[0:00]
some more details of exactly what those
funds are going to be for but it's for
[0:05]
the water tower that makes sense so we
just until they get in there and look at
[0:10]
it and come up with a good Solution on
town to fix it and the different costs
[0:14]
associated with it we're really we're
not to they know for sure right right
[0:18]
now it's just been jumping on hles to
get the application and everything
[0:22]
approved and get some direction of the
projects we're going for okay until the
[0:28]
engineers getting there it's really
it's not something I'm going to know for
[0:33]
sure I know they provided budget sheets
but you know little okay we were trying
[0:39]
to stay within the allocation and the
water tower and I believe once they get
[0:44]
into those design plans that's what
we'll see exactly how we're going to
[0:47]
utilize everything okay well if we can
be of any help uh it's my understanding
[0:52]
that uh the engine are Engineers had
actually looked at it at one point in
[0:57]
the past and that they had found on I
guess what it was going to take to to to
[1:03]
do the repairs because I guess there was
a leak somewhere so if we we need to get
[1:07]
those records to y'all just let us know
and we'll just I mean if that'll help in
[1:12]
in any way so after the contract those
documents will help a lot now there's
[1:15]
going to be some approvals that I'm
going to send out I don't know if you
[1:19]
were on the list the GL got back to us a
directional directional information that
[1:24]
goes on contract so I'm going to send
that to you and if you can verify that
[1:28]
location and make make sure you know
some of the street names everything's
[1:32]
correct that gets us one step closer to
the contract we still have to get a few
[1:36]
more of the in our local on but getting
to this point means we're close you know
[1:40]
are we are we going to get it tomorrow
still I'm going to say a year just to
[1:44]
stay protect it but I would I would
assume at this point we're about three
[1:50]
months out from if we can get those all
the interal in right we're about three
[1:55]
months out and seeing that actual
contract dra well that's good because
[1:58]
we're still we're still uh I think the
water Improvement project where we're
[2:02]
going to get the three new water pumps
with the new pipes um and the new
[2:06]
electron electronic panels and stuff
that won't start until probably the end
[2:10]
of August or early September so by the
time you guys get everything they'll
[2:16]
already be kind of in the process and I
think it should take probably till about
[2:21]
December um either December or early
January when that project will be done
[2:26]
so then we can just kind of move on to
this hopefully if everything works out
[2:32]
so won be next
[2:35]
year also have environmental getting
that clearance as well right so that
[2:40]
takes about six months all right on if
everything works out right so we should
[2:45]
be good and M um is that that two
million blah blah that's all divided
[2:51]
into all these counties or how actually
the way that worked out is These funds
[2:56]
are from Hurricane Harvey correct so we
had the D fun everybody got their funds
[3:01]
projects then they did the mitigation
funds which was like $4.1 billion I
[3:06]
remember that they did the mitigation
competition that's where everybody went
[3:09]
in there and did a competition and then
they did the Cog bons they were supposed
[3:13]
to have another round of the competition
the Glo they since Harris got so upset
[3:19]
about the competition because they
didn't win their applications were
[3:23]
actually handd drawn Ms and they were
upset but all of that became kind of
[3:28]
political so they put all the comp the
second competition funds and everything
[3:32]
into the Cog mods the Cog came up with a
formula on how to distribute These funds
[3:38]
now some of the smaller
population e go on the bank their
[3:44]
population wasn't high enough to get a
direct allocation but what they did is
[3:48]
they said well Engle Central de Bay
should get this much money and for OD I
[3:52]
believe it some some financials or some
issues where eligibility issu so they
[3:57]
said oh don't you get this money but
we're going to we're going to roll it
[4:00]
into the county so they did that it was
population size or eligibility so they
[4:06]
would roll that money into the county
the judge said if it was a county that
[4:10]
was designated to get the funds the
project should be in that area and so
[4:14]
he's the one who push these funds out to
where they should
[4:19]
go so the way it looks like we pick it
back in off County right the OD is piggy
[4:24]
back it off because we don't
[4:50]
[Applause]
[4:56]
is
[Applause]
[5:11]
and the bud is 2
Milli
[5:16]
75,000 that's our
[5:54]
no it doesn't come directly to us but
