[1:49] for the for a month's worth of activity. So, I just wanted to break that down.

[1:53] Uh, biggest chunk we paid for part of the aerial for the firet truck. Second

[1:59] payment of that. That was a little over $575,000.

[2:04] Um, we also dispersed half of the Lansmere uh budgeted item. We budget

[2:11] 150. So, I did 75 to the golf course here in July. And then uh part of it too

[2:18] with budgeted items, but two police cars, we took uh purchases of that and

[2:23] plus the K9 uh schooling and stuff was like uh 80,000 to 100. Well, 80,000 for

[2:30] the two cars and 20 for that's not 100,000. So anyway, otherwise the rest

[2:35] is you take those items out of it. This self fire truck.

[3:10] of 60 to Vanderpaul for the trail along St. Paul and some engineering of five

[3:15] and then under hotel motel tax it's the monthly payment that you get from the

[3:20] state and then the dispersed uh that 25440 is the 3% out to the two hotels in

[3:27] town then the otherwise the following the

[3:32] received and dispersed down the only other comment under uh Delaware and

[3:37] second the disperse there of 145 and under 18th street that is legal fees

[3:43] with allers in regards to the disclosure statements and doing the bond issue for

[3:47] that those two projects. That is all I have on the financials.

[4:39] is related to the trail along St. Paul. One after that is 7th Street uh the

[4:45] overlay project we're working with the DOT on. And then the 18,586

[4:51] is the shelter house um in Puddle Jumper Trail in the park there and pickle ball

[4:56] is the last one. So that's the breakdown of those engineering. Okay. Then on page

[5:02] three, uh, parks department got their new

[5:06] toolkit that we budgeted for for 72654.

[5:12] Um, page four, uh, Goodland Pump and Supply. Um, we replaced and pulled and

[5:20] replaced the Southwest well number one uh, with Goodland for 49,793.

[5:26] there on page four right underneath there pay estimate with grace

[5:30] construction for the shelter house. Uh page five

[5:35] that was scheduled maintening.

[5:50] It's a progress payment in regards to the city admin search. Page six. Nothing

[5:56] on page six. Page uh b top top bottom of page six. Top of page seven. Long lines.

[6:03] Just so you know, that's two months worth of uh telephone service.

[6:08] And then bottom of page seven, MOC, uh Floyd Valley Foundation. Four out of the

[6:15] f this is a payment for their uh project of MOC. This is the fourth of five and

[6:23] Unity's is uh going to be in next month and they usually submit that in

[6:27] September just FYI and that's that'll be the fifth of that'll be the last payment

[8:29] Mackenzie Quen who is the owner of Quen um company. Now I know one of them will

[8:37] be fulfilling Ann's role cuz she's was kind of midterm

[8:43] and I talked to both these ladies and they're just going to try to figure that

[8:46] out which one's going to do that and and then I think they can run again.

[8:56] library board and um I'd like to recommend them uh for board

[10:20] to hold an employee picnic and a give a gift of appreciation. And the proposed

[10:25] date is August 27th, that's a Wednesday, at 6:00 p.m. at the Windmill Park

[10:30] Shelter House. So, we just need a motion for that from the council.

[11:01] countless hours of planning and work that were committed to this event. Every

[11:05] department in the city was impacted greatly and the city performed so well.

[11:10] Your work in promoting and encouraging a successful rag bribe was appreciated.

[11:15] And then this one is, I would be completely remiss if I failed to send a

[11:21] note of appreciation to the entire city crews for the cleanup process that is

[11:25] underway. The storm created such a challenge for everyone in our community.

[11:29] Nearly everyone in Orange City was impacted. The city crews

[11:34] got after the community mess immediately. The hard work and

[11:38] significant efforts are appreciated. My thanks to everyone now and in the

[11:42] future. Eventually, the work will be done. Thank you, Les.

[13:54] as elevation work just to see if there's a lot of it's backyards next to an alley

[13:58] or the backyard just ponds and then causes issues in the house. You know, is

[14:02] there something that they can do to raise their alley raised their backyard

[14:05] or send it to the street between homes or something like that? just um just

[14:11] yeah, you know, they're 80 year old neighborhoods, but it's problems per

[14:16] cub. So, see if we can provide any assistance. New homeowners are with with

[14:20] these two. So, um we're we're just uh trying to be helpful as much as we can

[14:26] without taking on the whole problem. So, >> does that involve like Engineering to

[14:37] Um and regarding uh trees and uh some of the cleanup. We're um continuing to do

[14:45] some of the smaller cleanup, sweep streets. Um No, and I uh were just at a

[14:50] a workshop put on by the ISU extension office. Uh

[14:55] special invitation for cities and and counties. And then there's a public

[14:58] session tonight just about tree uh treating trees. um what kind of damage

[15:04] um happens and when when you should just basically cut your losses, cut down a

[15:09] tree, when when it's good to save it, what to do um when you replant, that

[15:14] sort of thing. So, we've got a few trees on the right of way that people have

[15:18] asked about whether we're going to we can take those down as part of our um

[15:23] asht tree removal. Um, thus far we really haven't seen the ones that have

[15:28] been asked about. They aren't to the point to be um fully taken down, but

[15:31] we'll monitor that. So, we'll be a diseased or or dying situation in

[15:36] the future, but um so if you get approached about that, that's that's our

[15:41] that's what we're we're doing at this point.
