Thank you very much. Thank you very much. I would like to see Rudy, Harriet, in place of Coronavirus Schneider, who is absent tonight.
[0:25]
And, gentlemen, we'll work with that full morning privilege, privileges for the duration of the year.
[0:33]
Let's see, Matt, we've got any comments, I suggested that additions are a corrections to the minutes of September 9.
[0:46]
The one
[0:51]
minor of the line, one, and seven.
[0:59]
I mean, I think that the subject of the word,
[1:04]
because the city's I think should be possessed of not plural.
[1:09]
No, I think so.
[1:13]
All right.
[1:14]
I believe you, right?
[1:16]
Yes.
[1:18]
Good catch.
[1:19]
Thank you.
[1:21]
I'm not going to anybody has it on their copy, but I also over on mine 26, there's a spacing
[1:27]
problem, a clerical thing, between the end and land use staff.
[1:35]
That's one thing, mine 26,
[1:42]
by else I have me, I'm going to pay an option to approve the
[1:47]
and it says amended.
[1:49]
Some stand up.
[1:51]
Stand up, move some there a second.
[1:55]
Second, second, second, second, second.
[1:57]
All you're not seeing one, I'm sorry.
[2:00]
I asked a second.
[2:04]
Brad and second is that.
[2:05]
Thank you.
[2:09]
Take both, all those in favor of three,
[2:11]
six and five by saying aye.
[2:13]
Opposed.
[2:15]
Abstentions?
[2:17]
Here we go.
[2:20]
So approved as amended.
[2:29]
Okay, pushing on. Next up is the day by me line adjustment.
[2:39]
Oh, so this is what I'm sorry, yeah.
[2:42]
Joe, what do you have for us tonight?
[2:46]
Mr. Cookie, Mr. Chair.
[2:48]
Joe, come and we'll go and that road.
[2:51]
It pertains to subdivision regulations and
[2:54]
for 14 or whatever, but specifically in the layman's terms.
[2:58]
The subdivision is built, and it is a electric service required to be provided by the
[3:05]
cellar about the virus and what have you.
[3:07]
Okay, some point.
[3:09]
It was an 11-lot subdivision approved and filed with the Kerala County University of
[3:13]
Business Creek that you play much, as in the butter.
[3:18]
So now, those of the lots can be sold.
[3:20]
Of course, and I have, as I mentioned in the initial meeting,
[3:24]
I'll be planning for an approval of that celebration.
[3:27]
There is no electrical service,
[3:29]
and from roughly, if you're looking at the map,
[3:32]
what for, all the way to a lot, a lot, a lot of it.
[3:35]
Ergo, who is responsible for putting that electrical service in,
[3:40]
before and after the loss for what for sale,
[3:45]
under Section 413, I think, of the subdivision regulations,
[3:49]
So something about the board requires a bond that doesn't get done, but to come to the chase.
[3:55]
So hopefully, somebody in the cyber community will get this, and I respectfully submit,
[4:00]
that this get provided into the minutes, so that can be provided to other parties that may not be there.
[4:06]
Who is responsible for getting electrical service on the newly approved subdivision on ferry route?
[4:14]
That formally is known as five ferry route.
[4:17]
I thank you for your time.
[4:18]
Are
[4:23]
any comment on that?
[4:25]
I can talk to Mr. Cornier about the subdivision requirements for their team at a later time, but that's not appropriate for tonight.
[4:37]
Thank you.
[4:38]
Thank you.
[4:38]
We're sorry you guys follow up up too.
[4:41]
No, I'm sorry.
[4:42]
Thank you.
[4:44]
Anybody else that comments for the board?
[4:47]
Maybe it's not on tonight's agenda that they'd like to share with us?
[4:51]
Seeing that we will push on.
[4:53]
I
[5:09]
have a submission of a boundary line adjustment procedure,
[5:14]
it involves a KACMAC 137,
[5:18]
a lot of 36, a 10-A, a Montrose row, a KACMAC 137, a lot of 38 at 68, a 6-8 row.
[5:28]
This is the Kelly property standard.
[5:32]
Now being said, I'd like to reach you this myself for this year.
[5:35]
Very good.
[5:37]
And I'd like to ask you to step up to hear this portion of the very early on this boundary line testing for the best thing.
[5:44]
Could you state the name of what you've seen this?
[5:47]
Yeah, for the record.
[5:49]
Sir, I'll leave it.
[5:50]
Yeah.
[5:50]
Thank you.
[5:53]
And a great favor.
[5:56]
Okay.
[6:03]
We're going to apply to the boundary line adjustment applications or applications.
[6:12]
are all the materials there that lead you out of the case before you. I've recommended
[6:18]
approval of the waivers, and I've also recommended approval of the boundary line
[6:24]
adjustment, and the justification for that approval is provided in that memo.
[6:29]
Thank you.
[6:31]
Can we deal with the way the first?
[6:40]
That might as you give us an overview before we talk to the waivers, okay?
[6:43]
Yeah, so I'm going to do it myself, is that my comment is there a young light on that?
[6:51]
Yep, my comment.
[6:52]
Okay, good evening.
[6:56]
So my name is Matt A.N., I'm a dancer there in Sandwich.
[7:01]
I'm here, I'm a Jim Hanbrook.
[7:04]
And so what we're doing here is a boundary line adjustment.
[7:08]
Two lots off of Glidden Road and A.B. on Shores Road.
[7:12]
And we're exchanging 5.16 acres between the two.
[7:16]
So the original area of the larger lock is sitting in the half acres.
[7:20]
It's going up to 18.7 acres.
[7:22]
And then the smaller lock that we're adjusting the lines to is going to 2.07 acres.
[7:28]
And so this lock is pretty...
[7:30]
We close to minimum requirements of what the town has laid out in the zoning. Because it's under five acres, we also had that DES subdivision approval.
[7:41]
We had it screened for wetlands, and there's actually no wetlands that impact that 2.07 acre lot. We did a test put out there, and the short photography. The waivers that are being requested are towards the larger piece, which is now 18.07 acres.
[7:58]
And David Dillon is going to survey that in the past, and we're just requesting
[8:03]
waivers towards it to, I mean, because it's already been surveyed, and it's getting
[8:07]
larger in size per this address work.
[8:12]
It's pretty much where I got
[8:15]
any questions from board members of this particular application
[8:19]
for boundary line adjustment.
[8:22]
What is this just really accepting?
[8:23]
And you have to vote on waivers and then accept that patient.
[8:30]
So the two waivers you have for one is for survey if the best of the property was.
[8:34]
What is the other waiver?
[8:37]
So it's pouring the surveying requirements of that text by 137.38.
[8:44]
Like the way I have a word in the waiver letter is like a whole pair of list of sections that applies to that.
[8:51]
plus to essentially running a new boundary ceremony around that larger parcel,
[8:58]
showing DGL.
[8:59]
That's a boundary sort of the topography of what things are going to be.
[9:02]
Yep.
[9:03]
Yep.
[9:04]
That's correct.
[9:06]
Setbacks, everything.
[9:10]
Too much you're asking for two with any only that part of my number.
[9:13]
What else would be answered?
[9:15]
Yeah, it's kind of a...
[9:17]
And much sure if the checklist was included in the E-toy of your package,
[9:21]
but you can kind of see more specifically which flavors I'm requesting that.
[9:24]
you get the peckling,
[9:31]
and we kind of, with the black coffee, we think that might have
[9:33]
always been a one peckling, but that could be a peckling.
[9:36]
Yeah, and we're going to have the peckling, and we're going to put up a little bit of
[9:41]
the way these guys were greatest.
[9:42]
For said facts, we're getting very, it's a nice kind of property lines, just being able to
[9:47]
build in some of the other five water courses, but most importantly, it's taking water
[9:51]
there are rocket legends, told where I'd quickly invite these
[9:55]
from the mountains and the legends of the universe.
[9:59]
Yeah, a team of scientists,
[10:00]
locations also pertain to the test,
[10:04]
low-reest, which is the culmerts,
[10:06]
low-rotts, and the counter-tributes, and the mentions,
[10:10]
but, sorry, we're not saying to ensure my instructions
[10:13]
until these were supposed to be weapons.
[10:18]
And we're going to do it together a lot.
[10:20]
Yeah, I'm just, the justification, I mean, if already informed a lot, I would just say
[10:25]
a larger side of the entire law of investment.
[10:30]
I understand that I have a loop that we can track away from the question.
[10:34]
Good.
[10:35]
There are a second to that.
[10:37]
On the second.
[10:38]
Motion has been made by Mr. Lawson.
[10:42]
Second.
[10:42]
Seconded by Mr. Convin.
[10:44]
all those who's been playing the way I'm going to request for you to talk about that saying aye.
[10:49]
All right, all right.
[10:53]
And we're not going to take over those papers or anything.
[10:58]
Any others?
[10:59]
Never regret that, right.
[11:01]
To that.
[11:02]
Yep.
[11:04]
All right.
[11:05]
Good question.
[11:07]
I'm going to, uh, I'm going to line a Jesper.
[11:20]
Excuse me.
[11:21]
Excuse me.
[11:23]
We're going to do it now, but yeah, we're going to do it right now.
[11:28]
All right.
[11:29]
Then my one question is, you can go to the area of March, where I've reached good good go.
[11:34]
There's a lot that's getting smaller, about 36.
[11:37]
There's an existing out there, because there's an existing vector system there.
[11:41]
So what's, I saw it in the lab.
[11:43]
Yeah, if you look, I have the, I have the leader that says,
[11:46]
acceptable 4,000 square foot leech field area.
[11:48]
Yeah.
[11:48]
And they're actually existing leech field is in that.
[11:55]
Yeah, there's no need for a placement at this time.
[11:57]
We do center-inspective.
[12:00]
Yeah, it's in the 4K area, shall we?
[12:06]
That was not the last two questions.
[12:10]
Anybody else have questions on this one?
[12:13]
What was the, maybe, called it out?
[12:18]
We have to use it as a solution to the losses.
[12:22]
Yep.
[12:22]
So it was included in that.
[12:25]
It's like one point, one point, one point.
[12:28]
I don't know if it's going to be time to have it.
[12:30]
One point, one point, one point.
[12:32]
I came up with basic, subtle slopes.
[12:42]
All right.
[12:44]
Any other questions?
[12:45]
Put the board, or a staff?
[12:48]
No.
[12:51]
I'll entertain your motion.
[12:52]
to approve the Brown Airlines adjustment?
[13:00]
All right, go motion.
[13:03]
Okay.
[13:07]
Okay.
[13:07]
I'll make a full motion.
[13:09]
Can I take a motion to a brief boundary line adjustment
[13:11]
between the tax map 137 and 1,136 and tax map 137
[13:16]
on the subject to the condition of the application.
[13:20]
can force the time of some generations final plot and de-requoting requirements, including sections 4.1 to 5.4.
[13:34]
Should that be?
[13:36]
I know in the past when we grant scribbles, we assign a date to the required recording.
[13:45]
Is that true?
[13:46]
who bought it online and would have paid the two year horizon or so we would
[13:57]
when you're talking about as like conditions, President, you would have this
[14:00]
you know, you were not doing that right now, so you're just simply a prudentness and
[14:05]
then you would board. Okay, presumably the statutory limitations do exist if they
[14:09]
didn't act in a certain amount of time, but that would just be governed by
[14:12]
All right, I guess we got you.
[14:16]
Thank you.
[14:21]
Motion's been made.
[14:23]
Is there a second?
[14:24]
Also an emotion?
[14:25]
All right.
[14:28]
Seconded by Rudy.
[14:30]
Thank you.
[14:30]
It's common for the motion.
[14:32]
Any further questions?
[14:34]
Call of all on the approval of this request for
[14:38]
I'm going to line the adjustment as Doc and I'm going to say goodbye by setting out a little
[14:42]
bit of flow.
[14:44]
Two or five minutes, full hearing, but do you want to check on any public comments or any
[14:50]
questions?
[14:51]
So what do you have any questions or concerns about this boundary line adjustment?
[14:57]
I hope you didn't now.
[14:58]
I'm closing.
[15:00]
Thank you. Continuing on, there's a motion on the floor from Mr. Connolly, and the meeting at the second, just remember this, a roll call, vote two, based on you.
[15:16]
Roll call, vote necessary, Mr. Connolly?
[15:19]
Yes, please. You're acting at their closet, if you wish.
[15:24]
Mr. Larson, what is your vote?
[15:29]
Mr. President, oh, you've not seen him, I'm sorry, I'm very good. Chair of both I.
[15:41]
All
[15:44]
right, that's a few minutes. Thank you very much. Thank you for the introduction.
[15:48]
Well done, thank you Matt. Thanks.
[15:56]
Thank you.
[15:57]
Thank you.
[16:04]
Welcome back.
[16:08]
All right, moving on.
[16:38]
Okay, next up is the continuation of the state's application.
[16:44]
we'll be in the next couple of weeks.
[16:49]
We'll be in the next couple of weeks.
[16:52]
We'll be in the next couple of weeks.
[16:53]
But I'm planning on board a whole process of intanguation.
[16:58]
And we welcome you folks again.
[17:01]
Welcome back and we'd like to...
[17:10]
Really, I...
[17:12]
Right, you know, I don't know if the last time we really focused on the processing area of the site and the storm on a man and on that end is there any other team killed information on the storm or a management system that you folks would like to take into
[17:35]
I mean we looked at a lot of it, as we moved, I think we moved forward on the side from
[17:43]
the rear most effort, we'll do the best action, and then the full protection effect.
[17:49]
So here we go.
[17:51]
Absolutely, Mr. Chair.
[17:53]
I'm sorry.
[17:56]
So with respect to the stormwater,
[18:01]
and I know we'd like to go water testing and how
[18:04]
that was not workable or reasonable, my thought is I would like to see samples from the
[18:16]
outflow of the containment where it comes out after being treated quarterly to establish
[18:27]
what is coming out and if it's fine.
[18:33]
I'm sorry for the records.
[18:41]
Again, please.
[18:42]
And is there a table with North Point engineering?
[18:45]
He's the engineer for the project.
[18:48]
I mean, you can go ahead and change it in the near.
[18:51]
We're presenting the applicant.
[18:53]
That's up here at QLLC.
[18:57]
And again, so.
[19:00]
And we have Randy.
[19:01]
We need to show you here tonight, Randy Stewart, who is our wetland scientist, all scientists.
[19:05]
What was their acronym?
[19:07]
The CTSQ, right?
[19:08]
You can provide the question when we're going to send it to the pool.
[19:12]
That too.
[19:14]
So hopefully you can help.
[19:15]
I know Mr. Planner was working on associating that third party well inside.
[19:22]
It's actually a way on this.
[19:24]
Mr. Planner had queried a number of people in this field and their vein,
[19:30]
focus was more and more testing than a broader sense.
[19:34]
I think I will defer to the applicant because they can speak
[19:37]
precisely to this project, rather than the generalities that I would
[19:42]
provide after the fact.
[19:44]
But when query with other parties, as I said, if you haven't had
[19:47]
you had any experience testing sort of the tailpipe of the
[19:51]
operation, right?
[19:52]
And I did not get any guesses, and I did not get people who are
[19:57]
So, to that, I hope you didn't know that the septic legumes are tested every other month.
[20:07]
And it's the tailpipe, as you said.
[20:10]
So, I mean, you could extrapolate that we need to know what's coming through.
[20:18]
Before it goes into the wetlands.
[20:21]
And I know the wetland is not perfect.
[20:24]
I know it is a tree farm and I know that there is a salted road, but you just can't be too careful.
[20:33]
I mean, Mark, you guys have just swung in that lake so you can be babies and you know it's not the same way as it was.
[20:42]
In fact, then we need to reverse what's happening.
[20:48]
of the anomaly, agree with that.
[20:52]
With that said, these are not a septic lagoon.
[20:58]
Outfall is a continuously flowing.
[21:00]
If there's an inflow, there's an outflow.
[21:02]
Here, there's only an inflow in a range.
[21:05]
Right.
[21:05]
So it would be hard to test it at a minus schedule.
[21:13]
essentially schedule and to create a baseline you need essentially a equivalent storm every time and it's hard to get
[21:23]
a quote with storm every month.
[21:26]
Yeah.
[21:26]
Wait till Friday.
[21:28]
Yes, I do.
[21:28]
I understand that.
[21:30]
But I got you.
[21:32]
I'm stuck on that.
[21:34]
We knocked it around the office as well.
[21:38]
I won't get Randy involved yet, but I tried to figure out, I asked Steve Keats to feed
[21:44]
us on it.
[21:45]
We tried to figure out when, and essentially everybody came back with the guarded response
[21:51]
that I'm giving you right now, is that how are we going to do it?
[21:54]
What are we going to do it?
[21:54]
How often?
[21:55]
What happens in so, except, et cetera, et cetera?
[22:00]
We are not research engineers at North Orange Norris, a lot of land development engineers,
[22:08]
We haven't set these stormar ponds out to test, like I did, provided that documentation
[22:16]
from the United Stormar Center and there, obviously, much more equipped to test and get
[22:22]
performance criteria and we're essentially designing to that performance criteria based on
[22:28]
their expertise to tell.
[22:30]
Joining us, non-research engines. Hey, this works like this. We want you to use this in certain situations. This situation, we are not within a quarter mile of the of the lake. We're pretty close to it, but we're not. And it's not a pond at the bottom of the hill. So we're not required to use the two best ones.
[22:52]
use out air quotes, it's a gravel wetland, and a by-alias are those are the two stormwater
[23:00]
center basins that they developed and have those really tight performance criterias that
[23:06]
if you look at the stormwater manual those are tier one, which basically means that the best
[23:18]
So we're essentially doing the best we can on this site and putting the best of BMP or SCM at the bottom of the hill.
[23:28]
And that's on purpose.
[23:30]
It's going to cost more for our applicants to do this.
[23:33]
It's way more difficult than just doing a wet pond.
[23:37]
So it's getting a whole and you let the groundwater mix and storm water.
[23:42]
This is a simple way to put it.
[23:44]
essentially, what the wetland on the other side of the mound deals naturally, unnaturally,
[23:52]
we can storm on a great environment. So, that's a long answer to say, we're trying our best.
[24:00]
I don't know how we're going to test it on a schedule.
[24:03]
So, we have 18 rainstorms in a month, Mark Gaukaya.
[24:10]
I guess I could offer a little more, I provided another handout in this obnoxious amount of paperwork I did in the set.
[24:20]
In the inspection of maintenance manual, if you go to, and I'm asking you off to have everybody pull this out in this quick as I did.
[24:28]
But the bio-work engine and ASR, there's a list of criteria that is required to be completed
[24:36]
based on disapproval, what's on sheet, the site plan sheet, essentially you have to maintain
[24:44]
it in perpetuity and in accordance with this.
[24:49]
And this is the last time it's in the internet management.
[24:54]
Page seven of these, something.
[24:57]
And I won't read them verbatim, but essentially it gives you inspection criteria.
[25:03]
And every time you get a rainfall that exceeds two and a half inches in a 24-hour period, which is a lot of time.
[25:10]
You have to go inspect them and then there's an inspection usually says quarterly.
[25:20]
But I would say, if we're going to make any concessions, I think it would be here until we could do more.