our project the that's our project canot
[6:00]
exce
[6:12]
the what I think Jess's understanding is
that these numbers here are going to be
[6:17]
split up between others other I guess
other
[6:22]
entities way
[6:51]
con
[7:19]
yeah I just want to make sure that okay
good okay that I think that was kind of
[7:22]
the misunderstanding I think I but we do
we are utilizing the funds for the water
[7:27]
tower for the city of you look on the
application it's the the beneficiaries
[7:33]
are here as well good perfect and I
think on the water tower I think Maguire
[7:37]
had done a study on our I think was it
Billy with you Maguire came in there and
[7:42]
did a study on the Water Tower yeah so
they got some numbers that was several
[7:47]
years ago though those are yeah but they
know they know the they know the
[7:55]
tower that's a I haven't seen it but
I've heard it yeah good deal
[8:01]
um any other questions just the water
tower nothing else uh an engineer an a
[8:07]
generator for the uh water
system okay specify exactly what this's
[8:13]
money for water
tower and I can't because if they come
[8:18]
in we we put it in there we put
preliminary numbers in there but if they
[8:22]
come back and they say we can't afford
the generator we might not get the gener
[8:26]
I want to promise under lier let's keep
at the water tower and if we can get the
[8:30]
generator we'll get that in there I
think at the time I think at the time
[8:34]
they ask us to put like just wish a wish
list just wish list okay so we have a
[8:38]
wish list somewhere that you
have Tower we'll the next that's what
[8:45]
I'm saying you
[8:50]
know and I think we had a a meeting on
that right yes it was a city council
[8:55]
meeting we all water to I think water to
hydrants fire hydrant
[9:00]
yeah so okay yeah just want you to make
sure that so we're good any other
[9:05]
questions so we want to go ahead uh we
have a motion um by councilman Falon and
[9:11]
second by councilman Candela to go ahead
and take action on approving the
[9:15]
interlocal agreement between San
Patricio County and the City of odm
[9:19]
regarding the Community Development
block grant mitigation uh we'll move on
[9:24]
with a vote Place one yes place
two Place three sorry place four yes
[9:30]
Place five car motion
Carri I I said I said place two and then
[9:37]
I looked over there like oh he's not
here s motion carries thank you thank
[9:42]
you mly thank you Ma I appreciate
[9:51]
it but you also you're you're
corresponding with s right most of the
[9:55]
time oh yeah we go way back actually I
figured out hey he hey
[9:59]
oy did you work in OAS County I back
there when you there with Bill Roberts
[10:05]
hey look he's turning
[10:08]
red I saw you today
[10:26]
at so we're going to move on I think
that's going to be pretty good I mean $2
[10:30]
million I mean a lot of that's going to
go into engineering costs
[10:34]
but um but we'll be able to get the
water hopefully we with with this money
[10:39]
we'll have every the whole water system
will be so are they going to be able to
[10:43]
do that like maybe like the other day
when everything was shut off to
[10:46]
engineering something to keep the
pressure up and all that's why we want
[10:49]
to get this the new pumps in once we get
the new pumps and the electrical system
[10:53]
in place they'll be able to regulate the
pressure so they'll be able to take down
[10:57]
the tower and we'll be good the pressure
yeah
[11:00]
that's going to be good U just just for
the record uh mayor um that uh EP epie
[11:05]
did review this and uh he was stuck in
um Houston today so he couldn't make it
[11:09]
out but he did a review of the agreement
and say it was good so just fantastic uh
[11:14]
Item B discuss consider and take action
to set up uh operations and fees to
[11:19]
collect tires at the current city
collection site do I have a
[11:27]
motion I make motion
all right motion by councilman Falone
[11:32]
the
second second by councilman
[11:38]
haera um so discussion uh we had a
gentleman come out you know this is just
[11:43]
another service I mean obviously you
guys have probably seen around town
[11:46]
there's a lot of tires people have tires
on their and and they don't know what to
[11:50]
do with them and a lot of times they end
up in the ditch somewhere you know
[11:54]
especially going towards Beth and um so
we had a gentleman come over um they
[11:59]
have an operation in Corpus that
recycles tires they said that we could
[12:03]
set up a site here uh where we could
collect the tires and and charge
[12:07]
whatever fee you know um and then they
would come and pick them up and um and
[12:14]
properly dispose of them U so I thought
that would be kind of a good service to
[12:19]
provide uh for a community just to try
to keep it you know clean and have folks
[12:24]
