[3:40] stuff too like stuff that the city doesn't seem to want you know

[3:46] jumps or this kind of stuff if you go around some of the the different

[3:50] counties and different cities throughout the country

[3:53] they're building stuff that is just amazing smaller where luckily we have

[3:59] you know 5 500 Acres most of these places are a lot smaller but they're

[4:05] kind of compacting and making these beautiful uh things so I just started to

[4:09] come to the council and see if maybe in the future we can maybe communicate with

[4:15] me and we can get maybe we can get something for the future going for that

[4:20] because it's getting to be a big thing all all of the you know the United

[4:24] States the world wherever and it's it brings in a lot of people it's uh

[4:30] I think you you know you may be bringing people that may move here just because

[4:35] of that quality so I thought well maybe it's time we start communicating on on a

[4:43] different level like moving forward on doing stuff because it's a beautiful I

[4:49] mean how many people have how many cities or whatever have 5 500 acres to

[4:56] and I'm seeing a lot of people out there am I over you know my time no you're

[5:01] good okay and so I just thought um I'll reach out to some of you guys

[5:10] communication go on so that we can kind of work together with because we do a

[5:14] lot of work out there as bikers we're out there constantly even in the last

[5:32] the uh the budget for that and we built that so-called Ada trail that goes from

[5:37] the side of the um the dam and goes out that trail had uh some big trees over it

[5:43] so I went out and did it myself you know I removed I told Lauren about it and I

[5:47] said I was going to go out there and do it and so anyway

[5:51] I'm just just opening up a conversation about the City Board appreciate that

[5:57] um so uh hopefully over the next 30 to 60 days uh somebody will contact you and

[6:35] minimum wage with minimal hours that live and work in the city of Montesano

[6:41] and there's a possible addiction process coming down the pipeline from the mayor

[6:45] is what's been informed and people don't really have a place to go right now

[6:51] and so they're the owners here tonight and his son and

[6:56] the manager to talk about what the police has dropped off and the 180 days

[7:02] in the 17.39.050

[7:06] uh that is being requested for many families now we're not just talking

[7:12] five or six but many families that are going to be moved or forced to move in a

[7:18] homeless crisis in the United States at this time as well so myself being a

[7:23] homeless individual is being housed by somebody else down there

[7:27] this is an important issue for not just me but everybody that lives in an RV

[7:32] Across America with some of these rules and there's not many places that people

[7:37] can go when they've been reduced from you know a wood structure or a home or

[7:44] an apartment and they get reduced down to an RV and then get shuffled around

[7:48] I've been in contact with the Northwest Justice project and some local attorneys

[7:53] in this area as well to see if there's something that we can get started to get

[7:56] the ball rolling to renegotiate for the business and the

[8:01] lower income wage employees and people that live down

[8:05] there to make it sustainable a living scenario and working within the

[8:11] community for everybody thank you

[8:29] I was living in California my brother Paul used to take care of all the duties

[8:34] and the due to illnesses no more in there so I was my managers told me

[8:40] that he was handled a violation notice regarding Army particles I crossed that

[8:47] 180 days ordinance and you know my question is uh um I

[8:52] talked to my managers Mike and a lot of funny a few people over there you know

[8:56] they were serve 30 days notice but they was kind of saying like they have

[9:01] nowhere to go it's it's most of the thing is RV parks

[9:06] are full close by and you know so people were having issues and you have to go

[9:11] through all the eviction notices and all that long process you know so I was

[9:16] maybe I want to request a few maybe we can change our discus or you know at

[9:21] least review that 180 days hardiness so we can you know at least have some more

[9:27] time or we can at least discuss so people can stay over there so we won't

[9:32] kick him out to have a you know we already have a homeless issues in

[9:36] California Washington State so he won't just make the people you know living on

[9:40] the streets at least they have somewhere to stay and my manager so we talked to

[9:46] them yesterday and talked to Mr Chief yesterday and we want to work with the

[9:51] city with the police to make sure you know everything is we are in working

[9:55] with you guys so we won't have any issues regarding criminal or any other

[10:00] police cars or anything so I want to make sure like you were going to be in a

[10:05] good you know that business is going to be in good hands

[10:26] staying there um

[10:29] a lot of them as Sean's day they work in the area that they shop a lot of them