[25:27]
It says, yeah, I'd expect relevant ones, which should sit by our petalizer.
[25:31]
At least twice annually and falling any rainfall exceed two and a half inches.
[25:39]
to aim to satisfy everybody's concerns, I think.
[25:42]
If we're going to try to do something, I think this would be the better
[25:45]
avenue to do it. This is testing.
[25:49]
And then this applies to other systems with subsurface
[25:54]
infiltration, catch gracing, et cetera.
[25:57]
So over it has maintenance criteria, especially prior to the year, that we're just trying
[26:06]
to believe that would help.
[26:10]
I think it would be beneficial, whereas they don't have to hire us to go and tap
[26:16]
stuff the end of it.
[26:17]
They can do this stuff on their own, and essentially certify that they're doing it, which
[26:23]
that have to base on a cycline approval, that conditions,
[26:27]
the list of criteria and the general analysis sheet.
[26:33]
And as a condition, we could ask
[26:35]
to throw through points to submit it to the land
[26:38]
as far as correct.
[26:39]
Yes, as they are, I mean, just for the right
[26:43]
of this is more or less what they are to say
[26:47]
is how I would see in terms of being back.
[26:55]
And there's a inspection checklist, a selection maintenance log, and that document, I think, would be an easy, easy document to pass on to you folks.
[27:07]
And maybe even require him to take some pictures.
[27:11]
That's amazing.
[27:14]
We want to know it.
[27:16]
And I think it works and we'll continue to work.
[27:19]
The longer the short of it.
[27:22]
Thank you.
[27:23]
Can you compare two and a half inches in the point of our rank.
[27:28]
Two and a half inches in the point of our period.
[27:32]
Two and a half inches in the point of our period.
[27:34]
Two and a half inches in the point of our period.
[27:35]
Two and a half inches in the point of our period.
[27:38]
give you.
[27:46]
It's usually two-and-a-half is around ten-year storm, but I have the actual,
[27:52]
let's just see, see, I have to do this. Okay, here we go.
[28:00]
Randy, you got an answer back there,
[28:02]
I'm here at Westboro. Two inches is around a two-year storm that I believe, and usually
[28:09]
four inches of round and 10-year storm of that. So you're looking at somewhere between those two
[28:14]
of light in general in the picture.
[28:20]
I think six is going towards the 50-100-year storm of that.
[28:25]
Two-year in Walton-Brone, Ancher is 2.76 inches of brightening the 21-hour storm. 25-year is 4.92,
[28:34]
a 50-year is 5.77, 100-year is 6.77. How old are we here at four-year storm of that?
[28:45]
it's not a four-year storm, one-year four-year or something.
[28:49]
One-and-a-four tunes that you're going to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to have to do it.
[28:53]
You look at it on your story about every year.
[28:57]
Well, I don't know what that is.
[28:59]
Because it doesn't happen in a recent year.
[29:01]
But yeah, there has a lot of fun.
[29:04]
It's certain.
[29:05]
It's certain there.
[29:06]
It's not up here.
[29:08]
It's not up here.
[29:10]
I'm happy you're.
[29:15]
No, I, I'm sure you can sort of,
[29:17]
in reflecting on the bigger picture of that whole,
[29:22]
that whole area.
[29:25]
I'm trying to get behind a program that would test the outflow of that whole
[29:35]
management area, right, as it goes into the same amount of coal.
[29:39]
I've talked with the planner about this.
[29:41]
I do a brief talk to Bill Gaskin, and we're pursuing that as trying to do some testing
[29:51]
there, because all of this effort may actually end up in sync with and prove.
[29:57]
Nice.
[29:57]
That's what we're talking about.
[30:02]
That's what I have. And you know, with the solid changes in, you know, everybody's trying, but just mean to pay the attention.
[30:14]
So my thought would be a water test program. It does do water analysis at the top end of the sentiment of the public.
[30:21]
where there's, they might already exist.
[30:26]
I'm a volunteer, a late assessment program out of here,
[30:30]
and you could look that up on the state.
[30:32]
I could probably look it up, but to give me 10 minutes.
[30:34]
Gas on the one of the known, because that's his area.
[30:37]
His foot, yeah.
[30:38]
So they could add another station and test up the street.
[30:41]
That was my thought.
[30:42]
Yeah, it's right.
[30:44]
And that's our point of view at this point.
[30:46]
OK, I did go on that direction.
[30:49]
Good conscience, we will continue to pursue that.
[30:54]
All right, moving on, can we close off the 12-water management system at this point and move
[31:03]
like the questions to the midsection around the highest number of questions?
[31:08]
Yes, please.
[31:09]
Good job.
[31:10]
The inspection maintenance program.
[31:13]
Where is the assurance that it's being done when it's approaching me done?
[31:18]
I know that it says a new leader, so that's okay, but when we're talking about the storms at 2.5 inches or more, what's going to trigger the actual inspection being done and how would it be followed up?
[31:35]
It would be a code for something. That's what you're trying to draw.
[31:38]
If somebody's got a manager, it's like, with anything, if you want to hold somebody to the fire, you've got to have somebody to manage it.
[31:45]
So, and you're going to eventually end up with a lot of ease in the town as you get commercial cyclains to come through
[31:53]
and you're relying on these. There's probably a lot of these that exist now for properties in a town.
[32:00]
So, just to add another thing to the hospital, that would be, unless you put it to the
[32:07]
senior approval to do it all the time, I'll turn it away.
[32:11]
Yeah, just out of curiosity, are you a thoughts too, I thought I read some life from this
[32:17]
boy or a bit of a mess, I don't know, are you a thoughts too far from that contract that
[32:24]
out, or will you be doing it internally?
[32:29]
The maintenance?
[32:30]
In a battle of inspections.
[32:32]
Do you have some time yet?
[32:33]
We're going to do it internally,
[32:34]
and then to answer your question,
[32:35]
Rudy, around like monitoring rain,
[32:37]
and after 2.5 inches on,
[32:39]
so what I would do is I'd be setting up an AI agent,
[32:42]
that said, hey, you know, we got 2.5 inches
[32:44]
on a 90 centimeter email,
[32:46]
so I'm not watching the weather,
[32:47]
do we get 2 inches of quarter?
[32:48]
You know what I mean?
[32:49]
Just have an automated trigger to remind us,
[32:51]
you know, at those time frames.
[32:54]
Yeah, thank you.
[32:55]
So in that way, it doesn't have to be top of my all the time,
[32:57]
I'm going to do not mention this, I don't know if the trigger is off to that.
[33:01]
Okay, thanks.
[33:02]
All set on your end, do you have anything that's from the important side of it?
[33:06]
Nope, I would mean it's just based on the keep an eye off for big storms.
[33:10]
I have a form to come in, period.
[33:12]
All right, and we currently are our doctivating storm-armage,
[33:16]
but that's many ways.
[33:18]
And I know the senior, which David tells us has been,
[33:22]
so many of those homes through the town on a regular basis,
[33:25]
are ready for this site. So that's good. Thank you very much.
[33:30]
No problem.
[33:32]
Yes. So I have a question.
[33:34]
The map that we see, they are the color map.
[33:38]
Yep, is that it could be.
[33:39]
And it shows what is, I'm guessing, you know,
[33:43]
once it's been a time road between the Harry Potter
[33:46]
or the New Building and the New Area.
[33:50]
That's been great.
[33:51]
But what's one of the time, the area where that building is now is mostly written with one one, actually the term.
[34:03]
But if there was a road that went across there and we authorized a culvert to be installed and some amount of use of that road.
[34:11]
More access to the nature that was still functioning.
[34:15]
I'm a little concerned by the fact that the road is showing on a strong finish,
[34:19]
It's a little bit of an amount of time to suddenly come to it.
[34:21]
So, it's not going to be built behind that, but it's well.
[34:25]
This is going to be getting the applicants' feet to complain.
[34:28]
You should look back and we're just showing right here.
[34:32]
No, no, no.
[34:33]
So, it's got the hard choice.
[34:35]
Over here.
[34:36]
This one?
[34:36]
That'll play.
[34:37]
No, this is not.
[34:38]
So, there's a huge great change here by about 20 to 20 feet.
[34:44]
This was simply the old original road.
[34:47]
That was the logging access as we end up using, but we have no intention to do not grow at all.
[34:51]
Or letting it not immediately grow back in, I just see that stuff.
[34:55]
So you have used it recently?
[34:57]
No, yeah.
[34:58]
So this was used for the cutting to get to the machine in originally that set.
[35:01]
Because that was already, you know, graveled out or whatever was in there from the original, you know,
[35:06]
hit back in the day, but since then we went back there when actually I just did it like two and a half
[35:11]
three years ago.
[35:13]
I don't even know the tool, so you guys saw that really in what it is.
[35:18]
But we're building that space in front of the tube, so you wouldn't be able to get past that.
[35:24]
Well, you joined the change and the trip, this is the end of it, and that's just what
[35:28]
I think we saw.
[35:30]
We saw a really conveniently printed 1972, which shows, essentially, where it's hard to
[35:42]
transit. If I was better at the computer, I could probably do that, but what you're seeing
[35:47]
this edge here, it doesn't show it, but this road that there have cut through there now is
[35:55]
probably located in this area based on like geolocation of these pockets, that are trying to
[36:02]
And you
[36:06]
kind of see that pocket, and then this will be all
[36:12]
excavated, and then you can see how the one has
[36:16]
crept in,
[36:20]
like that
[36:23]
pocket.
[36:29]
But yeah, if you're looking at the pocket free,
[36:31]
this has a barn associated with it.
[36:34]
There's a large barn here.
[36:37]
So it would be very difficult to get down there,
[36:40]
with the actual answers.
[36:46]
Just to, I think, clarify something correctly, if I'm wrong, but here's not what I thought.
[36:54]
The type that we had insist on keeping in place, that is actually sure of their thoughts.
[37:00]
There's a sense of being right to do everybody building.
[37:03]
That's parking area around.
[37:06]
Yeah.
[37:06]
That type of thing.
[37:07]
I was just noticing that, like, five years ago, we were to play in the head.
[37:11]
two little bridges, kind of like now that we're proposing to fill in.
[37:15]
I did, because there was always a reason why the reason we put the cold bridge in place was
[37:19]
because we had to use that road and we wanted to make sure that it didn't separate.
[37:23]
We used to separate it.
[37:26]
We used to do the same thing.
[37:28]
We used to do the same thing.
[37:29]
Light, light.
[37:36]
I'm still trying to figure out what we should say. It took me a feeling when I was wet in the sense of, like, because somebody somewhere else would be wet on to me.
[37:48]
It's just a great time to bring out a wet on time to say.
[38:06]
So if you can see on this plane and I'll just point it to you a little bit, the old A-reconstruction
[38:17]
building up by Monroe Nefro, and this is the clear area or the TN area in the middle of
[38:28]
the property with the entire excavation. So the children of this property was pretty well
[38:32]
x-read and clear and they dug out the sand that was there. There was a transition from the
[38:38]
hills that were up above on the neighboring property and there was a there was a sand edge along
[38:45]
here that they dug down, they dug it down to some, almost the
[38:49]
cluster of late-beds, sediment, type of geos, some very, very fine
[38:53]
plants and silts, and that's where they dug it down just a little bit too
[38:57]
far. Those became wetlands, where they let them up just a little bit higher.
[39:01]
Those stayed in this upland areas, all of the very marginal one where the other
[39:06]
source really close to the solution was not easy. But there was an existing
[39:10]
access road that they used that came all the way out through here. You can still
[39:14]
There was a row that I think that's I'm going to trip you right here on this section here where they were accessing down towards the back of the property.
[39:26]
As they got further into the back of the property there's a run into the hard rock and they're nice to see and it was not there to get hold of.
[39:34]
So if you look at this program, what we see is we see the old row in place, and as Mark said,
[39:48]
they use that as access to get out to the logging one day when they log this area back up here.
[39:54]
But we looked at permitting a crossing through there.
[39:58]
We permitted one crossing up in this area here, which is where that small color is.
[40:02]
And then we're going to bring the world out through here and at some point we realized that it was just as easy to just come down to the bottom and then there was a peninsula of upland area here that they could make that turn and make the world up.
[40:18]
So that role is indeed, it's a nice connection into the major part of the woman, and so at that point it was decided not to go after that permit but to design something that is what you've seen today, the world would be on the other part of the park.
[40:37]
What should a long-term prediction for that, once the road grows back in and so forth, will that just become additional wetland in that area?
[40:49]
Yeah, most of that road is already wetland, so we're going to take your permit to ask my question.
[40:53]
We create a usable service across there.
[40:57]
I'm sorry to be generated into the wetland itself for the most part.
[41:01]
So, the dark green areas are the upper area that sticks out, the finger that sticks out, there's a little area here.
[41:09]
There's a, in the back, there's a, there's a natural drainage that heads up the hill.
[41:14]
I believe this is a fairly natural drainage in this area. That's not as far back as in the excavation.
[41:19]
The excavation came to here, right into the area that you guys see.
[41:25]
And then there was some clarity, there was some, I think, additional work,
[41:28]
Maybe down in towards the web in the area where they were, again, trying to get the
[41:31]
masquits of sand that they could get out of the area, but for the most part, the guy
[41:37]
was much as they could, and then the previous contract, who had this property, was using
[41:44]
its staging storing storage area for a long time.
[41:49]
If we look at the 1980 aerial photo, you can see that whole area starting to regenerate into a
[41:54]
Forced in scrub shower area, which is how I found in mine,
[41:59]
for her Scott out there, very young,
[42:01]
forced, slow growing, pretty weak vegetation,
[42:05]
not anything really too strong in there.
[42:08]
Thank you, sir.
[42:10]
Any questions from this to show you,
[42:12]
or a plan of questions?
[42:14]
Who's that?
[42:15]
I guess my question is,
[42:17]
the road is being abandoned.
[42:18]
Can't be marked on the drawings as to be abandoned.
[42:21]
Yeah, we probably changed it to not showing us a room.
[42:24]
Yeah.
[42:25]
It's like it appears everywhere.
[42:26]
Yeah.
[42:28]
There's a wood line so it's surveyed with it up.
[42:30]
And then when we make these renderings,
[42:33]
we highlight their edge of the woods.
[42:35]
So I guess from this end, we'll go stand out.
[42:37]
So my budget is for that.
[42:39]
But you know, I know.
[42:41]
We did that.
[42:42]
No one has to use.
[42:43]
I don't know.
[42:44]
I don't know.
[42:44]
We will plan.
[42:46]
I can capture their associates.
[42:48]
It's generally, to say, in my ears.
[42:54]
That was good.
[42:55]
Yes, indeed.
[42:57]
In the midsection, I'll call it, if we could.
[42:59]
Yep.
[43:00]
With a fuel storage, and then on down into the maintenance area, that really is the key area that's
[43:07]
to be, it's going to be back here for you so that, you know, you know, I'm sorry, filling
[43:21]
the wells.
[43:23]
I'm not sure they were really classified as well, but they were documented as being
[43:27]
wetlands at one point.
[43:29]
That's where I was coming from early on, but I can see now clearly that it was really
[43:36]
let alone around it, you might say, however,
[43:45]
in those areas and around those areas, on your
[43:48]
prints, you reference taking out a lot of trees and shrubs. And I'm just wondering, first
[43:58]
there are other areas that are designated as going to be filled as well, and just trying
[44:03]
I was just trying to find it here and this information but, so, what are you saying you
[44:10]
taking out trees and trees and trees?
[44:12]
It's a hash mark on the front under the removal prints, right?
[44:18]
That's what it is.
[44:20]
It's 7.36.
[44:23]
Yes, 7.36.
[44:31]
Now, it has technically all of that already been done.
[44:36]
736, we're on 736 in the rear portion, so basically I have the survey from an existing survey.
[44:56]
It was started in 2020.
[45:00]
2024, October 9, 2024, would you shortly after Mark contacted us and it's since been updated
[45:13]
through 9, 126, but that's that was administrative stuff. So 2, 19, 20, 26, they added wet and flag numbers.
[45:21]
So, that extent of the tree line, my understanding of where the tree line is today, I believe
[45:30]
it has changed,
[45:35]
but in, we just illustrate on those removal plans, what is to be removed
[45:40]
for the extent of the proposed grading.
[45:47]
That's why you have to remove all that to get your grading.
[45:51]
So there's some, like, areas that will have, say, in the middle section, as you've called it,
[45:59]
there's portions of that steep slope that we need to remove education from, and that's just so we can
[46:04]
break it to a, to the one slope, to meet the, on 10. So it's not because right now it's a steep excavation,
[46:12]
and we don't want that. So there's portions that we saw on the sidewalk in the back.
[46:17]
And that'll all be less and so to speak and because right now it's likely over two
[46:24]
ones, so it's going to come out and be more gradual.
[46:28]
That was my next question, can I flip it back to that area,
[46:35]
but I'll call it on the high
[46:36]
side.
[46:38]
There is a very steep banking there now, but all of that will become two to one great.
[46:45]
How will you be maintained in order?
[46:49]
It must be fully stabilized to meet the permit criteria.
[46:53]
So it means that at least 85% of vegetation,
[46:59]
as an engineer, I want to quote it directly.
[47:02]
But essentially, it needs to be vegetative.
[47:04]
And so once it's permanently stabilized, it shall remain.
[47:09]
Once you grow grass, it usually include as far as how they are.
[47:16]
Let's go, okay. Sorry, all right, but it will be stabilized. We will be inspecting it until it's
[47:24]
permanently stabilized. It will be subject to a construction general format, which is through the
[47:29]
U.S. EPA. It's an actually lift-piece project that requires us to inspect it once weekly. Also, this will
[47:39]
have a restoration plan, which will require a PD or a CPSC solution.
[47:47]
To inspect it, to inspect it every week as well.
[47:52]
So, we will be a fixture at this site.
[47:54]
I also have to submit a letter stating that it was built to plan
[47:59]
to the Department of the Environmental Services AOT.
[48:04]
So, we will be a fixture at this site until it's finished.
[48:09]
Thank you.
[48:10]
I just, and then,
[48:14]
kind of the hope we'd question,
[48:18]
yeah, since you're starting at that end
[48:21]
of the property, right, and then moving forward face by face over, but we said three years
[48:27]
for years?
[48:28]
No, hopefully two.
[48:28]
Hopefully two.
[48:30]
No, but yeah.
[48:31]
Two and a half.
[48:32]
Two and a half.
[48:33]
Hopefully two and a half.
[48:34]
We've got a potential excavation done within the two years of a good building into your
[48:37]
building.
[48:38]
Yes, that might be smart.
[48:39]
No more time.
[48:39]
So we can expect that banking that I'm not as concerned about.
[48:45]
And I know there's a day of American concern about it.
[48:47]
I can expect that that banking will be handled to quite quickly.
[48:54]
I would assume that we would be vegetating that early spring.
[49:00]
You're talking about the banking of the southwest of the property, right?
[49:03]
Yes, yes, yes.
[49:06]
Yeah, I would say, you know, I don't think we'll be able to.
[49:08]
to get the work done and start stabilizing, right?
[49:11]
So, it likely would be stabilized, you know,
[49:13]
or at least spring, just in this ground thought,
[49:15]
et cetera, it would be iriseded,
[49:17]
straw-mounted, et cetera, up-perking structure point.