instead of going to throw their tires
off the side of the road somewhere uh
[12:27]
they can come and throw them uh I think
that he had said that they charge about
[12:32]
$3 S I mean you you talked to him about
the numbers
[12:35]
so it was um $3 for car and light truck
tires okay it's in here it's in yes
[12:41]
uhhuh uh and I if you like I continue uh
trailer tires $5 small egg and Steer
[12:47]
tires
$8 I think and I think we had kind of
[12:51]
said that we probably would want to not
get anything bigger than that just
[12:54]
because of you know space um we probably
want to buy some sort of storage
[13:00]
container to you know to fill it up uh
first so water and other things don't
[13:04]
get inside of it and then we can uh
since we have the trailer we can go drop
[13:08]
it off and kind of cut that cost out but
we just have to decide what we want to
[13:12]
tie on to those costs to kind of you
know balance out with uh our our service
[13:18]
Manpower and rentals and all that kind
of stuff so because we had talked about
[13:22]
I mean we don't want to leave them out
in the open yeah because you just
[13:26]
collect water and then mosquitoes it's
an issue so we're talking about maybe
[13:30]
getting like a one of those conexes a
storage container like a maybe a 10t
[13:35]
container and when they came and and
dropped off tires the maintenance guys
[13:39]
could just stack them in there and when
we got you know 80 100 tires we could go
[13:44]
and drop them off or they could come and
pick them up also so uh we just needed
[13:49]
to kind of come up with a price I think
s had said like s mentioned that since
[13:54]
they charge $3 for light I mean cars and
light we could charge $5 per
[14:01]
tire um and Then trailer
tires what do you say five it's five I
[14:07]
mean I went I was at eight or 10 so like
eight and then the small egg and what's
[14:14]
SK Steer
[14:17]
tires those are like
um wait like our skid
[14:24]
steer smaller tractor tires okay okay so
he said $8 so you know maybe 10 MH um I
[14:33]
mean I I don't know what you guys think
I don't know if you guys have ever I
[14:36]
mean I've never taken tires they're
usually the where I have the tires we
[14:41]
always have programs that come and they
do it but there's a good idea because
[14:46]
what a Discount Tire show you know like
when you go through they give you they
[14:49]
put a fee on there yeah like 10 bucks a
tire they put a fee on there like $10 a
[14:55]
tire yeah I think it's 10 bucks a tire I
think
[14:59]
yeah so yeah might as well so
far and then
[15:06]
um see you want to do like you guys
think like the trailer
[15:11]
tires I mean could you come up like a
like one for all like a transer so it's
[15:17]
not so difficult I'm saying like one the
description of you know well no you you
[15:24]
want to separate it you know why because
one time we had this program and
[15:29]
somebody brought in 18 wheelers that
which is the trailer tires yeah a whole
[15:34]
bunch of them the semi-trailer yeah the
semi so now I agree with Isaac on the
[15:40]
others you can do the same but except
for the 18 wheelers you're going to
[15:44]
distinguish them
anyway but they will take advantage
[15:49]
truck so 40 fly is 40 fly Billy is a 18
18
[15:55]
18 you're so maybe we we don't want to
those just for space I mean how often do
[16:01]
you think we'd get those just we
probably won't get them very much a lot
[16:05]
of those right so we we just a lot of C
tires but I will tell you that people
[16:11]
are going to take advantage even people
that are in County so I don't know if
[16:14]
yall gonna open it up to everybody or we
can do like we do with brush and bulk we
[16:20]
can tack on a outside City you know
charge um you know we charge like 15 for
[16:27]
brush right but if you live outside
inside the city we charge 20 so we can
[16:31]
do something like
that people will find a way I'm just
[16:36]
telling you sure they've always done it
yeah well it's better I mean we got to
[16:40]
have something it's just another service
cuz I don't want people to throw them in
[16:43]
the ditch you know tires back here that
I haven't disposed of I don't know how
[16:48]
to get rid of because I always see them
going down bethl you know by the real
[16:52]
road tracks people just dump their tires
right there on the side and it's like
[16:56]
I'm believe that's makes it hard to
control mosquitoes when you got so many
[17:00]
tires lying around
um so do we want to just kind of go with
[17:06]
with what's I was saying you know three
we can charge $5 for the car and light
[17:11]
truck tires $8 for the like semis yeah
and then um $10 for the small egg and
[17:19]
skid steer tires $10 yeah for in City uh
in uh I guess in city limits customers
[17:27]
right I would keep in city I mean what's
that you don't want to open up a can of
[17:32]
