[0:01] Brought to you in part by Norway Savings Bank for the life you choose.
[0:47] later.
[0:49] What?
[0:50] How did you get after me?
[0:51] Or evening?
[0:52] I guess it is now.
[0:54] That's our house.
[0:55] That's the camp.
[0:56] So, I'd be going to a camp every year since I was born.
[1:00] My great-grandmother bought years and years ago in the early 1900s.
[1:03] And so, I always think to bring in my grandkids to a camp.
[1:06] And it was going to be my dad and to make up fucking suits.
[1:09] And we had to sell that.
[1:10] So, what my daughter showed me this one.
[1:12] I said, yes.
[1:13] So, I'm really happy to be here.
[1:15] And so my proposal has three parts to it, five, two, so
[1:23] we have three parts, we can make that a little bigger.
[1:27] Do you want to use the control button?
[1:29] Chris will when he's back.
[1:30] I don't know.
[1:31] That's a control button.
[1:32] I'll do the plus or two push control.
[1:35] Up the other way.
[1:36] Come in.
[1:38] How's that?
[1:38] Is that better?
[1:39] Sure.
[1:41] So our request has three parts.
[1:44] But first, so it's an old habit and it's full of about 80 years ago, and all of the structural supports underneath of our failing.
[1:51] They're rotted, they don't support the house fully.
[1:56] And they're mounted on posts, I think, so everything needs to be in place.
[2:02] And so they want to put my contractor that said, a four-foot frost wall of mounted on photos would be a good solution to help maintain this integrity for a years to come.
[2:13] And as part of that, they want to put 10 over 10 feet of shell around the edge of the
[2:21] house to help that the water go around the house instead of under the house the way it
[2:25] has to.
[2:26] And then the last one is since we're doing all that, we want to add a little, any video
[2:30] addition.
[2:32] Very small.
[2:33] Of 11 by 10, not to the front of the house, so away from the lift towards the road.
[2:38] And that would become a second bathroom.
[2:41] I'll show you our cute little bathroom that we have now, it's next slide.
[2:47] So this gives us, there we go, one more.
[2:52] So we're, we're a map of O16Lot2, and we're governed by the shoreline ordinance.
[3:00] Our host is located, so that's our two lots, the front one is Pelacca found the right.
[3:07] And the host is about 50-ish feet that depends on where you are in the shore, from the shore.
[3:13] The septic was installed in the 50s, and then upgraded in 91.
[3:18] And so as these properties consider limited residential,
[3:22] in accordance with the shoreline ordinance, and it's owned by my daughter.
[3:25] So we want to maintain the character's camp,
[3:28] we want it to be a camp that will last for the years to come.
[3:31] And I'll show you a post later and you'll wonder in how the house is still freezing.
[3:38] Our next slide.
[3:40] So we purchased it in August, so a month ago.
[3:44] And we had a property inflection done.
[3:46] Except if they checked the property, they checked the water.
[3:50] And the good news is that it's effective.
[3:52] Except if it's fine, it doesn't need pumping.
[3:54] It'll last for a long more time.
[3:56] But everything else needs fixing.
[3:58] So we're only addressing a couple of things here.
[4:00] kind of in the case of yourself and so we have licensed local professionals who are going to
[4:06] help us and the ones that were going to be today are kind of the highest priority because they
[4:11] have to do it with the structure. And so we want to preserve this camp and maintain, we like the
[4:19] shorefront, we like the lot, a lot of wood, wood, wood we've got a variety of need of education
[4:26] And there's a little chipmunks that has a little down right there by the shore in the
[4:32] blue gray bush.
[4:33] So we want to maintain this little little down there.
[4:37] You don't ever cat do that.
[4:39] We have no cat.
[4:42] I know that doesn't get much domain.
[4:45] Next page is slide seven.
[4:50] One more.
[4:52] There you go.
[4:52] So this is the Frost Walls and so if you refer to table section 14 for the table of land use is number 14A for
[5:02] Principal structures and uses in this if I
[5:05] You're approval to put in those Frost Walls next page. So over the next two pages here
[5:10] I've given you kind of an overview of what's going on
[5:14] So and I have some photos. I'll show you a second but so first of all
[5:19] You can't leave the existing stuff in place, it's won't last.
[5:24] And the house right now in the front yard is the septic and the septic pump.
[5:29] And then across this little ebay dirt road, the one in the dirt road, is the leech field.
[5:34] So you can't catch up a house and move it because you're destroyed both of those.
[5:37] And there's not enough room anyways for a house over on that other side.
[5:43] And what they're going to do instead is lift and level the house.