[10:43] know kovic and people who jobs they go back to work but there's a lot

[10:49] of minimum wage jobs and they can't with the inflation they can't afford you know

[10:56] one person it's hard to afford rents weighing one or two bedroom apartment

[11:02] theater building for 12 or 15 years a month and

[11:09] down there I don't have all the people I have down

[11:13] there running out are good people most of them were

[11:18] working I've got handicapped guests and the able-bodied guests you know

[11:25] everybody helps each other down there I have been working to

[11:32] make sure it gets cleaned up everything becomes organized and more than willing

[11:40] to work with and you wanted to trying to do anything needed to help the guests

[11:49] and help the city keep it you know positive

[11:54] living space um as I say there's many people down

[12:00] there that you know just they have no place to go

[12:04] because other parts are full and with ranks and mortgages being so

[12:12] high if they have to believe there isn't very many places for them to go I've

[12:20] talked with Brett here

[12:24] um and I've been working the last week or

[12:28] so trying to get the part organized and taken care of

[12:34] I don't have any criminal activity going on there's been

[12:39] a couple police calls for some minor issues not even nothing

[12:46] Criminal evening

[12:49] um on that note I'd like you guys to reconsider you know reviewing the

[12:57] ordinance and trying to work with us to keep people off the streets and

[13:04] you know having a roof over their head thank you thank you

[13:18] public to comment on anything they want to comment on but this is our business

[13:57] for two weeks and so we're not going to have any form of report until probably

[14:02] mid-January so I'm going to Target the first meeting of January

[14:07] and if we have but that's a soft date because obviously it's gone and so he's

[14:14] going to come back and he had projects that we have to get done within that

[14:18] first week so it is probably likely the second about at least give you a status

[14:23] update on the first meeting to say where we're at go ahead

[14:26] so with what you're saying is it possible for us to

[14:31] I think have a phrase this maybe pause some of the potential

[14:36] evictions that are coming down until we can have a review with you guys and well

[14:41] through the holidays so we we don't we're not responsible

[14:46] for your guests and so what you do with your

[14:51] guests is is up to you what we're responsible for is a violation of the

[14:56] code and so that is different uh it's two different universes on if if you

[15:04] violate the code then and and there is a process for that and if that code is

[15:10] violated and there are steps that happen and

[15:14] um I'm sure that the chief has explained that but we're not going to explain it

[15:18] here so um with that I'm going to go ahead and

[15:22] move on with the agenda so we have no oh committee reports is

[15:29] there anybody that met in the interim that needs to make a report

[15:46] all 1.5 million dollars in tib grants this year so we have six projects seven

[15:50] projects ready for next year um

[15:54] we were asked by council person Bryson to review

[16:00] uh an ordinance we have for tonight and we'll discuss it later but I think

[16:06] he was concerned about paragraph three under architectural features

[16:11] and we decided at this point we would just leave it as it is because we felt

[16:16] that we really have the variance the variance process

[16:21] so streamline that if anybody wants to to

[16:26] apply for a variance that could we'll discuss it later

[16:32] um thirdly we have two actually have two variance requests coming up in the next

[16:37] meeting in the next year the first one is an individual that wants to build a

[16:41] detached garage and I know I've mentioned it and this would be

[16:46] considered on auxiliary building he wants to move it closer to his side

[16:50] property so he's asking for five feet because that's for a 10 foot variance he

[16:54] wants to go five feet and at this point it's it's not that unusual in the area

[16:59] it's we're kind of giving it the green light at this point we'll review it one

[17:03] more time but the second one is a person that wants to place a temporary

[17:09] and I guess you call it a carport a steel carport alongside their property

[17:15] on their side yard and this one they want to move it right out to the

[17:20] property line and the Committees come sent it back and said we weren't really

[17:24] excited about it but they have their right you know to apply for the variants

[17:28] so in the next meeting we're going to try to Define what these are what these

[17:33] carports are and I see it as like maybe like patio cover or something they're

[17:37] not permanent um and maybe we could have a better idea

[17:43] of what that is at the next meeting but we're going to have to discuss it and

[17:46] vote on it sadly but that's all I have right here thank you I just want to add

[17:52] in as part of the seven projects um probably before our next meeting I'll

[17:56] put in a budget request for the

[19:21] six months ago he was a captain with hope and fire department he came to us

[19:25] when chip Ferrar retired during the pandemic and we were short-handed and he