worm oh so we don't if so people who
live in bethl that's what I'm saying
[17:36]
like what's is it customers or more just
City Limits what do what do you want to
[17:39]
limit just where the water bills bring
OD and water bill so water bill I mean
[17:43]
old because Beth does
service okay so it's only for that's
[17:49]
what he was saying if you live out in a
county charge a little bit
[17:54]
more I mean it's either way I mean I
think but you're right it's the same
[17:58]
thing
gar well they pay a little bit more
[18:01]
garbage already but okay so just you
want to limit it to just if if you have
[18:06]
to have a utility Odum utility bill to
access the service if you have a utility
[18:10]
bill we just charge them the same price
so they can just show them look you know
[18:15]
yeah I mean that's the
tire we just yeah we just get those
[18:20]
tires off you know off the side of the
road
[18:26]
and with the mosquitoes and stuff yeah
exactly actually I think I got three
[18:31]
tires in back of my house right now I
got to dispose of so
[18:36]
U well all Amendment motion is
to um just take
[18:44]
to no but we got to put the numbers
don't we to add the fees to with with
[18:48]
the fees that we just came up with a car
and light tires five uh trailer tires
[18:54]
eight small EG and steer steer what SK
GE steer
[18:59]
tires with the uh with the Odum city of
Odum utility bill and to uh do we need
[19:05]
to put the to I guess find like a
decently priced conx for storage we have
[19:10]
to add that to that just part of the
operation yeah that's just we do that
[19:14]
okay I don't think it has to be on the
motion okay is that good number yeah
[19:19]
that's a good enough that's good enough
so you got you got the new motion yes
[19:24]
okay um and so we have a motion from
councilman fun to go ahead
[19:31]
and
um set up an operation and fees to
[19:37]
collect tires at the current city uh odm
collection
[19:41]
site um with the fees being car and
light truck tires $5 trailer tires or
[19:49]
semis $8 and small a and skid steer
tires
[19:54]
$10 uh do I have a second no sir uh
second by
[19:59]
someone um real quick question may tecq
has no problem with this um well as long
[20:06]
as long as it's not on the ground that's
like your kind of marker as long as it's
[20:10]
not on the ground and it's on a rollof
or in a storage container that's when
[20:13]
they get involved all for anything yeah
t tcq doesn't doesn't care because it we
[20:21]
we always took tires but people started
taking advantage so we stopped okay make
[20:26]
sure we stopped because they were
bringing tires from
[20:29]
the recycler has now that you're
charging change yeah we might get a
[20:34]
bunch in the beginning and then slow
down right just even if somebody were to
[20:39]
say I'll pay you x amount just to
they're GNA pay anyway so yeah uh the
[20:46]
recycler has tcq requirements they have
they have to deal with it so how about
[20:51]
this tire guy that comes up a I'm going
to take 10 Tires over there this tire
[20:54]
place over
there he's got a bill pays the bill yeah
[21:00]
okay I mean once we're full we're we'll
have to just kind of take it over to our
[21:04]
a vendor make some money right okay all
right so we're going to go ahead and
[21:08]
vote on the motion Place one yes Place
three yes place four Place five motion
[21:14]
carries item C discuss Contin to take
action to Surplus the following Odum
[21:18]
police vehicles uh you have the
information um it's part of your packet
[21:29]
where did that go this the three um
Chargers the white the blue and the
[21:36]
black
[21:40]
charger I know I had that
somewhere it's here it's on your oh it's
[21:47]
on the yeah it's on here so it's the
white Dodge Charger um and the black
[21:55]
Dodge Charger and also the blue you also
have pictures of the 3
[21:59]
vehicles um we have another agency who's
interested in actually purchasing two of
[22:05]
those vehicles um the blue and the black
[22:12]
charger so we're kind of asking that you
know the council allow sou to go ahead
[22:17]
and move forward with Surplus in the
vehicles and you want mayor I'm sorry
[22:22]
yes do I have a motion I'll make a
motion that we take action to surpass
[22:26]
the following police vehicles the white
black and the blue Dodge Charger if I
[22:31]
can add if I can
uh so I made a mistake on the number
[22:36]
three the the blue Dodge Charger the uh
and on your current packet I updated it
[22:41]
so the uh for the record that blue
charger VIN number is 2 C 3C DX bg9 m h
[22:50]
675
422 um that's what the and the titles uh
[22:57]
match that description all that good
stuff so just an amendment to that um if
[23:01]
you can with have a motion by councilman
candella do you have a
[23:05]
second I'll second good second by cilman
Falon uh so we'll move on to discussion
[23:11]