[5:47] replace all the structural supports that are under it and then add the footers to the
[5:51] fast wall and a concrete floor to it. They're not going to dig down and it's going to
[5:55] put a floor in and that'll keep it the moisture out so that the bees will last a lot longer.
[6:03] And we could have put in a post, just concrete post, but that wouldn't address all the moisture
[6:08] under the house and so which would then rock the wood again. So that doesn't
[6:14] and it can serve a great idea and we're not doing a full basement, we're just, this is a little
[6:18] three season camp, so we're just going to keep this as is. And the next page,
[6:26] in the first
[6:27] while we're going to leave a forefoot opening, so we have access to the crossbeats. And that will be on the
[6:34] side of the host, so you can't see it from the right. It'll be off to the side, it'll have a
[6:39] cement door seal, so it'll be protected. And then all of this will be all this support will be
[6:45] and start to have concrete and rebar, so it should last a long time.
[6:50] And so any questions on the four-foot frost wall?
[6:52] We can look at the pictures next.
[6:54] So as you can see, these are the caring beams
[6:57] on the left you can see there's rotting out on the right.
[7:00] There's a joint, but it's separating.
[7:02] It doesn't support the house anymore.
[7:04] And the next one, you can see one of the posts.
[7:08] That post is doing a really great job
[7:09] as you can tell because it's at an angle.
[7:12] So it's not really supporting that corner of the house.
[7:14] and you can't I can't leave that in place forever. So questions are on frost bottles.
[7:23] They'll keep moving along. All right, next up. We already went, this is the fail. So this
[7:30] This doesn't actually need your approval, it just needs presses approval, but since it's all kind of part of the same project we threw it in here.
[7:37] And this is just to add, according to paragraph 14 on that table of land juices, if we're adding earth fill, more than 10 cubic yards it needs approval.
[7:48] So that's what this is, and so the front lot generally floats downhill from the
[7:54] Camp Road towards Lake, if not a steep drop, it's only like a total of 10 feet from
[7:58] the road to the house and then another 10 feet to the road. So it's a very fragile drop.
[8:04] And that in around 1990, the prior owner, Lister's a house, it was originally built on the ground.
[8:11] But he listed it up so it's about 4 feet off the ground towards the road and 5 feet towards
[8:17] the lake side. And so we're going to keep that the way it is, it mitigates the lake of the
[8:24] rains a lot, then the no flooding. But we need to, there's no runoff, it's really impressive.
[8:30] We've got so much doff and vegetation, so there's no runoff. But the moisture seeps under the
[8:36] house. And so by putting in the fill and diverting the moisture around the camp, that will help
[8:44] with keeping the moisture away from that hose.
[8:47] And we've got so much vegetation around there.
[8:50] The back nut is all trees.
[8:52] Both side-bots have trees on the sides of the camp.
[8:56] And so there's no erosion at all in this property,
[9:00] which is great.
[9:02] We like that part.
[9:03] So that's just, that's the fill, pretty minor.
[9:08] And then the next page, we get into the addition.
[9:11] So this is the such, there's three sections here
[9:13] you're going to be looking at.
[9:17] And it has to do with number one, you can't expand more than 30% of the
[9:24] property size. Number two, the height of the addition can't be higher than the current row.
[9:29] At number three, the non-vegetated surfaces can't exceed 20%. So that's what they are.
[9:36] This addition is going into the front yard. So it's going towards the road, you can't see it at all from the road.
[9:43] It's very small, it's the bedrooms are right now about 9 by 8, so you can fit a full side bed, but not a queen.
[9:52] There's small.
[9:54] And so the addition is going to be about the same size.
[9:58] The roof line won't be any higher than the curve of the line.
[10:02] And the total square footage for the new addition is 1201 square feet, so it's rubble over 30% when the patient.
[10:09] And there's so much vegetation, we're not even coming close to that 20% limitation.
[10:15] So we're good on all of those things
[10:20] next week, yep.
[10:23] So what we're going to do is add a bathroom.
[10:27] So the existing bathroom was added when they got rid of the outhouse.
[10:32] And they didn't do an addition.
[10:35] What they did is they took a fiberglass shower and they put it in the kitchen pancreas.
[10:39] So you open the pan if you don't want to see the back of a fiberglass or it was just, you know, it's a can, it's nothing fancy here.
[10:48] And then they took a little four by four section of the corner of the rhythm,
[10:51] called it a bathroom, there was only room for a toilet, no sink.
[10:55] But the lady who owned those ladies who survived just before us were only the third owner.
[11:00] She found this little 80-bitty sink.
[11:03] It's a 12 inches by 11 inches, so you can barely fit your hand in it.
