[0:02] Your minute early. That's okay. That that clock will.
[0:11] Yeah, that's okay. That's got real quiet. Yeah.
[0:20] Oh, yeah,
[0:21] mega screen needs to be on. Of course, we've got our little ones up here. So you guys, it's good.
[0:28] I think you're
[0:34] going to be done and I'm going to hear a clean summary assignment.
[0:44] Recordings on. Good to go at six o'clock. So I want to welcome everyone out to our North
[0:49] David's Suhr District Boarding for Thursday, May 14th. As you all I always ask anyone on the board if there's any declaration of conflict of interest on heavy agenda today.
[1:02] So there's none. I'll go ahead and then move on to item number two, which is an approval.
[1:10] The set of minutes from our meeting held April 9th of 2026. So if there's no corrections,
[1:18] I'll entertain a motion. Okay, it's been moved in second that we approve the minutes
[1:25] It's a written, all in favor say aye.
[1:28] Aye.
[1:28] Any opposed?
[1:30] Very good.
[1:31] Okay.
[1:31] We're down to our public comment portion of our meeting.
[1:33] If there's anyone here in the audience that wishes to address this body, you're more than
[1:37] welcome to it this time.
[1:42] Being that there's none, I'm going to go on to item number four.
[1:46] This is like I said in the past, this is kind of a highlight for us as board members to be
[1:51] able to really kind of acknowledge some of the folks that work out here in the
[1:55] duties that they perform and tonight we get to acknowledge Joey and how do you say your last
[2:03] name? So, I see. So, Joey, I'm going to come out here and I'm going to have you stand up as well.
[2:15] Angela was joking, huh? All of us. This is an opportunity for us to kind of congratulate you on your
[2:25] which we love it. I hope you will continue for another 5 plus 5 to 5.
[2:34] Okay,
[2:37] so you might have heard this from any of the other employees, but before I am
[2:42] willing to give you your certificate and this nice little paper, check it goes along with
[2:47] that. You have to tell us something fun about you, but you're a way for us to get so you
[2:55] as well as what you do out here for the district.
[2:58] Now I just started taking off with the guys of the collection,
[3:01] so we've been going every day.
[3:03] Well, what's my problem now?
[3:06] So that's like, I enjoy most,
[3:09] that they've been home with my family.
[3:11] So, yeah.
[3:13] Starting working collections?
[3:14] Yes.
[3:15] Yeah, I've been working with your past year, sorry.
[3:18] All right, you're being modest.
[3:19] I've heard some interesting information
[3:24] about you.
[3:28] I'm going to start out with first off, I hear you're a heck of a chef.
[3:33] I love to cook when it comes to like that. Well, this is my family's family's.
[3:39] That's what I've heard just so you know, I guess the guys out here, they always request
[3:43] that they want Joey to make. Well, when we have somebody pass their test, then we can all
[3:48] all together so we can mess the time that we want you to be anything I think we're going to be cooked so we're going to wait for a special thing.
[3:56] Oh, show me.
[4:02] Four ribs.
[4:09] Oh, that's super cool.
[4:11] Yeah, it's awesome.
[4:12] Okay, Jennifer, tell us what he does on the side as well, is everybody a birthday card.
[4:18] And he makes everybody the building signs it for me.
[4:22] Wow, that's awesome.
[4:24] Pretty cool.
[4:24] Yeah, I think that's cool.
[4:26] That's what I really love to hear.
[4:28] I think you guys, you guys don't care about one another.
[4:31] I'll enjoy it.
[4:32] So do you.
[4:33] We might talk to you.
[4:35] First is just a birthday card, right?
[4:37] But it's kind of cool that came in and did it.
[4:49] So I think we all need to stand with them for a portal.
[4:57] Okay.
[5:06] All right, one, two, three.
[5:10] Perfect.
[5:10] Okay, thank you, Joey.
[5:11] I'm going to appreciate it.
[5:12] Joey?
[5:13] You're awesome.
[5:15] That's awesome.
[5:16] Really appreciate it.
[5:24] Thank you.
[5:25] Like I said, that's the cool thing about the hairs being able to acknowledge you guys and thank you for your service.