I'm sorry uh about that uh so yeah we um
I know the Char the black charger is
[23:17]
kind of the oldest vehicle I believe um
and um but it's it still runs pretty
[23:22]
good um we have like I said we have
another agency that's interested um the
[23:27]
Taft is the police uh they came out and
looked
[23:32]
um and we had Danny check both vehicles
out make sure they they could start
[23:37]
because they we had they were again they
had died and wer weren't be they
[23:42]
wouldn't start so Danny came and checked
them out got them running again uh so
[23:47]
they had an opportunity to come in and
ride them or drive them um they liked
[23:52]
them obviously they're even though
they're kind of older for us they're
[23:57]
they're old they had the vehicle that
they have in their fleets are older than
[24:01]
these two so uh they were interested in
purchasing them so we just want to kind
[24:06]
of give s permission to kind of
negotiate with them on um to get these
[24:11]
cars sold to them any other discussion
how many vehicles do we have right now
[24:17]
total police um these
three the pickup
[24:22]
truck that that's in the background
behind the white one M um that one K
[24:28]
Allen was interested in it K Allen ISD I
think we surplused it but um I think
[24:33]
there's some issues with their budgeting
so they said they were going to have to
[24:36]
wait on that um and then the great Tahoe
we also have the um the Durango there's
[24:42]
a Durango there but it's kind of not
really known if it's the PDS cuz it's
[24:47]
not decked out yeah it doesn't have
lights or nothing on it but the dur cili
[24:52]
vehicle kind of one two three four five
six Vehicles right now is there is is it
[24:58]
legal to do this through procurement or
you know like does that go bit for other
[25:03]
people too if we're selling just like we
did with Cal Allen as long as we Surplus
[25:07]
it and sell it directly to uh um a
governmental agency uh whether it's a
[25:13]
school another city county it it it's
transferable just like we did last one
[25:18]
it's the same
process yeah it just we just can't sell
[25:22]
directly to any private organization or
private person has to it has to go to
[25:27]
right this en is the City of Taft right
yeah it's actually the well I think I
[25:31]
don't know does Taff ISD have their own
Chief and everything I'm not really sure
[25:35]
so I think it's their own entity I
think their own entity so should we put
[25:41]
that in the the motion to well here's
the thing with with specifying it is I
[25:46]
think if we just Surplus it and
something happens in between just like
[25:49]
the ram you know if we would have
specified the Kalen we might have been
[25:52]
stuck just with work you know cuz when
we sold the Durango and got everything
[25:58]
all squared away there's we're going to
hold off on the ram you know uh because
[26:01]
we had some budget issues so now we
still we Surplus the ram it's there we
[26:05]
have all the paperwork ready to go but
now we have to wait so if you know we
[26:09]
don't want to be stuck just if something
if another entity comes and says we'll
[26:12]
take it now think just for entity just
specify
[26:17]
specify on there do do you want it in
the motion or you want to well like said
[26:23]
somebody say well I wanted to buy that
car some somebody well he's got the the
[26:29]
laws on it yeah I mean all that was EP
you know mean it's the same process okay
[26:35]
to Legal yeah they said that yeah it's
either going to be yeah yeah yeah it's
[26:41]
either going to be a a government type
agency okay like ISD a PD or whatever or
[26:47]
or has go auction those are your know
black and white options for auction yeah
[26:50]
what you mean
by private uh investigation company or
[26:56]
whatever or people that do security
oh we've had guys yeah some of some of
[27:00]
them like I've had a
couple private yeah I've had a couple of
[27:05]
cops called who wanted to buy one of the
cars because they do
[27:10]
construction can't do he said we can't
sell them I said now if you I said if we
[27:14]
auction it off I I told them I said if
we're going to auction them off I'll let
[27:17]
you know you can come and bid I said but
no we can't sell it to you directly so
[27:21]
uh but to another entity another
government entity we can yeah so yeah
[27:26]
when you say installed equip what what
are you talking computers no uh because
[27:31]
there's nothing in there but a radio and
like the lights and stuff and the
[27:34]
control to the lights okay so all the
computers are out all
[27:39]
The Radars everything yeah there's
nothing the only thing that that there
[27:43]
going to that'll stay on there would
just be the light uh light controllers
[27:47]
um sir yeah that's all that's all B the
basics remember when you're negotiating
[27:53]
you might want to look at a cost of that