[11:07] is very, very tiny. So if you wash your face, it goes on the floor and it's so small.
[11:13] So we, that's not really kind of, help us for the long term, because we play a
[11:18] disposal. We knew we need the retired person, not the daughter, she's working.
[11:23] I'm going to spend summer and fall here, and so I need something a little bit better,
[11:27] especially if my grandkids can because they're going to need a bathtub. So that's what we're
[11:35] So, it'll kind of function that it's like a paladin, but this one, the new one, will make it much more
[11:43] livable.
[11:44] This is just historic stuff, so this is the plan from when they added the thousand gallon
[11:49] septic tank, which is, we only have two bedrooms, but a thousand gallons can cover through
[11:55] bedrooms.
[11:56] So we're all covered for the septic and the reach shield, this is the current footprint,
[12:02] But so you can see there's a kitchen on the left, a living room with a cathedral ceiling.
[12:08] I think they used to have a regular 8 foot ceiling, but it took out.
[12:13] And so you can just see the beams with nothing between you and the roof.
[12:17] And there's a little baby bathroom, as you can see.
[12:20] And then on the right side are the two baby bedrooms, and then the sunroom, which is enclosed.
[12:28] And then for the new one.
[12:29] water sun is the bottom? Yes, the sun ring looks at the lake. That's where I have my breakfast.
[12:38] And the next one you can see, we're just adding that extra little addition off to the size.
[12:43] So it'll be at least inch feet from both the septic and the septic pump. So you've got coverage there.
[12:50] And we were trying to figure out how to access this without having to go,
[12:54] you know, have to go through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. So we figured out this is a
[12:58] a little 40-inch by 40-inch entryway that you can see that comes in off of the living room,
[13:04] so you have a separate entrance for the bathroom and a separate entrance for the bedroom.
[13:09] And so that's what that is.
[13:14] This is just the classulations for the footprint for the whole house.
[13:19] So the whole house footprint is 1,000, 70 square feet. And so your 30% is 321.
[13:27] You can see we still have a lot of relative to the addition that we're adding because it's only a hundred and twenty-one versus three hundred and twenty-one for loud
[13:35] So we're good on that and then the next one we just want you to know that there is a shed on the lot
[13:41] It was built some time in the decades past and
[13:45] It's not a pre-tabler anything somebody actually hand-built it there. It is a nice tangent size
[13:51] But I didn't include that at all. This square foot is just not included in the 40 percent
[13:56] But just wanted to let you know it was there.
[14:00] And thank you.
[14:02] So let's page, to go to the last page,
[14:06] is I'll have a survey or come.
[14:08] I was very lucky I could find somebody who did all the measurements for us.
[14:13] So he, it's an odd shaped lot,
[14:18] but the hope that you can see is facing the lake,
[14:23] But you can see we're at a little code.
[14:26] So you can see the little code kind of curves,
[14:29] but the house is facing the lake.
[14:32] And then that means that we don't have much room
[14:37] come over here.
[14:38] But we have like eight feet from that lower, lower left corner
[14:45] to the lock line.
[14:46] And then we have like 40 something to the other lock line.
[14:49] Because of the way they position the house originally.
[14:52] And we got tons of room as you can see, we've got a hundred about 150 feet of shoreline.
[15:00] All of which is what it, except for the little eddy-bitty part in the middle there, or the houses, and then about a hundred foot of footage on that little dirt road.
[15:11] So, it's an interesting shaped lot, but it works. So, that's our request,
[15:19] and any comments, any questions I'm here? I've been saying a lot of time on this.
[15:25] All my question is, what did you do before you were a retired?
[15:28] Oh, I was a commercial banker. I worked with large corporations at work.
[15:34] I understand that there's a patient now.
[15:36] Neither the systems and the repaying their debt.
[15:41] I don't know.
[15:42] I'm like, where was a crediting, unless for the commercial.
[15:45] Oh, I didn't know what I was saying.
[15:47] I thought I'd have to know what she did.
[15:49] Yeah.
[15:50] I'm sure she retired.
[15:51] Given this presentation.
[15:53] I'm
[16:03] straight up and straight down, you know, you're getting close to the water obviously.
[16:07] Correct.
[16:08] And that 30% has never been touched until then.
[16:11] Right.
[16:12] Here's something.
[16:14] How'd you give Barry there in 30 days?
[16:16] He's very tired.
[16:18] Yeah.
[16:19] But when I call he is, when you mean call he isn't.
[16:23] But I challenge him with him.
[16:24] I challenge his wife.
[16:26] He's nice people.
[16:27] Very nice people, yeah.
[16:30] He said, it's wine for tea, he'd be all doing. I said, it's very easy.