[19:30] um it was Flawless he stepped in and he was able to take a captain 24-hour

[19:35] position um from from day one so I just wanted

[19:40] you guys to be able to put a face to a name I want to thank Adam very much he's

[19:44] done everything we've asked him to do in the last six months and we he recently

[19:48] went through our testing process and in the past couple weeks we hired him

[19:53] full-time and I want to welcome Adam to the Montana fire department the city of

[19:57] Montana [Applause]

[20:02] just want to say thank you to Brett and all the guys and you guys for the

[20:07] opportunity I grew up here my whole life so it's an honor to serve the citizens

[20:13] it's really a lot of fun to you know go go see somebody and they say oh yeah you

[20:19] know I know your parents or I remember you when you were little and so it's

[20:23] really good for the community I I feel good about what I'm doing I really like

[20:28] helping our citizens so it's a good change for me so I'm happy and yeah

[26:25] hundred and forty seven thousand the third project is the McBride Avenue

[26:28] sidewalk Calder right away to satsa Street The Tib Grant is 188 000 total

[26:34] project cost is 208 000 the 2023 chip sale multiple locations North 3rd North

[26:40] Main North Church at East camilleci tib Grant of 99 500 total project cost of

[26:47] 105 000 and 100 excuse me and the

[26:50] maintenance pre-level multiple locations priority for the this is South 6th which

[26:55] is a tib Grant of 61 750 total project cost of sixty five thousand the West

[27:01] Pioneer reconstruction Main Street to 4th Street

[27:06] um this is the the funding for the Council of government's monies that we

[27:09] received the total project is uh 1.897 excuse me one million 897 100 and

[27:18] we had to come up with the matching funds if you all remember but it was an

[27:22] unexpected award through Council of governments and we had not budgeted the

[27:27] 189 000 and so tib was a very uh generous and is matching those funds for

[27:36] the city so we can qualify for the federal funding

[27:40] um and so the total project costs are of the grant is 101 million five hundred

[27:46] twenty four thousand six hundred ninety two dollars the total project costs uh

[27:51] that we will have to come up with either ourselves or through the Federal grant

[27:54] is three million three hundred sixty seven thousand dollars

[28:00] um does anybody have any questions about this or discussion

[29:01] was budgeted because of the fact that we are allocated a certain amount of

[29:07] vehicles at this point because of the shortage that's been going on Monticello

[29:10] was not allowed an allocation because we had a police car allocation so we

[29:15] couldn't get a public works allocation and so we decided with your permission

[29:21] to do a de-icer which we think might be just as useful actually more useful

[29:26] because after the snow has gone the Ice Still Remains so that is our proposal to

[29:32] you we don't expect to purchase it in the next

[29:38] two weeks because Mr Oldham is gone but we do hope to purchase it before the

[29:43] next meeting which is why we're asking for a motion and I believe it was over

[29:48] his budget I think it was ten thousand dollars and so um don't hold me to that

[29:53] I think it's between 10 15 000 with taxes shipping and everything else

[29:58] so any that's the introduction does anybody have emotion I'd like the motion

[33:48] restrictive your home has a metal shop here's one of the pictures I took so but

[33:53] it's not that it's a metal shop it's a post-frame building and you can build

[33:56] them with wood sides it's an option it's it's an upgrade I understand that

[34:01] um and I think that the properties I I stamped are pretty nice looking

[34:05] properties I don't think that that restriction is

[34:09] necessary so that's my opinion I respect others

[34:13] you know if they have differing views of my own but I just I think we're a

[34:18] solution looking for a problem that doesn't exist

[34:21] it didn't come for me it came out of out of out of building in the building in

[34:27] the last couple years they've been directing people and there's some of the

[34:29] buildings that have been built in the last couple of years that are post-frame

[34:32] buildings and they they really look a lot better when you

[34:37] when you end up with the same trim and you think the same color and the same

[34:41] product on both buildings and I think for a lot of people they this color

[34:46] palette for these metal buildings is only so many and you find that these you

[34:51] know and I'm not against these buildings I built them they're they're the most

[34:55] logical way to build a tall building because a lot of our buildings are

[34:58] taller and you can build a whole building without the real expensive

[35:02] concrete I mean they're they're great but they really are an upgrade when you

[35:06] put wood sides on them for various reasons I won't get into that but I I

[35:10] don't disagree so um before you two go back and forth is there anybody else