[5:31] So anyone else that's going up would just know that we've built the same way and those that we've already acknowledged
[5:37] Super cool
[5:39] All right, let's go ahead and go on to item number five then which is a presentation approval of our first quarter of the
[5:45] 2026 financial report
[5:47] So Angela your on deck
[5:56] Okay, do a good job you might get rips
[6:07] First quarter, full financial statement from the first quarter, so then your board packet,
[6:13] the details are there, your question about anything specific, but we've not got it yet.
[6:19] I'll go through my invite and talk about things in summary.
[6:25] And then we can dive into what detail the two are.
[6:26] So our capital is, our capital is, our capital is, on our 4th of March 31, 236 is 4,160,106,136.
[6:39] That's what's in our operating capital.
[6:41] Our restricted capital is 12,999,435.
[6:49] That's what's in our bond account.
[6:51] in our pensick account.
[6:57] So it's a little bit, it's not in our
[7:00] account, it's a great little bit of separation. We can transfer it and get it quickly.
[7:07] The last piece is our Restricted Investments. We have $35,661,451 dollars as
[7:15] 60% were down about about my time.
[7:25] Our capital says are down to about what we pay for bond to our bond principal payments from the beginning of the year.
[7:33] Next slide.
[7:36] So according to our bed actual, for targeted services, this is what comes into the cities,
[7:42] what the built residents for our therapies for at 25% for a quarter of the way through
[7:47] the year.
[7:47] That's a quarter of the revenue.
[7:49] So that means we're pretty good with what we've done.
[7:52] Property tax revenue we're at 2%.
[7:55] That's, again, one of those things is probably to self come in at the end of the year, it's
[7:59] very slow.
[7:59] until we certify the topic next month, then we'll start to see more coming after the assessments
[8:08] go out for the year.
[8:10] So our 2% there, that will go beyond his rate, that'll be closer to 100% yet.
[8:16] Interest earned 23% of what we budgeted, then the capital contribution for our impact fees
[8:24] we're at about 20%. Impact
[8:31] fees during my development, it starts to nail that down exactly,
[8:35] so 20% is actually not too bad. So we'll see, because we just, one month, some part
[8:42] of building homes go online, and those electricity permits, and we'll get over 100,000.
[8:47] We're just going to wait for the next season, whether you're scared or scared or not.
[8:51] So hopefully, that's more than what we asked to do, but we're going to, we're doing
[8:56] So, I will revenues for 18 participants of what we budgeted for, and expenditures.
[9:05] We are at 11% expenditures, and that includes our couple of projects along with even any
[9:14] outgoing cash.
[9:15] Not this, or expenses for having.
[9:19] The next slide, this is what I like to do.
[9:21] it compares first quarter last year, first quarter this year, to be work with our revenue
[9:27] expenses.
[9:28] We did have our fee is different for the fourth quarter this year than it was last year
[9:36] so that is what can be attributed for revenues.
[9:41] And then for expenses, so the revenues were two percent expenses, including depreciation
[9:48] we're up 3% pretty much follows what we expect for inflation. So that's as expected.
[9:57] For total, our total revenues were at 70
[10:16] space.
[10:19] Yeah, so where we're good as far as budget goes, we're at 18% of our total expenses.
[10:25] So, even though we're tracking higher than last year, we're within what we did it.
[10:33] So, first, personal offenses, this one we have our regions and payroll taxes, then we have our retirement and our group labor and health insurance.
[10:46] Our wages and payroll taxes, this year, 17% were within budget, so 25% of what we budgeted.
[10:52] And we have had $185,000 in the lead to payouts between two retirements, the admirer who was
[11:02] a higher salary, a chance once in retire, another term, so that's what is attributed to
[11:14] that higher.
[11:14] But we are with budget.
[11:15] That's compared to last year.
[11:17] It's a little bit higher in this first period.
[11:18] and we have a lot of them on you.
[11:21] But you can see the retirement and health insurance
[11:24] that's actually down.
[11:25] So, about 9% don't know what we were last year
[11:28] but we're still aware of what the budget will be.
[11:31] I think that's for that.
[11:35] Okay, are there any questions about items
[11:39] in the budget accounts or information on them?