[16:36] And he found, I am types that I never could find, but he found a phone.
[16:41] He had been doing that for 50 years, he was 50 years a survey or so.
[16:46] Very happy.
[17:12] So, everything is just to say, the heights are not moving, okay, but you're doing a four court process.
[17:21] But, and you're also still close to your arm a little bit.
[17:25] No, no.
[17:26] I don't know.
[17:26] I don't know how much we'll feel better than it actually is.
[17:29] But they just want to put enough film so that they can rather than waste your away from the host and around.
[17:36] So, off into the woods basically.
[17:39] But the photographs show closer space between the floor and the...
[17:43] In the back, in the back, in the...
[17:45] And the wrong side of the house is four feet in front of us.
[17:51] Hi.
[17:52] And so you're acting, but we'll make the difference between the four post-puff
[17:55] or five side.
[17:57] Yeah.
[17:58] I'm going to ask for you.
[17:59] Do you want me to go in the ground?
[18:00] No, I'm not going in the ground.
[18:02] It's going to set on.
[18:03] It's going to set on.
[18:04] Okay.
[18:04] Yeah.
[18:04] Like a slab.
[18:06] Hang on.
[18:17] I've got a set at the same level.
[18:19] Correct.
[18:25] Yeah.
[18:25] Well, I have to level it.
[18:27] Right now, when you walk from the living room into the bedroom, you go down to the room.
[18:32] I don't know how to like this.
[18:35] It's settled over time.
[18:38] So, what you actually have, there are two lots of vegetables.
[18:41] We do.
[18:42] We have two lots, and then we have a back block.
[18:44] So, we have about a half week or two.
[18:49] You can kind of see the dividing line.
[18:52] It's right across the middle of those two lots,
[18:55] 34 and 35.
[18:57] So we also, you can also see my neighbor this way
[19:00] that big lots to the bottom of my neighbor
[19:02] and then have a neighbor over here.
[19:05] That's my neighbor, and that see that line
[19:08] way at the bottom of this kind of an angle.
[19:10] So that's a rock wall that separates his house
[19:14] from the panacellactic part, where the boat ramp is.
[19:18] So I'm really close to the boat ramp.
[19:19] you can see all the boats from the end of the boat, kind of cool.
[19:25] And so when we bring the fill in, then we're going to plant so that it just doesn't walk away.
[19:31] Oh yeah, is that it's the native, if the trees don't plant, then I'll plant.
[19:38] But we got a lot of little baby plants over here. I know because I see the ones that came up this year
[19:46] and they're quite a few. Our force, so really thick. So there's not a lot of like the
[19:52] It's a round of the four, but there's a lot of ductics on top of the ears.
[20:01] Any questions for you, Mr. Speaker?
[20:04] Chris, any thoughts on any of you, have you visited the inside?
[20:09] I have not.
[20:15] Questions, comments?
[20:17] What's the pleasure of the morning?
[20:20] I don't think so.
[20:22] Is there a second?
[20:23] I've moved in a second.
[20:25] Any discussion?
[20:29] Thank you very much.
[20:33] Chris, if you could give me a white copy of the expansion for my design and we can fill in the numbers.
[20:43] And then you'll need to come and pick up that one and file it with the registry at the time that you can start picking up your...
[20:52] Right, yeah.
[20:54] I read that.
[20:56] Thank you.
[20:58] All right, thank you very much.
[21:01] You won't mind the 30th.
[21:03] No, no, no, we can't.
[21:05] We won't.
[21:06] We won't.
[21:06] We can't stop.
[21:09] Except for ourselves.
[21:12] Yeah.
[21:12] I've been done with three.
[21:13] It's Andre.
[21:15] What's the bell?
[21:16] That's Andre.
[21:17] Come on, dear.
[21:19] It's 74 wars.
[21:20] We're opening an informal association called 40 Shop Pitchy Fritz.
[21:25] That's a little, what a 20-bedge was it.
[21:29] Thank you very much.
[21:30] Now I have brought Kevin Colby's book on to my daughter.
[21:35] So there's nothing for everyone.
[21:36] There you go.
[21:37] There you go.
[21:39] Here you go.
[21:42] Here you go.
[21:43] Here you go.
[21:44] Hi.
[21:45] You can use one bar.
[21:46] We can share.
[21:48] Thank you.
[21:49] So my name is Patandra.
[21:50] I also go by Cassie.
[21:52] If you know me personally,
[21:53] I'm at 74 Morris Road off the Greenland Road and in my personal time, I decided to start my
[22:04] own side venture business called Shorty Chat Petite's Rift and as you can understand,
[22:12] I tend to wear the T-size clothing but I have a lot of trouble finding anything that fits me
[22:18] It's a more niche market that a lot of manufacturers or brands are now managed.