[49:20]
And any winter damage taken care of, right?
[49:22]
Yeah, okay.
[49:23]
Yes, yeah.
[49:24]
Anything between October 15th and May 1st,
[49:27]
you require winter construction conditions,
[49:30]
which would be a separate set of stabilization measures,
[49:34]
and we'll permanently,
[49:34]
destabilize it, hopefully, May 1st, okay.
[49:38]
And what's the matter about this?
[49:39]
I have no problem.
[49:42]
All right.
[49:43]
Any questions before we leave that area of the property?
[49:48]
I'm just asking how you intend to do that.
[49:50]
So you have a situation like what's the type of a building?
[49:54]
And probably select fill and then along the city.
[49:56]
They won't probably be that little be-what it is.
[50:00]
Yeah, somebody.
[50:08]
You know, that's what's there, existing that won't be there, what's permitting to be built for plans.
[50:13]
You know, if you may use it and type good luck with it, is RMI provides a product that is like, you may know what it's called, but it's like that.
[50:22]
almost a paper machine, what is it used to your house, too?
[50:26]
We use a spot on the five of the major?
[50:29]
Yeah.
[50:30]
He's talking about what's on during the seeding process
[50:33]
in order to close the place.
[50:35]
Makes sense with the long.
[50:37]
Because one of what I sort of thought I was hearing was that they were
[50:41]
like, you know, several female witches in that room.
[50:46]
No, not currently.
[50:47]
They're probably age 10 inches, maybe.
[50:50]
So that'll be all way clean, filled in, and then the loan that's needed for hydrocycals.
[50:56]
There's a specific signal for work down for it.
[50:58]
Yeah, definitely.
[51:00]
And all that stuff.
[51:02]
Thank you very much.
[51:04]
Very good.
[51:07]
We'll move to the mint section on our side-plan review.
[51:14]
The fuel storage in that section.
[51:17]
I'll just start there, they're above ground tanks,
[51:22]
bullet-protective ground, these circumference of the entire fuel-in-conflux,
[51:29]
and wash-conflux.
[51:32]
They essentially have to protect the fuel, so they are all the way around,
[51:37]
except for where there's a building, so it's a no-ball and inside the building,
[51:42]
but if you hit the building, it should stop.
[51:44]
Since these are above top ground storage tanks, 15 other gallons of age,
[51:53]
I consider that
[51:55]
more vulnerable than a baritank, but should I be that concerned with tonight?
[52:07]
I did not bring Mark this time.
[52:10]
Yeah.
[52:10]
It was a mess.
[52:11]
Underground, you can't see what's happening.
[52:14]
Yeah.
[52:14]
Upground, you can.
[52:15]
But that means whether, whether it's a paint on it, it's such.
[52:21]
So it's kind of about the same thing like a paint on it.
[52:25]
I just had a vision of something happening.
[52:28]
I would have to further the subject matter.
[52:42]
So we're working with him on a variance. Essentially, it's also seven, ten foot fence around these tanks. And we are trying to make it as combat as possible. So we're requesting a variance to pull that out of the five feet. There's concessions, the ballers, uh,
[53:00]
offense, there's other possessions that are being made.
[53:04]
I think security, et cetera.
[53:07]
So Mark and Tonya, that was here last time,
[53:09]
the professional engineer that's working on this,
[53:12]
is working with the fire chief to satisfy all of this
[53:15]
in service.
[53:15]
I believe they change the building to not combustible.
[53:20]
That's a few things that they've been working on.
[53:22]
So they're going back and forth, because essentially,
[53:24]
he needs his blessing.
[53:25]
The fire chief's blessing before he goes to the DDS
[53:29]
before he finishes the ES, because he has submitted this to the ES as well, so he's doing that concurrently, but is aiming to satisfy it, everybody's concerns.
[53:40]
So we don't have anything written for the record from the Department of Pharmacy, but I need to turn to you now.
[53:45]
No, yeah, but I couldn't do one of the conditions, I'm sure, will be that we receive a criminal from the HTES, and you can add that the fire chief also,
[54:01]
That would be an easy condition that we could certainly need.
[54:05]
Here's not an important part of protection.
[54:08]
I believe there's going to be a fire extinguisher.
[54:17]
There's going to be a fire extinguisher.
[54:18]
There's going to be a fire extinguisher.
[54:21]
question like you would see me at a gas station.
[54:24]
Yeah, I might go to speak better.
[54:26]
Yeah, it's the most important.
[54:28]
As far as I know, an FDA rule is only stated that it's a 24-hour
[54:33]
operable fuel station in these virus suppression, which I don't think
[54:36]
this is a 24-hour public fuel station meeting.
[54:40]
Typically a fire extinguisher is, of course,
[54:44]
that depends on the authority of the jurisdiction.
[54:47]
Correct.
[54:47]
It says here on Mark's plan provide fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 38.21 by all of us within 100 feet of the AST system.
[55:02]
Yes.
[55:03]
So, I have to work with the fire treatment on this.
[55:06]
And I have produced an NFPA compliant with some minor corrections about placement of extinguishers.
[55:11]
So, like that, for most of our people.
[55:13]
And NFPA compliant fuel dispensing station.
[55:17]
It is, so at a year point, spot on, it does not need to be with a full surface system, as it is not a public swing for our monitoring station.
[55:28]
It will be, it will be the attendant, it will be the person that was using it at the time.
[55:32]
And then it goes back into a state of control over it.
[55:36]
So the building is an FDA compliant to what the state and the part of the chief required.
[55:41]
the EHJ, the Fartj is non-tening on any other additional conditions.
[55:49]
He did already work with the applicant to get a good building in the non-constabilities.
[55:53]
Just because of its distance from the road, it's a little bit protected.
[55:58]
So in order to provide just that little extra, I'm going to say that you've asked the building to come on for muscle-ish there.
[56:02]
I didn't want to.
[56:04]
Thank you.
[56:08]
Anybody yet?
[56:09]
No.
[56:10]
I guess my own question is.
[56:13]
The bottom is a 40.
[56:14]
It can just all.
[56:17]
And in the detail, I want you
[56:23]
to see three property.
[56:26]
And the tank itself, and all the equipment, it's like a state of budget.
[56:31]
I'm going to see that that height.
[56:32]
And my question is, is there with shortening the distance to it?
[56:38]
Are there any vehicles?
[56:39]
You guys have a lot of specialty things.
[56:42]
You don't have to be cringy with my pumps for moving wood chips or anything.
[56:46]
Like sticks out by feet beyond the bumpers of the vehicle.
[56:53]
No.
[56:53]
And there's also a roof over.
[56:55]
There's also a roof over those names as well.
[57:00]
I can't be sorry.
[57:02]
I'm sure the cheapest thing about that thing,
[57:04]
but just a little bit more.
[57:05]
So, this gentleman, the relief that any applicant had requested
[57:11]
was for offense, approximately the ballers are still
[57:14]
in the virtual Asian channel channel.
[57:16]
So, I mean, it's just a security fence.
[57:18]
It doesn't provide any sort of vehicle protection.
[57:21]
It's primarily a security fence for allowing the pump station.
[57:24]
That's what they were requesting for those from
[57:27]
which gets distance, because it needs to be
[57:29]
I code 10 feet from the building, which we'll put them in the wetland numbers.
[57:34]
They were requesting some relief to bring back a way from the wetland
[57:39]
buffer of a closer building, again, it's a security of those primarily.
[57:43]
Any other
[57:50]
questions on the fueling system or the wash system?
[57:55]
So, code pretty much code through the thing in the same area.
[57:58]
Corrective.
[57:59]
The watch station is self-contained, the polling tank is going to be caught by a certified contract.
[58:07]
And as a fuel and water sector.
[58:14]
We'll be a little bit further towards the moment where on that road, this is the area that
[58:20]
is slightly to be filled with weapons.
[58:32]
That area of view is explained and send it for providing the historical perspective of how it came to be is, is there still, I assume the cover that was there is going to be abandoned, is that right, correct in a very remote, it would be removed.
[58:56]
Because right now, it works as a hydraulic connection, but at two points so we don't turn
[59:04]
on into a pond and so it just creates that hydraulic connection that we did not need any longer.
[59:12]
There is a culver proposed, if you go too sheet,
[59:20]
15 or 36, 15 or 36,
[59:33]
if you're looking
[59:34]
right at the more east corner of that building, and you fall the roof drain to that catch
[59:40]
basin for post catch tracing 20.
[59:45]
Kind of towards the road that goes to the fuel station.
[59:48]
There's a culvert right there that will provide a new hydraulic question.
[59:52]
Oh, I see. Between it too. Because we're not proposing to fill the entire own right, just as much as we can.
[1:00:00]
Question left there for the session,
[1:00:04]
which provides, over time, provides screening to now, right from a few screening of the fuel pump area in the Washington.
[1:00:20]
Correct.
[1:00:20]
And how we developed that, I guess I could provide this mark, and John said we need this size building.
[1:00:29]
We did not set up the required spacesuit, like around it, for operations and required turning radius for the vehicles, et cetera.
[1:00:43]
And we offset that and then that kind of place this in that area.
[1:00:47]
We tried to make it central to that and move as far away from the wetland is possible.
[1:00:52]
But you can see on the south southern side we're up against that real steep slope that we're pulling down towards the proposed building to make it to the one.
[1:01:04]
Just to confirm reference to the birth of the reference to the left.
[1:01:07]
Yes, I'm giving you visual representation here.
[1:01:11]
So it would be to know that.
[1:01:14]
So it would be to know that.
[1:01:18]
Correct.
[1:01:19]
If you look at the stormwater bin, many of the basic 3, it's 2D.
[1:01:27]
It's to know that.
[1:01:29]
To know that.
[1:01:31]
Magnetically.
[1:01:32]
To the west.
[1:01:35]
That called her.
[1:01:38]
Now.
[1:01:38]
I'm sure you have something else.
[1:01:42]
The slopes surrounding the maintenance building,
[1:01:47]
and those all two in one.
[1:01:50]
Yep.
[1:01:50]
So if you see the solid line is proposed in the dash lines or existing.
[1:01:56]
So you can fall that existing line.
[1:01:58]
That's remnants of that historical excavation.
[1:02:04]
So with us trying to put that road on the top side,
[1:02:08]
that continues out to the material storage area.
[1:02:12]
We need to obviously flatten that out and then force that to one.
[1:02:16]
So we're really right now that slope pushes up against the boundary,
[1:02:22]
where we're pulling it.
[1:02:24]
Down the hill because we're doing a two-to-one from that boundary to get
[1:02:27]
us to the road elevation that we need it.
[1:02:29]
The road's got to be flat and then we have to force the burn to
[1:02:33]
to manage our storm, when we're close and then we come down a hill to the one to where the
[1:02:39]
the boat shepherds. So it's basically starting at the top, grading down to what we need,
[1:02:47]
and then that kind of puts where we are.
[1:02:52]
Anybody else have questions on this particular section of the site that we're walking through?
[1:03:01]
Is this one of the buildings that we do not have any donations for?
[1:03:04]
Correct. Correct.
[1:03:06]
Any reasoning that we're looking for that way or what the thought process is going to.
[1:03:12]
Short answers, essentially they're just big rectangular buildings without any real visual
[1:03:20]
aspect of them, a group of blind and a blank house.
[1:03:27]
Sorry, no.
[1:03:29]
Now I think what we're going to say is the 34th for the height, what's the height of that
[1:03:34]
particular building?
[1:03:35]
What would you get?
[1:03:37]
We had not determined that, but we could, in the 4th order, 66 or 32 of the acreage?
[1:03:45]
Yeah, I mean, I think I got to think of the 5th height, et cetera, I believe.
[1:03:48]
Yeah, the well under 33.
[1:03:50]
Well under 33.
[1:03:50]
And this, this is all in the report, whatever the ordinance is, it'll be all in the
[1:03:57]
night.
[1:03:58]
This is also one of the reasons that we're asked for a week or a week or a week
[1:04:01]
or a week.
[1:04:02]
That's correct.
[1:04:11]
So there's screening for visual screening.
[1:04:15]
That's going to be a pretty massive structure in down there.
[1:04:25]
If you can't remember, as we discussed at the site meeting, if you remember the tool storage building,
[1:04:35]
so as you come into the site, go and sell, it would be on the right side, there's that large building that has a couple.
[1:04:45]
Here we are.
[1:04:47]
Up there.
[1:04:47]
Thanks, Mark.
[1:04:50]
As you go down, that's at elevation 5554 and the proposed building is at elevation
[1:04:57]
545.
[1:04:58]
So that's nine people,
[1:05:02]
though, the existing elevation, either standard, but I wonder if
[1:05:07]
time is going to stand out, but you're trying to track you all the area.
[1:05:11]
you will see the essentially the E or the Gable End and you have to find.
[1:05:22]
There will be some landscaping on the front side.
[1:05:27]
It will find a nice question.
[1:05:30]
There's a plan in the back of plants that shows pretty extensive landscaping plan.
[1:05:37]
Visualization in that, and then there's also a planting list.
[1:05:42]
That will serve us a bit of a buffer with any commercial business.
[1:05:51]
Oh, so is this what we see from the street?
[1:05:55]
No, that's going to be the office soldiers land on this building.
[1:06:01]
on the same message, the parking lot that's indicated between existing garage, which is going to be office, right, and the other shop.
[1:06:14]
Yep, the lot that lot intended to be used for, like, productive vehicle storage, like the vehicles they're using on databases.
[1:06:26]
So this log right here will be where all of our commercial trucks are in the center of.
[1:06:31]
This here will be for all office parking, so like party managers and pick up trucks outside
[1:06:36]
of that are coming constantly in and out throughout the day.
[1:06:38]
So storage of vehicles overnight basically will be out back there.
[1:06:43]
Is that what you're asking?
[1:06:44]
So I'm trying to picture the from what we're running at.
[1:06:48]
People will be able to see trucks.
[1:06:50]
This is the most important thing.
[1:06:52]
I'm going to cross the wildlands.
[1:06:53]
See the wood trunks.
[1:06:55]
I'm still like this.
[1:06:57]
Yeah.
[1:06:58]
Here you're saying.
[1:07:00]
Yeah.
[1:07:01]
As you're crossing the hill, start down.
[1:07:03]
Right.
[1:07:03]
And then, unfortunately, you got the plan 110 foot trees.
[1:07:06]
There would be all the patients coming from the floor down.
[1:07:09]
So you can do it.
[1:07:11]
You can do it.
[1:07:11]
You can do it.
[1:07:12]
You have time.
[1:07:15]
What we would try to do is clean up some of the invasive stuff.
[1:07:20]
exist in a lot, and we did when we first started that, it was designed to climb into
[1:07:25]
some of the trees so if we could try to keep up with them and add some of them.
[1:07:30]
I'll help maintain the trees that are in place there, although there's not many ever been.
[1:07:36]
Do you want to know if there's any bases in the sense that I'll hold them in this area?
[1:07:45]
Which commonly do you have another question? Just a minute?
[1:07:49]
Just a basic child instruction type, please.
[1:07:53]
So, this proposal shop is like an open space.
[1:07:58]
No, it would be a close, probably, metal building.
[1:08:01]
That's a steel structure, but open inside or something.
[1:08:04]
Yeah, yeah, all doors and stopping closed fully in,
[1:08:06]
but it's a wide open building inside.
[1:08:08]
Now, this might be a question too for the building inspector,
[1:08:11]
who happens to be here lately.
[1:08:13]
So, I think international building clothes
[1:08:17]
says anything over 5,000 square feet in the sprinkler system.
[1:08:20]
So, no, it's the question, yes, but you're so.
[1:08:25]
If there was a mixed use, we talked to the chief about this,
[1:08:28]
building specifically already before we designed it.
[1:08:32]
And we've worked with Austin and the chief on this building here.
[1:08:36]
So none of our building for repars, thank you for this,
[1:08:38]
this one's on property.
[1:08:39]
Because there's no mixed use, there's no shop in office together,
[1:08:43]
et cetera.
[1:08:43]
Austin can probably clarify the old one.
[1:08:46]
Yeah, so both buildings that they are proposed were designed to be underneath the square foot of the alarmists pull for their respective occupancies
[1:08:56]
To kick the school horse, so the office is just under and then the maintenance building I think is actually
[1:09:02]
There are a lot of escape it. It's been peaceful. So we have
[1:09:11]
Thank you
[1:09:12]
The other questions regarding that night is building for that general area.
[1:09:19]
I don't know if there's a question.
[1:09:21]
In the waiver, we request this to go.
[1:09:24]
We'll know.
[1:09:25]
Excuse me.
[1:09:26]
No, no.
[1:09:28]
One of the criteria was to have a suitable color.
[1:09:32]
Any idea or excuse me.
[1:09:34]
I was just calling out the color chart from my...
[1:09:38]
I didn't actually add it.
[1:09:39]
I love it.
[1:09:39]
Didn't we say tree color?
[1:09:41]
I'm not talking about that.
[1:09:44]
I'm not talking about that.
[1:09:45]
I'm not talking about that.
[1:09:46]
I'm not talking about that.
[1:09:46]
I'm not hiding anywhere since the house.
[1:09:48]
I'm not talking about that.
[1:09:52]
Because the question is, is all I see is kind of the building because I mean the current
[1:09:56]
will have a lot of time for that to know where to stop.
[1:09:58]
I know it's going to be lower, so you're not going to see it as much for this insurance and
[1:10:01]
you're not going to see it in winter.
[1:10:03]
Then it went around.
[1:10:04]
So I want to pull up the receipt.
[1:10:06]
The goal is, is some sort of, I guess, he just need to take the title.
[1:10:11]
is part of coming so like that gray is brownish. Again, whatever I can do, take off the
[1:10:16]
20 toys that they offer, I think they are 30 toys that they offer is supported in to the
[1:10:22]
backdrop.
[1:10:22]
Oh no, thank you.
[1:10:27]
But no, we'll not do red to that.
[1:10:29]
They don't want to go.
[1:10:30]
So I think it just depends over half doors on both sides, right?
[1:10:36]
Yep.
[1:10:38]
Correct.
[1:10:38]
anything on the side bend, that's what I said here, so there will be a door there, a mandor.
[1:10:48]
Yeah, mandor's there, garage, or on this side garage, or on this side.
[1:10:53]
That's what I had some good work done.
[1:10:56]
We didn't have those cashers.
[1:10:58]
I'm going to try to pull up the pre-rendering that they had.
[1:11:03]
Can you just ask them?
[1:11:05]
Can you just ask them?
[1:11:06]
Can you just do that?
[1:11:07]
Yeah, it's just not 100% done yet, it gives it a general idea.
[1:11:12]
You know, this is very important to talk about this.
[1:11:15]
I think about what the view is like from the room and down there.
[1:11:20]
It's a lot of times, like I said, something like this.
[1:11:25]
It is kind of a pretty black and white, and I want to say,
[1:11:28]
what the materials need to be.
[1:11:30]
And you know, my objective to be taxed, something like that.
[1:11:33]
So we can see what it is, we're saying yesterday.
[1:11:43]
And the other question is pertaining to this particular area of I'm still on the sheet 15 and 36.
