as needed, get up and down, double open.
[1:17:44]
Okay, yeah.
[1:17:45]
Wait a second to authorize John or his destiny to close
[1:17:49]
the official bit.
[1:17:50]
SC big one as needed.
[1:17:53]
I'll never say hi.
[1:17:55]
It was I need close.
[1:17:57]
Thank you.
[1:17:59]
All right.
[1:17:59]
One more I'd like to get in there.
[1:18:02]
New business to be honest.
[1:18:03]
New business.
[1:18:04]
So we've, uh, with the medical records questions,
[1:18:08]
so with the medical records, we're questioning
[1:18:11]
and the shorthand, you know, from the administrative staff,
[1:18:17]
the needs become apparent, especially with, you know,
[1:18:20]
with our current state attorney, with his workload,
[1:18:24]
with his vacation, it's coming up with everything he's got going on.
[1:18:27]
It's, uh, there might be a, there's going to be a,
[1:18:29]
I would probably need to have our due seats in English speech and stepping a little
[1:18:36]
early to help with these public records was.
[1:18:40]
So, what I need to do is I need to update his appointment from the original start date
[1:18:45]
of I flew this longest 18th, and instead I'm going to update the start date of the 29th
[1:18:53]
July or as needed. So if the data rises and your bill will give you a call and have you
[1:19:00]
just take over then. I've already not taken over completely but this has been a big
[1:19:05]
slow slide. So that's kind of what we've got going on there and then if there's anything
[1:19:11]
else that comes up or our car attorney is going to be available by email only where he's
[1:19:17]
out, so we might have to reach out to your smothering things if there are times in ZIVA.
[1:19:26]
So the CP3s already agreed to this, and it was in the tweeds, I think, a little bit,
[1:19:32]
when time comes and needed, but that's kind of where we're at, where our feeds are, so they
[1:19:37]
wish them on us.
[1:19:40]
Okay, then I just need a motion to amend the appointment for Jason P3 for city attorney
[1:19:48]
to start on 7.29.2026. And you know, it says, it says, and that means we want to start
[1:19:54]
it. This is still, okay. So, we're going to have to start, keep it simple.
[1:19:58]
Just keep it simple. Okay. So, that's the, that's the motion I need. The bits and the
[1:20:03]
attorneys appointment, the JSONPTree, start on 7.29.2026. So, one, five seconds. Okay, motion
[1:20:11]
a second. I'll never say I don't have an earful side of you.
[1:20:17]
And I'm coming for you in the end too.
[1:20:21]
All right, so we're down to the conversation. I believe that is everything correct.
[1:20:27]
So all right, Brian, your question.
[1:20:31]
Actually, if I could start with this letter that was sent
[1:20:35]
to the mayor council and the same with honors, I'll
[1:21:18]
give you a couple minutes to read it.
[1:22:11]
Okay, we'll give you something else on that.
[1:22:15]
So yeah, we'll figure it out.
[1:22:20]
So the chamber is asked for a pass, a whole season golf pass and a drug center pass to
[1:22:31]
help them generate revenue for their gala that's coming up.
[1:22:39]
Staff is concerned about setting precedence here and also losing potential revenues for
[1:22:48]
those items.
[1:22:50]
We think in the main thing that what we want, if we're going to market things, we want
[1:23:00]
to market outside of people from outside of camera to come here not to cannibalize the
[1:23:08]
were cannibalize our own sales of our product or our services from people who may have purchased
[1:23:16]
it anyway.
[1:23:17]
And so what we thought would be a good compromise and is talking with the mayor this morning
[1:23:25]
instead of doing that, maybe doing punch passes and John, he could weigh in on this as well.
[1:23:31]
Right.
[1:23:40]
I'm going to agree with the punch pass.
[1:23:42]
It still gives us opportunity at least on the golf course,
[1:23:47]
that there will still be some revenue coming in there.
[1:23:51]
The punch pass is for green fees.
[1:23:54]
They'll have to be a cardinal.
[1:23:56]
They want to get on the range, that's a possibility also.
[1:23:59]
So we still have the opportunity to have some money coming
[1:24:05]
And yeah, of course, I believe we want someone coming from outside who's never gone through the
[1:24:10]
port.
[1:24:10]
Who's got to walk you covered back every week and bring all their friends and you know,
[1:24:16]
spending money in the course.
[1:24:18]
So, you know, I think instead of giving a straight up pass, I like for the bunch of pass
[1:24:24]
idea.
[1:24:27]
And how many bunch of passes is that?
[1:24:29]
10.
[1:24:30]
You get 10.
[1:24:31]
Yes sir.
[1:24:32]
So 10, 9.
[1:24:33]
10, 9.
