[4:41] village. And then this past week, we worked on um getting a survey together.

[4:47] So we were looking at some other surveys that have be done that have been done.

[5:21] they're looking at that's why it's not just sidewalk, it's sidewalk and

[5:25] streetscape. So, they're looking at where they think crosswalks could use

[5:28] improvement. Maybe where there's one missing, where they feel like ramps

[5:31] aren't in place that should be in place. Um, if there's trees blocking the

[5:35] sidewalk, if there's trees overhanging, if there's brush, if there's trees

[5:39] missing and they feel like there should be trees added for shade and aesthetics

[5:45] and health. Um, so there's all kinds of things and there's like measurements of

[5:50] how to rate the condition of the sidewalk as well. So, they're rating the

[5:55] conditions of the sidewalk. Um, so we'll have a whole Jillian Mitchell, she

[6:00] lives, well, I won't say where she lives, but Jillian Mitchell is a village

[6:03] resident and she's compiling everything into an Excel sheet for us and getting

[6:08] all that information. So, it'll it'll be good.

[6:10] » Will there be grants available for well, the TAP grant like that you were looking

[6:14] at and that we looked at last year is one that does cover sidewalk. There is a

[6:19] contribution that goes with that and it comes out every two years. Um, so 2027

[6:24] would be the next time, but this would also just give us good data if we're

[6:28] going to budget for a certain amount of sidewalk expense every every year. And

[6:35] they'll be at the end of this committee, they we'll look at um all the data and

[6:42] come up with some recommendations and what we feel would be appropriate for

[6:46] » this is on every single street. >> Oh yeah, they're going through all. So

[6:50] my question too, if someone's if let's say my sidewalk comes up and it has like

[6:54] my concrete is lifted, isn't it the responsible responsibility of the

[6:59] homeowner to fix those sidewalks? It is. But just like many many villages around

[7:04] the state, everyone runs into okay well property owners are not maintaining

[7:09] their sidewalks. So it becomes an issue that villages look for solutions for and

[7:15] towns, municipalities look for solutions for. So, um, actually, if you guys want

[7:19] to look at any of the, this is our sidewalk streetcape inventory team

[7:23] binder and, uh, the one that we're looking to for reference that Perry did.

[7:30] Um, it goes into some of they researched some of the other areas and what they

[7:35] did and the programs that they implemented, whether it was a 50/50,

[7:39] whether it was the village just budget budgets $10,000 a year are going to go

[7:43] to to sidewalk repairs, whether you're going to contract that out, whether your

[7:47] DBW is going to do it. There's a lot of factors that come into play that you

[7:51] have to decide. But looking, having an idea of what we're dealing with is a

[7:56] good place to start. And then you can also look at um if we do come up with a

[8:00] plan, how do you prioritize what gets worked on first? Do you say the zone

[8:07] that just has the worst overall sidewalks or do you just prior do you

[8:11] say anything that was a level five, the worst level condition wise, we're going

[8:16] to start hitting all of those even if it's covering even if you've got one

[8:20] zone that has 90% great sidewalks and one little one that's wrong. So anyway,

[8:25] it'll give us information Um, but that's going well. It's It's

[8:34] we did work on a uh community survey that we'll be implementing as well. So,

[32:07] So, it'll be there. That was a request. So, uh put that uh it'll be up there for

[32:13] a little while and then we'll move it somewhere else.

[32:44] what these these are not electric. These are actually dirt bikes.

[32:51] like a dirt bike that's electric. It goes about 40 miles and it's not allowed

[32:56] on the village. They live right across >> I see them up around the school quite a

[33:01] » And they are electric. The ones that I've seen in the garage, it appears.

[33:05] » Is it red and white or? >> No, it's all it's all black. But I would

[33:08] if you first glance you think it's a motorized dirt bike. It's got big tires,

[33:12] but it's electric and goes about 40 miles an hour and it's we confiscated

[33:16] our >> electric practice.

[33:19] » Yeah. >> And Yeah. And I just got off the phone

[33:21] with the parent of that uh 14-year-old and we talked about the

[33:27] situation and and and I provided you last month with a draft of a

[33:31] » ebike and scooter law that we hope we can put forward and adopt in the village

[33:36] to give us more enforcement of those that are under 16 that aren't uh

[33:43] typically dealt with. >> I mean, I almost saw the kid get hit by

[33:45] a car. Mhm. >> Yeah. Because the state law um

[33:49] » has some loopholes in it. >> Yeah.

[33:50] » Well, they don't go as fast as some of the cars I see in the morning going

[33:53] through the village. So, I wouldn't worry about it.

[34:01] their own laws in addition to that. So, yep. And we did put that all out on

[34:06] social media as well updated >> scooter anybody lost anywhere.

[35:53] contract negotiation items to discuss in executive session. So unless you guys