[1:12:04]
It's moved forward on the site
[1:12:16]
up to 14, on 36 interesting infrastructure that you're going to be really talking to your work vehicles on.
[1:12:33]
That's going to be a lot of work on that.
[1:12:36]
There are the rated for, I believe, H-10, but I can give you a solider.
[1:12:44]
At least H-20, so it's rated for that.
[1:12:48]
You can drive on them with six inches of material on top, so there are very structurally
[1:12:54]
sound,
[1:12:58]
and there are a lot of places that you wouldn't fix that, but they're everywhere.
[1:13:03]
Those ADS chambers, not that that's a great answer.
[1:13:06]
But first
[1:13:11]
I've seen that concept, so part of my, well, there are every loads and
[1:13:17]
home depot and anything with substantial size and parking lot where they can't fit anything else.
[1:13:24]
There are a hundred women under your feet, where is it, okay, I got to get there.
[1:13:31]
So the,
[1:13:35]
let
[1:13:41]
me see if they have, yeah there are H20 design truck impact factor, multiple
[1:13:46]
So the chambers are proprietary products, A and S makes them, which is a company that
[1:13:56]
makes a lot of fans.
[1:13:57]
They make plastic pipe as well, and they are designed to be the latest addition in the
[1:14:02]
Astro LFR, LR of the e-brish design specification stage point.
[1:14:08]
So it's ready for a fire truck.
[1:14:11]
You have a lot of truck parts, so it's correct, yeah.
[1:14:17]
It's one over that factor.
[1:14:23]
See, I hope that be the east wall.
[1:14:27]
It really is and slopes right down to the wetland area.
[1:14:32]
That east wall is a,
[1:14:34]
where we call it being a block wall.
[1:14:39]
correctives of modular, predestination, well with a guardrail. It will have a fence
[1:14:46]
into our grill, fence in our grill, a lot of guardrail behind the parking, wood post guardrail,
[1:14:53]
which is one of the additions based on Steve's comments, and it will have a fall protection fence.
[1:15:00]
We have to do to get having more of a drop on the 30 inches.
[1:15:06]
Now,
[1:15:09]
that correct me up or wrong. That will be also visible
[1:15:15]
that, from, as you drive multiple, or that, correct. I don't have any view of it. I can pull up a representative
[1:15:24]
photo a bit. Right A and as you come through, Marinette Marinette Marinette has a similar
[1:15:30]
pre-gas model or a rock wall, they're pretty common, but that's a concrete facade and
[1:15:35]
as stone or mark this area you're saying you're small here.
[1:15:41]
Yeah, I don't think you'll see it, truthfully you barely can currently act like I live
[1:15:45]
right on the back of our heads, I see it everyday. I don't really don't see the trucks.
[1:15:49]
I feel like as much winter time you do summertime you don't. But I believe that wall
[1:15:53]
It's a little over or if you're gonna see it like once you transition up here
[1:16:09]
you're gonna see you know see a wall we're transitioning into like a nice landscape
[1:16:13]
well not a concrete blockfall, but it just doesn't make sense in the back
[1:16:17]
or you're just looking for something that is obviously engine-eared in
[1:16:20]
in the back of that. I just didn't know if there was room for planning to
[1:16:24]
along, but it would help stop on that. Again, that wall is going to be that line.
[1:16:30]
I don't think it will stand out.
[1:16:35]
But I'm considering also the stacked vehicles there
[1:16:38]
of all went along. Yeah, and you saw our moment to allow the natural vegetation in
[1:16:43]
this area. Right, we're not going to disturb you. This vegetation can continue to allow
[1:16:46]
the vegetation to, it's right now it's a mode slope.
[1:16:53]
If you put that wall there, it will be tough to move.
[1:16:57]
Right.
[1:17:01]
Okay, here.
[1:17:03]
Yes, madam.
[1:17:03]
Question time.
[1:17:04]
Aaron, is your firm going to be also doing the long design?
[1:17:08]
We are not.
[1:17:09]
So it's usually a, it's a, it's a, it's a core of the problem.
[1:17:13]
It's whatever block, the manufacturer they use,
[1:17:16]
they throw structural engineering in as a,
[1:17:18]
as a goodie for buying an expensive wall so we didn't put a note on the
[1:17:29]
site plan that says we do a shader mentioned cart like me for us or maybe
[1:17:33]
Coleman I don't know if it doesn't think a good shader means a cart.
[1:17:37]
It's on sheet, sheet,
[1:17:43]
nine, thirty, six, general note and proposed
[1:17:50]
The mother of the law should be designed by a design and manufactured by, let me write that now.
[1:18:02]
The qualified supplier proposed all of it, wall elevations top and base shall be determined based on the post conditions in the law of the designer.
[1:18:10]
Engineers, preference for retained wall shall be designed by a licensed professional engineer, the owner shall submit detailed drawings to the Montboro land use office for review and fully prior to installation.
[1:18:21]
the government's development.
[1:18:25]
The government's development, and the government's development,
[1:18:27]
and it can be greatest on 16th and I can just require
[1:18:28]
to be interviewed and probably won't go.
[1:18:31]
And so that has to go in the current.
[1:18:33]
So that will be permanent and will be reviewed by our office
[1:18:36]
and private installation process to go and come.
[1:18:40]
Given the length of that area,
[1:18:42]
I was initially, my reaction was,
[1:18:45]
what visually, what, what, what, what, what, what, what, what,
[1:18:48]
what, what, what, what,
[1:18:53]
what, what, what, what, what, what,
[1:18:53]
I guess we're going to force this vote, the note on there says for the form of
[1:18:58]
action, that fence tight needs to be specified to me code. Do you have a concept of
[1:19:05]
one type of fence where we talk in this blood rattle and we talk in.
[1:19:09]
Technically, it would be acceptable thought protection would be 32 to 40 to 36 to 42
[1:19:23]
all of those requirements associated plus them.
[1:19:26]
So, technically, they can get away with this like a railing style
[1:19:28]
if that's been involved with fixed requirements,
[1:19:30]
but they're closing a little bit down there.
[1:19:33]
Now, that would also be fair five at the time
[1:19:35]
of the building for them.
[1:19:37]
Keep the aesthetics in mind because that will be the public reaction.
[1:19:42]
I guess that would be a salt fogger.
[1:19:44]
That would be the fault for taking off.
[1:19:46]
Keep the aesthetics in mind to the bulk of the second fence on.
[1:19:50]
Yeah, I'm not holding that.
[1:19:51]
Yeah, I'm not absolutely, yeah.
[1:19:53]
I mean, like I said, if I start to look up here, I think, you know, once we start to
[1:19:56]
grade this area out or, you know, start to cut this area and I'm like, all right, we have
[1:20:00]
it, you know, direct line of sight, we'll do whatever we can but, you know, to mitigate it, you
[1:20:06]
know, it is multiple, you know, and there, this is their front end of their sales office.
[1:20:12]
So they're going to want to go right.
[1:20:16]
Existing that tool storage on the opposite side, that stays in place, the smaller building
[1:20:27]
there, so what is the canopy, is that salt storage, that is our salt source, that is our
[1:20:34]
salt source,
[1:20:38]
any changes necessary on that, so it doesn't, it's self-containing now and
[1:20:44]
and it's kind of meets all requirements in its current form.
[1:20:51]
All right.
[1:20:53]
Questions on the front end?
[1:20:59]
One access point in and out.
[1:21:02]
Does it seem the one thing that I've noticed is the representation
[1:21:05]
of the traffic is going to stay the same?
[1:21:07]
Like I look at the parking parking.
[1:21:09]
It's going up by 20%.
[1:21:12]
Yeah, so it's a 25%.
[1:21:14]
I'm just kind of curious.
[1:21:22]
The parking on me aiming to meet cyclone regulations right now that park as we have
[1:21:28]
probably visualized on the sidewalk, I don't remember if they were down back and on, but
[1:21:32]
there was, they were parking on along the tool storage building that, yeah, Marble, Marble,
[1:21:39]
I bet it's a really every park currently, and then they're along this entire way all the way
[1:21:44]
on the other way. So it's about the same exact parking that we're currently had on the
[1:21:47]
same before. Now where, and then we have parking currently all right here, that is going
[1:21:53]
the way in turning into green space, and then around our building, which is not showing
[1:21:56]
you around the front of the building. We have parking here along the back side. We have parking
[1:22:00]
here, and then over here we have parking. So we're about at the same amount of parking that
[1:22:05]
I would say we currently have to be parking in the spot that we're marking in the previous
[1:22:11]
I think the last point I showed the parking here, I think the last point I showed the parking here,
[1:22:16]
and then the summary bit, I would say the more space.
[1:22:22]
That's why I think it's, I think, that it has only the one access point to the road.
[1:22:27]
Yeah.
[1:22:27]
It really the whole point I would say flow.
[1:22:30]
Getting people in and out of their safe, you know, safely allowing customers to kind of hold in and not feel that, you know, they're parking here and then walking right across their truck or pulling in off, you know, won't burn effort and be off, they, you know, the previous officers. So it was really fun to offer.
[1:22:45]
Do you think you need, when you're trying to meet the requirements, pardon the front? Do you need to, do you think you need to have it? Because I would say it all the place to do my best for the waiver. I would favor putting more landscaping on this parking in front of that building.
[1:22:59]
Yeah, that's our biggest constraint right now, and I do not want people parking here walking out here, et cetera
[1:23:06]
I want us to be safe and an out access for our employees that work in the coming and out of the office pre-coming
[1:23:12]
and especially customers as well. But there will be a high belief that what we see today
[1:23:18]
first, what we will see when this is done, this will look better from the road in a landscape manner.
[1:23:23]
We have islands where we plan to plant some large scale trees in there to try to kind of
[1:23:27]
close that visual side of that can obviously want to know we have to be careful because
[1:23:33]
the power lines are set up at the height of things, but you know we plan to re-ventitate
[1:23:37]
that whole area back in the purple landscape.
[1:23:50]
I've got a question for you on the actual building.
[1:23:52]
It's going to stay.
[1:23:55]
But the profiles that you showed in here for the up-for-for-for elevation and everything I thought.
[1:24:01]
Are you going to be redoing the part of the building facing the road, through the
[1:24:09]
Yeah, so a little extra is building it's ultimately going to get changed between taking out the garage door
[1:24:13]
as putting those in and putting doors and et cetera for the elevation.
[1:24:17]
The only thing we have in determining the point yet is, we can go away maybe from the red side
[1:24:23]
and do something different with that building when we put on the addition.
[1:24:28]
You know, like to add a cool effort to the top thing, or something like that,
[1:24:30]
and for really try to, you don't bring it back.
[1:24:36]
Yeah, I just thought it was trying to get out of the way there.
[1:24:38]
That's a pretty black cloth.
[1:24:40]
Yeah, so a lot of windows in there,
[1:24:42]
because all the offices are on the exterior,
[1:24:43]
right?
[1:24:44]
We want everyone in my purpose, we're designing it that way,
[1:24:47]
so I don't want to have an apple sunlight,
[1:24:48]
so there will be a lot of windows in that building.
[1:24:50]
There we go.
[1:24:51]
The other things are good.
[1:24:55]
Thanks.
[1:24:59]
So, Mr. Chair.
[1:25:01]
Yes, you know, with the coming up that these are very cool in the area, and not
[1:25:10]
fine on for an actual time, etc., these are more of us, but we're up like that, so
[1:25:26]
This is the bank that's built in Iraq, I mean in some of the colors under the belt.
[1:25:33]
This is the front building, this is the top and this is the bottom.
[1:25:37]
Yes, here?
[1:25:38]
Yes.
[1:25:38]
I understand what's stronger.
[1:25:41]
Yeah.
[1:25:46]
That's the color of this.
[1:25:48]
That's the color of this.
[1:25:54]
That's the color of this.
[1:25:56]
That's the color of this.
[1:26:06]
Now he's got a question's regarding, uh...
[1:26:28]
They cut, call it the concept of the property,
[1:26:33]
as we go through this, you kind of see quenchful fashion.
[1:26:41]
So you take a take-and-out with the, you know, just in goddess bear.
[1:26:45]
That's going to be a strong water basin, right?
[1:26:48]
Yeah, she's tired.
[1:26:49]
Unfortunately.
[1:26:53]
I think you said four about the 20 times,
[1:26:56]
the 25-foot set back off the road will be,
[1:27:00]
is sent to all of the nation as well, you know, it's burning that at all, right?
[1:27:06]
Towards the end.
[1:27:08]
No, I'm a frontist.
[1:27:10]
Yeah.
[1:27:10]
Hold on.
[1:27:11]
No, I don't think.
[1:27:12]
I don't think it'd be much different.
[1:27:14]
It's currently right now it had.
[1:27:16]
It's not black.
[1:27:17]
There's probably a three-and-a half.
[1:27:20]
Well, more than ever, obviously.
[1:27:21]
Yes, it could downright.
[1:27:22]
And that great goes all day.
[1:27:24]
We'll make it the same elevation, basically.
[1:27:29]
It was some kind of thing.
[1:27:30]
Yeah, so basically whatever the, you know, elevation is from here to here is going to just get, you know, a gentle slope, and then planting, etc.
[1:27:37]
Obviously, as you get down, where's that house? So the house was here, right? There's much more of a steeper, right?
[1:27:44]
You know, a raspy slope, very right there that unfortunately, just a great little real thing goes down.
[1:27:50]
Yeah.
[1:27:50]
That's right.
[1:27:52]
That's right.
[1:27:55]
If that front building, it's supposed to as office, it's not going to make use.
[1:28:01]
So we've got garage holes on it.
[1:28:03]
Is that just sparking there?
[1:28:05]
No, so the garage door is yours.
[1:28:06]
This is where we'll just batch out of the new.
[1:28:08]
We just went to the day in the morning.
[1:28:10]
It's a warm-up morning.
[1:28:11]
Open up the garage door.
[1:28:12]
I did argue with my brother that night.
[1:28:14]
That was a good apartment.
[1:28:14]
It's in there, but.
[1:28:16]
That was not bad.
[1:28:17]
Also, we have garage doors, no matter what.
[1:28:19]
But it's not the parking of anything.
[1:28:21]
Like that, et cetera.
[1:28:22]
It's just simply to kind of...
[1:28:24]
Do you like it?
[1:28:25]
It's over there.
[1:28:36]
Whether they stay or not.
[1:28:37]
Time is about to be there.
[1:28:42]
Hello veterans.
[1:28:44]
Conance from staff on this.
[1:28:45]
So we're on the right track for these.
[1:28:47]
You're tracking on.
[1:28:48]
I have a list.
[1:28:49]
You're just hitting them all as we go on.
[1:28:52]
Good.
[1:28:54]
You can get to my best here.
[1:28:56]
Now, everybody has an interest.
[1:28:58]
We've got questions.
[1:29:07]
Well, only I would just kind of move through the side here.
[1:29:10]
and get everybody's questions up front and then I think we need to open that for further comment.
[1:29:23]
I actually should begin with the waiters and the special exceptions first.
[1:29:29]
If you want to ask that a rest of the board, but I come up with a strategy from all the
[1:29:35]
comment because the waiters and cops kind of address the same things that we have
[1:29:41]
question.
[1:29:43]
Thank you.
[1:29:44]
Thank you.
[1:29:47]
Thank you.
[1:29:47]
You agree?
[1:29:48]
Yes.
[1:29:48]
Thank you.
[1:29:51]
Thank you.
[1:29:52]
Thank you.
[1:29:53]
Thank you.
[1:29:56]
Thank you.
[1:29:57]
Thank you.
[1:29:58]
Thank you.
[1:30:00]
It says, we're going to loom from signing us for post structure. Is it fillings steel, or is it a local?
[1:30:07]
Who would come in? Just, it's just a minor one. I just haven't been touched that one.
[1:30:12]
I actually want to try, I would assume that is typically steel.
[1:30:17]
I would assume,
[1:30:21]
it's a good question.
[1:30:23]
I think roofing material is a little bit.
[1:30:24]
I think it's not.
[1:30:26]
I think roofing material is a little bit.
[1:30:27]
Yeah, steel building is that a technical deal.
[1:30:29]
You just need to do it, okay.
[1:30:31]
Oh, I know it's a steel structure, but raining,
[1:30:33]
but I think, yes, I believe the exterior
[1:30:34]
and steel are a perfect work done.
[1:30:37]
The one problem with the process, yeah.
[1:30:40]
Thank you.
[1:30:44]
It was a statistic, as I was looking back through it,
[1:30:49]
that rather surprised me, you have currently
[1:30:51]
where we're planning to have in the office portions
[1:30:54]
of the sick be and boying.
[1:30:57]
It's not at all panicking, yes.
[1:31:00]
Again, we're building this site to grow
[1:31:02]
into at the end of the day, right, and we talked about, hey, what can we do on this site
[1:31:06]
in totality, right?
[1:31:07]
Yes, we do.
[1:31:08]
So that was part of our plan, basically, is to understand, you know, as we decide to maybe
[1:31:12]
go to other places and, you know, to other locations, et cetera, this would still remain to be kind
[1:31:18]
of our headquarters.
[1:31:18]
I don't know what to do.
[1:31:20]
Thank you.
[1:31:44]
It has been provided to voters, to voters, to voters.
[1:31:48]
I understand the waitness of this, so thank you.
[1:32:45]
They were just brought to talk to the people, has happened tonight by Chuck Melodet, who
[1:32:51]
would be getting these letters, and that they would sign to signing a lettering on
[1:32:55]
Justin, one of those little bit about, for a 30, Brian Black, Eric, come by the office and
[1:33:00]
have to be invited to a 5-cloth front.
[1:33:03]
I told him that other writers, that D.S.L.K.,
[1:33:11]
yes, there's this group, he's reduced the letters
[1:33:14]
I ask a question about a little letter.
[1:33:18]
There you go.
[1:33:19]
I'm with you.
[1:33:19]
There you go.
[1:33:21]
I'm with you.
[1:33:22]
I'm still not the problem.
[1:33:24]
See, I believe there's something to report.
[1:33:27]
Yeah.
[1:33:27]
There are a question from the morning, please.
[1:33:29]
Go ahead.
[1:33:32]
I'm just a wood eye.
[1:33:33]
I apologize.
[1:33:34]
I do not see your letter.
[1:33:36]
It's a day.
[1:33:38]
I need to see it.
[1:33:39]
I like God.
[1:33:39]
Here, it's a flow.
[1:33:42]
And it looks to me.
[1:33:43]
to be in response to the letter we've received in the last meeting from the
[1:33:49]
letter Mr. Lewis, it looks like an IMI response, basically, but I'm not
[1:33:56]
certain that I haven't had a chance to really kind of show me to it in detail.
[1:34:01]
Did you mind summarizing what this letter represents and I'd like to know if your
[1:34:11]
the audience feel that this is a responsible
[1:34:15]
satisfaction, a sufficient responsibility that satisfies
[1:34:19]
the importers, and so on and so on.
[1:34:22]
The questions that I've heard in the last few
[1:34:23]
of our very little letter, on David's letter two weeks ago.
[1:34:27]
David's dates to letter that it's responding to and it's dated.
[1:34:30]
Yes, yes, sir.
[1:34:31]
Yes, sir.