[1:24:33]
levels. Yeah. And that's nice also. Absolutely.
[1:24:41]
So you're thinking I just think in the way,
[1:24:43]
thinking on the recreational part. I'm thinking the same there again. Yes. Once again.
[1:24:48]
Yeah. Introduce to the Rec Center if they haven't been before. And maybe they get a year
[1:24:54]
of membership next time. Or there's another bunch of other businesses are talking about what
[1:25:01]
one for each. One for each. Yes. One for each.
[1:25:06]
One ten time punch pass for each.
[1:25:10]
Yes. Rex Center. One Rex Center. One golf course. Did we do anything left here?
[1:25:18]
I can't remember us doing anything last time. If we did, if we did, it wasn't in my
[1:25:25]
I don't believe we have.
[1:25:27]
Yeah, it's been pretty fun.
[1:25:31]
I think this sounds better to
[1:25:36]
me,
[1:25:38]
whatever you have.
[1:25:40]
I did quite the full pass because, like I said,
[1:25:44]
it cannibalizes a lot of our car on sales
[1:25:46]
because somebody advised the pass might win it
[1:25:49]
and then we just lost the cost of sale.
[1:25:52]
Whereas if it's a punch pass, then they can't
[1:25:54]
say I still get their full pass.
[1:25:56]
And then I used my pass for gifts
[1:25:58]
to work on your new certificate,
[1:26:00]
as well as your certificate.
[1:26:02]
I'll show you how to do this on the usual.
[1:26:03]
The certificate is to get a certificate that you believe
[1:26:03]
is there anything else that you're going to do
[1:26:05]
at any of those things.
[1:26:07]
So with the certificate,
[1:26:09]
the goal of the City on this one is to give a sample
[1:26:13]
or a certificate to come by and give the book.
[1:26:18]
Give a test.
[1:26:20]
Take a look back to one.
[1:26:24]
We'll find out what else.
[1:26:26]
And
[1:26:30]
your response on that is over, and you can go through any, I think much faster, I think
[1:26:38]
by fast planning and the red pass, is that for a month or 10 years, can we use it?
[1:26:48]
Okay.
[1:26:48]
What is a membership card?
[1:26:55]
6.
[1:26:58]
6.
[1:27:00]
6.
[1:27:01]
6.
[1:27:02]
4.
[1:27:03]
6.
[1:27:04]
6.
[1:27:04]
not seniors. I think we're in the
[1:27:08]
re-enchanged for the re-excerter. That's what I think.
[1:27:11]
It sounds like tonight, isn't it?
[1:27:16]
You have any shorter terms? We're instead of one 10
[1:27:18]
punch pass, we can give two fives. I think we can make one.
[1:27:22]
We can get more people involved. We can make one.
[1:27:26]
I think you know, let's try to get more distributed.
[1:27:30]
I mean, we certainly can look at whatever we want there.
[1:27:33]
I've had to.
[1:27:34]
Yeah, that increases the odds of first I think getting users to use two potential users
[1:27:40]
instead of one.
[1:27:41]
Yeah.
[1:27:42]
I've been saved a lot of different people here.
[1:27:50]
Yeah.
[1:27:51]
No, you know, I've been saved.
[1:27:53]
Who are there?
[1:27:54]
Staff.
[1:27:55]
There was that.
[1:27:56]
I mean, yeah, I'm good with that.
[1:27:58]
What would be to be told to be safe for the wreck?
[1:28:02]
I would suggest doing both or some people at the same time.
[1:28:07]
Yeah, I'd say five weeks.
[1:28:11]
I don't know how it was possible.
[1:28:14]
I'm certain it's possible.
[1:28:16]
I'll just get more people to enjoy it.
[1:28:20]
Oh, I like that idea.
[1:28:24]
Yeah.
[1:28:28]
Well, there's, is there any encouragement?
[1:28:31]
Thank you.
[1:28:31]
So there's a few tens and there's a few tens and there's not too much to much.
[1:28:36]
Thank you.
[1:28:39]
Thank you.
[1:28:40]
Thank you.
[1:28:46]
I still let the council know as well.
[1:28:49]
We now have two links for two recurring council meetings which start with our work session.
[1:28:58]
One is on the second Monday and the other is on the fourth Monday.
[1:29:03]
they start at five o'clock. Our Council work session starts at five. It's all going to be broadcast.
[1:29:09]
You're going forward. And then afterwards, those broadcasts will be uploaded
[1:29:15]
on a link to our website.
[1:29:19]
And the data is stored on the Google server, not on our website server,
[1:29:27]
and we'll check that so that we don't tie up our server for our website.
[1:29:34]
That's the one way of doing it.