[11:44] You always answer your questions for me to ask.
[11:49] Yeah, I mean, I was a breakdown, the revenue is a little bit more.
[11:53] Our storage service is a little bit more, however, that's why, you know, some are up
[11:58] earned, some are down.
[11:59] Our charges for services are at $3,737,000, so at 13%, but our property tax is down.
[12:08] We don't have the geo debt that we have.
[12:10] So some of our property tax revenue, we're expected to be lower this year.
[12:15] Interest is also down, but we hold a portion of our investments.
[12:19] We hold $10 million because we needed that for our bond case and still bless things.
[12:28] And that's my message to the total of interest we get.
[12:31] Found two.
[12:32] Our rental, not about $90,000, not distributed to the farm, at least, that we received from anyone for the first time this year.
[12:41] And the impact that it is is, yeah, so it's getting there quickly.
[12:47] But again, some of the things that it's just to be good.
[12:50] So I want you to tell that I met you here in my last live.
[12:54] No, good, great.
[12:56] That's what we want.
[12:57] want to go like you can share with the board and you guys don't have any questions then at all.
[13:04] Okay, in this case really also, you know, we don't need to take any formal action. It's just
[13:08] more or less an approval where we're at for our first quarter of 2026. So as long as there's
[13:14] you guys are good with this. You guys all good down here? Okay. And that's really all we need to do.
[13:22] Yeah, I do that to people, how can I always do that?
[13:24] You don't need to be formal.
[13:25] Okay, all right.
[13:26] Let's go ahead.
[13:27] Your group is going to start us.
[13:29] Thank you.
[13:30] I'll give it to Dan.
[13:30] Thank you.
[13:34] Okay, so it's been entertained a motion with a second to just approve the first quarter as it was presented.
[13:42] So I don't favor say aye.
[13:43] All right.
[13:44] Any opposed?
[13:46] Thank you.
[13:46] Thank you.
[13:47] Thank you.
[13:47] Thank you.
[13:48] That works.
[13:51] Okay, managers review.
[13:54] So, Tyler.
[13:56] No.
[13:57] This is just a stamp set of it.
[13:59] It just broke down some more than I found.
[14:01] So I probably stuck on this for the guys.
[14:04] Finally, that's something for us.
[14:09] Well, I'm successfully accomplished in our accreditation.
[14:12] What do you say?
[14:13] Here.
[14:17] Awesome.
[14:18] Good job.
[14:22] My team has changed out our end up provider, we have a little bit of makeup, but we got a lot
[14:29] to go down.
[14:30] Just go somewhere else.
[14:32] We did come shot this week.
[14:35] Jason.
[14:37] Jason.
[14:37] Jason.
[14:39] Jason.
[14:46] way of switching to a different one. I wish I could open up a smith. You just wish
[14:51] one, did you go with it? Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah, that's what I have. Yeah, I have
[14:58] to. That's what I have to.
[15:00] Yes, which one you chose. And, you know, it's always nice to give a validation. Somebody else did it's similar choice. Yeah, yeah. It'll be good. Good. That works. Stay within the IT department on status, past security and cybersecurity, cybersecurity, cybersecurity, certification. Excellent job. It's a big get. Yeah, really good work. Good. Let's just install the HVAC units for each one of their offices and they're not slightly reasoned.
[15:29] And on the time of season, so the things go a little happier now.
[15:36] Taylor Biden, he's one of our electrician right now.
[15:39] He's waited just four years.
[15:41] He has passed his theory in code, which is kind of,
[15:45] there's two parts to the test.
[15:47] The knowledge side and skill base side.
[15:49] So he's passed the knowledge side.
[15:52] We saw his practical schedule to go.
[15:54] So getting close.
[15:56] Yes, that is a good for him.
[16:00] And Jim, she's got 50% of the revenue
[16:03] she has now instead of paper checks and things.
[16:07] And so she gives a lot of confusion.
[16:09] They work for the check and loss everything else, so she's...
[16:13] Oh, you know, I'm a good...
[16:14] You have to do the digital world.
[16:16] Right.
[16:16] I mean, things all up.
[16:18] That's a great...
[16:19] Yeah, I'll be there.
