[0:00] All right. Good evening, everyone.
[0:02] We're going to get going.
[0:05] Okay. I'm going to call the July 30th,
[0:08] 2026 regular meeting of the town board
[0:10] to order. Will the clerk please call the
[0:12] role?
[0:13] >> Council member Ramos Romanian,
[0:15] >> present.
[0:16] >> Council member Bowski,
[0:17] >> present.
[0:18] >> Council member McPartland,
[0:19] >> here.
[0:19] >> Council member Brennan,
[0:20] >> here.
[0:21] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[0:22] >> here. Would everyone please rise for the
[0:24] pledge of allegiance?
[0:27] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the
[0:30] United States of America and to the
[0:32] republic for which it stands. One nation
[0:36] under God, indivisible, with liberty and
[0:38] justice for all.
[0:43] » All right, we're going to do a quick
[0:45] vote on our special meeting minutes. May
[0:48] I have a motion to approve the July
[0:50] 14th, 2026 special meeting minutes?
[0:53] >> So moved.
[0:54] >> And a second. Second. Any discussion,
[0:58] changes?
[1:00] >> Okay. All in favor?
[1:02] >> I Any opposed? All right.
[1:05] Minutes are approved. We're going to
[1:06] move on to our first ceremonial. Uh we
[1:10] have a ceremonial resolution recognizing
[1:12] the first NISKUNA cohort as the first
[1:15] Capital Region leadership initiative. Uh
[1:18] which was started this year actually by
[1:21] uh a woman who used to work in the same
[1:24] office that I am in now. and she this is
[1:26] like such a fantastic idea. Um, and I'm
[1:29] so honored that you live in this unit
[1:31] and that you decided to do this here. I
[1:33] think what we're going to do is go
[1:34] through the votes on these ceremonials
[1:36] and then we'll have everyone come up.
[1:37] We'll read the resolutions, take a
[1:39] couple of pictures, and then we'll move
[1:41] on to the next one. So, we'll begin uh
[1:44] with 2026
[1:45] 179. This one is sponsored by Supervisor
[1:48] Cassidy Dorian. Uh, will the clerk
[1:50] please read
[1:51] >> a ceremonial resolution recognizing the
[1:54] first Niscuna cohort as the first
[1:57] Capitol region leadership initiative?
[1:59] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[2:00] >> Second.
[2:01] >> Uh, any discussion?
[2:04] >> I'll just say um it was an absolute
[2:06] pleasure. Susan Pollson is here and came
[2:09] to us with a really great idea. Um, we
[2:12] are such a rich community in our
[2:15] volunteers, in our professional uh
[2:18] residents. She pulled together a
[2:20] program. We had a wonderful group of
[2:22] students, many of whom are here today,
[2:24] and an equally wonderful group of uh
[2:27] volunteers who met with us, who shared
[2:29] career tips, who talked about their
[2:31] professional journeys. Um, we're really
[2:33] excited for this to continue.
[2:36] >> Wonderful. Uh, any further discussion?
[2:39] >> Will the clerk please call the role?
[2:41] >> Council member Ramos Vermanian,
[2:43] >> yes.
[2:43] >> Council member Bowski,
[2:45] >> yes.
[2:45] >> Council member Brennan,
[2:47] >> yes. Council member McPartland.
[2:49] >> Hi.
[2:50] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[2:51] >> Yes. Five eyes.
[2:52] >> The resolution passes and we'll invite
[2:54] our uh Susan and all of our members of
[2:58] the first cohort to come up front.
[3:10] » Can I move these temporarily?
[3:11] >> Yes.
[3:12] >> So, let's do [laughter] the middle. I
[3:15] wish I could
[3:16] >> middle and the adults on the outside for
[3:18] the
[3:18] >> photo op.
[3:26] » I wasn't paying attention to
[3:28] [laughter]
[3:35] » All right. The following resolution is
[3:37] offered by Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[3:40] Whereas the capital region leadership
[3:41] initiative niskuna is a new leadership
[3:44] development series loosely modeled on
[3:46] the leadership capital region initiative
[3:48] of the capital region chamber foundation
[3:51] that was established to cultivate
[3:52] professional expertise and communal
[3:54] engagement for young residents between
[3:56] the ages of 18 and 20 within offered
[4:00] free of charge. And whereas the
[4:02] initiative identified the first years
[4:04] following the end of high school are a
[4:06] distinctly unique stage of life that
[4:08] involve considerable change with many
[4:10] NISUN residents this age either in their
[4:13] first years of their post high school
[4:15] career or in first years of college or
[4:17] post-graduate graduate vocational
[4:19] training. Yet there are previously no
[4:21] programs specifically designed for this
[4:23] age and developmental group. And whereas
[4:26] CRLI Niskuna brought a cohort together
[4:30] to assist with personal and professional
[4:32] development at a time when employment
[4:34] trends and economic indicators indicate
[4:36] that local employers may not be able to
[4:39] provide the kinds of summer
[4:40] opportunities required for for personal
[4:42] and professional development and resume
[4:44] building. And whereas CLI Niskuna
[4:48] successfully grounded its curriculum in
[4:50] five pillars. One, career exploration,
[4:54] introducing local career paths and
[4:56] leadership styles. Two, networking and
[4:59] connecting, fostering lasting bonds with
[5:01] peers and local business leaders.
[5:06] Three, life skills man enhancement
[5:08] covering financial literacy,
[5:10] interviewing, and time management. Four,
[5:12] community engagement, empowering youth
[5:14] to create positive local change. Five,
[5:16] credentiing, providing resume building
[5:18] and letters of recommendation. And
[5:21] whereas throughout June and July of
[5:23] 2026, participants met weekly at various
[5:26] local community locations including
[5:27] Niskuna Town Hall, the Niskuna Fire
[5:30] District 1 Firehouse, the parlor at
[5:32] Skenctity Municipal Golf Course in order
[5:34] to expand their knowledge of local
[5:36] industries, refine essential life
[5:37] skills, and deepen their civic pride.
[5:40] And whereas 16 outstanding young
[5:42] residents successfully completed the
[5:44] inaugural inaugural program,
[5:46] demonstrating dedication to their
[5:48] personal growth, their peers, and the
[5:50] future of our municipality. Those young
[5:52] people are Annabelle and forgive me if I
[5:54] screw up anybody's last name. Uh I
[5:56] should have written them phonetically.
[5:58] Annabelle Barbarich,
[6:00] Charlotte Barbarich, Jackson Beckman,
[6:03] Anthony Bevelqua, Mark Braga, Braga,
[6:08] Nashley Butaneus, Caleb Capola, Yan
[6:11] Huang, Katherine Urus, Riley McQueeny,
[6:15] Tyler Montgomery, Stella Meyers, Leo
[6:19] Peneli,
[6:20] Neorin Rapasura, Juan Miguel Rosales,
[6:25] and Rachel Schllober. And whereas this
[6:28] foundational year was guided by Sarah
[6:29] Bolovski, a member of the town board,
[6:32] and Susan Pselli, a local attorney and
[6:34] graduate student, Miss Boloski and Miss
[6:36] Pnelli worked collaboratively to
[6:38] establish program goals and design,
[6:40] develop resources, publicize the
[6:42] program, and recruit professionals to
[6:44] participate as guests, presenters,
[6:46] facilitators, and mentors. And whereas
[6:49] the success of CRLI Nuscuna 2026 was
[6:52] further enriched by the generous
[6:53] contribution of time, expertise, and
[6:55] mentorship from local volunteers and
[6:57] public servants including Tommy Nikki,
[6:59] Joe McDonald, Amanda Romero, John Toy,
[7:03] Jordan Dunn, Kelly Butridge, Olivia
[7:05] Jquith, Sarah Spindler, Jennifer Green
[7:09] Galuli, Fatima Oso, Captain Nicholas
[7:13] Persons, Lieutenant JP Nolan, and
[7:15] Commissioner Ed Worley, as well as
[7:17] numerous industry professionals who
[7:19] connected with students across fields
[7:21] such as healthcare, wildlife ecology,
[7:23] finance, engineering, and accounting.
[7:31] Now, therefore, it be resolved that the
[7:33] town board of the town of Niskuna hereby
[7:35] extends its highest commendations,
[7:36] congratulations, and gratitude to the
[7:38] inaugural graduating class of CRLI
[7:41] Niskuna 2026 for their participation,
[7:44] achievements, and commitment to
[7:45] leadership. And be it further resolved
[7:47] that the town of Niscune expresses its
[7:49] sincere appreciation to the program
[7:51] leaders, volunteer mentors, and
[7:53] community partners whose efforts made
[7:54] this inaugural year a resounding
[7:56] success, ensuring a brighter future for
[7:58] the town of Niskuna and its next
[8:00] generation of leaders.
[8:06] [applause]
[8:12] The top one. So Ern
[8:28] people
[8:40] should have my
[8:42] Thank you. Appreciate it.
[8:57] » Thank you everybody. We hope we see you
[8:58] again and tell your friends. [applause]
[9:14] Okay. All right. We're going to move on
[9:17] for a vote for our next ceremonial 2026
[9:20] 180. Will the clerk please read?
[9:22] >> Honoring and thanking the estate of
[9:24] Ethel Ethi Effie and Regginal Reg for
[9:29] their generous land donation to the
[9:31] Leakill
[9:33] Nature Preserve.
[9:34] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[9:35] >> Second.