[22:30] Actoring, more and more, but they're still limited to find at thrift stores. Certainly, I have
[22:37] never stumbled upon one second-hand items where I could purchase these online at a reasonable
[22:46] price. So this is my business idea. My business plan is to start a sole proprietorship to create
[22:54] eBay stores, or primarily eBay, online and marketplaces, where I can
[23:00] resell a lot of this petite clothing that I will source from different areas
[23:05] around and welcome that shop or open that shop up for all women who are
[23:13] five foot four inches and under who might use some of these sizes. So I'm not
[23:21] what type of information you need for me. I worked with the main
[23:27] small business development center to develop my business plan.
[23:32] And so it's a pretty basic startup, if you will,
[23:37] but I do have the financials in order. Those can be found towards the end of my business plan.
[23:42] But I've invested $60 of personal funding, so no funding has been needed for this project.
[23:55] So, 660 of our own funds, and I'm projecting to earn about 1,600 in the process of the first year of being open.
[24:08] And that's really a very modest projection based on my ability to, you know, just ramping
[24:18] up, if you will, starting with about 10 units in the first month, moving to about 20 throughout
[24:25] the first year.
[24:26] And just seeing where it takes us.
[24:33] We can do it just a good one time and have a number of requests for in-home businesses.
[24:43] And I must say that nobody is going to give them this opportunity to take this opportunity.
[24:49] I'll take it as a complimentary.
[24:53] I see the district Charles now, he wants to open a property management business.
[24:58] I hope he's not thinking I have to go on a date.
[25:00] Well, I'll just say I'm someone who really likes to do things by the book.
[25:05] I was an event planner in my previous life and so I need everything written down and my
[25:12] goal throughout this whole project, this side venture, is, I mean, it might get really successful
[25:18] and maybe I'll transfer it to an LLC but in the meantime, I want everything done well
[25:27] and separately so that this doesn't negatively impact my family at all.
[25:32] And to that note, I did forget to mention that yeah, I'll be doing everything out of my residence,
[25:39] off of Morris Road, but there are no, this isn't open to the public.
[25:44] It's just an online store.
[25:45] And so I would hope there's no like parking concerns or traffic.
[25:49] If you don't anticipate that you're going to have anyone else working there other than you, and we will probably have a UPS truck or something coming daily, or however often you anticipate to have a question or thoughts.
[26:09] I'm going to start with us.
[26:11] I'm going to comment about how well prepared.
[26:14] Thank you.
[26:15] I really appreciate that.
[26:16] Thank you.
[26:17] I'm going to prove to you.
[26:20] So do we believe that what we have here is a important business.
[26:24] And that has caused a bit of damage to the people.
[26:27] It's in our ordinances for a home business.
[26:30] And that we wish you well.
[26:32] Thank you.
[26:33] Take a vote that all those in favor that have caused,
[26:35] Thank you so much, appreciate it, and so my understanding is the next step as I can come back to a town office to register as a DBA.
[26:49] Well, I'll be on the books to do that.
[26:51] Thank you.
[26:56] Thank you.
[26:58] Thank you.
[26:59] Thank you.
[26:59] Okay, let me turn on the rest of my coffee.
[27:01] Thank you.
[27:03] I did one or four.
[27:05] Rocky Crook.
[27:06] And that was a really good,
[27:08] good learning construction of a greenhouse.
[27:10] They told me such a width and a straight back from my,
[27:12] well six and a two and a half by one.
[27:14] Thank you, Wayne.
[27:16] So, I think we got some nice pictures.
[27:18] How do you do?
[27:19] Good.
[27:19] I was gonna say I'm a way less prepared.
[27:23] I was gonna say I'm a way less prepared.
[27:25] I was gonna say I'm a way less prepared.
[27:26] Seven years, I think.
[27:27] So, this is a new game here.
[27:30] We received funding from the Department of Agriculture to basically filled a more sturdy green house next to our existing one.
[27:41] When we have is great for demonstrations for kids, for growing stuff through the summer, but as we've grown, we grow a lot of seedlings to donate to the schools for their school gardens and to churches.
[27:52] So people at this point are depending on us to produce high quality seedlings, basically.
[27:59] So we've been kind of doing a rag tag over the last decade where people are growing in their own homes
[28:04] or in the basement of fair share.
[28:07] But we're at a point where we need like a central location to be able to provide the schools and the churches that are depending on us in the community.
[28:16] So, we received this funding that we had to get the estimates to complete the application.