[1:34:33]
The one I had to choose for two weeks ago was a letter
[1:34:37]
to the other period of letter.
[1:34:38]
Yeah, we've got nothing to say.
[1:34:40]
I don't have any of your own, sorry.
[1:34:43]
I don't have any.
[1:34:44]
That's what you wanted to do.
[1:34:47]
That's not true.
[1:34:48]
What's the weapon?
[1:34:49]
Certainly the butters attorney is here, so you can speak to him.
[1:34:53]
I'm a bit too, but I address our letter and response to that.
[1:34:58]
But generally speaking, I think ultimately the just of the other letter is his
[1:35:11]
the site-plan regulations. And with regard to that, I would note that we were certainly
[1:35:19]
following the site-plan regulations at this point. And everything we were submitted, I think,
[1:35:26]
is in compliance with the site-plan regulations. So with regard to that, I think the letter
[1:35:33]
that was submitted, does address the concerns that were submitted
[1:35:39]
on the September 22nd letter by the other.
[1:35:44]
As far as your specific question goes, I'm not met with the Attorney
[1:35:49]
Bull York, which regard it as concerns, so I've not had an opportunity
[1:35:53]
to see whether they all dissolved as a result of this one.
[1:35:55]
This letter should something be again copy it for a letter of yours that I already have.
[1:36:01]
I'm sorry, so I'm so further along and understanding, but,
[1:36:07]
sorry, that's all right.
[1:36:09]
Well, the letter that we received recently,
[1:36:13]
the letter that we received recently, the letter that we received.
[1:36:15]
The letter that we received recently, the letter that we received.
[1:36:17]
Great number of the certs that you're looking at, I guess, you're aware.
[1:36:24]
And it looks to me like you're responding to those concerns.
[1:36:30]
Well, so the original letter referenced the expiration requirements rather than the
[1:36:38]
cyclic requirements.
[1:36:40]
Well, there were a number of things like diminution of value, it's noise and different
[1:36:44]
things and encroachment on the boundary line for a number of issues raised in the letter.
[1:36:50]
So are you responding to that letter, I will lie down more than you.
[1:36:56]
So not specifically that letter, because again, we're responding to the site plan better.
[1:37:03]
So anything that has to do with the site plan, we're responding to anything that has to deal with your excavation requirements,
[1:37:11]
or not, because this is not an excavation proposal, this is a site plan proposal.
[1:37:17]
That doesn't actually have to deal with the excavation, because we're not taking any of the material off site.
[1:37:24]
Yes, there are some material that's being moved around the site, but we're not actually taking.
[1:37:30]
All right, so it's not commercial excavation, unless you're addressing something that I haven't seen yet, is that I take it, that's all right.
[1:37:39]
Well, let me say hello, I can't wait to see it.
[1:37:43]
Next information letter.
[1:37:45]
Right, please.
[1:37:47]
No, okay, well, see, I don't. I don't have.
[1:37:53]
Fair enough, forgive me.
[1:37:55]
That's all right.
[1:37:55]
Maybe you just are kind of filled with, I just want to know, you know, that letter raised some concerns.
[1:38:03]
Sure. And I don't know whether there were applicable or not relevant in the day we've been
[1:38:09]
serving on it's face though the letter was concerned.
[1:38:13]
Absolutely personally. Because I think part of our job is to protect, you know, the interests
[1:38:21]
of people who are infected by the moment, and I just wanted to know if you have had a chance
[1:38:31]
to respond to that letter or if you did respond to that letter from this letter, if not, I
[1:38:39]
have to say that I just wanted to get up to speak on.
[1:38:42]
Let me set the record straight if I could, you correct me if I'm wrong.
[1:38:45]
Originally, the letter was presented to us, and it referenced
[1:38:50]
incorrectly the sections of our order, my soul, that I read.
[1:38:55]
Then the letter was re-done by just yesterday.
[1:39:04]
It was submitted and electrically and distributed electronically
[1:39:11]
to all the board members.
[1:39:14]
And then subsequently today's response, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, so forgive me for talking about something everybody else got that I didn't see it.
[1:39:29]
That's okay, Mr. Obama. I'm happy to address the concerns that are raised in the letter, and our response there too.
[1:39:36]
But I certainly don't want to put words in attorney for U.S. now.
[1:39:41]
So if he would like to address his specific concerns,
[1:39:45]
I'd have you respond to them.
[1:39:47]
But if you'd like me to take that by what his concerns were,
[1:39:50]
and then respond to them, I can do that as well.
[1:39:52]
What's your preference?
[1:39:54]
Well, I don't expect you to do a line by line.
[1:39:57]
I don't like response.
[1:39:58]
I just wanted to general summary.
[1:40:00]
I was trying to read a pickup of where this letter was headed
[1:40:05]
because they just saw it coming in.
[1:40:07]
I'm sure what it was about.
[1:40:09]
And now I understand it was a little bit right in yet.
[1:40:14]
Okay, I'm not forgiving.
[1:40:16]
That's all right.
[1:40:20]
In that regard, let's open about for public comment.
[1:40:30]
And a turning really out.
[1:40:31]
If you would like to present the contents of your,
[1:40:35]
The letter that was written that we received, just yesterday, I would appreciate it.
[1:40:47]
Thank you, gentlemen, very much.
[1:40:49]
We'll be back on the stage.
[1:40:52]
We'll be back on the stage.
[1:40:53]
We'll be on the stage just to move the above.
[1:40:56]
But I would just like to point out to the members of the board.
[1:41:01]
I submitted a letter and it was found out.
[1:41:03]
I think by Chairman Connolly that I have used the law and regulation, so I technically
[1:41:11]
corrected the letter to the proper regulations and resubmitted the letter, but I must
[1:41:17]
say that my client and I were very impressed with the board's consideration, very impressed
[1:41:24]
with the applicant's consideration, and this new letter that I wrote takes out a lot of
[1:41:31]
because you dealt with it.
[1:41:34]
What we focused on is what we might be suggesting to you as reasonable conditions to deal with some of the outstanding issues.
[1:41:49]
And that is what a turning word was explained to you.
[1:41:56]
So, we were just trying to say that if these things can be addressed,
[1:42:03]
if you folks could consider them or if you had considered them,
[1:42:08]
we were asked by the plan or G, can you give us a shorter letter,
[1:42:13]
telling us some conditions of approval and he shared with me
[1:42:17]
this is staff member and I'm about some conditions that he had put in your materials.
[1:42:24]
And so basically what this letter is is just some things that we wipe the board to consider.
[1:42:32]
And the board is the quasi-judicial body.
[1:42:35]
You get to put reasonable conditions on its stance.
[1:42:39]
And so I'll just briefly run through it as I know everyone can be the one thing that we
[1:42:46]
showed you was the property boundary and what's going to happen to that and that was
[1:42:52]
testified to tonight. They're going to take all that stuff out that's been failing and
[1:42:57]
they're going to redo it. So we just wanted to make sure that that that done sounds like it's
[1:43:03]
going to get done according to the plans. So that doesn't really have anything. There's some
[1:43:08]
steep slopes, erosion and alteration of terrain and again it looks like that stuff's being
[1:43:14]
taking care of, and we just wanted to make sure that you address that, and you don't
[1:43:19]
need to have,
[1:43:22]
and the other thing is there's been a loss of the visual barrier that
[1:43:28]
you used to have, and we're asking the board to consider some meaningful and durable visual
[1:43:35]
buffer to try to drop the curse of what's happened to him, because unfortunately he now
[1:43:43]
You know, right down on this processing area, but again, we're just asking a board to consider
[1:43:51]
some type of visual, visual barrier.
[1:43:55]
Visual.
[1:43:57]
Visual barrier.
[1:43:59]
Oh, look at that.
[1:43:59]
Yeah.
[1:44:00]
Yeah.
[1:44:01]
So are you requesting, like, events, or trees, or a shark?
[1:44:06]
No, that's huge.
[1:44:07]
I'm sorry.
[1:44:08]
All right.
[1:44:09]
I have to be honest with you.
[1:44:10]
It's really, we talked to the planet.
[1:44:12]
It's really too steep for us.
[1:44:14]
Yeah.
[1:44:15]
It's just that.
[1:44:16]
That's not.
[1:44:17]
They talked about planning some stuff.
[1:44:19]
They're in a landscaping business.
[1:44:22]
You know, I'm going to leave that up to you and then.
[1:44:24]
We just think that it shouldn't just be left like we showed it to you.
[1:44:30]
The same thing with the noise.
[1:44:33]
That you folks were there for the same visit.
[1:44:36]
I wasn't.
[1:44:37]
It's the Lewis Laws and it is quite noisy.
[1:44:40]
And the sound does boom up onto his property and due to the shortest of time we could not get an acoustical consultant out there and due to the fact that it's sort of the tail under the season.
[1:44:57]
I don't think they're operating at the same capacity.
[1:45:02]
So any sound gathering or anything like that's going to be moved and it would just give us bad data for some kind of a plan.
[1:45:11]
But you heard the back-up alarms, engines, conveyor belt, sifters, trucks banging, loading, grinding.
[1:45:19]
And, obviously, this is the only ordinance in the site plan, especially states that town
[1:45:25]
intent to minimize impacts of property uses on addition program.
[1:45:30]
So, what we're requesting is a sound mitigation plan, as a condition of approval,
[1:45:35]
or any other measures that the board feels reasonably necessary to reduce noise impacts on
[1:45:40]
on properties, we suggested that the work should be quiet in the applicant's to engage
[1:45:45]
the services of an acoustical consultant to measure noise impacts and provide the board guidance
[1:45:52]
and news-level conditions to mitigate noise impacts.
[1:45:55]
But again, that's up to you.
[1:45:58]
One of the ways that noise could be handled, though, is by hours of operation.
[1:46:03]
Obviously, I know that the landscape was good to work early, but with a residential building
[1:46:09]
Next door, we think that maybe that the excavation and grinding and related operations should
[1:46:16]
be prohibited on weekends and early, early daytime hours and not late afternoon or after
[1:46:24]
school hours.
[1:46:26]
And then on the safety hazards and protective variants, again, I believe that the landscape
[1:46:32]
buffer would maybe able to serve as a protective barrier as well. Also, the manufacturing
[1:46:42]
or this mulch does, I think, you addressed it, does cause some fusions and odors as the material
[1:46:51]
degenerates. And we don't know what that means as far as smell goes. And we just feel
[1:47:02]
that we'd like the reasonable condition on some kind of situation
[1:47:07]
that the board can see whether those materials present,
[1:47:12]
air quality, health safety, or groundwater concerns,
[1:47:15]
which I believe you mentioned last time.
[1:47:18]
And so we believe that any necessary investigation
[1:47:20]
and radiation containment or operating restrictions
[1:47:23]
should be made in expressing this never before.
[1:47:26]
And then this was also echoed in the staff report
[1:47:30]
about compliance and accountability, you know, kudos to the applicant for saying jump
[1:47:36]
the gun, you didn't lie, said, and kudos to him to tell him truth, but he didn't have
[1:47:41]
a permit for what he did, and he made up. He said, even, but that means said, we've got to, you
[1:47:49]
know, trust for verify, and I think that the board needs to have a decision with conditions
[1:47:56]
that the board and the land use office can enforce and make sure everybody's doing what they should be doing.
[1:48:05]
And for that reason we've suggested these conditions of approval.
[1:48:09]
I've got a little list of about seven or eight items at the end of my letter.
[1:48:15]
And the purpose of this was to kind of separate the week from the chat about what we originally said and what we're really looking for.
[1:48:24]
And it's really your job.
[1:48:27]
And that's really what we've got it down to.
[1:48:31]
And then that way, Attorney Wood wants to respond,
[1:48:34]
and he's to know what he was responding to.
[1:48:38]
And we don't really have a position on the waivers.
[1:48:41]
We're not going to be testing anything like that.
[1:48:43]
We're just worried about Mr. Lewis's property at the end.
[1:48:49]
That was my understanding that that is vacant lot.
[1:48:54]
there is not a home on it. That's correct ma'am. Okay you. But he was.
[1:48:58]
You misrepresented that in one of your statements. Well I might have said he wanted to fill
[1:49:02]
out. Okay. But he doesn't need that now. But it is residential zone and it's a lot of it.
[1:49:09]
And there's houses right up to his point.
[1:49:14]
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
[1:49:21]
All right. Any
[1:49:22]
opening up for any other public comments? That's great. I just have one. I'm
[1:49:29]
The Asian Commission, and I'd like what I'm seeing as far as the cooperation that I'm just trying to do the right thing.
[1:49:37]
I really appreciate that.
[1:49:38]
Just a comment.
[1:49:40]
That's right.
[1:49:41]
That's right.
[1:49:42]
That's right.
[1:49:45]
So I appreciate that very much and I'd like what I'm seeing.
[1:49:50]
There was a comment.
[1:49:52]
Initially we wanted to see kind of measure.
[1:49:54]
If we can measure, we can improve it and make sure that the infiltration
[1:49:58]
are doing their thing. I know that there is technology out there, you mentioned maybe an agent that would
[1:50:05]
remind you to go out and do a test or to monitor the infiltration in the storm water system.
[1:50:12]
But there are systems up at that now. Automate that where you can just have a pod there that
[1:50:17]
measures the water level, the conductivity of the water, the turbidity of the water, the nutrient level,
[1:50:26]
water all that can be automated put it in to you know, so it's just something to consider.
[1:50:35]
And then the other thing is on your maintenance building. I know how things work in
[1:50:42]
maintenance, sometimes a hydraulic building, side of the building. I would encourage some kind of
[1:50:57]
I see a separate.
[1:50:58]
Yeah, so that's the intention.
[1:51:00]
There will be Flogger and St. Building and...
[1:51:04]
I'm not sure I'm right under here, but somewhere right out here is where that would flow into it along the road.
[1:51:08]
I'll be a separateer and then I'll get full.
[1:51:10]
Just pumped out to the pipe.
[1:51:12]
Say, Harvard, whatever.
[1:51:14]
I'll be back with you in that house next time.
[1:51:16]
I appreciate it.
[1:51:17]
Thank you.
[1:51:18]
Thanks, man.
[1:51:19]
My pleasure.
[1:51:20]
Thank you, sir.
[1:51:26]
I don't want to disappoint you, Mr. Chairman, but I'm not getting enough.
[1:51:30]
But as a way, and as a taxpayer, first I have to apologize for one of the walks we went through.
[1:51:38]
I asked the planning board, I think it was as a taxpayer.
[1:51:42]
How many more engineers are going to be hired to pay for this kind of work?
[1:51:46]
And that's before I figured out.
[1:51:47]
I was, I was sent one, taxpayers aren't paying for it, the applicant is, so if it's not all the great work that's been done by all of you,
[1:51:57]
this possible use is a temple for any future organizations that come in here.
[1:52:03]
I couldn't test some of the work they do, they did some work going, and still do some work going on.
[1:52:07]
got your rope, probably the important to me, a little bit a little bit up and up and up.
[1:52:13]
I was told that that job I probably couldn't be done.
[1:52:17]
It appears now, most telto, six is probably one of the best categories in the town.
[1:52:21]
So it in fact, quality of work, and what have you, are original to this plain wood and to the taxpayers of this town.
[1:52:30]
Good.
[1:52:33]
Thank you, Judge.
[1:52:36]
No bad, Mr. Fish. What are your plans for the top of the, you know, the slope, you're going to change the slope, we plan on planting shrubs up there, or something that would grow 5 to 6 feet to get a little buffer zone and noise.
[1:52:55]
you're talking about this area, yep.
[1:53:00]
So, as you can play in the city and as you
[1:53:05]
see in the plans, there's a significant amount of areas between where this occurs and
[1:53:20]
I think ultimately my client is not opposed to doing some plantings in that area.
[1:53:37]
exactly what that would be. I think we probably need to figure that out. But ultimately, I understand that there may be an interest in trees that are three feet tall that are appropriately along that line and I think that's something that we can probably commit to.
[1:54:07]
exactly how many I have not able to stay at this time, but certainly the area that is
[1:54:17]
the most afforded along that boundary we want to make sure is reports to begin.
[1:54:26]
questions for your client, if I could, what's it, a vegetative, effective sound, I won't say a barrier, sound diminishing.
[1:54:44]
So the sound unit there's nothing, there's nothing, there's nothing, there's a tree, there's a question.
[1:54:48]
Sound, I don't think there's going to be anything out there that's going to help with that at the end of the day, unless it's multiple layers.
[1:54:52]
of every degree, you know, say 20, 30 feet deep, whatever degree of trees at the end of the day.
[1:54:58]
But, you know, a backup alarm, for example, it's not going to stop that.
[1:55:00]
There's a reason that those are on trucks, et cetera, so that you don't want to over someone, right?
[1:55:04]
At the end of the day, this soil all often is there.
[1:55:07]
We know it is extremely rocky, et cetera.
[1:55:10]
What I told Attorney Wood was that my recommendation would be any area that it's, you know, less
[1:55:16]
than, like the sheet of bucket of the required of the 25 feet or whatever, that we would
[1:55:20]
in there and put up just a mix of error greens in there. Now, we can't go in there and plant
[1:55:25]
five-six, or even really three-foot average. We need to go in there and plant smaller trees,
[1:55:30]
if we actually want them to be successful in growth. If you go try to put it in a ball and grow
[1:55:34]
that tree in there, it is not going to last. It's going to last one point. It's going to get into,
[1:55:39]
you know, a season is going to go into the winter and that thing has been dry out and die and see me.
[1:55:44]
So my goal would be to just, you know, re-vegetate this in with natural plants. There's a lot of
[1:55:50]
you're excited to go through there. So fortunately, ever these are going to get eaten
[1:55:54]
that's just nature of the beast with, you know, with the wildlife. But kind of, again,
[1:55:59]
just allowed it to naturally venture it. I feel like it's already starting to, because of
[1:56:04]
this sunlight now that is available to there. You know, from when it was first cut, it's
[1:56:10]
just a scrub brush, you know, etc. It is starting to now grow up before it was such, you know,
[1:56:15]
I didn't say about me that did not allow the undergrowth story to grow.
[1:56:19]
I did this on my mind.
[1:56:21]
I know in the of others letter pertaining to this and I think, because it didn't
[1:56:27]
be a starting response that they would be receptive to plantings on their side of the property
[1:56:34]
line.
[1:56:35]
Am I correct in that statement?
[1:56:37]
So apparently with the sound mitigation and even the buffering, it's the buffers further up the hill and it blocks the view further down.
[1:56:51]
So if it was on my client's property, it would be blocking the view.
[1:56:56]
And also that would help with the sound.
[1:56:59]
So we would be receptive to that if that's a better idea.
[1:57:02]
That would be outside of rolling into disturbance, and we did an easement to satisfy, permitting
[1:57:08]
that rolling into disturbance to AOT, sorry, I also said to go to that.
[1:57:14]
I'm sorry.
[1:57:16]
Where are you at this time?
[1:57:17]
Good time.
[1:57:18]
Yeah.
[1:57:19]
I want to tell him that we're a lot of people.
[1:57:23]
We're talking about, he's talking about plantings on his property, which would be on the
[1:57:33]
We're not permitted to go outside of the limited disturbance that we're proposing with
[1:57:42]
AOT.
[1:57:44]
So if we could do anything, it would be on our property.