[9:36] >> Any discussion on this?
[9:38] I wanted to quickly say that land
[9:41] conservation is incredibly important.
[9:46] Hard science indicates that
[9:49] having access to nature is not just
[9:53] important, it is essential. And spending
[9:56] time in nature is correlated with all
[10:00] kinds of good health outcomes, including
[10:03] lower cardiovascular disease
[10:06] and lower cancer rates. In addition, for
[10:10] municipalities as a whole, the more
[10:14] green space there is,
[10:16] the more the property values are high
[10:20] and remain high. And there is a
[10:23] correlation here. So this is an
[10:26] incredible gift whose effect will be
[10:28] felt 10 years from now, 50 years from
[10:31] now, even a 100 years from now
[10:33] continuously and we are very grateful
[10:36] for Mr. and Mrs. Taylor for this
[10:38] incredible generosity.
[10:40] >> I also think that this is an example of
[10:42] how wonderful the community is that we
[10:44] live in. Um, this first came up while I
[10:47] was still on the planning board and we
[10:49] learned that Leslie Gold, who's with us
[10:51] tonight and a member of the planning
[10:52] gold, uh, planning board, actually went
[10:54] to school with Effie and remembers
[10:56] actually being on the property as a
[10:58] young girl. So, I think it's a wonderful
[11:00] opportunity to demonstrate and really
[11:02] celebrate her forethought that was
[11:05] farmland that she grew up on and she
[11:07] wanted to make sure that it um, stayed
[11:09] forever green space. So it will only
[11:11] make our Lisha kill preserve a better
[11:13] place for for the residents.
[11:16] >> Second that in our town as it gets built
[11:18] out more and more green space is very
[11:21] important and we're very lucky to be
[11:23] adding to space that won't be developed
[11:25] later. Any additional discussion?
[11:27] >> Will the clerk please call the role?
[11:29] Council member Ramos Romanian.
[11:32] >> Yes.
[11:32] >> Council member Powski.
[11:34] >> Yes.
[11:35] >> Council member McPartland. Hi.
[11:36] >> Council member Brennan. Yes.
[11:38] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian. Yes.
[11:40] >> Five eyes.
[11:41] >> The resolution passes. And do we have
[11:43] anyone from here? We're delivering it
[11:45] later on.
[11:46] >> We don't. We're going to I think we're
[11:47] going to do an event with the uh Yeah.
[11:49] >> Okay. Then we will
[11:51] >> move on to 2026 181 sponsored by council
[11:54] member Brennan.
[11:56] >> A resolution to certify the adjusted
[12:00] >> is that? Yeah. Adjusted base.
[12:02] >> Oh no. Um the other ceremonial 181.
[12:06] >> 181.
[12:07] >> Oh, sorry. I jumped ahead.
[12:10] A proclamation recognizing Joah
[12:14] Joseph Twitty. Thank you. Do I have a
[12:16] second?
[12:16] >> Second.
[12:17] >> Any discussion on this?
[12:19] >> I missed the walk out. I was so bummed.
[12:22] So, I'm so happy that we're doing this
[12:23] and I get a chance to see you again. Um,
[12:26] Deputy Chief Twitty, retired Deputy
[12:28] Chief Twitty, uh, used to work with us
[12:30] on all of the NISCAD stuff. And I know
[12:32] everyone in the police department hates
[12:34] NISCAD for rightfully so now that I've
[12:36] experienced it in inside of town hall.
[12:38] and you always just had a smile on your
[12:40] face through all of it and nobody we
[12:43] never knew that you didn't like it. So
[12:45] [laughter]
[12:46] so grateful to you. So I'm I'm thrilled
[12:49] that I get this opportunity to um say a
[12:52] few words about you and I I I I'm sure I
[12:55] feel the same way as everybody else in
[12:56] this room and beyond. So
[12:59] >> I also was not able to make it there for
[13:01] your walkout ceremony. I was out of town
[13:03] and I that really um I wanted to be
[13:06] there. Joe, you are a perfect example of
[13:10] what a police officer should be. You
[13:13] have been exemplary for this town and
[13:16] this department. Um, I got to know Joe
[13:19] very well. Every year Joe and I would
[13:22] work the drug takeback and we'd be
[13:24] standing there and we'd talk for a
[13:26] couple hours because that's how long we
[13:29] would be there. And got to know him, his
[13:31] family. Joe, I just can't say enough
[13:33] good things about you. I hope you have
[13:35] an excellent retirement and you will be
[13:37] missed here. You will be missed.
[13:41] » All right. Any further discussion? Will
[13:44] the clerk please call a role?
[13:46] >> Council member Ramos Bermanian.
[13:48] >> Yes.
[13:49] >> Council member Bolovski.
[13:50] >> Yes.
[13:51] >> Council member McPartland.
[13:52] >> Hi.
[13:52] >> Council member Brennan.
[13:53] >> Yes.
[13:54] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[13:55] >> Yes.
[13:56] >> Five eyes.
[13:57] >> Proclamation passes and we'll do a short
[14:00] reading. Uh yes.
[14:06] after she reads that
[14:10] » and then Joe's gonna give a rousing
[14:12] speech. [laughter]
[14:16] » You don't know him that well.
[14:19] >> Let's see. Um just hit you.
[14:29] » You're smiling already. [laughter]
[14:31] >> Told you.
[14:33] I'm really excited to be offering this
[14:35] resolution. Um it's actually titled in
[14:38] some of our paperwork a proclamation of
[14:41] um honoring retired deputy chief Twitty.
[14:44] So I think that kind of says it all that
[14:46] we're really proclaiming that you have
[14:48] done so much for our town and um trying
[14:51] to spread the word to everyone.
[14:54] Whereas Deputy Chief Twitty served in
[14:56] the Niscuna Police Department from 2000
[14:58] to 2026. And whereas during his 26 years
[15:03] of dedicated public service, Deputy
[15:05] Chief Twitty served with
[15:06] professionalism, leadership, mentorship,
[15:09] and an unwavering commitment to public
[15:11] safety in the ranks of patrolman,
[15:14] sergeant, detective sergeant,
[15:16] lieutenant, and deputy chief. And
[15:18] whereas Deputy Chief Twitty was
[15:21] decorated with two departmental
[15:22] accommodation awards, a life-saving
[15:25] award and a chief's commendation award
[15:27] for his outstanding performance as a
[15:29] member of the Niscua Police Department.
[15:31] And whereas Deputy Chief Twitty served
[15:34] the town of Niskyuna with the highest
[15:36] standards of law enforcement service and
[15:38] leaves behind a lasting legacy of
[15:40] dedication, integrity, and commitment to
[15:43] the Niscua Police Department and the
[15:45] residents of the town of Nscuna. And
[15:48] whereas the Niscuna Police Department
[15:50] and the Niscuna Town Board recognized
[15:53] Deputy Chief Twitty for his leadership
[15:58] and
[15:59] his
[16:01] dedication to continuing the legacy of
[16:03] outstanding police service to the people
[16:05] of Niskuna and whereas the town board
[16:08] wishes to recognize Joseph Twitty on the
[16:10] occasion of 26 years of service. Now
[16:13] therefore be it resolved on this 30th
[16:15] day of July in 2026 in recognition of
[16:18] his 26 years of service to the town of
[16:21] Niskyuna, the town board of the town of
[16:23] Niskyuna offers its personal and
[16:25] official thanks and appreciation to
[16:28] deputy chief Twitty and hereby publicly
[16:30] commends him for his service to the town
[16:32] of Niskuna and its residents. Thank you.
[16:36] [applause]
[16:41] » [applause]
[16:46] » Thank you. I'm just gonna make it real
[16:48] short. Thank you very much,
[16:53] » Joe. Wait just one second because Chief
[16:56] told me that you like candy. So,
[16:59] [laughter]
[17:00] we wanted to make sure you had enough
[17:02] snacks for retirement. [laughter]
[17:04] Congratulations,
[17:16] Do you want to do a photo?
[17:52] » [laughter]
[17:54] [applause]
[18:00] » All right, we're going to go a bit out
[18:02] of order because as much as I know you
[18:05] guys love hanging out here. Um, I want
[18:08] to make sure I can uh get you home for
[18:11] dinner. So, we're going to jump ahead uh
[18:13] into our resolutions to 2026 192 uh
[18:18] which is sponsored by council member
[18:20] Brennan. Will the clerk please read
[18:22] >> a resolution to appoint Isham Kak Kafaga
[18:26] as a police lieutenant in the police
[18:28] department.
[18:29] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[18:30] >> Second.
[18:31] >> Any discussion on this?
[18:34] So, it's we're we're so sad to have twe
[18:37] chief Twitty, Deputy Chief Twitty leave.
[18:40] Uh, but it does mean a sort of
[18:41] succession of um some more of our
[18:44] favorite people. So, I'm pretty excited
[18:45] for this. Uh, it kind of completes the administrative offices are going to
[18:50] be an interesting place here, aren't
[18:52] they?
[18:53] >> Um, all right. So, I think we'll call
[18:55] the vote and then we'll do a swearing in
[18:58] and then we'll move on to the next
[19:00] swearing in after afterwards. Any
[19:02] further discussion? Yeah,
[19:03] [clears throat] I'll just say thank you
[19:04] and congratulations. Um, Detective
[19:07] Kapaga has been with us since 20 2009, I
[19:10] should say. Um, he's a leader. He's a
[19:13] helper. He's invested in his community
[19:16] and I'm really excited that he's
[19:17] accepted this promotion.