[28:24] It wasn't worth coming to Chris at that point because we didn't know if we would receive the funding.
[28:29] So, we have the estimates that I don't know if they're in front of you, but that's kind of the scope of the project.
[28:45] So it's a pretty fabricated greenhouse, which the first one we did we built ourselves, but for the purpose of the application, they really wanted something that we could.
[28:55] that we could show the...
[28:57] Yeah.
[28:58] Yeah.
[28:59] And everything.
[29:00] And everything.
[29:01] So that's what we went with.
[29:02] It seems like a very expensive greenhouse to me, but that's what...
[29:05] That's what they've offered.
[29:10] And...
[29:10] That's what they've offered.
[29:12] Why not?
[29:13] Most of you.
[29:13] Yeah.
[29:14] Thirdly.
[29:15] The totally things.
[29:18] Right.
[29:21] So the new greenhouse is going...
[29:23] Here?
[29:24] We're going.
[29:26] Ah.
[29:26] Sorry, sir.
[29:27] I'm sorry.
[29:27] I'm sorry.
[29:27] the green house.
[29:29] Oh, they're sunnets this one.
[29:30] Yep, that's the interesting one down.
[29:32] Yep.
[29:32] Pretty cool right here.
[29:39] That's the 10-foot side backwards.
[29:50] What right up again?
[29:51] See if she can crop field here?
[29:53] Yeah, and that area.
[30:06] The question
[30:13] is really long.
[30:20] What's the question of the board? What's the question of the board? A motion to work. A proof of building permit for the press to issue to the calendar guidance for the construction.
[30:30] I know this very much is a second. Move to the second and then the discussion. Next year?
[30:41] probably.
[30:45] All right.
[30:46] Come see Chris.
[30:48] Pretty good.
[30:48] Check for.
[30:51] All right.
[30:54] Thanks, guys.
[31:00] I don't know if I just chose a little bit of cash.
[31:04] I'm opening a property.
[31:05] Many good business.
[31:07] That too lots.
[31:09] It's going to be 40.
[31:14] Anybody here?
[31:15] Pretty good.
[31:18] No.
[31:20] Oh.
[31:21] Oh.
[31:31] Well, I guess he won't be off already in front of the man who business this week.
[31:35] Okay, number six, Jim, for Kishan, LLC, revision, to an established self-president claim
[31:43] on COVID-19, half-one, one, nine, dash, seven, dash, C.
[31:48] I don't know if you've got it in front of you, but it's right here.
[31:52] This is called because I want to wake up two lives.
[31:57] The first one is getting soap in hand, which is my bottle.
[32:02] In the second one, we have a Skyhouse room.
[32:09] Does it take you?
[32:12] Of course it's seen below.
[32:15] Yeah, Chris has seen it all right.
[32:46] Can you taste it?
[32:49] Here it is.
[32:50] We did a Skyhouse room.
[32:59] So at the time, the middle lot, he was going to come in and buy that one as well, but the
[33:05] finance or something didn't come through, so they had to rejoin it back as a whole piece.
[33:12] Now, this one's been before you a couple of times.
[33:14] Right.
[33:14] Well, I'll just say I looked at the mirror, so basically we are amending the existing, something
[33:23] Correct.
[33:23] There's something in the sun.
[33:25] Are you so delighted?
[33:26] Like this previously?
[33:27] Well, right now, this is all one law that comes back to here.
[33:33] I'd like to make you into two.
[33:37] There's some point we talked about in the turnaround for five, back there, I think.
[33:41] Right.
[33:42] Correct.
[33:42] We've got one right in front of this property right now.
[33:47] It's useful.
[33:48] And we're going to come down the end of that law.
[34:07] So
[34:10] I've got a question. So in your subdivision notes in the middle of the bottom there, it mentions trees bigger than five inches in the buffer zone, where is the buffer zone within?
[34:23] Right now it's right between these properties. Is that what you meant?
[34:28] It's whatever the notes they're on the bottom.
[34:35] There shall be no cutting of trees.
[34:37] Five inches.
[34:38] Where are you talking about?
[34:39] Just down the ice.
[34:41] But two thirds lay down.
[34:43] Three to both the ground within the buffer area,
[34:45] shown on this platform.
[34:46] Except for the right way,
[34:48] if we're patting in the river,
[34:49] we'll put the right way,
[34:51] and that for the people,
[34:52] is for the reason to safety on the river.
[34:56] And it's just the map itself
[34:58] doesn't describe where the buffer zone is.
[35:01] or make mention of where the buffer zone is, so I just wanted to point out no idea what the buffer zone is.
[35:09] Is it possible that's on the full size plan going back to the core of oil states for today?