[16:20] Job, Jim.
[16:20] I'm a good job, but...
[16:22] Yeah, that's good.
[16:24] The warehouse, we do an inventory spot check, and this is the, I don't know, we don't have
[16:29] exactly all of them now, but the lowest adjustment got to do, since we started doing spot
[16:36] checks.
[16:37] It was under a hundred dollars or even lower than that.
[16:40] It was very minimal.
[16:43] It was supposed to have it less than a 5% of that in the paper, way, way.
[16:48] So there's a good number, some of those paying out work hours, they've been able to keep them up today and close so that they kept everything good.
[16:56] So we're happy to keep them up.
[16:59] The employees check out the inventory stuff, so we're going to get that one.
[17:04] Saying that unless you let us know that we received the 2024 COA award for excellence.
[17:16] That's a big deal.
[17:18] That's a big deal.
[17:20] That's a platform.
[17:24] Yeah.
[17:27] The collection is a strong grip.
[17:30] Fairfield, where the lawyers will bring a job remediation.
[17:34] I think we've got two manholes that we need to fill out for the life hacks and stuff that work on lane.
[17:41] and they lost the waycoats schools down with that.
[17:44] That's how to traffic.
[17:46] The thing that tells you that we're 10,000 vehicles
[17:48] go through that intersection day.
[17:50] So, one of the things is through variously.
[17:54] Working with them to get that little lane
[17:56] to get that finalized after you've fooled next couple weeks.
[18:01] We're almost, we've got a floor meter
[18:03] so we install, we're approaching the 60 days
[18:05] so we'll be removing those in the next couple weeks.
[18:09] So, we get a lot of hopefully outrated, so we all have things that we don't have to grow
[18:17] up because we're going to be going out, so we'll have to go through some of our stuff.
[18:24] They've got a little bit of a slideshow.
[18:25] I kind of like to show you guys some of the stuff we're going on, I'm trying to get some
[18:28] of them here until they manage.
[18:29] Because this is a fidget, but the guy's working and it's going to be trying to be working.
[18:33] But building a getting a high wash station that got there for, you know, 30 years and it's finally
[18:40] rather way in the bottom.
[18:41] So we have a place of housing piping.
[18:42] So what's on the left side there?
[18:46] On the notion lines, one of the option pumps, we're not pulling back you, we're suspecting a broken line that's been in the ground for 40 years.
[18:55] Back in the difficult pressure, you either build back you or you don't.
[18:58] So you can have a pinhole where it can work.
[19:02] You guys are digging up now, replace the lines,
[19:05] get everything back up the snuck.
[19:07] So we're good to go there.
[19:08] Where's that located at?
[19:10] Billing eights down, going out at the bottom.
[19:14] But the line goes there.
[19:16] In this picture, the bagel has met some other,
[19:19] I think it's only done with maybe a third of the way.
[19:22] We have to go through all the digs.
[19:24] You're going to be thinking about the one side
[19:26] the duck bank is interesting.
[19:27] Yeah, they created their area.
[19:28] Yeah.
[19:29] Oh, it's not good.
[19:30] Right next to it.
[19:31] It wasn't something easy to follow,
[19:34] but the duck bank looked all the actually ones.
[19:38] Bell press, the one on the right, all right.
[19:42] That's what they look like when they're fully assembled.
[19:44] They've really had bearings go out and rollers.
[19:49] It's just normal wear and tear, but we're trying to go long.
[19:52] So we hit the digestive screen, but this one ended up
[19:55] But we couldn't, but they've removed everything.
[19:59] It's getting, all the parents were just waiting on,
[20:01] and the seal, the seal can't, but that's not a huge,
[20:05] just at least, but you don't get any graph
[20:07] or don't really pay the biggest picture,
[20:10] because there's a ton of work involved
[20:11] eating all this stuff, it's heavy.
[20:15] But, guys are good skills.
[20:17] They told you to part in about two days,
[20:19] and once we have all the party a couple days,
[20:21] and we'll have to run on that for us.
[20:22] They don't arrive, you still have 13, so there's a little longer run times when we get
[20:30] back out.
[20:32] So that tells what the belt press does.
