hearing agenda for September

With all 5 commissioners here, we do have
a quorum.

The first item on the agenda is public
hearing of Ordinance 26-15,
[0:13]
an ordinance of the Town of Nolensville,
Tennessee, amending plan review,
[0:17]
permitting, and inspection fees contained
in Appendix B of the Town of Nolensville
[0:21]
Municipal Code. This will open the public
hearing.

I don't have anybody signed up for public
hearing.

Um, but if you'd like to speak about that
ordinance, now is your time.

Seeing none, we will close public hearing
of Ordinance 26-15 and open public hearing
[0:38]
of Ordinance 26-17, an ordinance amending
the fiscal year 2027 budget by the Board
[0:43]
of Commissioners in the Town of
Nolensville, Tennessee.

So this will open the public hearing for

which no one has signed up for ahead of
time, but if you would like to speak,
