[1:47] we need to correct and getting after it. So I think our progress is good right now.

[1:52] Teachers are turning to biz. We have no issues there. We added new staff member,

[1:58] Mr. Abritt and I think he's been excellent, he's a certainly a good man, a good person,

[2:06] he's a worker and he's ready to work so I like that, our kids have been a lot more involved

[2:14] in the shop which I know that's going to keep getting better because some of those kids don't have

[2:20] a lot of experience and we've got to get an experience so the problem is we'll continue

[2:25] I think growing as the year goes on as kids start figuring some cultural things out.

[2:31] So every year, we have to kind of give an overview of our ESL program.

[2:35] I want to go ahead and do that real quick.

[2:38] ESL programs are English as a second language program.

[2:43] So we have obviously have kids, German kids, some Hispanic kids that they don't speak English

[2:50] at home or their families don't.

[2:52] So, we have 24 of those students who are currently in serve here on campus from pre-K through

[2:59] 12.

[3:01] Our teachers serve those students in the classroom with all the rest of the students.

[3:05] We do pull them out roughly 40 to 30 minutes a day with another teacher to go over some

[3:12] things.

[3:14] But that program does really well.

[3:16] We actually have three students exit the program this past year based on their scores,

[3:20] over star and over tailposs test, which is the English language test, so that's a good

[3:27] thing.

[3:28] We have seven teachers in our ESL certified.

[3:31] We have two more working on getting their certification finalized, and so most of those

[3:37] follow their elementary teachers with the exception of thing two or ESL certified, and we have

[3:44] a couple of junior high that are as well.

[3:47] So, everything's going well, we're progressing well, our teleposcores are using pretty good.

[3:52] So, I think the way we do things in our ESL kids are pretty effective.

[32:23] The other problem I'm having is the warranty stuff on, because if you don't watch these

[32:27] people, and this is another gatherer deal that kind of aggregates me, but when you order

[32:32] those, your warranty starts as soon as it sits down on the ground, not when it sits down

[32:39] on your property that you put it in, it's when it sits down the ground.

[32:42] Well, they had the thing for a year before they were put them in, because you know, they

[32:45] They told us they said, we've got to order them now, and I've got such a long lead tie.

[32:50] Well, anyway, I fought with him, fought with him, so I've got a year warranty lease on

[32:57] Showed him some stuff that, well, yes, y'all did this, but it shouldn't be here, and I didn't

[33:02] really get our attorneys involved, but I kind of pretended I did, just to kind of get them

[33:06] to make sure that they understood, go back and look at this.

[33:09] So now we have a general warranty for a year on all this, so that means basically that

[33:14] dive that put it in has to come back and warranty it from the data installation.

[33:18] So we have it on this April mount when it should have been out 18 months ago because of

[33:24] the way they wrote down the paperwork when it was shipped and all that stuff.

[33:27] So if you're not careful with that stuff, you've got to ask somebody to watch the map because

[33:30] all that stuff like that, the generator, all your individual units, I mean when they order

[33:36] those things that they put, they, not the installation, your warranty starts right there.