[19:20] >> I am also excited about this. Um,
[19:24] Sergeant Kafaga has given a lot to this
[19:26] town already and not only as a police
[19:30] officer, but he has some very uh unique
[19:33] skills with computers and the internet
[19:36] and things like that. And he has been
[19:39] very helpful in uh to this town when we needed him. We've had some gaps
[19:45] and situations where he has really
[19:47] stepped up to help us and uh that does
[19:50] not go unrecognized and we're glad again
[19:52] you're stepping up again to continue on
[19:54] with us. So, thank you.
[19:57] >> All right.
[19:58] Any further discussion? Will the clerk
[20:01] please call the role?
[20:02] >> Council member Ramos Bermanian.
[20:04] >> Yes.
[20:05] >> Council member Bolovski.
[20:06] >> Yes.
[20:06] >> Council member McPartland.
[20:08] >> Hi.
[20:08] >> Council member Brennan, yes.
[20:10] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[20:11] >> yes. The resol resolution passes. We
[20:15] will move on to a swearing in. Are you
[20:18] want to do this one?
[20:40] » Right. We doing this how we usually do
[20:42] this back and forth.
[20:44] >> I have a loud voice. You'll be all
[20:45] right.
[20:45] >> Okay. [laughter]
[20:47] Keep it close.
[20:49] All right. Repeat after me. I, Hashem
[20:51] Kafaga, do solemnly swear
[20:53] >> I, Hashem Kafaga, do solemnly swear
[20:55] >> that I will support the Constitution of
[20:57] the United States
[20:58] >> that I will support the Constitution of
[20:59] the United States.
[21:00] >> and the Constitution of the State of New
[21:02] York.
[21:02] >> and the Constitution of the State of New
[21:04] York.
[21:04] >> And that I will faithfully discharge the
[21:06] duties of police lieutenant. and I will
[21:08] faithfully discharge the duties of
[21:09] police lieutenant
[21:10] >> according to the best of my ability.
[21:14] >> So help me God.
[21:33] » [applause]
[21:44] [laughter]
[21:47] » Throw it in.
[21:50] » Sounds like a obstacle course set up.
[21:53] >> I [clears throat] know. I I'm not loving
[21:55] that. We need a new solution.
[22:04] » All right, one more swearing in uh 2026
[22:08] 193 sponsored by Council Member Brennan.
[22:10] >> A resolution to appoint a police
[22:12] officer.
[22:13] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[22:14] >> Second.
[22:15] >> Any discussion on this?
[22:17] >> We have Mr. Matt Rhoden and he's coming
[22:19] to us from Albany and we're very excited
[22:21] to steal him away and [laughter]
[22:24] He seems excited to be here. So, welcome
[22:26] to NSA.
[22:28] >> All right. Wonderful. Hopefully like the
[22:30] there's good energy in this room right
[22:31] now, too. So, you're coming in at a good
[22:33] time. Um, all right. Any further
[22:36] discussion?
[22:37] >> Will the clerk please call the role?
[22:38] Council member Ramos submanian.
[22:40] >> Yes.
[22:41] >> Council member Blowoffski.
[22:43] >> Yes.
[22:43] >> Council member McPartland. Hi.
[22:45] >> Council member Brennan. Supervisor
[22:47] Cassidy Dorian.
[22:48] >> Yes.
[22:48] >> Five eyes. Resolution passes and uh
[22:52] Council Member Brennan is going to swear
[22:53] in our new officer.
[23:00] » Anyone else?
[23:09] » I do. I Matthew solemnly swear
[23:15] >> that I will support the Constitution of
[23:17] the United States
[23:18] >> that I will support the Constitution of
[23:20] the United States
[23:20] >> and the Constitution of the State of New
[23:22] York
[23:22] >> and the Constitution of the State of New
[23:24] York
[23:24] >> and that I will faithfully discharge the
[23:26] duties of police officer
[23:28] >> and that I would faithfully discharge
[23:29] the duties of police officer
[23:31] >> according to the best of my ability.
[23:35] >> So help me God.
[23:38] [applause]
[23:39] THOSE
[23:43] [applause]
[23:50] are fine every time. [laughter]
[23:53] >> Maybe we should have velcro on them.
[23:56] >> Thank you so much.
[24:03] » The agile.
[24:04] >> All right. Now we'll let we'll let the
[24:05] metal detector go crazy as everybody
[24:07] leaves. Oh, you turned it off. I was
[24:13] » Thank you, Chief.
[24:34] It is nice.
[24:35] >> I know. I'm like, say, don't you want to
[24:40] [laughter]
[24:44] [snorts]
[24:45] >> know?
[24:50] » Oh, there's free pizza there. And Julie
[24:53] said there's a ton, so you're so
[24:55] inclined.
[24:56] >> Oh.
[24:59] yeah. We should have sent him out
[25:01] there. I didn't even think of that.
[25:08] » Well,
[25:10] it's a sad audience now, [laughter]
[25:14] >> but thanks. We might need a tap dance or
[25:17] something.
[25:20] >> All right. How are we doing? Good. Okay.
[25:22] Um, we're going to run through some
[25:24] committee reports. We're going to jump
[25:26] back up to just under our ceremonial
[25:28] resolutions. Uh, we will start with
[25:30] police and public safety. Thank you,
[25:32] Madam Supervisor. Police and public
[25:35] safety met on July 14th. Under
[25:38] operations, we discussed the Saratoga
[25:41] County Sheriff Niscuna Police Department
[25:43] mutual aid agreement for the Niscuna
[25:45] Central School District SRO. This is
[25:48] ongoing and we're hoping to finalize
[25:49] this for August.
[25:51] We also had a retail blitz June 15th and
[25:54] July 3rd in conjunction with Skenctity
[25:57] County Street Crimes Task Force,
[25:59] Roderdam PD and Skenctity DPD. There
[26:01] were 17 total arrests made between all
[26:04] agencies and the goal there is to deter
[26:06] theft and crime. Sergeant John Connor um
[26:10] spends time with the street crimes force
[26:12] and task force and it's again it's a
[26:14] force multiplier. It's um great support
[26:18] for our community.
[26:20] Under training, um we have Officer
[26:23] Fernandez successfully completed his FTO
[26:25] training and um from what I hear, he's
[26:28] doing amazing work. So, um we're excited
[26:30] for that. Under citizen correspondence
[26:34] ongoing, we have the River Road Speed
[26:36] Zone near Blatnick Park. Uh Kelts Farm
[26:39] Development, that's ongoing. um chief's
[26:42] going to do another speed study and um
[26:44] during the meeting, supervisor Cassidy
[26:46] Dorian suggested we might coordinate
[26:48] with Skenctity County on this um issue.
[26:51] We also discussed Buckingham Drive speed
[26:53] concerns which is also ongoing and we're
[26:56] going to collect speed data on that area
[26:59] as well.
[27:01] For complete streets, um Bill Chapman
[27:03] came um to represent complete streets
[27:06] committee. He distributed more
[27:08] literature to us about ebikes. We had
[27:10] some different discussions about ebikes
[27:12] regulations. Um, one discussion we had
[27:16] was regarding ebikes on Balltown Road
[27:17] and Route 7. And the whole committee
[27:20] discussed concerns
[27:22] um if that was something that would come
[27:25] to fruition in the future. So, um, we're
[27:29] going to continue to um work with
[27:31] Complete Streets. They're going to
[27:32] continue to guide us. Um, and we're
[27:34] hoping to coordinate with the county so
[27:36] as people go from town to town within
[27:38] our county, the rules don't change, the
[27:41] laws don't change depending on what
[27:42] street you're on.
[27:44] Under town events, we have coffee with a
[27:46] cop um at the senior center. Chief Kosan
[27:49] continues to host every third Tuesday.
[27:52] Um, for other um Chief Koshan applied
[27:56] for the burn grant again and he
[27:58] requested $136,000
[28:01] to fund two outfitted vehicles. um the
[28:03] detective and the SRO vehicles and
[28:05] cameras for detectives.
[28:08] Um he also applied for the LA Tech fund
[28:12] or grant rather. Um that funding request
[28:15] is for $125,000.
[28:18] That's through the governor's office.
[28:19] It's a law enforcement tech grant. Um
[28:21] and we're looking to replace um the body
[28:24] warn cameras and new patrol vehicle
[28:26] computers as they've worn through their
[28:29] through time. um it's time to replace
[28:32] them.
[28:34] And under resolutions, we had the
[28:37] appointment of a police officer a few
[28:38] minutes ago, Matthew Rhoden. Um we had a
[28:42] ceremonial resolution for Detective
[28:44] Chief Schwitty retired. Um we also have
[28:48] a resolution um that was promoting
[28:51] Sergeant Hisham Kafaga to um
[28:57] and that was also our celebrate. So, we
[29:00] kind of double dipped between
[29:01] resolutions and our celebrate. Um, under
[29:04] inform,
[29:06] our committee continued to discuss ATVs
[29:08] and electric dirt bikes. Chief was um
[29:11] just reiterating that they are not legal
[29:13] to ride in the town of Niskuna. People
[29:15] are confusing dirt bikes with ebikes.