[35:15] that would like to uh comment on this well I think it's a real concern too

[35:20] that's all I don't have a definite opinion about it but I appreciate Point

[35:24] sending us that information and I I tend to side on that side okay okay Dave I

[35:31] don't I don't disagree that there are probably a nicer looking building I hope

[35:35] if I was going to build a shop I'd be able to go that route myself

[35:39] um it does signal it does single out those buildings I know that

[35:44] you're saying but I just I just think it goes a little

[35:48] bit too far so if something I want I want this to

[35:52] pass so if we could eliminate that paragraph and we don't have to we can

[35:56] eliminate that paragraph I don't want to I don't want that I don't want this to

[36:00] fail well I think there's also other things in here like the driveways must

[36:04] be paved with concrete asphalt or brick pavers and we're just going down a path

[36:08] of but also that that's a problem we've had

[36:12] with with with gravel being tracked out onto the sidewalk you could walk down

[36:16] the sidewalk at night and trip on grout and because somebody has gravel you know

[36:21] out on the street and you know it's time and saying oh yeah Hedges they can't go

[36:25] higher so you tell them but so

[36:29] what I would suggest is these these uh pieces came from the public works

[36:35] committee because uh there had been repeated problems within the city so it

[36:41] isn't it isn't uh it's not that that I think Mr Olden was taking some kind of

[36:47] um it wasn't just created based on

[36:52] anything it was based on a series of problems that they had experienced in

[36:56] 2021 and 2022 one of them was the fence sizes and uh a gentleman who had built

[37:03] it to pretty high legs despite the fact that

[37:07] he had been repeatedly told this is the this is where you should have it so

[37:11] people can see inside so it's not a danger there is another situation where

[37:17] uh we had I think six foot Hedges so that it would block uh it was almost

[37:23] blocking traffic visibility and there wasn't like any specific code that

[37:29] identified so these are um there was another instance where we

[37:34] have a a gravel roadway which created it ended up being somewhat dangerous and so

[37:41] there and so what I would suggest is obviously Mr Olden isn't here but he can

[37:46] answer specifically why each one of these Provisions was chosen I suppose to

[37:52] be highlighted would and would you guys feel comfortable if we table it to the

[37:57] meeting or do you want to vote on it immediately or not vote on it

[38:01] immediately or take it out take sections out what is your I have a couple of

[38:06] questions on it as well I'd like to put to Mike I haven't moved that we as a

[38:10] table of the ordinance until the

[38:14] first meeting of uh January we'll might be back that's the first

[38:22] meeting right

[44:26] um third I would like to congratulate our new Forester and I would also like

[44:31] to congratulate Lauren on maybe uh retiring soon

[44:43] is thank the Public Works folks for going out we were concerned during the

[44:47] Festival of Lights regarding the Spruce Street because there was a part where

[44:51] people could drop off and trip and I noticed

[44:56] um we mentioned it the night of our meeting and I checked on it and it was

[45:02] fixed so I was really happy to see that and then also the Festival of Lights was

[45:07] wonderful I had the chance to ride in it and it it was a great great parade

[45:15] thank you thank you yeah uh Council and Carl

[45:19] too many things tonight my goodness what a uh first of all I'm very pleased that

[45:25] we have Adam Collins coming on who's our one of our paramedic firefighters I've

[45:30] had the opportunity to work with him over the last six months and have

[45:33] thoroughly enjoyed his his skills and his personality and all that kind of

[45:38] thing um

[45:43] RV park it's an issue that is not just unique to to Montesano it's an issue

[45:50] that's happening all over our world

[45:54] it's one that's going to take some troubleshooting and some some thought

[45:58] and but it's it is solvable and confident that

[46:03] Lauren I have thoroughly enjoyed having you as a friend and working with you

[46:08] here at the city I think it's you've added a tremendous amount of value to

[46:13] our community

[46:23] our comments earlier about the usage of the city of forest again we have a

[46:30] tremendous

[46:34] it's a gem that we have that is well worth pursuing whatever we need to do

[46:40] you know I'm very happy with the outdoor recreational opportunities at the other

[46:45] city I'm looking forward to the future things

[46:49] that we can make happening that are consistent with the forest use

[46:55] um festival lights I didn't make a note on

[46:58] that but what an opportunity we had again it was great great thing the fire