[20:35] So that's after it goes to the saws going to digest your, that's how we de-water them
[20:39] to get them from the top of the store and the test and then send them to Mary.
[20:44] That's right.
[20:47] We're just doing our team maintenance on the step screen, so this is the first time
[20:52] I'm getting back to having the operators get them all cleaned up and if we use the factor to suck up the channel and get all the grit and stuff out and get them up, they're getting more this part of getting them involved with this.
[21:04] They do all that and then the mate guys come over and do the skills part of the oil changes that we need or there's stations and stuff that make sure they're aligned.
[21:17] I think I'm going to do that, but give me one for involved and understanding the inner
[21:24] kind of work of the way to see the machine go through them.
[21:26] So this is one of those things that I'm with the schedule of change that I want to get involved in.
[21:33] So this is one of those things.
[21:35] Can you please let them all know that we clearly appreciate them.
[21:40] We need to dive in and do this.
[21:42] I mean, that's what I think, like you've mentioned, I mean, that's really built in the past is the camaraderie and the ability for these guys to interact and kind of understand the full function.
[21:53] So I mean, kudos to them.
[21:55] I think, I mean, I know it was a hard change for them, but.
[21:58] Yeah.
[21:59] Awesome.
[21:59] These are two of the newest employees we got just accepted the challenge, right?
[22:05] And the sign of the help out this week and they just jumped in.
[22:10] Yeah.
[22:10] So it could fit the brand.
[22:12] Yeah.
[22:12] Yeah.
[22:13] And that is thanks, Brian.
[22:15] That's big.
[22:16] Um, so with the influence of your bill, I think this is one of them.
[22:21] You kind of, this is the empowering kind of see all the wear.
[22:24] Yeah.
[22:25] It's been sent out, rebuilt, and then re-coated the name so it seems like a lot for one year or this is not one year.
[22:35] We did one last year and we're only four. I misunderstood because that would have been.
[22:40] Yeah, this has got close to $60,000.
[22:44] And it's where at the point now, this is that we've started receiving our new stuff back.
[22:51] So this one should be getting this is all the available as long as it's time to get it recast it and stuff
[22:57] But I think balance and stuff but once it's all back
[23:00] Following the next one, just to show you how to wear inside
[23:05] Go ahead Jason
[23:07] Here's a blower day
[23:10] So you finally see it
[23:12] Frequent bonus. We got how we end up having the company come and help us move it because it's
[23:21] I want to say for a guy's ride, I don't know where I'm out in the one day, so a lot of those are very heavy and they had to have some other equipment help us get them in, but they're all in place now.
[23:31] Getting wilder and getting some things fabricated and getting wires ran and getting going on a...
[23:44] We went through this and watched his eyes light up, this is right up his alley, it's going
[23:50] to get a bit of a stop.
[24:00] Here's the digester on the left, it's the old one, you can go up as there's the house blocks,
[24:06] We got them back. They were big squares about them. They would fill up with slug and stuff, and so we'd actually hold the wood down.
[24:15] But on the right, those are the new balance blocks. They're just a cylinder. If there aren't holes, we won't have solid stacking up and hold the wood down.
[24:23] a peak through flow, and it goes through, and it brings me an idea. I kept all the
[24:32] balance blocks and I built kind of like it's sandies, we go get gravel or some of the
[24:36] animals where we're utilizing those on our shores for materials that we have so we got
[24:41] beans now. That's cool. That's cool. You've really re-burped some of them. That's great.
[24:49] Next one, this is a video of the drone that rode out, provided to us, when they lifted the lid off and set the new one on, you know.
[24:59] Looks like a UFO.
[25:01] I told him I got a call about it, but I did.
[25:05] Where was the UFO going up by the sewer plant?
[25:10] Like we like the salt palace.
[25:14] Yeah. Yeah. That's that's that's that's okay. It's a plan to make it better. Only that only take a few hours and
[25:23] those that she's not pictures and so they're not be offended. You guys just send me a quick video versus a bunch of pictures like oh yeah.
[25:31] But what's the last move? A lot of it's amazing to me that they were able to lift it and get set in the time to get these precision.