[29:18] And a good way to tell the difference is
[29:20] that um ebikes have pedals. So, um, we
[29:24] also discussed that there's an impound
[29:26] fee of $2,350
[29:28] if you do not follow this law. Um, they
[29:31] are doing a one-time for your first
[29:34] violation u making reducing that fee to
[29:37] $170,
[29:39] but um it's it's just such a safety
[29:42] issue that this law is in place in our
[29:44] town. And for remind um Chief Kosan
[29:47] again reminded us of the 900 pm routine
[29:50] to try to check your car. Make sure it's
[29:52] secure. Make sure anything that's of
[29:54] value around your property is is locked
[29:56] up. It's um kind of the time of year
[29:59] where there's a lot of crime of
[30:00] opportunity because of the weather. Um
[30:02] and they are kind of out there um
[30:05] helping people who are having some car
[30:07] breakins around town. So they want um
[30:09] everyone to feel safe and lock up at 900
[30:11] pm. And our next committee meeting is
[30:16] August 11th at 3:45.
[30:19] >> All right. Thank you so much. Um,
[30:23] let's move on to Highway Parks and
[30:25] Community Programs.
[30:27] >> Thank you, Madam Supervisor. We met on
[30:30] July 9th. We start our meeting with Ray
[30:32] Smith, our highway superintendent.
[30:36] Discusses what he's working on right
[30:38] now. We're in our paving season. So, a
[30:41] lot of our crews are working on prepping
[30:42] of the roads, getting ready for paving.
[30:45] We finished ground one. We're into round
[30:48] two of our paving right now due to the
[30:51] escalating costs of the material. Um, we
[30:56] may not complete all the roads that we
[30:58] had on our list for this year. We won't
[31:01] know that at least for probably another
[31:03] few weeks, but we're doing the best that
[31:05] we can to get as far as we can with the
[31:07] funds that we have in the budget for
[31:10] paving for this year. So, what happens
[31:13] then is those streets or roads will get
[31:15] pushed into next year. And that's that's
[31:18] how we do it. We've done this happened
[31:20] before in the past. Doesn't happen too
[31:22] often, but it's it's getting to the
[31:23] point where the price material is really
[31:26] starting to cut into the amount of roads
[31:29] that we can do every every year. Um, he
[31:32] also reported that our hard our yard
[31:34] waste is still very heavy. We still have
[31:37] three trucks most weeks out there in the
[31:38] summer picking up yard waste. Um, I
[31:41] encourage people to not bag their grass.
[31:45] The best thing for your lawn is to not
[31:47] bag your grass. just mulch it and leave
[31:48] it on top of the lawn if you're going to
[31:50] cut it. Um, bagging your grass and
[31:52] putting away putting it in cans and bags
[31:55] for us to pick up is really not the best
[31:56] for your lawn and for the environment.
[31:58] So, my little public announcement about
[32:01] that. Um, building maintenance wise, we
[32:03] have a crew leader still here and one
[32:05] highway crew member and one parks member
[32:07] working on our facilities. The gentlemen
[32:09] have been doing an excellent job taking
[32:12] care of the things that need to be taken
[32:13] care of. So, want to thank them for
[32:15] their for all their hard work. Um, we
[32:18] have reszo tonight for uh equipment
[32:21] mechanic. That's a position that was
[32:24] open and is budgeted for. In our open
[32:27] discussion, we talked a little bit about
[32:29] storm cleanup from one of the storms.
[32:31] Four days of of storm cleanup. So when
[32:33] these storms come in, it it is a burden
[32:36] on on the highway in the parks
[32:37] department to do the cleanup, to take
[32:39] care of things. When trees, you know,
[32:42] come down, branches come down. We're out
[32:45] there doing the best that we can to to
[32:47] take care of those. Verizon is still
[32:50] working in the town. We've permitted
[32:52] some more streets for them to work on.
[32:54] Please check the website for information
[32:56] as where they're going to be. We're
[32:57] trying to get that information out as
[32:59] quickly as possible so that the
[33:00] residents know when they're going to be
[33:02] in their neighborhoods. Um, we discussed
[33:06] back truck. We share equipment. So, our
[33:08] water and sewer department right now,
[33:09] their vac truck is in the shop. So,
[33:12] they're using the highway department's
[33:14] back truck when they need it. So, people
[33:17] say, "Well, why do you need two of
[33:18] those?" Well, this is a perfect example
[33:19] of why you need two of these pieces of
[33:21] equipment because when one breaks down,
[33:24] the need doesn't go away. We still have
[33:25] another one for backup. So, that's working out very well. Um, we've
[33:30] got a reszo tonight for some surplus
[33:32] equipment. We're also working on the
[33:35] Avon Crest sign and a quote for that
[33:38] work. Um, we discussed disc golf and the
[33:41] disc golf course. We have not maintained
[33:44] that this year. We've actually closed it
[33:46] down. We have some residents that have
[33:48] come in and asked us about reopening it.
[33:50] So, we're seeing what kind of resources
[33:52] it's taking for us to
[33:55] maintain that and try to keep that open
[33:57] and we're still discussing that within
[33:59] our committee and with our department
[34:01] heads.
[34:04] Next in our meeting is community
[34:06] programs. Lori Pretty reports town pools
[34:09] going very well. There's memberships
[34:12] still available. There's also day
[34:13] passes. If you want to go to the town
[34:15] pool, you can get a day pass. um summer
[34:18] programs update, dance camp, math camp,
[34:21] tennis camp, lots of camps, everything's
[34:24] going very well. Um please check out the
[34:27] community programs. They have a lot
[34:29] going on. Also, our concerts Thursday
[34:32] night, so probably 20 minutes might
[34:34] start hearing some music. One of the
[34:36] best things in the town in the summer is
[34:38] our free concerts on Thursday night.
[34:40] Highly encourage people to come. It's
[34:42] great entertainment. And every once in a
[34:44] while there's free giveaways. two two
[34:47] weeks ago it was free ice cream from
[34:49] Stewart's and tonight it's pizza. So
[34:52] encourage people to come out for that.
[34:54] It's great great time.
[34:57] Okay, moving on. We've got some Eagle
[34:59] Scout Girl Scout projects going on in
[35:02] town. We try to encourage our young
[35:03] people. They come to us with projects
[35:05] that they like to do for their Eagle
[35:06] Scout and Girl Scout projects. got
[35:08] pickle ball court holders and we've got
[35:10] some of the girl scouts working down at
[35:12] the senior center planting uh flowers
[35:15] and weeding weeding just doing an
[35:18] excellent excellent job. Um next is our
[35:21] seniors program update. Linda O'Brien
[35:23] reports on that. Um just a lot of stuff
[35:26] going on for seniors at the senior
[35:28] center. So please check the website,
[35:30] check their calendar. Um they've got
[35:33] welcoming programs. They have water
[35:35] aerobics. I think that program actually
[35:37] got very it was full. They had a waiting
[35:39] list and since the rains come, it's
[35:42] gotten a little hard. They had to cancel
[35:43] a few times, but they're going to try to
[35:45] see if possibly they can get that
[35:46] extended if we can have some lifeguards
[35:49] maybe stay on for a week or two after
[35:52] normally they would be leaving. Um, and
[35:56] one other thing that we've been going on
[35:58] in highway and um is that our
[36:01] superintendent uh is going to be
[36:03] retiring.
[36:05] So, that's some big shoes to fill, but
[36:09] we've got a hiring committee together
[36:11] and we've been conducting interviews
[36:13] both inhouse and from people that have
[36:16] applied from from outside. So, we're
[36:20] working on that, but um it's uh it's
[36:23] going to be some big shoes to fill. Ray
[36:25] Smith has been here with the town a long
[36:27] time, done an exceptional job. Um,
[36:30] basically working his way up through the
[36:32] entire department to then lead the
[36:35] highway department. And um, but we're
[36:39] interviewing people and we're going to
[36:40] get our we're going to get through it
[36:42] because that's what we do. Our next
[36:45] meeting is August 6th at 8 a.m.
[36:49] >> Thank you. We'll move on to water,
[36:51] sewer, engineering, and environmental.
[36:55] Thank you, Madam Supervisor. The Water,
[36:57] Sewer, Engineering, and Environment
[37:00] Committee met on Tuesday, July 7th at
[37:03] 8:30 a.m. Meetings are always on the
[37:06] first Tuesday of every month at 8:30
[37:09] a.m. And the public are welcome to
[37:12] attend. Our next meeting will be on
[37:15] Tuesday, August 4th at 8:30 a.m. right
[37:18] here in this room. I will begin with
[37:20] some updates from our water portfolio.
[37:23] This includes the pump station at Lock 7
[37:25] Road and the water manes infrastructure.
[37:29] We had just two water main breaks in
[37:32] June, our smallest number for a while.
[37:37] However, our aging infrastructure over
[37:39] the northeastern United States is a
[37:41] cause for concern everywhere and
[37:44] including in Niskyuna. And um under the
[37:47] supervisor's leadership, we have plans
[37:49] to replace a percentage of aging
[37:51] infrastructure every year.
[37:54] Our vacuum trick, our vacuum truck, as
[37:57] uh council member McPartland mentioned,
[37:59] is in need of emergency repairs and a
[38:02] resolution to author to authorize
[38:04] repairs is on the docket today.