[1:57:47]
Just because you would need to satisfy your mission through an even force, the equivalent
[1:57:55]
So the answer to the S that we're allowed to reach the proper clients.
[1:58:00]
Oh, I don't see a lot, but if you ask the basic, I mean, it's good.
[1:58:03]
I don't think you need them.
[1:58:05]
I don't know if that's the basic, looked out for your clothes because they have almost 80 feet here.
[1:58:10]
No, no, that includes the whole slope.
[1:58:13]
Right, but that can be planted.
[1:58:15]
Right. There's no reason not to plant some stuff on that slope as well.
[1:58:18]
That's right. That's actually helpful in the slope.
[1:58:19]
Yeah, so you have 80 feet of a substantial amount of room there.
[1:58:23]
can be re-vegetated back in. It's not like we're at the right at the right now. You see it?
[1:58:28]
Yes, sir. I get it. It's hard to envision it, whether it will look like it. But once it's built,
[1:58:32]
there's a substantial, as long as it's a scale square right there in here. There's a substantial amount
[1:58:38]
of room, you know. They're probably even closer, 100 feet in this area. These areas are closer to the
[1:58:44]
80 feet, and that's closer, probably 60 feet better. So again, it will take some time for it to grow back in
[1:58:52]
absolutely it will. But I feel like that terrible forest back in very nicely.
[1:58:59]
I thought you said that the trees
[1:59:02]
would not grow well on that to the one slope. No, they will. I think trees will be fine. What I'm saying is planting big trees
[1:59:11]
often in this area right now. It's just such a boamy area, you know, they're not going to, I don't believe they're going to take and do well there, right?
[1:59:19]
And so I always, and, you know, of the assumption as small as the smaller the root
[1:59:24]
zones, the smaller requirements of water, I'll take nutrients, whatever, you know, etc.
[1:59:28]
It needs to grow.
[1:59:29]
You know, the healthy kind of started in a smaller scale and allowed to kind of take off like
[1:59:35]
me, guys.
[1:59:37]
I guess not to be the dead horse.
[1:59:40]
If you go to sheet 16, a 36,
[1:59:46]
as well as sheet 17, if you go back and forth for three of those
[1:59:52]
It shows existing contours and proposed contours and you can see kind of our clattins out.
[2:00:00]
Hello, is where the contours spread out. We obviously can see where that slope is now closer to the property line. And then you see the proposed contours, which are solid lines.
[2:00:12]
That kind of helps you visualize that we're actually moving everything down the hill a little bit to be able to one force water away from those two areas.
[2:00:23]
and to meet that two to one, two to one, so it's what you saw out there it's going to change.
[2:00:33]
Which I know you guys are aware of what we're actually, it's going to be grass and eventually turn into vegetation.
[2:00:42]
I understand that was probably about about people's, you know, nothing really stops them, but, you know, in the past week on commercial projects with that, was that for some
[2:00:55]
a staggered line of Evergreen's, and you know,
[2:00:59]
yes, they're going to start small and grow up,
[2:01:02]
but really in and effort to try to dance
[2:01:05]
in some of the sound as well as certainly
[2:01:09]
the visual effect.
[2:01:12]
So.
[2:01:12]
Yes, oh, I guess the one thing I'm going to say is,
[2:01:15]
you can see the background of the country
[2:01:17]
on that country, probably.
[2:01:19]
The one stop sounds generally something
[2:01:20]
that has gotten any master of it.
[2:01:24]
of burn, or something like that,
[2:01:27]
and it's basically, just allow the sound to travel
[2:01:31]
just great, a few minutes, it still don't over,
[2:01:35]
and you still get kind of an echoing version of it.
[2:01:39]
But if you wanted to make a sound,
[2:01:40]
you could do something on the thing,
[2:01:42]
generally, play it.
[2:01:43]
And I think the butter, like, separated into those two,
[2:01:48]
because they're not aware of that,
[2:01:50]
so you need one of the sex there.
[2:01:51]
But you could be done by, you know,
[2:01:53]
So it doesn't have to be necessarily large because all you want to do is to sort of, you know,
[2:02:00]
a some wall in the right place or a, you know, or just a burrow.
[2:02:03]
I'm going to literally, I don't have dirt on this thing.
[2:02:06]
To be tall or to be tall.
[2:02:08]
You can do a lot for moving this out of the hill.
[2:02:12]
Basically, you want to make it so you can't see from the site to the activity itself.
[2:02:19]
Well, again, as far as I know, the difference in height between sites,
[2:02:25]
You kind of have that burn, the problem with the problems we can't build the burn up here is because we have to take all that sort of water, right, that's all in this pride, and coming down.
[2:02:33]
So we got a lot of the flow, but we have almost a...
[2:02:37]
15 to 20 feet working on it.
[2:02:39]
Our more of elevation change, you kind of have that natural burn to kind of, you know, force that noise, you know, hit that...
[2:02:47]
And then they paint and then bounce back this.
[2:02:50]
So what I'll also say, if you notice all of these are bent, right?
[2:02:55]
Multics header should actually technically absorb some of that noise, as it, I would assume,
[2:03:02]
it's like, you think about acoustic columns, et cetera, right?
[2:03:05]
And I would assume that some of that loose material is what actually potentially help absorb some of that noise.
[2:03:13]
And where the conversation goes in, the place that he's got, the end of the stuff is being held.
[2:03:20]
In some ways, the closer it is to that problem line, to better the sound, the absorption of the current.
[2:03:26]
I think he's going to hear the noise on vehicles on the car side of the parking lot more.
[2:03:32]
Then, well, right, because here it's your whole point.
[2:03:35]
Can I hit this and you just somewhat count on it?
[2:03:37]
I mean, I don't know.
[2:03:37]
You can use the ambient noise, which will look at the correct.
[2:03:40]
Yeah.
[2:03:43]
And then there's enough room there.
[2:03:46]
It shouldn't really be a bag in there.
[2:03:48]
On the bottom.
[2:03:49]
It's probably easier to decide anyway.
[2:03:51]
No, this is where we're stoppiling on materials.
[2:03:53]
So the drive is really happening right in the center and actually,
[2:03:56]
you know, and then the loading and the cars will all happen.
[2:03:59]
What was it about?
[2:03:59]
What was it about?
[2:04:00]
Well, if you said it one day.
[2:04:02]
Yeah, it's true.
[2:04:05]
Yeah, it is.
[2:04:05]
It is.
[2:04:05]
It's a.
[2:04:06]
Request.
[2:04:07]
It's a vegetation.
[2:04:08]
It's a hard to run.
[2:04:09]
to give me any benefit to either marking on the plan or
[2:04:14]
or committing to that as like a no-mo area.
[2:04:17]
Like with that help prevent the data faster.
[2:04:20]
I'm out, but my work fired tomorrow.
[2:04:23]
No, it's two-one.
[2:04:24]
Yeah.
[2:04:24]
Yeah.
[2:04:25]
I wanted to write the mind.
[2:04:26]
We definitely say, you know, and here it is to let, you know,
[2:04:29]
need to make a older, whatever use of the term might be.
[2:04:33]
You know, I can denote it on the plan.
[2:04:35]
I further put it to the group.
[2:04:36]
I'm a group.
[2:04:37]
Why aren't you morning?
[2:04:40]
OK.
[2:04:41]
Order one, do you have to put it back?
[2:04:43]
Specify if you know what quantity inside of the,
[2:04:51]
if there's all trees you're going to put it in there
[2:04:53]
to supplement what nature is going to do.
[2:04:56]
Yes, we'll work on that.
[2:04:59]
All
[2:05:01]
right.
[2:05:01]
All right.
[2:05:02]
Yes.
[2:05:02]
Oh, hands are up.
[2:05:05]
Yes.
[2:05:05]
quick note, so in our zoning ordinance, section 6.5 on a special assembly section, for example,
[2:05:14]
using this as an example, traditionally one of those uses wood produce a lot of noise,
[2:05:21]
such as whatever, but traditionally we would require a vegetative buffer of non-lust that
[2:05:28]
with which I believe we have, and stated they have 60 to 80 feet on that, or so just wondering
[2:05:38]
what
[2:05:42]
a different, reasonable condition could be other than what they are, or five.
[2:05:51]
And you have to be.
[2:05:52]
It's just an important thing.
[2:05:54]
First,
[2:05:57]
the initiative that will willingly, as it is called, have to pay it a supple
[2:06:02]
and that it is in danger with additional funding.
[2:06:06]
That would have a good way to put it to this stage.
[2:06:09]
I think those are correct all of them.
[2:06:10]
Absolutely willing to take your time.
[2:06:15]
All right.
[2:06:17]
Yes.
[2:06:18]
Please.
[2:06:19]
We're saying a little bit.
[2:06:20]
I've gone to our sub-operation in the original application.
[2:06:25]
It was stated that the site was currently open to finance in a certain end of the 6 p.m.
[2:06:29]
[2:06:32]
There are no other words in my opinion.
[2:06:34]
But I think that all derives and noise arrangements in place now,
[2:06:38]
that limits any kind of noise.
[2:06:42]
And I believe it's up to kind of clock at night.
[2:06:46]
So it seems that your employee meets that criteria.
[2:06:50]
But, I think it's probably the question I have is, it's hardly open for clients from seven to eight.
[2:06:58]
You, I know I've seen you cruise out after six or seven or five tonight.
[2:07:05]
I think it would still be within the ordinance of itself.
[2:07:12]
If you would be still working, end of the ordinance and not going to have a problem with noise complaints,
[2:07:20]
I don't know how to say it, but I think that's true.
[2:07:26]
I would also note that as far as the hours of operations go.
[2:07:30]
They were part of the original site plan approval, and as this is not a new site plan, but rather an expansion of it, we're still done by those original hours of operation.
[2:07:42]
So, we're not at this point going to change the hours of operation. We're not proposing that we do.
[2:07:50]
So we obviously are bound by the noise ordinance, certainly, and by the original site of mine, I was about for a few conditions.
[2:08:00]
What were the versions of this?
[2:08:01]
Yeah, producer said to the record, we have those dollars.
[2:08:05]
It's from the December 12th, 2000.
[2:08:10]
60 is the zoning board, and then the September 29, 2007, see, I think,
[2:08:26]
trying to read something
[2:08:27]
quickly.
[2:08:32]
What are your albums of operation on your body? So, again, I'm really pretty
[2:08:39]
the area is of operation or what was agreed about. Here it is. As far as construction
[2:08:48]
requirements six a.m. to nine p.m. is what is said in fourth under the original
[2:08:58]
So you plan, that's eight, see,
[2:09:15]
and
[2:09:19]
that's how the operation works.
[2:09:21]
That's exactly the point.
[2:09:22]
So we're offering, um, to, to Mr. Carrier's question.
[2:09:29]
I don't think you want to kind of flake the poison.
[2:09:30]
We just have a neighbor, a two-risket.
[2:09:33]
You know, just the residents that's having a party that's going to land.
[2:09:37]
And at the same point, that, at the commercial development, next to the President, the
[2:09:42]
development of the departments of the whole time, the government, the government, the government,
[2:09:49]
the government.
[2:09:50]
Mr. Chairman?
[2:09:53]
I will note that the ordinance doesn't actually go into the slightly more recent talk
[2:09:56]
about construction, or demolition, power equipment years, but we're talking about
[2:10:02]
cooperation.
[2:10:03]
There you go, Mr. Chairman.
[2:10:06]
And the hours of operation listed in Sleking Ordnance
[2:10:09]
works.
[2:10:11]
And this is a six-am to nine-pm.
[2:10:17]
A buffer structure.
[2:10:19]
It gives you some exemptions on the holidays for the midnight.
[2:10:22]
Oh, yeah, six-am to
[2:10:25]
nine-pm.
[2:10:26]
Right, right.
[2:10:27]
Yeah.
[2:10:28]
Yeah, six-am to nine-pm.
[2:10:34]
Do you work till nine-pm?
[2:10:36]
No.
[2:10:36]
No.
[2:10:37]
The only time that we'll end up being beyond that nine-pm clock time period
[2:10:40]
is obviously during the snowstorms.
[2:10:42]
You know, no way around that, but that is, it does not happen out here, that's what we
[2:10:45]
happen.
[2:10:46]
It plays a big year.
[2:10:48]
In kind of stuff, you wouldn't be back very early.
[2:10:50]
Seven o'clock.
[2:10:51]
You know, basically things shut down as far as, like, constantly working under the crew
[2:10:54]
that works out here on a daily basis, they leave around four to four thirty.
[2:10:58]
Now, when sharks come back in, yes, do they don't, until seven o'clock sometimes.
[2:11:02]
Every forty minutes, if you know, they're frozen, and it might come.
[2:11:05]
Some of them have the bounce, so it will don't.
[2:11:07]
This is all I'm able to do.
[2:11:11]
The purpose of passing through that was they are meant in their site planning to produce materials
[2:11:16]
that producing mulch, their screen, they're doing things back there and it's just really
[2:11:23]
these manufacturing operations that they could, like if the crew leaves at four of that would be great
[2:11:30]
and maybe if they could keep it down until they had a clock or something, that would be great.
[2:11:34]
I'm not trying to restrict his business to say he applies no, say that the mechanics can't work in the shop.
[2:11:41]
And that's not the point, it's just this new cycling and they're doing different things back.
[2:11:46]
They're doing something they didn't do before.
[2:11:49]
And I do think that it's within the framers of the board to control a little bit reasonably
[2:11:55]
to protect the voters in the business that those hours of operations could be had conditions
[2:12:01]
for all of the mess all were in the past.
[2:12:05]
So just for the record, what is actually doing anything that we haven't done, but we're not
[2:12:09]
manufacturing.
[2:12:11]
The only thing that's occurring by their storage, and that's the exact same thing that's happened
[2:12:16]
earlier on the second.
[2:12:18]
So we're not manufacturing, we're not manufacturing, so we're not, it's not a quarry,
[2:12:24]
it's not anything I know of you. So just to be clear there's no
[2:12:29]
many factors it is just storage of that material so he's got a
[2:12:37]
question.
[2:12:40]
So that was previously approved for the site on our last
[2:12:46]
time so that there's no change of use on the site in a different location.
[2:12:51]
Yeah. Yes. No changes do so.
[2:12:54]
Okay.
[2:12:55]
And I can't see that going on.
[2:12:56]
Eat that.
[2:12:59]
I'll bring your wheels out.
[2:13:00]
You know, proof's coming in.
[2:13:01]
Don't know their stuff.
[2:13:03]
And on on the.
[2:13:05]
To be shredded by.
[2:13:07]
Not.
[2:13:08]
Yeah.
[2:13:08]
To be screened by.
[2:13:09]
To be screened by.
[2:13:11]
On that side.
[2:13:11]
All
[2:13:15]
right.
[2:13:17]
Other questions from the board.
[2:13:20]
Other questions from the audience.
[2:13:23]
Hearing them, I'll close the public hearing on that.
[2:13:27]
Did you have any grab-up comments from the applicants?
[2:13:32]
Not unless we have any further questions, Mr. Sarah, I'm just a couple of questions.
[2:13:37]
I'm just a couple of my colleagues here in public comment.
[2:13:39]
We're closing the public comment that I said you need to start.
[2:13:42]
Close the public comment and we're moving to a new approval of the U.S.
[2:13:46]
So, the waivers and the commission on your purpose.
[2:13:56]
All right.
[2:14:19]
Yeah, I would start with the waiver.
[2:14:22]
I'll add an improvement.
[2:14:24]
The waivers in the top.
[2:14:25]
Very good.
[2:14:26]
If there are any waivers in, we'll remove the net.
[2:14:29]
I'll also wear a piece on the net.
[2:14:31]
But the first waiver that the app in the request name is from the section.
[2:14:36]
10.45, which requires a,
[2:14:52]
We need to follow which actually not the laborers know that's come, that's come, okay?
[2:15:00]
Anybody have concerns about, we've been told that the traffic will, as all of Moscow's actors. In brief, gradually, over time, but there's no sudden immigration to this particular use?
[2:15:19]
Like we did with the other of those dances, the same amounts, too.
[2:15:27]
If you could turn to question,
[2:15:32]
do I hear a motion to gain motion to grant a waiver for Section 10.4.5?
[2:15:40]
For traffic impact, the system of the houses.
[2:15:43]
That's second year.
[2:15:44]
At two seconds.
[2:15:45]
Thank you.
[2:15:54]
This second waiver in the fair, we want to do 12 search for approval.
[2:15:58]
Yes.
[2:15:58]
I don't know, yeah.
[2:16:01]
Yeah.
[2:16:02]
I'm ready to work.
[2:16:04]
Technically, I need to pay a clean plug.
[2:16:08]
Really?
[2:16:09]
All right.
[2:16:11]
Aye.
[2:16:12]
Aye.
[2:16:13]
On the aye.
[2:16:14]
Part of the aye.
[2:16:19]
Thank you.
[2:16:21]
Okay.
[2:16:21]
Now, what up?
[2:16:22]
The second we ever is for building materials, specifically
[2:16:26]
to the incorporated aluminum or steel sighting
[2:16:29]
depending on your technology.
[2:16:31]
I think that is specific to our against Conscious General Weaver against Cyclone and Wooden.
[2:16:44]
Those are specific for the maintenance building.
[2:16:47]
It is not, which I think would have to be addressed as part of the same conditions.
[2:16:52]
Actually, it comes for the closed building.
[2:16:56]
Correct.
[2:16:57]
It does say for the 66.
[2:16:58]
By 180 shot out of the proposed building.
[2:17:01]
We didn't get something. Yeah, originally we're intending to stick frame
[2:17:08]
I watched building but it's something that changed so we can add to that
[2:17:12]
So we're waiting. And watch building and watch building.
[2:17:20]
And because he's about that way, we're a researcher.
[2:17:24]
I feel like the our audience is pretty clear because
[2:17:30]
people in the town who want to hold on to the world character. And without
[2:17:37]
reggae preservation views of the building, there's something that I think is very
[2:17:45]
rural in the area.
[2:17:48]
I could not go, I think that's what
[2:17:53]
I would remind you, I would
[2:17:55]
end up building a territory that's not required to be natural into a very
[2:17:59]
Part two, we have the appearance of natural lubricant or stuff.
[2:18:04]
The way that they're requesting specifically eliminates the use of oriental,
[2:18:11]
the level of 4.4.2.
[2:18:13]
I don't know if I'm appropriate to grant him this way.
[2:18:17]
For that reason.
[2:18:25]
The other, I don't know.
[2:18:26]
You know, I couldn't be to base this.
[2:18:28]
They brought, when our interrogation was used,
[2:18:30]
we're going to be able to do this.
[2:18:32]
A form that was attractive enough to...
[2:18:35]
This is the management building we're talking about.
[2:18:39]
I'm just going to stand with it.
[2:18:42]
Yes.
[2:18:43]
What I can promise you, Larsen.
[2:18:45]
Please.
[2:18:46]
What if the application was willing to do what natural materials on the road are the front facing
[2:18:54]
of you structure?
[2:18:56]
My personal only pair of two sides that you can see from here.
[2:19:01]
Isn't that next to the tanks?
[2:19:04]
Yeah, it is.
[2:19:06]
So, I mean, this was a squad time to find it.