[25:40] in the rain. Yeah, I was calm. I had the tolerances for it. Like they had guides up there and you couldn't see white.
[25:50] We had any of the guides on the back, and on the back they found that type.
[25:56] Precisely do.
[25:58] Yeah, good.
[26:00] and I'll turn it over to them, I know how it's doing, I know, and I know what's going on.
[26:08] Web tech is still up to skill and reserve.
[26:15] It's September 27th to a couple of firsts, one to a little.
[26:19] Who was intending to go?
[26:22] We don't have to confirm now just to get a block 27th, September 27th.
[26:26] to October 1st. We can always cancel them up to a certain point, just one of those.
[26:33] So, I think Neva, this is time for you to talk about.
[26:36] Yeah.
[26:36] So, what's gonna be is similar to WU that you went to with us.
[26:41] But this is a holy rally guest.
[26:43] So, it's, um, like, taking time to solve it.
[26:47] Yeah.
[26:47] Yeah, it's, it's a matter of shenders and stuff.
[26:49] It's an opportunity that we can show you the stuff that we're going to need in the next couple of times,
[26:54] get familiar with the equipment that we're going to be making purchase so that we
[26:58] send up and present to you kind of an idea. How's the knowledge and times of learning?
[27:03] Where's this at?
[27:04] There'll be a new Orleans.
[27:05] Oh Jesus.
[27:10] Obviously, there's something we all take for on our own.
[27:13] That's what it means.
[27:16] No, the aspect is that one because it changes a lot of money.
[27:19] I count them.
[27:20] Like for example, a couple of years ago, we went there to investigate
[27:25] the $750,000 purchase.
[27:28] It's a cheaper for us to go there
[27:32] and understand the differences between the options.
[27:35] Then it is for us to try and make a decision
[27:37] to that impactful otherwise.
[27:40] So it is part of the budget.
[27:41] It has been for the entire life of the...
[27:44] Is that anything?
[27:46] It is.
[27:46] And is it a new one?
[27:47] It means everything.
[27:48] It's normally in this year, I believe Chicago,
[27:51] and I don't go back and forth between those,
[27:54] but now they're introducing Atlanta but I'm not exactly sure if that was getting in the rotation.
[28:02] The big day's saying, there's a bunch of vendors, you know, same thing, but we can show you the
[28:07] pros and cons and you guys can see the pros and cons we go. There's certain things that
[28:12] were fortunate to us, you know. I know. I'm a dodgy guy, so I don't want to put everybody else's
[28:20] I'll tell you down there how we need it, so.
[28:23] That's how to set up Lake St. George.
[28:26] It's kind of the same kind of thing that you go on.
[28:30] Really, for us, it's a chance to go and see really big ticket items that we
[28:35] would not be able to see in compares otherwise. For example,
[28:39] not just this one that we did at the Vector Truck, but we made several years ago.
[28:43] We made a big decision on which height vendor we were going to use and why.
[28:48] And you could never get them all in the same room there across the country and some of them are even international.
[28:54] By going there and checking it out firsthand, we got to see samples and we got to see the studies and talk to the experts who designed these things.
[29:03] And we were making a decision that to this, this plan was over $25 million over 10 years.
[29:11] I mean, it just pays for itself when we make those big decisions.
[29:27] I would also say that probably attending a WAFAC, if you spend the day at the vendors,
[29:35] you can learn more about this industry than you can at any other place.
[29:40] There's more information available.
[29:42] In Georgia's venture, we've got a small, we have a lot of small demos at the WebTech.
[29:46] The whole site, the Pong's running, they have the actual equipment with their actions.
[29:54] It's worth helping you learn about the district.
[29:57] It's worth the value.
[29:59] Yeah, in the process.
[30:00] So you don't see that there's a lot of process we don't use, but it's good to know, should we ever get any type of, I guess, state requirements. It's good to know what your options are. Yeah. Yeah.
[30:16] If you don't mind just sending me an email, I guess if you guys plan on attending, I'll get to the show to get us some local rules.
[30:26] I'm planning on going this year. I have been in a couple of years but I'm planning on going.
[30:31] I think I'll be there till the first probably in the game before I have to head out on my calendar.
[30:37] You start so would you leave on the 27th then?