[38:07] I wish to remind everyone that the
[38:09] readiness to serve model, RTS model for
[38:12] calculating water and sewer bills came
[38:14] into effect on July 1st. Residents are
[38:17] reminded that there is no minimum usage
[38:20] charge and that the readiness to serve
[38:22] charge, which is typically lower than
[38:24] the minimum usage charge based on water
[38:26] meter sizes with an overwhelming
[38:28] majority of Niskuna households using a
[38:32] 5/8 in meter.
[38:35] There's also no more any distinction
[38:36] between residential rates and nonprofit
[38:39] rates. I wish to inform residents that
[38:41] the town is looking for volunteers to
[38:44] have their lateral service lines tested
[38:46] and also their water tested. We need to
[38:48] do a certain number of these tests for
[38:51] us to be in compliance with EPA's lead
[38:53] and copper rule. There is no cost to
[38:56] residents, but if you're interested, you
[38:58] can contact the water department or you
[39:00] can email me directly through the form
[39:02] in the town's website.
[39:05] Finally, some updates from our
[39:07] wastewater treatment plant. There is
[39:09] still a long way to go. Our wastewater
[39:11] treatment plant has certain unique
[39:13] features. In addition to treating water
[39:15] from our sanitary sewer system, we also
[39:17] generate revenue by digesting waste from
[39:20] other sources. And there are some issues
[39:22] here. For example, the bio gas generator
[39:24] has not been working for a while now.
[39:27] But we celebrate that the wastewater
[39:30] treatment plant in its primary function
[39:33] that is treating the town's wastewater
[39:35] is in much better shape. My sincere
[39:39] thanks to our hardworking wastewater
[39:41] treatment plant personnel and also
[39:44] sincere thanks to our consultants from
[39:46] Barton and Lejudis. They have really
[39:48] helped us in this matter. And some
[39:50] specifics to celebrate include the
[39:54] digtor boiler is running on bio gas.
[39:58] >> This results in savings for the town. A
[40:02] critical link has been found for the
[40:04] primary clarifier
[40:07] and we also have a very robust parts
[40:10] acquisition system now where we keep
[40:13] like backup parts for our main
[40:16] infrastructure.
[40:18] And the sludge dryer has also been
[40:20] working reasonably well. I mean these
[40:23] are you know not super exciting pieces
[40:27] of equipment but they are extremely
[40:30] important pieces of equipment and it is
[40:33] very very nice to see the wastewater
[40:37] treatment plant make these improvements
[40:39] and I'm again thankful for everyone
[40:42] involved. Thank you.
[40:44] >> Thank you.
[40:46] And last but not least, our Ed Plue
[40:48] committee.
[40:49] >> Ed PL. Uh we had a we had a pretty
[40:52] lengthy discussion at our uh meeting on
[40:54] July 10th. Um we talked a little bit
[40:57] about the resolution, the ceremonials
[40:59] that you you heard tonight. Um I just I
[41:02] love the idea that someone had the
[41:04] forethought to protect part of their
[41:06] property and make it um forever green
[41:09] space for other people to enjoy. Um, we
[41:13] also spent a good deal of time talking
[41:15] about the planned unit development um on
[41:18] Aqueduct Road. Uh, we continue to
[41:20] discuss some of the environmental
[41:22] impacts of that, its proximity to the
[41:24] Erie Canalway National Heritage
[41:26] Corridor. Um, there are concerns about
[41:29] the wastewater so that not the
[41:31] wastewater, the runoff, sorry. Um, and
[41:33] that will continue to be a discussion
[41:36] um, I think in our uh, in our committee.
[41:40] Um, we were able to appoint an alternate
[41:43] member to the zoning board and happily a
[41:45] student representative to the
[41:46] conservation advisory committee. Uh, and
[41:49] we will be accepting the multi-use path
[41:52] easement from River's Ledge of Nuna.
[41:54] This kind of moves River's Ledge um
[41:57] along with the opening of their Sally's
[41:59] Diner, which is coming soon, a 50s
[42:01] themed diner which is open to the
[42:03] public.
[42:04] um will really kind of close the book
[42:07] for them and they'll be coming to us
[42:08] soon to fully complete uh their PUD. So
[42:12] that will um allow public use. It
[42:14] connects to the bike path and it really
[42:16] gives the public um public access close
[42:19] to the river. We spent a good deal of
[42:22] time talking about um noise ordinances
[42:25] uh the quiet Niskyuna initiative
[42:27] specifically, but that really led to
[42:29] some discussion about updating our code
[42:32] uh in reference to several different
[42:34] areas of noise reduction. It was a good
[42:36] exercise, I think, and making sure that
[42:38] we're updating things as we go. Um we
[42:41] were thrilled with the turnout uh for
[42:43] the DOT meeting. It was held here June
[42:45] 24th. God, that seems like forever ago.
[42:49] Um, but people are very pleased that the
[42:52] additional uh signal uh at Belleview
[42:55] Hospital is going to be added to that
[42:57] project. And as a reminder, that will
[42:59] begin in uh the spring of 2027.
[43:03] Uh we talked because it was a pretty hot
[43:05] topic that Friday about the Grand
[43:08] Boulevard paving and um I will say there
[43:10] was swift response from the county. That
[43:12] situation was remedied quickly. If
[43:15] you've been back down since then, um the
[43:17] red is gone. Uh and the weather this
[43:21] week postponed it, but the completion of
[43:23] the not street sidewalk uh is set to
[43:26] begin next uh next week. Um so let's see
[43:31] to remind
[43:34] people that there is that option of
[43:35] planning ahead if you have green space.
[43:37] And we've also looked at grant
[43:39] opportunities for us to purchase land as
[43:41] we do build out NSKuna. um if there are
[43:44] opportunities for us to preserve green
[43:46] space, please reach out if that's
[43:47] something of interest to you. And also
[43:50] both Rivers Ledge and Lisha Kill in in
[43:52] putting together the the Taylor
[43:54] resolution, we learned um that the
[43:56] Nature Conservancy is doing trail
[43:58] upgrades right now and those um should
[44:01] be completed. Just remind people if you
[44:03] don't know about those two places,
[44:04] they're spectacular and you should get
[44:06] outside while the weather is nice.
[44:09] um inform uh is that we are in need of
[44:13] members of the architectural review
[44:15] board. You do not need to be an
[44:17] architect to be a member of that. It
[44:19] only meets once a month. Um if you have
[44:21] background in construction, if you have
[44:23] background in development, um we'd love
[44:26] to talk to you to see about joining that
[44:28] board. Um, also always want to remind
[44:30] people if you're making purchases this
[44:32] summer and you're able to make them in
[44:33] Skenctity County, your sales tax goes to
[44:36] Metroplex and that in terms part of that
[44:39] comes back to help us in Niskuna. And we
[44:42] have much to celebrate. Um, I'll
[44:44] continue to celebrate the addition of
[44:46] the light, the signal at Route 7 at
[44:48] Belleview Hospital. Um, we celebrated
[44:51] with Niski Co-op their addition to the
[44:54] New York State um, Registry of
[44:55] Historical Businesses, over 80 years in
[44:58] business. We shouldn't take that for
[44:59] granted. We also celebrated the
[45:01] development at GE Verova, a huge
[45:04] project. Um, I think you said it best,
[45:06] Erin. Some of the most important
[45:07] research in the world is happening off
[45:09] Balltown Road. It was a very exciting
[45:11] opportunity. Um, we continue from an
[45:15] economic development standpoint to add
[45:17] tenants at both Mohawk Commons and the
[45:19] Market 32 Plaza, which is always a plus.
[45:22] And, um, I would be remiss if I did not
[45:24] end by celebrating the fact that Graham
[45:27] Boulevard was quickly remedied. Um, it's
[45:30] always fun to see what stories go viral,
[45:32] even in a slow news weekend. Our next
[45:35] meeting is Friday, August 7th at 9:00
[45:38] a.m. Thank you. Thank you. That really
[45:40] was an absurd amount of coverage.
[45:42] So glad I was in Maryland at the time.
[45:45] Um, okay, some quick things. Um, I have
[45:48] budget packets going out to our
[45:51] department heads tomorrow. Um, so that
[45:53] is going to be a kind of substep in
[45:56] between our own preparation getting the
[45:59] ask asks from the department heads. Um
[46:02] at our next finance and general
[46:04] government meeting on the 11th uh we'll
[46:08] be talking through some dates for public
[46:10] workshops for the budget. Um this year
[46:13] I'd also like to offer a few more
[46:15] informal whoever can make it from the
[46:17] board but you know a chance for people
[46:19] to come in and sort of have informal
[46:20] discussion about any items that they see
[46:22] they have questions about they want more
[46:23] information about that not necessarily
[46:25] in a full board meeting. Uh so we'll be
[46:27] setting some of those up. our 2024
[46:30] financial statements were finally
[46:32] issued. Uh we ended up changing a few
[46:35] things about the way that we account for
[46:37] some of our long-term liabilities. We
[46:39] cleaned up a few things that our new
[46:41] auditors wanted us to do differently.