you know versus
[27:59]
also the car by itself right and then
also the condition of the vehicle yeah
[28:04]
like like the white ones like that
that's it's not even I think it's not
[28:08]
even worth fixing right it's kind of
just no we opened the hood the other day
[28:11]
and there was like animals living inside
the M yeah so like the the white one's
[28:16]
probably going to go to auction with the
other vehicles once we get all that kind
[28:19]
of settled and then the uh I think they
were uh the agency was looking at the
[28:24]
black and the blue and then uh like I
said this age and mileage and wear and
[28:29]
tear on the on the engine and I think
Danny had given us some ideas of what we
[28:34]
could probably start with the black one
he said the black one said we could
[28:37]
start around 8,000 for the black one and
then uh like 18,000 for the blue one um
[28:45]
this a good starting point you they said
both of them need tires and both of them
[28:49]
will need
brakes um according to Danny um and I
[28:54]
know the black one for sure needs tires
um
[28:58]
but that's kind of a starting point know
we can just work from there and just
[29:03]
like we do with K Allen just they can
counter offer or whatever and see what
[29:07]
we can settle on so we can get them off
our insurance
[29:12]
and um we don't have to be worrying
about keeping them because we got to
[29:15]
send guys over there twice a week to go
start them because if not they die every
[29:19]
two days Hest to be I mean so the guys
are having to go over there they start
[29:22]
them they drive them around a little bit
then go and park them again sometimes I
[29:26]
have to do it too because you know
they're bus with the leak or something
[29:28]
it's got to get done so you want to do
it that with my
[29:34]
limo put them on the really don't go out
like a week or two oh
[29:42]
Wows yeah so so we still have the truck
we have uh we have the uh the Durango
[29:48]
civilian vehicle we'll call it right and
we still have the um the Tahoe Tahoe
[29:53]
were pretty much stuck with I mean I
know there's a lot of ins and outs
[29:56]
because it's it was bought with the with
Lo star grant money so we definitely
[29:59]
that's our the newest vehicle that we
have still so is your plan to get rid of
[30:04]
all of our police vehicles no just these
here because like they're sitting here
[30:08]
and they need work so I mean um like I
said we have so that give us that gives
[30:13]
us still three available for we need two
right now if we yeah because I mean the
[30:18]
white one's not even worth fixing that's
the oldest one right right uh yes that
[30:23]
one and the black one are the two old
black was 2019 right and the blue is a
[30:27]
2021 so then after that so then we'll
have two good ones yeah we'll have the
[30:31]
Durango the Dodge Durango that's in this
newer vehicle um but it's not decked out
[30:36]
though and then we have then we have the
Tahoe which is all decked out I think um
[30:39]
yeah three vehicles because even the
truck can be utilized oh yeah yes if we
[30:43]
don't if we don't sell the truck but we
did Surplus it um I'm I'm I'm not sure I
[30:48]
I'm pretty sure you can't you can unsur
plusus it at some point if you really
[30:51]
wanted to we don't have to sell it I
mean just cuz we approved it to be
[30:55]
Surplus we don't have to we can I mean
they didn't buy it you know we can just
[30:59]
say well we're going to keep it now it
was purchased as a
[31:03]
canine vehicle that's why they got the
truck so the back seat what they did is
[31:09]
they put a deck for the cage but uh I
mean it's still
[31:15]
good doesn't have that
many yeah the why one we would always
[31:21]
had problems ever since we bought it oh
the electronics for some reason would
[31:26]
drain the batteries yeah that's what
Danny had said that's why you have to
[31:29]
turn it off cuz like the electronics are
just they just drain the battery that's
[31:33]
happening to the black one right now in
one day two days keeps
[31:38]
moving we take
turns turns he slow down or
[31:46]
what okay yeah that's good we take it
for a drive and both scared people
[31:50]
they're
like you got any police
[31:54]
force now people get scared as soon as
they're coming in they see that Taho
[31:58]
there they slow down but then when you
get closer you see all the
[32:05]
caves person in there I want to buy one
put it in so we don't have any other
[32:11]
discussion uh there's a
motion to uh Surplus the following odm
[32:16]
police vehicles which is the um 2018
Dodge Charger 2019 black Dodge Charger
[32:22]
and the 2021 blue Dodge
Charger candel sorry with the amendment
[32:28]
to that uh VIN number I I'll note that
in the minutes and um second by
[32:34]
councilman Falon if there's any more
discussion we'll move with the vote
[32:37]