[2:19:11]
Two-seven dollars.
[2:19:13]
We were in the bank.
[2:19:15]
We were on the bank.
[2:19:19]
We're on the bank.
[2:19:19]
We're on the bank.
[2:19:20]
We're on the bank.
[2:19:20]
That's building.
[2:19:22]
Yes.
[2:19:22]
That's where we were supposed to.
[2:19:24]
Oh, yeah.
[2:19:25]
The gas, the gas, the gas, the building.
[2:19:27]
Yeah.
[2:19:28]
The gas building.
[2:19:28]
That's true.
[2:19:30]
Yes.
[2:19:30]
And the gas building, the leader, in the reason it has been changed through steel is a direct request for all of the fire chiefs.
[2:19:38]
I'm not worried about this deal.
[2:19:40]
That's all.
[2:19:41]
It's actually hidden behind this.
[2:19:51]
I don't want to be a surprise for this.
[2:19:57]
No, it doesn't have to be an emphasis.
[2:19:59]
That's all right.
[2:20:00]
No.
[2:20:01]
Comment.
[2:20:02]
Can we ask a couple of questions about what's taking the vote?
[2:20:08]
Can I ask you a minute, everyone?
[2:20:09]
Sure.
[2:20:10]
You know, it's vegan.
[2:20:11]
We're like fellas to where we go.
[2:20:14]
That's it, look at that.
[2:20:16]
This is shit.
[2:20:17]
And what happened to make it?
[2:20:19]
Whatever color.
[2:20:20]
Uh, you're black.
[2:20:22]
I mean, mark.
[2:20:23]
What's my problem process, right?
[2:20:25]
You're not going to tell from dropping down this road at that distance.
[2:20:29]
Whether it's steel would or anything, right?
[2:20:32]
If I paint it blue and it's steel,
[2:20:35]
and I paint the blue, I do vinyl sound.
[2:20:37]
You're not going to tell up in that distance.
[2:20:39]
Obviously up front here, we wanted to look
[2:20:41]
extremely beautiful, right?
[2:20:43]
That's where we're going to put all the extra funds into up there.
[2:20:46]
The way these buildings are built,
[2:20:47]
just like our town facilities, right?
[2:20:49]
And maybe awesome kids speak to this, but I don't think
[2:20:52]
you can put vinyl side on a seal built
[2:20:55]
as steel structure building, right?
[2:20:57]
And if this was up front here,
[2:20:59]
I could completely understand the argument,
[2:21:02]
but I don't know what it is from here,
[2:21:03]
but I bet you it's well over a thousand feet,
[2:21:06]
maybe 1500 feet.
[2:21:07]
I don't think you're going to be able to tell
[2:21:09]
whether that structure is other than, obviously,
[2:21:12]
most steel structures are built in that manner.
[2:21:15]
I get it, but I don't think you're going to be able to tell
[2:21:16]
the actual side and that it's the old versus the S second.
[2:21:21]
But can I, you might be right.
[2:21:23]
I'm just saying, the second way you're asked for
[2:21:27]
a way you're for, render these validation views.
[2:21:30]
If you can, if you can show me a rendering elevator view,
[2:21:33]
what is building absolutely apply?
[2:21:35]
I think I might be able to say yes, but tonight you haven't given me a answer.
[2:21:39]
It's not, I don't have anything in firm yet because maybe you get this approval before I can actually go and spend, you know, about a hundred drain,
[2:21:46]
to have that building commercially engineered.
[2:21:49]
And so, what I gave you is a rock proposal, and then I gave you, honestly, you guys can pick a color out there.
[2:21:55]
It doesn't bother people whatsoever.
[2:21:57]
It really doesn't, right?
[2:21:58]
If you guys have just looked at one power there are three colors that you want to take from and you want to narrow down the entire colors
[2:22:04]
So yeah, like yeah, I'm only fine with that
[2:22:08]
I make a motion on this specific labor knowing that I'm probably going to have similar concerns about the next one
[2:22:14]
So what this relation has to figure that out
[2:22:17]
But I'm making the motion to this waiver to grant the waiver for building the materials
[2:22:23]
Consection of the outlet in point 4.4.2 based on narrowly.
[2:22:30]
May the physical structure of the building in a seeming to be requirement for both of those buildings or at least reasonably necessary, but also the existing buildings that are prominently positions in multiple, if not about our close to a lot of properties.
[2:22:49]
And then I can just address the branding and observations in the next one.
[2:22:51]
But that's the option that we have
[2:22:56]
in 12 spare, where you don't know it.
[2:23:00]
It's a waiver, ask you to fill in the terrace.
[2:23:04]
And I am correct.
[2:23:05]
I make a motion to grant that, wherever.
[2:23:08]
For the specific to the two buildings.
[2:23:10]
That's that.
[2:23:11]
Just a point of clarification.
[2:23:15]
We should change a room room.
[2:23:17]
To the middle or steel.
[2:23:19]
Both in the table and also in the first paragraph.
[2:23:21]
Just to make sure that accuracy is maintained,
[2:23:25]
because I don't want him to find out
[2:23:27]
that he asked me to remove him and pull him.
[2:23:30]
I believe that the waiver that it's requesting
[2:23:33]
is speech to orient better.
[2:23:36]
The current in our segment, or it's his right thing about it.
[2:23:39]
But his writers in here just want to make sure
[2:23:42]
that everything's safe and consistent.
[2:23:46]
So is that a change?
[2:23:47]
You're not in the channel, because I mean,
[2:23:48]
so it's still a waiver from the audience.
[2:23:51]
ways in front of the ordinance, not this specific moment, right?
[2:23:58]
Any other comments from the board members?
[2:24:00]
Because we discussed that in the waiters?
[2:24:02]
I said it in his moment.
[2:24:03]
You said in his center, thank you.
[2:24:06]
It's a comment, thank you for the motion.
[2:24:09]
No, for the comments.
[2:24:11]
A little favor of granting the way we're going.
[2:24:15]
Regarding the building materials, please signify by saying aye.
[2:24:18]
Oh, we've got a roll call.
[2:24:21]
Sorry.
[2:24:21]
All right.
[2:24:24]
Yes.
[2:24:24]
Hi.
[2:24:25]
John.
[2:24:25]
John.
[2:24:26]
Pauli.
[2:24:26]
Barba, aye.erson.
[2:24:29]
Dave.
[2:24:30]
Thank you.
[2:24:31]
Next one up.
[2:24:32]
The third way of
[2:24:33]
minute is to further, when we film these, renderings and elevation views, which carry on with
[2:24:44]
no risk and certain areas. I do have the
[2:24:46]
same concern.
[2:24:47]
not to see what this building is going to be in the end. However, my question is, is there
[2:24:53]
anything we can do with specific to the site plan, whether it requires specific color or, I don't
[2:25:01]
know. Mr. Collin, you consider that make that a condition subsequent to approval that the
[2:25:17]
one said is finally designed and
[2:25:23]
what gets you fun and so yeah what prior to signing
[2:25:28]
I don't know that it would be a approval just that we're still talking to you
[2:25:33]
yes sir yeah so I guess what more than that rendering right that is in there
[2:25:39]
on the back that's all it is with signing on it so that that is basically what
[2:25:49]
Now, well, the door opening, maybe old piano piano is like this.
[2:25:54]
Something else, but that is substantial.
[2:25:56]
Exactly what's going to be with the quantum key doors, et cetera.
[2:25:59]
How do you do the rendering?
[2:26:01]
Anyway, at some point, we'll have a full one.
[2:26:03]
The only thing we're going to do here for right, it's awesome.
[2:26:06]
But again, the way the building is you.
[2:26:08]
That's a big one, two, five.
[2:26:10]
The building is the end of the year.
[2:26:13]
They won't sell you the end of the year.
[2:26:15]
I don't know if you might question me.
[2:26:16]
So, just to be clear, I wasn't suggesting that there would be an approval to go with simply that we would have to supply it at some point.
[2:26:32]
Not that there would be any sort of subsequent approval.
[2:26:35]
Is there no approval?
[2:26:36]
There would be no approval.
[2:26:39]
Oh yeah, I have full obligation for the government, but we won't see the government until next year.
[2:26:48]
This is a totally dysfunctional elevation.
[2:26:57]
What is it towards?
[2:26:59]
This part is material high.
[2:27:02]
They're going to be your type of garage.
[2:27:04]
or it's not going to be like you're a roll-up that you would see at me via like self-storage
[2:27:08]
building or something like that and not to go that they'll be lightly at home through black
[2:27:12]
again because I learned my lesson and I think we're fairly quick to do it but likely to
[2:27:17]
find in with the same color and have some glass lights and some glass lights and so you're
[2:27:28]
I'm going to have to throw a broad shore, so you can see.
[2:27:31]
I know that.
[2:27:32]
I know it'll tell what we have, actually.
[2:27:48]
That's a nice thing.
[2:27:49]
I had a better idea of what the building did with that.
[2:27:52]
I was going to talk about, potentially adding the color to cycling,
[2:27:57]
but I don't want to say it's open that can't or it starts talking about their color.
[2:28:02]
That's a bad part of the realist.
[2:28:04]
It's a great word to you guys.
[2:28:07]
It's a great word.
[2:28:08]
It's a great word.
[2:28:11]
I don't know what we'd do about the idea.
[2:28:13]
But that's something on that.
[2:28:16]
How learned?
[2:28:18]
But a lot of stuff.
[2:28:19]
Funny not to put it in a pretty much the same way.
[2:28:21]
Quite a lot.
[2:28:22]
But I'm cute.
[2:28:23]
That's around you.
[2:28:24]
Don't you?
[2:28:24]
I found you.
[2:28:27]
Do you want to know those two?
[2:28:28]
It comes tomorrow.
[2:28:29]
Yeah.
[2:28:30]
I know we can't, we can re-paint the order and play out.
[2:28:35]
But shallow group, you know.
[2:28:38]
No side in that color of some sorts.
[2:28:41]
And that opening is just a problem.
[2:28:44]
Close as you answer.
[2:28:45]
Thank you for doing this.
[2:28:47]
I didn't do it.
[2:28:48]
Yeah, I didn't do it.
[2:28:50]
Yeah.
[2:28:51]
But you know the questions too.
[2:28:52]
I don't know.
[2:28:53]
I don't know.
[2:28:54]
I don't know.
[2:28:56]
I like this one, Donna.
[2:28:58]
Yeah.
[2:29:00]
It's like my phone.
[2:29:03]
You're just simply to me.
[2:29:04]
I'm glad they didn't as much as you can.
[2:29:05]
I can't get it.
[2:29:07]
No, that is the end goal, right?
[2:29:09]
Yeah.
[2:29:09]
So we got to kind of once that's all cleared out there and see what a backdrop color is, right?
[2:29:15]
And then try to...
[2:29:16]
We may realize, hey, from a pop, the backdrop color is more green.
[2:29:20]
We need to go towards the green building.
[2:29:23]
That's really the way I'm going to refer to it.
[2:29:28]
Thank you.
[2:29:29]
They're a motion in the offing net.
[2:29:35]
I'll make a motion to grant this way of requesting way of rendering as an elevation
[2:29:43]
view.
[2:29:44]
Since we have been supplies data that indicates the shape and the function certainly
[2:29:52]
within the building, as well as the projected lending tone of the building.
[2:29:58]
Thank you very much.
[2:30:03]
A question?
[2:30:04]
Yes, we do.
[2:30:05]
Yes, we do.
[2:30:06]
We're ourselves being the Washington.
[2:30:09]
Now that it's not all as well.
[2:30:10]
No, yeah.
[2:30:12]
I have to go.
[2:30:18]
Go back.
[2:30:18]
I would ask you on the safe line.
[2:30:22]
We're all turned to your goal of the empty.
[2:30:26]
I don't know, that one would nature or something like that.
[2:30:30]
To get on the safe line, we'd rather have no...
[2:30:33]
Okay. All right. This should go to that. I'm okay with the way.
[2:30:40]
Oh, but I need to supply around rooms and elevation views.
[2:30:44]
Second.
[2:30:46]
Thank you.
[2:30:48]
Any other comments?
[2:30:50]
For two votes.
[2:30:52]
What do I call vote?
[2:30:54]
Aye.
[2:30:54]
I'm going from Santa.
[2:30:56]
Aye.
[2:30:56]
Aye.
[2:30:57]
I'm calling aye.
[2:30:59]
Bar.
[2:30:59]
Aye.
[2:31:13]
All right, let me give you a change.
[2:31:17]
Yeah, onto the cuffs.
[2:31:20]
First one is the vegetative row wave buffer.
[2:31:24]
Wave work from article 6.6.2.
[2:31:33]
We've got to go down the checklist on this one, right?
[2:31:38]
I think it's a commercial use of the business in China.
[2:31:42]
This is a platform within the front.
[2:31:45]
Set back.
[2:31:48]
John, John, may I know the check list?
[2:31:50]
Please.
[2:31:52]
And here's what I was given.
[2:31:55]
Down the checklist.
[2:31:58]
Mr. Piner, if anybody has an injection,
[2:32:06]
how to behave like that?
[2:32:07]
What are you trying to do about that being a rope off up, correct?
[2:32:12]
I don't know.
[2:32:14]
I don't know.
[2:32:14]
I don't know.
[2:32:14]
I don't know.
[2:32:15]
I don't know.
[2:32:17]
I don't know.
[2:32:18]
Yes, sir.
[2:32:19]
Yes, sir.
[2:32:21]
The uses specifically authorized in the browser is as a condition to use.
[2:32:35]
So, Hans, everybody agree with that?
[2:32:38]
Yes.
[2:32:39]
Yes, sir.
[2:32:40]
Is this one of those speak up in the disagree?
[2:32:42]
Speak up in the disagree.
[2:32:44]
Two, if completed as proposed, the proposed by the applicant, the development in its proposal
[2:32:52]
location to comply with the purpose and requirements of the district to know the borough zone.
[2:32:57]
Very much as well, all raised and green.
[2:33:00]
And there's currently a building, and that's why the use will be compatible with the district
[2:33:06]
know it's own and with a joining in to our body uses in the permitted area in the area
[2:33:12]
for a minute.
[2:33:16]
The proposed conditional use will not adversely affect the health or safety of the person
[2:33:21]
to residing or working in the neighborhood of the proposed permit.
[2:33:27]
The proposed condition is permanent will not be detrimental to the public welfare or
[2:33:33]
and Jerry's to the property or public improvements in the neighborhood of the post-paramette.
[2:33:42]
There's the reading, that's the Massachusetts Public Schools Horace.
[2:33:47]
And the hour to bed.
[2:33:49]
The post-paramette.
[2:33:49]
The post-paramette.
[2:33:49]
The post-paramette.
[2:33:50]
The cause.
[2:33:51]
Or how bad there's effects on surrounding properties.
[2:33:53]
Did you know his migration over a layer of mass?
[2:33:57]
Is this specific to the vegetative roadway buffer?
[2:33:59]
Right.
[2:34:01]
The proposed couple will provide satisfactory ingress egress to the property as well as any
[2:34:06]
structure as they are on particularly.
[2:34:08]
So, reference on over the pedestrian safety, convenience, traffic flow, control have been provided
[2:34:14]
or how provisions for the involved are not applicable to the permit.
[2:34:20]
Here we do.
[2:34:22]
The proposed condition experience will provide satisfactory on and off-street parking in low
[2:34:26]
areas, I'm opposed to be provided on site as Jason also at vocational.
[2:34:32]
This is just for the buffer.
[2:34:35]
That's a fun.
[2:34:35]
It's a real quick buffer.
[2:34:41]
We'll provide satisfactory probability to use with reference locations.
[2:34:47]
Indicate how signs, if any, in proposed next year, are letting the reference of player
[2:34:53]
traffic safety, economic rule affects compatible in harmonious with the property in the area.
[2:35:00]
You've got to both the existing side by the way.
[2:35:04]
As of right now, no.
[2:35:05]
It's shown in the exact same location.
[2:35:08]
I believe Aaron correct, right?
[2:35:09]
Yeah, we did.
[2:35:10]
James Asney.
[2:35:11]
Okay.
[2:35:12]
I don't think so.
[2:35:14]
No, no, no.
[2:35:14]
The current pattern everything really does work well for some of my
[2:35:16]
side.
[2:35:17]
It's nice and low.
[2:35:18]
It's not the way it's set.
[2:35:19]
We've just built it.
[2:35:20]
That's my brother.
[2:35:21]
No, no.
[2:35:22]
We rip it down.
[2:35:23]
Yeah.
[2:35:24]
We've got a low key sign.
[2:35:26]
Go ahead.
[2:35:27]
Now, N.K., what Claygrab probably in the places Y batched out.
[2:35:31]
That was an extreme way, wasn't it the work?
[2:35:34]
Described.
[2:35:35]
Those kind of buildings, the structure is with our mislocation.
[2:35:38]
I don't know.
[2:35:40]
In a point.
[2:35:41]
Described the hours evaporations, proposed.
[2:35:43]
Right, and hours and time to put into yet.
[2:35:47]
Aw that is Mr No Kahber II.
[2:35:48]
But after I put 60,000 articles in singular chapter 5,
[2:35:55]
ya got any questions or concerns about the science
[2:35:57]
We have the benefit of a landscape plan for that area.
[2:36:06]
I have
[2:36:09]
questions for the two vote.
[2:36:14]
Then they can motion that we grant for the initial use permit to order for our 6.6.2.
[2:36:20]
Thank you very much.
[2:36:21]
How we already said.
[2:36:22]
Motion's been made.
[2:36:24]
Seconded for 6.6.2.
[2:36:27]
I will second that.
[2:36:27]
What
[2:36:31]
are two of those?
[2:36:34]
Ritesh?
[2:36:35]
Sanderness?
[2:36:36]
Yes?
[2:36:37]
Yes?
[2:36:38]
Barclad?
[2:36:39]
Larson?
[2:36:41]
Thank you.
[2:36:42]
Next up is the let-unresources conservation overlay district.
[2:36:49]
Are we all looking at this checklist now?
[2:36:52]
I have to wait here to talk about that.
[2:36:55]
May I have the wrong thing?
[2:36:57]
I do not think he's necessarily open the strictness of the student town.
[2:37:01]
That's close.
[2:37:02]
Thank you.
[2:37:04]
Ah, the answer is a question.
[2:37:06]
That's enough.
[2:37:07]
Well, there's a plan.
[2:37:08]
If there are need to go through the checklist that we're on.
[2:37:11]
Thank you.
[2:37:14]
Thank you.
[2:37:14]
Thank you.
[2:37:14]
So that's a score.
[2:37:15]
Two minutes.
[2:37:16]
And the 50 football.
[2:37:18]
50 football.
[2:37:20]
Yes.
[2:37:21]
How
[2:37:28]
does the plan?
[2:37:38]
Thank you. Thank you. Anybody else have comments of the concerns, before we put it to a vote?
[2:37:47]
Is there any, did you make a motion?
[2:37:50]
I'm sorry, we need a full motion first. I'll make a motion to approve.
[2:37:57]
I'll conditionally use program that regarding the well-in-resources
[2:38:02]
consultation overlay this to Mar article nine.1and.7.
[2:38:07]
Thank you.