[46:43] Those are out on the website in the
[46:45] comproller section. Um and you know,
[46:47] feel free to reach out to Janet, the
[46:49] comproller, or I with questions. We're
[46:51] working on 2025 now. that will be in
[46:54] full swing once the state uh controllers
[46:58] audit is completed which I think should
[46:59] be sometime soon. Um we should get an
[47:02] update that on that um on that soon. I
[47:05] hope we'll have one for the next
[47:06] meeting. Um
[47:08] uh at the same time as we're doing
[47:10] budget and the the controllers office
[47:12] has helped us with this. We're going to
[47:13] be cleaning up and adding a whole lot of
[47:15] policies that are either outdated or
[47:18] things that have sort of come up over
[47:19] the last few years. And you know, we
[47:21] didn't necessarily have a reason to
[47:22] create the policy, but sometimes you
[47:24] don't want to wait until you have a
[47:26] reason to create a policy. You kind of
[47:27] want to have one in place. Uh so we did
[47:29] a pretty thorough review of what we have
[47:31] in place and what we want to propose. So
[47:34] um at the next meeting, we'll have some
[47:36] drafts floating around uh so that we
[47:38] could take a look and and try to get
[47:39] some things um cleaned up housekeeping
[47:42] wise. Um, I had a chance to go to an
[47:45] event at Mohawk Golf Club. Uh, it was
[47:48] actually an event for a statewide
[47:51] organization and I learned so much about
[47:54] Mohawk Golf Course and what they do as
[47:57] far as sustainability
[47:59] um, efforts on their property. They're
[48:02] really so much further ahead than so
[48:05] many other organizations. I was really
[48:07] astonished. I remembered maybe 10 years
[48:09] ago listening to a podcast on
[48:11] freconomics about how golf courses are
[48:13] actually the worst thing ever uh because
[48:15] they take up all kinds of green space
[48:17] and fertilizer and water and it could
[48:20] not be further from the truth now. The
[48:22] technology has changed so and it's it's
[48:25] astounding what they're doing. I went
[48:27] with council member Bolofski and we
[48:29] walked around there like what could we
[48:31] steal from this and you know proposed to
[48:33] our parks department on how we could use
[48:36] less water, use no fertilizer, have
[48:38] buffer zones so that none of the storm
[48:40] water management that's happening on the
[48:41] golf course is is impacted uh by any by
[48:44] runoff or at least minimally impacted.
[48:47] The technology that they're using is
[48:49] really incredible. So um I I was I don't
[48:53] know made me just feel great that they
[48:54] chose Mohawk here. this was a statewide
[48:57] event and they chose Mohawk as a as a
[48:59] place to highlight what was going on
[49:01] there. So, some really cool things
[49:02] happening there and I I can't wait for
[49:04] them uh to to tell us more. They're
[49:06] going to create some um presentation
[49:08] materials that we can share with
[49:09] everyone. So, that's pretty fantastic.
[49:12] Um also had a chance to meet with the
[49:14] parks advisory group briefly. Um they're
[49:17] working on a lot of great projects. Um
[49:20] and the goal is to try to get a parks
[49:22] master plan updated for next year. So,
[49:24] they're cleaning up a few things and
[49:26] trying to get us some information to the
[49:28] board that we can kind of take a look
[49:30] at. Should have some more information
[49:32] for the finance meeting. And aside from
[49:35] that, um, you know, I just, uh, I had a
[49:39] brief meeting, we breakfast meeting with
[49:42] the, uh, town supervisor in Bethlehem,
[49:45] and he made me feel really good about
[49:49] how much we get done with the number of
[49:52] humans we have here at the town of
[49:53] Nisuna. um they've got about 10,000 more
[49:57] residents, a lot more geographic area,
[49:59] but they have probably a third more
[50:02] humans working in their departments than
[50:04] we do. Um and when I was describing to
[50:08] him kind of the outline of our
[50:09] departments and who we have here and who
[50:11] does this and who does that, uh he was
[50:14] very impressed with how much we're able
[50:15] to get done with relatively few people.
[50:18] So that made me feel really good about
[50:19] things and he was a pleasure to have
[50:20] coffee with if anybody else would like
[50:22] to be connected. Um, okay. So, with
[50:24] that, I'm going to
[50:27] open up the public hearing for the
[50:29] repair reserve fund use for sewer
[50:32] district 6, which is essentially our
[50:34] wastewater treatment plant. Uh, since
[50:37] Leslie's the only one here from the
[50:38] public, did you want to say anything
[50:40] about Oh, come on.
[50:46] I think it's on. less legal in this
[50:48] unit. Uh this is an appropriate use of
[50:52] the reserve fund
[50:54] and I support it and more importantly I
[50:59] I've been witnessing a renewed focus on
[51:01] maintaining the town's infrastructure
[51:04] and that's very important to me. I know
[51:05] it's not a topic a lot of people like to
[51:07] discuss. I know people don't like to
[51:10] hear the cost of doing so,
[51:13] but it's much better to plan ahead and
[51:16] maintain that infrastructure than wait
[51:18] till things start breaking and then have
[51:20] to call people in the middle of the
[51:22] night or on a major holiday and pay
[51:23] overtime and then worry about getting
[51:26] the supplies needed on a timely basis
[51:28] because gee, most of the suppliers are
[51:31] closed and you have to pay a premium to
[51:33] get them to open up and serve you and
[51:34] all and people are more disrupted.
[51:38] when it happens that way. So, I'm very
[51:40] encouraged with the focus being renewed.
[51:44] Thank you.
[51:45] >> Thank you, Leslie. I really appreciate
[51:47] that.
[51:48] >> Um, any other comments? All right. With
[51:52] that, I'm going to close the public
[51:54] hearing and move on to privilege of the
[51:55] floor. Leslie, do you have anything
[51:57] outside of sewer six for privilege of
[51:59] the floor?
[52:00] >> No. Good to go. Anybody else?
[52:03] >> Yep. Anyone? Yeah. Ray, you want to come
[52:06] up sing a song? No. Okay. Um, all right.
[52:09] Then we'll move on to resolutions. We'll
[52:11] go to 2026 182 sponsored by Supervisor
[52:14] Cassidy Dorian. A resolution to certify
[52:17] the adjusted base proportions to be used
[52:20] as a class tax shares for municipal and
[52:24] school district levies.
[52:26] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[52:27] >> Second.
[52:28] >> Any discussion on this?
[52:31] >> Thanks for all your hard work, Eric.
[52:33] You're in the back of the room. Eric's
[52:34] like, "Please don't call me up here."
[52:36] Um, this and the next one are It's
[52:40] actually really interesting concept. So,
[52:42] we and I think we should definitely sit
[52:44] down and like pick through it, but Eric
[52:46] does a great job in explaining it and
[52:47] then runs [laughter] away. Don't ask me
[52:49] any questions. Um, okay. Any
[52:52] conversation? Will the clerk please call
[52:55] the role? Did I get a second?
[52:56] >> No. Oh, yes, you did. Okay. Bill,
[52:59] >> council member Ramos Burmanian.
[53:01] >> Yes. Council member Blowoffski.
[53:04] >> Yes.
[53:04] >> Council member McPartland. Hi.
[53:06] >> Council member Brennan. Yes.
[53:07] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian. Yes. Bye. I
[53:09] >> resolution passes 2026 183. Sponsored by
[53:12] Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[53:17] » A resolution to certify the current base
[53:19] proportions to be used as class tax
[53:22] share for municipal school
[53:25] municipalities and school district
[53:27] levies.
[53:28] >> Thank you. Do I have a second? Uh, so
[53:30] just adjusted is the only word that's
[53:32] different, just so you know. [laughter]
[53:34] Looks exactly the same. Uh, will the
[53:37] clerk please call the role. Council
[53:38] member Ram Sumpermanmanian,
[53:40] >> yes.
[53:41] >> Council member Bolovski,
[53:42] >> yes.
[53:43] >> Council member McPartland, hi.
[53:44] >> Council member
[53:47] Brennan,
[53:48] >> yes.
[53:48] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[53:49] >> yes.
[53:50] >> Resolution passes. 2026 184, sponsored
[53:54] by Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[53:57] a resolution regarding certain budgetary
[54:00] modifications and inter transfer funds.
[54:03] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[54:04] >> Second.
[54:05] >> Uh the only thing I'll say about this is
[54:06] that there's two different attachments
[54:08] because this first one is the capital
[54:11] project line cleanup that we talked
[54:13] about where we kind of had monies left
[54:14] over old short-term funding that have
[54:17] been paid off and we kind of let them
[54:19] sit there because we didn't know what to
[54:21] do with them. And so we're cleaning all
[54:22] of these up. um which is actually
[54:24] helping us with some budget gaps this
[54:26] year. Even just a few thousand here and
[54:28] there is really helpful. So um I had uh
[54:30] Frank put these in two different ones so
[54:32] you could sort of see you know it was
[54:34] clear which was which. Any questions,
[54:36] discussion?
[54:38] Will the clerk please call the role?
[54:40] >> Council member Ram Sub Romanian.
[54:42] >> Yes.
[54:42] >> Council member Bowski.
[54:44] >> Yes.
[54:44] >> Council member McPartland. Hi.
[54:46] >> Council member Brennan. Yes.
[54:47] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[54:48] >> Yes. Five eyes.
[54:49] >> Resolution passes. Uh 2026 185 sponsored
[54:53] by Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[54:56] >> A resolution permanently appointing a
[54:58] park supervisor.
[55:00] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[55:01] >> Second.
[55:01] >> Uh this one is under my sponsorship
[55:04] because it's just uh a permanent
[55:06] appointment which basically means he's
[55:07] been in his position through his
[55:09] probationary period and so it
[55:11] permanently puts him in the in for civil
[55:13] service. Um any other questions or
[55:16] discussion? A quick question. In the
[55:20] last paragraph, uh the paragraph before
[55:22] the last paragraph that begins with
[55:23] resolved,
[55:26] I got a little confused because it
[55:28] mentions uh both probationary and
[55:32] nonprobationary in the same line. So is this is this a probationary
[55:38] appointment or a nonpro?