[1:29:37]
We think we'll save some funding and not having to upgrade.
[1:29:42]
We're working on upgrading our website anyway.
[1:29:46]
Now the other thing, so there's going to, one thing people need to realize as well
[1:29:54]
that this is a broadcast it's not
[1:29:57]
participate in that they want to participate.
[1:30:00]
They may become in person to the council, maybe, if they want to make any visitor comments or anything else.
[1:30:09]
Also, I've heard that, or through which it's very successful, I appreciate all the work that they put into it and staff did as well. Just some general figure out from staff. It was on the average, you know, it was about average attendance, which I think is really good.
[1:30:25]
So, and also I did per direction of council send the agreement for the purchasing sale of city property over next to the kettle restaurant to map and she the right and we're just waiting for a closing date for them to connect with that with the mayor.
[1:30:47]
We'll sign that so I'm just waiting to hear back on that.
[1:30:49]
So, so about. Thank you.
[1:30:53]
Okay, so this is our second meeting.
[1:30:56]
Make it short.
[1:31:01]
Because there's a lot of room here.
[1:31:03]
The staff with the attorney's social point.
[1:31:09]
I want to give you a good news to the staff.
[1:31:12]
You say it's fair that they're bringing it under the room.
[1:31:16]
And they've been torn apart.
[1:31:19]
and there's nothing different. I've been better than a fantastic
[1:31:23]
extent of the chair job, over one, over one, but it's not important.
[1:31:31]
But the exercise has been so, yeah, I think it makes a sense to have a place
[1:31:35]
for it.
[1:31:39]
I'm just thank you.
[1:31:43]
Thank you. I would also like to say that
[1:31:47]
that city staff does a great job.
[1:31:50]
Also a better press with the department heads
[1:31:52]
and butter bread worked for the city.
[1:31:55]
It seems to put on a good effort
[1:31:56]
against the good responses.
[1:32:00]
Looking forward to Cameraman continuing to grow
[1:32:06]
and to come and say to come,
[1:32:09]
to become a great place to be,
[1:32:12]
I'd like it to be a little better.
[1:32:14]
You know, keep going a little bit at a time.
[1:32:21]
Okay. Okay. Okay. That few weeks ago, when I went to the foreign meet the cabinets, when
[1:32:30]
my items was, I want people to come to camera, want to live here, want to stay here. And
[1:32:37]
at that time, I was driving down through town with it. It looked great. It was not in the city
[1:32:44]
crew, skate crew. I went out, painted curves, painted gutters, put the stripes down for
[1:32:51]
parking. It's easy. A few gallons of paint made Kimmer look a lot better. I think it was
[1:32:58]
an improvement a lot better. Someone could host it out.
[1:33:05]
Okay, I got a book. I've written it for a while, I haven't seen it for a while.
[1:33:08]
Well, as we go forward on the bond, I would just rather the just for cleanliness awarding
[1:33:17]
done.
[1:33:18]
I know this will come up later.
[1:33:20]
I'd rather it be the city administrator or his doesn't need the designation to quote
[1:33:24]
it.
[1:33:25]
He can be here, doesn't he?
[1:33:27]
That just cleaned it up at the top end.
[1:33:31]
I'm absolutely thrilled to see that going.
[1:33:33]
been trying to catch us today a second and happy to see you there. My wife's watching
[1:33:39]
she'll give you a report of how it looks when you call. This thing about the Caleb. I don't
[1:33:47]
know quite the reaction. I want to react to it. I understand why they asked for what they asked for.
[1:33:53]
They're trying to raise funds and so they want something good value that will allow them to raise funds
[1:33:59]
and what we offer them really doesn't have any value to us, but not so much to them,
[1:34:06]
disdify.
[1:34:10]
Progress on sold property. How long do we let it be sold property, said?
[1:34:18]
It depends on which property you're talking about, Councilor.
[1:34:21]
I'll leave that open.
[1:34:23]
Okay, it depends on the contract we have with them as well.
[1:34:30]
And the last one is this citizen of the year, great thing, but it's not this council doing that.
[1:34:38]
And I see that citizen of the year that tells me on the city's council agenda that is the city doing that.
[1:34:47]
And that's not the city doing that. That's the police department.
[1:34:50]
So I would request that that's a the camera police department citizen of the year.
[1:34:54]
Because I, none of us have any input, and therefore that is a separate thing, we support them in what they do, but that needs to be.
[1:35:05]
So everybody knows who that is doing it. Could I ask everybody out there who is doing it?
[1:35:12]
And it's all again.
[1:35:19]
Thanks, David.
[1:35:22]
Actually, a question for Brian, right quick, on the kettle,
[1:35:26]
finding that property, was they okay with what we came up with?
