[1:58] agreement by and between Oconee County, South Carolina and a company currently
[2:01] identified by the county as project deer which is uh
[2:06] Mastorfer. Acting for itself one or more current or
[2:10] future affiliates and other project companies provided for the certain
[2:14] special source revenue credits designated certain property to be
[2:18] included in a multi-county industrial park and other related matters.

[2:51] staff has done as well as Mr. Jones and and everybody in the county has worked
[2:55] to bring them here. I appreciate project uh Mastorfer which is uh
[3:01] what about a $45 million investment roughly and 107 new jobs. Uh
[3:07] we've worked hard as a county to make a business friendly environment and that's
[3:11] from county council to staff to Mr. Gilbert. Uh it's important to have bring
[3:15] jobs in for the future generation uh so that we can uh keep a community thriving
[3:20] and be welcoming to all. And I'd do
[3:24] look forward to meeting the folks with project Mastorfer here shortly.