[55:42] >> Well, it would have been him completing
[55:43] the probationary appointment, right?
[55:45] >> Okay. Oh, okay. Sorry,
[55:46] >> no got a little confused. So in the be
[55:49] in the beginning it said permanently
[55:51] appointed. Correct. The third line it
[55:52] says probationary at the at the working
[55:55] crew letter leader grade step 16b.
[55:59] >> Yeah. Okay. Let's see
[56:09] » nonre which so wait I up there.
[56:12] >> Oh okay. probationary
[56:15] residence.
[56:17] >> I think
[56:18] >> yeah, I'm not sure
[56:19] >> it should be why is it should be taken
[56:21] out? I don't know what happened because
[56:22] I know I took it out when I reviewed.
[56:24] >> Okay, so it would be full-time park
[56:26] supervisor
[56:28] >> probationary removed
[56:31] >> at the working crew leader grade. Yes.
[56:33] >> Do we need a motion for that or was that
[56:36] >> um motion to amend or do we do a as
[56:38] amended?
[56:40] >> Well, you can't do it as amended until
[56:41] you do a motion to amend.
[56:42] >> Okay. I make a motion to amend that we
[56:44] strike the word probationary in
[56:46] resolution number 2026 185
[56:50] paragraph three.
[56:53] >> I second.
[56:55] >> I will second it.
[56:56] >> I Any opposed to removing probationary?
[57:01] All right. So now I will be making a
[57:05] motion to approve as amended.
[57:07] >> I'll second that.
[57:10] >> Any further discussion? All in favor?
[57:13] >> I
[57:14] >> Okay,
[57:14] >> you got to call the roll though
[57:15] >> and then call the roll.
[57:21] » Ready.
[57:22] >> Okay. Council member Ramos Romanian.
[57:25] >> Yes.
[57:26] >> Council member Bolovski.
[57:27] >> Yes.
[57:28] >> Council member McPartland. Council
[57:30] member Brennan.
[57:30] >> Yes.
[57:31] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[57:32] >> Yes.
[57:34] >> Resolution passes. 2026 186. Sponsored
[57:37] by Supervisor Cassidy Dorian. A
[57:40] resolution authorizing the supervisor to
[57:42] enter into an agreement with an energy
[57:44] supplier.
[57:45] >> Thank you. Do I have a second? Second.
[57:47] >> Uh any discussion on this? This one is
[57:49] not for the electricity. It's only for
[57:51] the natural gas which is the much
[57:53] smaller. What was interesting was that
[57:55] when we went back for the 24 months, it
[57:56] actually dropped in price.
[57:59] So
[58:00] >> I'll take it.
[58:01] >> Um yeah.
[58:04] Any additional discussion on this? And
[58:06] this is related to the presentation we
[58:08] had last month, right?
[58:12] >> Yes.
[58:19] » I mean, look.
[58:22] >> This one,
[58:29] » one thing I noticed was that the titles
[58:31] weren't showing up as amended on the um
[58:34] agenda.
[58:38] Excuse me for one moment. I was looking
[58:40] something up here.
[58:45] Moving on
[58:52] that. Okay. So, this happened in a
[58:54] couple of them where these were how they
[58:56] were originally put in in the agenda.
[58:59] So, they're correct on here. So, I'm
[59:01] wondering if we have her go click
[59:03] through to the resolutions and read them
[59:05] off of here instead of here
[59:09] >> and then update them for the minutes.
[59:12] >> I do that.
[59:17] » Which one are we on? Which one did we
[59:19] just vote on?
[59:19] >> This is
[59:21] uh
[59:23] >> 188
[59:25] >> 186, excuse me.
[59:30] So on these,
[59:34] if I flip through the the title is
[59:36] correct on the resolution itself. It's
[59:38] not correct on the agenda.
[59:41] >> So
[59:43] which for you just means waiting until I
[59:46] update that, but it'll probably be
[59:48] easier to flip through this one.
[59:51] >> Okay.
[59:57] Oh, actually give me right two pages
[59:59] though.
[1:00:01] >> Is mine at least have the numbers.
[1:00:07] » Thank you.
[1:00:10] » Okay, forgive me. I take full
[1:00:12] responsibility for this because I'm
[1:00:14] working on new software to try to
[1:00:16] automate some of this. and the titles
[1:00:18] that were updated in the actual physical
[1:00:20] resolutions are correct, but on the
[1:00:21] agenda, the linked um title is not
[1:00:25] wasn't wasn't updated with the title.
[1:00:27] So, the ones that are on the resolution
[1:00:28] up there are correct.
[1:00:31] >> Okay.
[1:00:32] So, I'm going to call the vote
[1:00:35] >> for 186.
[1:00:37] >> Vote for 186.
[1:00:39] >> Council member Robinsonian.
[1:00:42] >> Yes.
[1:00:42] >> Council member Belowski.
[1:00:44] >> Yes.
[1:00:44] >> Council member McPartland. Hi. Council
[1:00:46] member Brennan,
[1:00:46] >> yes.
[1:00:47] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[1:00:48] >> yes.
[1:00:49] >> Five eyes.
[1:00:50] >> Resolution passes.
[1:00:52] 2026 187 sponsored by Council Member
[1:00:55] Rama Subramanian.
[1:00:57] >> A resolution authoriz authorizing the
[1:01:00] repair of a vac truck.
[1:01:02] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:01:04] >> Second.
[1:01:05] >> Uh, any discussion on this? This one has
[1:01:07] a sole source just because they're the
[1:01:09] only people who can fix it and we need
[1:01:12] it fixed. [laughter]
[1:01:13] Uh, will the clerk please call the role?
[1:01:15] >> Council member Brahma Romanian,
[1:01:18] >> yes.
[1:01:19] >> Council member Bowski,
[1:01:21] >> yes.
[1:01:22] >> Council member McPartland, Council
[1:01:24] Member Brennan,
[1:01:25] >> yes.
[1:01:25] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[1:01:27] >> yes.
[1:01:27] >> Five eyes.
[1:01:28] >> Resolution passes. 2026 188. Sponsored
[1:01:31] by council member Rama Subermanian.
[1:01:34] >> A resolution amending resolution 202668.
[1:01:39] » Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:01:41] >> Second. Any discussion on this? This was
[1:01:43] the high liift pump control valve that
[1:01:45] had the wrong specs that had to be
[1:01:46] updated.
[1:01:49] >> Okay. Will the clerk please call the
[1:01:51] role?
[1:01:51] >> Council member Ramos Romanian.
[1:01:53] >> Yes.
[1:01:54] >> Council member Bowski.
[1:01:55] >> Yes.
[1:01:56] >> Council member McPartland. Council
[1:01:57] member Brennan.
[1:01:58] >> Yes.
[1:01:58] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[1:02:00] >> Yes.
[1:02:00] >> Five eyes.
[1:02:01] >> Resolution passes on to 2026 189
[1:02:04] sponsored by Council Member Bolski.
[1:02:07] Okay.
[1:02:12] This one's correct on the agenda. So if
[1:02:14] that's helpful at all,
[1:02:15] >> a resolution appointing a student
[1:02:18] representative to the conservation
[1:02:20] advisory council.
[1:02:21] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:02:22] >> Second.
[1:02:23] >> Any discussion on this?
[1:02:25] >> Just that I think the student who I've
[1:02:27] known since he was young uh when we did
[1:02:29] garden club together at Craig's school
[1:02:32] >> uh is very well-versed in all things
[1:02:35] environmental and will be a tremendous
[1:02:37] asset to the group.
[1:02:39] Fantastic.
[1:02:41] Uh, will the clerk please call the role?
[1:02:43] Council member Robinson Bermanian.
[1:02:46] >> The student
[1:02:48] representative is my son and I abstain
[1:02:52] from this vote.
[1:02:53] >> Thank you.
[1:02:55] >> Council member Bowski,
[1:02:56] >> yes.
[1:02:56] >> Council member McPartland. Hi.
[1:02:58] >> Council member Brennan.
[1:02:59] >> Yes.
[1:03:00] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[1:03:01] >> Yes. Four eyes.
[1:03:02] >> Resolution passes. 2026
[1:03:05] 190 sponsored by Council Member Bowski.
[1:03:10] a resolution authorizing the supervisor
[1:03:12] to execute a contract with Labella. This
[1:03:16] is um I think you skipped to 191.
[1:03:21] >> This one's the multi-use path.
[1:03:24] >> Okay. So, that wasn't in the packet.
[1:03:26] >> That one. The rest of them might be the
[1:03:28] same as they are on there. There was
[1:03:30] only like a couple where we like shaved
[1:03:31] off the ends of the titles.
[1:03:33] >> All right.
[1:03:34] A resolution accepting a multi-use pass
[1:03:37] path easement from Rivers Ledge of
[1:03:40] Niscuna LLC.
[1:03:42] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:03:45] >> Uh any discussion on this?
[1:03:46] >> Just to say that this gives us access.