[47:03] department said chatter feed was fabulous we had well

[47:09] over 250 people who enjoyed the chowder and it was a great great event

[47:16] thank you thank you I had to risk of sounding like an echo

[47:21] but some of these things need to be said Lauren I agree we're very fortunate to

[47:26] have you as our Forester all these years wish you all the best in retirement

[47:31] I've really enjoyed learning from you about how our City forest functions

[47:35] beyond what I was already aware of there's

[47:39] you took the time to teach us on the committee and I appreciate that

[47:43] John welcome I think you're gonna find we have something pretty special up

[47:49] glad to have you on board I think it's great to add Adam Collins to our fire

[47:54] department you know it's up to Bringing you've seen these kids grow up you know

[48:00] you know what he was but you see these these young people every now and to see

[48:05] them pursue these type of things and be able to bring that back to our city is

[48:47] coming up with the the percentage out of the general fund to make Forest

[48:51] purchases a massive benefit to the city that will probably never be embedded to

[48:57] anybody else but thank you for doing that with us

[49:00] um I mean I could go on and on of all the accomplishments and just being a

[49:05] true true leader true personal character all the time no matter no wavering so I

[49:12] really appreciate that um

[50:01] through Louisiana Grace Harbor I was the first uh interaction I had with you it's

[50:06] a long time ago um and uh

[50:09] had a chance to work with you now as a Forester I've been on the forestry

[50:13] committee uh all the time I've been on the council and you've been there all

[50:16] the while teaching and uh you're a great teacher you're a great Steward and a uh

[50:22] just a a great leader and advocate for that asset that we have up there and you

[50:29] share it very well with those that would seek to use it for recreation we've

[50:34] always managed to find a happy medium for both a forest that provides through

[50:41] a Timber Harvest and also for people that get out and get fresh air in their

[50:45] lungs and get some exercise and I've always appreciated that and really

[50:50] enjoyed working with you and wish you a very happy retirement you deserve it uh

[51:03] um the the back and forth that we heard on two differing opinions the Civil uh

[51:09] it's not something that you see all the time and uh that we are political uh and

[51:20] be on the council again uh I really enjoy this Council I think it's

[51:25] one of the best ones that we've had deal with things face to face with each other

[51:28] not sniping at each other from the uh from behind so I really look forward to

[51:34] the to the next year and we've got some as we heard some very uh heady

[51:39] discussions uh coming our way there's nothing more personal than where a

[51:42] person hangs their hat at night and that's a discussion that we're going to

[51:47] have to have and one I look forward to hearing all the opinions on

[51:52] um Festival of Lights was it was great to see uh I think we had three bands for

[51:57] it a lot of cheer squats going through there uh but it was it was uh it was it

[52:02] was great uh and it's kind of most of the coming back uh for for Montesano

[52:08] after uh two and a half years of uh of going through the restrictions

[52:13] um we look forward to working with Adam Collins in the fire department it's

[52:16] great to be back in this room it's what two and a half years that we've since

[52:20] we've uh since we've been in here it's a little cramped on that side I know

[52:25] but uh but yeah it's it's it's been great working with all of you I think uh

[52:30] the you know we kind of put the finishing touches on the on the year

[52:33] today and uh really appreciate uh everyone that on the council all the

[52:38] city staff and all the positive steps that we took in 22 and look forward to

[52:43] 23. uh money eats soccer two more championships

[52:46] there's a reason that we've got uh banners hanging up in uh Beau Griffith's

[52:50] gymnast because of the the job that those youth coaches do so uh

[52:53] congratulations to them that'll be my final sports report of the year and so I

[52:56] wish everyone a very happy holiday happy New Year and we'll see you next year

[53:15] that the community center had several events during the Festival

[53:21] of Lights and we made it I think it was channel five did came in we had the we

[53:29] people in town have been asked to donate some services to service clubs and we

[53:34] had the Oakley Carlson folks doing a fundraiser in there and we

[53:39] had singers as well anyway the place was packed and channel five we did a little

[53:45] thing because it was about Oakley Carlson that featured the community

[53:48] center

[53:51] and we had a pancake breakfast tons of yeah it just amazing numbers of people

[53:57] came out this year so so that was great pancake breakfast and then we did a sort