[1:35:31]
Did you ever?
[1:35:32]
I didn't hear a complaint.
[1:35:34]
That's all I'll say.
[1:35:35]
Okay.
[1:35:35]
Yeah, so I don't know if they're busy or what,
[1:35:37]
but I sent it to them and before they had a concern,
[1:35:41]
this time they did not.
[1:35:42]
So I'm assuming they're happy with the easement.
[1:35:46]
We came up with something.
[1:35:48]
I just like to comment on a couple of events that went on here in the last week here at
[1:35:56]
the hair town.
[1:35:57]
And one of them was the golf board fundraiser tournament.
[1:36:00]
I attended that and it ran very well.
[1:36:05]
It was a great time by all.
[1:36:07]
And I'd like to thank everybody for all the John and look at this whole staff, the K-LAND,
[1:36:14]
And everybody busted it really hard.
[1:36:17]
It put on a nice event.
[1:36:18]
So that was a, I think it went off perfectly.
[1:36:22]
And it was a nice little, like I said,
[1:36:24]
it's a fundraiser for the golf course
[1:36:26]
and it did a little extra cash
[1:36:29]
so we could have some cool things over there.
[1:36:31]
So thanks to all on that.
[1:36:33]
And then I also attended the music fest
[1:36:35]
and I thought it went very well.
[1:36:38]
And I really enjoyed it.
[1:36:41]
It looked to me like it went off.
[1:36:42]
complicated, I don't call it any time to see things, but it looked like it was fun by
[1:36:48]
all of it, and thanks to the music fast people and everybody that really worked hard to put
[1:36:54]
that on for the enemy stuff. And so thanks to them, people also. That's good enough for
[1:37:01]
tonight. Thanks. I'll keep mine pretty quick, then. I'm for your request. One thing that will
[1:37:08]
will be beneficial to, especially if you are later apt to get for that, is not everything
[1:37:14]
is going to be reviewed by an attorney every time you lost it. What stock has been reviewed
[1:37:18]
and what has been approved for at least, then that will save the attorney review of that
[1:37:22]
document from their board. So, you know, the first requester is going to get the higher price,
[1:37:27]
but after that, once it's been cleared by legal, then it's going to go indefinitely.
[1:37:31]
So, you should be seeing any of those big charges, you know, if anybody know what your request
[1:37:36]
was. So as far as the hour it was recommended, when we discussed this last time, we have one
[1:37:44]
person that said they recommend increase to an hour and that recommendation didn't take
[1:37:51]
hold so it stayed at the half hour. But as long as the request is not so frivolous, it's
[1:37:59]
going to take a lot of time. You're okay. So most things could be done in the half hour. On
[1:38:05]
on the electronic thing, talk to your listeners,
[1:38:07]
say less or less about that,
[1:38:09]
and if you don't go in that direction,
[1:38:11]
like the city does have means of release things to you
[1:38:13]
electronically, does that be all in print?
[1:38:16]
But there is still the research pieces,
[1:38:18]
there's still time to do all that.
[1:38:20]
But depending on the size of request,
[1:38:22]
if you can be done fairly efficiently,
[1:38:24]
especially after spend time at the time.
[1:38:25]
And the ordinance stays,
[1:38:26]
and I can come in and go away.
[1:38:28]
And they won't talk to that,
[1:38:30]
but if I want to continue,
[1:38:31]
I'll be in a stick in the sense for a page
[1:38:33]
and they still got the meaning of keeping this in fact, or what, I don't know if it's the same.
[1:38:42]
The ordinance didn't change.
[1:38:43]
So whatever was in the ordinance, as far as the copies, that's still there.
[1:38:47]
That's a three-read change.
[1:38:49]
So the resolution that says the price is on the hourly.
[1:38:52]
That's a one and one and two.
[1:38:55]
I look around outside of that as such.
[1:38:57]
One of the things, you know, that's what you're still here.
[1:38:59]
That's the time process.
[1:38:59]
I think I'm thinking that yeah, we don't need to have the attorney
[1:39:02]
go to the same doctor in 20 times. That's not responsible on our part. So there's a
[1:39:09]
lot of drill said in a great job this weekend. Everything else going on? John has
[1:39:14]
sailed for vision maintenance. What are we going to bring that to our attention? That's
[1:39:18]
all the little things that we don't see all the time, but people who are involved in it,
[1:39:22]
you know, definitely, and we appreciate it. Then you can't do that. You spoke of pre-ambus.
[1:39:28]
All right. So I'll just do it all in right there. I'm going to be off your job.
[1:39:32]
everybody, and there's no other comments.
[1:39:36]
Thank you very much.