[35:14] It goes back to the O.L.
[35:20] And there was one other question I had on there, and I'm sitting here, I don't remember what it was, but there was another note mentioned that didn't lay out on the map.
[35:30] And then Highway had the concern of road maintenance as it washes into Eddie Kacken, which
[35:38] Jim has agreed to crown and ditch the road, but I would think that probably would be
[35:45] worth noting within the subdivision conditions as you sign with Steve, the World Commissioner,
[35:53] what I think is on Monday's first and third of them.
[35:58] But I wrote kind of like this in the ditches.
[36:01] One of us down the road was seven years ago.
[36:05] So I read the handout, put the web wrap
[36:08] and they had crying.
[36:10] And Steve, don't ever read it.
[36:12] Sometimes I do it.
[36:13] OK.
[36:15] So should there be a way to clarify what Dennis' question was?
[36:19] so that the black brackets can be written on plan to find where the buffer zone is or something like that.
[36:40] Just to remove this that, does that have much to do with this subdivision?
[36:46] Potentially.
[36:48] Knowing what slots are affected by the buffer, at least to my eyes, when I go out for inspection.
[37:29] I don't like this.
[37:36] Sled does fall within the, at least the tree one, falls within the master of ritual subdivision. So it's further down the road.
[37:50] So this doesn't, that really isn't that working doesn't really apply to this.
[38:51] We keep one, he takes one for his records on one for registers, so that's typically
[38:56] you have two there.
[38:58] So it's one there, one there, the two that you gave me.
[39:02] So we're good.
[39:03] One, two, three, four.
[39:04] Plus yours.
[39:13] We're just going to take that one down off the easel.
[39:22] What's that with you?
[39:22] Thank you very much.
[39:54] I can't hear you!
[39:55] I can't hear you!
[40:01] You have four of them!
[40:05] Nope, six!
[40:16] It says nope too!
[40:26] Buffer strips are between the lots on any pattern.
[40:30] 25 foot straight.
[40:32] Strip typical.
[40:35] Doesn't apply to four.
[40:40] Stop it.
[40:49] So, this is corporate coming up coming in up and moving behind.
[40:53] 25 tripp.
[40:54] Fuffers bars between you start on the road.
[40:58] Yep.
[40:58] So it doesn't apply to me.
[41:00] It doesn't apply to me.
[41:03] Which is where you're at, you're back.
[41:07] That's fine though, I hear.
[41:11] It's fine to make sure.
[41:17] If you do this, that's fine.
[41:20] That's fine.
[41:28] Okay.
[41:29] So what do we do with this?
[41:31] I get one.
[41:33] You keep one.
[41:34] You take one of the registry.
[41:35] Okay.
[41:36] Take out one as well.
[41:40] You look good.
[41:41] Here we go, thank you all.
[41:43] All right.
[42:01] Here we go.
[42:03] Here we go.
[42:04] Here we go.
[42:04] From Dr. M. E. O. I.
[42:05] Realization.
[42:06] So we're just building a full-body street.
[42:09] That's seven-blocked.
[42:12] Yes.
[42:13] Hi, I'm Parti Taylor.
[42:14] And we call it Lamari for short, because it is a very long name.
[42:19] What?
[42:19] Nice.
[42:20] We are the new these holders of 35-potted street.
[42:25] We currently are at 15 Canary Street right here downtown.
[42:30] We operate the Hills Recovery Center.
[42:32] The organization was established right here in this community in 2015, and we opened our
[42:39] first brick and mortar location where we provide direct services to the community in April 2023.
[42:47] So we've done an exceptionally well and we've seen an amazing amount of progress in this community.
[42:57] And we've outgrown the space, but in addition to that, we've been planning for several years now to open a women's recovery residence.
[43:09] So, what we're here today to ask for is two building permits.
[43:14] The first one is all in two year renovations.
[43:18] The first phase is just moving a few balls for the recovery center,
[43:24] which is already open and operating downtown.
[43:27] And so, as soon as the first phase is finished,
[43:30] we're going to move the recovery center over to the new location.
[43:34] And then we're going to get in phase two,
[43:36] which would be to renovate the rest of the building to open the women's recovery
[43:41] presence. And I'm here with the property owners today and also a lot of people
[43:48] from my organization and deaths from the hospital. They're super supportive of our
[43:53] property as well.
[44:01] Who question? Who just? Okay, let's put it in the frame.
[44:13] You're going to have two locations, so you move them from down to three?
[44:17] We're relocating.
[44:26] Same exact services that we're providing now for the first phase of the project.
[44:36] So basically, what you're talking about is the first phase of the project.
[44:40] You're really moving off the space.