[54:02] of a bake sale and made 450 of the bake sale

[54:08] um so a good time okay

[54:14] uh first of all I'd like to welcome Adam and John

[54:18] um not only I know we're looking forward to

[54:21] working with you I'm looking forward to creating a friendship

[54:26] yes um

[54:28] so welcome I'm gonna single out two people Lauren

[54:31] of course uh Jace what can I say

[54:36] uh everything's been said here tonight so I'd like to say uh congratulations

[54:41] and retirement it's time to do the things you like to do all the time if

[54:48] you can do it I guess and Brett geez my uh my aunt is nowhere

[54:53] Calhoun and you came to her house you kind of came to her rescue and I don't

[54:58] know if you remember but she you helped her transition to retirement from her

[55:01] you see his husband it was He restored the faith it was she was very thankful

[55:06] so you helped out a lot thanks uh

[55:11] thirdly I'd like to just um

[55:14] compliment everyone really every all the whole staff and everyone I don't if I

[55:18] could single out but I mean it's time for thanks and we've we do good here

[55:23] because all the hard work everybody does [Music]

[55:36] served on the council back in the day with Albert Collins so it's good to have

[55:40] full circle uh coming back here again Adam's missing I am not that old

[55:53] um and so number two is a super kudos to the chief on Festival of Lights he was

[56:00] sick as dog and uh despite my repeated orders to stay inside inside the vehicle

[56:07] he did not listen and uh was all over the town uh in the cold uh coffin and

[56:15] hacking up a lung but did the job so uh thank you

[56:22] uh glad you're healthy today and so number three is the gentleman uh from

[56:29] Monty Square so this is a this is a big challenge for the city

[56:34] um and the reason it's a big challenge is because uh all the promises that were

[56:39] made all the well before you all the statements and all the

[56:45] infrastructure planning everything was that it was

[56:50] going to be 30 days and then it was pushed to 180 days without changing of

[56:56] the infrastructure of any significance and the ask has good intent has good

[57:01] reasoning the issues that you've raised are

[57:06] heartstring issues but this is this is going to be

[57:11] um threading the needle this is hard because one of the things that cities

[57:17] have administrations have a difficult

[57:22] process is that we we don't like it and this is not on you because it was right

[57:30] before you we don't like asks of forgiveness and and that is what happens

[57:37] when things are not built to code for the purpose that is it's going to be

[57:44] used for and so that's the difficulty um I but I don't want you to think that

[57:49] we don't hear we have labored at least from a

[57:53] from an Administration perspective with department head we've talked through

[57:58] this so many times because creating problems is not what the city is

[58:03] supposed to do we're supposed to solve problems so hopefully we'll make steps

[58:10] forward and to figure out how to balance uh

[58:13] everybody's interests but but it isn't but

[58:19] I I am as as everyone here knows a pretty much a rule follower and uh and

[58:25] so that is kind of the challenge for all of us

[58:28] so the next part is welcome John I'm sure

[58:33] you're going to hear that plenty of times so happy to have you aboard uh

[58:38] next is Council and my department heads um this is the I I better not say that

[58:45] so I would say you guys are a great counsel to work with thank you for

[58:48] always picking up the phone thank you for working the extra mile on what I

[58:53] need things done it is so appreciated uh there is so much work to do and

[58:58] obviously you don't have you could show up here

[59:03] and I just sleep but whenever I have asked

[59:06] you guys to do anything you have done so and I am very grateful as I am for the

[59:11] department heads um they I mean

[59:15] they get given every weird job on the planet and so far they have never failed

[59:20] to rise to the occasion so I'm gonna work with Lauren this is one of many

[59:25] little mini speeches I get to give about Lauren and I Echo everything that

[59:31] everyone has already said I will miss you in management meeting

[59:35] more than you know you are funny calm you aren't as dramatic as three out of

[59:43] my four people um

[59:47] know and uh you are the straight man to the to everyone else and uh but you

[59:53] surely know when to to insert the quip um and so I have I have appreciated your

[59:59] wisdom um and um and everything else about you

[1:00:04] and and what I will say is uh you took a mayor who appreciated the forest and uh

[1:00:11] thought um the essentialness I knew that but you

[1:00:15] turned her into a tree farmer so I am super grateful for that life experience

[1:00:21] that you have given me and I will always consider myself a tree farmer as I move

[1:00:27] on in my life so thank you and with that I would move for I would wait for a