[1:03:50] This ensures public access to the river
[1:03:53] front. Um that this is a private entity,
[1:03:56] the the river's ledge community. Um but
[1:03:59] in accepting the easement uh it ensures
[1:04:02] that the bike path that was constructed
[1:04:04] that goes through it uh allows the
[1:04:06] public access um in perpetuity.
[1:04:10] >> Great. Any additional discussion?
[1:04:13] Will the clerk please call the role?
[1:04:15] >> Council member Ramos submanian.
[1:04:16] >> Yes.
[1:04:17] >> Council member Bowski. Yes.
[1:04:18] >> Council member McPartland. Hi.
[1:04:20] >> Council member Brennan.
[1:04:21] >> Yes.
[1:04:21] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian.
[1:04:23] >> Yes.
[1:04:23] >> Five eyes. Resolution passes on to 2026
[1:04:28] 191 sponsored by council member Boloski.
[1:04:31] A resolution authorizing the super to
[1:04:34] supervisor to execute a contract with
[1:04:36] Labella Associates DPC
[1:04:40] for engineering services for the
[1:04:42] pedestrian safety signage project.
[1:04:45] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:04:46] >> Second.
[1:04:47] >> Any discussion on this? We had to do
[1:04:49] this one pretty quickly. We did, I
[1:04:51] think, get at least two people that
[1:04:53] submitted. Um, but we've got a pretty
[1:04:55] sharp turnaround. So, we're happy that
[1:04:58] they label was able to get us some
[1:04:59] pricing quickly.
[1:05:00] >> So, this is to focus on school zone
[1:05:02] crossings.
[1:05:03] >> This one is we had to get engineering
[1:05:06] for the grant money that we got from the
[1:05:08] state to put your speed signs on seven
[1:05:12] and the ones that are over by the
[1:05:14] school. So, this engineering will cover
[1:05:16] both of those,
[1:05:18] >> but we had to, especially since it's
[1:05:20] going on Route 7, they want to make sure
[1:05:22] that a traffic engineer is like looking
[1:05:23] at placement and all of that stuff. So,
[1:05:27] >> it'll be a great enhancement.
[1:05:28] >> Yeah, we're using grant money for that.
[1:05:30] >> Yes.
[1:05:31] >> Right.
[1:05:33] >> Any additional disc is the high school
[1:05:36] area?
[1:05:37] >> No. So, this this is the the project
[1:05:40] that we talked about with the county
[1:05:43] when we were discussing the Graham
[1:05:45] Boulevard project and then the work at
[1:05:47] the high school. This actually dates
[1:05:49] back more than a year, I think, the last
[1:05:52] time we had the conversation. Um, and
[1:05:54] then we had finally landed upon using I
[1:05:57] think it was was it flashing stop
[1:05:58] lights. We wanted to do something
[1:06:00] different. It was what?
[1:06:02] >> Replace the crossing guard.
[1:06:03] >> Right. Oh, right. because we knew she actually stayed longer than we
[1:06:07] thought she was going to. But um yeah,
[1:06:09] so that way we can have something to
[1:06:11] kind of [clears throat] slow people down
[1:06:12] over there in the absence of the giant
[1:06:15] hand.
[1:06:19] » I know.
[1:06:21] >> I did.
[1:06:22] >> Me, too. [laughter]
[1:06:24] >> Just in my short travels to and from,
[1:06:27] you'd be amazed at how many people like
[1:06:29] even with her out in the middle of the
[1:06:30] road just go right through with
[1:06:32] crossing. I think we're going to try to
[1:06:34] have a talk with the school district to
[1:06:36] see if we can't get what maybe one of
[1:06:38] the new security guards to just go out
[1:06:40] in the morning as a human out there kind
[1:06:42] of just the presence I feel like might
[1:06:45] help to slow things down. So trying to
[1:06:47] work something else out. I hate to say
[1:06:49] we took her for granted but she worked
[1:06:52] for pennies for a long time and we were
[1:06:54] lucky to have her.
[1:06:55] >> She really liked it.
[1:06:57] >> Yeah,
[1:06:58] >> she was good at it. Goodness, there's a
[1:07:01] lot of people that wouldn't do what she
[1:07:03] did. I mean, she
[1:07:05] >> Yep.
[1:07:05] >> She's really good.
[1:07:07] >> Remarkable crossing.
[1:07:08] >> And it is important because that school
[1:07:10] is about to move to a younger cohort of
[1:07:12] fifth and sixth graders, so you're
[1:07:14] dealing with even smaller people. Um,
[1:07:17] making that cross.
[1:07:20] >> The music is cracking me [laughter] up.
[1:07:23] Um, okay. Uh, any additional discussion?
[1:07:27] >> Will the clerk please call the role?
[1:07:28] Council member Robin Sombramanian,
[1:07:30] >> yes.
[1:07:30] >> Council member Bowski,
[1:07:31] >> yes.
[1:07:32] >> Council member McPartland, Council
[1:07:34] Member Brennan,
[1:07:34] >> yes.
[1:07:35] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[1:07:36] >> yes.
[1:07:36] >> Five eyes.
[1:07:37] >> The resolution passes and we're going to
[1:07:39] skip 92 and 93 because we did those
[1:07:41] earlier with our um police officers
[1:07:44] swearing in. We'll do 2026 194 sponsored
[1:07:48] by Council Member McPartland.
[1:07:52] >> A resolution to appoint Joseph E.
[1:07:55] Williams as a general equipment mechanic
[1:07:57] in the highway highway and parks.
[1:08:00] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:08:02] >> Second.
[1:08:03] >> Uh any discussion on this?
[1:08:06] >> The the title on the agenda as well.
[1:08:08] It's just in the highway department.
[1:08:10] It's not the parks department. It should
[1:08:11] be accurate on the resolution.
[1:08:13] >> It is accurate on the resolution.
[1:08:15] >> Okay.
[1:08:16] >> And so in the highway department.
[1:08:19] >> These are all out of order.
[1:08:22] Did Did we grab a second?
[1:08:24] >> No, we're not. Here we go.
[1:08:27] >> This is correct.
[1:08:28] >> I second that.
[1:08:32] » So, yes, we have a second.
[1:08:33] >> Okay. Uh Joe is an existing employee. Uh
[1:08:36] he is moving into a new role.
[1:08:40] >> Will the clerk please call the role?
[1:08:42] >> Council member Ramos Sub Romanian.
[1:08:44] >> Yes.
[1:08:44] >> Council member Blowski.
[1:08:46] >> Yes.
[1:08:46] >> Council member McPartland. Hi.
[1:08:47] >> Council member Brennan. Yes.
[1:08:49] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian. Yes.
[1:08:51] >> Five eyes.
[1:08:52] >> Resolution passes. On to 2026 195
[1:08:55] sponsored by Council Member McPartland.
[1:09:00] » A resolution declaring certain
[1:09:02] properties as surplus.
[1:09:04] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:09:06] >> Second. Any discussion on this?
[1:09:10] Ray's been doing really well getting
[1:09:12] some awesome money for our old weird
[1:09:15] stuff. So, thank you.
[1:09:17] >> All right. Will the clerk please call
[1:09:19] the role? Council member Rama
[1:09:20] Sombramanian,
[1:09:22] >> yes.
[1:09:22] >> Council member Bowski,
[1:09:24] >> yes.
[1:09:24] >> Council member McPartland,
[1:09:25] >> hi.
[1:09:26] >> Council member Brennan,
[1:09:27] >> yes.
[1:09:27] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[1:09:29] >> yes.
[1:09:29] >> Five eyes.
[1:09:30] >> Resolution passes. Uh, and last but not
[1:09:33] least, 2026 196 sponsored by Council
[1:09:35] Member McPartland.
[1:09:36] >> A resolution to amend
[1:09:39] 2026 154 hiring pool staff in the town's
[1:09:43] office of community programs.
[1:09:45] >> Thank you. Do I have a second?
[1:09:47] >> Second. Uh this was a couple of pool
[1:09:51] managers that had been put in at
[1:09:53] lifeguard rates and uh they had to be
[1:09:56] updated. It was a an oversight on the
[1:09:58] list that was sent over.
[1:10:00] >> Right. One person was stricken and then
[1:10:02] some just adjusting the pay rates.
[1:10:04] >> Yeah.
[1:10:05] >> So make sure nobody has any
[1:10:06] >> I know. Does anybody have I don't know.
[1:10:08] >> I do. I'm going to abstain. She's not
[1:10:10] affected by the uh rate change at all.
[1:10:12] It doesn't affect her but she's a
[1:10:14] lifeguard so I'll abain.
[1:10:16] >> Okay. All right.
[1:10:17] >> Will the clerk please call the role?
[1:10:19] >> Council member Ramosmanian,
[1:10:21] >> yes.
[1:10:22] >> Council member Bolowski,
[1:10:23] >> abstain.
[1:10:24] >> Thank you.
[1:10:25] >> Council member McPartland,
[1:10:27] >> Council Member Brennan,
[1:10:28] >> yes.
[1:10:28] >> Supervisor Cassidy Dorian,
[1:10:30] >> yes.
[1:10:30] >> Bye-bye.
[1:10:31] >> Resolution passes. And with that, I will
[1:10:33] make a motion to adjurnn. Can I have a
[1:10:35] second?
[1:10:36] >> Second.
[1:10:37] >> All in favor?
[1:10:39] >> I.
[1:10:40] >> Good night, everybody.
[1:10:42] >> Thank you.
[1:10:44] I will I added this button.