[2:38:11]
For the comments,
[2:38:15]
we're two both starting from this to the large one.
[2:38:19]
Barley.
[2:38:20]
Conley.
[2:38:22]
Any any yes?
[2:38:24]
Yes.
[2:38:25]
Thank you.
[2:38:27]
Next up, Dr. Water Protection, OLDA district.
[2:38:30]
I'm going to share a move that we grant to the evidence we have for Article 3.9.1,
[2:38:36]
regardless of whether or not we can use any experiment, not waiters.
[2:38:40]
Thank you, Mr. President.
[2:38:43]
I understand.
[2:38:45]
I will second.
[2:38:47]
The waiver from those who require a different amount of protection, OLDA district,
[2:38:50]
but it's not a waiver.
[2:38:52]
Excuse me, excuse me.
[2:38:53]
to conditionally use parents. Sorry.
[2:38:55]
We're looking at the framework of the
[2:38:57]
Department of Health.
[2:39:01]
It's a planner and the issues there.
[2:39:07]
Comments from the board.
[2:39:10]
Hearing that motion has been made.
[2:39:12]
It has been seconded.
[2:39:13]
That's seconded.
[2:39:14]
Thank you.
[2:39:17]
Vote.
[2:39:18]
Go around.
[2:39:19]
Are there any other guests?
[2:39:21]
Kelly, yes.
[2:39:22]
May. Yes.
[2:39:23]
On. Yes.
[2:39:23]
Bart. Yes.
[2:39:25]
Larson. Yes.
[2:39:29]
Next up.
[2:39:47]
think as much as you can mitigate the steep slopes, I know that 21, you're going to stay
[2:39:58]
with 21, but they're getting them vegetated, they're getting them growing, it's really
[2:40:03]
important to stabilize things in that area.
[2:40:06]
That's your well known.
[2:40:07]
100% great.
[2:40:08]
Can the opponent quantify him with just a curiosity on what he's on the area, so it's that are very able to do percent now that you're going to cut the challenge.
[2:40:20]
Almond, I see. I got it.
[2:40:23]
These are 20,000 monitors.
[2:40:27]
It's a, I don't know.
[2:40:30]
I'm sorry.
[2:40:31]
What is the area to be?
[2:40:35]
You just think slow that over 15% that you're going to start by spreading half of this.
[2:40:41]
You do have those kind of slopes that are remaining, which is completely different.
[2:40:49]
And on the other side of the region is like where you happen.
[2:40:52]
Right.
[2:40:58]
You can see the surprise that we did in the past that we needed.
[2:41:04]
Can I end that?
[2:41:06]
Can I end that package?
[2:41:18]
Try to find that one.
[2:41:36]
That's the stuff that should be added.
[2:41:44]
up there you go. So as steep slopes, the exhibit that I gave you has color to it. It would
[2:41:54]
have been in the 6 or the June 24th, 2026 materials.
[2:42:02]
But it illustrates the different steep slopes,
[2:42:07]
It's shades of brown, it has the amount, the amount, overall on the site, the percent of the slope, as defined by our density.
[2:42:19]
And the toll impact for natural and steep slope is 40,592. Naturally, extreme steep slope is 6,150.
[2:42:30]
the man made steep slope is 16,846 and man made extremely steep slope is 7,6237 and that
[2:42:42]
is hatched. The color shows the steep slope and then the hatch shows the impact, of course
[2:42:52]
catch with those four different types.
[2:42:59]
That is a better question, sir.
[2:43:01]
Good question, thank you.
[2:43:03]
And then I do have to go.
[2:43:06]
Sorry.
[2:43:07]
We never brought that one up.
[2:43:08]
That one's a new one.
[2:43:10]
We wanted to.
[2:43:12]
All right.
[2:43:14]
It's a new one.
[2:43:19]
So I will give you a.
[2:43:23]
Just a few credit.
[2:43:26]
The question for Article 14 has it, but one steep slope protection, totally disparate.
[2:43:36]
It's about 20,000 square feet.
[2:43:42]
I'm sorry.
[2:43:43]
I'm sorry.
[2:43:43]
I couldn't be for a pretty early 20.
[2:43:45]
I'm just going to do general research in the forward.
[2:43:48]
I'm going to approve more than 20,000 square feet.
[2:43:50]
I'm just going to answer questions.
[2:43:52]
I'm going to approve more than 20,000 square feet.
[2:43:54]
I'm just going to answer questions.
[2:43:55]
I'm just going to answer questions.
[2:43:56]
I'll ask questions.
[2:43:59]
Let's roll all up.
[2:44:01]
Where is Ruby?
[2:44:02]
I'm Ruby, yes.
[2:44:03]
Oh, yes.
[2:44:04]
Name, yes.
[2:44:04]
Call me, yes.
[2:44:06]
Bartlett, yes.
[2:44:07]
Larissa, yes.
[2:44:08]
Thank you.
[2:44:10]
All right.
[2:44:14]
What if we mess with the planet?
[2:44:16]
You're making good progress.
[2:44:18]
The engineers, that time is parallel.
[2:44:20]
Yeah.
[2:44:21]
Nice one.
[2:44:22]
You want to go?
[2:44:23]
Yeah, nice one.
[2:44:31]
for the concerns,
[2:44:36]
protect the wetlands, stabilize the steep slopes, and grow your business.
[2:44:42]
And I think my time is going to have a bite.
[2:44:48]
Okay.
[2:44:49]
That's my color.
[2:44:55]
Any other comments from the public?
[2:45:02]
I want to thank everybody for the patience that we've gone through this entire process.
[2:45:07]
Let's make sure we, uh, there are no further questions or insights on this.
[2:45:17]
I'll let you attend a motion.
[2:45:19]
I have some questions about the suggestions.
[2:45:21]
It's both suggestive motion, okay, questions to the board.
[2:45:28]
I believe in conditioned self-sufficiency.
[2:45:30]
There is a suggestion to look at water quality monitoring,
[2:45:34]
shall be conducted at the outflows of each stormwater,
[2:45:38]
like faithfully in here.
[2:45:39]
And everyone has said that that doesn't seem to be practical.
[2:45:46]
But we can do it.
[2:45:49]
It doesn't say as, oh, I mean, the operations in the van,
[2:45:54]
same as in inspection and maintenance manual.
[2:45:57]
It's just, oh, yeah, so language,
[2:46:03]
what does that need to be changed here?
[2:46:06]
I'll eliminate it.
[2:46:07]
Because we're all modeling more quality in our monitoring functionality of the system.
[2:46:14]
Right.
[2:46:14]
I think you can start by in six.
[2:46:20]
I have a question on that myself.
[2:46:23]
Would you agree Mr. Plano?
[2:46:24]
I agree.
[2:46:31]
Does the board based on previous discussion is the board
[2:46:35]
and any specific recommendations regarding
[2:46:40]
coloring or anything?
[2:46:43]
Is it theirs or lack of rendering?
[2:46:47]
Or are we just keeping it?
[2:46:52]
I'm sorry that's where I was going to go.
[2:47:00]
I think the applicant has committed to certainly looking at that very carefully and
[2:47:07]
thank you, sure, a lot to it, there's much of a possible.
[2:47:10]
And I would say that this same question regarding the plantings and re-vegetation on the
[2:47:19]
So the back of the property.
[2:47:22]
Yeah, that's right.
[2:47:27]
Thank you for your consideration.
[2:47:31]
Making that real slope of priority for you guys is you move through this thing.
[2:47:45]
So we keep being that, this is,
[2:47:50]
I'm sorry, but it's the same question we're going to call
[2:47:54]
her as I do to plant things in your vegetation.
[2:47:59]
No, it's not on there.
[2:48:01]
Oh, it's not on there.
[2:48:02]
It doesn't really need anything regarding it.
[2:48:04]
Yeah, we've had testimony that had back and forth discussions on it.
[2:48:07]
that passed out of a color sheet that none of us believed, but it is one day, they'll figure it out and then they don't want to build an I-sore on shore.
[2:48:20]
I'm going to disappear as much as possible.
[2:48:26]
I had a question on nine, by September 23rd, 29.
[2:48:31]
then we recognize that this is a three-year point. I did have a question. So again, at
[2:48:38]
29 and so let's say, three years, technically right. And we're asking for everything to be done
[2:48:45]
on the entire site of the three years. That's my question. It's effective and substantial
[2:48:51]
development. So that doesn't mean totally. I feel confident with that. I'm okay with that.
[2:49:00]
I'm
[2:49:00]
Unless there's anything up some of the state side of things,
[2:49:03]
I'm getting permits, but.
[2:49:05]
No, you'd probably use that after you've earned this.
[2:49:07]
No, but if you say, if we're delayed on getting state permits,
[2:49:10]
I just, I'm at the mercy of the state after this.
[2:49:13]
So I would want to be mindful that as long as I can start
[2:49:15]
in structure by January, February, time for any time.
[2:49:20]
We get state permits, and I get a component of that kind of life.
[2:49:23]
You can certainly apply for extension,
[2:49:25]
if you'll say permanent credits, take that one.
[2:49:28]
Awesome.
[2:49:30]
I saw a lighting there.
[2:49:31]
Correct.
[2:49:32]
Yeah, it is.
[2:49:35]
It's after the four landscaping after the roaching control or the four-roaching control.
[2:49:43]
Well, the plan I've opened in 2019 is one of all that just comes.
[2:49:48]
It's not over.
[2:49:51]
That's the last one.
[2:49:53]
So back up to two more sheep.
[2:49:57]
Anything that is lighting, 19 has lighting, 18 has 19.
[2:50:02]
I think it's correct to give you.
[2:50:09]
I missed climate.
[2:50:11]
Yes. Why would we have said September 23rd, 2029?
[2:50:17]
I mean next is the state regulation.
[2:50:20]
It is a state regulation, though.
[2:50:23]
I thought it was just propagating when they are saying.
[2:50:26]
Oh. Okay.
[2:50:28]
But it would be in the tarot because it will be done well in the past.
[2:50:35]
Okay.
[2:50:39]
If there are any delays though, they can always come back to us, right?
[2:50:44]
That's right.
[2:50:49]
Okay.
[2:50:50]
Is there no lighting in the back at all?
[2:50:52]
No lighting in the arms.
[2:50:54]
Oh.
[2:50:56]
There is a sheep.
[2:50:57]
There is a sheep.
[2:50:58]
There is one back there.
[2:51:00]
I always fix the cut to the end of these all there.
[2:51:04]
Guys, guys, come on.
[2:51:05]
They are, excuse me.
[2:51:10]
I can submit cut sheets if you'd like.
[2:51:14]
I think it works forever.
[2:51:16]
All the things that only fish is going to start.
[2:51:19]
Yeah, the individual doesn't light in plans is un...
[2:51:25]
They just sell commercial lighting and you really can't not have dark sky.
[2:51:30]
So I think you can make that a condition if you have it.
[2:51:33]
Yeah, maybe dark skies come blind.
[2:51:35]
But that's part of your site by right there.
[2:51:37]
So yeah, I was in the university.
[2:51:39]
I think we got you part of the site.
[2:51:43]
But if you look at something, you can add some of those things.
[2:51:46]
What's it called?
[2:51:48]
Actually.
[2:51:50]
Sorry?
[2:51:52]
I'm not as familiar with our lighting ordinance,
[2:51:54]
but obviously it doesn't have limits on your age.
[2:51:56]
average mid-month plus 3GL into a combined with our dark sky calculations, regulations.
[2:52:02]
I don't care if it's that one.
[2:52:06]
I don't care if
[2:52:18]
it's that one.
[2:52:18]
It's kind of a mistake from their workers.
[2:52:22]
Yeah, as you guys I heard building it is pretty dark.
[2:52:26]
I've had it in my car barnmines and truthfully don't want to leave it.
[2:52:29]
That white house, you know.
[2:52:30]
Right, that nice other than when it snows every week on a floodlight as dragors coming out, you know, as our first morning is perhaps to be safe, and that's that.
[2:52:41]
Any other changes to the suggested conditions?
[2:53:01]
I'm just looking specific place.
[2:53:08]
Well, it's ten o'clock.
[2:53:13]
The maintenance operations plan for both fuel and storm water.
[2:53:19]
do we feel like those are adequately no in in the in both the plan and those documents that
[2:53:29]
they should be reporting to now and then it's got a lot of sort of being reports of time.
[2:53:35]
Yes, it's covered in the plan. It's been a while since we talked about it.
[2:53:41]
It's covered in that commitment as part of that manual that we'll be reporting to the
[2:53:45]
That's fine.
[2:53:47]
That's fine.
[2:53:47]
That's fine.
[2:53:48]
That's fine.
[2:53:50]
That's fine.
[2:53:51]
The fair emotional.
[2:53:54]
With that, I was moved through the site plan application for SOP HQL, a senior student
[2:54:01]
Wednesday, making at 62 more than a net growth.
[2:54:05]
And identified its tech in our point 35, a lot of 16 as outlined in the site plan.
[2:54:11]
Application invaterials with the following conditions, conditions,
[2:54:13]
precedent to be implied to be completed prior to signature of client plans by the planning
[2:54:20]
for chairing within 180 days following the issuance of the notice of decision.
[2:54:26]
Condition one, revise the planned set to address all remaining tactical comments of the
[2:54:32]
towns third party of the near.
[2:54:34]
We should choose submit the final operations and make its minimum four review and acceptives
[2:54:38]
by the town third party of the near.
[2:54:40]
And three, add all required planning notes,
[2:54:46]
your ability resulting from planning boards,
[2:54:48]
collaboration,
[2:54:53]
and approval, including identifying
[2:54:54]
all state local approval by permit number,
[2:54:58]
and approval date, identify the approval conditional use permits,
[2:55:02]
and associated conditions, and necessary,
[2:55:05]
planning boards, signature blocks for initials on each plan set,
[2:55:11]
for provide final plans, documents, and other administrative materials required for the
[2:55:17]
plan and endorsement and recording.
[2:55:20]
Five, provide what we talk about, not five?
[2:55:25]
That was, I don't know.
[2:55:27]
Yes?
[2:55:29]
No, still be.
[2:55:30]
I don't know.
[2:55:31]
I was security.
[2:55:32]
Five financial security would not accept rules to the town's planer to ensure a property
[2:55:38]
installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control, the completion of required inspections
[2:55:44]
and testing by third-party engineer, and in collaboration with COVID-19 force and officer,
[2:55:50]
see stabilization of all of the stirred areas in the event's construction is suspended
[2:55:55]
or abandonment.
[2:55:57]
Right now, there's some kind of precedent.
[2:56:00]
Number six, the town planer made a turn to whether the commission
[2:56:04]
president has been satisfied, technical revisions that do not
[2:56:07]
material, material, material, and all of the planer boards findings
[2:56:13]
or who will maybe be administratively accepted by the town's planer
[2:56:16]
and consultation with their party engineer.
[2:56:20]
And the conditions subsequently to be continually
[2:56:22]
compliant with. One, the approval supersedes it in place is all prior planning board at
[2:56:28]
site planning approvals and conditions of approval for the property. The approved plans and
[2:56:33]
conditions of the decision govern the use and development of the property. Two development shall
[2:56:40]
proceed in substantial conformance with the approved plans, application materials, applicant
[2:56:47]
for presentations made to the planning board and condition for
[2:56:53]
free all required inspections,
[2:56:55]
third party engineering views, certifications, testing and as built documentation shall be completed
[2:57:01]
as required. For all construction related to erosion, the set of new control measures shall be
[2:57:08]
installed, maintained, and regularly inspected by corner enforcement officers. Five all permanent
[2:57:14]
and drainage structures, and still more men who have suddenly shall be maintained to perform
[2:57:19]
as, represented, and in perpetuity.
[2:57:23]
Six, all required landscape buffers, plantings, wetland protections, and associated
[2:57:28]
incitinivierment and protections shall be maintained for the life of the development.
[2:57:33]
Eight minor amendments that stood on material, all from the Tiro and Alter, the planning
[2:57:38]
or its findings, maybe, that's seven.
[2:57:43]
And I call it eight, you have to say, sorry, that's seven.
[2:57:47]
findings, maybe, it's certainly heard
[2:57:49]
by the downblender.
[2:57:50]
And eight, the project shell achieved active
[2:57:55]
and substantial development by September 23rd, 2020.
[2:58:00]
Nine, all other best environments
[2:58:01]
shall be governed by RSA, six, seven, four,
[2:58:07]
All right.
[2:58:08]
Second.
[2:58:10]
And our questions should be made.
[2:58:11]
It's been set with.
[2:58:13]
Did there any other points of clarification that needs to be made?
[2:58:17]
Did you want to talk about whining in needs or not?
[2:58:21]
It's a very important thing.
[2:58:22]
Life and plan is part of the package.
[2:58:24]
Okay.
[2:58:25]
Yeah.
[2:58:26]
Excuse me.
[2:58:26]
The statement seems to be quite.
[2:58:34]
Okay, roll call vote starting with Mr. Larson's place.
[2:58:38]
I, I.
[2:58:42]
Pardon, I, I.
[2:58:46]
Pardon, I.
[2:58:48]
Pardon, I.
[2:58:48]
Thank you very much.
[2:58:50]
Thank you.
[2:58:51]
To you.
[2:58:52]
And we, um, uh, clients for their, uh, patients as we, way to do this process.
[2:58:59]
Thank you.
[2:58:59]
And we're back in the middle of the chair.
[2:59:00]
And I want to be able to appreciate your time tonight and through the other means.
[2:59:05]
We're, we're, we're very much.
[2:59:06]
Thank you.
[2:59:22]
Yeah.
[2:59:23]
What's that from?
[2:59:25]
It's fine.
[2:59:28]
Yeah.
[2:59:30]
Yeah.
[2:59:31]
Yeah.
[2:59:31]
It's fine.
[2:59:32]
Yeah.
[2:59:36]
It's fine.
[2:59:38]
What are we doing?
[2:59:39]
You're going to take the right to make it clear.
[2:59:45]
I'm going to take a few minutes.
[2:59:45]
Right.
[2:59:50]
To make it clear.
[2:59:50]
Yeah.
[2:59:50]
You can see two minutes right now.
[2:59:52]
That'll wrap it up.
[2:59:53]
Yeah.
[2:59:54]
You know what I mean?
[2:59:57]
Yeah.
[2:59:57]
I mean that.
[2:59:58]
Yeah.
[2:59:58]
Yeah.
[2:59:59]
in the ring, I know.
[3:01:37]
If you want to, if you want to, if you want to.
[3:01:39]
for the worker of me, for agenda of the terrorists, and other of them.
[3:01:43]
We have to see the final print of the policies with the final collection.
[3:01:47]
It's not in your binder.
[3:01:49]
We did the sign-up sheet, but there was nothing disturbing it.
[3:01:53]
Check your binder.
[3:01:55]
Check your binder.
[3:01:56]
Check your binder.
[3:01:58]
No, I understand.
[3:02:00]
That was it.
[3:02:02]
All right, I'll talk to you.
[3:02:03]
You should be in the binder that's not going to make sure it is.
[3:02:06]
I was going to do the following morning, a scan copy, listening to chair so I couldn't
[3:02:13]
insert it.
[3:02:13]
I mean, it was ready to go.
[3:02:16]