[30:40] That's $27, this is Sunday.
[30:43] Absolutely.
[30:44] John will not pay.
[30:45] Okay.
[30:45] So the really high summer coming is on Friday.
[30:48] The Friday tips.
[30:49] I can't.
[30:50] Yeah.
[30:50] So when I saw the item, Michael, is that a Saturday or?
[30:53] Okay.
[30:54] You know, the conference.
[30:55] The nice thing about getting there Sunday night is you can't pick up credentials.
[30:59] Otherwise, there's a huge line on Monday morning.
[31:02] And it does start at 8 o'clock in the morning.
[31:04] So.
[31:04] Okay.
[31:05] Yeah.
[31:06] I just got down travel on.
[31:07] And we have both in Denver.
[31:09] And you went on your own.
[31:10] Some day forward.
[31:13] Yeah.
[31:13] On the runway for two hours.
[31:15] Oh, I saw that on the news.
[31:19] Okay.
[31:20] Yeah.
[31:21] We also have.
[31:22] We're bringing back the golf tournament.
[31:24] The district's development.
[31:26] It's time to block on to 10.
[31:28] Just to see if you can.
[31:29] Or just pay again.
[31:31] Yeah.
[31:32] Yeah.
[31:39] I couldn't try to do a lot of things, that's after that.
[31:44] Snyder's?
[31:45] Yeah, the Snyder bluff on June 10th, and we didn't believe you.
[31:51] You guys were in the next video.
[31:53] There are not a lot of other things.
[31:55] Didn't you have a ears?
[31:56] It's already packed.
[31:59] Yeah.
[32:00] Yeah. That one I can't see.
[32:10] That's what I get posted.
[32:12] Sure.
[32:14] But that's what he does.
[32:17] I'm really excited. Yeah.
[32:21] Anyway, you can change anything.
[32:24] It's just because a lot of sweet. We're just
[32:26] our schedules. June 10th, what's that day on?
[32:30] That's a Wednesday. I mean, I get it if you guys already.
[32:34] It's more for the
[32:35] planet.
[32:36] My last day.
[32:37] You're on that.
[32:38] I don't set it up. So we called that.
[32:40] So you're talking
[32:43] in the afternoon.
[32:45] Yeah.
[32:45] It just makes people up.
[32:47] Like the good ones with the bad ones.
[32:49] There was
[32:50] I'm not sure what Monday was doing. He said we wanted to do a draw on the hat.
[32:57] He said to bring it, he said maybe draw the hat and try to make it up.
[33:01] Yeah, to make it more even so we can't have all the...
[33:05] What is here?
[33:08] 17.
[33:11] I'm a little gunshrighted.
[33:21] Yeah, the ball in week so far is looking pretty good.
[33:25] Don't change it for the board itself, but if the 17th is open, the 17th is week and
[33:31] all.
[33:31] It's not.
[33:33] It doesn't matter.
[33:34] I have all the years so.
[33:36] Well, I like it.
[33:37] I played to.
[33:39] I will.
[33:40] I like.
[33:40] You know, one of the blessings I suffered when I was young.
[33:43] Especially as a native.
[33:44] And sounds like it's playing.
[33:45] Three.
[33:46] That's all I've got.
[33:46] No, not even.
[33:48] I've been for a while.
[33:49] That's all I've got.
[33:50] One, two, three.
[33:51] I've got a part of wisdom.
[33:52] Over.
[33:53] Okay, head up after it.
[33:54] We know God's not even here.
[33:56] He's there.
[33:56] He's over here.
[33:58] He's over here.
[33:59] I could say a ball when they would have jumped in.
[34:01] All right.
[34:02] And I do like the box.
[34:03] That's where he's going to play.
[34:04] That's all I've got.
[34:05] Okay.
[34:07] That's all I've got.
[34:22] I want to thank you guys all for being here. I appreciate all the efforts. I have to do the next point there. You weren't going to get this place so I appreciate that you're here too. Yeah, welcome back.
[34:34] Yeah, it's been fun.
[34:35] It's been real aw, like, hey, I can't remember that.
[34:38] Oh, there's been fun stuff.