[44:43] Yes, and also a large, we call it like a, we call this center.
[44:48] It's essentially a drop-in center, so we'll have all our offices with eight people employed in the organization currently, and then we have the drop-in area where people in the community.
[45:00] May the committee come in and out. We have activities, we do food, we do social, we do one-on-one support for individuals.
[45:10] And then we also connect people to treatment and recovering housing and we provide transportation.
[45:17] And we connect people to healthcare and to S&P counseling services.
[45:22] So, we're basically, well, we're one of many doors in this community where people can walk through
[45:28] and get the support that they need for substance use disorder.
[45:34] And then when you're to talk about moving to produce, too, what you're trying to do about it?
[45:39] Um, probably, uh, so construction would start after phase one is finished, which I think, uh, they've done the demo.
[45:48] It will only take a few weeks because it is a very minor project.
[45:54] So that indirectly after phase two starts.
[45:56] So let's say, we did November.
[45:59] And I think they've protected in eight weeks,
[46:03] timeline to finish the renovation.
[46:05] And so we hope to open the recovery residence
[46:09] in early in the year.
[46:12] Well, a lot of the stuff is,
[46:14] we have is a chain of use.
[46:16] So I was thinking, for example, from the village.
[46:20] So we will do a review, you know, a cycling review for change of use.
[46:29] And I think because of the nature of the change,
[46:35] what have been day news to residential?
[46:41] Sure.
[46:41] We're going to want to have a public tour.
[46:44] So everybody knows what's going on.
[46:47] We're going to take people's comments and that question.
[46:52] We can do that out next year.
[46:56] Get that way, suit your or suit.
[46:59] So for fees, too, that's perfectly understandable.
[47:01] We're happy to do that, but I'd like to request today a building permit for Phase 1.
[47:07] It is the exact same services that we're providing.
[47:22] I'm really not concerned about that. This community has been incredibly supportive of the work we're doing.
[47:30] And they're funding almost the entirety of this project.
[47:34] There will be a lot of community investment
[47:36] for a lot of community partners.
[47:38] We have an excellent reputation.
[47:40] We're right next to an elementary school right now.
[47:43] We've had no problems.
[47:45] There's people that live right on their street as well.
[47:48] No problem with lights out, there's a cross-to-street,
[47:51] and you work really well with them.
[47:53] So for the phase one, I don't believe it is a change of use
[47:57] because it's exactly what we're doing and we're going to have the same open hours that we have right now.
[48:03] Well, it's a lot of things that you can use from you, but it's a change that you can use from the building.
[48:07] For the operating, not for the progress center was there before us, which provided the time drop in the services.
[48:15] So the section of the building that they're ready to be, actually, was the office space for the building itself.
[48:21] So, but it is looking into the kind of little left-hand side of that building as you're facing the end.
[48:28] It was a segregated area that was previously out of space.
[48:31] The renovations essentially are moving a couple of walls to take a large room and turn it into a small, private office.
[48:40] But, you know, I know that if you're not concerned about the issue.
[48:46] I'm not, yeah.
[48:48] Now I don't have an injection to get some precision of the film.
[48:54] I don't think that's going to be fine.
[48:55] I have a glue that I call the glue and I call it the base tube.
[49:00] Anybody have an injection to that?
[49:02] I have a motion to that.
[49:05] So, go to the second.
[49:08] So, I can move to the second and I need to start.
[49:12] It was in favor of Chris, your authorised to give the movie permit for phase one to the booth and walls.
[49:16] And whatever else might be appropriate, as you might have to take a look and see if there's any
[49:22] electrical issues and so forth and have to be.
[49:25] But you did hate me.
[49:26] Did you manage for the public?
[49:28] For the public?
[49:29] Well, what we need to do is, is to send no education to the fathers.
[49:39] To let them know that you are coming to the planning board for that change of use.
[49:44] very numbers to them. So it shouldn't be a problem now. And that we're going to have a
[49:51] we're going to do a public hearing on what is it eight October eight? That sounds great to me.
[50:00] Yeah. Very good. Okay. And we will plan on doing that. All right. Thank you for your time.
[50:05] Good. Appreciate it.
[50:06] All right.
[50:09] First, when did you part of this property in March?
[50:15] Very good.
[50:22] Everybody got anything else for us?
[50:24] We expected that.
[50:28] Well, I hear one more issue.
[50:30] Some of them are excited.
[50:32] Some are excited.
[50:33] Some are excited.
[50:34] Oh, those are the favorites, Mark.
[50:35] Thank you, people.
[50:37] We apologize.
[50:39] Brought
[50:42] to you in part by Norway Savings Bank for the life you choose.