[34:43] Two days, plan outage, but luckily we had enough in-house staff
[34:48] that we're able to get things back up and running,
[34:50] and that expertise really saved dual costs
[34:53] and some other day on time.
[34:55] So that was good to see, there's still skin here.
[34:59] We still have pieces that we need.
[35:01] so that's been nice. It's the third day, right? Wednesday, we got a surprise inspection from the
[35:10] vision of air quality. We get one every two years.
[35:15] That was a good experience.
[35:17] Oh, you're doing great. Yeah. I think that's it.
[35:20] Oh, baptism by far. The pride and so on.
[35:24] How do we do? Yeah. I keep saying it can't get worse somehow.
[35:30] Lost me in it anymore. Yeah, good. I did. Yeah, not in the cons of
[35:37] But no, we had a surprise inspection.
[35:39] We passed the visual inspection.
[35:41] They asked for a couple of reports.
[35:44] I'll get those sent off.
[35:46] They're due by the 20th.
[35:47] I don't see any issues with the reports.
[35:48] And then we have the emergency generator about 100 hours a year.
[35:52] It's a little well under that.
[35:54] So that's a good sign of the previous employees.
[35:57] Married at those that.
[35:58] Good job on keeping our coach and facility up to snap until they made the inspection.
[36:03] I'm going to listen to some fun sounds in the first week, but for doctors, go ahead.
[36:08] Thank you.
[36:11] Okay.
[36:15] Okay.
[36:17] That's it.
[36:18] Okay.
[36:19] Back to me.
[36:19] Honestly, guys.
[36:20] I don't really have anything unless there's something you want to see on an agenda going forward.
[36:25] I do highly encourage you to kind of, you know, support these guys 100% whatever we need to.
[36:33] and certainly, you know, a web tech, like I said, is a good education for a
[36:38] soul-turn and understand some options. And yeah, the turn to the next question.
[36:46] Sure. So in this meeting that I was in, you know, with Weber County, and the
[36:51] far west was top, we was in a housing meeting and they were talking about maybe
[36:55] putting a subdivision out by their sewer treatment plant as far west. And first
[37:01] my mind was going through what would I call a subdivision, you know. But they were just talking
[37:06] and I said, well, why would you not want to go out there? I go out to those meetings. I don't
[37:10] smell anything. And they're like, oh, no, there's a dirt out there that is just stinky. And so they
[37:18] were thinking people moved out there. Maybe they'd be a lower cost because of the situation and
[37:23] all in the environment out there. I'm like, so I'm just still confused because I'm like, I don't have
[37:28] that year. So different processes, different plant outcomes. I mean, they've done a lot here
[37:35] over the last 20 years to mitigate smells. That's one of the reasons why we trucked a lot of
[37:42] our solids right from here because they do have to be refreshed and herned and to dry it. And
[37:48] when it's not here, that isn't freshly going. I mean, I only live here. So I mean, I'm very well
[37:55] aware of all they've done, but they put a lot of work here that not every plant does.
[38:00] Yeah, I was just, yeah, I was just confused because I'm like, well, even if you sold me,
[38:06] you know, 300,000 or how to mistakes all the time, well, I don't want to live there, but
[38:11] they were just bringing that up. And I just was confused because I'm like, I, I didn't
[38:16] speak up and say, you know, I cannot hear and it doesn't stink. So that's good to understand
[38:22] So it's not like people who found that this part of the community were used to casting any way.
[38:29] So that's it.
[38:32] That's okay.
[38:33] That's a family responsible for that anyway.
[38:36] That's okay.
[38:37] Thank you for buying the nourishment.
[38:40] That's what we all live on.
[38:42] Okay.
[38:43] My friends that were in the cattle business always the smell and hope their friends that we're out there they go.
[38:49] So it's money, snow of money, that's who they'd always play, so that's pretty true.
[38:55] Okay, well, if we don't have any other comments, then I'm going to declare this meeting adjourned.
[39:01] No, second, I'm not. You do. You're creating.
[39:04] All in favor, right?
[39:07] Okay. Thank you, you guys. Thanks for being here. You know, seriously, the involve. I love you guys being involved. Certainly, you know, Tyler.
[39:16] Thank you.
